Congress Can End the Nonprofit Status of Pro-Hamas Groups
The IRS has allowed Pro-Hamas groups to benefit from tax-exempt status.

“We give our heart, we give our life, we give our blood to the Palestinian people,” Manolo De Los Santos of The People’s Forum declared at a pro-Hamas rally in Manhattan. “Continue to resist. We stand with you. By any means necessary.”
“By any means,” the crowd chanted. A code phrase for violence and terrorism.
“We will use whatever we have in our hands,: De Los Santos continued. “A rock or something else. We will defend the Palestinian people.”
DeSantos had previously tweeted a celebratory Hamas video using paragliders and then armed terrorists attacking Israel with the message, “Long Live the Palestinian Resistance!”
In an official statement, The People’s Forum described the Hamas attacks that murdered over 1,000 Israeli civilians, the elderly, women and children, as an “unprecedented liberation struggle” by “Palestinian resistance factions”.
When it isn’t supporting the rape of women and the kidnapping of children, it’s promoting North Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba, and celebrating the “hopes and aspirations of more than a million people who joined the American Communist Party.”
And The People’s Forum is also a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit approved by the IRS.
If the name sounds like a Chinese Communist front group, that’s because it’s funded by a Maoist millionaire named Neville Roy Singham who operates out of China and funds a network of organizations like The People’s Forum. Singham’s office faces “a red banner that reads, in Chinese, ‘Always Follow the Party.’ Resting on a shelf is a plate depicting Xi.”
Also there at the pro-Hamas rally in Manhattan was Nodutdol: a pro-North Korean organization demanding the “reunification” of Korea. South Korea has accused Nodutdol of being controlled by North Korea. The organization has claimed that North Korean defectors who risked their lives to escape are guilty of “imperialist propaganda” and that claims of atrocities are fictional. Despite that Nodutdol is embedded within the DSA and often takes part in pro-terrorist rallies.
On the same day as the Hamas attack, Nodutol tweeted “power to every Palestinian fighting for their freedom, and glory to every martyr who dies fighting. For every martyr that falls, a new one will rise.” Like The People’s Forum, Nodutol is a 501(c)(3) IRS approved tax-exempt charity.
The David Horowitz Freedom Center had previously profiled the IRS decision to continue providing tax-exempt status to the Alliance for Global Justice, a Marxist organization, which uses that status to sponsor Black Lives Matter chapters, the Free Mumia Abu-Jamal Coalition in support of a cop killer, as well as bail funds whose mission is freeing rioters and criminals.
Among the organizations AFGJ sponsors is the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network which was banned by Israel as a subsidiary of the PFLP terrorist organization.
Germany has announced that it’s also banning Samidoun as part of its crackdown on all Hamas activities in Germany. Despite that the IRS has yet to pull AFGJ’s tax-exempt status.
Samidoun responded to the Hamas attacks by promoting banners featuring “solidarity with Al Aqsa Flood”, the name of the Hamas operation, a rally calling for “solidarity with the heroic resistance”, and another one urging “let’s celebrate”.
Samidoun’s support for Hamas atrocities, including the kidnapping of Israeli women and children, was made clear in its Instagram post boasting that, “the resistance” is “seizing occupation settlers” and hailed the “resistance operation, titled the Al-Aqsa Flood by Mohammed Deif, commander in chief of the Izz el-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas”.
There is no ambiguity whatsoever about Samidoun’s support for even the worst crimes of Hamas. Despite that it continues to benefit from AFGJ’s tax-exempt status which allows its fiscal sponsor to take in money from George Soros, the Ben and Jerry’s Foundation, and others.
The David Horowitz Freedom Center also exposed the support for Hamas by chapters of Students for Justice in Palestine. The national organization of Students for Justice in Palestine praised the Hamas attacks as a “historic win for the Palestinian resistance” and put out a ‘toolkit’ which explained that the Jewish victims were “not civilians” and could be freely targeted. Its poster for a ‘Day of Resistance’ featured an image of the paraglider that Hamas terrorists had used to massacre and rape young Israelis at a music festival.
Despite its support for terrorism, Students for Justice in Palestine enjoys nonprofit status.
The Freedom Road Socialist Organization, a Marxist-Leninist group, which promotes pro-terror content through its Fight Back News, celebrated the Hamas attacks, including the attacks on civilian communities which it cheered as “Palestinians have taken over the armed settlements that surround Gaza.”
“The Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS), the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and so many others represent the aspirations of a free people, Palestinians who insist on the end to occupation. Freedom Road Socialist Organization rejects the notion that freedom fighters are terrorists. We are proud to stand with the resistance,” it concluded.
The Communist group is funded through the Lucy Parsons Center, a radical bookstore in New York City named after a Communist activist, which enjoys nonprofit status. also issued a statement to “celebrate Palestinian Resistance!”
These are only a few of the examples of IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit groups or those funded by them celebrating Hamas atrocities. This is in clear violation of the tax code which bars such activities.
IRS regulations specifically state that “exempt purposes may generally be equated with the public good, and violations of law are the antithesis of the public good”. They clearly lay out that, “violation of constitutionally valid laws is inconsistent with exemption under IRC 501(c)(3)” and that “planned activities that violate laws are not in furtherance of a charitable purpose”.
But the IRS has refused to enforce the rules and regulations against Islamic terrorists.
When Lori Lowenthal Marcus, a journalist, applied for tax exempt status for her pro-Israel group, the IRS informed her that it “has to give special scrutiny to organizations connected to Israel.”
Lori Lowenthal Marcus told Front Page Magazine that, “One of the excuses given to Z Street by an IRS official was that the IRS had to make sure we were not ‘engaged in terrorism’ because we mentioned ‘terror’ in our mission statement. The part of Z Street’s mission that mentioned terror? ‘We will not engage with, negotiate with or appease terrorists.’”
Offered clear examples of organizations that actually support terror, the IRS has done nothing.
Congress however could change that by regulating nonprofit groups that support terrorism. Taxpayers should not be subsidizing terrorists and their propagandists. And the tax code on this matter should not consist of general guidelines, but clear and unbreakable laws.
The IRS has failed to act. Congress can hold the IRS and pro-Hamas nonprofits accountable.
BEFORE JOE HANDS THE PALESTINIANS MORE MONEY HE HAS TO PULL THEIR MIDDLE FINGER OUT OF HIS NOSE!
President Biden Says Hamas Should ‘Learn How to Shoot Straight’ After Gaza Hospital Bombing
President Joe Biden had a rather tone-deaf response to the news Hamas terrorists mistakenly bombed a hospital in the Gaza Strip with a misfired rocket by saying they should “learn how to shoot straight.”
As Breitbart News reported, the mainstream media initially said Israel bombed a hospital in the Gaza Strip only to later have it be confirmed Hamas terrorists bombed the hospital with a misfired rocket.
Breitbart noted, “The IDF have since released audio they say shows the terrorists reacting once they realize their mistake. Hamas and critics of Israel rushed to blame an Israeli airstrike. News wires, like the Getty photo service, published unproven claims Israel had “attack[ed]” the hospital, citing the ‘Gaza Health Ministry,’ which is run by Hamas. The BBC’s early reporting pointed a finger at Israel for the disaster.”
Speaking with reporters on Wednesday, Biden said the terrorists “gotta learn how to shoot straight.”
“I’m not suggesting that Hamas deliberately did it,” the president said at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. “It’s that old thing: Gotta learn how to shoot straight. It’s not the first time that Hamas has launched something that didn’t function very well.”
Since Hamas targets Israeli civilians, them “shooting straight” would mean killing Israeli civilians.
Biden had to cancel a planned summit with Arab leaders in Jordan as a result of the hospital bombing, which terrorists claim was committed by Israel. Biden also initially believed Israel committed the bombing until evidence proved otherwise.
“I don’t know all the detail, but I do know the people at the Defense Department who I respect and the intelligence community that I respect, say it is highly improbable that Israel did that,” Biden said on Air Force One.

Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades via StoryfulSquad member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has continued to put forward the claim Israel somehow committed the atrocity.
“We cannot continue to watch people think it’s okay to bomb a hospital with children,” she told a crowd on Wednesday. “[…] And so I’m telling you right now, President Biden, not all America is with you on this one, and you need to wake up and understand that.”
“We are literally watching people commit genocide and killing a vast majority just like this, and we still stand by and say nothing. We will remember this,” the Palestinian lawmaker continued.

Hamas and Amoral Clarity
What College support for Hamas reveals.
One unexpected blowback from the medieval Hamas’s barbaric murdering of hundreds of Israeli civilians is the revelation of current global amorality.
More than 20 Harvard university identity politics groups pledged their support to the Hamas murderers—to the utter silence for days of Harvard President Claudine Gay.
Americans knew higher education practiced racist admission policies. It has long promoted racially segregated dorms and graduations. And de facto it has destroyed the First Amendment.
But the overt support for Hamas killers by the diversity, equity, and inclusion crowd on a lot of campuses exposes to Americans the real moral and intellectual rot in higher education.
Democratic Socialist members of the new woke Democrat Party openly expressed ecstatic support for Hamas’s bloodwork.
Their biggest fears were not dead fellow Americans or hostages, or some 1,000 butchered Jewish civilians. Instead they were fearful that righteous Israeli retaliation might destroy the Hamas death machine.
Palestinians for years fooled naïfs in Europe and the Obama and Biden administrations into sending billions of dollars into Gaza.
These monies were channeled to tunnel into Israel, to obtain a huge rocket arsenal, and to craft plans to wipe out Jews.
The Biden administration has blood on its hands.
As soon as Biden took power, he resumed massive subsidies to radical Palestinians, canceled by the prior Trump administration.
He ignored warnings from his own state Department that such fungible moneys would soon fuel Hamas terrorism.
His administration dropped sanctions against Iran, ensuring that Tehran would enjoy a multi-billion-dollar windfall to be distributed to Israel’s existential enemies—another fact well known to the Biden administration.
If the Biden administration had announced overtly that it was rabidly anti-Israel, it would be hard to imagine anything it could have done differently from its present nihilist behavior.
Biden and company quickly restarted the defunct Iran appeasement deal—a leftover from the anti-Israeli Obama administration. No surprise, they appointed radical pro-Iranian activist Robert Malley to head the negotiations.
Malley allegedly has leaked American classified documents to Iranian officials and is under investigation by the FBI. He did his best to place pro-Iranian, anti-American activists into the high echelons of the U.S. government.
Biden was intent on forcing South Korea to release to Iran $6 billion in sanctioned frozen money.
That expectation of cash ensured Iran would be reimbursed for its present terrorist arming spree.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken shamefully tweeted that Israel should settle for an immediate ceasefire. No wonder he soon withdrew his unhinged posting.
That idiocy would be the moral equivalent of an American ally in December1941 urging the U.S. to seek negotiations with imperial Japan after its surprise bombing of Pearl Harbor—to avoid a “cycle of violence.”
The Biden team has drained strategic arms stockpiles in Israel, designed to help the Jewish state in extremis.
It recklessly abandoned a multibillion-dollar arms trove in Kabul, some of which reportedly made its way from Taliban killers to the Hamas murderers.
Once the mass murdering started, the amoral clarity of our “allies” was stunning.
NATO partner Turkey openly sided with the killers. It —along with Blinken—called for a cease fire—at the moment the Hamas death squads had finished, and Israel was ready to hold Hamas to account.
Qatar, where the U.S. Central Command is based, proved little more than a Hamas front.
It offers sanctuary to the architects of Hamas killing. And Qatar ensures a safe financial pipeline to Hamas from Iran and the radical Arab world.
Some of the most vehement current supporters of the Hamas death squads were immigrants to America from the Middle East.
Oddly, they apparently had fled just such illiberal Middle East regimes to reach a tolerant, democratic, and secure United States.
Yet they now endorse the Hamas butchering of Jewish civilians. Its savagery is aimed at executing, raping, and beheading Jews, and then mutilating their bodies.
Hamas apparently hopes to shock the Israeli government into voluntarily committing suicide—in line with the ancient Hamas agenda to destroy the Jewish state.
In a strange way, this reign of death has become a touchstone, an acid test of sorts that has revealed the utter amorality of enemies abroad and quite dangerous people at home.
It is past time that Americans deal with the medieval world that was revealed this week rather than keep dreaming in the fantasy world of our government.
Americans need to stop illegal immigration and restore their southern border, while ceasing all immigration from unhinged, hostile nations.
The military must return to its deterrent role and fire its woke commissariat.
Our leaders must accept that in the last three years of the Biden administration, serial American appeasement abroad, disunity at home, and social chaos have encouraged an entire host of enemies —China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Middle East illiberal regimes, and former friends like Turkey and Qatar.
And our enemies dream of doing to us what we just saw in Israel.
Joe Biden Announces $100 Million in Humanitarian Aid for Gaza, West Bank
President Joe Biden announced $100 million in humanitarian aid for Gaza and the West Bank during a visit to Israel on Wednesday.
“Today, I’m also announcing $100 million for new U.S. funding for humanitarian assistance in both Gaza and the West Bank. This funding will support more than one million displaced in conflict-affected Palestinians, including emergency needs in Gaza,” he said.
Biden also formally announced that he would request an “unprecedented support package” for Israel later this week.
“Later this week, I’m going to ask the United States Congress for an unprecedented support package for Israel’s defense,” he said.
Bloomberg on Tuesday evening reported that the Biden administration plans to ask Congress for $100 billion for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan for fiscal year 2024.
House Republicans rejected $24 billion in additional aid to Ukraine for three months, through December, but the Biden administration is reportedly hoping that tying Ukraine aid to Israel aid will break the logjam.
It is unclear what the breakdown of the $100 billion would be.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) reacted to the news of the $100 million in a statement:
Yesterday, we learned that President Biden’s trip to Israel was intentionally not announced until Secretary Blinken received assurances from Prime Minister Netanyahu on humanitarian aid into Gaza. Amid Biden’s visit, we now know that the United States is providing $100 million in humanitarian assistance for the Palestinian people, which we know will go right in the hands of Hamas. Just days ago, Hamas stole humanitarian aid — including fuel and medical supplies — from the UN. We should not be sending American taxpayer dollars to support terrorists that are currently holding Americans hostage, and we should never place conditions on our support for Israel.
