DESTROYING AMERICA - THE BRIBES SUCKING DEMOCRAT PARTY FOR BANKSTER BAILOUTS AND TECH BILLIONAIRES FOR OPEN BORDERS TO KEEP WAGES DEPRESSED - All those Dems nattering on about protecting 'our democracy'? It’s just a scam

All those Dems nattering on about protecting 'our democracy'? It’s just a scam

We are living through an ongoing coup in which the fundamental protections of our constitutional order are being destroyed, one by one. To cover this radical “re-set” aimed at a totalitarian state in which dissent is suppressed and the might of the federal government becomes determinative of our fate, the Democrats have devised a cover story that rests on the events of January 6, 2021.

With the latest revelations coming from former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund in his hour-long interview with Tucker Carlson, anyone who does not suspect a Reichstag Fire operation intended to justify a totalitarian takeover is living in fantasyland. (55-minute video)

The latest, but by no means the only example of Dems waving the banner of “democracy” as they destroy it comes from Kamala Harris, Joe Biden’s hoped-for insurance policy against impeachment. On MSNBC, she claimed, quite improbably, that the first thing she thinks about when waking up in the morning is “our democracy.” (14-second video)

It's all a part of the Big Lie strategy adapted from the Nazis.

“Our democracy” functionally means the constitutional republic whose fruits we have enjoyed for the last two and a third centuries. As students used to learn, we are not and never have been a pure democracy. Ours is a representative republic built upon a Constitution whose interpretation is carried out by the Supreme Court, at the head of the Judicial Branch of Government.

Just a couple of days after Kamala’s claim of an ever-present concern for our democracy, the Biden Administration has issued guidelines for colleges and universities to vitiate the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on racial discrimination in admission. From the Wall Street Journal:

The Education and Justice departments said in a joint release Monday that a university still could consider an applicant’s reflections on being the first Black violinist in his city’s youth orchestra, or an applicant’s discussion of how learning to cook traditional Hmong dishes from a family member sparked her passion for food and helped her connect to her heritage.

“In short, institutions of higher education remain free to consider any quality or characteristic of a student that bears on the institution’s admission decision, such as courage, motivation, or determination, even if the student’s application ties that characteristic to their lived experience with race,” the administration said.

Biden administration officials emphasized that schools can still pursue the goal of enrolling a diverse student body, and are allowed to use targeted outreach and recruiting initiatives. They said schools can consider race, as well as factors such as geography, financial resources and a parent’s education level, when creating such programs. For instance, they said, colleges can direct recruitment efforts at schools or districts that serve high concentrations of students of color or low-income students.

The main limitation, the administration said, is that schools can’t provide targeted groups with preference in the admission process itself.

Back when the Left controlled the SCOTUS, they frequently referred to Roe v. Wade as “the law of the land” and litigated any indirect attempts to curtail abortion access, to get around that ruling. Those were “threats to our democracy” in their parlance.

But now, the constitutional order is merely a hindrance to be brushed aside with helpful advice from the Biden administration on how to evade the court’s clear rulings with technical subterfuge.

We’re being played.

THE MOST COMMON TRAIT OF THE LAWYER CLASS, WHICH INCLUDES LAWYER-POLS AND LAWYER JUDGES IS CONTEMPT FOR THE LAWS AND ETHICS. THEY SPEND THEIR PATHETIC LIVES AS PARASITES GAMING IT ALL. TAKE A LOOK AT KAMALA FOR A CASE STUDY. SHE STARTED HER POLITICAL CAREER AS A SLUT FOR POS LAWYER WILLIE BROWN!

Lefty long knives come out for Kamala

With Joe Biden’s physical and mental health an obvious issue, his and sex and race-driven choice of Kamala Harris as his veep is worrisome for the less delusional Democrats. They know that the prospect of her inheriting the presidency might scare away some voters from a ticket headed by a then-80 year old in 2024, or if, God forbid, Biden’s life were cut short after the nominating convention, they would be stuck with an obviously imbecilic candidate.

But Biden, or those who pull his puppet strings, seems to be sticking by Kamala. In an email to supporters, he wrote:

“Picking Kamala as my eventual vice president was one of the best decisions I made as a presidential nominee,” the president said.

Three years ago today, President @JoeBiden announced @KamalaHarris as his running mate.

The same message was also tweeted out by “The Democrats” X (formerly Twitter) account, asking Dems to reply by telling where they were when they heard the news, as if it were one of the most important moments of their lives.

But other Democrats are unsheathing their long knives in an effort to scare off supporters from inflicting the frequently incoherent Kamala on the party and the nation a second time. See, for example, a truly nasty “fact check” from reliably leftist Politifact.

Choosing Kamala’s statement on ABC television, ““There are polls that also say I have great approval ratings,” Politifact wrote:

No recent public poll shows Kamala Harris with ‘great approval ratings’

IF YOUR TIME IS SHORT

  • Among more than 100 publicly released polls dating to October 2021, none shows Vice President Kamala Harris with approval ratings that outweigh disapproval ratings.
  • FiveThirtyEight, a polling aggregation website, shows the average for Harris’ recent approval polls have hovered around 12 points "underwater."

See the sources for this fact-check

Of course, dumping Harris, even if Biden does not or cannot run again, risks alienating Blacks, South Asians, and feminists to whom identity politics trumps ability, admittedly a popular inclination among the Democrats’ most loyal supporters. So those trying to warn off the party from a suicide mission with Kamala have their work cut out for them.

This will be highly entertaining, albeit dismayingly risky for the nation, with the prospect of a “President Kamala Harris” a real danger, especially given the electoral flim-flammery at the Democrats’ disposal.

45 Questions the Media Should Ask Joe Biden and Kamala Harris

REBECCA MANSOUR

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) will appear in their first joint media interview on Sunday after accepting their party’s nominations this week.

However, unlike President Trump, Biden and Harris have thus far declined to take questions from the media in an open joint press conference where no questions or topics are off-limits.

In the event that such a press availability arises, here are 45 questions the media should ask them. This list is by no means exhaustive.

QUESTIONS FOR JOE BIDEN:

1. Why did members of your family keep getting lucrative business opportunities overseas while you were vice president?

2. How did your brother, Frank, secure $45,000,000 in taxpayer loans from the Obama administration for his Caribbean projects?

3. How did a newly-minted firm employing your other brother, James, receive a $1.5 billion contract to build homes in Iraq despite having no experience in construction or international development?

4. Why did your son Hunter accompany you on your official trip to Beijing in December 2013? What did he do on that trip? Who did he meet with? What should the American public make of the fact that just 10 days after this trip, your son’s boutique private equity firm secured a $1 billion investment deal from the state-owned bank of China (later expanded to $1.5 billion) despite having no prior experience in China, and with this deal, the Chinese government granted your son’s firm a first-of-its-kind arrangement to operate in the the recently formed Shanghai Free-Trade Zone—a perk not granted to any of the large established financial institutions?

5. Should the American public be concerned that your son’s private equity firm partnered with a Chinese government-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate to facilitate the purchase of an American company that produced strategically sensitive dual-use military technology that the Chinese government wanted?

6. Does your “Build Back Better” proposal contain any provisions to ensure that American taxpayer-funded technology is not bought off by Chinese state-backed enterprises working with private equity firms like your son’s?

7. Back in 2000, you voted in favor of giving permanent Normal Trade Relations (NTR) to China. At the time, you said that this would not lead to “the collapse of the American manufacturing economy” because China is “about the size of the Netherlands” and could not possibly become “our major economic competitor.” Furthermore, you predicted that free trade with China would establish “a path toward ever greater political and economic freedom” for the people of China. Do you still stand by these statements today after 3.4 million American jobs have been lost to China and millions of China’s citizens have been imprisonedsurveilleddisappeared, and used as slave labor by an increasingly authoritarian regime enriched by 20 years of record trade imbalances from flagrant trade violations?

8. The People’s Republic of China has a bold plan called “Made in China 2025” to dominate the key technologies of the future in order to overtake the United States militarily and economically. Do you still contend that China is “not competition for us”?

9. Why did you promote the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) to financial special interest groups when research was clear that the deal would make it easier for corporations to move U.S. jobs overseas?

10. Do you believe Xi Jinping kept his promise to Barack Obama to end cyber-espionage against the United States? If not, what are you prepared to do about it?

11. Do you accept that the coronavirus originated in China? Do you think China was honest with the world in its handling of the coronavirus? Are you satisfied with China’s explanations for how it spread? Do you believe their claims about the number of cases and fatalities in China?

12. Do you think China should be held responsible in any way for its handling of the coronavirus? If not, why not? What, if any, repercussions should there be for China in its handling of the coronavirus?

13. Did you suggest investigating Michael Flynn under the Logan Act, as Peter Strzok’s notes suggest?

14. You said in your DNC acceptance speech that America is ready to “do the hard work of rooting out our systemic racism.” What did you do in your 36 years as a U.S. senator and 8 years as vice president to root out systemic racism? Why didn’t it work?

15. You have called for “revolutionary institutional changes.” What does that mean in practice?

16. You have vowed to rescind the Trump tax cuts. Can you think of a single example of a country that recovered from a recession by raising taxes?

QUESTIONS FOR KAMALA HARRIS:

17. Why did you refuse to prosecute even one sexual abuse case involving the Catholic Church in San Francisco when you were attorney general, despite the pleas of victims’ groups?

18. Also, why did your attorney general’s office refuse to release the documents obtained from the San Francisco archdiocese with all the information about priests accused of sexual abuse? Victims’ rights groups have criticized your office for deliberately burying these documents and thereby covering up the crimes and leaving the public unprotected. Why did you do this? The San Francisco district attorney’s office claimed in 2019 that they no longer have these documents in their possession. What happened to them? How can you claim to be a defender of children when you declined to prosecute the abusers of children?

19. Why did your office decline to investigate the health supplement fraud cases involving companies your husband’s law firm represented? Did you, as California’s attorney general, ever purposefully decline investigating or prosecuting clients of your husband’s law firm?

20. You said you believed the women accusing Joe Biden of inappropriate touching. Do you believe Tara Reade? If not, why not? If so, how do you justify supporting him now?

21. You once attacked a judicial nominee on the basis of his membership in the Catholic fraternal organization the Knights of Columbus, which is the largest fraternal organization in the world and includes among its past and present members many prominent Americans like President John F. Kennedy, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Gov. John Bel Edwards (D-LA), and Vince Lombardi. Do you believe that being a member of the Knights of Columbus disqualifies a person from holding public office? Would you refuse to hire someone on the basis of their membership in the Knights of Columbus or any other Catholic organization? In your questioning of this Catholic judicial nominee, you singled out the issue of the Catholic teaching on the sanctity of life. Would you disqualify a job applicant on the basis of their Catholic beliefs, including their beliefs about abortion? Do you believe that being pro-life disqualifies someone from employment?

22. Why did you single out journalist David Daleiden for prosecution for undercover journalism that others do without penalty?

23. Your chief-of-staff, Karine Jean-Pierre, wrote an op-ed last year attacking the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and Americans who associate with it, stating “You cannot call yourself a progressive while continuing to associate yourself with an organization like AIPAC that has often been the antithesis of what it means to be progressive.” Do you believe that pro-Israel activism is incompatible with progressive values?

24. The Biden campaign has adopted a version of the Green New Deal that calls for 100 percent renewable electricity generation by 2035. California has adopted similar “green” goals, but now it can’t keep the lights on due to the state’s reliance on wind and solar energy. California’s Democratic Gov. Gavin Newson admitted this week that the Golden State needs a “backup” plan for energy because the current blackouts caused by lack of wind and overcast skies have shown the danger of relying solely on “green” energy. Why would the nation fare any better than sunny breezy California in keeping the lights on if we adopt 100 percent renewable energy?

25. You said in the past that we “need to hold China accountable” for trade violations, but you are against the use of tariffs. How do you intend to hold China accountable? You also said that “we need to export American products, not American jobs.” How do you intend to make sure we don’t export more American jobs to China? How would your policy differ significantly from the same policies that led to the loss of 3.4 million jobs to China?

QUESTIONS FOR BIDEN OR HARRIS:

26. You both supported the George Floyd protests, which you claimed were peaceful. Have you spoken to any victims of the riots — people who lost loved ones or businesses?

27. Do you believe that the looting of the Magnificent Mile in Chicago was a “form of reparations,” as one Chicago Black Lives Matter organizer claimed? Is looting an appropriate form of protest as a means of reparations?

28. Seattle Black Lives Matter protesters stormed a neighborhood last week, demanding that residents “get the f*** out” and “give black people back their homes” as reparations. Do you support that style of protest?

29. If elected, would you object if protesters decided to tear down the statue of Andrew Jackson in Lafayette Square across from the White House? What about statues to Thomas Jefferson and George Washington? Would you be willing to sign a written pledge to protect our national monuments and statues?

30. What is the maximum number of illegal immigrants you would allow into the country before securing the border to stop more from entering?

31. The Obama administration deported an estimated 3 million illegal aliens. Was that a bad thing?

32. With 30 million Americans unemployed due to the coronavirus, would you support a halt on work visas for foreign workers competing with Americans for jobs?

33. Do you still support a ban on fracking? If so, what do you say to the estimated 7.5 million American jobs that will be lost due to such a ban, which includes an estimated 550,000 jobs lost in Pennsylvania, 500,000 jobs lost in Ohio, 363,000 jobs lost in North Carolina, 353,000 jobs lost in Colorado, and 233,000 jobs lost in Michigan?

34. Wall Street has praised the choice of Kamala Harris as VP. Why do you think financial special interests support her so much?

35. Will you be following the advice of your Wall Street and Silicon Valley donors in negotiating with China? If not, whose advice would you seek out in negotiating with China?

36. Do you support China’s actions in Hong Kong?

37. Do you support China’s actions in Xinjiang province where an estimated 3 million predominantly Uyghur Muslims are imprisoned in what the Pentagon has described as “concentration camps”? Are you concerned about the fact that Hunter Biden’s China-backed private equity firm invested heavily in the surveillance technology used to spy on the Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang province?

38. Do you disagree with how the Trump administration is handling Huawei? Do you think Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou should be extradited to the United States for trial?

39. Do you believe China’s Belt and Road Initiative is a form of colonialism or is it a good program that Third World nations should sign up for?

40. What are you prepared to do if China invades Taiwan or uses military force to assert its claims in the South China Sea?

41. Do you believe the U.S. should return to the Iran nuclear deal? Would you make further concessions to Iran to secure that? Do you believe the Iranian regime should be allowed to buy weapons again?

42. Are you pleased with the results of the Obama administration’s intervention in Libya?

43. Why did the Islamic State fold up so much more quickly under Trump than the Obama administration predicted?

44. Would you advise Arab nations to follow the UAE’s lead and make peace with Israel, or should they hold out for big concessions to the Palestinians?

45. Should the United States apologize for demanding NATO partners meet their financial commitments? If not, why didn’t the Obama administration ever do that?

Kamala Harris Failed to Investigate Client of Husbands Law Firm as California Attorney General

HARIS ALIC

Democratic vice-presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) failed as California’s attorney general declined to investigate faulty advertising claims against one of the nation’s leading nutritional supplement companies, which also happened to be a client of her husband’s law firm.

As California’s chief law enforcement officer between 2011 and 2017, Harris racked up a record as a tough on crime prosecutor. From cracking down on school truancy to opposing marijuana legalization—with more than 1900 people being prosecuted for possession of the drug under her tenure—Harris was California’s self-acknowledged “top cop.”

That record, however, did not extend to clients of Venable LLP, the law firm where Harris’s husband, Douglas Emhoff, was a high-profile partner. Harris, in particular, failed on numerous occasions to investigate the nutritional supplement giant Herbalife. At the time, Herbalife was a high-profile client of Venable, paying the firm hundreds of thousands of dollars for its legal services every year.

One such instance occurred in 2015 when prosecutors from the San Diego-branch of Harris’s attorney general’s office sent her a “lengthy memorandum” expressing the need for an investigation to be opened into Herbalife for fraudulent marketing practices, according to Yahoo News. Even before the memorandum was sent, Herbalife had a long and complicated history in California, at one point even generating nearly one thousand complaints about its marketing practices.

It is unclear if Harris ever saw the memorandum in question as no investigation was ever opened by her office. More notably, shortly after the memorandum was sent by the San Diego prosecutors, Harris appeared at a $1,000-dollar-a-had fundraiser in Washington, D.C. hosted by the Podest Group, which then represented Herbalife as a lobbying client. Later that same year, Emhoff would be promoted to managing director of Venable’s West Coast operations.

This was not the only time that Harris declined to take action against Herbalife. In April 2015, Harris refused to join 14 other state attorneys general in asking Congress to open an investigation into the herbal supplements industry for not appropriately disclosing ingredients in their products. At the time, Herbalife was explicitly mentioned by the attorneys general as one of the companies that warranted further scrutiny.

The revelations are detailed more fully in Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite—a book released earlier this year by Peter Schweizer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News and president of the Government Accountability Institute.

Harris and her husband’s ties to Herbalife come back into view as the California lawmaker has catapulted onto the national scene after being chosen as Joe Biden’s running mate.

The best-case scenario is that she’s a progressive who repeatedly violated her own principles so that she could promote her career. In the worst-case scenario, she’s just another corrupt, rotten, regressive prosecutor.

Unethical conduct plagues legal career of Kamala Harris

By JESSER HOROWITZ

Posted on February 27, 2019 in Opinions

On Jan. 2019, U.S. Senator Kamala Harris declared her candidacy for President of the United States of America to great fanfare.

She earned quick praise and frequent comparison to former President Barack Obama. A recent Democratic Party straw poll by the Daily Kos ranked her in the top tier of Presidential candidates, with 27 percent of respondents voicing their support for her candidacy. So far, she has pitched herself to the American people as a strong progressive with a particular passion for criminal justice reform.

Harris has a reasonable chance at winning the Democratic Party nomination. She’s charismatic, smart and very likely to bridge the growing divide within the party between the progressive left and the centrists. If she wins the nomination, she might even defeat Donald Trump in the general election. I understand why some voters in the party have decided to rally around her: She’s a promising alternative for Democrats who want someone progressive like Bernie Sanders but better than he is at speaking to identity politics.

However, I would like to encourage my fellow Democrats to approach Senator Harris with a healthy dose of skepticism. As a prosecutor and California State Attorney General, Harris has engaged in blatantly unethical behavior for her profession and embraced positions that actively hurt her constituents. While this does not necessarily have to be a red line for everyone—and it certainly will not prevent me from voting for her should she win the Democratic nomination—our party should hold Harris’ feet to the fire here. Even more concerning than her past positions is that she refuses to own up to them, portraying herself as a long-time, progressive criminal justice reform activist.

I want to clarify that I have no inherent issues with a prosecutor being elected to the presidency. We need prosecutors; we need people who serve the public good rather than represent the interests of paying clients. However, if your job requires you to make decisions that could potentially ruin people’s lives, the ethical standards should be higher, not lower. If you, like Kamala Harris, decide you want to run for President of the United States, it becomes imperative that the public thoroughly and mercilessly scrutinizes every facet of your political career.

In 2015, law enforcement caught Robert Murray, a prosecutor in Kern County, committing one of the most egregious offenses a prosecutor could perpetrate. Specifically, he falsified a confession transcript that connected the defendant with a far worse crime than that with what he had actually been charged. When the defense demanded a copy of the original tape recording, Murray admitted to his crime but said that it was merely a harmless joke. The judge disagreed. He stated that the court refuses to tolerate such outrageous conduct and dismissed the indictment on the grounds of prosecutorial misconduct (Observer, “California Prosecutor Falsified Transcript of Confession,” 03.04.2015).

How does this incident involve Senator Harris? At the time, she was the Attorney General of California. In that capacity, she appealed the indictment. According to Sidney Powell of The Observer, this was the third time she had appealed a prosecutorial misconduct dismissal in less than three months. As of March 2015, Murray was still allowed to work as a prosecutor (Observer, “California Prosecutor Falsified Transcript of Confession,” 03.04.2015).

As Attorney General, Harris has a history of fighting to keep men she knew were innocent in prison and of hiding cases of significant illegal activity conducted by law enforcement. In 1999, Daniel Larsen was sentenced to 27 years to life in prison for possession of a concealed weapon. There had been nine witnesses who could testify that Larsen was not guilty, but the court called none of them at the trial because of his incompetent and now disbarred attorney. With the help of the Innocence Project, he was able to prove his innocence, and the court overturned his conviction in 2009.

How does this involve Senator Harris? She challenged his release not because she believed he was guilty—she did not dispute his innocence—but because he hadn’t presented proof of his innocence quickly enough. And so, she fought to keep a man she definitely knew was innocent behind bars for life (NBCLosAngeles, “After 13 Years in Prison, Man Found Innocent of Crime Freed,” 3.20.2013).

In another incident, law enforcement discovered that Deborah Madden had purposely sabotaged the drug results of multiple cases as a technician at a San Francisco crime lab. But even though the highest levels of the district attorney’s office knew about Madden’s unreliability as a drug expert, Kamala Harris and her office hid this information from defense attorneys. Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo ultimately ruled that Harris’ office had violated defendants’ rights through this act of prosecutorial misconduct, calling into question the convictions of nearly 40 defendants (SFGate, “Judge rips Harris’ office for hiding problems,” 05.21.2010).

However, perhaps Harris’ most egregious example of immoral conduct happened in 2014. A federal judge ordered that all non-violent second-strike offenders be eligible for parole in California in an action against constitutional prison crowding. Kamala Harris, then the Attorney General of California, disagreed with the decision. She argued in court that by releasing these inmates early, prisons would lose “an important labor pool” (Los Angeles Times, “Federal judges order California to expand prison releases,” 11.14.2014). Despite pitching herself as a lifelong champion for criminal justice reform, Harris had advocated that the need to keep nonviolent offenders as slaves outweighs their constitutional rights. How would the Democratic Party call itself progressive if members threw their support behind someone with such an atrocious record on civil rights issues?

Even worse, Harris has yet to apologize for her actions and in fact has refused to even acknowledge them (Reason.com, “Kamala Harris Hopes You’ll Forget Her Record as a Drug Warrior and Draconian Prosecutor,” 01.31.2019). At a town hall, she responded to a question calling her out on her past actions by answering “I’ve been consistent my whole career,” and then explained how the record supports her claim that she has been progressive on prison reform (CNN Twitter, “I’ve been consistent my whole career,” 01.28.2019).

I won’t delve into her argument because, in my view, it’s irrelevant. When you actively cover up police misconduct, try to keep a man who you know is innocent in prison and refuse to release nonviolent offenders because you need their involuntary labor, you don’t get to reframe your narrative.

Kamala Harris is not owed an audience. She is not entitled to one simply because she wants to be president. We should not give her the benefit of the doubt, because she refuses to even acknowledge her wrongdoings. We don’t have the right to forgive her; that right belongs to all the people she’s wronged over the course of her long career.

For that reason, I ask you not to vote for Kamala Harris in the primary, no matter how attractive a candidate she is or how well she explains away her inconsistent career. It’s possible that her past really won’t have much of an impact on how she’ll be as president, but why should we wait and see? The best-case scenario is that she’s a progressive who repeatedly violated her own principles so that she could promote her career. In the worst-case scenario, she’s just another corrupt, rotten, regressive prosecutor.

Joe Biden’s and Kamala Harris’s very weird day

By Andrea Widburg

The big headline Thursday was that Biden and the Senate reached a deal on infrastructure. Apparently, it will involve less money than Biden demanded and actually fix some of America’s decaying hard infrastructure (roads, bridges, etc.). Of course, once that’s done, the Democrats will push through all the other items using reconciliation. America will lose…again. But something else happened today, which was that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris proved that their biggest campaign lie might have been their promise to return the White House to “normal.”

Of course, I never accepted the premise that Donald Trump was not a normal president. If you know even a little bit about presidential history, Donald Trump was a whole lot better than many of them. Franklin Roosevelt had affairs, John F. Kennedy had orgies, Bill Clinton had…well, I don’t even want to go there. If Obama committed peccadillos, the media covered for him, but what’s certain is that even the media couldn’t cover for how corrupt his administration was, culminating in the Russia Hoax.

What was really abnormal about Donald Trump’s presidency was the Democrat party’s behavior, especially in the form of its media coverage. Everything Trump did or said was presented as “abnormal,” whether it was his preference for two scoops of ice cream (I applaud the man for that), his Queens accent, his long tie, or his overt and heartfelt patriotism. Had the media reported about him as they did about Roosevelt, Kennedy, Clinton, or Obama, nothing about Trump would have stood out. He would, instead, have been hailed as a man of the people who cleaned up the government.

When Biden was sold as “normal,” that was the real con. Biden was a known quantity. He was the man who palled around with segregationists, constantly made racist remarks, suffered from chronic foot-in-mouth, used his debauched son and other family members to funnel millions in dirty money to himself, and constantly pawed and sniffed little girls in public. Biden is not normal.

And of course, now that Biden is almost certainly suffering from dementia, his tenuous grasp on normalcy is diminishing even more. Having reached an agreement with the Senate about the infrastructure, Biden gave a brief press conference. That led to a viral video of super Biden’s weirdness.

The video that’s making the rounds cuts off the question asked of Biden, which was apparently an ordinary one regarding how much money went to COVID relief. What matters is Biden’s response: With his eyes bugging out, Biden leaned into the microphone and, in the voice of an obscene phone caller gloating about his organ size, announced that he had gotten $1.9 trillion COVID relief.

As an aside, this is disastrous, because COVID, which had a less than 1.8% mortality rate to begin with is over. To continue to print money in order to pay Americans not to work is a short trip to socialism, bankruptcy, and Venezuela.

Honestly, after watching the video I (a) wanted to take a shower and (b) was extraordinarily worried that election fraud led to this man helming America:

This isn’t the first time Biden’s creeped people out. Here’s a tape showing other Biden obscene-caller moments:

While Biden was boasting, he totally forgot about the dreadful building collapse in a Miami community. One is confirmed dead, but there are worries that 99 others will be counted among the dead. When Kamala, in her role perpetual role the Grim Reaper hiding behind Biden, whispered a reminder into the ear of her “boss,” he giggled:

Since I’m on the subject of Kamala as the Grim Reaper, get a load of this photo op right after Biden and the Senators reached an agreement:

Yes, that’s Kamala hiding in the background on the far right, behind a column:

People noticed:

At this point, it’s unclear whether Biden ordered poor little Kamala-ella to stay home from the ball, if Kamala’s former senatorial “friends” wanted nothing to do with her, or if it’s easier to plot a take-over when nobody’s watching you. All that I can say is that the whole vibe is off.

If you’re looking for normal, you are not going to find it in the Joe Biden White House, and that’s true no matter what the hacks, shills, operatives, and propagandists in the media say.

Obviously Obama must have been successful since the Biden Crime Family’s activities went unreported on by most of the news media prior to the 2020 presidential election. Even now there’s been a reluctance to report on anything associated with the claims of illegal – indeed impeachable offenses by Joe Biden.

Raskin: Trump Made Government ‘an Instrument for Private Self-Enrichment’

0 seconds of 6 minutes, 23 secondsVolume 90%

Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said on Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that former President Donald Trump used government as an “instrument for private self-enrichment.”

Raskin said, “During the Trump administration, we saw the development of a completely new public philosophy which is that government is not an instrument of the common good in the common instrument, government is for the private self-enrichment for the guy that gets in, for his family and his private businesses, and that’s a model we’re seeing all over the world.”

Anchor Jonathan Karl said, “You don’t approve of that model, obviously.”

Raskin said, “I do not. That’s what Putin is doing.”

He continued, “It’s new for America that somebody would get in and just say, you know, everything is corrupt, and I’m just as corrupt as the next guy, and I’m going to take money as Trump did from China, from Saudi Arabia, from the United Arab Emirates. Look, you know, his son-in-law Jared Kushner, pocketed a cool $2 billion.”

Raskin added, “I’m concerned, not just about public officials like Donald Trump and Jared Kushner, but even family members who go along for the ride, and I’ve been begging my colleague, Chairman Comer, for us to do a serious analysis of what the laws should be about money making.”

He concluded, “And we’re going to release a report about all of the foreign government emoluments, millions of dollars, we can document that Donald Trump pocketed at the hotels at the golf courses to business deals when he was president and that his family got. But they’ve not laid a glove on Joe Biden. As President, they haven’t been able to show any criminal corruption on his part — what they’ve got is Hunter Biden.”

We see that congressional Republicans’ constipation has flared up again. It’s a chronic, though voluntary, distress. Joe Biden (GAMER LAWYER), Merrick Garland (GAMER LAWYER), and Alejandro Mayorkas  (GAMER LAWYER) are begging to be impeached, yet Speaker Kevin McCarthy and other bunged-up House Republicans refuse to extrude

Let’s set aside the sinister Merrick Garland and the plodding, lying apparatchik Alejandro Mayorkas. They can be impeached another day. Joe Biden needs to be impeached, ASAP. One needn’t qualify that Biden is, “perhaps, the most crooked president in history,” because, hands down, he’s the biggest, dumbest scoundrel to occupy the Oval Office. Bill Clinton (GAMER LAWYER) isn’t dumb; he’s wily, but runs a close second in the scoundrel department, as does his semi-estranged wife, the nefarious Hillary (GAMER LAWYER). As Peter Schweizer explained, Bill and Hill were slicker stashing the cash.

Impeach Biden, Make Democrats Sweat

By J. Robert Smith

We see that congressional Republicans’ constipation has flared up again. It’s a chronic, though voluntary, distress. Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and Alejandro Mayorkas are begging to be impeached, yet Speaker Kevin McCarthy and other bunged-up House Republicans refuse to extrude. It’s time to -- well, you know what -- or get off the flippin’ pot. True justice -- unfashionable among most “progressives” -- demands action. And politics -- a dirty word to dainty Republicans -- also demands action.

Bill Clinton isn’t dumb; he’s wily, but runs a close second in the scoundrel department, as does his semi-estranged wife, the nefarious Hillary. As Peter Schweizer explained, Bill and Hill were slicker stashing the cash.

Joe is like a psychopathic crook, practically flaunting his crimes. For decades, he’s exhibited his compulsive lying. It knocked him out of the 1988 Democrat presidential nominating contest. But being an inveterate liar isn’t a disqualifier in politics. It’s only doing it stupidly in ways that harm comrades that busts anyone.

So, a bad mark only waylaid Joe briefly. D.C. gave Joe a second chance.

Barack Obama (GAMER LAWYER), the nation’s black George Washington, picked Joe to be a heartbeat away from the presidency. Some wags have suggested that Barack picked Joe because Joe made Barack look good by comparison. But it’s more like a birds of a feather thing. Obama is corrupt in his way. Mark Levin made this keen observation about Barack a few years ago.

Of course, Joe famously bragged about strongarming Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko to sack prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma Holdings, which precocious Hunter Biden was a principal. Joe was Barack’s veep when the strongarming occurred.

Jim Jordan and House Republicans are compiling a bookful of evidence linking Joe to influence-peddling, pay-to-play, and whatever other schemes involving Ukraine, China, Russia, and Timbuktu, for all we know. Hunter was merely the doped-up, sexed-out bagman.

Jordan and the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government has taken testimony from Devon Archer, Hunter’s onetime business partner and pal. Tucker Carlson interviewed Archer for his “Tucker on Twitter” podcast. The beans are being spilled. Then there are the IRS and FBI whistleblowers. Hunter Biden is the gateway to getting Joe. The conspiracy to get Hunter off the hook to protect Joe isn’t some fluoridated water conspiracy jive. It’s vividly real.

McCarthy has done a lot of bloviating about crooked, ol’ Joe. It amounts to nothing.

CNN gives an insight into McCarthy’s reluctance to lower the boom, July 25:

The House speaker has previously resisted right-wing calls to impeach Biden over concerns that doing so could imperil the party’s slim majority in the House, especially because such a pursuit would go nowhere in a Democratic-led Senate.

House GOP caucus conservatives are pushing for Biden’s impeachment -- or at least some of them are pushing for an inquiry to begin. The real head scratcher is that House Freedom Caucus members have the leverage to force McCarthy into an impeachment inquiry leading to an impeachment. The Republican majority is razor-thin in the House. HFC can grind McCarthy’s agenda to a halt.

But they may share McCarthy’s reluctance. Republicans holding vulnerable seats could lose in 2024 thanks to an impeachment. Moreover, Republicans want to flip House seats in blue states. Justice for Biden likely takes second place to retaining the House GOP majority. That’s how garden variety pols calculate.

Yet it’s a gamble that needs to be taken. It needs to be shown that a president with an abundance of evidence piling up against him is held accountable for his actions. Not only is the GOP’s America First base demanding justice, the nation needs to see that Republicans are striving to do justice and are working to eliminate double standards.

Elites game the system with impunity and get off the hook for their crimes. Crypto king Sam Bankman-Fried recently had campaign finance charges dropped. Reported MarketWatch, “Bankman-Fried donated $46.5 million to the Democrats in 2022, making him the party’s second-largest donor behind George Soros that year.”

Bankman-Fried claims he gave a lot to Republicans to cover his bases. Maybe he did. But it was Biden DoJ prosecutors who moved to drop the contribution charges against Bankman-Fried. The appeal was made to Clinton appointed judge Lewis Kaplan, who, in the last few days, dismissed Trump’s counter-defamation suit against E. Jean Carroll. Could it be that the uniparty doesn’t want any of Bankman-Fried’s money rocks lifted to see what’s underneath?

Biden is dirty in both petty and big ways. Not only has he lined his pockets as the kingpin of his family’s influence-peddling operation, he’s weaponized the government to destroy his chief rival, Donald Trump. The federal indictments, led by DoJ hatchet man Jack Smith, were, are, and always will be persecutions, ginned up to take the heat off Biden, who appears slimier with each passing day, and to deny Trump the presidency.

Trump would have won a legitimate election in 2020. As we know, the Democrat-led multipronged dark campaign just barely denied him reelection. Biden winning in a squeaker was too nerve-wracking, though, for Silicon Valley doyens, NYC money manipulators, and creaking, dirty Democrats Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.

Democrats and their establishment backers don’t want any close calls in 2024. Trump is to be ruined well before those phony mail-in ballots are bundled on pallets and trucked to Democrat-controlled polling places.

Justice and politics demand that Biden be impeached. With the most consequential presidential election looming, House Republicans have an obligation to take the fight to Democrats. A longish impeachment inquiry followed by an impeachment are in order. No sham charges against blathering, ol’ Joe. No stretching the law like taffy to make charges appear semi-plausible. Just fact-based, documented charges of criminal conduct while Biden occupied the second highest office in the land.

Biden won’t be removed from office, of course. There aren’t 67 votes in the Senate to do so. And deteriorating Mitch McConnell, like every other establishment Republican, opposes impeaching Biden, anyway, claiming impeachment needs to be “rare.” One supposes that a vice president selling his office to the Chinese and Russians doesn’t qualify as rare. And one supposes that President Joe isn’t compromised now. Then again, McConnell and the uniparty probably don’t want Biden rocks lifted because theirs may be next.

Let’s add an article of impeachment to Joe’s list of dirty deeds. The U.S.-Mexican border has been obliterated to serve the Democrats’ political and ideological interests. Flooding the country with seven-plus million illegals isn’t a blunder or a result of gross incompetence. It’s part of Democrats’ scheme to transform America into an unrecognizable, vast Third World barrio. Slums and dystopic cities are Democrats’ prowling grounds.

An article directed at Joe’s debauching of the border is likely to win plaudits among independents and some Democrat rank-and-file voters. Regardless, national security and the welfare of the nation compel Republicans to address Joe’s border ploy in an impeachment.

Ultimately, McCarthy and his ilk may discover that a thorough impeachment inquiry and a well-planned and smartly executed prosecution of Joe will be seen favorably by voters, most importantly independents. Plenty of Hispanics have had enough of Joe’s antics, too. Illegals are ruining their communities.

And a shrewdly done impeachment may help Trump return to the presidency, even in the teeth of the election shenanigans to come. RINOs loathe that prospect as much as Democrats. But conservatives must insist. Trump deserves a break. So does America.

Is Biden the Worst President Ever?

A historical assessment.

New testimony linking President Joe Biden to a “pay to play” bribery scheme raises the question of how history will assess his tenure in office.

Admittedly, it is risky to compare the performance of modern presidents against their predecessors. Because it is hard to place current events in historical context, snap judgments can prove embarrassing later.

For example, during the presidency of George W. Bush (served 2001-2009), some commentators ranked him as the worst American chief executive in history. In hindsight, however, that assessment seems absurd, even to liberal academics. The 2021 C-SPAN Presidential Historians Survey ranked him 29th of 44.

More recently, some commentators have characterized Donald J. Trump (2017-2021) as the worst president. But this assessment disregards some clear successes, particularly in economic and foreign policy.

Nevertheless, the record so far suggests that, barring unforeseen events, Biden will rank as one of the worst presidents of all time.

How Surveys Rate the Presidents

In addition to C-SPAN, other organizations, such as Siena College, publish presidential rankings. They pose questions to people they consider experts (mostly historians and other academics) and then tabulate the results.

Unfortunately, these surveys are deeply flawed. This is true for two reasons: the questions and the answers.

First, the questions are largely disconnected from the president’s job description as it appears in the Constitution. Most questions do not address constitutional duties such as general law enforcement and serving as military commander-in-chief. Instead, they reflect liberal obsession with factors like “vision” and “economic management.” And while the framers designed the presidency as a check on Congress, the surveys give presidents better scores if they go along with Congress.

Second, the answers are skewed by liberal bias. For instance, in the 2021 C-SPAN survey, academic historians listed Franklin D. Roosevelt (1933-1945) third among presidents for “economic management,” while ranking Ronald Reagan (1981-1989) 15th. But history shows that FDR’s conflicting economic policies failed to pull the economy out of the doldrums after years of trying, while Reagan’s policies quickly converted a recession into an economic boom.

What About Biden?

As you might suspect, Biden ranks poorly if you use criteria based on the Constitution. Remarkably, however, he also ranks poorly even if you use the kind of criteria that appear in the surveys. Let’s examine his performance on some of those criteria.

Scandal

America has been fortunate in having mostly honest presidents. Nevertheless, historians mark down even innocent presidents when scandals arise on their watch. That is a major reason Warren Harding (1921-1923) and Ulysses S. Grant (1869-1877) are not ranked higher.

The Biden administration already has been marred by several scandals, and unlike the cases of Harding and Grant they may implicate the president himself.

Enforcing the Law

The Constitution commands the president to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Although the published surveys do not emphasize this factor enough, it affects the ratings indirectly. The outstanding example of this is the very poor ranking of James Buchanan (1857-1861) because he failed to enforce federal law against the seceding Southern states.

Just as Buchanan permitted the secessionists to leave the Union in violation of law, Biden is permitting millions of foreigners to enter the Union in violation of law. The results, if not corrected quickly, may be as profound as the results Buchanan’s derelictions threatened to become.

This is only one incidence of the Biden administration’s contempt for the rule of law. Others appear below.

“Equal Justice”

The C-SPAN survey asks whether presidents furthered “Equal Justice for All”—another example of liberal bias. (A more constitutionally-rooted question would be whether the president enforces the law generally.) It is difficult to see how Biden does well even on this imperfect measure. Although some past presidents have weaponized the government against political enemies, weaponization under Biden has reached a new peacetime high. Anyone with an honest historical sense knows that this is a very alarming development and certainly not in conformance with “equal justice.”

Foreign Policy

This factor appears in most of the published surveys—as it should because the Constitution grants the president, either expressly or by implication, wide foreign policy powers.

Although the condition of the world stems from many causes, it is impossible to disregard the fact that after Biden was inaugurated the world became a more violent and dangerous place. The growth of Communist Chinese influence and the Russian-Ukrainian war are two aspects of this change.

Economic Management

This is another criterion that appears in published surveys. Arguably it is an illegitimate question because (1) economic management is not among the president’s constitutional responsibilities, (2) the president’s power over the economy is limited by the power of Congress, the Federal Reserve, and administrative agencies beyond his reach, and (3) the question pre-supposes that it is government’s job to “manage” the economy.

In deference to the surveys, however, let’s consider Biden’s performance.

In the short time he has been in office, the national debt has risen from less than $31 trillion to nearly $34 trillion. If Congress had not rejected lavish additional spending and the Supreme Court had not invalidated his student loan scheme, the debt level would be even higher.

There is also the much-under-reported Medicare scandal. During his self-declared COVID-19 emergency, Biden ordered Medicare to pay the full cost of excessive COVID-19 test kits, with no co-payments for people who ordered the tests. This has led to fraudsters bilking the government for untold millions.

These and other irresponsible policies predictably triggered a round of inflation of the kind Americans had not seen since the 1970s. They also have resulted in continued workforce under-participation.

Admittedly, Biden shares the blame for inflation with Trump and the state governors, nearly all of whom made bad economic decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abuse of Power

In the past, major presidential abuses of power occurred primarily in time of war. These included Abraham Lincoln’s (1861-1865) suspension of the writ of habeas corpus, Woodrow Wilson’s (1913-1921) suppression of dissent, and FDR’s incarceration of Japanese-Americans.

But Biden’s administration has been guilty of widespread abuses of presidential power during a time of peace. These include:

– the discriminatory application of justice, referred to above,

– sweeping executive orders that invade state and congressional prerogatives and impair liberty—including several orders voided by the courts, and

– “arguably . . . the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history,” as documented by Judge Terry A. Doughty in his preliminary opinion in Missouri v. Biden (pdf).

Historians sometimes cite Richard Nixon’s abuses as a reason for marking him down. As Judge Doughty’s opinion demonstrates, Nixon’s abuses pale in comparison with Biden’s.

Moral Leadership v. Demagogy

“Moral leadership”—as opposed to demagogy—is unmentioned in the Constitution, but a feature of published presidential ranking systems. Again, Biden scores poorly.

Failing to respond to corruption is a sign of poor moral leadership. So is purporting to transfer student debt obligations from those who benefited from them to those who did not. (Preventing such transfers was one reason the Constitution was adopted.

Historians often mark down Andrew Johnson (1865-1869) because of his intemperance in attacking opponents, but Biden has been at least as divisive. Recall his notorious Aug. 25, 2022 MAGA speech, in which he called mainstream political opponents “extremists” and “semi-fascists.”

Cognitive Impairment

The Siena College survey includes a distinct category for presidential “intelligence.” This probably should not be a separate factor, because a president’s cognitive abilities show up in his performance on other measures, such as foreign policy and administrative skills.

Still, the Siena College survey allows participants to demote presidents for supposed cognitive weakness. And academics sometimes mark down Reagan and George Washington (1789-1797) for alleged cognitive decline late in their presidencies.

Biden, of course, has exhibited signs of cognitive decline from the very beginning of his presidency. This reduces his ability to control his subordinates. Subordinates not subject to control often run wild, knowing the man at the top will get the blame for anything that goes wrong.

Military Policy

The Constitution specifies that the president is commander-in-chief of the military, so it is surprising that not all surveys address it. They should.

The Biden administration has been responsible for several embarrassing military lapses. One was the debacle accompanying American withdrawal from Afghanistan. Another was the inexplicable failure to shoot down a Communist Chinese spy balloon before it had photographed much of the country.

Of more long-term import is Biden’s politicization of the military—a frightening development almost unique in American history.

This mismanagement has affected readiness in several ways, including recruitment problems.

Conclusion

Of course, a full historical assessment of the Biden presidency will have to await completion of his term. At this point, however, he seems headed for a ranking among the very worst of American presidents.

Robert G. Natelson, a historian and former constitutional law professor who is senior fellow in constitutional jurisprudence at the Independence Institute in Denver, authored “The Original Constitution: What It Actually Said and Meant” (3rd ed., 2015). They couldn’t help but notice how Trump was deemed a scoundrel for pointing out that women generally allowed him easy sexual access because he was a wealthy celebrity. But those same folks upset with Trump’s statement of fact, were totally incurious about our current demented president’s fondness for touching, fondling, and smelling small children; nor did they show any interest in reports that Creepy Joe took showers with his young daughter, who then became a promiscuous young woman and an addict.

The most disturbing Biden weirdness yet

By Thomas Lifson

Joe Biden’s dementia is rapidly advancing and the nation is in great peril. Proof of his decline came in a creepy moment during his brief visit to Helsinki, where he assaulted (that is the proper word) a child, a little girl who happened to attract his eye in a crowd.

He walked over to her, put his mouth on her back and appeared to rapidly flick his tongue on her, through the fabric of her dress. Watch his jaw move up and down rapidly during this ten-second video clip from Twitter:

It looks perverted at best, disturbingly sexual in connotation. The little girl recoils in horror. Her mother, perhaps constrained by the grandeur of the presidency, looks upset but does nothing in reaction.

Face it: if an elderly loved one of yours behaved this way with a little girl he had never met, you would do something to keep him in a situation where he cannot do such things again. Perhaps a care facility for those similarly afflicted, or perhaps home care under supervision, if possible. Allowing this to continue puts the public and the elder at risk.

You would NOT task such a person with any serious responsivities, much less the crushing burden of the presidency.
Unfortunately for the Republic, the Democrats’ cynical choice of Kamala Harris as vice president, obviously based on their identity politics obsession, has put her in line for the presidency if the 25th Amendment is invoked to remove him from office. It was designed for exactly the situation we face now, with an impaired person in office.

I could not hold Harris in lower regard, yet I think she is preferable in the Oval Office to this husk of a man whose expiration date obviously has passed. Given the rate of Biden’s decline, it can only get worse, and it will do so at an accelerating pace.

It’s time to badger Biden’s cabinet with demands that they invoke the 25th and spare the  nation the risk it faces. She could not be worse than Biden, and most likely, the same puppet  masters would be guiding her.

And being frank, The Democrats ought to be stuck with her as the incumbent candidate when they proceed with their nominating process.  I acknowledge the peril a President Harris would involve, but at this point it is a lesser evil

In Defense of Hunter Biden

By Alexander G. Markovsky

Notwithstanding Hunter Biden's moral deficiencies in other matters, based on what has been publicized so far, legally, he may have done nothing wrong being part of his father's Ukrainian enterprise. Joe Biden’s shenanigans and his son’s role in it need to be understood in the context of Ukraine's corrupt political culture.

Corruption is deeply embedded into the Ukrainian DNA. It is the blood of the Ukrainian economy - the stimulus for government officials and employees to perform their duties. Corruption is a fundamental necessity, a precondition for functioning governance.

Never-ending redistribution and re-division of assets is a defining characteristic of the Ukrainian business environment. People in business are constantly threatened by corporate raiders that attack businesses with guns, forged ownership documents, or new laws and regulations. To protect themselves from these realities, businesses hire “roof.” In criminal jargon, it means protection. Various entities offer protection: organized crime, police, high-ranking government officials, etc. The necessity for a “roof” is built into the cost of doing business.

In 2002, during President Viktor Yanukovych's tenure, his ecology minister Mykola Zlochevsky registered Burisma Holding Limited in Cypress. Burisma secured lucrative government licenses for gas field exploration and production to become Ukraine's second-largest private gas company. And not by accident. De jure, the licenses for the exploration of natural resources are drafted as bilateral agreements between the government entities and private enterprises, but de facto, they are unilateral and revocable grants of privileges by a president and high-ranking government officials to their cronies and supporters. As long as President Yanukovych was in power, Mr. Zlochevsky’s assets were secured from a hostile takeover. President Yanukovych was his “roof” and benefactor.

But nothing is permanent in the wicked Ukrainian world.

In February 2014, Yanukovych was overthrown in an America-sponsored coup and fled the country. Zlochevsky followed him shortly after. In a dramatic reversal of fortunes, Burisma overnight changed from one of the strongest to one of the weakest. The recourse of the weakest was to find a new “roof” before the newly-elected Petro Poroshenko’s government was sworn in during June 2014.

It is unknown when and who approached Joe Biden or John Kerry, Secretary of State at the time, and what was offered in exchange for lobbying and political support. But on April 22, 2014, Devon Archer, a managing partner of Rosemont Seneca Partners, a $2.4 billion private equity firm co-owned by the stepson of John Kerry, Christopher Heinz, was put on Burisma’s board.

On May 13, 2014, Hunter Biden himself joined the board.

On the same day, Christopher Heinz rushed to distance himself and the firm from what looked like an unscrupulous endeavor. He sent emails to Matt Summers and David Wade, two of his stepfather’s top aides at the State Department, “I can’t speak why they decided to, but there was no investment by our firm in their company,” wrote Heinz. Whether Christopher Heinz intended to dissociate his firm from the activity or to create plausible deniability, the passage revealed that the State Department was aware of the arrangement and exposed Christopher Heinz’s concern regarding, if not the legality, the ethics of the undertaking.

For Burisma, the impact of having Hunter Biden and Devon Archer on its board could not be overstated. It had acquired an ultimate “roof” — the Vice President of the United States of America. We must not be naĂ¯ve; Burisma did not hire good-for-nothing drug addict Hunter Biden for his expertizes or business acumen. It did not hire obscure Devon Archer for his administrative genius either — they were simply messengers. There was no other way to interpret the assignments of Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to the board of Burisma.

By their presence on the board the “roof” sent a subliminal message to Poroshenko, who made no secret of his desire to add Burisma to his basket of assets, that the United States government protects. Although Poroshenko got the message, he could not resist the temptation. As soon as he was sworn in, he directed his prosecutor-general, Vitally Yarema, to open a corruption investigation into Burisma.

Corruption investigations have been an effective instrument of force reallocating assets in Ukraine. It is important to point out that Yarema did not investigate Hunter Biden. There was simply nothing to investigate, Burisma was a private company and could appoint to its board anybody. Yarema was tasked to uncover or manufacture some dirt on Burisma and its owner Mykola Zlochevsky.

In January 2015, Yarema was replaced with Poroshenko’s close associate Viktor Shokin, who continued the investigation. Just like his predecessor, Viktor Shokin did not investigate Hunter Biden. Prosecutor Shokin was directed by President Poroshenko to build a corruption case to forfeit the profitable gas licenses awarded to Burisma.

By 2016, the investigation was at its pinnacle, and Burisma’s management panicked. They had been contacting the State Department requesting it to help end the investigation. In the spring of 2016, Joe Biden was forced to act. He stepped in to protect his son’s employer, Burisma Holdings, and demanded Poroshenko dismiss Shokin.

Poroshenko tried to stall it, but Biden issued an ultimatum, “You have six hours to solve the problem, or Ukraine would lose a billion dollars in US aid.” Poroshenko capitulated — Shokin was fired.

Biden bragged about his accomplishment: ‘You have no authority. You’re not the President —Poroshenko said’ … I said, 'Call him.' I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a b----. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."

In the process, Biden inadvertently admitted that President Obama, if not involved, at least was aware of the shady business of his Vice President.

At this juncture, Poroshenko realized the futility of his efforts and decided that having a percentage of something is better than a hundred percent of nothing. He made a deal with Zlochevsky. Poroshenko’s trusted man Igor Kononenko joined Burisma’s board. The vanquished enemies became allies. Miraculously, there was no longer a need for investigation, and a new prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko, “who was solid at the time,” closed the probe. There was no longer a need for Joe Biden’s services either. Hunter Biden and Devon Archer eventually resigned from Burisma's board. Zlochevsky returned to the country. The “roof” had earned its pay.

The payment must be worth millions of dollars. The sixty thousand dollars a month paid to Hunter Biden and Devon Archer was a drop in the bucket. The big money has gone to someone else. Lacking an understanding of the Ukrainian business environment, the Republicans have been targeting Hunter Biden, a tiny fish in multimillion dollar international protection rocket who may not even be fit for prosecution. Thus far, he has served as a distraction from investigating the senior-level perpetrator(s).

Pre-Emptive Presidential Pardons for Joe and Hunter Biden

By Steve McCann

As the revelations of potential bribery, bank fraud and tax evasion swirl around Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, both men, who are increasingly appearing together, seem extraordinary calm and unconcerned in public as Joe flashes his signature supercilious and mocking smirk whenever he is asked about the various investigations into his and his son’s activities over the past 12 years.  Thanks to pre-emptive presidential pardons, Joe knows that he, Hunter, and the family will never have to answer for any of their alleged egregious criminality.

The Supreme Court has ruled that a president can issue a pardon before charges have been filed.  That pardon power:

...extends to every offense known before the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgement.

Apparently the strategy over the past two and a half years has been for Joe Biden to rely on his sycophants in the Justice Department to stonewall the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate him and to negotiate an absurdly lenient jail-free plea deal with Hunter while the legacy media continued to deliberately ignore or conceal any alleged criminality.

With a court-approved plea deal on the books, the Justice Department could then continue to obfuscate by blithely claiming that they criminally charged Hunter Biden.  Thereafter, they could ignore the calls for a full-scale investigation of bribery and bank fraud allegations until after the 2024 election, when Joe would be safely ensconced once again in the Oval Office and pre-emptive pardons could then be issued with no political fallout for Joe or the Democrat party.

However, on July 26th a federal judge in Delaware has to approve of Hunter’s recently announced absurdly lenient  plea deal on criminal gun and tax evasion charges, unless the Justice Department requests a delay for fear of an adverse ruling.  After the ongoing revelations by the whistleblowers from the IRS, there is certainly ample reason for the judge to reject the plea deal.

If the deal is rejected, the well laid plans of Joe Biden and the Justice Department will require a major revision, as the federal prosecutors and Hunter Biden would have to discuss a possible jail sentence as part of a new plea deal knowing that Hunter would never opt for an open trial.

Even if the judge does accept the plea deal as filed, the Republican House of Representatives is continuing its investigations.  Thanks to a phalanx of patriotic whistleblowers and dogged determination, it appears the House will be able to publicly reveal potentially irrefutable evidence of Joe and Hunter’s criminal activity.  Thus, the Justice Department is finding it difficult to continue burying their heads in the sand and refusing to pursue a criminal investigation of Hunter and possibly other Biden family members without implicating Joe.

This scenario is further complicated by 2024 political considerations as Joe Biden is ostensibly seeking re-election.  The endless disclosures coming out of the House are undermining Joe’s standing with the American citizenry and the Democrat party’s ability to retain the presidency.  So, what to do and when with Joe, Hunter, and the family, particularly if Hunter’s plea deal is rejected?

Hunter Biden, as the bag man for his father, has the goods on Joe and he, Hunter, likely is not going to spend years in jail for bribery and fraud without threatening to take Joe down with him.  As their respective careers have underlined, both men are devoid of decency or scruples.   Hunter also knows, thanks to Joe being President, that pre-emptive pardons would be uniquely available for him and the other members of the Biden Crime Family.

At some point soon, Joe will be faced with having to issue pardons for Hunter, James Biden and others.  Does he do it now or wait, as planned, until after November 5, 2024 during the interregnum period between the election and inauguration to grant the pardons?

If Joe issues the pardons anytime soon, or if the Republicans and conservative media can transform the issue of pre-emptive pardons into a major political controversy, his campaign for re-election will be over.   The Democrat party will have to move on to another presidential candidate waiting in the wings. Thus, exacerbating the timing of when the pardons will be issued.

After pardoning Hunter et al, the overarching dilemma for Joe Biden will then be how to pre-emptively pardon himself.

Much has been discussed and written about a president’s power to pardon himself.  Some constitutional scholars claim a president can issue a self-pardon, as the matter wasn’t directly addressed by the Constitutional Convention and as “there are no constraints defined in the Constitution itself that says he can’t do it,” he therefore could self-pardon.

However, a sizable majority of Constitutional scholars claim a president does not have the power of self-pardon and that the Supreme Court would very likely rule against it if the matter ever came before them.  Per prominent Constitutional law professor, Brian C. Kalt:

The Framers either assumed that self-pardons were invalid or at most failed to consider the issue.  The text they wrote does not say anything specific about self-pardons, but their failure to explicitly ban self-pardons cannot be read as a decision to allow them.

Looking at the structure of the Constitution and the government it creates, we find a general distaste for self-dealing and a specific notion of a presidency that is limited in ways that are inconsistent with allowing self-pardons.  Finally, general principles about the rule of law and against self-judging militate strongly in favor of the notion that self-pardons are invalid.

Therefore, it would be risky for Joe Biden to go down the road of a self-pardon, particularly if the Democrats lose the White House in 2024.  However, at his age as well as his mental and physical health, he may consider it worth the risk.

There is, on the other hand, another option that avoids the high probability of a self-pardon being declared invalid.   Mary Lawton, an Assistant Attorney General, wrote the following in 1974 when Nixon was considering a self-pardon:

A different approach to the pardoning problem could be taken under Section 3 of the Twenty-fifth Amendment.  If the President declared that he was temporarily unable to perform the duties of his office, the Vice-President would become acting President and as such he could pardon the President.  Thereafter the President could either resign or resume the duties of his office.

As Biden currently already cannot perform the duties of his office, the above scenario is highly plausible, presuming that the Vice President, Kamala Harris or any possible successor, would be willing to make such a commitment.

In what will be one of the most egregious travesties of justice in American history, these pre-emptive pardons will inevitably be issued during the Biden presidency.

The Democrats and their allies, the legacy media, will dutifully avoid any discussion of pre-emptive pardons.  Therefore, for the next 16 months, the Republican candidates for the presidency, Republican members of Congress, and conservative media must begin to openly, unabashedly, and consistently emphasize this issue of self-pardons and corrupt deals with a vice president.  The vast majority of the American public must be made aware that Joe Biden and his family want to not only escape accountability but that a duplicitous Democrat party will be abetting this travesty.

A Corrupt and Rigged Government

By Pete McArdle

A recent University of Chicago Institute of Politics poll showed that a majority of Americans think our government is corrupt and rigged against them. And almost a third of respondents also feel it may eventually be necessary to take up arms against the evil empire currently running the show.

Subtract from that poll the bleeding-heart libs who think feelings matter more than facts, and the numbers are scarier still.

Big Government, including their toadies in the mainstream media, has clearly blown its cover. And it appears, based on this poll, that the American people are mad as hell and not gonna take it anymore.

Why have so many lost faith in our government to the point that armed rebellion is being considered?

Double standards, that’s why. Americans see them and they’re rightfully furious.

They see the despicable treatment afforded President Trump, whose term in office surely seems like the good old days when compared to the turmoil Democrats have unleashed in just a year and a half at the helm.

They watched the press question Trump’s mental fitness and acuity while staunchly supporting the corrupt, dried-up turnip currently occupying the Oval Office.

They observed the media constantly demonizing Trump’s family and then totally supporting “Dr.” Jill and the hapless, hopeless Biden spawn.

They’ve seen every aspect of the Donald’s financial dealings examined with a fine-tooth comb, while the Big Guy (Hunter’s nickname for Crusty Joe) gets half of his crack and sex-addled son’s ill-gotten millions with impunity.

They’ve watched the FBI run multiple coups against both candidate and President Trump, while sitting on the treasure trove of Biden family criminality contained in Hunter’s laptop, which the Feebs have been “investigating” for two and a half years now.

They’ve observed how law enforcement looked the other way as BLMers peacefully rioted, taking lives, ruining businesses, and causing billions of dollars in damage -- all this while authorities pretend that January 6 was another Pearl Harbor, instead of a relatively small dustup where the crowd was rife with Feds, officers obligingly opened the doors to the Capitol, and the only person killed was an unarmed woman, shot to death with impunity by a cop.

They see criminals, perverts and drug dealers released without bail to continue their wicked ways while the Jan. 6th defendants rot in D.C. jails, their Constitutional rights suspended and their personal lives ruined.

They’ve watched in stunned silence as Democrats and the Deep State pulled every dirty trick in the book on President Trump, while the Republican members of the D.C. Uni-Party sat silent or, as in the case of Cheney and Kinzinger, eagerly concurred.

They’ve listened as Hollywood, the media, and academia all denigrated Trump’s burning desire to make America great again, at the same time supporting the notion that our country is a racist, sexist, xenophobic hellhole, and always has been.

They’ve undoubtedly noticed that Democrats, with the help of Big Tech and many millions of Zucker-bucks, made it incredibly easy to cheat in the last election; yet Trump has been portrayed as a psychopathic monster for pointing out that he was clearly jobbed out of a second term.

They watched President Trump fight the COVID-19 pandemic with all his might, even as wee Dr. Fauci and Dr. Scarf purposely undermined his efforts with their lies, double-talk and obfuscation. While Trump fought the good fight, white-coated bureaucrats and their pals in Big Pharma got incredibly wealthy.

They watched Trump castigate China for loosing COVID-19 upon the world, causing millions of needless deaths, even as the NBA, Hollywood, influential leaders of both parties, and the Biden Crime Family all filled their pockets with yauns while defending the fine folks of the Chinese Communist Party.

They surely observed how President Trump’s policies lifted all financial boats, setting records for black and Hispanic employment, while the Swamp was busy calling Trump and his supporters irredeemable racists.

They surely took note of Trump’s incredible energy in his old age, how quick he was to travel the world, campaign for his undeserving party, and speak to reporters. It must have been shocking then to see Senile Joe garble his words, hide from the press, and spend long weekends out of sight and out of mind in Delaware, all this while falling up stairs and off his bicycle.

They also noted how firm President Trump was with other countries, telling Germany to pony up for NATO, forcing Mexico to stop enabling illegal immigration with financial penalties, and reducing IRGC general Qasem Suleimani to a grease stain on the desert floor for threatening U.S. soldiers and diplomats. Now, of course, they watch as Iran plays Biden’s diplomats for fools, Russia feels secure enough in Biden’s impotence to start a war, and the Saudis laugh in the doddering old fool’s face when Biden comes begging for more oil.

They could see that President Trump made the U.S. energy independent, creating jobs and prosperity for everyone; while the current administration has crushed the energy industry, making gas and oil unaffordable for the common man, even as the climate-change crusaders fly around in private jets, party maskless during a pandemic, and buy up oceanfront mansions.

They watched Donald Trump become the first president to stand up for the rights of unborn babies and choose like-minded justices for the Supreme Court; this followed by an administration vowing to use all means, legal and extralegal, to facilitate the dismemberment of unborn innocents, not to mention choosing a Supreme Court justice solely on the basis of her genitalia and skin color.

They observed Trump praising and building up our military might, even as turncoats like General Mark “White Rage” Milley and Col. Alexander Vindman, surely the softest Ranger ever, purposely undermined their commander-in-chief by providing comfort to the enemy and conspiring to impeach the president, respectively.

In summation, it’s clear to me and anyone with eyes to see why a majority of Americans thinks our government is rotten to the core, and why many think a second American Revolution may be necessary to restore integrity in government. What’s not clear is why anyone who’s lived through the obvious double standards I just enumerated, doesn’t feel that way.

oe Biden – The T-800 destroyer

By John Green

Joe Biden has been called a lot of different nicknames signifying his lack of leadership, wisdom, and moral character. He’s been called the Perv in Chief (reference Ashley Biden’s diary). He’s been called an empty suit -- the man actually took orders from the Easter Bunny for crying out loud. One of my personal favorites is President Sock-Puppet. It comes close to describing the actual situation. He lacks the intelligence or character to provide any actual leadership, and is merely speaking the words and doing the deeds of some hidden puppet master (who has mansions in Hawaii and Martha’s Vineyard no doubt).

But I think there’s a better descriptor. He’s a T-800 Terminator . Think about it. The T-800 portrayed in the movie Terminator was powerful and relentless, but was still a simple machine, with simple programing, performing a simple task, without reservation or remorse -- just like Joe Biden.

Remember the scene in the movie when a man knocks on the T-800’s door and complains about the smell. The terminator scans its heads-up display for a reply

· Yes

· No

· Come back later

· F*** you A** hole

And picks the last option -- because its instinct is to default to the most inflammatory response possible -- just like Joe Biden. I can support this theory with some examples.

At a campaign stop in New Hampshire, a student asked candidate Biden if his campaign could recover from his poor showing in the primary. He checked his heads-up display for answers.

· Explain that early primaries rarely indicate the eventual winner -- rejected

· Tell her that he’s depending on her vote to turn things around -– rejected

· Claim that the work he is doing is too important to give up -– rejected

· Call her a “lying dog faced pony soldier” -– option selected.

At another campaign appearance a prospective voter questioned the Biden family connections with the Ukrainian government. Joe checked his response options:

· Ask the citizen what his concerns are – rejected

· Explain that Hunter got his Ukrainian job because of his integrity and work ethic – oh, hell no

· Explain that the Ukrainians are under constant threat and it’s imperative that we support them – rejected

· Tell the man, “You’re a damn liar,” and call him fat – option selected

Joe is informed by his staff that political opposition to his agenda threatens the party’s success in the midterm election. He checks his heads-up display for possible responses.

· Let’s take our show on the road and sell our agenda to the voters – rejected

· Let’s invite the opposition to the White House to understand their grievances – rejected

· Let’s encourage public debate of our agenda in Congress – rejected

· I’ll make a public speech and call the opposition semi-fascists – option selected

None of this should be a surprise. Biden has always been a T-800 destroyer.

He has continued the destruction of our institutions. At the time of his inauguration the DoJ had already demonstrated its corruption via the Mid-Year Exam and Crossfire Hurricane. Under Biden it targeted parents as terrorists and threatened states if they protect children from sexual grooming. Now he plans to do the same with the IRS and its 87,000 new armed agents.

Joe is a simpleton -- a simple man with simple mental programming. Just as a robot would, he operates to two prime directives.

1. Serve his masters by destroying everything that made America exceptional.

2. Enrich the Biden family if it can be done without violating directive 1.

That’s why the conflict between Biden and Trump is so epic. One is a builder and one is a destroyer.

Did Ashley Biden reveal her father, Joe, is a creep to the point of pedophilia?

By Andrea Widburg

It's no secret to anybody paying attention that Joe Biden has an unwholesome obsession with little children, especially little girls.  He can't seem to keep his eyes, his hands, or his nose off them.  The Daily Mail has also released text from a diary kept by Ashley Biden, Joe's drug-addicted, sex-addicted daughter, mentioning inappropriate showers with her father at a young age that may have led to her unhealthy sexual obsessions.  Tucker Carlson, upon learning of this, launched an incendiary attack against Biden, the system that's long protected him from closer scrutiny, and the DOJ and FBI harassing journalists for investigating the story.

Both of Biden's living children — Hunter and Ashley — have substance abuse problems.  What's less well known is that they both suffer from sex addictions.  Hunter has never admitted to this addiction, but the contents of his hard drive make it patently clear that sex (and his own genitals) are obsessions with him.  Moreover, because sex triggers the pleasure centers in the brain, it can be as much an addiction as drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.

As for Ashley, she has acknowledged having a sex addiction, at least in the diary she left behind in a halfway house.  A Florida woman found the abandoned diary and tried to sell it, which was an unprincipled act but not an illegal one.  Nevertheless, Joe sicced the FBI on the woman and on Project Veritas — even though Project Veritas tried to return the diary to Ashley Biden (and was refused because her representatives didn't want to acknowledge that it was hers) as well as trying to give it to law enforcement (which is more than the New York Times would have done had it ever found something compromising about Trump's children).

Image: Biden fondling a child.  YouTube screen grab.

Now that the Daily Mail is starting to reveal the contents, it's obvious why the diary is such a hot button for the Biden family:

The diary's explosive contents include Ashley's speculation that showering with her father, then-Senator Joe Biden, as a young girl may have contributed to her sex addiction.

'I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate),' she wrote in a January 2019 entry.

[snip]

The president's daughter wrote that she was 'hyper-sexualized [at] a young age', details her chronic drug abuse, affairs outside her marriage, how her finances were 'down to the wire' and how she made Joe cry with worry over her ahead of a Democratic primary debate.

Well!  That's not something you read about every day — a "president" whose daughter thinks hanging around naked in the shower with her daddy when she was a child might have caused her to become a sex addict.

It seems, too, that Joe Biden isn't the only man in the family who is hanging around inappropriately with kids.  In a series of text messages that Hunter Biden sent when Hallie Biden (his girlfriend and the widow of his dead brother) threw away the gun that he'd illegally obtained, we get an insight into her concerns about Biden's second son:

Hunter lamented that Hallie, the widow of his brother Beau, had given the impression he's "an abusive pedophile with homicidal tendencies" and said that "that's now in the hands of the FBI." He said police and the bureau opened an investigation into him over the incident. The Secret Service also inserted itself into the saga, according to other texts from Hunter, although the agency has denied involvement.

Considering that the issue was about drugs and a gun, you have to wonder where that "pedophile" thing comes in.  Oh, wait, I know!  There was the other material on Hunter's hard drive that indicated that he had a thing about underage girls.

To give context to Joe Biden's weirdness around children, here's a video that juxtaposes images of Joe Biden pawing and sniffing little children with a completely unrelated, but incredibly apropos, talk about how pedophiles groom children:

Tucker Carlson was very upset by the whole thing — that is, what Ashley Biden wrote in her diary and the fact that Joe Biden apparently instructed his DOJ (and the FBI) to attack people who hadn't committed any federal crimes, merely because they had contact with Ashley's pathetic musings.  He courageously addressed the whole situation and strongly suggested that Joe resign, both for being a creep and for abusing his office:

Joe Biden's occupancy of the Oval Office so vividly personifies what's clearly America's nadir.  Not only is he presiding over failure (the economy), humiliation (Afghanistan), and surrender (the border), but he also embodies the sexual degradation that is spreading across America.  Indeed, with his executive order that sets up the conditions for even younger "treatment" for allegedly "transgender" children, I wonder if he's trying to push the Overton window (the parameters of normalcy) so that his bizarre behaviors with young children get normalized, too.  It's all just so wrong.

Biden's Right: His Word Means Nothing

By J.B. Shurk

Installed (p)Resident Joe Biden loves to make promises secured by the supposed worth of his family name.  "I give you my word as a Biden," he said back in March of 2020, "When I'm president, I will lead with science, listen to the experts and heed their advice, and always tell you the truth."  Again giving his solemn word before the 2020 mail-in ballot presidential selection, he promised both "to turn division into unity and bring us together," as well as to "be an ally of the light, not the darkness."  Just over a week ago, he declared, "My word as a Biden: I've never been more optimistic about America's future than I am today."  My goodness, if only Biden's family name possessed more value than that of Benedict Arnold's, we would be blessed with a man in the White House committed to truth, unity, spiritual guidance, and American success.  Yet Biden's name is synonymous with none of those things, is it?

Instead, the Biden family name has really stood for only two things: buffoonery and corruption.  For fifty years, Joe Biden has managed to hold onto some slice of power in D.C. as a senator, vice president, and Oval Office stooge not because he is renowned for his erudition or virtue but rather because his doltish behavior and venal character make him ideal for others to control.  Perhaps no other Washington relic has accomplished so little for the American people over such a prolonged government career or managed to harness those defects for lucrative advancement more successfully than China Joe

He is known as a serial liar, a "public servant" who has somehow managed to accrue tremendous wealth, a race-baiting opportunist, a Catholic-in-name-only, and a bought-and-paid-for politician in bed with criminal cartels and foreign foes.  In another era, Joe Biden would have been run out of his country much the same way Benedict Arnold was two and a half centuries ago; in an era when integrity, honor, fortitude, fidelity, and grit have been jettisoned for immorality, unscrupulousness, weakness, betrayal, and craven pliability, however, he is elevated to king sleazeball in a city drowning in sleaze.

Perhaps when America's Scumbucket-in-Chief gives his "word as a Biden," he is depending upon the solid reputations of notable relatives.  Alas, no.  His brother James has been repeatedly implicated in allegations of fraud and quid-pro-quo financial schemes leveraging Joe's political office as a means to advance the Biden family's interests and wealth.  His daughter Ashley struggles with sex and drug addictions, problems she has attributed in part to her memories of taking showers with her dad at a young age (no wonder Creepy Joe excuses pedophilia and transgender madness so effortlessly).  And then there is the "smartest guy" Joe claims to know — his son Hunter — whose illegal drug usesexual debauchery with prostitutesemployees, and relatives alike; gun crimes; occupation as an undeclared foreign agent; and serially-excused role as the family's point man for turning the powers of Joe's political office into seedy profit are all well known to the American people (even if habitually ignored by the corrupt Department of [in]Justice).  In any other family concerned about its reputation for probity and honor, Hunter Biden would have been cast off as some sort of uncontrollable "black sheep."  In the Biden herd, though, Hunter blends right in with his unseemly, scuzzy kin.  The Biden pedigree is made from rotten stuff — more like a pustule than a bloodline and filled with dreck, mediocrity, selfishness, pusillanimity, and unrepentant sin.

When you stop to consider how shockingly meaningless Joe's "word as a Biden" schtick really is, it actually becomes tempting to consider whether the old, fatuous fraud is ironically — and just this once — telling the American people the truth!  Perhaps when he says, "I give you my word as a Biden," he is really saying: "I give you my word as an incestuous pervert who cannot learn to keep my hands off little girls or keep from sniffing and grabbing women against their will; as a shameless liar who distorts everything, including the circumstances of my own wife and daughter's tragic deaths, when those lies induce public sympathy or are otherwise advantageous; as a plagiarist with no original thoughts or accomplishments of my own; as a lifelong racist who has had many friendships with segregationists and race hustlers while lying about having been active in the civil rights movement; as a corrupt politician who has ties to the mob and whose family has profited generously from my public office; and as a traitor to the United States who has repeatedly sold out my country for the benefit of foreign interests in Ukraine, China, and anywhere else I can make a buck."

I guess when you see how long it would take to vomit forth that mouthful of insidious nastiness, using the shorthand, "I give you my word as a Biden," just means that whatever is said next is almost certainly untrue.

Seen from that perspective, Biden's time as installed president makes a lot more sense.  When he promised to unite the country by ridding it of petty divisions, what he really meant was that he planned to exacerbate racial animosities to the best of his abilities, rub salt in old wounds to ensure intolerance festers and anguish lingers, and incite hatred among groups of Americans who would otherwise get along.  When he promised to "bring us together," he meant that he would promote propaganda reframing the J6 protest for fair elections as an "insurrection" seeking to topple the government and use that laughably fraudulent pretense as an excuse to persecute and imprison his political enemies.  When he promised to be "an ally of the light, not the darkness," he meant that he would threaten concerned parents with criminal prosecution should they resist the government's program of sexualizing childhood, encouraging bodily mutilation, brainwashing innocents with "transgender" delusions, and promoting abortion-on-demand.

When he promised to "lead with science," he meant that he would use the unscrutinized declarations of unelected government health bureaucrats with secret political agendas as a sword and shield for imposing a dictatorship of unconstitutional mandates, censorship, ephemeral freedoms, and unjust orders contrary to established law.  When he promised to "listen to the experts and heed their advice," he meant that he would further empower an already-out-of-control Deep State to police Americans' thoughts and words for alleged "misinformation" and "hate"; expand the national security surveillance State to spy on Americans' every move; and target for criminal punishment those who nonetheless insist on engaging in "wrongthink."  When he promised to "always tell you the truth," he meant that his administration would construct "politically correct" falsehoods, propagate those falsehoods through a willingly compliant and compromised State-aligned news media, vilify dissent as harmful "disinformation," and characterize contrary viewpoints as mere "conspiracy theories."

Finally, when Biden recently claimed that he has "never been more optimistic about America's future," what he meant is that he has given China permission to send spy balloons loaded with explosives across the continent; criminal cartels permission to flood America with illegal aliens; the pharmaceutical companies permission to reap windfall profits from harmful, untested, yet government-mandated products; the World Health Organization and United Nations permission to usurp U.S. sovereignty; the Federal Reserve permission to print money on our way to economic Armageddon; and the World Economic Forum permission to usher in a "great reset" of centralized control and loss of individual liberty.  Surely all that carnage is worth a relatively small finder's fee of 10%.

When Commie Joe's statements are viewed in their proper context, he is just a presidential truth-teller.  Really.  After all, he gives us his word as a Biden!

Image: 10 Tampa Bay via YouTubeCC BY 3.0 (cropped).

here is only one way to say that Biden is innocent, and that is for Obama to announce, “I told Joe he could take the documents.” However, if Obama makes that announcement, he has conceded, and all the Dems will be forced to concede, that a president can declassify documents simply by walking them out of the White House or authorizing someone else to do so.

In other words, to exonerate Biden, Obama must also exonerate Trump from the disgraceful, deeply (criminally?) dishonest charge leveled against Trump. I get a real kick imagining Obama sitting in the lavishly decorated office of one of his three luxury homes, cursing to himself that you can always trust Joe Biden to “F” things up.

Obviously Obama must have been successful since the Biden Crime Family’s activities went unreported on by most of the news media prior to the 2020 presidential election. Even now there’s been a reluctance to report on anything associated with the claims of illegal – indeed impeachable offenses by Joe Biden.

Breitbart’s Emma-Jo Morris: Hunter Biden Is Important — He’s a ‘Bag Man’ for Joe Biden

During this week’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Breitbart News politics editor Emma-Jo Morris was asked to lay out what she viewed to be the “most damning” aspect of the Hunter Biden-Joe Biden saga.

Morris said while Hunter Biden was “important,” he acted on President Joe Biden’s behalf as a “bag man.”

“Emma, you were at this from the start, one of the first reporters to break open that laptop story wide open,” host Maria Bartiromo said. “You were censored. Give us the specifics on what we know now. We are talking about allegations of bribery. What are the most damning stories out of this Hunter Biden-Joe Biden investigation, from your standpoint, based on the evidence?”

“Yes — well, so if you look at my reporting all the way back to 2020, my focus has always only been on Joe Biden. Hunter Biden obviously is important in that just that he’s a bag man for what I think is a family business that leads back to Joe,” Morris replied. And so I’m less concerned about what they’re finding in terms of Hunter and how he’s distributing money. I mean, it’s important as part of a broader picture. But, really, like, I think that the most damning thing that we have seen since my reporting has been the alleged FBI — well, it’s not alleged, actually. It’s been released, the FBI file that shows that Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe on Burisma.”

“I mean, that is outlined in the Constitution,” she continued. “Ted Cruz said that. It’s outlined in the Constitution explicitly as a reason why you can’t be president if that happens.”

Deaths of despair and suicides in the US at historic levels

Suicide and deaths of despair have reached historic levels in the United States, according to the latest data from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). There were a record high of 49,369 suicide deaths in 2022 alone and since 2011, nearly 540,000 individuals have been lost to suicide.

For youths and young adults over ages 10 to 24 years the incidence of suicides in the US in the last two decades has risen from 6.9 per 100,000 to 11 per 100,000, or a harrowing increase of 60 percent. Although the incidence for preteens is much lower overall and has remained stable over the last three years, they are up three-fold from 2007. Since 2011, the percent change for suicide deaths for 12 to 17 has been highest compared to any older age category with a rise of 47.7 percent.

In 2020, suicide was listed as the twelfth leading cause of death overall in the US. Among youth and young adults, it ranked in the top four: it was second in those that were 10 to 14 and 25 to 34 age categories, third for those between 15 and 24, and fourth for individuals 35 to 44. For those between five and nine years of age, the CDC stated it was the tenth leading cause of death.

Dr. Madhukar Trivedi, a professor of psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical center, warned, “We have begun to see much more concerning data even for preteens. We were all along aware that as soon as 15 is a very high-risk period for teenagers, but I think 10- to 14-year-olds are also now beginning to show signs that we need to pay attention to.”

Much of the increase in suicides have been driven by firearm related suicides which account for nearly 27,000 of these cases, or nearly 55 percent. Many of the regions of the country with the highest rates of suicide rates are in the western part of the US. For instance, Montana and Wyoming have the highest age adjusted rates at 32 and 32.3 suicides per 100,000.

Kaiser Family Foundation, analyzing the CDC’s WONDER data on the underlying causes of death, noted, “The suicide rate may vary by state due to factors such as demographics, firearm availability (involved in over half of suicides), mental health status, and access to mental health services.” They added, “While the exact cause for the rise in suicides in recent years is unknown, it may reflect, in part, increasing stressors and longstanding unmet mental health needs.”

The current incidence of suicide deaths for young adults and those older are similar ranging from 17.3 suicides for those over 65 to 18.8 for those between 26 and 44. The implication here is that we are seeing a universal phenomenon affecting all of society.

The epidemic of deaths by suicide is also coinciding with opioid overdose fatalities which have also reached unprecedented levels. In 2022, close to 110,000 people died from illicit drug use or prescription opioids, up from 106,000 in 2021. The last two decades has seen a more than five-fold rise in such deaths.

Eight states—Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Nevada, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, and Maine—and New York City have seen a more than 10 percent surge in overdose deaths. Washington state led the country with a 24 percent jump in such fatalities.

Meanwhile, life insurance actuaries are findings that more people are continuing to die at alarming rates even more than before the pandemic that cannot be accounted for by COVID. For instance, the Society of Actuaries Research Institute found there was a 34 percent increase in deaths among working aged people 35 to 44 in the last quarter of 2022.

Many of them are working aged people who are in the prime of their life who are suffering deaths from cardiac and neurological disorders that could be attributable to Long COVID and its complications that include anxiety, depression, and despair. However, the CDC and public health agencies are at a loss to explain these statistics nor is there any apparent urgency on their part to get to the bottom of this crisis.

Such phenomenon is not confined to the US. In the UK, deaths among 20- to 44-year-olds in the first quarter of 2023 was similar to the same time frame in 2021, at the peak of the COVID deaths and are above baselines for the years before the pandemic. In Australia, excess deaths in 2022 were 12 percent higher than previous years with one-third of those deaths considered non-COVID related.

According to our World in Data, under the heading of cumulative number of excess deaths in the last 12 months, as of May 21, 2023, the US had over 103,000, Germany had 83,000, France had 17,600, UK had 55,000, Brazil 60,000, Russia 72,000, and Italy 25,650. If one were to qualify this quantity of death, it would seem each of these countries is facing a full-scale military conflict. At best, the actuarial reports speculate on what the immediate causes may be, such as drug overdose or delay in access to health facilities.

It is worth repeating insurance company CEO Scott Davison’s comments from January 2022, an executive at one of Indiana’s life insurance companies, “We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica. The data is consistent across every player in that business.”

Age-standardized mortality trends in the United States versus other wealthy nations. US is red line and population weighted average of 21 other wealthy nations is dashed line [Photo: The National Academy of Sciences of the United States]

An important study from Boston University, titled “Missing Americans: Early death in the United States – 1933 to 2021,” provides context to these statistics. When compared to other similar high-income nations, since the mid-1980s, mortality rates in the US began to outpace peer nations.

As the report noted, “The current US mortality disadvantage is unprecedented in modern times: there were more ‘missing Americans’ in 2021 than at any other point going back to 1933. The United States had lower death rates than other wealthy nations in the 1930s through 1950s and similar deaths rates in the 1960s and 1970s. US deaths rates began to diverge in the 1980s, and this divergence has accelerated in the 21st century.”

Between 1980 and 2019, the US experienced 11 million excess deaths above what it would have had it kept in line with the weighted average of 21 other wealthy nations. By 2019, half of these excess deaths compared to other wealth nations occurred in persons younger than 65. During the first two years of the pandemic, there were 308,000 excess deaths among those who were 15 to 44 years of age and 635,000 among those 45 to 65 years of age.

The report found that “about half of the missing Americans died before reaching age 65 … Excess US deaths under 65 doubled between 2000 and 2019 and then increased by an additional two-thirds between 2019 and 2021. During the pandemic, half of all US deaths under 65 – and 90 percent of the increase in under-65 mortality since 2019 – would have been averted if the United States had the ASMRs [age-specific mortality rates] of its peers.”

Although these reports fail to explain these trends, there is no doubt that the intensification of the crisis of capitalism and the assault on the working class in the United State over the last four decades is major factor in the culling the youngest and most vigorous in the population. This is a generation that has only ever seen the US at war abroad, mass impoverishment at home coupled with repeated bailouts for the rich, and an unending wave of police violence and the turn to fascistic forms of rule. Their history has been stripped from them and their futures stolen in the pursuit of corporate profits.
