THE BIDEN REGIME AND VOTING - DID BIDEN DESTROY AMERICA'S VOTING AS HE DID AMERICA'S BORDER AND ECONOMY?

AT THE HEART OF ALL AMERICA'S PROBLEMS IS A PACK OF PARASITE GAMER LAWYERS LIKE JOE BIDEN.

Was Massive Vote Fraud Confirmed with a Fishtail?

Sometimes fraud is so far beyond the pale, so egregious, that it is difficult to accept that it happened. But evidence can be too blatant to explain away, especially when two totally different sources of information confirm the existence of the very same fraudulent activity. Such a convergence of evidence occurred in the 2020 election.

An Anonymous Tip

An explosive allegation was made: In Pima County, thirty-five thousand (35,000) votes had been added to each Democrat candidate in the election, including Joe Biden. The allegation was made anonymously by someone claiming that he or she met with Democrat Pima County election officials on September 10, 2020, where a plan to rig the vote was hatched.

The tipster’s written words were described and posted at a meeting of the Arizona Senate on November 30, 2020. Retired Army Col. Phil Waldron told the Senate members,

“[The tipster] wanted to remain anonymous, but had enough concern that he wanted to send this to the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice,” which he did. (Journalist Sarah Carter saw the email communication.) Here are some words from the email of the tipster, as posted by Waldron at the meeting:

When I [the tipster] asked how in the world will 35,000 votes be kept hidden from being discovered, it was stated that spread distribution will be embedded across the entire registered-voter range and will not exceed the registered-vote count, and the 35,000 was determined allowable in Pima County, based on our county registered-vote count [sic].

It was also stated that total voter turnout versus total registered voters determine how many votes we can embed.

Maricopa [county] embed total would be substantially higher than Pima’s due to embeds being based upon the total number of registered voters.

When I asked if this has been tested and how do we know it works, the answer was yes, and has shown success in Arizona judicial-retention elections since 2014, even undetectable in post-audits because no candidate will spend the kind of funds needed to audit and contact voters to verify votes in the full potential of total registered voters, which is more than 500,000 registered voters.

Confirmation With a “Fishtail”

Thanks to the efforts of former Arizona Representative Mark Finchem and a brilliant analysis by pattern expert Shiva Ayyadurai, we can guess which precincts allegedly received the phony ballots. Finchem obtained precinct-level voting data for Pima County, the county he represented. These data included, by precinct, the number of people requesting mail-in ballots, the number of people returning the ballots, and the votes for each candidate.

Dr. Ayyadurai, a pattern recognition expert, noticed that Pima County’s 2020 election had an extraordinarily high mail-in ballot return rate (about 87 percent) when compared to the national average (71 percent) or the average of other Arizona counties (67.6 percent). Even more interesting was the pattern and distribution of precincts in Pima, when arranged by their mail-in ballot return rates.

The figure below is a little complicated but worth studying. It is not an Ayyadurai graph, but is similar to the graphs in Dr. Ayyadurai's Pima County analysis. Ayyadurai calls it his “fishtail” graph, for obvious reasons. It is a fascinating diagram that seems to confirm massive fraud in the 2020 election.

Here is a challenge: Try to explain why there is a tail on this fish!

A rough approximation of a Shiva "fishtail" graph

The image in the figure is an approximation of one of Dr. Ayyadurai’s “fishtail” graphs. The “head” is on the left and the “tail” is on the right. Plusses represent Biden’s vote as a percentage of other Democrats, and circles represent Trump’s vote as a percentage of other Republicans. I added the “eye” and “mouth” for artistic reasons!

Be careful when reading the graph. The “x” axis is not a timeline: Rather, this graph displays precinct clusters organized by the percentage of their mail-in ballots returned, with lower return rates on the left and higher return rates on the right. What about the “y” axis? You may think it compares the votes received by Trump in comparison to Biden, but that is not the case. Instead, Trump is compared to Republicans in general, and Biden is compared to Democrats in general.

The unnatural pattern in this graph is almost impossible to explain unless there was fraud. There may be a temptation to explain Trump’s apparent loss by saying he was not as popular as other Republicans. However, that was probably not the case. As you can see in the image, Trump had a commanding lead over other Republicans in precincts with average or lower return rates. (And remember: The “average” for Pima -- shown with the vertical line -- was about 19 percent higher than other Arizona counties.) However, when we move to the right side of the graph, into the super-high (and very unrealistic) return rates of 92 percent to almost 100 percent, Trump starts losing relative to other Republicans, and Biden gains relative to other Democrats.

What does it mean? It appears extremely likely that those extra 35,000 votes were dumped into certain Pima county precincts, and/or votes were switched between the two presidential candidates.

Adding in the 35,000 phony ballots is what made the turnout rates so high and caused Biden to win the state. And, as the tipster said, the ballots were spread widely. Those 8 dots on the right side of the graph, from 92 percent to 100 percent, represent over 140 precincts. Forty of those precincts have virtually impossible turnout rates of 97 percent or more, according to Dr. Ayyadurai’s analysis. Imagine: Forty precincts with 97 percent or higher turnout!

More than a year ago, in 2021, I sent a FOIA request to the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice. I requested all documents related to the Division’s investigation of the Pima County election fraud allegation. The Division acknowledged my communication and promised a quick response, as required by regulation. However, a response was never issued, despite multiple follow-up requests.

Did the FBI check into this? I doubt it has the time. Right now, the agency is busy trying to distinguish Proud Boys from FBI agents pretending to be Proud Boys.

The Biden disgrace that unleashed the ongoing torrent of foreign policy disasters

In case you haven’t noticed yet, the foreign policy of the United States is a catastrophe after two years of Biden’s stewardship. A brutal war is killing tens of thousands of Ukrainians and Russians, China is openly threatening Taiwan and building a blue water navy to outclass our declining forces. Saudi Arabia, the lynchpin of our Arab Middle East policy is playing footsie with the mullahs of Iran, who are acquiring oil markets and technical/economic help from Russia and China, and most importantly, Biden has driven together as allies Russia and China, overcoming natural tensions over their long border and deep rivalry.

Things are going very, very badly for America, and China has not even taken kinetic action against Taiwan, something that is a distinct possibility in the current environment of American diplomatic collapse.

But this collapse is very understandable. It began with an event that continues to reverberate, one that was just celebrated by the Taliban: the clumsy and deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan that let behind dead Marines and many billions of dollars of military equipment ready for our former enemies to use against us, wither directly or by supplying them to (other) terrorist entities.

Check out this gloating tweet:

Our lying media will cover up this disaster as long as it can: until it becomes impossible. Bad things are in prospect, as our enemies know that we have become, in the prophetic words of Richard Nixon, “A pitiful, helpless giant.”

“If when the chips are down, the world’s most powerful nation, the United States of America, acts like a pitiful, helpless giant, the forces of totalitarianism and anarchy will threaten free nations and free institutions throughout the world.”

MIDDLE AMERICA WILL NOT VOTE FOR THE BANKSTER PARTY. ONLY ILLEGALS MIGHT!

The Democrats' plan to rig the 2024 elections

Back in March 2021, Joe Biden issued Executive Order 14019 that instructed all 600 federal agencies to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.”

The executive order didn’t receive much coverage from the mainstream media, which functions as the P.R. wing for the Democrats.

Even most conservative media overlooked this story, except for a few very astute pundits.

The order did incur the displeasure of some such as the Texas Attorney General who demanded that the executive order be withdrawn.

The Florida-based think tank, Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) sued Biden’s Department of Justice last April after the DOJ failed to respond to FGA’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests relating to the executive order.

The DOJ cited flimsy excuses such as “presidential communications privilege" to withhold the information.

But those ploys failed.

When left with no choice, heavily redacted documents pertaining to the order were released.

There was no reason to suppress details about an order whose function was ostensibly to facilitate the expansion of voter participation.

If the goal was merely to expand voter registration across the country, the contents would have been made public the moment the order was signed.

It seems obvious that something fishy is afoot.

What makes this troubling is that in the two recent elections in 2020 and 2022, elections were mired in controversy due to malpractice.

The concern is that this may be a move to legalize this malpractice.

In 2020, Mark Zuckerberg ‘invested’ $419 million in far-left groups. These far-left groups promoted mail voting, targeted specific key districts in swing states, redesigned ballots to their advantage, overruled local elected officials on how elections were to be run, and even infiltrated sacrosanct electoral infrastructure.

An unprecedented 69% of voters cast their votes either by mail and/or before Election Day for the 2020 elections, i.e., 69% of the vote was not subject to the usual chain of custody safeguarding ballots as has been seen in the past, and therefore was vulnerable to fraud.

Previously, the counting of votes occurred in one night. But from 2020 onwards, in some precincts, it spanned across multiple days, curiously in those contests the Democrats ended up winning.

In 2022, Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake of Arizona called out her Democrat opponent Katie Hobbs, who was also Arizona's secretary of state, for having a conflict of interest, given that she and her office oversaw an election that she conveniently won.

Lake raised serious questions about 40,000 ballots that were illegally counted with only 10% of the signatures reviewed.

Hobbs ‘defeated’ Lake by just over 17,000 votes.

The media dismissed Lake as an election denier, and worse still, Arizona state officials demanded that Lake be probed because Lake’s tweet violated state laws by revealing voter signatures.

All of these malpractices occurred in addition to the biased media reportage, which is always willing to spin falsehoods about GOP candidates.

Recently, the Biden-Harris administration released a fact sheet that is linked to Biden's executive order, meant to direct ‘an all-of-government effort to promote access to voting.’

The following are some of the salient points in this sheet:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) registered 967,400 new citizens in 2022.

Also ‘voter registration information and additional resources’ were made available on a USCIS website for New U.S. Citizens.

Obvious similar efforts will continue all through 2023-4, perhaps even on a larger scale.

The goal behind Biden’s open border policy is to find enough new Democrat voters in key areas such that they drown the impact of legacy voters.

·        The Department of Education will use StudentAid.gov to help connect student borrowers to boost voter registration.

Perhaps voters were reminded of Biden’s plan to forgive loans when these meetings occurred.

·      The Department of Agriculture (USDA) will promote ‘nonpartisan information about voter registration’ across the country in thousands of rural, suburban, and urban communities.

·        The Indian Health Service (IHS) will promote ‘high-quality voter registration services to patients across five IHS facilities by the end of 2023’.

·        The Department of Treasury will provide guidelines for voter registration to individuals on Social Security Benefits, Railroad Pension benefits, and federal retirement benefits. Information about voter registration will be included in IRS Form 1040.

·        The Department of Justice is promoting voting among individuals exiting the criminal justice system.

·        The Department of Defense granted funding to increase the percentage of ballots successfully returned by Uniformed and Overseas Citizens.

·        The Department of State will promote Vote.gov in the waiting rooms of its 26 public passport agencies.

There are serious questions about these initiatives.

·      What if agencies explicitly or implicitly (referring to climate change or LGBT+ or abortion etc.) promote the Democrat agenda during these registration drives?

·      What if agencies outsource their efforts to pro-Democrat ‘non-profit’ organizations who do not even inform the voter that they are being paid by the government while promoting the Democrat agenda?

·      What if voter registration is the first step by these democrat proxy organizations towards building bonds with voters that will influence their voting patterns i.e. are the Democrats running their campaign at the expense of taxpayers?

·      What if they focus on registering only those voters whom they know will vote Democrat? Social media profiles can reveal the political proclivities of individuals.

The manner in which the fact sheet describes initiatives seems purposefully vague, almost as if it was published to give them a reason to claim that they were transparent about their activities when controversies occur later.

It will be impossible to know since interactions with voters will occur in one-to-one transactions.

This is why the Democrats are, despite claims in some Democrat mouthpieces, pleased with the arrangement they have with Joe Biden. Biden's rapidly declining cognitive abilities make him a P.R. embarrassment, but he is their ideal rubber stamp leader. Under Biden's name, they are implementing changes they always dreamed of.

They are targeting their political opponents using government agencies. They are providing unconditional support for a foreign war. They are even alerting the way elections are conducted. The effects of some of these changes will be permanent.

There is no reason why they wouldn't want this rubber-stamp leader in 2024.

Others may push back due to concern about personal legacy, but Biden struggles to find his way on the White House lawn. The question of how history will judge him is the least of his concerns.

Recently states such as Georgia, Idaho, Montana, North Carolina, etc., have either banned or restricted Zuckerberg’s left-wing minions from infiltrating and influencing the administration of elections.

Similar actions must be taken but on a national level.

House Republicans must immediately block funding of these efforts to change the nation forever – the first step is to safeguard the foundation of U.S. democracy – the elections.

Biden’s Border Measures Have Not Stemmed Migration, Border Advocates Charge

Border encounters in the month of February prove that the Biden administration’s new border enforcement measures have not stemmed the flow of migration, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) charged.

Rather than curb the flow of illegal immigration, the Biden administration’s new “border enforcement measures” have instead rerouted migrants through legal ports of entry, FAIR charged in a press release

The organization explained that new data from Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) reveals that the total number of border encounters in February, 212,266, remained at historic high levels.

“But due to the Biden administration’s flagrant abuse of parole authority, 83,389 illegal migrants were encountered at legal ports of entry by the Office of Field Operations (OFO), instead of attempting to enter between ports of entry,” FAIR also pointed out.

Dan Stein, the president of FAIR, blasted the Biden administration, charging that they are “blatantly attempting to deceive the American public into believing they have illegal immigration under control.”

He also went on to say, “While boasting that ‘only’ 128,877 migrants were encountered by Border Patrol entering between ports of entry in February, OFO encountered 83,389 illegal aliens, and allowed many to enter the country under the administration’s expansive and illegal use of parole authority.”

FAIR also noted that the numbers were released right after the Chief of the U.S. Border Patrol Raul Ortiz stated before the House Homeland Security Committee that the federal government does not have “operational control” over our southern border.
Stein also added “Even CBP’s efforts to mask the scope of illegal migration by moving 83,389 illegal entries off-the-books, does not tell the full story of the Biden administration’s disastrous border policies.”

“The number of people who elude apprehension remains high, while lethal narcotics, including fentanyl, continues to pour across the southern border, where criminal cartels maintain clear ‘mission advantage,’” he also said.

“No matter how CBP tries to spin it, the February numbers make it clear that the Biden administration is not turning the tide on illegal immigration,” Stein asserted before going on to say “as the Biden administration is set to end the use of Title 42 in May, the last remaining mechanism in place to turn back migrants at the border, the crisis is likely to get a whole lot worse.”

Kamala Harris Urges Illegal Migrants to Help Elect Joe Bidenwrence Jackson / Biden

NEIL MUNRO

Sen. Kamala Harris promised Sunday to reduce detention space for migrants as she asked an illegal immigrant activist to help Joe Biden win the election.

BLOG EDITOR: WHY DIDN’T LAWYER KAMALA HARRIS TELL THE ILLEGAL TO GO HOME??? SHE’S THE ONE WHO AS ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CA DECLARED THAT NEARLY HALF THE MURDERS IN MEXIFORNIA ARE BY MEX GANGS!

“I’m undocumented … I can’t vote …What can we do during this election to help make sure that we get you elected?” asked Astrid Silva, who was brought into the United States as a child by her illegal migrant parents.

“You can tell people who can vote what life is like for you now, and what life can be like,” Vice President nominee Harris told the Nevada-based political organizer who runs the pro-amnesty Dream Big Nevada group, adding that:

We are committed to shutting down private detention centers and ending policies that have been about separating children from their parents at the border.

Harris’s comments may be a coded message to would-be illegal migrants and their supportive legal-immigrant relatives.

For example, if implemented, Harris’s promise to start “shutting down private detention centers” could cripple border enforcement. If the enforcement agency does not have commercial prisons to hold detainees prior to their asylum hearings, the agency would be forced to release waves of job-seeking migrants into the U.S. labor market.

Similarly, Harris’s promise to end “policies … about separating children” echoes the media-magnified demand by pro-migration activists that officials release migrant mothers and children when they cross the border. That demand would let migrant families freely travel to relatives — including their illegal migrant husbands and fathers — who are working illegally in the United States.

Last week in Nevada, I caught up with my friend @Astrid_NV, to discuss the Biden-Harris plan for immigration reform and how Dreamers can make a difference in this election.

If you're eligible to vote, show up at the ballot box for those who can't: https://t.co/VbrfuqVy9Ppic.twitter.com/knU2qFSYmn

— Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) November 1, 2020

Like Biden, Harris pushed the Cold War “Nation of Immigrants” claim, even though only about 10 percent of people in the United States are legal immigrants:

We want to have a president who understands we are a nation of immigrants. This is a country that was built and that has derived its strength from immigrants coming here over the generations.

Harris also tried to blur the legal and civic differences between illegal migrants, legal immigrants, and American citizens. For example, she told Silva:

Define who you are, and you tell the world who you are. Don’t let anybody ever put you in a box because they have a limited perspective on who can do what and who can be one.

[…]

We are all in this together. And so, chin up, shoulders back, right? We speak our truth and know that there will always be people applauding and supporting that even if you can’t see them at that one moment, know that there are so many of us who are supporting your leadership and the power of your voice. It’s really important.

Harris also claimed President Donald Trump vilified immigrants: “We’ve seen under the current president the kind of vitriol, the kind of hate, the vilification of immigrants in such a horrible way.”

But a Washington Post poll showed in April that Latinos are the strongest advocates for a near-total halt to legal immigration during the coronavirus epidemic and economic crash.

Biden’s 2020 plan promises to “reassert America’s commitment to asylum-seekers and refugees,” wipe out Trump’s asylum reforms, bar any deportations for 100 days, and end migration enforcement against illegal aliens unless they commit a felony.

Joe Biden’s asylum and open-border policies will destroy the American middle class by releasing millions of foreign migrants into the United States, Stephen Miller told reporters October 28. https://t.co/BaeLSIud7y

— Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) October 28, 2020

Biden also wants to let companies import more visa workers, let mayors import temporary workers, and allow an unlimited flow of foreign graduates through U.S. universities into white-collar jobs. Biden would “exempt from any cap [the] recent graduates of Ph.D. programs in STEM fields.”

Biden also wants to accelerate the inflow of chain migration migrants and dramatically accelerate the inflow of poor refugees to at least 125,000 per year.

“The influx of low wage workers from all across the world will drive down incomes, drive down wages, deplete the middle class, bankrupt Social Security, bankrupt Medicare, bankrupt Medicaid, bankrupt federal entitlements, overcrowd schools, and overcrowd every hospital in the middle of a pandemic,” White House aide Stephen Miller told reporters on October 28.

“It is an assault on reason, it is an assault on law enforcement, and it’s an assault on the very idea of having a country, having a Republic,” Miller added. “This is not about left or right or Center. This is about between having a country, or not even having a country.”
