DIRTY DEALER JOE BIDEN - AND THE LIES NEVER STOPPED - Biden's Favorite Super PAC Used Illegal Scheme to Conceal Its Donors, Experts Say Biden just months ago condemned dark money as a threat to democracy

Biden, long known as Delaware’s “senator from DuPont,” Biden served on committees that were most sensitive to the interests of the ruling class, including the Judiciary Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee. He supported the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999, a milestone in the deregulation of the banks, and other right-wing measures. After nearly four decades in the Senate, Biden became Obama’s vice president, helping to oversee the massive bailout of Wall Street following the 2008 financial crisis and the subsequent restructuring of class relations to benefit the rich. That included the bailout of General Motors and Chrysler, based on a 50 percent cut in the pay of all newly hired autoworkers. JERRY WHITE, JOESEPH KISHORE

Funding from Dark Money Heavyweight, Soros-Supported Foundation, Ed Associations Helps Defeat Ohio Ballot Initiative

An Ohio ballot initiative to make it harder to change the state’s constitution, prior to November’s referendum on whether to codify abortion as a right, has failed – thanks to major opposition funding by radical left-wing groups.

Defeated by a large margin on Tuesday, State Issue 1 would have raised the threshold for passing future ballot measures from 50% to 60%. Because it failed to pass, pro-abortion forces need just a simple majority of Ohioans to vote their way in order to codify a right to abortion in November.

Proponents of the measure, represented by the Protect Our Constitution coalition, wanted to raise the bar in order to keep deep-pocketed special interest groups from pushing leftist agenda initiatives on issues, such as abortion and gun control, on Ohioans.

One Person One Vote, the victorious opposition campaign, raised a total of $14.8 million, with about 16% of it coming from Ohio donors. Donors who gave one million dollars or more to One Person One Vote include:

  • The Tides Foundation,
  • The Sixteen Thirty Fund,
  • Silicon Valley Philanthropist Karla Jurvetson,
  • The Ohio Education Association, and
  • The National Education Association.

The Tides Foundation, which funnels money to left-wing causes, receives tens of millions of dollars from radical billionaire liberal activist George Soros’ organizations. Tides “washes” the money it receives, then passes it on to the final recipients, in to disguise the identity of its donors.

As InfluencWatch.org explains:

“The Tides Foundation has been described as an organization that ‘washes’ away the paper trail between its grants and the original donor. Tides Founder Drummond Pike stated, ‘Anonymity is very important to most of the people we work with.’”

Tides has given grants to Canadian anti-capitalist group Adbusters, which has incited protests.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund ranks among the largest left-leaning dark money groups, The Atlantic reports:

“The Sixteen Thirty Fund—the indisputable heavyweight of Democratic dark money—was the second-largest super-PAC donor in 2020, according to the investigative organization OpenSecrets, giving roughly $61 million of effectively untraceable money to progressive causes. The organization that connects many of these groups—what a critic might call the mothership—is called Arabella Advisors.”

Karla Jurvetson emerged as one of the largest Democrat donors during the 2020 campaign. She began to ramp up her political-activist giving in 2018, when she gave $5.4 million to a super PAC tied to the pro-abortion women’s group Emily’s List.

“Jurvetson has now given over $22 million in recent cycles to Democratic candidates and causes,” Vox.com reported in March of 2020, noting that Jurvetson made one of the largest political donations in the entire 2020 presidential campaign when she gave $14.6 million to a super PAC dedicated to the doomed presidential bid of Elizabeth Warren.

Biden's Favorite Super PAC Used Illegal Scheme to Conceal Its Donors, Experts Say

Biden just months ago condemned dark money as a threat to democracy

August 14, 2023

President Joe Biden last year condemned so-called dark money as a "serious problem facing our democracy." Now, the unpopular Democrat is embracing a super PAC that experts say used an illegal scheme to conceal its donors.

The group, Future Forward, is led by former Obama campaign officials and has earned endorsements from Bidenworld as the "pre-eminent super PAC" supporting the president's reelection bid. Central to Future Forward's success is its ability to raise massive sums of money—nearly $400 million in the past five years—to run ads boosting Biden and other Democrats in battleground states. But the tactics Future Forward used to anonymously raise much of that money could lead to its downfall, legal experts told the Washington Free Beacon.

The Biden-endorsed super PAC’s largest donor is its affiliated dark money group, Future Forward USA Action, which as a nonprofit is not required to publicly disclose its donors. Should a donor direct the nonprofit to transfer their donation to Future Forward, however, the super PAC must reveal the donor's identity in federal campaign finance disclosures. Future Forward USA Action in its 2021 tax filings acknowledged that it "promptly and directly delivered" $3.4 million in donations to Future Forward—a designation that would require the super PAC to reveal donor identities, according to former Federal Election Commission chairman Bradley Smith. However, Future Forward declined to disclose who contributed the cash.

For Republican election lawyer Charlie Spies, Future Forward's failure to disclose donors who routed money through the dark money affiliate is a violation of federal election law. Spies noted that similar schemes have led to federal charges and "major fines."

"Future Forward USA Action admitted to making over $3 million in earmarked political contributions, where they apparently obscured the true super PAC donor's identity by routing the money through the nonprofit," Spies told the Free Beacon. "The U.S. DOJ has sent people to prison for this sort of illegal activity, and the FEC has imposed major fines on conservative organizations accused of less blatant earmarking."

Biden’s embrace of Future Forward comes less than a year after he endorsed a bill from Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D., R.I.) that promised to end the "scourge of dark money" corrupting American democracy. Biden told reporters in September that dark money, which consists of political contributions that cannot be traced to a donor, "erodes public trust" and should be outlawed. The Senate deadlocked 49-49 on the bill shortly after Biden’s remarks.

Now, as recent polls show Biden in a statistical tie in a 2024 rematch against former President Donald Trump, the Biden campaign is suggesting the president could soon headline fundraisers for Future Forward. Biden campaign manager Jennifer O’Malley Dillon in July called Future Forward’s work "critical" to the president’s 2020 victory and said the super PAC would "again play a key role" supporting his 2024 bid.

Future Forward's latest FEC filing, meanwhile, suggests the super PAC has continued to use its dark money affiliate as a vehicle to obscure its donors from the public. The super PAC in public filings claims it raised just $67,000 in the first half of 2023. But weeks earlier, it told the New York Times it had raised $50 million during that time, indicating that the overwhelming majority of those funds flowed through Future Forward USA Action. The super PAC's dark money affiliate does not have to report its 2023 finances to the IRS until after the 2024 election.

"It looks like Biden's preferred Future Forward super PAC is violating the FEC's donor disclosure laws by laundering dark money donations through its related Future Forward USA Action nonprofit," Paul Kamenar, counsel to the National Legal and Policy Center watchdog group, told the Free Beacon.

The White House did not return a request for comment.

The Department of Justice has a history of prosecuting political activists for using dark money groups to launder funds to super PACs. Federal authorities sentenced Joseph Fuentes-Fernandez, the leader of a Puerto Rico-based super PAC, to 14 months in prison in 2022 for laundering political contributions to the entity through two affiliated nonprofits.

"The purpose of routing these donor funds through the nonprofit entities was exclusively to conceal the true identities of the donors," the Department of Justice said in a statement announcing the sentence. "Fuentes … deprived the people of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the FEC of information about the true source of hundreds of thousands of dollars flowing into Puerto Rico’s political system."

Years earlier, in 2017, the FEC imposed a $350,000 fine on nonprofit American Conservative Union for acting as a "pass through" to conceal the source of a $1.71 million super PAC contribution.

Future Forward did not return a request for comment.

DeSantis Suspends Soros-Backed Prosecutor Who Coddled ‘Violent Offenders, Drug Traffickers…and Pedophiles’

In a significant move toward restoring law and order in Florida, Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has taken decisive action by suspending Monique Worrell, the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Worrell, who had received backing from a group associated with radical activist Democrat billionaire George Soros, has been exposed for her dereliction of duty and sheer incompetence in handling criminal cases. This suspension comes as a vital step in safeguarding our communities from dangerous offenders.

Wednesday morning, Gov. DeSantis signed an executive order suspending State Attorney Worrell, citing her neglect of duty as the main reason for her removal. The move is a step to protect the law-abiding citizens of Florida and ensure that justice is served, by ending Worrell’s failure to prosecute a violent criminal who later commits heinous acts.

The governor’s executive order lists several instances of Worrell’s “neglect of duty and incompetence,” including:

·         “[T]he administration of criminal justice in the Ninth Circuit has been so clearly and fundamentally derelict as to constitute both neglect of duty and incompetence.”

·         “[Worrell] authorized or allowed practices or policies that have systematically permitted violent offenders, drug traffickers, serious-juvenile offenders, and pedophiles to evade incarceration when otherwise warranted under Florida law.”

·         “These practices or policies include non-filing or dropping meritorious charges or declining to allege otherwise provable facts to avoid triggering applicable lengthy sentences, minimum mandatory sentences.”

·         “[Worrell] authorized or allowed practices or policies whereby her assistant state attorneys are generally prevented or discouraged from obtaining meritorious minimum mandatory sentences for gun crimes.”

One of the reasons for Worrell's suspension is her abuse of prosecutorial discretion. While prosecutors do have the ability to choose which cases to pursue, Worrell has taken it to an extreme by effectively nullifying laws in the state, such as restrictions on abortion and provision of harmful gender-change services to minors.

Worrell's policies and practices have directly contributed to a more dangerous environment, endangering the lives and well-being of Floridians, DeSantis said.

The governor's office has presented various instances that exemplify the egregious outcomes resulting from Worrell's misguided policies. These examples expose a system that has failed to protect the innocent and prioritize the well-being of their communities. It is clear that action had to be taken to rectify this alarming situation.

Announcing the suspension, Gov. DeSantis highlighted a specific case involving Daton Viel, who shot two Orlando officers while out on bond for a child rape case. Worrell's failure to keep this dangerous individual off the streets demonstrates her incompetence and inability to fulfill her duties as a state attorney, which have put innocent lives at risk.

Worrell also failed to prosecute the suspect who tragically shot and killed a Spectrum News reporter, a mother, and a little girl in Orlando earlier this year.

The suspension of State Attorney Monique Worrell is an example of Gov. DeSantis' commitment to upholding conservative values and ensuring that Florida’s elected officials carry out their duties with integrity and adherence to the law.

Worrell’s suspension is part of Gov. DeSantis's ongoing efforts to address the influence of woke prosecutors tied to George Soros who have who had demonstrated a lack of competence and a disregard for the law. Last year, DeSantis removed Andrew Warren, the Tampa area state attorney, for similar reasons. Warren, like Worrell, signaled his opposition to prosecuting abortion providers and those seeking abortions.

Displaying a blatant disregard for the rights of the unborn, Warren refused to enforce a 15-week abortion ban. Both she and Warren have condemned Florida’s law protecting minors from gender-altering procedures.

The governor's decision to suspend Worrell has garnered support from law enforcement officials such as Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd and Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey. Their presence at the announcement reflects the seriousness of the situation and the need for decisive action. While they may not work in Worrell's district, their endorsement highlights the importance of maintaining law and order across the state.

Moving forward, Judge Andrew Bain will be taking over for the 9th Judicial Circuit. Bain is noted for his experience and dedication to law enforcement.
