WE CAN'T SAVE OUR COUNTRY UNTIL WE GET RID OF JOJO BIDEN AND HIS TEAM OF BRIBES SUCKERS
Border Patrol personnel have been forcing open gates locked by Texas authorities in order to move migrating illegal alien invaders into America. There’s a legal battle underway over floating barriers in the Rio Grande.
Exclusive: Concertina Wire Fails to Hold Migrants Back in Texas Border Town
EAGLE PASS, Texas — Groups of migrants continue their influx into the border city of Eagle Pass, Texas, on Tuesday. The migrants were undeterred by the concertina wire put in place by the State of Texas to reduce migrant crossings in the area.
Breitbart Texas posted along the Rio Grande and observed several small groups of migrants consisting of men, women, and children cross the Rio Grande and surrender to the state law enforcement and military units posted in the area. The migrants were handed over to the Border Patrol at a nearby staging area under the Camino Real International Bridge near the heart of downtown Eagle Pass.
At one location near the heart of the city, migrants had little trouble breaching the barrier on their own as Florida State Highway Patrol troopers and Texas National Guard soldiers deployed under Operation Lone Star watched.
Several miles south of Eagle Pass on Tuesday evening, the largest single group of 169 migrants forded the Rio Grande and were engaged in a face-off with Texas Army National Guard soldiers for several hours. Breitbart Texas observed the migrant group as they crossed into the United States and reached the north bank of the Rio Grande. According to the CBP source, after the hours-long standoff, the migrants were able to breach the concertina wire in multiple smaller groups and surrender to the Border Patrol.
As reported by Breitbart Texas, on Thursday, a Temporary Restraining Order from a federal judge in the Western District of Texas barred the Border Patrol from “disassembling, degrading, tampering with” concertina wire on the banks of the Rio Grande, to assume custody of migrants on the banks of the Rio Grande.
The restraining order was issued based on a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and the Texas Public Policy Foundation against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Border Patrol. The suit was filed after Border Patrol agents were observed cutting the wire to take custody of migrants in Eagle Pass during a recent migrant surge into Eagle Pass in September.
During a visit to the border region in September, Border Patrol Chief Jason Owens addressed the issue of his agents cutting the concertina wire with reporters, stating, “the migrants are already on U.S. soil after landfall at the wire’s edge. If they start getting swept away by the currents or start succumbing to the environment, the extreme temperatures and humidity that you all feel right now, and my men and women see that. They are not going to let somebody die or get into harm’s way.”
The migrant groups crossing near the Eagle Pass area on Tuesday needed little help getting through the concertina wire despite the issuance of the restraining order preventing the Border Patrol from manipulating the wire to intervene in the crossings. The state authorities posted at the scene of Tuesday’s crossing offered no resistance to the group as they moved through the wire. Texas law enforcement authorities subsequently summoned the Border Patrol to take custody of the migrants. According to a source within CBP, the migrants, like many others surrendering to authorities in the area, will be released to pursue asylum claims in the United States.
The source told Breitbart Texas the wire and other barriers will only serve to slow the migrants from reaching U.S. soil. Absent any substantial consequences placed upon them by the Biden Administration, they will keep coming, the source says, adding, “Until we discontinue catch and release, they will find a way over, under, or through whatever is placed in front of them.”
Breitbart Texas observed several busloads of migrants being released by the Border Patrol to the Mission Border Hope shelter. More than one hundred migrants queued outside the shelter waiting to be admitted.
The shelter will coordinate transportation to multiple destinations within the United States.

There’s a Border Civil War Between Texas and the Biden Administration
Texas builds and the Biden administration tries to destroy.
There’s a civil war on the border between the Biden administration and the state of Texas. If you think that’s an exaggeration, consider this round of escalation.
A federal judge on Monday ordered the Biden administration to stop cutting razor wire on fences along the southern border in Texas meant to stop illegal migrant crossings.
Judge Alia Moses of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on Monday ordered the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to stop “disassembling, degrading, tampering” miles of razor wire running along the Rio Grande near Eagle Pass.
The temporary order is a result of a lawsuit brought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, arguing that federal officials said they had the authority to destroy state property “to allow [illegal] aliens to enter & be processed.”
Paxton asked the court for an immediate injunction last week, noting in his request to the court that “federal agents escalated matters, trading bolt cutters for an industrial-strength telehandler forklift to dismantle [Texas’] border fence.”
“Federal agents used hydraulic-powered pallet forks to rip [Texas’] fence – concertina wire, fencing posts, clamps, and all – out of the ground, holding it suspended in the air in order to wave more than 300 migrants illegally into Texas,” the motion for a temporary injunction reads.
It’s a non-violent escalation, but it’s still an escalation. And it’s been building for a while.
Border Patrol personnel have been forcing open gates locked by Texas authorities in order to move migrating illegal alien invaders into America. There’s a legal battle underway over floating barriers in the Rio Grande.
Call it a border war, a war of fences, but Texas builds and the Biden administration tries to destroy.

Judge to Biden: Stop cutting
The Texas Rangers are playing well in the post season. Maybe they will finally bring the big trophy to our fans. The other big story around here is that a judge has halted another Biden program. This is the story:
A federal judge on Monday ordered immigration agents to stop taking down or cutting through concertina wire placed on the Texas-Mexico border in Eagle Pass by state troopers and National Guard members in their efforts to deter migrants from crossing the border illegally.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the Biden administration last Tuesday, claiming that the Border Patrol illegally destroyed state property when its agents cut through concertina wire on the banks of the Rio Grande to “assist” migrants to “illegally cross” the border.
District Judge Alia Moses, a George W. Bush appointee, said she would grant Paxton’s request.
“The Court shall grant the temporary relief requested, with one important exception for any medical emergency that mostly likely results in serious bodily injury or death to a person, absent any boats or other life-saving apparatus available to avoid such medical emergencies prior to reaching the concertina wire barrier,” Moses wrote in her order.
So click another victory for AG Paxton and Governor Greg Abbott. We don't know if this is a short-term or long-term victory for Texas. Time will tell.
What is clear that a federal judge is listening to Texas' argument that the federal government is encouraging chaotic immigration. You don't need to be a judge to see the chaos -- just visit El Paso, Eagle Pass, or Laredo. You will see the consequences on the streets. Or talk to the Democrat mayors on the border and they will tell you what they think of the chaos.

GRAPHIC: Cartel Gunmen Kill 13 Mexican Cops in Violent Coastal State Attack
A group of Mexican cartel gunmen killed 13 police officers and injured two others in a series of attacks in the popular coastal state of Guerrero. The crime scene is not far from the tourist hotspots of Acapulco and Zihuatanejo.
A statement from the Guerrero Attorney General’s Office revealed that the mass killings took place on Monday in the municipality of Coyuca. The victims included the city’s Public Security Secretary Alfredo Alonso Benitez and 12 of his officers and top aides.
The attack occurred shortly after noon when the group of police officers was patrolling the region near the town of El Papayo when the officers became the target of an ambush. The gunmen killed some of the officers and took several others captive, only to execute them shortly after.
By the time additional police forces arrived at the scene, the gunmen had already left, leaving behind the bodies of their victims.
The violence in Guerrero comes at a time when several criminal organizations continue to fight for control of the region’s lucrative drug trafficking routes into Mexico and drug production areas in the rural communities.
As Breitbart Texas reported, historically, factions tied to the Familia Michoacana have had influence in Guerrero. They have been fighting with several groups tied to other cartels such as Cartel Jalisco New Generation, Sinaloa Cartel, and other organizations.
The mass killing of police officers comes as Guerrero’s Governor Evelyn Salgado, from the MORENA party, continuously claims that the region has seen a decrease in crime and that the state is safe. In her most recent social media posts, Salgado has not commented about the mass killing of her police officers. She has, however, boasted about how her state is prepared for a tropical storm.

100 Syrians, 50 Iranians Cross Biden’s Open Border in October, Says Source
EAGLE PASS, Texas — According to a source within CBP, the influx of Special Interest Migrants across the U.S./Mexico border continues early in the NEW fiscal year as nearly 100 Syrian and 50 Iranian nationals have been apprehended by the Border Patrol since the beginning of October. The source says the influx of Syrian and Iranian Special Interest Migrants is concerning, considering the turmoil unfolding in the Middle East.
The Syrian and Iranian migrants were apprehended in multiple sectors across the southwest border during October. The latest arrest of an Iranian national by the Border Patrol occurred near Eagle Pass, Texas, on Saturday. The Iranian national was discovered within a single group of more than 300 that crossed into the small border city. A debrief of the Iranian migrant is pending as of press time, according to the source.
The source says the continued encounter of Syrian and Iranian nationals is more concerning considering the recent U.S. air strikes against Iran-linked sites in Syria in response to drone and missile attacks on U.S. military bases in the region. According to the source, the arrivals of Special Interest Migrants at the southwest border are appearing with little to no advance intelligence warning.
“We are receiving no advance warning of the arrival of Special Interest Migrants from the region with any specificity,” the source explained. “We are left to sort through the grab-bag of migrants in small and large groups to figure out who is in the group and why they are coming.”
Eleven Special Interest Migrants from Middle Eastern countries were apprehended in just one sector of the border patrol in one week alone.
As reported by Breitbart Texas, during the week of October 8 to October 14, Border Patrol agents apprehended six Iranian nationals, three Lebanese nationals, one Egyptian national, and one Saudi Arabian national that made landfall in Texas on the banks of the Rio Grande in the Del Rio Border Patrol Sector that includes Eagle Pass.
The Syrian and Iranian Special Interest Migrants are mostly single adult males. Both countries are subject to travel warnings by the U.S. State Department. The State Department has issued a Level-4 advisory regarding travel to Syria due to terrorism, civil unrest, kidnapping, armed conflict, and the risk of unjust detention.
Iran is also subject to a Level-4 travel warning by the State Department due to the risk of kidnapping and the arbitrary arrest and detention of U.S. citizens.
The source says, absent any significant intelligence indicting a Special Interest migrant may pose a known threat to the United States, they are generally released into the U.S. to pursue asylum claims.
As reported by Breitbart Texas, more than 61,000 Special Interest Migrants were encountered by the Border Patrol in Fiscal Year 2023, which ended on September 30. The number of migrants from Special Interest countries climbed by more than 140 percent from Fiscal Year 2022, when more than 25,500 were apprehended. In all, more than 86,000 Special Interest migrants have illegally entered the United States in the previous two fiscal years.
According to a 2019 DHS fact sheet, the term “Significant Interest Alien” is defined as follows:
Generally, an SIA is a non-U.S. person who, based on an analysis of travel patterns, potentially poses a national security risk to the United States or its interests. Often, such individuals or groups employ travel patterns known or evaluated to possibly have a nexus to terrorism. DHS analysis includes an examination of travel patterns, points of origin, and/or travel segments that are tied to current assessments of national and international threat environments.
This does not mean that all SIAs are “terrorists,” but rather that the travel and behavior of such individuals indicate a possible nexus to nefarious activity (including terrorism) and, at a minimum, provide indicators that necessitate heightened screening and further investigation. The term SIA does not indicate any specific derogatory information about the individual – and DHS has never indicated that the SIA designation means more than that.
