France: Man Vowing to ‘Avenge Palestine’ Kidnaps Jewish Woman, Threatens Her with Sex Slavery, Death

A Jewish woman was reported to have been kidnapped, raped and threatened with death and of being sex trafficked by a man who allegedly was seeking to “avenge Palestine”.

On Sunday, police arrested a 32-year-old man — who has yet to be named publicly — in the Gennevilliers commune of Paris’ northwestern suburbs, on suspicion of kidnapping, rape, and making “death threats due to religion,” Le Parisien reports.

The woman had reportedly met the man a week before the incident allegedly took place. After going to his home, the man allegedly refused to let her leave and stole her cell phone.

According to police sources, the man sent a message to the alleged victim’s mother, saying: “Good luck, you will never find your daughter again, you will never see her again, I will prostitute your daughter.”

In a separate message sent to the woman’s former boyfriend, he said that he had taken the Jewish woman to “avenge Palestine”.

Eventually, the woman recovered her phone and called the police. The elite Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI) unit of the French National Police was able to geolocate her call and ultimately freed the woman from the apartment.

The man will be brought before a court on June 21st when he will face prosecution for the use of narcotics and for “threats of death materialised in writing due to religion”. The prosecution said that allegations of rape “require additional investigations”.

The potential kidnapping charges are also currently “insufficiently characterised”, the prosecutors added according to Le Figaro.

Following the October 7th Hamas terror attacks on Israel, France and other European nations with large Muslim populations saw a sharp increase in antisemitic incidents.

The Council of Jewish Institutions in France (CRIF) said in March that in 2023 there were 1,676 antisemitic incidents compared to 436 in the year before, 60 per cent of which involved physical violence or threats.

Last month, France also raised its terror threat warning level to its highest alert following the suspected Islamist attack on a Moscow Concert Hall that left 143 dead.

Antisemitism goes full frontal at Columbia, with Rep. Ilhan Omar's daughter in the forefront

Rep. Ilhan Omar must have some household, now that her daugher, Ilsa Hirsi, has been arrested as one of 108 Columbia students defying a university order to disperse in order to stay with the crowd yelling antisemitic slogans. How many times did she hear mom say, "all about the benjamins" around her family breakfast table?

 

 

The rest of the arrestees appear to be trust-fund bunnies, coming from wealthy households, for whom getting suspended for the remainder of the semester, getting kicked out of their dorms, and having their campus identification cards deactivated probably isn't as important as bellowing with the antisemites, too. Protesters at Columbia University chanted explicitly pro-terror slogans this week, calling for the killing of Israeli soldiers, as they occupied the campus illegally — even after a wave of arrests by the New York Police Department.

The video of the pro-terror chants, some of which were in Arabic, was captured by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI). Demonstrators called for Israeli soldiers to be killed and for Palestine to be “Arab” — free of Jews.

Similar videos circulated on social media showing other radical slogans, often Islamic in nature, being chanted:

A photo emerged of one pro-Palestinian protester explicitly calling for the murder of pro-Israel counter-protesters, who were carrying American and Israeli flags.

The protests coincided with the congressional testimony last week of Columbia University President Nemat Shafik and other university officials about the problem of antisemitism on campus. All of them admitted it was a problem — but could not explain the lenient treatment given to students and others who had violated university policies.

Columbia has been a hotbed of student protest since the 1960s, when it was the first university at which students occupied an administration building to protest the Vietnam War. But it has been a specific center of anti-Israel radicalism since the era of radical Palestinian intellectual Edward Said, who worked at Columbia as a professor.

Despite being located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, a disproportionately Jewish (and Dominican) area of Manhattan, Columbia has seen explicitly antisemitic protests since the Hamas terror attacks of October 7. On Friday, an Israeli professor posted video of Islamic prayers at the protests, suggesting the religious core of the demonstration.

The standoff at Columbia is expected to continue into this week.
