Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg stands to gain $700 million annually from the company’s new quarterly dividend, announced alongside strong Q4 earnings results that sent Meta’s stock surging 15 percent.

Bloomberg reports Meta Platforms CEO Mark Zuckerberg will receive an annual payout of approximately $700 million from the company’s new quarterly dividend, according to recent filings. This comes as Meta’s stock jumped 15 percent following strong fourth-quarter earnings results and the announcement of a 50 cent per share dividend starting in March.

The dividend, Meta’s first ever, will result in Zuckerberg receiving around $175 million every quarter based on his roughly 350 million share stake, reports Bloomberg.

This adds up to about $700 million per year that the tech mogul will gain from the payouts.

Meta exceeded revenue expectations in Q4 2023, bringing in $40.1 billion compared to forecasts of $39.18 billion. Earnings per share were $5.33 versus an expected $4.96, notes CNBC. The company also announced a $50 billion share repurchase program alongside the dividend.

Meta’s online advertising business continues to rebound after a difficult 2022, with Q4 revenue increasing 25 percent year-over-year. Expenses also fell eight percent annually to $23.73 billion as Meta’s cost-cutting measures improve profitability.

The strong quarterly performance and capital return announcements have boosted investor confidence, driving Meta’s shares up 14 percent in late trading. This adds to the stock’s remarkable 2023 recovery, having nearly tripled after plummeting 61 percent the prior year.

The new dividend suggests Meta sees limits to its growth prospects amid regulatory constraints on acquisitions, reports Bloomberg. However, Zuckerberg asserted the company is focused on advancing its AI and metaverse vision. With Meta pouring money into these futuristic bets, the $700 million yearly payout gives Zuckerberg a substantial personal reward.

UPS cuts 12,000 jobs: The ruling class accelerates its policy of mass unemployment

The UPS Workers Rank-and-File Committee is holding an emergency online meeting this Sunday, February 4, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time: “Organize the rank and file to fight the job cuts at UPS! Unite with autoworkers, tech workers and the whole working class against layoffs!” Register for the meeting here.

United Parcel Service announced Wednesday that it is firing 12,000 salaried workers—14 percent of its worldwide managerial staff—as part of a $1 billion cost-cutting plan. The mass layoffs by the logistics giant, which will go into effect in the first half of this year, are part of an accelerating global wave of job-cutting in auto, technology and other industries.

In a conference call with investors, UPS CEO Carol B. Tomé boasted that her executive team had slashed the company’s worldwide workforce from 540,000 when “COVID demand peaked” to 495,000 today. Even if volume increased, she said, the managers would not be hired back.

Although the Teamsters union claims these cuts do not affect the company’s unionized workers, management positions are being reduced because UPS intends to have far fewer warehouse workers, over-the-road drivers and package delivery workers to manage. Within hours of the announcement, workers at the Baltimore hub reported on Facebook that the day shift sort had been ended, making it at least the third major hub to lose the day shift in recent weeks.

Tomé said UPS would accelerate the use of labor-saving technologies to squeeze more volume out of fewer workers. Pointing to the new UPS Velocity facility in Louisville, Kentucky, she said, “We named it Velocity because it leverages robotics, automation, machine-learning, and artificial intelligence to streamline fulfillment operations.”

The job cuts were announced right after the company reported its year-end financials, which showed that in 2023 the company made $9.9 billion in operating profits, including $5.5 billion in the US, despite a falloff in volume. UPS also announced that $7.6 billion had been shoveled to shareholders through stock buybacks and increased dividends. While big investors reaped this massive payout, workers saw their hours cut by nearly 10 percent during the last quarter, as the company worked to offset the 12 percent increase in wages in its new agreement with the Teamsters.

The job cuts expose the lies peddled by Teamsters President Sean O’Brien and his public relations operatives in the Democratic Socialists of America, who claimed that the union won a “historic” contract last year after defying the near unanimous strike vote by 350,000 workers. The Teamsters bureaucracy knew the job cuts were coming and offered its collaboration in the destruction of workers’ livelihoods.

Commenting on the UPS job cuts, the Wall Street Journal wrote:

Many U.S. companies are laying people off as executives look to trim costs, eliminate redundant roles and speed decision-making. Beyond the budget-tightening that often takes place at the beginning of the calendar year, executives and analysts say, there is a growing sense that the work of slimming down isn’t over.

These cuts have spread across wide sections of the economy. After 260,000 technology jobs were eliminated last year, another 24,000 tech jobs have been slashed in the first month of 2024. The tech layoffs include PayPal (2,500 jobs), Microsoft video game division (1,900), Unity Software (1,800), Google (1,000), EBay (1,000), Salesforce (700), messaging platform Discord (170) and hundreds of jobs at Amazon’s Prime Video, MGM Studios and Twitch livestreaming divisions.

On Wednesday, COVID-19 vaccine maker Novavax announced it was cutting an additional 12 percent of its workforce, on top of the 25 percent cut it had previously said it was planning last May, as it moves to aggressively cut costs.

Elsewhere, printer maker Xerox is cutting more than 3,000 jobs. Macy’s is slashing 2,350 positions, and online retailer Wayfair is eliminating 1,650 jobs. Citigroup is cutting 20,000 jobs by the end of 2026, and Blackrock has announced 600 job cuts. Thousands of journalists are losing their jobs at CNN, NBC News, the Los Angeles TimesNew York Daily NewsForbesSports Illustrated and other outlets.

Next week, nearly 4,000 autoworkers at Stellantis plants in Toledo, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan will be laid off just weeks after hundreds of supplementary (temporary) employees (SEs) were abruptly fired. Ford and GM are also laying off thousands.

The automakers are carrying out a global restructuring, slashing costs and jobs and seeking to gain an edge in the electric vehicle market. In Germany, France and Italy, thousands of workers are being laid off at Stellantis, VW, Bosch, Continental, ZF and other auto and components makers.

The destruction of workers’ jobs is a deliberate class policy supported by capitalist governments around the world. Their criminal response to the pandemic has resulted in nearly 30 million deaths worldwide, while untold millions have fallen out of the workforce due to Long COVID. This “labor shortage” led to a small uptick in wages after decades of declining or stagnating incomes, which the ruling class deems unacceptable.

In the name of fighting “wage inflation,” the US Federal Reserve drove up interest rates to their highest levels in more than 22 years to sharply increase unemployment and beat back workers’ demands for wage increases that kept pace with inflation. The Fed’s rate hikes have been emulated by central banks around the world.

Citing the December 2023 job figures, the Wall Street Journal noted with satisfaction Tuesday that layoffs had increased and the rate at which workers quit their jobs had fallen below the pace just before the pandemic began. Not satisfied with the current level of joblessness, however, the Federal Reserve on Wednesday held interest rates steady, keeping its foot on the neck of the working class. “If we saw unexpected weakening in the labor market, that would make us cut rates sooner,” Fed Chief Jerome Powell declared.

The American ruling class is conducting a war on two fronts. It is backing Israel’s genocide in Gaza, expanding its military operations in the Middle East, and preparing for direct conflict with Russia and China to reassert its hegemony over the world, its resources and pools of cheap labor. At the same time, it is deliberately immiserating the working class at home and imposing levels of exploitation and dictatorial conditions in the factories and workplaces that it needs to wage World War III.

In pursuing this policy, the Biden administration has relied on the bureaucracies that run the unions to suppress strikes or to sell them out if they occur. As with the Teamsters, the supposed “historic” agreements signed by SAG-AFTRA, the Writers Guild and the United Auto Workers have paved the way for a massive assault on jobs. The labor bureaucracies have been well compensated for their services and further integrated into Biden’s plans for war abroad and savage austerity at home.

Last week, the UAW apparatus officially endorsed Biden for president, with Fain joining hands with “Genocide Joe” at a union conference as protesters calling for a ceasefire were dragged from the hall. The Teamsters has yet to make an endorsement, though the apparatus met with Trump Wednesday, following a meeting between O’Brien and Trump earlier in the month. Whether they support the Democrats or the Republicans, the union bureaucracies function as instruments of the ruling class, suppressing working class opposition to inequality, war and dictatorship.

The working class cannot and will not accept destitution. A counter-offensive against the onslaught on jobs must be initiated. But a real struggle can only be waged if it is conducted independently of the union bureaucracies, unites all sections of the working class, and is organized and coordinated across national borders. Such a struggle requires the expansion of the network of rank-and-file committees and the International Workers Alliance of Rank-and-File Committees.

The fight against job cuts and capitalist exploitation must be connected to the development of a powerful political movement of the working class against the ruling class, its corporate-controlled parties—including the Democrats and Republicans in the United States—and their policies of war, austerity and dictatorship.

The development of technologies like AI and robotics has the capacity to greatly increase mankind’s productivity. If these labor-saving technologies are to be used for the benefit of society—by reducing the workweek and increasing living standards, not impoverishing the working class—then the giant corporations must be transformed into public utilities, collectively owned and democratically controlled by the working class, as part of the establishment of a planned socialist world economy.

Schumer to Jam Senate with Immigration Deal Still Hidden from Public

You have to pass it to find out what’s in it.

Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) will jam the Senate next week with the long-awaited migration-expanding border plan – with tens of billions in Ukraine aid to boot –  he announced Thursday.

The public has not yet seen the details of the legislation, and will have little time to examine the extraordinary implications of the deal before their Senators vote.

Schumer said the text will be revealed by Sunday with procedural measures setting up the bill’s pathway  through the Senate beginning Monday, enabling a possible vote on final passage by the end of the week.

The rushed schedule is no surprise. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), one of three lead negotiators, has said she wants to rush the deal through the Senate before the public can react.

This week Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) ushered a resolution through the Senate Republican Conference to ensure Senators had at least two to three weeks to review any deal.

Notably, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), perhaps Washington’s most fervent admirer of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and proponent of military, humanitarian, and economic aid to Ukraine, voted against Lee’s resolution.

This is a developing story.

NYC becomes a literal den of thieves as the ‘huddled masses’ continue to swarm in and set up shop

New Yorkers, meet your newest neighbor:

Charming fellow, isn’t he?

When addressing the “migrant” crisis (third-world invaders) flooding into America from every corner of the globe, those on the left often evoke the days of a bustling Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty with the “huddled masses yearning to breathe free” words emblazoned on the pedestal, or perhaps even remind us of our Christian ancestors who landed at Plymouth Rock to escape government persecution in Europe; they assert that this country was built on “immigrants” and without immigration, the U.S. as we know it, would have never existed.

But, as with all arguments left, that’s all fallacious and inconsistent. First of all, in one context those Plymouth Rock pilgrims are celebrated as immigrants fleeing tyranny, in another they’re decried as colonizers who displaced native populations. Secondly, this country wasn’t just built on those immigrating (first to the New World, then the British Colonies, and eventually, the United States), it was built on Judeo-Christian principles by anyone who believed in them and lived by those values, which clearly, at one point, applied to a vast majority of newcomers.

But somewhere along the way that mindset died, and the migrants (illegal invaders) of today (largely) fall into one of two camps: terrorists, or freeloaders. Either way, neither group has any intention of assimilating or contributing to American society.

We’ve got guys like the man below, seemingly here at the behest of unidentified overlords for some not-so-clandestine objective?

(Pamela Geller speculated that this border-crosser may be known-terrorist Movsum Samadov, leader of the Islamic Party of Azerbaijan.)

And then we’ve got the poverty-stricken third-worlders, some of whom can’t even read or write in their native languages, just doing what they’ve always known—crime—and New York City is the perfect case study of what life looks like when you introduce hordes of state-of-nature humans to modern Western civilization. Needless to say, “cultural enrichment” in the Big Apple isn’t going so well:

NYC migrant pickpocketing teams are the newest headache for NYPD as trio busted for string of West Village bar thefts

The NYPD is honing in on migrant pickpocketing crews that are now working the Big Apple — with nearly 100 asylum seekers already popping up on the NYPD radar, law enforcement sources tell The Post.

Also, this:

Breaking the law and barely surviving: Inside NYC’s underground migrant economy

Many new migrants are creating their own underground economy within their community — selling homemade food to other migrants or providing them services such as hair-cutting.

‘They aren’t going to a barber shop or a deli,’ Di Martino said. ‘They’re creating cash businesses and not paying taxes.’

Monica Yamaira Arias, 43, hawks roast pork, rice and fried plantains from her perch outside the Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown, which the city transformed into an intake center for recent arrivals. Arias, 43, arrived in New York more than a year ago from Venezuela, and now sits every lunch hour on a blue Igloo cooler selling home-cooked meals, packed in aluminum containers, for $10 each.

‘It’s what we’re used to eating in our country,’ said Arias….

And from today, this:

NYPD seizes illegal scooters from migrant shelters amid ‘uptick’ in moped-riding bandits in NYC

The NYPD is cracking down on unregistered scooters as robberies involving moped-riding bandits have become a frequent problem across the city over the past couple months.

Officers targeted migrant facilities throughout the five boroughs Wednesday night where they seized dozens of illegal electric bikes and took them away on a flatbed, ABC7 reported.

The confiscated bikes had no registrations or had stolen plates, according to the station.

As London’s leftist mayor Sadiq Khan once quipped, crime—whether it’s jihadi bombings, acid attacks, and Islamic stabbing sprees, or tax fraudsters, pickpockets, and Mad Max moped bandits—is simply “part and parcel” of living in a (leftist) big city.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Wealth Grew $84 Billion in 2023 as Pedophiles Target Children on Facebook, Instagram

Mark Zuckerberg experienced a staggering increase in his wealth in 2023. The Facebook founder amassed an additional $84 billion to his name, elevating his net worth to $139.1 billion and positioning him as the fifth-richest person globally. Zuck’s wealth ballooned even as lawsuits revealed the horrific depths of child sexual abuse and grooming occurring on Facebook and Instagram.

Yahoo Finance reports that Zuckerberg’s financial growth translates to about $9.6 million per hour or $230.6 million daily in 2023. This surge aligns with Meta’s strategic pivot towards the metaverse, focusing on virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.

However, this transition wasn’t without its challenges, as the company faced issues with misinformation and user retention. Breitbart News reported on Zuckerberg’s appearance at a recent Senate Judiciary Committee hearing where he apologized to the families of children whose lives were ruined by his companies’ products after a grilling by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO).

Sen. Hawley first lambasted Zuckerberg for taking little to no action to protect children on Facebook and Instagram, and then grilled him on why the billionaire and his company haven’t offered compensation to victims and their families.

Sen. Hawley then changed tactics. He said:

There are families of victims here today. Have you apologized to victims? Would you to do so now? They’re here, you are on national victims. Would you like now to apologize to victims who have been harmed by your products? Show him the pictures. Would you like to apologize to these good people?

U.S. Senate

“I’m sorry for everything you’ve all gone through,” Zuckerberg said at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on “Big Tech and the Online Child Sexual Exploitation Crisis.” He added, “It’s terrible. No one should have to go through the things that your families have suffered.”

The parents Zuckerberg addressed have claimed that social media, particularly Instagram, contributed to their children’s suicide or exploitation. Many wore blue ribbons reading “STOP Online Harms! Pass KOSA!” — a reference to proposed legislation aimed at enhancing protections for kids online.

Despite this, Meta’s stock price has largely rebounded this year. Zuckerberg’s personal investment portfolio is not limited to technology. He recently made headlines with his luxurious Kauai, Hawaii compound, Koolau Ranch, spanning over 1400 acres and featuring high-end amenities, including a 5000-square-foot bunker and over 30 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Zuckerberg has also ventured into high-end cattle farming, investing in Wagyu and Angus cattle on his Hawaiian property. These cattle are fed a unique diet, including beer and macadamia nuts, aiming to produce some of the world’s highest-quality beef.

Zuckerberg Lobbyist Pressures NYT Columnist Back into the Bubble

New York Times columnist is escaping from the establishment’s bubble, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s D.C. lobbyist is trying to scare him back inside.

“What if We’re the Bad Guys Here?” columnist David Brooks wrote in an August 2 article published seven years after ordinary Americans put Donald Trump into the White House.

Brooks tried to explain why so many millions of Americans suffer from the elitist-run economy of outsourcing, wage-cutting migration, woke language, urban wealth, chaotic transgenderism, and racial favoritism.

“Members of our class are always publicly speaking out for the marginalized, but somehow we always end up building systems that serve ourselves,” Brooks wrote:

The most important of those systems is the modern meritocracy. We built an entire social order that sorts and excludes people on the basis of the quality that we possess most: academic achievement. Highly educated parents go to elite schools, marry each other, work at high-paying professional jobs and pour enormous resources into our children, who get into the same elite schools, marry each other and pass their exclusive class privileges down from generation to generation.

Armed with all kinds of economic, cultural and political power, we support policies that help ourselves. Free trade makes the products we buy cheaper, and our jobs are unlikely to be moved to China. Open immigration makes our service staff cheaper, but new, less-educated immigrants aren’t likely to put downward pressure on our wages.

Like all elites, we use language and mores as tools to recognize one another and exclude others. Using words like problematic, cisgender, Latinx and intersectional is a sure sign that you’ve got cultural capital coming out of your ears. Meanwhile, members of the less-educated classes have to walk on eggshells, because they never know when we’ve changed the usage rules, so that something that was sayable five years ago now gets you fired.

So the wealthiest elites with Wall Street money are trying to scare Brooks back into the bubble.

“Yeesh,” tweeted Todd Schulte, the president of Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us pro-migration lobbying group for coastal investors:

I dont care to engage much with the rest of this piece, but the implication that that “open immigration” is good for rich people but hurts the wages of middle class Americans is completely false. @nytdavidbrooks if you’re interested in correcting this, please reach out.

Schulte will have a hard time persuading Brooks that immigration does not cut wages because Schulte has repeatedly argued that migration does indeed cut wages.

For example, in 2023, Schulte’s FWD.us touted an economic study that argued that migration cuts wages, saying:

When labor is in short supply relative to demand, employers offer higher wages, which are in turn passed on to consumers, leading to rising prices. While these worker shortages have occurred for many reasons, a significant driver is the lower number of immigrants who have entered the U.S. in the past several years.

The presence of an immigrant workforce typically can help local communities mitigate sudden labor shortages, particularly in industries such as construction and hospitality. But, as immigration decreased before and during the pandemic, these jobs remained largely unfilled, leading to extreme labor shortages and rising wages. In other words, inflation rose in part because of a tightening labor market.

But FWD.us is a self-serving advocacy organization, not a disinterested academic center.

Zuckerberg’s FWD.us network of coastal investors stands to gain from more government-provided cheap laborconsumers, and urban renters. The investor group is backing legislation that would accelerate the inflow of consumers, unskilled workers, and skilled workers into the U.S. economy, where they can help spike the investors’ stock market shares.

The breadth of investors who founded and funded FWD.us was hidden from casual visitors to the group’s website in early 2021. But copies exist at the other sites.

And Schulte’s FWD.us has many friends at the New York Times.

Yet an increasing share of Americans — including some elites — recognize the economic skew imposed by migration.

“This country has prioritized the importation of cheap labor,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) wrote in his book, titled Decades of Decadence: How Our Spoiled Elites Blew America’s Inheritance of Liberty, Security, and Prosperity.

“It began, as many of America’s problems do, with the fundamental shift toward a globalized economy,” Rubio wrote:

But not every business could be exported, which meant Wall Street simply figured out how to import cheap labor, much of it [clarification, not all] coming from illegal immigrants. This was a slower, more subtle process. Sure, some politicians made a big deal about “jobs Americans wouldn’t do,” but otherwise the only outcry came from workers who found their wages stalled, benefits cut, and hours slashed until they could be replaced by someone willing to work more hours for less.

More often than not, it is about jobs Wall Street doesn’t want Americans to do because hiring Americans would require higher wages and better working conditions. To them, it is better to import cheap labor and buy off Americans with cash welfare programs provided by the government.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he wants more productivity, not more migration, in a July 31 economic speech in New Hampshire:

We need a strong and fair labor market. We have to secure our border, we have to stop illegal immigration, we need to end things like chain migration and the diversity visa lottery. We should not have massive amounts of unskilled migration coming into this country. What we want is immigration that benefits the average American. We don’t want to be bringing people in on programs to undercut wages of American citizens.

And so that has got to be our touchstone: what is benefiting the American worker and what is benefiting the wages of the average American.

Watch the video here:

Brooks’s column “is not just a good column, it is a *fantastic* column,” tweeted Seth Mandel, the executive editor of the Washington Examiner Magazine. It is “a column of a quality reached a few times a year by a few writers [and] will be criticized angrily because it shows empathy and elite introspection, which will prove it correct.”

Migration — and especially, labor migration — is unpopular among swing voters.

A 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR). The 54 percent “invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

A July 29-August 1 poll of 1,500 adults by YouGov showed that a 35 percent plurality of Americans believe migration makes America “worse off.”

Extraction Migration

The federal government has long operated an unpopular economic policy of Extraction Migration. This colonialism-like policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries, reduces beneficial trade, and uses the imported workers, renters, and consumers to grow Wall Street and the economy.

The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.

The lethal policy also sucks jobs and wealth from heartland states by subsidizing coastal investors with a flood of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers.

The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because the population replacement allows elites and the establishment to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.

In many speeches, border chief Alejandro Mayorkas says he is building a mass migration system to deliver workers to wealthy employers and investors and “equity” to poor foreigners. The nation’s border laws are subordinate to elite opinion about “the values of our country” Mayorkas claims.

THREE PIG LAWYERS.

Benedict Arnold, Bill Clinton, Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas – liars and traitors all

By Patricia McCarthy

We can only wonder at the question:  do the last two generations know who Benedict Arnold was?  Most likely not; they’ve not been taught legitimate American history for decades.   To the young of today, Arnold might be a hero for betraying his country.

Polls show our young people do not respect or even like this country.  Arnold, who had been a good soldier, was angry at being passed over for promotion and so began colluding with the British.  He was an 18th century.  Mark Felt.  His name is (or was) interchangeable with the word “traitor.”

Bill Clinton was generally known as a brazen liar about the Lewinsky affair and all that it entailed; a tawdry, unseemly affair that he lied about incessantly until he couldn’t.  He paid Paula Jones a court-ordered $800k but was never prosecuted for his loathsome behavior and gross dishonesty.

His wife is equally and personally devious and corrupt; she had the fake “dossier” concocted she was certain would take Trump out of the running for president in 2016.  Hillary used her position as Secretary of State of State to rake in millions of  dollars to her phony Clinton Foundation, much of that money from other nations that sought to benefit from her largesse when President.

That couple’s corruption was and is a blight on America’s history.  They made LBJ seem like an amateur.  The Clintons were criminals and they delighted in their criminality; they knew they were untouchable.  They were a greedy couple, and their illicit machinations made them fabulously rich.

The Obamas learned their lessons well and also became fabulously rich by perfidious means.   It’s likely that Biden has based his corruption on the Clinton model.

Joe Biden has been a pathological liar for all his years in Congress, as a representative and then as a senator.  He can’t open his mouth without lies spewing forth; there are far too many to list.  From his early support of segregation to his later denial; his plagiarism, his lies about his academic record, etc., etc.

In truth, Biden has always been a racist, a rather vicious one at that.  See his attempt to humiliate Clarence Thomas at his SCOTUS confirmation.  The man is one of the most greedy, corrupt politicians ever to steal the presidency, which he did, and to end up in the Oval Office.

He is entirely without “knowledge” now; he is obviously in the throes of dementia.  How else to explain his shocking inappropriate jollity when he was sent to a podium to speak about the Nashville murders of six people, three of them aged nine?

Biden has always been a liar; he became a traitor when he began using his position, his son, and brother to sell influence to China, Russia and Ukraine for millions of dollars.  Given the damage he’s done to the country in two years, it is safe to assume he is a controlled asset of China. They own him, which is why he has allowed the destruction of the dollar as the global currency.

Every American surely knows by now that the Democrat party is pro-criminal, anti-dissent. In blue states across the nation, criminals are routinely allowed onto the streets without bail to commit more crime.  Innocent people are being attacked with impunity on a daily basis in DC, in NYChicagoSF, and LA, etc.

If the perpetrators are caught, they are often released onto an unsuspecting public by Soros-funded DAs to repeat and escalate their criminal behavior.  Our Marxist left relies on chaos, on the calculated destruction of the family, on the thorough indoctrination of our children.

How do they go about this decades-old plan?  They advocate for the normalization of homosexuality, transgenderism and the genital mutilation that comes with that particular form of mental illness.  The pro-trans activists encourage doctors to remove the breasts of girls as young as thirteen, even hysterectomies.

Who are the doctors that perform these procedures?  They are purely evil, traitors to the Hippocratic Oath they may have sworn to uphold.  The lies that undergird the ideology of transgenderism are not only appalling but provable. There are only two sexes.  It is tragic that there is a Supreme Court justice that does not know what every three-year-old knows.

The appearance of Alejandro Mayorkas before the Senate on Tuesday was the height of prevarication.  The man did not answer a single question.   He stonewalled, dissembled and flat-out lied.  He claimed not to know how many migrants have died on their journey to our southern border.  He did not know how many children have been trafficked.

When Senator Cruz showed him pictures of the wrist bands that all migrants wear as ordered by the cartels, Mayorkas pretended not to know what they were.  The bands indicate how much money each migrant owes the cartels for getting them across the border.  There is no way Mayorkas does not know what they are, what they mean; the children especially will be slaves to the cartels.  This man is truly abhorrent, another enemy of America in a position of undeserved power.

That the Republicans in congress have not impeached him is a testament to their culpability, their slavish cowardice. But they’ve also done nothing about the unconstitutional abuse of the J6 prisoners, so what more can we expect?  The uniparty is the uniparty.  The few who do remember and revere the Constitution are too few and their meek colleagues offer no support.  They too, like the doctors who mutilate kids confused about their gender, have forgotten their oath.  They too are liars and traitors.

In short, we are being governed by a host of Benedict Arnolds, liars and traitors who have done far less for the nation than even Benedict Arnold did.  The Biden cabinet is an assemblage of incompetents, people chosen for their skin color or sexual orientation, not any particular skill or expertise.  Consider Defense Department boneheads, Austin and Milley.  Apparently there are drag queen performances for children on our military bases around the world!  They each claimed not to know this!  How is that possible?

Unless all Republicans step up to the plate to save the nation, we are well and truly done; over.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.  An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.  But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rutling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.   Marcus Tullius Cicero

Dem NYC Councilman: Mayorkas Is ‘Lying’ and the Border Is Open

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Ingraham Angle,” New York City Councilman Robert Holden (D) said that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is “lying” when he says the border isn’t open and stated that “Joe Biden is asleep at the wheel. The whole administration is” on dealing with the migrant issues in New York City.

Holden said, “We haven’t heard a plan. It’s absurd, just let in 100,000 migrants, foreign nationals, unvetted foreign nationals to New York City and say, here, take them. We’ll have to spend $8 million a day in New York City. And again, we haven’t heard a plan from this administration. Joe Biden is asleep at the wheel. The whole administration is.”

Host Laura Ingraham then asked, “Well, the word from Secretary Mayorkas — and he just testified on Capitol Hill, as you know — he said they’re managing the border with the resources that they have and that the border, sir, is not open and that those who are saying the border is open are not telling the truth. What is your response to him?”

Holden answered, “He’s lying. We have 100,000 people in New York City that walked across unvetted. How is that a border? How is that secure? Nobody can figure it out. This is absurd. I mean, we have our eyes here looking at this outside the Hotel Roosevelt. Look at that. Does that make any sense whatsoever, that this border is secure?”

Holden also pointed out that some migrants will have to wait a decade for their court dates.

Seven illegal aliens are among 19 men arrested for allegedly committing child sex crimes in Bay County, Florida.

This week, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced the results of a nationwide sting called Operation Cross Country XIII which saw 126 suspects, accused of child sexual abuse and human trafficking, either identified or arrested as well as 68 suspects accused of trafficking.

As part of the operation, 19 men were arrested in Bay County. According to Fox News’s Adam Shaw and Bill Melugin, seven of those men are illegal aliens:

· 32-year-old Jesus Rangel De La Cruz

· 37-year-old Nery Antonio Bonilla Galvez

· 25-year-old Flavio Cruz

· 36-year-old Jose Arizmendi

· 26-year-old Robinson Andres Mancheno Monar

· 18-year-old Carlos Mejia Ruiz

· 23-year-old Shemar Pearson

One of the illegal aliens arrived on a B-2 tourist visa but failed to depart in 2021 as part of the terms of the visa. Likewise, another one of the illegal aliens arrived on a J-1 exchange visitor visa but also overstayed after failing to leave the United States in 2021.

Fourteen of the 19 men arrested in Bay County are accused of traveling to engage in sexual activity with a minor while five are accused of possession of child pornography.

The operation ultimately located 200 sex trafficking victims, including 59 missing children. The operation took place in a two-week period in July.

“Sex traffickers exploit and endanger some of the most vulnerable members of our society and cause their victims unimaginable harm,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement. “This operation, which located 59 actively missing children, builds on the tremendous work the FBI has undertaken over many years to rescue minor victims and arrest those responsible for these unspeakable crimes.

Poll: 57% of Cubans Intend to Leave Country

A majority of Cubans want to leave their country, according to an anonymous poll published by the independent pollster agency Cubadata on Monday.

Cubadata’s poll shows that 57.5 percent of Cubans intend to leave Cuba. Another 25.3 percent answered that they were unsure about it, and only 17.2 percent said they were not considering leaving their country.

The poll’s sample was gathered across all of Cuba’s provinces between March 23 and April 8. The vast majority of respondents, 77.4 percent, ranged between 22 and 55 years old. About 45 percent anonymously stated that they worked in Cuban state offices.

When asked, “Has any member of your family or close acquaintance emigrated from Cuba during the last 12 months?” 85.2 percent answered yes; 18.5 percent answered no.

Cubadata also asked the respondents what are, in their opinion, the top three reasons that drive Cubans to leave their country. The most-voted options were Cuba’s economic crisis, with 23.3 percent of the votes; followed by food shortages at 17.6 percent; and lack of any future in Cuba, with 16.5 percent.

Other reasons provided were the shortages of medicine and/or poor healthcare services, lack of job opportunities, lack of freedom, political persecution, and insecurity and violence.

The ongoing deterioration of Cuba’s living conditions, lack of basic human rights, and continued state repression — all consequences of more than six decades of communist rule of the island nation — have caused what is now considered the worst migrant crisis in Cuban history. More than 450,000 Cubans — almost four percent of Cuba’s entire population — have attempted to enter the United States between 2021 and 2022, according to Miami-based Havana Consulting Group President Emilio Morales.

The continued mass migration of Cubans fleeing from the communist Castro regime and the inhumane living conditions it has imposed on them is now a crucial contributing factor to Cuba’s steep population decline, in addition to low birth rates and growth in the elderly population.

Authorities from the Castro regime’s statistics and information office admitted in May that, as a result of the nation’s continued decline, Cuba’s population could drop from 11 million in 2023 to fewer than 9 million by 2054. Castro regime officials have deemed it “unlikely” that the downward population trend can be reversed.

In its survey, Cubadata also asked respondents how much they agreed with their relative or acquaintance’s decision to leave Cuba. About 68 percent answered that they “totally” agreed with the decision, and 18.6 answered that they agreed, against 3.2 percent who said that they did not agree and 2.6 percent who “totally” disagreed.

The pollster agency also asked, “If you have considered emigrating, what would be your main reason?” Forty-two percent answered that “there is no future” in Cuba, with 25.6 percent citing the nation’s economic crisis as the main reason.

Lastly, Cubadata asked respondents what country they would choose to go to, and 43.1 percent answered the United States, 13 percent answered Europe, and 9.6 percent said: “any destination where a possibility arises.”

The independent outlet Cubanet published a video on Monday showing a large group of desperate Cuban citizens attempting to obtain a plane ticket to Nicaragua — presently the only Latin American country where Cuban citizens do not need any visa to enter its territory.

“Between the misery, hunger, and poverty in this country, most Cubans are lining up outside [Venezuelan-state-owned airline] Conviasa in the Miramar business center to get their ticket to Nicaragua,” a Cuban citizen explains in the video.

“They are so desperate that they are crazy to leave the country and get out of this island, where there is nothing.”

Those who do not have the resources to fly out of Cuba often opt to make the dangerous journey out of the country by sea through makeshift boats. Cubans who flee their country by sea are often referred to as balseros, or “rafters.” More than 28,000 Cuban rafters reportedly reached Florida in the first eight months of FY2023.

Immigration Attorney Willy Allen told the news website Cibercuba in June:

It is impressive the number of rafters who continue to enter U.S. territory, which shows that the Cuban immigration crisis has not been solved through [the Biden Administration’s] humanitarian parole, the alternative to seek asylum with the CBP One application or the increase of visas issued at the embassy in Havana.

“This is a profound crisis because it is the crisis of Cuban desperation.”

Hundreds of Migrants Drown as Joe Biden Dangles Open-Borders Welcome

NEIL MUNRO

31 Jul 20230

6:41

Hundreds of migrants — including many women and children — are drowning in the Caribbean as they try to reach the American life dangled by President Joe Biden and his pro-migration deputies, according to a report in the Washington Post.

“The U.N. Missing Migrants Project estimates at least 349 people either disappeared or died in Caribbean waters last year, nearly twice as many as the year before,” the Post reported on July 27, adding:

That’s the highest toll since the agency began tracking them in 2014 and is probably an undercount, said Edwin Viales, a data and research assistant for the U.N. project. “In the bottom of the Caribbean Sea,” Viales said, “there are thousands of remains of migrants who remain unidentified.”

Cuban-born Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has enacted Biden’s Hunger Games-style policy. He repeatedly argues that the welcome policies are justified by “equity” between Americans and migrants and claims that Americans cannot fill the needed jobs in the U.S. economy.

Republicans “absolutely should be showing the public what the tragic consequences of these policies are” to both Americans and migrants, Jessica Vaughan, the policy director at the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart News, adding:

They absolutely should be putting a human face on the consequences of these [easy migration] policies; they need to talk about this disaster in terms of the humans who are suffering from it … [because] there are some some Democrat politicians who are hearing it from constituents … The only opinions that Biden and [border chief Alejandro] Mayorkas care about — if there are any that they care about — are their donors and the political allies that they may need to accomplish other parts of their agenda.

The Post showed the face of two dead migrants as it described the 2022 deaths of at least 17 Haitians when their 33-foot boat sank while crossing the 50-mile gap between the Bahamas and Florida.

The Bahamanian coastal patrol force rescued 25 migrants of the roughly 65 passengers, said the Post, adding:

Authorities laid the bodies of the [recovered] dead facedown on a tarp and took photos. One of those images reached the cellphone of [Haitian native] Lenise Georges as she sat in a Nassau church pew and listened to Sunday services.

There, on WhatsApp, was the body of her 43-year-old sister, Altanie Ivoy, a mother of three, in a pink zigzag shirt. Georges recognized her back and the shape of her arm, the elbow she’d known since they were children. Next to her, wearing red polka-dot pants, was Ivoy’s 1-year-old daughter Kourtney, who had just begun to say her first words. She was the only child on the boat.

The “migrants bear some responsibility for their own choices,” Vaughan said, adding:

But they are being enticed into these bad choices or dangerous choices by the [administration’s welcome] policy.

Biden and Mayorkas and their allies in the media would like [Americans] to believe that this kind of migration is like a force of nature and inevitable and that we simply have to accommodate it, and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Because they do not want to bear any responsibility for the consequences or even to limit it.

I don’t think it’s possible to shame Biden and Mayorkas and everyone else who is defending these policies. I don’t think they feel any shame over it. They’re going to keep doing it. They are diehards, like the sanctuary [city] mayors who — no matter how many people get harmed by a criminal who has been released by sanctuary policy —  [just rationalize it] as an unintended consequence of the policy or deflect and blame something else. They won’t accept responsibility for these policies.

Most progressives hide the U.S and foreign body count created by their welcome for illegal economic migrants, said Vaughan:

They’re either in denial about or indifferent to the human consequences and the human tragedies that result from their policies, or they think that it is outweighed by what they think is a benefit to the United States for allowing this illegal migration.

Many more migrants have died on the Darien Gap trail or in the rivers and scrubland along the U.S. border with Mexico.

Some Republicans also dismiss the migrants’ deaths. When George W. Bush was governor of Texas, for example, he waved away the deaths of migrants in southern Texas. “Hell, if they’ll walk across Big Bend [in Texas], we want ‘em,” he told advisers, according to author Jan Reid.

The greatest damage of the migration, however, is inflicted on ordinary Americans.

A massive number of Americans lost wages and decent housing because of the economic chaos caused by Mayorkas’s huge migration.

Roughly 70,000 Americans died in 2022 from the drugs imported by Mexican cartels. So far, Biden’s deputies have not pressured Mexico’s government to crack down on the cartels — although they have just negotiated a migration-management deal with Mexico.

Mayorkas and his allies defend the easy migration policies as safer for migrants than the alternative of being smuggled by the cartels. But Americans suffer more when Mayorkas welcomes more migrants through quasi-legal channels.

Moreover, Mayorkas has minimized the deportation of illegal migrants who take jobs. This enforcement loophole creates an incentive for myriad migrants to take expensive and often risky journeys to the United States border. For example, one of Mayorkas’s deputies told the Washington Post that water-born migration to Florida quadrupled in 2022.

“The wealthiest migrants rent boats and sail into Miami Beach undetected, wearing fancy watches and bathing suits,” the Post added.

Americans are not morally responsible for the migrants’ deaths, said Vaughan, because Biden’s deputies are defying the federal immigration law, even when testifying on the Hillills. “You have Mayorkas up there before Congress saying, ‘We have operational control [of the border] — as I define it.’ That’s a problem because he doesn’t get to define it; it is the law that defines it.”

“This is pure contempt for the law in an attempt to substitute his wishes for the law, no matter the consequences,” she added.
