After studying the documents on the Hunter Biden laptop, former criminal prosecutor and New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani concluded that: “What Hunter Biden is, is a bagman… I’ve prosecuted many cases like this. He’s collecting Joe’s bribes that come to about $12 million from Ukraine and $3.5 million from Russia. But the big money comes from China. And the amount of money involved is in the tens of millions of dollars.” Today, there is documented proof that that the Biden family has received at least $31 million from entities controlled by the CCP, with greater Chinese payoffs yet to come.

Asked About Joe Biden’s Involvement In Hunter’s Shady Dealing, Karine Jean-Pierre Flails and Sputters
Will the Democrat strategy of dodging and deflecting save Hunter and Joe?
On Friday, Old Joe Biden’s chief propaganda minister, Karine Jean-Pierre, was asked about Kentucky Congressman and House Oversight Committee ranking member James Comer’s announcement that he plans to begin “investigating the President’s involvement in his son Hunter’s foreign business dealings.” The reporter also asked: “And then, on the merits of the allegations, can you address whether the President was involved in any of his son, uh, Hunter or his brother’s, uh, foreign business deals?” Jean-Pierre gave one of her characteristic stuttering, sputtering, deer-in-the-headlights responses, and never did quite get around to answering the key question. This was no surprise: there is no chance that anyone connected with the Biden regime is ever going to answer such questions.
Jean-Pierre began haltingly (she ended haltingly, too, and spoke haltingly in the middle; she is the most outstandingly inarticulate press secretary the nation as ever had): “So, look, uh, you know, um, there’s — there’s some — a little bit of, uh, interesting, uh, you know, kind of, on-brand, uh, thinking here, because, um, you know, congressional Republicans, uh, ran, uh, saying that they were going to fight inflation. Uh, they said they were gonna make that a priority. They were very clear about that these past, uh, several months, and instead, what they’re doing is they’re focusing, uh — you know, they’re focusing — they’re making their top, top priority — they get the majority, and their top priority is actually not focusing on the American families but focusing on the President’s family.”
She was right. The Democrats, after all, have shown over the last six years that they have mastered the art of increasing the misery of the American people while simultaneously hounding and persecuting their political opponents; they don’t have to choose one or the other. So why should the Republicans have to choose between trying to rein in the skyrocketing inflation the Biden regime has unleashed, and looking into the manifestly corrupt dealings of the president’s crackhead son who somehow magically landed a hyper-lucrative job with a Ukrainian oil company while his father happened to be vice president of the United States? Jean-Pierre was gloating that the Democrats can fleece the public and conduct Stalinist show trials at the same time, while the Republicans can only do one thing at a time.
Her assumption, however, is unproven; there is no indication that the House Republicans will not try to tackle the economy while investigating Hunter’s influence-peddling and other possible crimes. That was just a straw man she set up. Not only can Jean-Pierre not speak, but she can’t even deal with the facts, and so has to construct her arguments on fantasies and falsehoods.
Jean-Pierre plowed on, vainly trying to prop up her straw man: “They’re not coming up with solutions on how we’re going to lower costs for Amer- — for American families. They’re not coming up with solutions as to how are we dealing with, uh, uh, issues that matter the most to American families.” Then she began posturing about how the American people don’t really want the Biden crime family investigated: “Look, the midterm elections were very clear. They were very clear where Americans said they wanted us to deal with real issues. They wanted us to deal with what we were seeing with democracy. They wanted us to deal with how are we going to fight for freedoms and for rights of the American people.”
The midterms didn’t show any of that. All they showed was that mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting give the Democrats a massive advantage even when they lose the popular vote resoundingly, as they did on November 8. But Biden himself was positively giddy after it became clear that all the Democrat chicanery had been effective; it’s clear that the Left is going to run with the results as a mandate, and that means a great deal more pain is coming for the American people.
Jean-Pierre concluded ominously: “And so, that’s not — the first thing that — the top priority that they lay out is an investigation on the President’s family. Look, my colleagues in the White House Counsel’s Office are handling these threats of investigation by the House Republicans. So, when it comes to specific allegations, I would refer you to — to them. I’m not going to get into specifics of what that might look like or anything else that’s related to this.”As foggy as her speech is, Jean-Pierre made the Biden regime’s strategy clear: dodge, deflect, impute base motives, change the subject, and more. Will this strategy save Hunter and Joe? Given the competence of congressional Republicans, almost certainly.

Did Obama try to discourage Biden from running for president because he knew Joe too well?
“You don’t have to do this, Joe, you really don’t”, said Barack Obama to Joe Biden back in 2019 as Biden was preparing to announce his plans to run for the Democrat Party’s nomination for President of the United States, and run against then-President Donald Trump.
At the time Obama made those private remarks to Biden I found it a bit curious. One would have expected the former president to enthusiastically encourage and support his former vice president to run for the top job. After all, they spent eight years together in the White House and knew each other well. But perhaps that was the problem, Barack Obama knew Joe Biden too well.
One would have to believe that during those eight years together, as president, Barack Obama certainly had to have been briefed on the activities of Biden’s son and brother, and on their efforts to enrich the Biden family through ‘pay for play’ schemes involving good old Joe.
Schemes that involved Barack Obama’s very own sitting vice president at the time, who has since been under intense scrutiny for his alleged participation in ‘influence peddling’ involving Ukraine and other foreign nations. Including foreign adversaries like communist China.
It certainly appears that the Biden family’s activities were not a deep, dark secret. As time has passed more and more information has come out showing that Joe Biden’s reputation for unethical – if not outright illegal activities was pretty much common knowledge. During his’ decades in Washington, Biden certainly wasn’t viewed as a paragon of virtue by anyone.
We know that there were concerns during the Obama-Biden Administration that were expressed by U.S. State Department officials working at the American Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine, including by the U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch. Those concerns were later testified to under oath during the Congressional hearings into the 2019 scam impeachment of President Trump.
If Barack Obama didn’t know about the Biden family’s activities then his administration was indeed much more inept and incompetent than we have known all along. A blind man could have seen what was going on right under the president’s nose. At the very least the U.S. Secret Service would have briefed Obama on Hunter Biden’s sexual escapades, which alone would be a national security concern. The vice president’s son could be compromised by a foreign intelligence service, and consequently compromise the sitting vice president of the United States.
While it was unfortunately successfully covered up by the Democrat Party allies in the news media, as well as by the fifty former “intelligence professionals” who declared that the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop and was the result of “Russian disinformation”, it’s since been determined that the laptop in question was and is legitimate. It indeed was owned by Hunter Biden and in no way was it influenced or created by Russian intelligence. And most importantly it contains a great deal of evidence of malfeasance and criminal involvement by Joe Biden. Now the sitting President of the United States.
Was Barack Obama worried back in 2019 that Biden’s criminal activities would come to light during a presidential campaign and could result in President Trump’s reelection, which is why he tried to subtly discourage Biden from running? I think that’s a legitimate question to ponder.
But once Biden secured the party’s nomination it would have become necessary to prevent all the negative information about Biden from becoming public knowledge. Barack Obama and the Democrats would have to call in all markers from the ‘news media swamp’, who all along had been in Obama and the Democrats’ hip pocket anyway, so they were happy to help out with this sticky issue.
Obviously Obama must have been successful since the Biden Crime Family’s activities went unreported on by most of the news media prior to the 2020 presidential election. Even now there’s been a reluctance to report on anything associated with the claims of illegal – indeed impeachable offenses by Joe Biden.
Hopefully the Republicans in Congress can unveil the level of corruption of Joe Biden and his family. Not that I’m anxious to see Kamala Harris elevated to the Oval Office if Joe Biden were to resign or be convicted in an impeachment trial.
But I don’t really think that’s much of a concern, Democrats in Washington could be presented with a smoking gun in Joe Biden’s hand and they’ll never vote to convict. The best we can hope for is to put on national display the corruption of the Joe Biden Crime Family, and destroy the reputation of one more of the Washington political elites who have enriched themselves off the backs of regular Americans for much too long.

From the moment Donald Trump came down that escalator in 2015, the left have been doing everything in their power to destroy the man. They were certain the fix was in, that a Clinton victory was in the bag, but they underestimated Trump's popularity, and he won in spite of all the fraud they had put in place. Once elected, they doubled down on their obsession to see him impeached, ruined, or even jailed. They never let up for a moment. For seven years, the left has been obsessed with laying waste to Trump. All their ploys have been egregious — none so ridiculous as blaming him for what happened on January 6, 2020.
As the record clearly shows, President Trump was still speaking when the violence broke out. He closed his talk with "let's go peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol." But that violence was a set-up. Like the dry-run attempted kidnapping of Gov. Whitmer, I believe that the crowd that day was chock-full of professional instigators, FBI agents disguised as Trump-supporters, including the mysterious Ray Epps, whose actions the night before and on that day have never been explained.
We know that Speaker Pelosi refused to provide the 10,000 National Guard troops that Trump had offered. Why? They would have interfered with the plan to create a riot that would be blamed on Trump. The Guard were called in after the fact, made to sleep in a parking structure, and stripped of their weapons! In short, they were just for show. Pelosi spent millions on fencing, as if hordes of savages were about to set upon the elites of the swamp, far too many of whom are overly self-important abject cowards. Then the FBI was tasked with hunting down anyone who happened to be present that day, whether or not he entered the Capitol. Many of those who did go into the building were ushered in by Capitol police. That is on video so cannot be denied.
The FBI arrested hundreds of innocent protesters and has kept many of them in dismal conditions, where they are denied medical care, essential hygiene, and proper food. They are grossly mistreated by the prison guards. The swamp has descended into the realm of cruel tyranny. What has happened to many people, from the moments their homes were raided by teams of armed FBI agents to when many of them have been sentenced to terms in prison far beyond what they deserve, is the shame of our nation. In the meantime, violent criminals throughout the country are being released onto the streets without bail, free to re-commit crimes again and again. The American system of justice under the Biden administration is upside-down, perverse and unscrupulous.
Now that the Republicans have won back the House, members among them have vowed to investigate the Biden family's many and serious seeming crimes of corruption. The Democrats are melting down. How dare they? Apparently, not one of them sees the irony of accusing said Republicans of malfeasance when they have left no stone unturned in their efforts of get Trump on something, anything, for the last seven years.
When asked about the pending special counsel probe, KJP struggles to utter a non-answer. It is almost as if she never expected to be asked such a troublesome question. The rest of the left are equally stunned that the Republicans, any of them, would do such a thing. These people are so blinkered by their own ideological sense of superiority that they cannot see how egregiously hypocritical they themselves are. Pelosi threw Republicans she did not like off committees, but at the suggestion that the House majority may do same, Democrats are sputtering in rage and fury. In their minds, they can lie, cheat, and steal in furtherance of their cause, but if their opponents operate similarly, they are acting in bad faith.
The left's hypocrisy runs deep. They can't stop spewing their fear that if Republicans win in 2024, if Trump were to win again, that would be the "end of democracy." Nancy Pelosi excuses every horrible Democrat policy, like open borders, with her overused bromide "it's for the children." Someone should tell her how many children are being trafficked thanks to Biden's importation of millions of migrants from all over the world. They conveniently forget or ignore that fact that the U.S. is a representative republic, that democracy means legitimate elections, not carefully constructed ways for just one side to win.
They claim to believe in our republic's Constitution and its Bill of Rights, but freedom of speech is only for them. The Biden administration is actively and relentlessly censoring information of which it disapproves, whether it be about COVID, vaccines, election integrity, or any truth it wants to conceal from the public, like the Hunter Biden laptop, for example. Had the truths secreted on that device been made public, Biden most assuredly would not have been elected, all cheating aside.
The Biden family is perhaps the most corrupt political family in U.S. history. When the truth does seep out despite the media's prodigious efforts to bury it, the American people will be shocked. The left can be so cavalierly disingenuous — bury the crimes of the Bidens and use the legal system to endlessly harass and torment President Trump and his supporters. That is their modus operandi. What is OK for me is not OK for thee. That is their mantra.
There are more of their blatant double-standards when it comes to Twitter and any blogs or sites that buck their approved narrative. How dare Elon Musk promise to bring back free speech? They demand that tweets by people they don't like be banned; the DOJ regularly meets with the social media to discuss who must not be seen or heard.
They refuse to acknowledge that opinions by medical experts that deviate from Fauci's might be viable so must be banned; their articles must be labeled misinformation even though they surely know by now that the vaccines have caused much harm. They are determined that dissident doctors should have their medical licenses revoked, their careers ruined, even though in the end, they were all right! Ivermectin does work. Natural immunity works. The vaccines do not prevent transmission of COVID. Children were never at risk.
That is why the Atlantic's Emily Oster begged for "amnesty" for the millions of people who abused dissenters with contempt and name-calling during the faux pandemic. Her view is that the millions of persons harmed by the lockdowns, vax mandates, shuttered businesses, etc. should forgive their oppressors, their censors, their medical tyrants, for they did not know any better at the time. Not going to happen.
The left have perpetrated a crime against humanity, probably in order to implement their absurd "great reset." Those who drove it will live in infamy — from the governors who saw that thousands of elderly people died in nursing homes, alone, to the teachers' unions that saw to it that the schools in some states were closed for two years. There will be no forgiveness, no amnesty.
Now the viciously partisan A.G. Garland has chosen another pit bull in the Andrew Weissmann vein as special counsel to further investigate Trump in order to prevent him from running for office again. Jack Smith, a Lois Lerner acolyte, is a veteran of the IRS scandal that targeted Tea Party groups. He gleefully took out potential Republican candidate Bob McDonnell and was unanimously overturned 8-0 by SCOTUS. (Scalia had just died.) Like the make-up of the J6 committee, Trump-haters all, this could not be more unfair, more devious on its face. The hypocrisy of the Democrats and their mind-numbed partners in the media is beyond the pale. They abuse the power they have and do not deserve to wield it over anyone, least of all the American people.

Exclusive – Rep. James Comer: Family Bank Records Are the First Focus in Biden Investigation
Rep. James Comer (R-KY), who will be the chairman of the House Oversight Committee in the new Congress, appeared on Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday and emphasized that Hunter and James Biden’s bank statements are going to be central to the committee’s investigation into President Joe Biden.
On Thursday, Comer announced at a press conference that the Oversight Committee would be launching an investigation into the Biden family for potential violations, including “wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, violations of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, tax evasion, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.”
While speaking with Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle over the weekend, Comer said the first focus of the investigation would be to obtain bank records from President Biden’s son, Hunter, and James Biden, the president’s brother.

“The focus is on day one are those bank violations and those bank records,” said Comer. “We are pretty confident in what we’re going to find in those. We have two bank violations. We have some bank statements in hand, and we believe that suspicious activity reports, which are bank violations when the bank notifies the federal government that we’re pretty confident that our client has committed a crime, Hunter Biden and Jim Biden have at least 150 of those. And I’ve said this before, and I come from a strong banking background, I don’t think there’s anyone in the history of the United States that’s had that many suspicious activity reports.”
“So there’s precedents here in trying to get those suspicious activity reports,” added the representative from Kentucky. “And before Joe Biden became president, congressional committees had access to that. Joe Biden changed the rules to where Congress couldn’t get access to suspicious activity reports when he became president. I wonder why? It’s because his family had 150 of those.”

Comer added that the U.S. Treasury Department should provide the bank records and suspicious activity reports, but he plans to subpoena the banks if the Treasury Department does not cooperate.
Boyle asked Comer if Americans could expect hearings featuring bank and government officials and members of the Biden family, as well as an investigation report at the culmination of the probe and a criminal referral to the Department of Justice.
“Yes, that’s all of the above,” Comer replied. “With respect to the hearings, we really need to have some of these bank records in hand and comb through those before we have a good hearing because we are confident that the president has lied about his involvement in all of these shady business dealings. We are confident that many of these businesses have broken many laws in the United States, so we need to have 100% evidence that we can demonstrate and show to the American people about the severity of the wrongdoing of the Biden influence-peddling schemes.”
“I have two bank records… and one of the suspicious activity reports, basically, is a situation where Hunter Biden got a significant deposit from China from an unmarked account, which…doesn’t happen in the banking world, you know, there’s always a name and address,” Comer later noted. “All they know is it came from China. And he’s shifting it around to all these accounts he has, which is a… pattern of money laundering. And we know that’s part of what the Delaware U.S. attorney is looking at, money laundering. We need to know the source of his revenue. If the president’s family is getting millions of dollars from China, we need to know what it was.”
“Hunter Biden wasn’t manufacturing anything; he didn’t own any real estate. He wasn’t licensed to sell anything. He wasn’t licensed to be a lobbyist,” Comer went on to point out. “What the heck business were they in? Its influence peddling, which is illegal.”
The soon-to-be Oversight Committee chairman also expressed concerns that the investigation could be impeded if Hunter Biden is indicted by the U.S Attorney’s Office in Delaware.
“The troubling thing to me, and one reason I wanted to have the press conference so soon was I’ve always predicted that the U.S. Attorney DOJ will indict Hunter Biden before January to protect him from subpoena,” he explained. “So if he’s under indictment, we’ll never get him in front of the committee. And what we were hearing was he was gonna be indicted for tax evasion and lying on the gun application.”
“I wanted to throw some other things out there that I really can’t go into great detail,” continued Comer. “The human trafficking, that’s pretty serious, and obviously, the fact that no one in the mainstream media wrote about that, and no one in the White House commented on that, there’s a… huge problem with Hunter Biden. And remember, the laptop has videos on it. So the U.S. Attorney is not going to get away with just putting a little slap on the wrist for a misdemeanor and indicting Hunter Biden just to protect him from congressional oversight. We want the American people to know there’s a laundry list of items that Hunter Biden is potentially in huge trouble over. And this is not going to go away if they appoint a Hunter Biden Special Counsel or if they indict Hunter Biden.”
“So I feel like the press conference was very effective, and at the very least, we’re transparent with the American people on exactly where we’re doing on day one,” he added. “This is an investigation of Joe Biden. And we want those bank violations which Congress always had access to prior to Joe Biden changing the rules when he became president.”

Each book hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and exposed how Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force Two in 2013 to China before Hunter’s firm inked a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China less than two weeks after the trip. Schweizer’s work also uncovered the Biden family’s other vast and lucrative foreign deals and cronyism. Breitbart Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris’ investigative work at the New York Post on the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” also captured international headlines when she, along with Miranda Devine, revealed that Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter’s businesses, appearing even to have a 10 percent stake in a company the scion formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party.
