GOP Report: Biden Welcomed 4 Million Illegal Migrants Within 26 Months
President Joe Biden’s deputies allowed roughly four million illegal migrants into American communities during their first 26 months in office, according to a congressional report by Republican legislators.
Officials “released at least 2,148,738 illegal aliens into the United States,” from January 2021 to March 2023, says a statement by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Tom McClintock (R-CA).
That release of 2.1 million migrants at the border was accompanied by “an additional 205,473 aliens [who] were released into the country through illegal categorical parole programs,” the statement added.
“Meanwhile, more than 1.7 million known ‘gotaways’ have evaded Border Patrol and escaped into the interior since January 20, 2021, with untold numbers of unknown ‘gotaways’ avoiding detection during that period,” said the full report.
The 1.7 million gotaways faced little resistance from administration officials, who said they would only deport the migrants who were found guilty of major violent crimes.
The three rivers of migrants added up to a flood of more than four million illegal migrants let into the United States by March 2023.
During the same period, at least three million legal immigrants and temporary workers were admitted.

The overall illegal inflow matched the roughly seven million American births every two years.
The report also showed that Biden’s deputies have used the nation’s border laws to deport very few of the migrants.
“The Biden Administration failed to remove, through immigration court proceedings, 99.73 percent of illegal aliens released into the United States during President Biden’s first 26 months in office,” the report states.
The GOP report is titled “The Biden Border Crisis: New Data and Testimony Show How the Biden Administration Opened the Southwest Border and Abandoned Interior Immigration Enforcement.”
Since March, another flood of more than one million additional illegal migrants has been able to walk, fly, drive, and run over the border as Biden’s officials state they are enforcing the border laws.
Many Americans misinterpret those official statements as a promise to defend the border.
But when officials say they are enforcing the border law, they are also saying that they enforce loopholes to let migrants into Americans’ communities, workplaces, and schools.
Biden’s border chief is a Cuban-born, pro-migration radical, Alejandro Mayorkas.
Mayorkas has repeatedly described his goal of “expanding regular [migration] pathways” so employers can get all the foreign workers they want without offering higher wages to Americans.

“Regrettably, our legal immigration system is not designed to meet the needs of employers here in the United States,” Mayorkas told the Senate’s judiciary committee in May. He continued:
We have employers who are striving to hire, to find people who could fill jobs to contribute to our country’s economic prosperity. Regrettably, regrettably, our legal immigration system is not designed to meet that need of employers here in the United States, despite the fact that individuals from other countries want to come here to work — even seasonally, even temporarily — earn the money that they can bring back to their home countries and support their families there.
In December 2022, Mayorkas told ElPasoMatters.org:
We look to our partner to the north that has a much more nimble immigration system that can be retooled to the needs at the moment. For example, Canada is in need of 1 million workers and they have agreed that in 2023, they will admit 1.4 million … immigrants to fill that labor need that Canadians themselves cannot. We are stuck in antiquated laws that do not meet our current needs. And they haven’t been working for many, many years.
His view is widely shared in the administration.
“As our economy grows, we need workers that we just don’t have enough of,” claimed Katie Tobin, the senior director for transborder security on the White House’s National Security Council. “So it is in our interest to bring people in and to stay competitive globally,” she said on May 15.
“The issue of immigration is how do we make sure that companies and businesses have the opportunity to employ people,” Biden’s labor secretary told Walsh told Fox Business in December 2022. “Every business leader in America I speak to, every single one, says it’s really important … for us to figure out the immigration issue,” said Secretary Marty Walsh, who has since left the administration.
Investors and employers favor migration because it reduces wages, boosts consumer sales, and raises rents. In May 2023, the FWD.us advocacy group for West Coast investors lamented the migration cuts that took place under President Donald Trump: “Researchers find that this sudden population shift is associated with a squeeze on labor supply as well as upward pressures on wages and home prices [and] These upward pressures can lead to higher wages.”
Since 2020, Americans’ wages have flatlined or fallen amid the wage cuts and housing inflation caused by Biden’s flood of penniless, indebted, and hardworking migrants. That economic trauma has also pushed more Americans to the sidelines of the economy and society.
NYC Mayor Eric Adams: The World’s Migrants Have a ‘Right’ to American Jobs
New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) traveled to Latin America last week, suggesting that the world’s migrants have a “right” to jobs in the United States — regardless of the impact on working and middle class Americans struggling to re-enter the workforce.
During his trip to Mexico, Ecuador, and Colombia this past weekend, Adams sought to ask would-be illegal aliens not to travel to the sanctuary city of New York City, saying there is “no more room.”
That message has seemingly fallen on deaf ears as migrants traveling through Mexico told the Daily Mail that they are planning to make the journey up to the U.S.-Mexico border and head northeast to New York City.
At the same time, while in Colombia, Adams suggested that the world’s migrants deserve a “right to work” in the U.S. regardless of the impact that mass immigration has on the job prospects and wages of Americans.
“When you look at Colombia they have really shown how to absorb individuals into their societies, and one of the most important ways to do it is to allow people to work,” Adams said:
Nothing is more humane and, nothing is more American than your right to work, and we believe that is a right we should extend. [Emphasis added]
Adams made the suggestion as President Joe Biden has worked tirelessly to funnel millions of newly arrived illegal aliens and legal immigrants into American jobs even as more than 44 million native-born Americans remain on the sidelines of the labor market.
The impact of mass immigration on Americans’ job prospects and wages has been enormous, according to experts.
During congressional testimony last month, Center for Immigration Studies Director of Research Steven Camarota detailed how native-born Americans, especially prime working-age men, have increasingly dropped out of the workforce.
“One of the things immigration is doing is holding down wages, there’s some crowding out … it’s letting us ignore this problem [of non-work],” Camarota said:
If we didn’t have access to all this immigrant labor, employers and the American people … would demand that we try to reinstill the value of work. Raising wages would be one of the most important things to make work more attractive. Immigration lets us not do any of that, including the current flow of massive illegal immigration. [Emphasis added]
Camarota said the nation’s working class is the most impacted by mass immigration. For American men 16 to 64 years old with only a high school degree, the labor force participation rate has dropped from 88 percent in 1960 to just 67 percent in 2023.
Even among prime-age working class American men, 25 to 54 years old, the labor force participation rate has declined from near full employment in 1960, at 96 percent, to just 82 percent this year.
As Breitbart News reported, Biden has driven the foreign-born share of the workforce to its highest level since the data has been tracked. Today, close to 30 million foreign-born residents now hold American jobs.

House Judiciary Report: Joe Biden Not Deporting over 99% of Illegal Aliens Arriving to U.S.
President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is failing to deport more than 99 percent of illegal aliens arriving to the United States, a report from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Tom McClintock (R-CA) details.
The report, released on Monday, shows the extent to which DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is carrying out the Biden administration’s expansive catch and release network.
According to Jordan and McClintock, more than five million illegal aliens arrived at the border from January 20, 2021, through March 31, 2023. Of those, at least 2.4 million did not have a confirmed departure from the U.S.
Meanwhile, during that same time period, the report states that DHS released nearly 2.15 million illegal aliens into American communities and just 5,993 illegal aliens first encountered at the border and placed into removal proceedings were ultimately deported from the U.S.

“In other words, the Biden Administration failed to remove, through immigration court proceedings, 99.73 percent of illegal aliens released into the United States during President Biden’s first 26 months in office,” the report states:
In fact, the Biden Administration’s 108,102 total removals account for just 2.15 percent of all southwest border encounters during that time and just 4 percent of the number of aliens with no confirmed departure from the United States. [Emphasis added]
Biden’s border policy is a fixture of his administration’s larger goal of ballooning the nation’s foreign-born population.
Analysis from the Center for Immigration Studies of the U.S. Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey (CPS) reveals that, as of August, the foreign-born population stands at about 49.5 million — just 500,000 immigrants short of hitting 50 million.
The foreign-born population today represents the largest ever in American history.

Crime Tourism: Four Chilean Nationals Accused of Violently Robbing Michigan Jewelry Stores
Four Chilean nationals are accused of carrying out violent smash-and-grab attacks on jewelry stores in Oakland County, Michigan, just as the local sheriff warned that illegal aliens are entering the United States solely to burglarize Americans.
Hernan Parraquez-Mondaca, Michael Aguilar-Mondaca, Sandrino Rojas-Palma, and Nicholas Caceres-Hernandez, all from Chile, have been charged with felony assault and armed robbery after allegedly robbing MJ Diamonds and the jewelry department inside Macy’s in August.
Although the four Chileans did not use firearms, according to local police, they wore masks, sprayed employees with pepper spray, and used hammers to smash glass cases to steal jewelry.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has filed detainers on all four Chilean nationals although how they arrived in the United States, whether through the southern border or via temporary visas, remains unclear.
All four remain in the Oakland County Jail without bail.
The charges come just as Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard warned that illegal aliens from the southern border are burglarizing members of American communities at an increasing rate, a scheme often referred to as “crime tourism.”
“These are transnational gangs that are involved in this that come from South America, looking to do burglaries and violate our communities, not just in Oakland County but across America,” Bouchard said, as Breitbart News reported.
The gangs of illegal aliens, Bouchard said, “are going after jewelry, high-end purses and watches, currency and safes” so they can “sell these things for 20 to 30 cents on the dollar to fences, who then re-sell this in a variety of ways.”
Crime tourism is not isolated to Oakland County but rather spans across the U.S. as lax enforcement of federal immigration law has helped criminals evade detection.
Just this year, two illegal aliens in Gulf Shores, Alabama, were arrested for allegedly burglarizing a jewelry store. Both men are linked to a theft ring out of South America.
