Pres. Biden Predicts: “In 10 Years, America Is Going to Look Around and Say, ‘My God, Look What We Did’”
On Saturday, Pres. Joe Biden made a bold prediction about how Americans will view his presidency a decade from now.
At a political rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania hosted by union members, Biden predicted that Americans will look back in shock at his administration did – and on the money it spent:
“In 10 years, America is going to look around and say, ‘My God, look what we did.’”
“‘Look at the nation’s roads, bridges, airports, at all the — all the investments,’” Biden continued.
In his address, Pres. Biden touted some of his administration’s “investments.”
“I didn’t just come into office with a theory; I came with a plan. And it started with passing the American Rescue Plan — a plan to vaccinate the nation and get our economy going again,” Biden said.
“When Democrats passed the ARP in March 2021 without any Republican support, it was billed as an economic necessity for getting the country through the COVID-19 pandemic, and Biden described every allocation of funds in the legislation as essential, Fox News reported.
But, instead of battling COVID and the financial hardship it caused, millions of dollars from the nearly two trillion dollar bill went to other causes, such as social engineering:
“A federal government agency dedicated to supporting libraries and museums across the country spent $15 million in funds from President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package on programs pushing ‘anti-racist’ education and ‘social activism’ for children.”
“Next, we passed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law because of you,” Biden told the union workers - without mentioning that billions were funneled out of the $1.2 trillion package to subsidize his “green” agenda.
Biden also boasted of his passage of the “Inflation Reduction Act,” a misleadingly named bill which was actually a $750 billion Trojan Horse for funding other controversial agenda items. For example, nearly half ($369 billion) of the “inflation reduction” spending in the bill is dedicated to climate initiatives.
The bill also funds, and calls for, the hiring of 87,000 additional Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents.
So, Biden’s prediction may turn out to be accurate – just not in the way he thinks.
House Oversight Committee chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) predicted Thursday that newly subpoenaed Biden bank records will show the family accepted up to $30 million from its foreign business dealings.
In March, Comer’s probe identified three Biden family members who collectively received $1.3 million, wired through a Biden associate from a Chinese energy company two months after Joe Biden left the vice presidency.
In May, Comer discovered that over the course of several years, the Biden family business received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

“We have more bank records coming in going to exceed $10 million, this week. And I think we will get between $20 and 30 million,” Comer told Fox News.
Last week, Comer subpoenaed two more banks related to the Biden family’s business schemes in Ukraine.

In addition, he subpoenaed Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, for deposition this week. Archer served in 2014 with Hunter on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. He was photographed in 2014 playing golf with Joe Biden. In 2022, a judge sentenced Archer to a year and a day in prison.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told Breitbart News on Friday the subpoenas were triggered by an FBI informant document that alleged Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from a Ukrainian oligarch.
According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the document also says the founder of Bursima, Mykola Zlochevsky, who allegedly paid Joe Biden and Hunter, kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them as an “insurance policy.”

Secret Service agents hired to protect Donald Trump may have provided key evidence in the classified documents case where the former president is at risk of federal indictment, according to a legal expert.
Former federal prosecutor Joyce Vance discussed a “new and interesting” detail reported by The New York Times on June 6. More than 20 members of the former president’s security detail have testified to a grand jury in Washington D.C., the newspaper reported. The grand jury heard evidence as part of the investigation into allegations Trump mishandled classified materials found at his Mar-a-Lago resort and obstructed the federal attempt to retrieve them…
It was previously reported in April that “multiple” Secret Service agents had been subpoenaed to testify in front of the grand jury in Washington D.C. Further details—including the questions the agents were asked to answer under oath—are unknown….
Secret Service agents are always with Trump. And they are also highly trained as observers and witnesses,” Vance wrote.
“Agents work criminal cases and testify before grand juries and trial juries. It’s their job. In other words, these folks are trained witnesses. As a prosecutor, you couldn’t ask for much better.”
While Trump, as a former president, can decline Secret Service protection, if he were to win reelection, he could not.
There is supposed to be a bond of trust between presidents and the Secret Service agents who protect them.
The Democrat DOJ coup there, as with Trump’s lawyers, has set out to violate that bond of trust and to weaponize people who are supposed to protect Trump.

The FBI’s mission is “To protect the American people and uphold the U.S. Constitution.” Their motto is “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity”.
How is the FBI doing on these fronts?
What are they protecting the American people from? Are they upholding the Constitution? Who is their fidelity to? Do they act with integrity?
The current FBI fails on all these counts. They have morphed from the premier law enforcement agency in the world to a Democrat party superPAC.
Start with revelations from the Durham, and previously the Weissman/Mueller reports. The FBI knowingly and deliberately used bogus and unverified opposition research from the Clinton campaign to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, his transition, and then his administration.
The FBI lied to FISA courts to obtain warrants to spy on those within Trump’s orbit. Some were entrapped, as was Gen. Michael Flynn, and prosecuted. Others received visits by FBI agents or SWAT teams, such as Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, and Rudy Giuliani, to intimidate and harass them for the sin of supporting Donald Trump.
Have any Democrats been treated similarly?
The FBI conspired with suspected Russian agent Igor Danchenko who, along with British agent Christopher Steele, concocted the bogus “Steele Dossier” used as the basis of spying and undermining the Trump campaign and administration.
Cornell Law school defines, “Treason refers to the betrayal of one’s own country by attempting to overthrow the government through waging war against the state or materially aiding its enemies.”
Isn’t Russia considered our enemy?
Since the CIA knew that “Russia and its president, Vladimir Putin, wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election,” treason accurately describes the FBI's activities, preventing Trump’s election and stopping his presidency to serve the wishes of and aiding America’s enemy Russia.
Then there is the Hunter Biden laptop, in FBI’s possession since 2019, but hidden away and not investigated.
According to Yahoo News, “A whistleblower claims FBI officials instructed agents not to investigate Hunter Biden’s laptop ahead of the 2020 presidential election.”
Of course, Democrats and the FBI wanted to suppress such a story, just as their FBI superPAC smothered the Hillary Clinton email scandal? This was blatant election interference by the FBI.
The FBI, by ignoring the laptop in their possession, altered the 2020 election, “16% of Biden voters would have voted differently if Hunter Biden laptop story was not suppressed by media, big tech.” They left out the original suppressor, the FBI.
Voters agree that the FBI actions interfered in the 2020 election: “79% say ‘truthful’ coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop would have changed 2020 election.”
Additional confirmation came from a Twitter file release last December, “Evidence shows FBI, Biden campaign and Twitter worked together to suppress Hunter story.” In other words, the FBI and Twitter were part of the Democrat campaign.
At least in Twitter’s defense, it is a private company. The FBI is not, instead it is a taxpayer funded agency under the Department of Justice. Yet here they are as a Democrat party superPAC.
Who was in charge of the FBI during this time? An honest guy like the Efrem Zimbalist Jr character in the 1960 series “The FBI”? No, it was James Comey, who doesn’t hide his hyper-partisanship and political activism.
In a recent MSNBC interview Comey asserted, “Trump poses a near-existential threat to the country if he gains a second term.” In another interview he was in full campaign mode saying, “It has to be Biden in 2024.” He also predicted, "He could be wearing an ankle bracelet while accepting the nomination at the Republican convention."
It's extremely likely that Comey held these views as FBI director, when Trump ran for and was elected president. After Trump’s election, Comey, along with his wife and daughters marched through Washington, D.C. wearing “pink pussy hats,” protesting the election of the president he purportedly served. So much for fidelity or integrity.
Not only Comey, but two senior FBI officials, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok had this exchange in August 2016,
“[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” Page texted Strzok in August 2016.
“No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it,” Strzok responded.
I’m sure similar conversations took place in the DNC headquarters. Is there any difference between the DNC and FBI?
The FBI has hunted Trump supporters anywhere near the U.S. Capitol on January 6, arresting them and serving them up to the other Democrat superPAC, the DOJ, for draconian prosecution. Meanwhile they can’t seem to identify the January 5 pipe bomber and are keeping Ray Epps and his role on January 6 hidden and buried as deeply as Hunter Biden’s laptop.
The FBI raided the home of a former Republican president over supposed classified documents, which he has declassification authority over, and which were in locked in his home under Secret Service protection.
While a Democrat senator and vice president, Joe Biden, without declassification authority, stored classified documents in garages, homes and offices, in multiple states, under no specific security protection, and the FBI yawns and instead pursues parents exercising their right of free speech at school board meetings.
Our FBI shields firms tied to the Chinese communist party that hold U.S. voter data in mainland China while they pressured Twitter to suppress information critical of the Biden family.
The FBI celebrates Democrat priority Pride Month while targeting Catholics as domestic terrorists. Just as any Democrat operative would have done.
As Rep. James Comer said, “The FBI is attempting a coverup, and Democrats are doing their bidding by lying to the American people” regarding supposed DOJ investigations into the Biden Family selling influence to foreign countries.
Then there is last week’s Trump indictment, after an unprecedented FBI raid and fishing expedition, seizing thousands of Trump’s personal items having nothing to do with national security. The FBI played tag team with the DOJ, indicting Trump for flimsy interpretations of the Espionage Act.
Trump was indicted over so-called classified documents that remain hidden. As Sundance described, “They cannot tell anyone, even the court, what the nature of the documents are that underpin their assertion. Remember, they wouldn’t even let a court appointed “special master” review the documents.”
I predict that if there is a trial, it will drag out through campaign season, only to be dropped on election day, having served its original intent of election interference by the Biden administration.
On the same day as the indictment, the FBI, under Congressional pressure, finally coughed up documents verifying their slow-walked investigation into an alleged $5 million bribe to then Vice President Biden from a Ukraine energy company.
Joe Biden has been confirmed as “the big guy” by a Burisma executive, after a few years ago being called the same over peddling his vice presidential status and influence to China. The FBI is “investigating” a $5 million bribe paid to “the big guy” but are sure keeping the investigation quiet.
No swat raids. No indictments. No arrests. Senate Republicans had to drag this out of the agency charged with monitoring and prosecuting foreign influence peddling by U.S. officials. The FBI is protecting one of its own fellow Democrats.
What’s the solution? Few Republicans seem to care, and the Democrats are happy to have the FBI as one of their most influential superPACs. If wrongdoing by the FBI is uncovered, nothing will happen, as evidenced after the Durham Report release.
The U.S. House has the power of the purse and could defund the FBI if they don’t reverse course but that will never happen. Instead, the FBI thumbs its nose at Congressional subpoenas, comfortable in the assurance that the DOJ would never prosecute such contempt of Congress. That’s reserved only for Republicans.
Fortunately House Speaker Kevin McCarthy found his spine and tweeted,
Today is indeed a dark day for the United States of America.
It is unconscionable for a President to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades.
I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump against this grave injustice. House Republicans will hold this brazen weaponization of power accountable.
Talk is cheap though. Let’s see of Speaker McCarthy follows through.
The American people stand with Trump though. Following his indictment, Trump’s poll numbers went up, giving him a nearly 40 point lead over the rapidly diminishing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
Fifty years ago, many feared a politicized and weaponized FBI under the reign of J. Edgar Hoover. Now those fearing a tyrannical government are in charge and running these agencies.
We now have a federalized police agency targeting political opponents of the party in power. Biden is now in good company with other tyrants who acted similarly including Mao, Stalin, and Hitler.
From Reagan’s “Shining city on a hill” we have Biden’s Banana Republic of America, thanks to the unethical and unscrupulous FBI. The Democrat party, with the able assistance of the FBI and DOJ, is attempting to take out the leading 2024 election opponent to assist their very own Big Guy. So much for the will of the people electing their president.
Wednesday, during an appearance on FNC’s “Jesse Watters Tonight,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, accused the FBI of covering for President Joe Biden.
Grassley was referring to the FBI’s alleged stonewalling regarding House inquiries into potential wrongdoing by Biden and members of his family.
“Senator Chuck Grassley, you’re a resolute guy,” FNC Jesse Watters said. “You are patient. You’ve done this before. You know how this works. Do you feel like the Department of Justice and the FBI are playing games?”
“Absolutely,” Grassley replied. “First of all, I want to compliment Congressman Comer because he has been very helpful with working me on this issue. And we wouldn’t be where we are with the FBI if he hadn’t been involved.”
“So, let me answer your question this way,” he continued. “We have an unclassified document. We have what the FBI calls a credible source because they paid this person over the years, six figures. And I’ve got a reputation for protecting whistleblowers, and we’re going to keep going until we get this document. But, yes, I believe the FBI is covering for President Biden. And the information that’s in this is from a credible source, from credible whistleblowers, people that are protected by the Whistleblower Protection Law, and we just got to get to the bottom of it, and we’re not going to give up until we get this document.”
“Senator Grassley, we’re hearing the FBI says they can’t protect this whistleblower if this document drops, he might wind up dead,” Watters asked. “How does that make you feel?”
“Well, let’s put it this way,” Grassley replied. “Look at — compared to the way they’re treating Congress as a second-class citizen. They gave the New York Times on May 18 a classified document. We have an unclassified document, and they gave them the name of a human source. Did they worry about that person being assassinated? I think that’s all blue smoke.”
Republican lawmakers are demanding transparency from President Joe Biden regarding his 2017 tax returns in which his entity, “CelticCapri Corp,” listed nearly $10 million without specifying revenue line items, raising concerns about who paid the entity and for what in the wake of Joe Biden’s alleged link to a $5 million Ukrainian “bribery” scheme.
Before the 2020 election, USA Todaypublished a “fact check” article that tried to support the claims that the Bidens earned “$15.6 million … from speaking fees and book deals” from 2017 to 2019, and that “more than $10 million of that total income was profits from Biden’s memoir ‘Promise Me, Dad’ and $3 million in profits from Jill Biden’s book.”
But a closer look at Joe Biden’s 2017 tax returns raises eyebrows. “Follow the source link provided to that $10 million number, though, and you’ll end up at Joe Biden’s campaign website with financial disclosure links to only their individual returns — no S-corporation tax returns,” the Federalist critiqued USA Today. “So, in reality, readers were left with a smokescreen.”
The so-called “smokescreen” raised alarm for Republican lawmakers, causing them to demand transparency about the nearly $10 million sum from the passthrough entity.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), a co-author of the 2020 Senate report on the Bidens, told Breitbart News Joe Biden should openly disclose the source of the revenue. “Biden should disclose and every member of the press ought to hound him until he does,” he said.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told Breitbart News Joe Biden should produce unredacted bank records to provide transparency.
“The President seems to find selling out our country funny. We don’t,” she said. “If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever.”

Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ), a successful businessman in his own right, told Breitbart News Joe Biden should come clean about the money in lieu of the alleged pay-for-pay scheme.
“The fact that there are credible claims signaling that a foreign national bribed the President of the United States with cash in exchange for influence over U.S. policy decisions is appalling. The American people deserve to know who paid the Bidens and what exactly they were paid for,” he said.
“Now that we know there are recordings of conversations Joe Biden and his degenerate son had with a Burisma executive, it’s becoming more and more obvious how the indictment of President Trump is meant to be a distraction,” Crane added. “It would shock no one in this town if Joe Biden received millions of dollars from selling out the country in a bribery scheme and then hid that money in shady shell companies.”
It is apparently “common” for personal tax returns to not list line item income of S Corporations entities, according to Jerry Allison, a CPA of Allison Financial Services who practiced accounting for over 30 years. However, the lack of detail should raise concern for House investigators, he noted, as allegations against Joe Biden arose last week about receiving a foreign bribe while he was vice president.
Upon reviewing Biden’s personal tax return, which includes an entity controlled by first lady Jill Biden, Allison explained the entity’s revenue is likely much higher due to expense deductions.
“The point I am making here is that the $9.5M income and the $557K income on Schedule E are after expenses have been subtracted, so the original income is much more than these numbers,” he told Breitbart News.
“It is my opinion that both S Corporation returns should be examined to find the actual amount of income and to obtain clues as to where the income may have originated,” he added. “The S Corporation returns might reveal other entities from which the income may have originated.”
A majority of voters believe FBI officials tried to cover up a bureau informant file that allegedly details a $5 million bribery scheme involving an exchange of money for policy decisions between now-President Joe Biden and a foreign national, a Rasmussen Reports poll found Wednesday.
The FBI’s informant file allegedly linked Joe Biden to the family’s business deals in Ukraine, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed Tuesday. The FBI file originated from an interview the bureau conducted with an informant, who is reportedly a “highly credible” FBI source with a history dating back to the Barack Obama administration.
The FBI refused to comply with Comer’s subpoena for nearly a month. Eleven hours before the House Oversight Committee planned to assemble to vote on holding FBI Director Wray in Contempt of Congress, the FBI agreed to permit all members of the Oversight Committee to review an unclassified file.
The bureau’s capitulation came on the same day polling revealed that 60 percent of voters believe it is likely that top FBI officials helped cover up any alleged wrongdoing the document might detail by Joe Biden or his family, including 48 percent who believe it is “very likely.”
“Thirty-three percent (33%) don’t believe an FBI cover-up is likely, including 16% who say it is Not At All Likely,” the poll found.
The poll surveyed 999 likely voters from June 4-6 with a +/- three percent margin of error.
The committee stated Wednesday:
After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden.
“Allowing all Oversight Committee members to review this record is an important step toward conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people,” the committee added.

FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate stonewalled Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) during Tuesday’s Judiciary Committee hearing about if the bureau possesses the alleged 17 recordings between a Burisma Holdings executive and President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.
On Tuesday, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed the Burisma executive who allegedly paid Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden $5 million each kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations of them as an “insurance policy.”
“Do you have the 17 recordings? Yes or no?” Cruz drilled Abbate.
“I’m not going to get further into that,” he replied after admitting the FBI possesses a form that alleges the 17 recordings.
“That’s the problem the FBI has right now, anunlimited hubris that you believe you are unaccountable,” Cruz slammed the FBI agent. “You don’t believe you’re accountable to the United States Congress, and you don’t believe you’re accountable to the American people.”
“You’re sitting there happily erecting a wall to protect Joe Biden,” he added.
Cruz again pressed Abbate to disclose the alleged audio recordings. “Will you provide the 17 recordings so we can assess what is the evidence, the specific credible evidence,that Joe Biden personally took a $5 million bribe from a foreign national?”
“Senator, we will work with this committee, you, and other members to provide the information within the parameters of the process,” Abbate said, providing an indefinite answer.
Cruz also noted that if Joe Biden wanted to disprove the allegations, he could call for the release of the unclassified FBI informant form.
“And to be clear, if the allegations are false, you know who could disprove them?” Cruz rhetorically asked. “Joe Biden.”
“He could call for this to be released publicly. But the FBI is stonewalling.Would youagree?” Cruz questioned.
“Senator, no one’s stonewalling,” Abbate claimed.

The FBI will allow House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) to review the two new forms this week.

In 2015, Burisma was under suspicion of money laundering and public corruption. Prosecutor Victor Shokin investigated the case before his termination due to pressure applied by then-Vice President Joe Biden, who threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid from Ukraine if the Ukrainian government did not fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma.
In exchange, the informant file alleges Joe Biden and Hunter Biden received $5 million each in small sums through separate bank accounts.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Friday exclusively told Breitbart News the FBI held two more informant files on the Biden family’s business ventures, triggering the House Oversight Committee on Friday to subpoena two more banks.
The Committee did not respond to a request for comment about the bank subpoenas.
Greene told Breitbart News the House Oversight Committee issued two subpoenas Friday to compel information about the Bidens’ Ukrainian transactions. Greene did not comment on which banks Comer subpoenaed.
An informant alleging a $5 million bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden is reportedly a “highly credible” FBI source with a history dating back to the Obama administration era.
The FBI possesses a document from an interview the FBI conducted with the informant, which allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions between now-President Joe Biden and a foreign national.
After weeks of stonewalling a congressional subpoena, FBI Director Christopher Wray finally agreed to allow members of Congress to view the unclassified document next Monday. A House Oversight Committee spokesperson told CNN the committee still plans to move forward with holding the FBI in contempt of Congress.
A source told Fox News the informant was a “pre-existing” FBI source with a long track record dating back “at least several years” to the Obama era before generating the file detailing allegations against then-Vice President Biden.
In addition, the source claimed the informant was previously “found to be highly credible” and was “consistently reviewed by the FBI.”
In May, James Comer issued a subpoena to obtain the document from the FBI following legally protected disclosures to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) office.
Elements of a potential bribery scheme involving Biden and his family members’ overseas business interests have been evident for years. Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak wrote in March that there was evidence supporting the impeachment of President Biden for bribery:
Hunter Biden’s overseas business ventures had been recognized as early as 2015 as a potential conflict of interest for his father. Diplomats and journalists questioned Hunter Biden’s appointment to the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where he earned $83,333 per month, despite lacking relevant expertise, while his father was in office.
Those concerns were brushed aside, however, by the vice president’s office, and the issue was never resolved. Hunter Biden also connected other foreign business associates with his father, including Chinese associates.
Biden could be impeached retroactively, following a precedent set by Democrats in their second impeachment trial of President Donald Trump in 2021.
White House spokesman Ian Sams lashed out against House Republicans who plan to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress for refusing to divulge an unclassified, subpoenaed document that allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions between now-President Joe Biden and a foreign national.
After Wednesday’s meeting between Wray and House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY), in which the bureau chief confirmed the file’s existence, Comer doubled down on his threat to hold Wray in contempt of Congress — which the White House called a “silly charade” and a “political stunt.”
“This silly charade by @JamesComer is yet another reminder that his so-called ‘investigations’ are political stunts not meant to uncover facts but to spread thin innuendo to attack the President and get himself media attention and the Fox News spotlight,” Sams posted on Twitter shortly after the meeting.
During Comer’s meeting with Wray, the FBI confirmed the existence of the subpoenaed informant file the bureau refuses to provide Congress that allegedly links President Joe Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme, Comer said. The Justice Department previously did not deny the document’s existence upon Comer’s subpoena.
Comer said in a statement:
While Director Wray – after a month of refusing to even acknowledge that the form existed – has offered to allow us to see the documents in person at FBI headquarters, we have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena. If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, the House Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings.
After releasing the statement, Comer told Fox News that he and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) already inspected the document he subpoenaed and will go to the FBI headquarters and review it again.
“We will go there and look at the redacted document. But we know what is in the document,” he said.
House Oversight Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) also voiced frustrations with Comer for threatening to hold Wray in contempt of Congress after reviewing the document.
“Despite these extraordinary accommodations—and the fact that Republicans have claimed to have access to the very information subpoenaed—Chairman Comer has continued to insist he will hold the FBI Director in contempt,” Raskin told reporters.
The Democrats’ angst about the FBI potentially being held in contempt comes as Comer’s probe into the Biden family uncovered damning information. The probe uncovered that the Biden family business, over the course of several years, received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In addition, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren, Comer revealed.

During the Sunday broadcast of “Life, Liberty & Levin,” host Mark Levin argued against the Justice Department’s prosecution of former President Donald Trump.
According to Levin, President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland had to authorize the investigation.

LEVIN: First, I want to tell you a little bit about this prosecutor, Jack Smith, who I call Jack the Ripper Smith. He is a very bad guy in my opinion.
I want to tell you quickly, as I’ve told you in the distant past. He has had two major defeats when it came to public corruption cases when he headed the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division over at the Department of Justice. He was the big mahoff, and he blew these cases.
Supreme Court overturns Bob McDonnell’s corruption convictions. This is Politico from 2016: A unanimous Supreme Court (it was eight to zero, one justice recused) has overturned the corruption convictions of former Virginia governor, Bob McDonnell, ruling that federal prosecutors relied on a boundless definition of the kinds of acts that could lead politicians to face criminal charges.
So it takes a bribery statute and expands it so preposterously that even the Supreme Court says you can’t do this: The justices set for a straightforward rule. Setting up a meeting, calling another public official or hosting an event that does not standing alone qualify as an official act — an official act in return for a favor, like a trip or something like that.
So they destroyed Bob McDonnell’s career — destroyed it. Bankrupted virtually the man, ruined his marriage, and then oops, eight to zero, the Supreme Court says, this is outrageous. Who was behind it? Jack the Ripper Smith.
Here’s another one.
This is from ABC News. 2012: John Edwards jurors say evidence wasn’t there to convict. We’re talking about a case in which John Edwards, or his people, asked donors to contribute money to put up his pregnant girlfriend at an apartment to try and cover it up during the course of his election. And what did Jack the Ripper Smith conclude? That’s a crime under the federal election code. How?
Well it contributed positively to his campaign — it is sort of the Alvin Bragg argument. So what did the jury say? There were six counts brought against Edwards: “There wasn’t enough evidence there, one of the jurors said, adding that she did not believe the case should ever have come to a courtroom in Greensboro, North Carolina. The jurors with whom ABC News spoke believe the prosecution had not made its case, but said there was a small group of holdouts convinced of Edwards’ guilt. I felt like the evidence just wasn’t there, the juror Teresa Fuller, had mentioned it could have been more, it could have been a lot more than what it was.”
So, he brings a frivolous case on six charges, again, takes a statute dealing with elections and pulls it out of existence. He is rewriting these statutes, not because he wants to do justice, because he wants to do injustice.
He has the wrong mindset, this man. He targets people, he hunts them, and then he destroys them.
Now, they shipped him off to The Hague where he could chase down genocidal maniacs, but before they did this, he was the acting US attorney in the Middle District of Tennessee. Where is that? Nashville.
The acting U.S. attorney, he assumed he would become the U.S. attorney, but then who became president of the United States in 2016? Actually, 2017 he was sworn in, it was Donald Trump.
Donald Trump did not appoint him as the U.S. attorney, Jack the Ripper Smith. He appointed somebody else. So Smith resigned, he wasn’t happy.
So you can see, and this is the first you probably heard, unless you listen to my radio show, the man has a chip on his shoulder.
The Espionage Act from 1917 to last week was never ever used against a former president or a former vice president or even a former Cabinet secretary. That was never the intention. The law is 106 years old. It was not intended to be used this way to criminalize document cases whether the documents are classified or not. It doesn’t matter who created them. They’re in the possession of the White House, the president, his staff or whomever.
The Presidential Records Act, which was passed in 1978 and instituted effectively in 1981 has no criminal penalty. So, you can’t start with the Presidential Records Act and all of a sudden say, okay, let’s move to the Espionage Act even before there was a Presidential Records Act.
Even before there was a Presidential Records Act, the Espionage Act was never used against Lyndon Johnson who directed his staff to remove top secret information involving the Vietnam War in his illegal taps on Nixon’s phones. The war was still going on. That information was taken by a staffer to Director LBJ, was eventually turned over to his library where they sat on it for decades. Nobody even thought about charging anybody with the Espionage Act.
And there are other cases, too. I mean, you’re talking about Hillary Clinton, the Hillary Clinton case is so obvious. She wasn’t even a president or a vice president. The Presidential Records Act doesn’t even apply to her.
If you’re going to apply anything, it’s the Espionage Act, and even that doesn’t apply in my humble opinion, but okay, fine.
They’ve even investigated for obstruction even though she destroyed tens of thousands of emails, permanently, even though they destroyed her past cell phones with hammers, you ever try that? I’m sure that’s not easy.
So they never investigated her for obstruction, never investigated her for perjury, even though there were existing subpoenas from the House Oversight Committee under Chairman Jason Chaffetz and he’s talked about this. So she gets away scot-free, no federal grand jury. No warrant. No SWAT team. Why?
Bill Clinton and the socks case. For years, he is recording any top secret information. He wants to keep it for a book he’s going to write and posterity, his legacy and all the rest of it, keeps it in the sock drawer, leaves the presidency, takes it all with him. He takes it all with him. Nobody charged him with violating the Espionage Act. Nobody even thought about it.
So what happened? So Judicial Watch walks in and says under the FOIA, Freedom of Information Act, National Archives, you go get those tapes, we want to look at what we can look at. Goes in front of a federal judge in 2012, eleven years ago, in Washington, D.C. She is appointed by Obama. She’s a leftist.
She went after Manafort, she went after Stone. And what does she rule? She rules, I can’t do anything. My hands are tied, even with judicial review, I can’t order anything, the Presidential Records Act says that these documents belong to the president, the ex-president and he has very broad authority in that respect, so I can’t order the National Archives. He has the right to segregate what he believes is private and what’s not and there is nothing anybody can do about it.
Wow. The government’s position, the Department of Justice, the prosecutor’s position was that that was the correct decision, because they fought Judicial Watch when it came to the acquisition of this information. So there never should have been a grand jury on the documents case ever.
There should never have been a violation of attorney-client privilege under the crime fraud exception. It should never had occurred. There should never have been a search warrant. There should never have been an FBI SWAT team raid on President Trump’s house.

If the government really felt it had had to do something about all this, they follow the civil track. They go to a judge, they get an order, a civil order where if they can convince the judge, he orders President Trump and his people to turn over all the documents. So that judge would have to ignore the Presidential Records Act, but let’s play along.
Let’s say the lawyers say no, we’re not going to do that. You don’t start a criminal investigation as Bill Barr suggests. We move from the Presidential Records Act to the Espionage — no you don’t.
You can go to the judge who issued an order and say, OK, we need civil contempt. You need to hold these lawyers. You need to hold them in contempt. They never did that.
They didn’t follow that route. Why? Because they want to put Donald Trump in prison, that’s why.
Hillary Clinton, the Espionage Act. She retained classified and unclassified information for a period of years. She put a private server in her basement, and that was illegal. That’s what it was. Intentionally bypassed the government’s security system. She lied about it repeatedly, destroyed thousands of emails permanently, as I said, destroyed cell phones permanently, as I said. Never criminalized under the Espionage Act.
That is, they talked about it, but they said we would never prosecute anybody under this Act, never investigated for obstruction, no warrant, no SWAT team, nothing.
Lyndon Johnson, nobody even thought of the Espionage Act. Joe Biden, as a senator, stealing information from the Senate SCIF, spreading information in four different locations, not saying a word about it for decades — for decades. No Espionage Act consideration there. If there was, he would be indicted today.
Jimmy Carter’s documents. Nope. Mike Pence’s document Nope. Bill Clinton’s tapes. Nope. Former presidents and vice presidents, former secretary of State — nothing.
And I have a question for former attorneys general, Bill Barr, others. Did you ever read classified information in your vehicle when your driver was taking you from home to work at the Justice Department and back? Because if he did you violated the Espionage Act.
There was a piece in The New York Times from six months ago, January: The National Archives and Records Administration delivered a gentle request this week to representatives of former presidents and vice presidents, could you please check again to see if you have any classified documents laying around? Asking nicely is about all they can do.
Legal experts said that officials at the Archives do not have any independent ability to enforce that request or to require that the country’s former leaders conduct searches for the materials they say they still have in their possession.
William J. Bosanko, the chief operating officer at the Archives wrote the representatives of the former presidents and vice presidents urging them to look again in light of the discoveries made by Biden, Trump, and Pence. But so far the letter does not appear to have yielded any significant new action. Wow. Send the SWAT teams in, baby. No, can’t do that. Search warrants? No, I don’t think we’ll do that. No, I don’t think we will.
Now moving on. Durham report says they treat Trump one way and Hillary Clinton another.
The Levin report tonight says they treat Trump one way and Biden another. Here we have The Daily Mail. Exhibit 1 against the Bidens. Exclusive: Joe’s missing millions. Financial records reveal Biden had $5.2 million in unexplained income. As e-mails show, he paid Hunter’s legal bills for one megabucks Chinese deal that was tapped as Big Guy to get a 10 percent cut in another. E-mails from Hunter Biden’s laptop revealed Joe Biden agreed to pay his son’s legal fees. Joe was able to pay the bills after earning millions of dollars through his and his wife’s companies after he left office. (They set up these S-corporations.)
But an analysis by TheDailyMail.com where the president’s financial record show $5.2 million is unexplained. The missing millions in e-mails in Hunter’s abandoned laptops suggest Joe would have a 10 percent share in Hunter Biden’s blockbuster deal with a Chinese. Exhibit 1.
How about Exhibit 2, The New York Post: Hunter Biden and other family members received millions through tangled web of middlemen and shell companies House investigators disclosed. The bank records show the Biden family, their associates, their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals in their companies said Mr. Comer. The Committee received thousands of bank records of individuals and companies as a result of four subpoenas sent to financial institutions over the course of the investigation. Exhibit 2.
How about Exhibit 3: Senator Grassley, FBI redacted references to recordings in Biden allegations shared with Congress. He says that form 1023 involves an alleged bribery scheme between the Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden and a foreign national, and on the same day the FBI provided a redacted version of the 1023 to the House Oversight Committee, the Justice Department announced that former President Trump had been indicted and charged with 37 crimes.
Wow. What a coincidence.
The 1023 produced to the House, redacted, referenced that the foreign national allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden has audio recordings of his conversations with him, 17 total recordings. The bribe turns out to be closer to $10 million, and the FBI hid the recordings. Exhibit 3.
Exhibit 4: Exclusive: Chinese donors to university housing Biden think tank have ties to Hunter’s business deals. Tens of millions of dollars poured into the University of Pennsylvania in this so-called think tank that pay Joe Biden a million bucks a year.
Exhibit 4: Chinese elite have paid some $31 million to Hunter and the Bidens. This is from Peter Schweizer a year ago. The Bohai Harvest $20 million payout and there’s more as I pate through this.
And there is more, Deal 3: Hunter teams up with China’s dragon head payout, $188,000.00-plus.
Deal 4: CEFC, a China front energy company. Payout: $6 million.
Deal 5: CEFC’s Patrick Ho. Payout: Another $1 million.

Exhibit 6: Biden reportedly bragged about the firing of a prosecutor who was investigating his son’s firm. You remember that? It’s on video for everyone to see.
So a prosecutor in Ukraine is investigating Burisma, and of course, this company is critical to the Bidens because it employs Hunter and pays him $83,000.00 a month. Now, there is some suggestion that Joe Biden got him the job. Oh, but the prosecutor was corrupt and we have to get rid of the prosecutor. Oh, really?
And yet Donald Trump is investigated criminally and the attorney general, Merrick Garland won’t even appoint a special counsel despite all of those predicates that are pouring out of every orifice of the Department of Justice.
What do we know?
President Biden had his White House Deputy counsel, as Mike Davis points up, Jonathan Su, waive President Trump’s claim of executive privilege, leading to the unprecedented raid in August and resolving indictment now. So Biden was behind it.
Number two: Biden’s attorney general, Merrick Garland personally approved the Trump indictment the other week.
Merrick Garland is involved in all of it, the White House through White House counsel and Biden, they’re involved in all of it. The Archives doesn’t have the power to turn an investigation or a request into a criminal investigation. This is what is going on. It is sickening.
“The watchdogs at Judicial Watch discovered documents that reveal how the Obama administration's close coordination with the Mexican government entices Mexicans to hop over the fence and on to the American dole.” Washington Times
The visa is being used to import cheap labor, not for specialty occupations … It’s impacting actual American workers. There are jobs which Americans should be taking up and they’re more than skilled to do. … The U.S. graduates who have taken up such a huge loan for their education, how are they going to be able to work or pay it off?
The visa workers are often touted by U.S. investors as “top tier” graduates. But the flood of cheap unskilled labor changes the incentives for executives and workforces at Fortune 500 companies, Manohar said. “Since American workers are losing out on their jobs and Indian workers are coming in on cheap labor –the bare minimum wage — there’s no growth in innovation at all. It’s just [the] bare minimum — if you ask a person to do Task X, that’s all he does.”
The lottery fraud is acknowledged by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency within Alejandro Mayorkas’ DHS.
Biden’s Deputies Hide Mass Fraud in H-1B Middle-Class Outsourcing Visa
Indian-born CEOs are closing their firms and fleeing back to India to escape charges of fraud in the annual lotteries for visas to import H-1B foreign contract workers, says a lawyer for many Indian-owned subcontractors and visa workers.
“So yes, they are getting prosecuted, they are getting investigated, and that’s the reason why some of them are packing their bags and closing their companies,” said Rahul Reddy, an immigration lawyer in Texas.
Reddy made his comments during an online question-and-answer session with Indian graduates who are worried about the federal investigations into the H-1B fraud in the annual lottery for 85,000 new H-1B work permits. The work permits are used to import lower-wage migrants to take the jobs needed by U.S. college graduates.
Many Indian graduates in India cooperate with the fraud because the H-1B visas put them on a long, indentured-service path to U.S. jobs, green cards, and citizenship.
But many other Indian graduates from U.S. colleges oppose the lottery fraud because it hinders their three legal chances to convert their “Optional Practical Training” (OPT) work permits into an H-1B visa with its valuable path to U.S. citizenship.
“This is the most important point,” one Indian graduate told Breitbart News. “Graduates here are working on STEM OPT [work permits] … they’re in their final or penultimate attempt [to win the H-1B lottery], and they’re employed to a legitimate employer … They are the ones who are affected,” said the graduate, who described himself as “Manohar from the Midwest.”
“I know people around me who are doing this,” Manohar said, adding:
Since they’re on their last year of the STEM OPT, they applied to the legitimate employer where they are employed and submitted another five, six applications through a consultancy [labor broker] … So they got a [fake] job offer [which is needed to apply for the lottery] which they know is bogus and everyone knows it is bogus.
“At least 500 of us on a subreddit group have been reporting these cases [to the government] … They said they’re investigating them, but there has been no update whatsoever,” he added.
The Facebook video shows Reddy reading questions from his online audience:
“Have any employees been charged for colluding so far? What penalty are they looking at?” Yes, there are a lot of companies that are under criminal investigation right now. We get a lot of contact from people who are getting criminally investigated, and employers getting investigated. Some of the employers are running away to India. Some of the employers are just closing the entire business. Some of the employers are not filing their H-1B’s even though got them in the lottery. So all different things are going on.
And it’s spreading around a lot of prosecution of these employers. Were employers prosecuted for [fraudulent] filing in 2021? Yes, they did …. Two years ago, people, let’s say for example, you’re a very nice guy, you only applied for one lottery [visa], and this other guy who applied for 10 lotteries, he got five or four selected. He was beating his chest and saying “I got my lottery.”
But now, when the prosecution happens, when the revocation [of fraudulent visas] happens, they don’t announce the information though. But yes, we do get the consultations. We do get the information. Unfortunately, we can’t put them on the video. We can only put nice people on video because the bad people, they don’t want to come on the video, and we don’t want them [on video]… If a client is consulting us and filed for 17 [duplicate H-1B visas] and he got selected four or five times, we don’t want to put that guy in there [on video].
The lottery fraud has been recognized since 2021 by top officials at President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security. “There is literally no [DHS] follow-up to fake filings that we can ascertain, and no effort is made by [DHS to] weed out folks who have filed multiple applications with multiple employers,” Charles Kuck, an Atlanta lawyer, told Breitbart News in 2021.
Much of the fraud is being conducted by Indian-born CEOs who run many of the second-tier or third-tier white-collar subcontracting under the Fortune 500.
The software sweatshops allow the Fortune 500 to replace American grads with disposable teams of indentured Indian workers. Many of the Indian workers in the subcontractor pyramids under the Fortune 500 companies are recent graduates of American universities with OPT work permits. But many are white-collar illegals — and nearly all are competing for H-1B work permits by working long hours at low pay.
The workers’ participation in fraud also traps many in the sweatshops. Their CEOs can use their prior frauds to block them from getting legal work permits that would help them pay off the huge debts that their families accepted to get the young men into U.S. jobs.
The lottery fraud is acknowledged by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency within Alejandro Mayorkas’ DHS.
However, there is no evidence that the government’s fraud investigation is intended to reduce the large-scale extraction of migrants from poor countries for use by the Fortune 500 and Wall Street.
On May 15, a top White House official said “We’re working with the State Department and DHS … to make it easier for [migrants] that have these skill sets that we think can really contribute to implementing these new policies, that we can bring them in faster.”
Instead, the DHS’s fraud investigation is likely intended to assert federal control over the process. Elsewhere, Mayorkas justifies his legal changes to southern migration as a push to replace cartel smuggling networks with safer, government-run legal pathways into American workplaces and housing.
The federal silence about the H-1B fraud is also a diplomatic concession for India’s prime minister, Narendra Modi. He is a strong backer of the H-1B program because it steers vast wealth to Indians and India. He will visit Biden on June 22 for a high-status state dinner when officials will announce high-tech sales to India in a quiet exchange for allowing more Indian graduates to take more U.S. jobs.
Visa Worker Fraud
There are many categories of visa worker fraud in the various H-1B, J-1, L-1, OPT, H4EAD, J-1, B-1/B-2, H1BI, E-3, E-2, and other visa programs. There are no firm caps on the inflow of foreign workers into the United States, ensuring a resident white-collar population greater than 1.5 million. This imported workforce inflates corporate profits and stock values, and it pushes most American graduates out of their technology careers — and out of the comfortable middle class.
The most important fraud is the “LCA” fraud.
This fraud occurs when employers claim that they need an H-1B visa to import a particular worker — or a bloc of workers — who has a specific skill that cannot be hired in America and that the worker is needed for an existing contract or to fill a full-time job. This claim is dubbed a “Labor Condition Application” and is processed by the Department of Labor.
In practice, this LCA fraud allows the body shops to import blocs of low-wage, poorly trained Indian graduates to help them win future contracts by underbidding the employers who hire American graduates. “The contractors [pocket] somewhere between 20 and 30 percent” of the salaries paid by Fortune 500 companies, Manohar said.
“This is organized human trafficking,” said Jay Palmer, a fraud expert and a civil rights advocate for Americans and immigrants. “If you don’t know what you’re seeing, it all looks legitimate,” he told Breitbart News.
The problems are spotlighted in a video by the Center for Immigration Studies, he said. “I was so happy to see that,” Manohar said.
This fraud-riddenLCA process also allows Indian-born managers in the United States to quietly sell many Americans’ jobs to Indian graduates in exchange for a salary kickback, said Palmer.
But Chinese immigrants are also smuggling Chinese workers into U.S. jobs, said Palmer. “China is flying under the radar, big time,” said Palmer.
It starts when managers fire an American professional, often when they reach age 40 and need higher salaries for their kids.
The managers, typically foreign-born managers, then offer the job to a same-country foreign visa worker who has been imported by one of the subcontracting companies. The deal is conducted in their home-country language and typically involves a kickback from the job’s salary to the hiring manager. The kickback is conducted outside the office, for example, at a main street business created by the hiring manager, or via a home-country transaction.
The employee knows the kickback is worth paying because the hiring manager is expected to nominate him for the huge prize of green cards and citizenship. That deferred bonus allows each foreign worker to move himself, his family, and his descendants out of poor India and into the United States.
Most of these transactions involve Indian-born managers in the United States and Indian migrants to the United States.
Indian hiring managers will sell jobs to Indians for $5,000 to $10,000, an Indian H-1B worker told Breitbart News in 2020. Honest Indian managers cannot stop the kickbacks, he said, because “you will become a bottleneck in the [kickback] chain. … [Senior managers] will fire you,” he said. In contrast, mid-level American managers do not sell jobs, he said, adding, “There are very few honest Indian managers — maybe one in a million.”
When the Indian worker cannot do the American’s former job, he is expected to hire a cheap India-based support expert to do it for him online. This service is widely advertised in India and is funded from the workers’ American salary, regardless of U.S. privacy or security rules.
This black market in U.S. white-collar jobs is routine and ubiquitous, partly because many U.S. executives prefer their back offices be filled with many subordinate Indians or Chinese instead of a few outspoken American professionals.
The scale is hidden because few Americans recognize the transactions — even when their jobs are sold to visa workers.
Also, the federal government does not want to investigate the foreign-language transactions and the covert kickbacks within the Fortune 500 labor pyramids. The U.S. government also knows that each investigation will likely end up back in India, whose trade policy is based on the unspoken swap of American jobs for exports of U.S. weapons, grain, and energy. The job transactions are also protected within India’s ancient zero-sum caste culture which deters witnesses from speaking out. “It’s too hard” for the feds to track, said Palmer.
U.S. professional journalists are powerless to notice, cover, and spotlight this black market in U.S. jobs, even as it hollows out the salaries and workplace clout of their own professional class. So editors hire U.S. journalists to police transgender pronouns instead of corporate visa fraud or middle-class outsourcing.
But Reddy’s and Manohar’s comments about lottery fraud are focused on a subsidiary type of fraud in the H-1B selection process.
The process is built on the federal lottery that randomly awards 85,000 new H-1Bs visas to a lucky minority of the several hundred thousand H-1B applicants.
Each candidate worker and CEO is expected to submit one request per year per candidate to the lottery because the LCA rules require them to claim each worker is uniquely skilled for a particular job.
But the vast majority of poor Indian workers are desperate to win the life-changing lottery. Also, the cost of applying for an H-1B visa is only $10, and the payoff is huge.
The result is that many thousands of Indian candidates and CEOs have cheated in the lottery since 2021 by submitting multiple applications per person.
A USCIS chart shows 52 percent of the applications for the current lottery are duplicates. The number of duplicative applications has spiked from 28,000 cases for 2021 visas up to 409,000 cases for 2024 visas.
Often, the H-1B applicants are willing to pay the application fees that should be paid by each sponsoring company, many of which are shell companies with networks run by cliques of Indian CEOs.
“The employer who is supposed to be paying the [H-1B] petitioning fees, he is going to collect money [from workers] in India, and USCIS has no way to trace it,” said Manohar, adding:
The major part of this fraud is happening from people who have done their bachelor’s [degree] in India, although I agree some here with masters [degrees from U.S. universities] are involved as well. But the major part of the scam is happening in India [with people] who have a bachelor’s degree. So they pay [the U.S. companies] in India for the filing [fees] and then [the U.S.] employers over here pays USCIS. I mean, there’s no way to track it back. How would USCIS go back and track back transactions in India?
Let me tell you something — they shell out their entire life savings in India to go to the U.S. … Everyone within the Indian community knows that. We all know it, but we’re not sure how to get it to the public spotlight over here.
The fraud is pervasive, the Indian graduate told Breitbart News. Online, “people are discussing it openly,” he said. “They’re openly doing it thinking that this is the process, it’s fine to register multiple times.”
A Facebook page shows Indian workers asking for advice about multiple H-1B applications and about companies that are recruiting workers for future projects:
The Facebook requests are answered with a variety of advice, including comments that workers who submit fraudulent claims are not being penalized.
The corrupt practices in the H-1B are aided by some Indian-born lawyers operating in the United States, Manohar said:
Even [some Indian immigration] lawyers, they come out …. and say “‘This is fraud and you shouldn’t be filing [fraudulent] petitions.” But in the background, we know people who pay them a day consultation and then they say ‘”It’s good, fine, go ahead and file [the duplicate application]” even though they know that they’re committed fraud.
Everybody here knows, it’s not a secret anymore. It’s very open. Everybody knows they know it.
“This [lottery] fraud is growing rampant,” said Manohar. “Look at it this way. I mean, next year, there could be a million registrants or a million and a half registrants,” he said, adding:
The visa is being used to import cheap labor, not for specialty occupations … It’s impacting actual American workers. There are jobs which Americans should be taking up and they’re more than skilled to do. … The U.S. graduates who have taken up such a huge loan for their education, how are they going to be able to work or pay it off?
The visa workers are often touted by U.S. investors as “top tier” graduates. But the flood of cheap unskilled labor changes the incentives for executives and workforces at Fortune 500 companies, Manohar said. “Since American workers are losing out on their jobs and Indian workers are coming in on cheap labor –the bare minimum wage — there’s no growth in innovation at all. It’s just [the] bare minimum — if you ask a person to do Task X, that’s all he does.”
India’s high-tech sector has grown enormously as U.S. companies use the visa workers programs to train Indians for jobs in India. But this growing Indian sector also means that many of the relatively few skilled Indians prefer to stay at home.
Most Indian graduates, however, have few skills partly because much of India’s university sector is corrupt. In April 2023, Bloomberg reported:
One Bhopal resident, twenty-five-year-old Tanmay Mandal, paid $4,000 for his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He was convinced the degree was a pathway to a good job and a better lifestyle. He wasn’t deterred by the fees that were high for his family, which has a monthly income of only $420. Despite the cost, Mandal says he ended up learning almost nothing about construction from teachers who appeared to have insufficient training themselves. He couldn’t answer technical questions at job interviews, and has been unemployed for the last three years.
The employability of new graduates “is still a challenge,” said Dileep Mangsuli, the director at Siemens Healthineers AG, a medical-technology company in India.“Till they’re trained and retrained and many times trained, they don’t become employable,” he told Bloomberg in June 23.
But there is an easy government fix to the cheap-labor racket, Manohar said: H-1B visas should be awarded to the companies that pay the highest salaries. “They would still be getting what they want if they just fixed the fraud and picked the eligible ones — they have all the data and information right in front of them.”
Five hundred federal investors would help find, prosecute, and deter the labor fraud, said Palmer.
Meanwhile, India’s Prime Minister Modi will attend a State Dinner at the White House on June 22.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán warned that the Soros empire, the reigns of which will be handed over to 37-year-old scion Alexander, is planning to “incite” another migrant crisis in Europe.
In his weekly radio appearance, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said according to 24.hu that he believed that the latest migrant relocation scheme from the European Union was a result of pressure from George Soros’ son Alex, who is set to take over the $25 billion financial empire.
Orbán, who has long maligned the mal-influence of the 92-year-old Hungarian billionaire in his country and elsewhere, warned that his heir may be more ruthless in achieving the goals of the ‘Open Society’ foundations owned by the family.
The EU migration deal, which was reached earlier this month, was opposed by Hungary and Poland, with both countries objecting to accepting migrants who entered other countries. Under the parameters of the plan, EU member states would either have to accept a number of relocated asylum-seekers per year or pay €20,000 for each migrant refused.
According to Orbán, the plan would see some 8,500 migrants forced onto Hungary, however, the populist leader has so far maintained that he has no intention of abiding by the diktats from Brussels.
The Hungarian leader said that he believed the reason why the deal was struck, seemingly out of nowhere, was as a result of a lobbying effort from Alex Soros, whom he said “dictates an even tougher pace” than his father and that Hungary should prepare for the Soros family to ” incite the migrants, and increase the pressure on Hungary’s southern border.”
“One could say that the Soros empire has struck back, something that’s been forced down the throats of the majority of Europeans,” Mr Orbán said.
On Monday, George Soros announced that he would be handing over the reins of his empire to his son, 37-year-old Alexander “Alex” Sorors. For his part, Alex Soros has claimed to be “more political” than his globalist financier father.
In an interview this week with the Wall Street Journal, Soros said that he would continue to pursue hard-left policies on issues such as abortion, voting, and gender equality.
Following the announcement of the handover, Orbán was quick to respond, posting a gif on his Twitter account from The Godfather, showing Vito Corleone kissing his son Micheal, along which the Hungarian leader wrote: “Soros 2.0”.
In his Friday radio appearance, Orbán went on to accuse George Soros of acting as a “war speculator” and trying to stymie attempts from figures such as himself to peacefully negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine.
This was the reason why the Soros family, he claimed, is attacking former U.S. President Donald Trump “with all its means,” given Trump’s persistent calls for peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv.
“The pro-war camp [is] attacking with full force. That’s what you get nowadays if you’re on the side of peace. Keep on fighting, Mr. President! The world needs you, the world needs peace,” Orban said to Mr Trump on Friday following the latest arrest of the former president.

Disgraced former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried tried to build a political empire to rival Democrat megadonor George Soros.
Puck News reporter Theodore Schleifer wrote that Bankman-Fried personally bought a Democrat startup, Deck, spending roughly $4 to $5 million to buy out the existing investors to the Democrat analytics firm. Bankman-Fried reportedly heard about the startup from Mind the Gap, a Democrat donor network founded by his mother, Barbara Bankman-Fried.
The purchase of Deck served as Bankman-Fried’s political scheme to be the “biggest donor in the Democratic Party,” even outshining Democrat megadonor.

Bankman-Fried and Ryan Salame, co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets, served as two of the largest donors to Republicans and Democrats last cycle. Bankman-Fried fell just below Soros as the largest Democrat donor.

In all, Bankman-Fried donated roughly $40 million to Democrat politicians and PACs, while Salame gave about $23 million to Republicans and PACs supporting the GOP.
Puck News wrote that the former FTX CEO sought advisers and conducted data experiments to help Democrats in the 2024 election cycle:
I have previously reported that S.B.F.’s team was actively looking for future advisors to join them in drafting “plays” for the 2024 cycle, and that one of those ideas was to fund some more progressive organizations, for instance. Some of those plans were already underway. I have learned in recent days that S.B.F. was already quietly funding some experiments across the Democratic ecosystem, such as randomized-controlled trials that might have yielded data that could help Democrats in 2024, according to two people familiar with the work, by assessing the impact of things like community newsletters, Facebook ads, and so-called “relational organizing.”
In all, the report suggested that Bankman-Fried might have spent roughly $100 million, but according to Schleifer, “That could be an undercount.”

Records: Son of Billionaire Democrat Donor George Soros Has Visited the White House 14 Times
Left-wing billionaire and Democrat donor George Soros’ son, Alexander Soros—who chairs the grant-making organization his father founded, Open Society Foundations—has apparently visited the White House numerous times since President Joe Biden (D) took office.
Last year, 37-year-old Alexander Soros had at least a dozen meetings with White House officials, per its visitor logs, the New York Post reported Saturday.
“His latest trips include visiting Dec. 1 with then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain’s advisor Nina Srivastava, who also worked on Biden’s presidential campaign, the logs show,” the outlet continued:
[T]he younger Soros was one of 330 people who attended a lavish state dinner on the White House South Lawn hosted by the president and First Lady Jill Biden honoring French President Emmanuel Macron and Macron’s wife, Brigitte.
A day later, Alexander Soros — who chairs the powerful, liberal grant-making network Open Society Foundations founded by his dad — met with both Advisor to the Counselor of President Mariana Adame and Deputy National Security Advisor Jonathan Finer, records show.
The young man’s profile on the Open Society Foundations website said he is also “the founding chair of Bend the Arc Jewish Action, and sits on the boards of Bard College, the Center for Jewish History, Central European University, the European Council on Foreign Relations, and International Crisis Group.”

The Post article said Alexander Soros also attended White House meetings in 2021, but the topics of discussion were not immediately known.
In recent years, George Soros has focused on local races for prosecutors and used funds to elect “progressives” who back “criminal justice reform” and support the Black Lives Matter movement, Breitbart News’ Joel B. Pollak wrote in January 2022.
“The rise of these Soros-backed prosecutors has coincided with a massive surge in murder and crime in many Democrat-run cities, including many where these prosecutors have implemented radical policies toward policing and incarceration,” he reported.
The Open Society Foundations website says it supports people and groups all over the world that it claims are “fighting for freedom of expression, accountable government, and societies that promote justice and equality.”
However, Mike Howell, director of the Oversight Project at the Conservative Heritage Foundation, told the Post there was concern over the younger Soros’ access to the White House.
“The Soros agenda is one of death and destruction in the name of open borders and ending Western Civilization. The Biden administration and rogue prosecutor movement may be [its] most damaging purchase in America to date,” he explained.

He is perhaps the most purely evil human who has used his vast wealth solely for malevolent purposes. His antipathy for the United States is pathological and he has spent his billions on countless projects to bring this nation to its knees.
Like any and every Marxist, he advocates for chaos. The man is Faust’s Mephistopheles, Satan, and Lucifer all rolled into a one-man wicked wrecking ball who should have been stopped decades ago. Now he has installed carefully chosen serfs for all the wrong reasons, numerous DAs, AGs, and Secretaries of State throughout the country to do his bidding – to effect Cloward and PIven! DAs like Alvin Bragg got their orders from Soros’ headquarters with the $1.1m Soros funneled to install him in office. Soros does not spend his money on smart people. Bragg, elected in 2021, has been a disaster for Manhattan. He refuses to seek bail or sentences for violent criminals – armed robbery, drug dealing, violent attacks on innocent civilians and burglary. Nine of the prosecutors in the Manhattan office quit when he announced his pro-criminal agenda. He was installed for one reason, one reason only, to facilitate crime and to take down Donald Trump. I hope that, along with all the other Soros-installed DAs, he will go down in flames when his pro-criminal, anti-Americanism becomes clear. How did he even pass the bar? Has he even read the Constitution?
Chesa Boudin, former DA in San Francisco, has been recalled; by San Franciscans! Los Angeles DA George Gascon was effectively recalled but the left’s expertise at cheating has kept him in office. Under Gascon, homicide rates have soared as has shoplifting by mobs of looters who are never arrested.
Kim Foxx, DA in Chicago, is another of Soros’s tools, the one who dropped charges against Jussie Smollett! On her watch Chicago has endured the largest spike in murder in over thirty years. Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, Kim Gardner in St. Louis; she has been caught lying about police officers who pulled her over, has admitted to campaign finance violations and saw her city become the murder capital of the country. There are so many more. Crime in each of these cities has escalated catastrophically as if by Soros magic. Soros Dso proud.
The democrat party, no longer remotely liberal but Marxist, does not care about anything but keeping Trump out the White House so Soros’s meddling in our politics is just fine with them. They have long embraced Soros’s money, for themselves and for however much of his illegal and unconstitutional election interference it takes to win. They do not mind his putting morons in office as long as they do what they are told. Indicting Trump? Bragg is doing what he’s been told to do.
Unsurprisingly, Katie Hobbs, the illegitimate governor of Arizona, is a Soros slave. He got her elected as Arizona’s Secretary of State. She apparently wants her state’s border with Mexico to remain open. She supports the sexual grooming of children in schools, CRT, etc. She’s an enemy of her state. Alvin Bragg is an enemy of his state and is so brazen he is now outed himself as an enemy of the law. He is a classic useful idiot. He probably has no idea that he has opened Pandora’s Box and that he will likely be consumed by the illegitimacy of his folly.
Like every member of Biden’s cabinet, who were chosen for their skin color or sexual orientation, none of Soros’s DAs were chosen for the intellectual competence. They were selected to do the radical left’s bidding, Soros’s bidding – promote crime, create chaos – destructive riots, violence, etc. That is what Bragg’s indictment of Trump is meant to do as well.
The left is hoping for violence they can pin on Trump supporters but if violence occurs, it will be, like J6, calculated by the left, incited by Antifa and/or FBI/CIA embeds, or paid for by Soros via many of his front organizations. Those institutions have many years of experience at exactly that sort of exercise. They learned their craft from the FBI, the CIA and the DOJ. Now some Americans know how corrupt each of those agencies is and under Biden are likely remain corrupt.
Bragg’s indictment of Trump should be the most serious wake-up call for all Americans. While it began under Obama, America is being transformed into a police state, one where people are being imprisoned for their dissent from the regime’s narrative. We no longer enjoy freedom of speech or religion. Ask any mildly conservative college student. They cannot speak freely without being cancelled, punished or expelled.
Our elections are not at all secure or fair. The Biden administration is bogus, achieved by massive fraud. And now they have indicted the former and potentially future President in yet another ruse to take him down and out. Chances are he will not go quietly into that good night. He should have all of us at his back fighting the good fight.
There was a time when we elected people of integrity and expertise in their chosen field. This is no longer the case. Wokery - CRT, DEI, ESG, LGB, transgenderism, etc. – these nonsensical ideologies are killing us, destroying academia, indoctrinating our young people. The globalists want to erase national boundaries, erase national sovereignty. They want to ban any and all religious faiths and make serfs of us all. The WEF and China are fast on our heels. They are winning with Biden’s willing capitulation.
The Alvin Braggs are weapons in their war against the American people who want only to preserve the freedoms the Founders designed for us.
Why it matters: Soros’s potential links to Bragg have become a hot-button issue after the prosecutor charged former president Donald Trump over alleged hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels. Republicans say that Soros, who funds numerous anti-Trump causes, helped Bragg get into office. Democrats have in turn accused Republicans of pushing anti-Semitic conspiracy theories that Soros, who is Jewish, is pulling the strings of the Trump investigation.
Context: Soros is by far the largest donor to Color of Change PAC, a left-wing group that was Bragg’s biggest campaign contributor. Color of Change in May 2021 pledged to spend $1 million to support Bragg’s campaign. Days after the endorsement, Soros contributed $1 million to Color of Change PAC. That was by far the largest individual donation to Color of Change that year. The next largest contribution was $50,000, according to campaign finance records.
Soros has given $1,450,000 in all directly to Color of Change PAC and millions more through other committees he funds. Democracy PAC, which is funded almost entirely by Soros, gave $2.5 million to Color of Change PAC in 2020, records show.
A progressive group called Win Justice contributed $2,025,133 to Color of Change PAC in 2020. Soros is by far that group’s biggest backer. He gave $5 million of his own money to Win Justice in 2018 and another $5 million through Democracy PAC in 2020.
Color of Change, which has long called for Trump’s prosecution, praised the Trump indictment on Thursday.
"In this historic moment, Color Of Change applauds New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who refused to let corporate influence, racist right-wing attacks, and threats of violence interfere with holding the former president accountable. This is the kind of political courage we need from every district attorney in the country," said Color of Change president Rashad Robinson, who is perhaps best known for stoking actor Jussie Smollett’s hate crime hoax.
Analysis: Soros says that he "did not contribute" to Bragg and has never met the prosecutor.
"I think some on the right would rather focus on far-fetched conspiracy theories than on the serious charges against the former president," he told Semafor.
While Soros did not write a check directly to Bragg’s campaign, his cash almost certainly flowed to the prosecutor’s election war chest through the anti-police, anti-Trump Color of Change PAC. Regardless of whatever pressure Soros did or did not place on Bragg’s investigation, both he and Color of Change are happy with the outcome, as indicated by their statements about Trump’s indictment.
How Millions From George Soros Fueled Democrats’ Court Victory in Wisconsin
The left-wing billionaire George Soros and his network of activist groups spent millions of dollars to help Janet Protasiewicz win a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, a Washington Free Beacon analysis of campaign finance disclosure forms found.
The total amount of money stemming from groups bankrolled by the hedge-fund billionaire totals at least $2.8 million, accounting for a quarter of all outside spending for Protasiewicz in the most expensive state supreme court race in history. Soros also personally donated $1 million to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin on Feb. 22, which in turn flooded Protasiewicz’s campaign coffers with millions of dollars in the final weeks leading to the election.
Soros claims to have given away more than $12 billion dollars to various charities and political causes. Both Soros and activist groups he funds have spent more than $40 million in the last decade electing left-wing prosecutors around the country, which critics say is at least partially responsible for the nationwide crime spike.
Soros has remained laser-focused on reforming the nation’s legal system for years. His Open Society Foundations doubled their funding for Demand Justice, a left-wing activist group that seeks to remake the Supreme Court, to the tune of $4.5 million over three years beginning in 2021, according to tax filings first reported earlier this year. But Soros’s spending in Wisconsin signals that he seeks to remake state courts as well, in what appears to be his first major foray into a state supreme court race.
Sorors will likely see a solid return on his investment. Protasiewicz’s victory over conservative jurist Daniel Kelly gives liberals their first majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 15 years. The consequences of the election are expected to be transformational for the swing state, with the new court expected to rule on a number of hotly-contested issues including the legality of "right to work," abortion access, the state’s legislature map, and voter ID laws.
Many of the top-spending outside groups that supported Protasiewicz count Soros-funded non-profits as their top donors. The Better Wisconsin Together Political Action Fund, which spent $6.2 million on ads supporting the judge, received $1.6 million from the State Victory Action in the first three months of 2023. State Victory Action, in turn, received $1.6 million from the Soros-funded Democracy PAC in 2022, Federal Election Commission records show. State Victory Action was founded in 2018 with $11 million in seed funding from Soros and his fellow liberal billionaire Tom Steyer, the Free Beaconreported.
Prostasiewicz enjoyed a roughly $6 million spending advantage over her opponent in the $45 million contest, the most expensive state supreme court race in history.
The Wisconsin Conservation Voters Independent Expenditure Committee, which doled out $1 million in support of Protasiewicz, was bankrolled primarily by the Soros-funded nonprofit America Votes, which funneled $800,000 to the committee in late February and March. Soros’s Open Society network contributed a combined $40.4 million to America Votes from 2017 through 2021.
America Votes frequently passes money over to its affiliated Action Fund, such as in July 2022 when the group transferred $2 million to its political arm. The America Votes Action Fund then contributed $447,500 to the Power to the Polls Action Fund in March, enabling the group to spend over $540,000 on mailings, canvassing, and ads in support of Protasiewicz.
One group Soros did not finance was the Organizing Empowerment PAC, whose murky funding became a flashpoint in the contentious race. The group spent $532,500 on voter mobilization efforts for Protasiewicz, but hasn’t disclosed any of its donors to the Wisconsin Ethics Commission. The Republican Party of Wisconsin alleged the PAC’s failure to disclose its donors to the state was part of a "shady" and illegal scheme to elect Protasiewicz in a March 14 complaint to the Wisconsin Ethics Commission.
Kelly echoed that claim in his concession speech, claiming "This was the most deeply deceitful, dishonorable, despicable campaign I have ever seen run for the courts."
Few other individuals devoted as much money to electing Protasiewicz as Soros, who is a consistent subject of Republican ire. Most recently, Soros has been in the spotlight regarding his role in electing Democratic Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg, who this month charged former president Donald Trump with 32 felonies over hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels. Legal observers from across the political spectrum have criticized Bragg’s case as flimsy and politically motivated.

Oh, not about the election of Donald Trump, of course, if his public statements were any indication.
He was supposedly angry, so angry, at Russia and its supposed interference in our 2016 election that he got out his pen and phone and expelled 35 Russian diplomats.
WASHINGTON — President Obama struck back at Russia on Thursday for its efforts to influence the 2016 election, ejecting 35 suspected Russian intelligence operatives from the United States and imposing sanctions on Russia’s two leading intelligence services.
The administration also penalized four top officers of one of those services, the powerful military intelligence unit known as the G.R.U.
Intelligence agencies have concluded that the G.R.U. ordered the attacks on the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations, with the approval of the Kremlin, and ultimately enabled the publication of the emails it harvested to benefit Donald J. Trump’s campaign.
The Hill reported that it was quite an array of sanctions at the time:
The measures include a slate of economic sanctions, diplomatic censure, and public “naming and shaming.” The president also hinted at possible covert cyber measures but did not provide details.
The president also announced that the State Department will expel 35 Russian intelligence operatives and shutter two Russian compounds, in Maryland and New York, used by Russia for intelligence purposes.
Taken together, the sweeping actions announced by the White House, the Treasury, the State Department and intelligence agencies on Thursday amount to the strongest American response yet to a state-sponsored cyberattack. They also appeared intended to box in President-elect Trump, who will now have to decide whether to lift the sanctions on Russian intelligence agencies when he takes office next month.
Obama even amended his own executive order to extend his powers to sanction, with travel bans and asset freezes on some Russian officials.
Just one problem: The Russians didn't do what the embittered Democrats claimed they were doing -- to Get Trump.
Nothing. They didn't hack the DNC and they didn't collude with Donald Trump to get him elected to the presidency. The charges, the expropriations, the sanctions -- were all for innocent people. Even the Russian state was innocent.
That was what Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse found buried at the bottom of the Durham report.
♦ First, John Durham clearly shows in his 306-page report with a 48-page classified appendix, that Russia did nothing to interfere in the 2016 election. The entire Russian Interference operation was a Clinton fabrication, later enhanced by a Federal Bureau of Investigation who used the fabrication as a cover-up justification to hide their surveillance of the Trump campaign.
♦ Second, accepting the empirical, factual, and inherently true reality of the first point – consider that President Barack Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats to retain the Clinton fabrication and FBI lies. Think about this one carefully, the Obama administration expelled Russian diplomats in order to retain a domestic political ruse! President Obama did this *after* CIA Director John Brennan briefed him about the Clinton fabrication.
There were no Russian diplomats involved; there was no Russian election interference; there was no Russian hacking of the DNC; it was all a fraud created by the intelligence community (IC), FBI and Main Justice to support Hillary Clinton’s lies and then cover their own targeting tracks.
♦ Third, Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann, with the full support of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, indicted 14 Russian entities under completely bogus pretenses. All of that effort was done to assist the Clinton narrative, cover for Obama and then use the special counsel to cover up the Trump targeting operation. The totally bogus construct explains why the fabricated indictments were sealed in the DOJ National Security Division in perpetuity, thereby keeping the fraudulent construct hidden from public review forever.
So Obama's wrath was nothing but a fiction to protect the partisan Democrat narrative that they had been promoting about Trump and the Russians, which originated from the embittered political camp of losing Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton.
How would you feel about that if you were a Russian, especially now, reading that it was all a political hoax with you the one chosen to be the whipping boy? You got sanctioned, you got kicked out, you got travel bans, you incurred costs, and some "name and shame" all based on lies.
Might you start thinking of the U.S. as kind of a sleazy, dishonest player on the world scene? Would you have problems trusting them? Might you step up your activities against it? It would seem natural.
The Russians, remember, had already calculated by their own devices that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 election and the Kremlin was planning for that, so they were as surprised as anyone that the American voters thought otherwise when the election results came in in November 2016.
That they were blamed for the result and sanctioned for hacking and colluding they didn't do, and knew they didn't do, and knew that Obama knew they didn't do, surely must have made them angry.
Russian President Vladimir Putin initially adopted a wait-and-see attitude to see if Trump would set things back to rights, but by March of 2017, three months into his term, Trump had appointed Democrat ally Fiona Hill to be his Russia advisor, and although she was smart enough to generally pooh-pooh the Russia collusion claims in her statements, apparently nothing was done to restore the Russia relations after Obama's partisan fit of pique at Russia's expense.
Net result: By May, Putin expelled 755 American diplomats and staff and expropriated two American properties in retaliation. That was to get the numbers of embassy personnel even, as the U.S had a much bigger official diplomatic presence in Russia than the Russians had in the U.S. That certainly didn't serve U.S. interests to say the least, given that the U.S. must have had a much bigger spy operation going on against Russia than Russia did against the U.S., or, at the least official one which seems most likely.
In other words, how did it serve U.S. interests to falsely accuse and sanction Russia for something it didn't do?
Stuff like that makes countries mad, and fosters considerable distrust. Was that in the U.S. interest? Did that raise our standing and reputation in the world or did it contribute to emerging problems? The Russians were remarkably patient for a while as the accusations were leveled but the lies kept coming and then things got ugly.
It's horrible stuff when we consider the bigger picture, and the picture we see today. Right now, the U.S. and Russia are in a proxy war against one another over Ukraine, with several hideous sideshows involving cowardly and let-the-Americans-do-it allies, as well as huge amounts of money spent at a time of high inflation with little accountability. Our military readiness has been affected just on the supply front. There are odd fires at U.S. food factories over here even as we read reports of strikes at strategic assets inside Russia. The Nordstream II gas pipeline somehow got blown up and somehow nobody knows who did it.
And as this unwelcome, unpopular, and costly entanglement with Russia goes on, China is on the rise, with increasingly aggressive actions amid reports out there that they could beat us in a shooting war. Another inconvenient development: Russia has allied with China.
The worst of this is that it need never have happened. Foreign policy should always be off limits to partisan disputes, but apparently not by Obama. Relations with Russia could have been good and ties friendly. Russia could have advanced economically and moved closer to the West had these sleazy Obama fictions never happened.
Russia has always been torn between leaning east or leaning west, and for most of the 21st century has leaned westward. Keeping Russia friendly to the U.S. would have been a boon for keeping China in check and Russia peaceable. Instead, the Russians were a convenient target for abuse by Democrats and were thrown to the wolves, all to promote the lie that Democrats were "victims" of Russian machinations instead of simply rejected by U.S. voters for their utterly repellent agenda.
That's been an expensive lie for us in the aftermath because any smart superpower should go out of its way to keep as many friends as it can, especially among the those with nuclear weapons. Making Russia an enemy for nothing more than partisan political purposes is not the act of someone who represents America. It's the act of a community organizer, a partisan political hack, a creep who shouldn't be anywhere near the levers of power, owing to an inability to distinguish the national interest from the partisan interest.
That's the old Obama we know however, and now he's disgraced us on the world stage as a dishonest sleazeball country, not a nation founded on fairness and democracy. His act and the acts of the Deep State were not only detrimental to democracy here, they were very detrimental to foreign policy abroad. False charges open the door to harsher spying, retaliation, and belligerent actions. It was yellow journalism and other schemings on the American side that got us into the Spanish-American war of 1898 when Spain was baselessly blamed for blowing up an American ship in the Caribbean. Any questions as to why Brittney Griner got such a harsh sentence for such a piddly crime in Russia? Or why a young Wall Street Journal reporter sits in some Russian prison on phony espionage charges? What on earth do the Russians think? And how can anyone fail to understand them at least for whatever they are doing with this blotch on our nation's record? Who started this garbage? How do the decent among us make it right?

James Comer Believes Barack Obama Knew of Biden Family’s Foreign Deals
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) suggested Friday that former President Barack Obama knew of the Biden family’s foreign deals with adversaries of the United States.
Speaking with Lou Dobbs on the Great America Show, Comer said Obama must have known about the Biden family business.
“I believe, Lou, that it’s because he knew what Joe Biden was doing the last year of his vice presidency,” Comer said in reference to payments worth millions the family’s business collected.
Comer revealed Wednesday that over the course of several years the family business received over $10 million from schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling.
“He knew his son [Hunter Biden] was no good, and he knew this was nothing but a political liability not just for our country, not just for the democrat party, but for Obama’s legacy,” Comer added. “Because a lot of this happened during the Obama administration.”

Comer also believes Obama’s knowledge of the family’s business informed his opposition to Joe Biden’s 2020 candidacy.
“So, I think that’s why Obama didn’t want Joe Biden to run for president. I think they knew about this,” Comer said about the business. “And remember, a lot of these coverups would have happened during the Obama administration with Obama appointees in these deep state bureaucracies.”
Comer said an establishment media journalist should ask Obama if Comer’s hunch is true: “This would be a great question for Obama: Were you aware of what was going on with Joe Biden with respect to foreign policy and some of these ragtag countries around the world?”
Friday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) blasted the FBI and the Department of Justice for how it has handled the investigation into possible wrongdoing of the Biden family while attempting to indict former President Donald Trump for misdemeanors.
The South Carolina lawmaker said her track record showed she wasn’t in the tank for Trump and asserted the amount of evidence against first son Hunter Biden was “ridiculous.”
“I will tell you, this is, as you say, Sean — everything you said was a hundred percent true, and this is just the tip of the iceberg,” she said. “And here we have a DOJ and FBI, who are who are indicting Trump on misdemeanors and then will not investigate Biden for betraying his country. And I have to tell you, absolutely, no one can accuse me of being hyper-partisan or being in the tank for Donald Trump. But good lord, the amount of evidence, in this case, is ridiculous. They weren’t hiring Hunter Biden for his brains. They weren’t hiring certainly Hunter Biden for his brawn. They were hiring him to pay for access to the White House, and we see this pattern repeat itself over and over and over again.”
“The reports that we saw at the Treasury would appear to be racketeering,” Mace added. “That comes to mind money laundering, wire fraud. Why were they able to enrich themselves with tens of millions of dollars, including as you say, a grandchild, nieces and nephews, current wives, ex-wives, a brother, a son, you name it, and the list goes on? That family tree is very, very big, and they made a lot of money off of Joe Biden.”

Instead, the Biden family name has really stood for only two things: buffoonery and corruption. Sam Bankman-Fried Aimed to Outpace George Soros as Largest Democrat Donor
Disgraced former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried tried to build a political empire to rival Democrat megadonor George Soros.
Puck News reporter Theodore Schleifer wrote that Bankman-Fried personally bought a Democrat startup, Deck, spending roughly $4 to $5 million to buy out the existing investors to the Democrat analytics firm. Bankman-Fried reportedly heard about the startup from Mind the Gap, a Democrat donor network founded by his mother, Barbara Bankman-Fried.
The purchase of Deck served as Bankman-Fried’s political scheme to be the “biggest donor in the Democratic Party,” even outshining Democrat megadonor.

Bankman-Fried and Ryan Salame, co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets, served as two of the largest donors to Republicans and Democrats last cycle. Bankman-Fried fell just below Soros as the largest Democrat donor.

In all, Bankman-Fried donated roughly $40 million to Democrat politicians and PACs, while Salame gave about $23 million to Republicans and PACs supporting the GOP.
Puck News wrote that the former FTX CEO sought advisers and conducted data experiments to help Democrats in the 2024 election cycle:
I have previously reported that S.B.F.’s team was actively looking for future advisors to join them in drafting “plays” for the 2024 cycle, and that one of those ideas was to fund some more progressive organizations, for instance. Some of those plans were already underway. I have learned in recent days that S.B.F. was already quietly funding some experiments across the Democratic ecosystem, such as randomized-controlled trials that might have yielded data that could help Democrats in 2024, according to two people familiar with the work, by assessing the impact of things like community newsletters, Facebook ads, and so-called “relational organizing.”
In all, the report suggested that Bankman-Fried might have spent roughly $100 million, but according to Schleifer, “That could be an undercount.”

The succession plan was revealed Sunday, in a Wall Street Journalprofile of the 37-year-old Soros scion. All eyes are now on Alex Soros as he prepares to take his father's place atop the country’s most powerful progressive political operation.
Here's what we know about the younger Soros.
He's ‘More Political’ Than His Pops
The younger Soros says he is "more political" than his 92-year-old father, the Democratic Party’s biggest donor.
Alex Soros has given tens of millions of dollars to Democrats over the years. He contributed $5.25 million to the Senate Majority PAC in 2016 and 2018. He contributed $721,300 to the Biden Victory Fund in 2020 and $350,000 to Hillary Clinton’s victory fund in 2016. Soros has given millions more to the DNC and other Democratic committees.
Alex Soros has not contributed as much to other political advocacy groups as his father has over the years. George Soros, through his Democracy PAC and Democracy PAC II, has contributed tens of millions of dollars to traditional political committees, as well as to advocacy groups like Planned Parenthood, MoveOn, and American Bridge. Both Soroses have contributed this election cycle to moderate Democratic senator Jon Tester (Mont.), considered one of the most vulnerable incumbents in 2024.
The elder Soros has also funded a network of left-wing prosecutors whose soft-on-crime policies have been blamed for surging crime and low police morale. In 2018, Alex Soros contributed $100,000 to help elect Minnesota attorney general Keith Ellison, a progressive Democrat who faced allegations of domestic abuse and blamed police for damage sustained during the George Floyd riots.

He Spends A Lot of Time At the Biden White House
Alex Soros also appears to have open access to the White House, having visited at least 17 times during Biden’s tenure, according to visitor logs.
Most of those meetings have been with Biden’s political and domestic policy advisers, but Soros has had five meetings with Jon Finer, the principal deputy national security adviser.
The Washington Free Beaconreported that Soros met with Finer on the same day that Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva visited the White House. According to the Wall Street Journal, Soros met the left-wing Brazilian leader to advocate on behalf of the Open Society Foundations, his father’s philanthropy.

Alex Soros is an adviser to an apparel supply chain fund, Tau Management, funded by his father. Tau invests in apparel and textile factories in Asia in order to build "agile, sustainable manufacturing partners" to major apparel brands. The fund requires its partners to have a "strong and sincere commitment to [Equity, Sustainability, Governance]."

Before his ascent to the top of his father’s political empire, Alex Soros was better known for his semi-playboy lifestyle. According to the New York Post, Soros hosted celebrities at a $72 million Hamptons estate he rented in 2016, and has often been spotted hanging out with NBA players and supermodels.
Soros reportedly hired New York City club promoter Adam Spoont to recruit models to attend Soros’s house parties. Spoont’s success landed him an invitation to an Alex Soros fundraiser, where he was able to meet President Obama, according to Page Six.

Alex Soros led a consortium of investors who bought rights to Swift’s unreleased music for $330 million, drawing the ire of the pop superstar.
