BLACK CRIME IN AMERICA - A man with a long criminal history was carrying a handgun in his rectum Monday during a traffic stop in Evansville, Indiana, police say.

"That phase of the takeover was started in 2008 by President Barack Obama.  Throughout his eight years in office, Obama practiced divisiveness and hammered away at the Second Amendment while pouring gallons of fuel on the fire of the "Black Lives Matter" lie.  His administration was rampant with corruption, pushing the envelope with every new scandal." Police: Indiana Man Had Pistol Hidden in Rectum During Traffic Stop

A man with a long criminal history was carrying a handgun in his rectum Monday during a traffic stop in Evansville, Indiana, police say.

Officers made the 2:00 a.m. traffic stop for an obstructed license plate on a vehicle in which 32-year-old Christopher Boyd was a passenger, The Smoking Gun reported.

The outlet noted the car’s driver and another passenger were later released after the Evansville officers searched them.

The outlet continued:

A pat down of Boyd, however, turned up “a small bag with multiple pills” in his right sock. Boyd reportedly said he got the narcotics from his “Aunt Trish” and believed the pills to be Percocet. He used the painkiller, Boyd said, “because he has a bullet lodged in his spine.”

Before being placed in a cruiser, Boyd (seen at right) was searched, though he claimed to be unable to spread his legs very far due to his spine injury. “While searching in Boyd’s groin area, Boyd tensed up,” a cop noted, adding that he asked the suspect if he had “anything stuffed in his groin or buttocks.”

In reply to the question, authorities said he told them he did not.

When they arrived at the jail, a body scanner highlighted an object in the suspect’s groin area while a strip search revealed small bags of marijuana concealed beside the man’s scrotum.

During the process, Boyd was clenching his buttocks and an officer realized he was holding a handgun inside his rectum. The gun was eventually removed from the suspect’s body.

The Smoking Gun said it was a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard, which is quite small and lightweight.

An image shows the suspect in the case:

Social media users were quick to offer their thoughts on the report, one person referring to it as “Concealed carry.”

“I hope it wasn’t loaded. That would be dangerous,” another user replied. The Smoking Gun article noted it was unclear if the firearm was loaded or not.

Boyd was reportedly previously convicted of attempted murder, burglary, and domestic battery, the outlet stated.

Now, “he is the subject of an active protective order and has been classified as a ‘Serious Violent Felon and Domestic Batterer,’ which bars him from possessing a handgun, cops reported,” the report said, adding he was charged with felony drug, gun, and trafficking charges in the recent case.

Officials are currently holding him without bond.

In 2022, a model skirted being criminally convicted for attempting to smuggle cocaine into an event in Sydney, Australia, where there were drug-sniffing canines, according to Breitbart News. The outlet said that during a strip search, law enforcement had found the cocaine in a condom tucked inside her vagina, the outlet said.

A similar instance happened in Waco, Texas, in 2015, when police found drugs in a car and a loaded pistol tucked inside a woman’s vagina during a traffic stop, per Breitbart News.

New York Retailers Blast Gov. Hochul After Losing $4.4 Billion to Theft Last Year

New York retailers are blasting Gov. Kathy Hochul after losing a whopping $4.4 billion last year to theft, as the Democrat governor vetoes measures to tackle the issue.

Hochul vetoed a proposal last week that would have created a 15-member task force of appointed experts to tackle organized retail crime, to the “chagrin” of store owners, the New York Post reported.

“Retailers throughout the state are extremely disappointed to learn that Governor Hochul vetoed a bipartisan bill that would have established the New York State Organized Retail Crime Task Force,” the Retail Council of New York State said in a statement on November 20.

“Stores that invest in New York communities lose $4.4 billion to retail theft, and this illegal activity certainly has community safety implications.”

Council president and CEO Melissa O’Connor said she spoke with Hochul “at length” to discuss the “need for immediate action and an effective, collaborative response to this problem,” but reported that her administration has disappointed store owners throughout the state with her inaction.

A spokesperson for Hochul excused the veto by saying that the task force would have cost the state $35 million that was not in the budget, the Post noted.

New York City has seen major increases in retail theft, with a 64 percent surge in reported incidents over the four-year period between mid-2019 and June of this year, according to a Council on Criminal Justice report.

While the Big Apple faces the brunt of crime, smaller cities throughout the state have also seen tremendous losses from organized retail theft, officials say.

Syracuse Police Chief Joe Cecile said last month that his town has seen a 55 percent spike in shoplifting since 2021, noting that the figure is a conservative estimate due to under-reporting.

“That number is likely higher because businesses often don’t report it—but they do continue to express concerns,” Cecile told CNY Central.

The chief warned that small businesses are “having trouble sustaining themselves” amid the crime surge.

One local pharmacy chain has been suffering losses of over a quarter million dollars per year alone, he told the outlet.

In the state capital, Albany, police have fielded 23 calls for larcenies at a single convenience store this year, up from 14 at this time in 2022.

Not surprisingly, the owner eventually had to shut down the location.

“Retail theft at convenience stores throughout the state is not as organized as at some other retailers but is as dangerous and impactful,” Kent Sopris, president of the New York Association of Convenience Stores, told the Post.

“My members have reported theft that leaves stores in shambles as criminals seek cigarettes, lottery tickets, and anything they can get their hands on.”

BLACKS ARE THE MOST VIOLENT SUBCULTURE IN THE WORLD!

On May 25, 2020, a Black man who’d ingested huge quantities of illegal drugs died while a White cop restrained him as an angry crowd threatened. Democrats seized this incident as an opportunity to reclaim the White House and dominate government by racially dividing the nation.

https://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2022/06/mexifornia-reparations-for-blacks-when.html

Let me be blunt.  Throwing more money at Blacks will make virtue-signaling White leftists feel a little more virtuous.  It will not help those Blacks who are sinking into a morass of poverty, crime, abuse, and despair.  The only thing that will change is when they stop looking for reparations (even arguably deserved ones) and start repairing their broken communities. Suspect Freed from Jail without Bail in Memphis After Allegedly Murdering 15-Year-Old Boy on Thanksgiving

Shelby County Sheriff's Office

A man charged with murdering a 15-year-old boy on Thanksgiving in Memphis, Tennessee, has since been freed from jail without having to pay bail.

Edio White, 18, and Conner Tucker,15, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder during a robbery, criminal attempted aggravated robbery, and illegal possession of a weapon after allegedly shooting to death 15-year-old Anthony Mason outside his home on Thanksgiving in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis.

According to police, security footage shows White driving a Hyundai Sonata to Mason’s residence in the middle of the night on Thanksgiving with Tucker in the passenger seat. Mason can be seen interacting with the pair outside the residence, police said.

At one point, while the three were passing firearms back and forth to each other, White allegedly grabbed a firearm from Mason which led to a struggle between the two before Tucker allegedly fired a gunshot to Mason’s head from inside the vehicle.

As Mason fell to the ground, dying instantly, the pair fled the scene in the vehicle. Police said Tucker admitted to shooting Mason in the head, while he said White was the getaway driver.

White likewise admitted he was the driver, police said, and that they were headed to Mason’s residence that night to rob him with a pistol.

Since their arrests on Black Friday, White has been released from jail on his own recognizance without having to pay bail. His release has sparked backlash, including from Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), who said “Criminals belong behind bars, not out on the streets,” in a statement posted to Twitter.

White’s release from jail despite a murder charge comes as Shelby County District Attorney Steven Mulroy (D) has overhauled the bail system in Memphis — now taking into account a suspect’s personal finances and whether they would be able to pay any bail at all.

While rolling out the new bail system in February, Mulroy said bail is “harder on the poor, it’s harder on minorities” and that his overhaul “is an attempt to fix that.”

Mulroy won the District Attorney’s race last year, ousting Republican Amy Weirich from the office. In the race, Mulroy was boosted by the likes of far-left jailbreak organizations like the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Real Justice PAC.

Alleged Hate Crime Victim in Texas Charged with Burning Down His Own House

SAN JACINTO COUNTY, Texas — A Texas man who claimed his house was sprayed with racist graffiti is now facing charges of burning down his own home. Two men, including a family member, reportedly died in the fire, and another person was seriously injured.

A San Jacinto County grand jury returned a true bill indictment against Waterwood resident Mario Roberson, Sheriff Greg Capers told Breitbart Texas on Tuesday. The grand jury charged Roberson with Felony Arson after an investigation by the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office into a June 10 fire that left two people dead and another seriously injured.

San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers told Breitbart Texas that a warrant for Roberson’s arrest has not yet been issued. “We can’t do anything until we have a warrant for his arrest,” Capers explained. “The best thing Roberson can do would be to turn himself in.”

Roberson claimed earlier this year that his home was sprayed with graffiti that included racial slurs, KTRK ABC 13 reported.

“Racism, power, hungriness, money has gotten us to this place,” Roberson told ABC13 on the day of the June fire. Prior to that, KTRK interviewed Roberson regarding the racist graffiti. Roberson alleged someone sprayed his door with “We don’t like your kind,” followed by a racial slur.

Roberson blamed the Waterwood Property Owners Association for the attack. He said there was an ongoing dispute over short-term rentals in the subdivision.

KTRK REPORTED:

ABC13 obtained body-worn camera video from law enforcement at the fire scene on June 10.

In it, Roberson is heard telling authorities, “The neighbors called me. I kept hearing the phone ring. She said, ‘Mario, your house is on fire.’ I thought she was playing. She said, ‘Your truck.’ I come over here, and I didn’t expect to see this… Matter of fact, when this went down, I know y’all heard about this racist stuff that was sprayed on my door.”

According to neighbors, the man who survived the fire got out covered in flames. He drove a truck away from the scene and later crashed into a ditch. San Jacinto County deputies found him.

“I stepped in some gas,” the burned man told the deputy. “I’m burned up.”

When asked by the deputy what happened, the man said, “I’m telling you. I’m from Houston. This dude, he told me to bring him out here to Huntsville… He said somebody wants to do a numbers job on a house.”

Roberson faces a first-degree felony arson charge. If convicted on the charge, he could face a sentence of five to 99 years in a Texas prison.

Police: Teen Murder Suspect Escapes Louisiana Jail for Second Time in Two Weeks

Baton Rouge Police Department

A teenage murder suspect who escaped from jail Saturday in Louisiana had apparently done the same thing two weeks prior.

Officials with the Baton Rouge Police Department were holding 17-year-old David Atkins on a first-degree murder charge, Fox News reported Monday.

However, Atkins broke out of jail Saturday alongside 17-year-old Willie Jackson, whom officials were holding on a murder charge through the sheriff’s department.

According to WAFB, Atkins had also escaped the East Baton Rouge Juvenile Detention Center the night of November 14 with another teenager identified as Jeremiah Green, 17.

At the time of Atkins’s first escape, the teens were wearing white shirts, orange sweat pants, and orange slippers, the outlet noted:

The Fox report said officers recaptured them just over 24 hours after the escape. However, Atkins is once again on the run, this time with Jackson.

In a social media post Monday, Capital Region Crime Stoppers shared images of the suspects:

The group is offering $2,000 per escapee for information leading to their capture.

The Capital Region Crime Stoppers post reads:

ATKINS is pictured below wearing the black hooded sweatshirt. JACKSON also shown wearing the gray t-shirt. ATKINS was being held on First Degree Murder charges through the Baton Rouge Police Department. JACKSON was being held on First Degree Murder charges through the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of DAVID ATKINS or WILLIE JACKSON is urged to contact to contact Crime Stoppers at 344-STOP(7867), download the P3 Tips App, or visit crimestoppers225.com.

Law enforcement is still working to determine how the teens escaped, telling Fox the search is ongoing.

“Over the weekend, the Baton Rouge Police Department issued a press release saying the suspects may have changed their hairstyles and warned the public not to approach the suspects if they are spotted,” the article said, adding the facility has been criticized for multiple escapes and violence in past years.

It is interesting to note that in May, Louisiana State University reported that a survey found crime was the main concern for residents.

“This year, crime surged to the top of state residents’ concerns, named by about one-fifth of respondents (19%),” the post read.
