America Faces No Greater Threat Than Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. Their Assault to Our Borders Is As Great As Their Assault to Free Speech and Free Elections

LYING JOE BIDEN ATTEMPTS TO REVERSE THE DEVASTATION OF THE BIDEN - MAYORKAS - GEORGE SOROS INVASION - Biden administration waives 26 federal laws to allow border wall construction in South Texas
President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief says he will build several more miles of President Donald Trump’s border wall to divert migrants away from several gaps that he has left open since 2021.
The extra miles of border are not intended to stop the job-seeking economic migrants. Instead, Alejandro Mayorkas, the Cuban-born Secretary of Homeland Security, is asking migrants to safely register at the official gates along the border so they can be quickly released into U.S. society.
It is not clear when the extra walls will be built. However, video of the construction can be used by Democrats during the 2024 elections.
Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security announced its plans on Wednesday in the government’s Federal Register of Regulations:
There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas pursuant to sections 102(a) and 102(b) of IIRIRA.
The six-page document lists the short gaps but does not state the total length of the wall to be built.
The document says funding to fill the gaps comes from money that was provided by Congress to Trump in 2019.
Mayorkas has had the legal authority and funds to build many miles of wall. But he instead has allowed more than five million wage-cutting, rent-spiking migrants to walk, fly, or sneak across the border since January 2021. In September, for example, media reports said he allowed at least 260,000 migrants across the border.

Mayorkas’ migrants can be used by U.S. employers to replace unwanted older and sicker workers, parents encumbered by children, or Americans with criminal records and drug addictions.
Filling the gaps may reduce Mayorkas’ record number of drowned migrants. Migrant deaths in 2023 are beating records set under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
Biden administration waives 26 federal laws to allow border wall construction in South Texas
McALLEN, Texas — The Biden administration announced on Wednesday that it had waived 26 federal laws in South Texas to allow border wall construction, marking the administration’s first use of a sweeping executive power employed often during the Trump presidency.
The Department of Homeland Security posted the announcement on the U.S. Federal Register with few details outlining the construction in Starr County, Texas, which is part of a busy Border Patrol sector seeing “high illegal entry.” According to government data, about 245,000 illegal entries have been recorded in this region during the current fiscal year.
“There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas,” Alejandro Mayorkas, the DHS secretary, stated in the notice.
The Clean Air Act, Safe Drinking Water Act and Endangered Species Act were some of the federal laws waived by DHS to make way for construction that will use funds from a congressional appropriation in 2019 for border wall construction. The waivers avoid time-consuming reviews and lawsuits challenging violation of environmental laws.
Starr County’s hilly ranchlands, sitting between Zapata and McAllen, Texas, is home to about 65,000 residents sparsely populating about 1,200 square miles (3,108 square kilometers) that form part of the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge.
Although no maps were provided in the announcement, a previous map shared during the gathering of public comments shows the piecemeal construction will add up to an additional 20 miles to the existing border barrier system in the area. Starr County Judge Eloy Vera said it will start south of the Falcon Dam and go past Salineño, Texas.
“The other concern that we have is that area is highly erosive. There’s a lot of arroyos,” Eloy Vera, the county judge said, pointing out the creeks cutting through the ranchland and leading into the river.
Concern is shared with environmental advocates who say structures will run through public lands, habitats of endangered plants and species like the Ocelot, a spotted wild cat.
“A plan to build a wall through will bulldoze an impermeable barrier straight through the heart of that habitat. It will stop wildlife migrations dead in their tracks. It will destroy a huge amount of wildlife refuge land. And it’s a horrific step backwards for the borderlands,” Laiken Jordahl, a southwest conservation advocate for the Center for Biological Diversity, said Wednesday afternoon.
During the Trump administration, about 450 miles of barriers were built along the southwest border between 2017 and January 2021. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott renewed those efforts after the Biden administration halted them at the start of his presidency.
The DHS decision on Wednesday contrasts with a Jan. 20, 2021 Biden administration proclamation to end the construction that stated, “building a massive wall that spans the entire southern border is not a serious policy solution.”
U.S. Customs and Border Protection had no immediate comment.
The announcement prompted political debate by the Democratic administration facing an increase of migrants entering through the southern border in recent months, including thousands who entered the U.S. through Eagle Pass at the end of September.
“A border wall is a 14th century solution to a 21st century problem. It will not bolster border security in Starr County,” Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) said in a statement. “I continue to stand against the wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars on an ineffective border wall.”
Political proponents of the border wall said the waivers should be used as a launching pad for a shift in policy.
“After years of denying that a border wall and other physical barriers are effective, the DHS announcement represents a sea change in the administration’s thinking: A secure wall is an effective tool for maintaining control of our borders,” Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, said in a statement. “Having made that concession, the administration needs to immediately begin construction of wall across the border to prevent the illegal traffic from simply moving to other areas of the border.”
Maybe you've seen it on FOX: Texas's Governor Abbott (R) declared that an invasion is happening on the southern border and moved to invoke invasion clauses of the U.S. and Texas constitutions to allow him to boost security at the border while clown reporters from lefty newspapers, like the Dallas Observer, disparagingly note that Gov. Abbott continues "invasion" rhetoric as Texas sees an increase in "migrant crossings."
I was with the U.S. Border Patrol, Del Rio Sector, from the mid-1990s to 2000, when Governor George Bush deployed Texas state troopers and the National Guard to Eagle Pass to repel the drug cartels' attempt to flood Texas with drugs. Their strategy to remove Border Patrol Agents from the border was effective. An overwhelming number of "migrants" would be sent across the border en masse to force Border Patrol agents to apprehend and transport the illegal aliens to a U.S. Border Patrol station. With all of the Eagle Pass station agents being pulled out of the field to process the apprehended illegal aliens, the drug cartels were provided an open border to move drugs and contraband into the United States. For several days, they flooded the area with drugs.
Governor Bush put state troopers and the National Guard on the border to stop the cartels' incursion into Texas, and equilibrium on the border was restored. Back in those days, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, U.S. Customs, and the Border Patrol worked with the Mexican Federal Police and were active in attacking the drug cartels from the Mexico side of the border. Once the drug cartels were defeated, there were sufficient Border Patrol agents to handle the influx of aliens who crossed the border illegally.
Today, thoroughly corrupt Democrat party leadership facilitate Central and South American drug cartels' goals while non-governmental organizations, funded by the likes of George Soros, bankroll the movement of noncombatants into America for other purposes. It is a rare reporter who can get the rest of the story on the nightly news of what is happening on the border.
Not only are U.S. immigration laws being ignored, but the U.S. border is being purposely unsecured. Unlike the border activity in 1995–2000, where the drug cartels moved their drugs virtually unfettered into Texas in a small window of opportunity, today's cartels have no real threat to their operation. But for some, the most important activity occurring on the border is that the preponderance of illegal crossers are military-age men. The Democrat party and their friends are facilitating an invasion of potential combatants into Texas.
Is this movement of military-age men into America happening all across the southern border? You will not get a legitimate answer from any of the news outlets for a number of reasons. Whenever one gets too close to the truth, the media town criers shout from their network offices: conspiracy theories.
The French novelist Renaud Camus wrote You Will Not Replace Us. Wikipedia describes him as a conspiracy theorist, a white nationalist writer, and the inventor of the Great Replacement. His observations beginning in 1996 suggested that a "global elite" was colluding against the white population of France to replace them with non-European peoples. If you were to look at France today and the country's changing demographics, Camus is more Nostradamus than Henny Penny.
The conspiracy theory wasn't a conspiracy at all. Camus's words were simply leading indicators of the observable universe. Nearly thirty years later, does anyone truly believe that France is winning the battle with its illegal aliens from North Africa, who have no desire to assimilate? France's path is clear: if the French wish to survive, their only recourse and salvation is to expel their treasonous liberal leaders from power and deport the invaders. And France will not do that. It is lost.
There is a lesson in there. More illegal immigration will eventually yield the desired socialist outcome. When that occurs, all that will be necessary is to switch the French Tricolor with the green flag of the Muslim Brotherhood.
When that occurs, if there is still a NATO, will France still be a member? Doubtful, but this is the nature of power politics and the power of Replacement Theory.
In the United States, Democrats have also embraced the Great Replacement using illegal aliens. Their goal is to flip a hard red Texas. However, Governor Abbott bussed a preponderance of military-age illegal aliens out of Texas to Democrat-run hellholes in California that identify as "sanctuary cities." This is called changing the dynamic. In the other, now increasingly hard red state of Florida, Governor DeSantis moves military-age illegal aliens out to those wonderful Democrat-run garden spots, like Philadelphia and New York City, that also identify as welcoming-arms and "sanctuary cities."
Suddenly, New York and California don't like "migrants" in their sanctuary cities. ¡No más!
If a Republican becomes president, there is a reasonable expectation that the Democrats' Great Replacement strategy will be shut down, that there will be a border wall, illegals in the country will be rounded up and deported — you know, like Border Patrol Agents doing their job, and the incompetent racists from DOD, Austin and Brown, will be summarily purged if they do not immediately resign.
Before President Obama, presidents, the chairmen of the Joint Chiefs, and the secretaries of defense used to be focused on improving the combat capability and air superiority of America. First President Obama, then President Biden found it was much more important to maintain political power at whatever cost. Under Democrat party leadership, improving America's combat capability and national security has now been replaced with open borders, inviting military-age men to infiltrate America and embark on a program to erase white men from the Pentagon. Any way you look at that, that is the definition of industrial sabotage of a nation.
No longer do we just have American traitors, like the greatest Soviet spy Moscow ever had in Alger Hiss. Hiss engaged in industrial espionage to undermine America, and he copied the most sensitive State Department secrets for Joe Stalin's eyes. Now we have traitors who ignore our laws, open our borders to illegals for no other purpose but to alter the balance of political power of red states, and advocate discriminatory policies to lessen the combat capability of the United States.
Over a year ago, I advocated that Lloyd Austin needed to be fired. Likewise C.Q. Brown. A virulent racist advocating for the destruction of the DOD through an arbitrary and capricious policy of eliminating people who do not look like him, Brown is a national embarrassment and should never have been confirmed. He should be wearing an orange jumpsuit and flipflops, not the uniform of an Air Force general.
To get around President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) lax enforcement of federal immigration law, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) has issued a plan that would authorize states to deport illegal aliens and help build barriers along the United States-Mexico border.
On Wednesday, Hawley announced the “State Border Defense Act” which would, among other things, allow individual states to deport illegal aliens that local law enforcement encounters.
“Our southern border is overrun. Joe Biden’s dangerous open-border policies are making it worse every single day, leaving states like Missouri to deal with the consequences,” Hawley said in a statement.
In addition, the legislation would authorize states to fund the construction of physical barriers along the southern border. States would also be allowed to prosecute illegal aliens for crimes they commit by crossing the border.

“Since the federal government refuses to enforce our immigration laws, states must be able to,” Hawley said.
Allowing states to deport illegal aliens would be a game-changer in terms of turning around the Biden administration’s historically low annual total of deportations.
In the first nine months of the Biden administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents deported only 16,351 illegal aliens arrested by local police departments — a 70 percent drop compared to 2019.
Meanwhile, very few of the tens of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens released into the U.S. interior every month by the Biden administration are being put into deportation proceedings.
Among a subset of those released from the border into the U.S. by the Biden administration, fewer than 20 percent have been given a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge.
