Just a couple of days after my new book Breaking Biden made the New York Times bestseller list, it finally dawned on the Grey Lady that Hunter Biden might actually be cool. I doubt this is a coincidence.
Most people think they know the Bidens all too well. One of the reasons I wrote the book is because I believe, in general, people know relatively nothing about the Bidens. Hunter is as misunderstood as any of them. I note in the book that despite his grifting, drug use, and reluctance to perform basic paternal responsibilities, sometimes “I think he might be the only cool Democrat and one of the few ‘fully realized’ Americans who are openly living their lives as their true selves.”
My colleague Emma-Jo Morris, who knows Hunter’s true self better than almost anyone in journalism, has been making the same point for some time.
All of a sudden, after Hunter has spent nearly a decade in the spotlight, the New York Times is starting to get it. Over this past weekend, they ran an article with the headline: “Hunter Biden, Ironic Icon.” “A tongue-in-cheek group that includes meme-loving Leftists, frat boys and women who like troubled men, has turned the president’s son into an antihero,” reads the lede sentence.
In Emma-Jo Morris’s words, “All Hunter Biden mostly does is get wasted and do lines, usually with multiple women hanging out, paid for by random oligarchs, who he gets on the hook for millions of dollars, and never goes to jail for any of it. Genius, and also, chill, as we have long said.”
Well put.
There is no one in the country who has done the things that Hunter has done and gotten away with them. Not even his Presidential pop. It was inevitable that some people were going to eventually arrive at the conclusion that this is kinda bad ass.
It is progress that the New York Times is finally starting to understand.
So, are we being ironic?
I’ll leave that the the reader to decide.
What’s more, I’m sure Hunter got a huge laugh reading the Time’s piece because it was the New York Times itself, after all, that set Hunter Biden’s art grift into motion with an absurd puff piece I break down in Breaking Biden.
Hunter, in a moment that is devious, audacious, and yet brilliant, trolled the New York Times with drug and alcohol references latent in his “art,” and got the paper to print about it earnestly.
Yes, while Joe was running for the presidential nomination in 2020, Hunter positioned himself to get a limitless flow of foreign cash into his bank account via payment for his artwork, and he got the New York Times to help him do it.
Here are the details:
In February 2020, the Grey Lady ran a story headlined “There’s a New Artist in Town. The Name Is Biden.” The very top of the article, as it appears online, shows Hunter looking hip, handsome, and happy, surrounded by mediocre paintings he sells at a premium price.
After his stint in rehab, Joe’s son set off to become an artist, and the Times was right there with a puff piece to give him publicity that no other 50-year-old budding painter could have gotten in their wildest dreams.
Scrolling through the article, you will see a photo of Hunter, leaning over a table with his lips around a hollow glass cylinder. No, he wasn’t doing drugs—he was puffing on paint.
It was as clear as crystal meth: Hunter was trolling the whole world with an homage to his past life as a junkie.
And the Times turned it into an advertisement for Biden and Son, Inc.
“His process with alcohol ink—it can take 14 layers for the material to adhere—includes blowing it with a metal straw,” read the caption underneath the photo. “You have to be really focused in order to be able to alter it to your own imagination,” he said.
Alcohol ink. “Altering your imagination.” “Painting” with an instrument that looks like a cocaine straw or maybe a crack pipe. It was all a colossal joke, made by Hunter, on the rest of us.
There was artistry to what he was doing, but it wasn’t on the canvas: it was his performance.
A consensus among art critics emerged that these paintings should not fetch a high price, but that did not stop Hunter for asking as much as $500,000 for a single piece. That number would be shocking for any new-comer to the art scene, but Biden was in such hot demand that he sold five prints—not even original pieces—for $75,000 apiece before he even had his first show in 2021.

“It is absolutely, 100 percent certain that what is being sold is the Biden name and story,” art critic Ben Davis told Politico. I don’t think you need to be an authority on art to have figured that out.
The planned sale sparked outrage from the public as well as ethics experts. How could the Biden administration, after promising to finally address Hunter’s ethical problems, allow him to hawk overpriced paintings (that is, his name) to the notoriously shady art world? The White House had to intervene.
Intervene they did, but not in the way you would have hoped. Instead of stopping the sale, the White House worked with Hunter’s art dealer to concoct a scheme that would keep the buyers secret, theoretically keeping Hunter and the White House from showing any possible favor that would be done for those who wrote the checks. Nothing in the arrangement keeps the buyer from informing Hunter after the fact; the only secrecy it guarantees is from the public.
In case there was any doubt that Hunter’s art was a gigantic hoax so he could sell the family’s name, his art dealer refused to turn over the buyers’ identities to the House Oversight Committee.

Hunter and Joe’s heist was immaculate. Now everyone knows that if you want to do a favor for Hunter and the “Big Guy,” here is how you do it: buy some of Hunter’s prints and privately let him know you did so. The public will be none the wiser, the Biden family will be quite a bit richer, and they’ll know exactly who their friends are. It was clearly unethical, and thanks to a tweak to the law from Joe’s administration, it all appeared to be legal. It wasn’t merely done in plain sight: it was done with a highly publicized media campaign.
It is the strongest bit of evidence yet that Hunter really is the smartest guy Joe knows.
He certainly outsmarted the valedictorians who run the New York Times.

The close collaboration between the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the multi-billion dollar asset management firm Blackrock (JOE BIDN’S BIGGEST BRIBSTER) in devising the March 2020 rescue operation for Wall Street has been revealed in an article published in the New York Times yesterday.

The Hill is reporting that he and his wife allegedly accepted bribes from a group of New Jersey businessmen on behalf of interests in Egypt, totaling over $600,000. Prosecutors allege that the senator and his wife accepted cash, gold bars and a luxury car in return for assisting the businessmen. Nearly $500,000 in cash and more than $100,000 in gold were found at Menendez’s home in a raid last year, allegedly payment for the bribes.

It’s About Corruption – Replacing a Failed and Corrupt Political Establishment
American presidents have their famous speeches, remembered long after they leave office. JFK said: “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Ronald Reagan stood at the Brandenburg Gate and told Mikhail Gorbachev to: “Tear down this wall.”
Some speeches are memorable in other ways. George W. Bush, days after 9/11, ironically announced that: “Islam is peace.” Barack Obama proclaimed himself the messiah: “This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow, and our planet began to heal.”
President Trump has certainly given strong speeches, such as at the recent March for Life. But he may be remembered more for his raucous rallies and hilarious tweets. Yet one speech has flown under the radar.
On Oct. 13, 2016, just weeks before the election, Trump spoke at a campaign rally in Florida. Leading up to the election, he was holding several rallies each day, giving numerous speeches, but this seemingly random speech stands out.
The enigmatic Q group refers to it as the speech that got Donald Trump elected. As it was one of many pre-election speeches he gave and at a Florida rally, it may have only been heard by a fraction of Trump voters before the election, but it certainly encapsulates his philosophy, both before and after the election, toward government corruption.
The speech explains the resistance by the Washington, D.C. ruling class to Trump’s candidacy, election, and presidency. Trump attacked the foundation of deep state power, wealth, and corruption. Trump was indeed an “existential threat” to the cabal.
Before even being elected, and years before Joe Biden decided to run for president, Donald Trump was focused on corruption. Not to influence his reelection, as House Democrats accuse, since he wasn’t even president yet. But because rooting out corruption was part of his plan to make America great again.

The opening lines are prescient, becoming painfully obvious now almost four years after he laid out the scale of corruption.

The Washington establishment, and the financial and media corporations that fund it, exists for only one reason: to protect and enrich itself.
The establishment has trillions of dollars at stake in this election. As an example, just one single trade deal they’d like to pass, involves trillions of dollars controlled by many countries, corporations and lobbyists.
For those who control the levers of power in Washington, and for the global special interests they partner with, our campaign represents an existential threat.

Candidate Trump then went on to say:
It’s a global power structure that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth, and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities.
This is money given to corrupt foreign countries, disguised as aid, only to be returned to the political elite by hiring their unqualified family members for do-nothing jobs, as in Hunter Biden, or funneling these U.S. taxpayer dollars back into political foundations, consultancies, or campaign contributions.
Once upon a time, journalists investigated such corruption. Now they ignore it, aiding and abetting the deception. As Trump said in his speech:
The corporate media in our country is no longer involved in journalism. They are a political special interest, no different than any lobbyist or other financial entity with an agenda.
Speak up against the cabal and you will be destroyed, or even commit suicide. Trump went on:
The establishment and their media enablers wield control over this nation through means that are well known. Anyone who challenges their control is deemed a sexist, a racist, a xenophobe and morally deformed. They will attack you, they will slander you, they will seek to destroy your career and reputation. And they will lie, lie and lie even more.
It’s amazing that Trump predicted exactly what happened a few days ago when “Republican political strategist” Rick Wilson called the group of “you” mentioned above, “credulous boomer rubes” with CNN hack Don Lemon laughing so hard he almost fell off his chair.
President Trump has been impeached for drawing back the curtain on deep state malfeasance. Before handing over millions of hard earned U.S. taxpayer dollars to Ukraine, the most corrupt country in Europe, he wanted to know the money was necessary and going where promised, rather than into the pockets of oligarchs and U.S. politician grifters.
He acted as he was required to under the “Treaty with Ukraine on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters,” ratified in 2000, 15 years before Trump announced his run for president. He was doing his job, fulfilling his Constitutional oath of office. His reward for pouring roach killer in the nest of Democrat crooks and knaves was impeachment and a concerted effort by Democrats, the media, and nasty NeverTrump Republicans, all heads on the same toxic hydra, to overturn the last election and rig the next one.
It’s not about Trump enriching himself, despite what Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler say, it’s for the country. Again, from the famous speech:
I didn’t need to do this. I built a great company, and I had wonderful life. I could have enjoyed the benefits of years of successful business for myself and my family, instead of going through this absolute horror show of lies, deceptions and malicious attacks. I’m doing it because this country has given me so much, and I feel strongly it was my turn to give back.
It’s all about corruption, exposing it, rooting it out, and destroying it. Those who are the most threatened are those who scream the loudest. Given the Democrat and media apoplexy, Trump must be getting closer to the truth.
He ended his speech by throwing down the gauntlet:
We will vote to put this corrupt government cartel out of business. We will remove from our politics the special interests who have betrayed our workers, our borders, our freedoms, and our sovereign rights as a nation. We will end the politics of profit, we will end the rule of special interests, we will put a stop to the raiding of our country – and the disenfranchisement of our people.
It’s not about abuse of power or obstruction of Congress. It’s not about quid pro quo or bribery. It’s simply a new sheriff in town, bringing law and order to drain a swamp of greed and corruption. It’s President Trump doing exactly what he said he would do if elected, making America great again.
He is doing what past presidents have talked about and promised, but then either looked the other way or became active participants in the graft. And those milking the system are petrified over exposure and their long overdue reckoning.

What happens after you publish a book like Breaking Biden is never predictable, but I certainly didn’t expect someone to try to “out” Joe Biden’s 69-year-old brother using a naked selfie that appeared on a gay dating app.
A photo of Frank Biden was uploaded to a website called GuysWithiPhones.com. It’s hard to know for certain who did the uploading. (Frank claims his phone “must have been hacked”). But the photo is definitely Frank. He confirmed that.
(For the record, like all decent people, I’m opposed to outing.)
The Daily Mail broke the story based on the findings of the non-profit Marco Polo, which thoroughly investigates the Biden family. The release of this image came just a couple days after I released a piece explaining that Frank was involved in a fatal hit-and-run, refused to pay a settlement owed to the daughters of the man who died, and brother Joe helped him hide and avoid his debt.
Classy.
In the image (no need to click, seriously), Frank is nude—save for glasses and a floppy ball cap—and in terrific shape. He’s tanned and meticulously shaven.
One clear takeaway from the image is that Frank Biden must be incredibly vain. This shouldn’t be surprising to anyone who has begun to read my New York Times bestselling book, Breaking Biden: Exposing the Hidden Forces and Secret Money Machine Behind Joe Biden, His Family, and His Administration. I explain in the first chapter that Joe Biden and his siblings were raised to believe that they can do anything. Joe certainly has lived that way, and so have his brothers and sister. Or, at least they’ve lived like they can get away with anything.
Joe Biden’s family members have been incredibly influential on his life and career. You cannot understand him without understanding them. Here at Breitbart.com, I’m going to serialize some articles covering key biographical details that every American ought to know about the rest of the Bidens. Some of them have been a part of his campaigns, at least one worked in his government, and all of them have bagged cash off of the family name — that is, Joe’s name.
Let’s begin with Frank.
After all, the car crash cowardice, alcohol-related driving incidents, and the well-shorn nude selfie hardly illustrates the entirety of a man’s life.
Joe Biden Advi$or, Tax Delinquent
Born in November 1953, Francis W. “Frank” Biden hadn’t even waited until his twentieth birthday to hitch his wagon to his big brother’s star. He organized student volunteers on campuses during Joe’s 1972 campaign that ended in an upset victory. That set the tone for the rest of Frank’s life.
From being involved with various philanthropies associated with his brother’s name to working in the Clinton administration, Frank’s career highlights are all on the periphery of Democrat politics. Frank has achieved few accolades on his own outside of his brother’s shadow, and he seems fine with that. He touted his familial ties in an ad for his law firm: “The two Biden brothers have long held a commitment to pushing environmental issues to the forefront,” the ad says, implying that the new president endorses working with his brother’s firm.
This ad came out on Inauguration Day 2021, the day Joe became president.
Placing the ad on that particular day is a little on the nose, even for the Bidens.
The short bio listed on the Berman Law Group, where Frank serves as a “Senior Advisor (Non-Attorney),” claims he has been an “advisor and unpaid campaign coordinator over many years” for his brother’s campaigns. A year after Joe Biden became president, Frank told a medical professional group in Boston that he could help them get “federal dollars.”

After the July 1999 traffic accident that ended in the death of single-father Michael Albano, Frank owed Albano’s surviving daughters $275,000 each for his role in the crash. He refused to pay until more than 20 years later when the debt neared $1 million.
During that time, he was delinquent in paying taxes and had a lien from the IRS for $23,638.59. This shows that a) Frank had income, and, thus, could have at least begun to pay his victim’s daughters, and b) despite his ties to Democrat politics, Frank does not like paying taxes.
International Businessman
Throughout Joe’s vice presidency, Frank was a dealmaker in several complex international real estate development schemes in Costa Rica and Jamaica, putting himself in a position to get access to substantial U.S. government funding dedicated to those countries. (The best coverage of this part of Frank’s bio was reported by Breitbart Senior Contributor Peter Schweizer in his book Profiles in Corruption.)
When Vice President Joe Biden attended a Summit of the Americas conference in Costa Rica in 2009, it was the first time a “high-ranking American official” had visited the country since 1997. Just like clockwork, a few months after VP Biden’s visit, Costa Rica News “announced a new multilateral partnership ‘to reform Real Estate in Latin America’ between Frank Biden… and the Guanacaste Country Club, a newly planned resort.” Naturally, Frank had no apparent ties to Costa Rica or any particular knowledge of how to build a country club, but “[t]he Costa Rican government was eager to cooperate with the vice president’s brother.”
No kidding.

And cooperate they did. While Joe was Vice President, one of Frank’s companies, Sun Fund Americas, got into business with the Costa Rican Ministry of Public Education. The Obama-Biden administration’s Overseas Private Investment Corporation had authorized a $6.5 million taxpayer-backed loan for the project, Schweizer reported.
That’s quite a coincidence.
Education Maverick
Another industry Frank delved into without any qualifications or experience is education. Also in 2009, Joe’s first year as VP, the Obama-Biden federal stimulus package allotted $5 billion for “innovative educational models,” which included charter schools.
Frank pounced on the opportunity. He became president and director of development for a Florida company called Mavericks in Education Florida LLC, more commonly known as Mavericks. Frank called himself “the big cheese” of the company.

Mavericks eventually opened eight schools in Florida, including one in Fort Lauderdale, where Frank acquired a building from a scandal-ridden power broker named Jesse Gaddis, who’d gained notoriety as “Fort Lauderdale’s Taxi King,” Schweizer reported. At the time, Gaddis had known ties to mobsters and drug smugglers, including his brother and business partner, Donald Gaddis, who was killed during a drug-smuggling operation for double-crossing his mob boss. Frank’s deal turned out to be extraordinarily lucrative for Gaddis, who began collecting high-interest-rate payments every month on the public dime.
The charter schools themselves, however, were an extraordinary failure. Several posted graduation rates lower than 10 percent.
Long story short: Frank Biden flew around in PJs, a mobbed-up guy made a lot of money, and children got screwed.
Florida’s auditor general investigated Mavericks in 2013 and 2014 and accused them of illegally collecting tax dollars for students who did not fully attend the school.
Mavericks had received more than $70 million in state funding by 2014, and all along the way “Frank enjoyed access to the highest levels of the White House,” Schweizer reported, even attending exclusive meetings with education officials.
While on the campaign trail in 2020, Joe Biden told a Texas crowd that he does “not support any federal money . . . for for-profit charter schools—period. The bottom line is it siphons off money from public schools, which are already in enough trouble.” Shamelessly, Joe acted as though his own brother’s scandalous for-profit charter school business didn’t exist.
It certainly wouldn’t have existed if not for Joe Biden.
