According to Hahn, Gilchrist was not even obeying his own rules when he threw the 47-year-old in jail.
Eight things that killed the Democrat Party
The old Democrat Party is gone. In its place is a radical Libertine Party, full of itself and full of radical sexual, cultural, and economic ideas that have all but killed their chances of ever getting legitimately elected again. The following five things are what I believe has murdered the Democrat Party in its sleep:
- CRT: Critical Race Theory in all its permutations, regardless of its origins and history, has become the banner of anti-white racism, disguising itself as "anti-racism." Under its banner, white people are told they are worthless, toxic, hateful oppressors. Worse, companies are actually hiring people who promote this toxicity and schools are teaching students to hate white people. Now out in the open, anti-white racism has created a hate-filled atmosphere of constant tension and dissension, where the only thing that matters, first and foremost, is skin color. This can only be laid at the feet of Democrats.
- TRANS WOMEN IN WOMEN'S SPORTS: The gross unfairness of allowing men into women's sports (no, I will not call them "women") is so blatant and outrageous, that proponents are seen not merely as insane, but malevolent. The destruction of women's sports is viewed by all rational people as evil in the name of wokeness.
- CORRUPTION IN THE FBI: The malicious and ethics-free raid on Mar-a-Lago is viewed even by many Democrats and all Republicans as vicious political intimidation, with the goal of destroying any followers of Donald Trump. This began in earnest during the "Russia collusion" case and saw its culmination in midnight raids of innocent conservatives revealing a hateful, vengeful vigilantism on the part of the radical left. In the hope that supporters of Trump and other conservative candidates would drop out of politics in fear of similar reprisals, these Gestapo tactics have not only solidified Trump's support and the support of even moderately conservative candidates, but have shown the Left to be petty children in a deranged, red-haze temper tantrum.
- COVID MASK AND VACCINE MANDATES: Certainly a show of power rather than anything prophylactic against COVID, blue states and leftist groups have revealed that they know the masks do not prevent COVID, but instead are a symbol of big-government Stasi tactics designed to subjugate the citizenry in order to prepare them for eventual control.
- DRAG QUEENS IN THE SCHOOLS: Young children have been indoctrinated into sexual fetishism and perverse sexual behavior at the behest of school administrators and leftist parents who seem to see nothing morally wrong with gay men dressing up as women in highly sexually-suggestive costumery and behavior. Why they are doing this has become clear: They want to break down all parental control over children and indoctrinate them into pedophilia, perversity, and compliance. For most parents, this was a bustier too far.
- THE ECONOMY: From the start in 2021 when Joe Biden killed the Keystone pipeline and halted all drilling and new permits, the economy began tanking. Gas prices, supply line problems, paying people not to work, profligate spending, and other avoidable problems has hit the average American smack dab in the wallet. No matter how much the Biden administration denies their role in inflation and no matter how many times Joe says the economy is "strong as hell," Americans watch their buying power dwindle. They want relief and it is clear they will not get it from the Democrat Party.
- ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION: From day one, the borders were flung open by the Democrat Party to drug traffickers, murderers, and myriad other miscreants in the hope they would be new Democrat votes. As a result, crime is rampant, blue cities under Democrat rule are suffering and homelessness is on the rise, all the while Biden spokespeople are claiming the "border is closed." Squealing like stuck pigs, places like New York City which have reluctantly become home to Texas' illegals, have seen a marked inability to safely house the very illegals they claim to have wanted to live in their "sanctuary city."
- CRIME: Because of the Democrat rule in blue cities, crime is not being prosecuted in the name of some weird kind of reparations. What the Democrats don't get is that they hurt their own innocent population by allowing criminals a get-out-jail-free card, and by not prosecuting at all. Their racist policies hurt the very people they claim to want to help. Why are they doing this? To deliberately create chaos in the execution of anti-white racism. The one solution to the rising crime rate, the prosecution and incarceration of criminals, is the one thing blue cities under Democrat rule will not do. Mayor Lightfoot makes weird and demonic home videos of herself dancing around in what appears to be a drugged stupor. Rather than be a responsible mayor, she has totally ignored the death-by-violence rate in Chicago. This is another very clear example of Democrats doing what they do best; destroying things.
All this is happening under Democrat governance and it is clear even to Democrat voters of good will that their party is no longer serving them but is serving Luciferian ends.
North Carolina Judge Sends Veteran to Jail for 24 Hours for Refusing to Wear Mask in Court
A liberal North Carolina judge placed a prospective juror in jail for 24 hours for not wearing a mask in the courtroom.
Gregory Hahn, 47, along with 98 other candidates for jury orientation, showed up at the Harnett County courthouse on Monday. Most prospective jurors, including Hahn, were not wearing masks, he recalled.
“We were in [an assembly room] for about 20 to 30 minutes, shoulder-to-shoulder, with three-quarters of us not wearing masks,” Hahn told Tucker Carlson Tonight. “So the virus — if there was [a] virus out there – contaminated us anyway.”
Despite there being no mask mandate in the courthouse or within the state, Judge Charles Gilchrist — appointed by former Democrat Gov. Bev Perdue — required everyone in the courtroom to wear a face covering.
“You can go in any district courtroom without a mask, you can come into superior clerk court without a mask and the [district attorney’s] office without a mask, but with Judge Gilchrist he has a mandate that you must wear a mask,” clerk of Superior Court Renee Whittenton told WRAL.
Whittenton claimed that Gilchrist is the only superior court judge in Harnett County with a mask requirement. He further noted that each juror was notified of the mandate and was given a mask.
However, Hahn — a U.S. Navy veteran — told the local outlet that no prospective juror was notified beforehand of Gilchrist’s mandate. The 47-year-old also mentioned that there were no signs in the courthouse stating there was a mandate.
As Hahn was summoned to the bench, Gilchrist asked him why he would not wear a face covering. The judge also told him that he could be fined $500 and spend 30 days in prison for contempt of court.
When he told the judge he would not wear the mask, Gilchrist ordered Hahn to spend 24 hours in county jail.
When Hahn asked to be excused because it was only a 24-hour detention, the judge coldly replied, “I could, but I’m not going to.” The veteran noted he had not yet been selected for jury duty, as it was still orientation.
Moments later, Hahn was restrained, had his mugshot taken, and was ordered to wear an orange jumpsuit. He was held in a solitary cell until the following afternoon.
“It was the worst 24 hours of my life. I was refused to make a phone call to my minor child who is home,” he told Carlson:

“The irony of all this is the judge was talking to me without a mask,” Hahn told WRAL. He also noted the jail facility did not have a mask mandate.
The veteran says that he has not ruled out filing a lawsuit.

What Comes After the Current Chaos?
False narratives control many of us. There are myriad reasons why our country finds itself a shell of what we once were. It did not happen overnight or by accident.
While we talk about causation a lot, it is the consequences and fallout from making bad choices that will find you, regardless of your political persuasion, race, where you came from, or even your social standing. No one will escape what’s coming unscathed unless we find our footing and take back our lives and our country through any means necessary.
Returning to who we were will be hard. But not making the effort guarantees failure on a monumental scale. Likely worse than World Wars, worse than any pandemic, and worse than any social privation we’ve ever experienced… if we cop out. When the last strut holding us up gets kicked out, an entirely new world of hurt will quickly become almost everyone’s experience.
We must prevent that from happening. We can, and we must, but not the way you might think. When you watch or listen to the “real” news, you hear political and societal wildfires breaking out everywhere, all at once:
- In Europe today, people are chopping wood to stay warm this winter as they did hundreds of years ago because the cost of energy is breathtakingly high. Are we next?
- Judges, drunk with Covid power, are forcing jurors to wear masks, even in the absence of any mandates to do so. Jail for non-compliance!
- Climate Change warriors throw soup on van Gogh’s masterpiece ‘Sunflowers’ painting to protest the use of oil paint!
Such signs are everywhere and contribute greatly to our society splintering. Allan’s Rule Number 14 is at work here: “Dumb people can be convinced of anything.” Acceptance of outrageous thinking and behavior is on us.
Four factors are relevant:
- The effect of chaos in our country
- Our personal inability to discern reality
- America’s role in the world
- What keeps us from coming together as countrymen?
Our first item “Chaos” is a root cause issue. Socialists, Communists, Leftists, Nihilists, Provocateurs, et all, depend on a state of chaos to be able to go about their work unimpeded. Only by using the distractions they create can they keep the spotlight off them long enough to place that next wrench in the machinery of our lives. These influence groups probably imagine a seminal moment when hordes of people will take to the street and, in one fell swoop, depose the establishment as France did with the storming of the Bastille. Or, as in Russia, with the October Revolution that saw the Bolsheviks consolidate their power to birth the Soviet Union.

Mostly, though, chaos is the cover that sees incremental rather than revolutionary change. Incremental change, accomplished under the banner of chaos, is never well thought out and doesn’t stand up to intellectual scrutiny.
The second factor is the inability of too many of us to discern reality from fiction. You wouldn’t think so many people on opposite sides of an issue could somehow agree on the tactics of confusion, but they have. Let’s try and break this down a bit. Democrats and Republicans (just to name two opposing groups) disagree on almost everything; this you know. But, when you examine their messaging, their individual talking heads who go on Sunday morning shows, and their competing focus group messaging and rhetoric, something strange happens. Each makes the points that speak most loudly to their constituencies, not the persuadable other side you would think that they covet. Even political debates are frequently not persuasive around the margins.
All the aforementioned groups and others decided that their messaging would, in itself, be divisive and not inclusive. Previously, I didn’t understand why. A clue came to me when I remembered Mao’s hatred of intellectuals, whom he killed by the tens of thousands. We see the CCP’s continued hatred of intellectuals to this day. The Communist parties of China, Russia, Cuba, our school boards, and now the Left among others all fear getting off message. Why? It’s sort of like a nod to George Orwell’s Animal Farm with the refrain “Four Legs Good, two Legs Bad.” Consistent and broad-based messaging is difficult unless you keep it simple and enforce message discipline. Virtually all sides don’t trust their own people to freelance messaging, and therefore place a premium to “stay on message.”
Item three considers the hotly debated role of America’s place in the world. We seem to be about as evenly split as ever with half the people not caring a whit about what’s happening elsewhere and the other half intensely glued to their television set, iPad, or mobile device absorbing every nugget that supports their view, whether informed or not!
I’m a believer in the Butterfly Effect. That is defined by Merriam-Webster as “a property of chaotic systems (such as the atmosphere) by which small changes in initial conditions can lead to large-scale and unpredictable variation in the future state of the system.” The system I am most concerned with is our world. I believe it is impossible to ignore world events and not to project what they may ultimately mean for us. To ignore the world inevitably leads to having to face future threats at a disadvantage. Such behavior is ultimately self-destructive.
The simple answer to our fourth topic is inertia and the media. Inertia, according to my physics teacher states that an object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion, stays in motion in a static environment. In our society, the media helps to determine what’s static and what’s not. The media has taken it upon itself to distinguish fact from conjecture. By doing so, they have forgotten their mission and have become just another influence group. A free society depends on reliable, factual, and understandable information. How we get today’s media to become legitimate news reporters once again is a huge question. One for which, I don’t have an answer. Do you?
No news here, our education system has failed us. Covid has exacerbated an already crisis-level learning situation for our young. But the downward spiral of our education began long before Covid. No Democracy can survive with legions of uneducated people choosing to vote for safety and an easy life. Life is hard and frequently unfair. Get over it! Too many of us remember the joy of creating the greatest economic and social system on earth through personal effort, work, risk, and sacrifice, not by Happy Joe delivering his latest goody paid for with “free” money.
Sooner or later, we’ll have to pay our bills. Skipping out on our debts will lead to societal disruption on a scale that most cannot comprehend. Like all wars, all great trials and tribulations, we’ll get to the other side one day. The open question is, will we like where we wind up?
