“You don’t have to do this, Joe, you really don’t”, said Barack Obama to Joe Biden back in 2019 as Biden was preparing to announce his plans to run for the Democrat Party’s nomination for President of the United States, and run against then-President Donald Trump.
At the time Obama made those private remarks to Biden I found it a bit curious. One would have expected the former president to enthusiastically encourage and support his former vice president to run for the top job. After all, they spent eight years together in the White House and knew each other well. But perhaps that was the problem, Barack Obama knew Joe Biden too well.
One would have to believe that during those eight years together, as president, Barack Obama certainly had to have been briefed on the activities of Biden’s son and brother, and on their efforts to enrich the Biden family through ‘pay for play’ schemes involving good old Joe.
Schemes that involved Barack Obama’s very own sitting vice president at the time, who has since been under intense scrutiny for his alleged participation in ‘influence peddling’ involving Ukraine and other foreign nations. Including foreign adversaries like communist China.
It certainly appears that the Biden family’s activities were not a deep, dark secret. As time has passed more and more information has come out showing that Joe Biden’s reputation for unethical – if not outright illegal activities was pretty much common knowledge. During his’ decades in Washington, Biden certainly wasn’t viewed as a paragon of virtue by anyone.
We know that there were concerns during the Obama-Biden Administration that were expressed by U.S. State Department officials working at the American Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine, including by the U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch. Those concerns were later testified to under oath during the Congressional hearings into the 2019 scam impeachment of President Trump.
If Barack Obama didn’t know about the Biden family’s activities then his administration was indeed much more inept and incompetent than we have known all along. A blind man could have seen what was going on right under the president’s nose. At the very least the U.S. Secret Service would have briefed Obama on Hunter Biden’s sexual escapades, which alone would be a national security concern. The vice president’s son could be compromised by a foreign intelligence service, and consequently compromise the sitting vice president of the United States.
While it was unfortunately successfully covered up by the Democrat Party allies in the news media, as well as by the fifty former “intelligence professionals” who declared that the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop and was the result of “Russian disinformation”, it’s since been determined that the laptop in question was and is legitimate. It indeed was owned by Hunter Biden and in no way was it influenced or created by Russian intelligence. And most importantly it contains a great deal of evidence of malfeasance and criminal involvement by Joe Biden. Now the sitting President of the United States.
Was Barack Obama worried back in 2019 that Biden’s criminal activities would come to light during a presidential campaign and could result in President Trump’s reelection, which is why he tried to subtly discourage Biden from running? I think that’s a legitimate question to ponder.
But once Biden secured the party’s nomination it would have become necessary to prevent all the negative information about Biden from becoming public knowledge. Barack Obama and the Democrats would have to call in all markers from the ‘news media swamp’, who all along had been in Obama and the Democrats’ hip pocket anyway, so they were happy to help out with this sticky issue.
Obviously Obama must have been successful since the Biden Crime Family’s activities went unreported on by most of the news media prior to the 2020 presidential election. Even now there’s been a reluctance to report on anything associated with the claims of illegal – indeed impeachable offenses by Joe Biden.
Hopefully the Republicans in Congress can unveil the level of corruption of Joe Biden and his family. Not that I’m anxious to see Kamala Harris elevated to the Oval Office if Joe Biden were to resign or be convicted in an impeachment trial.
But I don’t really think that’s much of a concern, Democrats in Washington could be presented with a smoking gun in Joe Biden’s hand and they’ll never vote to convict. The best we can hope for is to put on national display the corruption of the Joe Biden Crime Family, and destroy the reputation of one more of the Washington political elites who have enriched themselves off the backs of regular Americans for much too long.

During Obama’s presidency, everyone joked that he selected Biden for VP because Biden’s incompetency insured that Obama would never be impeached. Yes, Obama was bad, but Biden would be worse. Now that Biden’s the president, that joke was 100% correct. Sadly, he’s multiple times worse than anyone imagined. Biden has more failures in one year than most presidents have in a lifetime – the Afghanistan debacle and surrender, huge crime spikes due to Democrat “defund the police” insanity, actively working to destroy the petroleum industry while supporting Russia’s, soaring inflation, open support and deference to China, and his weakness being directly responsible for Putin’s invasion of Ukraine -- to name just a few epic failures. As bad as Biden is as president, it’s obvious he selected Harris for the same reason that Obama selected him -- to insure he’s never removed from office. If you think things can’t possibly get worse, just look at Harris and you instantly realize – yes, they can. She would be multiple times worse than Joe.

America, Behold Your God
Understanding George Soros’ self-image is a key to grasping much of what’s going on these days.
George Soros contributed $128,485,971 to Democrat candidates in the 2022 midterm elections, which no doubt played a considerable role in the outcome. And it isn’t as if we weren’t warned. As far back as 2004, then-Senator Hillary Clinton (D-What The Hell Happened to MY Turn) declared: “We need people like George Soros, who is fearless and willing to step up when it counts.” Soros himself then came to the podium and said: “It is the first time that I feel that I need to stand up and do something, really, uh, imp–, uh, and become really engaged, um, in the electoral process in, in this country.” Oh, he’s engaged in the electoral process, all right. That’s our problem.
One indication of the difference Soros made was that he gave, according to Politico, “$1 million for the Georgia runoff, which Sen. Raphael Warnock won on Tuesday night, giving Democrats a 51-seat majority in the Senate.” He is also working for the long term. Politico added that “last January, Soros seeded Democracy PAC with $125 million , a ‘long-term investment’ in his political priorities. The group was formed to support pro-democracy ‘causes and candidates, regardless of party’ and to invest in ‘strengthening the infrastructure of American democracy: voting rights and civic participation, civil rights and liberties, and the rule of law,’ Soros said in a statement at the time.”
Soros’ statement was, of course, a steaming pile of misleading blague and deception. He claims to support pro-democracy causes and candidates, regardless of party, but gives only to Democrats. His concern for “the infrastructure of American democracy” quite clearly refers not to our actual republic, but to “our democracy” that the Left is constantly claiming to protect, by which term they actually mean their own hegemony.
Soros has an eye for detail as well. The Capital Research Center (CRC) reported Friday that his “influence on left-wing DA candidates is often wildly underestimated. Since 2016, when Soros first began to back the campaigns of district attorneys (presumably as part of the ‘Resistance’ to the Trump administration), CRC researchers have tracked more than $29 million in funding from Soros through a personal network of political action committees (PACs) formed specifically to back left-wing DA candidates. In total, Soros cash has generously supported over 20 individual candidates, many of whom won their elections and remain in office today.”
The result? “Skyrocketing violent crime, countless murders, little to no accountability, limited prosecutorial experience, a proclivity for scandal, and a tendency to unfairly prosecute political adversaries.” George Soros, CRC added, “certainly has a type.”
So what’s it all about? What is George Soros trying to do? Soros shed some light on this question back in June 1993, when he told the UK’s Independent: “It is a sort of disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out.”
He has apparently inexhaustible amounts of money and an unshakeable dedication to backing candidates and causes that have the effect of weakening America, and making it more squalid, poorer, and more dangerous than it was before he began showering Leftists with his largesse. If Soros is a god, or more precisely, if he thinks of himself as one, he is a god of vengeance and destruction, visiting harm upon the United States of America for evils real or imagined, and imperiling its very continued existence as a free society in the process.
George Soros is 92 years old, and can’t live forever despite his pretensions to divinity, but his son Alexander stands ready to carry on his work, and the destructive influence of this malignant family will likely be felt long into the future. The ray of hope amid all this is the fact that George Soros is not really any kind of god, and that eventually even his power will be broken. The will of human beings to live in freedom and dignity is given by the real God and cannot be extinguished, no matter how many billions Soros may throw against it. In the meantime, however, the United States of America is in for difficult times, as this hubristic megalomaniac continues to devote obscene sums of money to corroding our national power, unity, and cohesion.
