We’re experiencing another night of rioting. It’s getting nasty. People are starting to get hurt. Scores of local businesses across the country have been destroyed. These establishments were already pinched by the coronavirus lockdowns. Now, they’ve been burned down by rioters exploiting the death of George Floyd who died under police custody in Minneapolis. Floyd was arrested for a nonviolent crime, false documents. He was apprehended, placed in handcuffs, and then ex-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on the back of his neck for nearly ten minutes. Floyd cried out that he couldn’t breathe. He later died. All four officers were fired, with Chauvin being arrested on third-degree murder and manslaughter charges.

Yet, that wasn’t enough. Protests have erupted across the country and scores of rioters are using this incident to inflict destruction on a massive scale. The Blaze TV’s Elijah Schaffer was covering the riots in Dallas. It appears he extricated himself from the area, as it was getting way too dangerous, but not before capturing a man who appeared to be attempting to defend a local business get brutally beaten by a mob. Initially, it looked as if we were witnesses to a murder. Schaffer called emergency services for the man, who is alive but gravely injured. He was stomped on, hit with rocks, and one man hit him with his skateboard. Schaffer, citing what he calls his reliable source, also reported that the FBI is on the scene as well. We’ll circle back on that, but for now—it’s chaos across the country.
The leadership in Minneapolis, the epicenter for the slew of riots erupting across the country, is pathetic. Jacob Frey, the mayor of Minneapolis, actually doled out a PSA to the rioters, telling them not to forget—you ready for this—the COVID social distancing guidelines. Gov. Tim Walz tried to blame white supremacists for the chaos and violence, a claim that the Minneapolis Department of Public Safety could not confirm. It’s a mess. You give the mob an inch, and they will vandalize, loot, and burn up to 700 miles or more. This ‘giving these left-wing mobs space to destroy’ is the lawlessness addiction exhibited by members of the Democratic Party. And people wonder why Republicans are more trusted on security and maintaining law and order. This is madness.
Floyd’s death is a tragedy. It’s horrific. There should be protests, but we’re long past that point now. It’s a riot. And with every passing day, Floyd’s vicious end is being lost in the wanton destruction caused by these lefty mobs. Officer Chauvin should be charged. The other three officers should face charges as well and they probably will in due time. I’m a law and order conservative. I tend to side with law enforcement in most matters, as the evidence usually justifies whatever use of force incident the media harps on in an attempt to blame President Trump. But this was murder. It’s all on video.

Floyd was in handcuffs. He was apprehended. He didn’t have to die. It was a forgery charge, for God’s sake. It’s an outrage. But every night a city is burned to the ground, it just tarnishes his memory and closes the window to use this ghastly homicide as a means to bring some changes. Law enforcement in this area has issues. We have Floyd, Justine Damond, who was shot and killed after calling 911, and Philando Castile, a law-abiding concealed carry holder who was shot and killed by police in Falcon Heights, a suburb of the Twin Cities.
That gets less attention when the mob destroys and in this case, nearly beats a man to death in full view of the public.

UPDATE: We have footage from another angle showing the man beaten savagely was armed with a sword. He did go after some of the rioters, who pelted him with rocks beforehand. When he made that move to go after the rioters, he was overwhelmed and beaten up badly. It still looks like his intention was to defend the storefront. It was not a smart move and he was nearly killed because of it. Schaffer uploaded the new footage:

49 Shot in Chicago Over Memorial Day Weekend

In Chicago, at least 49 people were shot (10 fatally) over the Memorial Day weekend, according to ABC 7 Chicago. It was the worst Memorial Day weekend shooting since 2015.
"The violence throughout the city on Memorial Day weekend was nothing short of alarming,” said Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown on Tuesday.
One man, Tobias O'Neal, 41, was found near midnight Friday on the sidewalk on Chicago's South Side "with gunshot wounds throughout his body," reported ABC 7.

A young man, 27, was fatally shot in the stomach early on Saturday, on the South Side.
In another case, "[s]omeone approached 16-year-old Darnell Fisher about 10:05 p.m. in the 6100-block of South Indiana Avenue and shot him in the chest and arm, authorities said. The boy was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center and pronounced dead. He lived in Washington Park."
Also on Saturday evening, a 28-year-old man was shot in the head and died, reported ABC 7. He had been standing on the sidewalk and two men were seen fleeing the scene.

Another man, 45, was out on the sidewalk at 3:52 a.m., Sunday, when he was gunned down by a shooter in a black SUV.
In another incident, on Sunday about 3:00 p.m. "a male was in a vehicle in an alley in the 400-block of East 103rd Street when someone walked up and fired shots, police said. He was shot in the face and chest and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead," said ABC 7.
In one of the non-fatal shootings, "a 15-year-old boy was shot multiple times Saturday in South Shore," said the local affiliate. "He got into an argument at 12:49 a.m. with the driver of a blue SUV, according to police. The driver then got out and shot the teen in the face, chest and abdomen. The boy was taken to Comer Children's Hospital in critical condition."

In addition to the weekend violence, ABC News reported that although the coronavirus "has kept so many people home and temporarily shuttered businesses, homicides in Chicago are on the rise this year. According to police crime statistics posted online, between Jan. 1 and May 24, the city had 200 homicides, compared with 176 during the same period last year. The number of shooting incidents climbed from 679 to 826."

Similarly, the statistical fact that African-Americans commit murder at a vastly higher per capita rate than do white Americans is not something you are supposed to mention in the press, but at least dissidents in the comments can cite a PDF issued by the federal Bureau of Justice Statistic s back in 2011 that found that blacks were, per capita, 7.4 times as likely to be murder offenders as whites, with whites, curiously, including almost all Hispanics.

So, we have local black gang associates posting terror threats on social media -- threats of murder, by burning, directed at the women and children family members of white police employees -- immediately before the murder, by burning, of the white teenage daughter of a local police department employee. Plus, the killing took place only minutes after the victim was seen on video at the same location as the husband or boyfriend of the person who posted the threats, as he was filling a handheld can with gasoline.

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.
The New York Times called them "sidewalk ministers" who practice "tough love." The paper quoted Heidi Beirich of the Southern Poverty Law Center who described them as victims of racism and claimed that they were non-violent.
The Washington Post, in its own puff piece on the Black Hebrew Israelites, also falsely described them as non-violent, and concluded that, "Israelite street preaching in parts of D.C., Philadelphia and New York is commonplace, a familiar if odd accent to city life."
The odd accent to city life in Jersey City came amid a hail of bullets as two members of the racist black nationalist hate group opened fire in the JC Supermarket. Despite initial claims by the media and the authorities that the Jewish market had not been targeted, David Anderson and Francine Graham ignored passerby on Martin Luther King Dr, to get to the store and kill as many Jewish people as they could.
When the shooting had ended, Moshe Hersh Deutsch, a yeshiva student who was known for helping distribute food packages to the needy, Mrs Leah Mindel Ferencz, a mother of 3 who helped her husband run the grocery store, and Miguel Jason Rodriguez, the father of an 11-year-old daughter and a parishioner at an Assemblies of God church, were all dead.
Anderson, who left behind anti-Semitic and anti-police writings, had also killed Detective Joseph Seals, a father of 5, and wounded Officer Ray Sanchez and Officer Ferenella Fernandez.
The black nationalist terrorist had hated cops and Jews. He managed to kill both.
The media whitewash of the racist Black Israelites had come during the Covington Catholic case when the Washington Post, among other papers, had falsely blamed the pro-life students for a confrontation that actually began when members of the nationalist hate group had begun calling them, “crackers,” “faggots,” and “pedophiles.” An African-American pro-life student was called the ‘n-word’.
Rep. Ilhan Omar, who has her own history of racism and anti-Semitism, falsely claimed that the Covington Catholic students were “taunting 5 black men.”
The New York Times equivocated that members of the hate group “use blunt and sometimes offensive language, and gamely engage in arguments”. The typical “offensive language” and argumentative style of the Times’ second favorite racist hate group involves shouting racist and anti-Semitic slurs at people.
David Anderson, the Kosher supermarket shooter, had a whole YouTube playlist of such ugly incidents. In one video, a Black Israelite preacher shouts, “Satan is in you” at a Jewish man. “You stole our history. You are pretending to be us. The messiah, who is a black man, is going to kill you.”
Gamely indeed.
In another video, a Black Israelite preacher calls a Jewish teen a member of the “Synagogue of Satan”. “We want our book back and we want our land back,” the preacher demands. “Go back to Russia.”
You can see why Rep. Ilhan Omar might have felt called to defend the racist hate group.
“They move you all over the earth, but we know who you are. You are part of the Zionist deception. You go among the earth to spread Zionism, which is really Catholicism,” he rants. “Witchcraft and sorcery.”
Such statements may seem deranged, but they’re typical of the supremacist theology of the hate group.
Previous incidents involving the hate group have been even uglier with a video that doesn’t appear on Anderson’s playlist showcasing a Black Israelite preacher shouting, "The Holocaust is a damn joke! Heil Hitler!" A documentary shows another preacher standing on a prone white man and declaiming, "We're coming for you, white boys. Negroes are the real Jews. Get ready for war.”
It’s no wonder that Tom Metzger a KKK leader and the founder of the White Aryan Resistance, had described them, as "the black counterparts of us".
And yet, the New York Times concluded its whitewash of the hate group with a closing quote by Todd Boyd, a professor of race and culture at UCLA, which claimed that, "To many black people, Hebrew Israelites are a harmless part of their communities."
No doubt to many white people the KKK are a harmless part of their communities. Racist hate groups are the bigger problem for people who aren’t a member of their race.
"More alarming to many African Americans," the UCLA professor of race had argued, is "seeing a white guy in a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat."
The dead at the JC Supermarket would have liked to have seen a MAGA had instead of black coats.
The whitewash of the Black Israelite hate group was the work of John Eligon, a reporter hired by the New York Times to report on race, who had previously defended Rep. Ilhan Omar’s anti-Semitism, and had injected black nationalist sympathies into his writing. The Washington Post’s whitewash of the hate group was the work of Sam Kestenbaum, a contributing editor at the radical leftist The Forward. The anti-Jewish paper has a long history of whitewashing and defending anti-Semitism by its political allies.
But the problem is much bigger than just the media’s whitewash of the Black Israelites.
The FBI’s warning about the threat of “black identity extremism” was met with a wave of attacks by the media. A New York Times op-ed warned of "The F.B.I.’s Dangerous Crackdown on ‘Black Identity Extremists’" The Intercept, a notorious radical hate site funded by Franco-Persian eBay billionaire Pierre Omidyar, joined in. "Why the FBI's "Black Identity Extremist" Classification Is Dangerous," Teen Vogue had argued. The Nation had warned of a "Coming War on 'Black Nationalists'".
Rep. Karen Bass, a militant anti-Israel Democrat, despite representing a partially Jewish district, attacked former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the FBI, and other officials over the BIE category. This was after the murder of 4 Dallas police officers by Micah X. Johnson and Kori Ali Muhammad's targeted killing of three white men in Fresno.
“I don’t believe black identity extremists exist, and I believe the FBI should retract the document and send out a document throughout law enforcement saying that black identity extremists do not exist,” Bass had ranted.
This year, under pressure, the FBI jettisoned the BIE term. Just in time for the Kosher market shooting.
The FBI report helps police officers prepare for coming threats. By undermining the warnings about black nationalist violence, Rep. Bass, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and every media activist and politician who went to bat for black nationalist racists sabotaged police preparedness.
And they have blood on their hands.
The media is already embracing the familiar narrative about lone wolves and individual instability. That’s the same story we hear after acts of violence by members of a movement that it is politically allied with.
Hate groups, whether it’s the KKK or the Black Israelites, or campus hate groups like the Groypers or SJP, should be exposed with clear and honest facts about who they are and what they believe.
When political activists and media whitewashes cover up the truth for partisan reasons, people can die.
A father of five with a badge, a mother of three running a grocery store, a man working to support his daughter, another man delivering food packages, did not have to die. If the truth had been told about the Black Israelites, they might still be alive today. Instead the media lied and they are gone.
Truly standing up against racism and anti-Semitism means jettisoning partisan agendas for the truth.
Rep. Karen Bass, the New York Times, The Intercept, the ACLU, and others colluded to tie the hands of the FBI and local police because they see black nationalists like Anderson as allies in their cause.
After the attack, a representative from Americans Against Anti-Semitism, an organization which, unlike the ADL, actually opposes hate wherever it comes from, took a camera to record local reactions.
"I blame the Jews. We never had a shooting like this until they came," one resident bellows. “My children are stuck at school because of Jew shenanigans.”
"Four of y'all are dead right? That's great. If they was there, they got shot dead, that's great," a man says.
"Get the Jews out of Jersey City," someone else shouts.
There’s nothing extraordinary about this. It’s the everyday hate that we can’t talk about. The hate that the media is quick to cover up. If you want to understand why children are beaten on Brooklyn streets and why a Kosher supermarket was shot up, it’s because we aren’t allowed to talk about it.
Evil needs silence and complicity. The media and Democrat politicians are guilty of both.
The Ferencz family, Moishe and Leah, opened a small market on Martin Luther King Dr. They filled the narrow aisles with bread, juice, candy, milk, and the household staples you need when time is short.
They worked late hours.
And then, while Moishe was praying next door, the black nationalist bigots whom the New York Times, the Washington Post, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and Rep. Karen Bass had defended, killed her husband.
That is the story that the media won’t tell. But it must be told.
WINDOW INTO THE DEPRAVED BLACK SUBCULTURE

Anti-police activists and the mainstream media are incensed at the suggestion that the Black Lives Matter movement could have influenced the behavior of the four individuals in Chicago who tortured a disabled white man for hours last week while yelling “Fuck white people” and “Fuck Donald Trump.” In one sense, the activists and media are right: The influences were broader than that. They include the reign of racial victimology, inner-city gang culture, and black anti-white animus.

As for interracial violence generally, blacks disproportionately commit it. Between 2012 and 2015, there were 631,830 violent interracial victimizations, excluding homicide, between blacks
and whites, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics. Blacks, who make up 13 percent of the U.S. population, committed 85.5 percent of those victimizations, or 540,360 felonious assaults on whites, while whites, 61 percent of the population, committed 14.4 percent, or 91,470 felonious assaults on blacks. Regarding threats to blacks from the police, a police officer is 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is to be killed by a police officer.
Anti-cop activist Shaun King says that his involvement in the campaign around the Jazmine Barnes murder was not driven by reports that a white man had killed the seven-year-old girl, who was gunned down in Houston on December 30. According to Barnes’s mother and 15-year-old sister, the white driver of a pickup truck had pulled up next to the family’s car before opening fire. The accusation set off a frenzy of hate-crime allegations and blanket coverage by the New York Times. King offered a $100,000 reward to anyone who located the suspect.
As it turned out, Jazmine Barnes was killed by two black men, who opened fire on her mother’s car because they thought that they were targeting enemies of their gang. King passed along a tip about the real killers to the Houston police, and now says that he merely “internalized the pain of the family and tried to search as if it were my own child who was killed.” Race, in other words, had nothing to do with his activism.
It’s worth remembering, though, the many other black children who have been victims of drive-by shootings without leading King to launch a national crusade.
A sampling: in March 2015, a six-year-old boy was killed in a drive-by shooting on West Florissant Avenue in St. Louis, as Black Lives Matter protesters were converging on the Ferguson, Missouri, Police Department to demand the resignation of the entire department. In August 2015, a nine-year-old girl was killed by a bullet from a drive-by shooting in Ferguson while doing her homework in her bedroom, blocks from the Black Lives Matter rioting thoroughfare. Five children were shot in Cleveland over the 2015 Fourth of July weekend. A seven-year-old boy was killed in Chicago that same weekend by a bullet intended for his father. In Cincinnati, in July 2015, a four-year-old girl was shot in the head and a six-year-old girl was left paralyzed and partially blind from two separate drive-by shootings. In Cleveland, three children five and younger were killed in September 2015, leading the black police chief to break down in tears and ask why the community only protests shootings of blacks when the perpetrator is a cop. In November 2015, a nine-year-old in Chicago was lured into an alley and killed by his father’s gang enemies; the father refused to cooperate with the police. All told, ten children under the age of ten were killed in Baltimore in 2015; twelve victims were between the age of ten and seventeen.
In 2016, a three-year-old girl in Baltimore was partially paralyzed by a drive-by shooting. In Chicago in 2016, two dozen children under the age of 12 were shot in drive-bys, including a three-year-old boy mowed down on Father’s Day 2016 who is now paralyzed for life and a ten-year-old boy shot in August; his pancreas, intestines, kidney, and spleen were torn apart. A Jacksonville 22-month-old was shot to death by a passing car last June. In September, three men killed three-year-old Azalya Anderson in a drive-by in Sacramento, and a week before Christmas in Bridgeport, a 12-year-old boy was shot and killed on his way home from the candy store in a drive-by shooting.
Why did King let these shootings of black children go by without responding as he did to Jazmine Barnes’s murder? Could it be because the perpetrators were black? You could end all white shootings of black children tomorrow and it would have zero effect on the death rate of black children by homicide, because such white-on-black shootings are extremely rare. Moral abominations, like the 2015 Charleston church massacre by white supremacist Dylann Roof, are aberrations that belong to the outermost lunatic fringe of American society. The country’s revulsion at the Charleston carnage was immediate and universal, resulting in a movement to banish the Confederate flag, embraced by Roof as a white supremacist symbol, from official sites.
If Shaun King and other Black Lives Matter activists really want to save black children from the trauma of urban violence, they should put their efforts into rebuilding inner-city culture—above all, by revalorizing a married father as the best gift a mother can give her child. Fantasies about white violence against “black bodies” are a distraction from what is actually happening on American streets.

Walter Williams tackles the elephant in the room on crime
Dr. Williams is a well known conservative economist and longtime John Olin Chair faculty at George Mason University in eastern Virginia, author of 12 books and syndicated columnist. In the past, he has been substitute host on the Rush Limbaugh radio program. He is almost like family to me, and I have benefited from his essays and books over the years. This past week, I saw and read his essay on disparities in crime rates among races that was picked up by Military in its October 2019 issue. What got Dr. Williams going was the article by Matthew DeLisi of Iowa State U and John Paul Wright of the U of Cincinnati titled "What Criminologists Don't Say and Why."
Dr. Williams confirms that the writers are right about the liberal tilt of criminologists — "If criminologists have the guts to even talk about a race-crime connection, it's behind closed doors and in guarded language. Any discussion about race and crime ... can mean the end of one's professional career."
Dr. Williams points out teen black-on-white predatory behavior — chronicled in detail by many, particularly Colin Flaherty, whose investigative reports appear frequently (more than 100) at American Thinker — cannot be reported, mentioned, or considered by the media, politicians, criminologists, commentators, politicians, even law enforcement people without risking being called racist, the easy epithet used to enforce a ban on talking about the realities of racial disparities in crime and the increasingly violent nature of black violence against whites — the knockout game, polar bear hunting, flash mob violence against people and property.
Referencing the Wright and DeLisi report, Dr. Williams comments on another reality: that the rate of black homicide and armed robbery as well as other violent crimes are as is as much as 15–30 times more than whites, for example, and he points out the silliness of criminologists' claims that mass incarceration rather than criminality has decimated the black community. He favorably quotes Wright and DeLisi when they say, "What they [criminals] did, in reality was to prey on their neighbors."
Dr. Williams returns to a theme he has explored many times before in this essay and commentary when he points out that the black family of the past was two parents and stable, even back to days of slavery, and that the black community was moral and law-abiding. "The strong character of black people is responsible for the great progress made from emancipation to today. ... [T]oday's conduct among black youth wouldn't have been tolerated yesteryear."
My regret is there aren't enough Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell types to engage the nutty attitudes of liberal chatterbox experts.

BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE Data,
of crime and policing than this weekend’s demonstrations suggest.
The FBI released its official crime tally for 2016 today, and the data flies in the face of the rhetoric that professional athletes rehearsed in revived Black Lives Matter protests over the weekend. Nearly 900 additional blacks were killed in 2016 compared with 2015, bringing the black homicide-victim total to 7,881. Those 7,881 “black bodies,” in the parlance of Ta-Nehisi Coates, are 1,305 more than the number of white victims (which in this case includes most Hispanics) for the same period, though blacks are only 13 percent of the nation’s population. The increase in black homicide deaths last year comes on top of a previous 900-victim increase between 2014 and 2015.
Who is killing these black victims? Not whites, and not the police, but other blacks. In 2016, the police fatally shot 233 blacks, the vast majority armed and dangerous, according to the Washington Post. The Post categorized only 16 black male victims of police shootings as “unarmed.” That classification masks assaults against officers and violent resistance to arrest. Contrary to the Black Lives Matter narrative, the police have much more to fear from black males than black males have to fear from the police. In 2015, a police officer was 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male was to be killed by a police officer. Black males have made up 42 percent of all cop-killers over the last decade, though they are only 6 percent of the population. That 18.5 ratio undoubtedly worsened in 2016, in light of the 53 percent increase in gun murders of officers—committed vastly and disproportionately by black males. Among all homicide suspects whose race was known, white killers of blacks numbered only 243.
Violent crime has now risen by a significant amount for two consecutive years. The total number of violent crimes rose 4.1 percent in 2016, and estimated homicides rose 8.6 percent. In 2015, violent crime rose by nearly 4 percent and estimated homicides by nearly 11 percent. The last time violence rose two years in a row was 2005–06. The reason for the current increase is what I have called the Ferguson Effect. Cops are backing off of proactive policing in high-crime minority neighborhoods, and criminals are becoming emboldened. Having been told incessantly by politicians, the media, and Black Lives Matter activists that they are bigoted for getting out of their cars and questioning someone loitering on a known drug corner at 2 AM, many officers are instead just driving by. Such stops are discretionary; cops don’t have to make them. And when political elites demonize the police for just such proactive policing, we shouldn’t be surprised when cops get the message and do less of it. Seventy-two percent of the nation’s officers say that they and their colleagues are now less willing to stop and question suspicious persons, according to a Pew Research poll released in January 2016. The reason is the persistent anti-cop climate.
Four studies came out in 2016 alone rebutting the charge that police shootings are racially biased. If there is a bias in police shootings, it works in favor of blacks and against whites. That truth has not stopped the ongoing demonization of the police—including, now, by many of the country’s ignorant professional athletes. The toll will be felt, as always, in the inner city, by the thousands of law-abiding people there who desperately want more police protection.
Tessa Majors’ Murder Just Tip Of New York City’s Crime Iceberg

At long last, Rashaun Weaver has been arrested for the murder of Barnard College student Tessa Majors back on December 11 2019. Remember, the police had Weaver in custody but let him go [14-Year-Old Is Released Without Charges in Tessa Majors Case, by Edgar Sandoval, New York Times, December 26, 2019]. A second suspect, Zyairr Davis, 13, had already been charged—but in Family Court [Judge sets murder trial date for teen boy in Tessa Majors stabbing death, by Anthony M. DeStefano, Newsday, January 2, 2020]. A third suspect, also questioned but also released, is still free. This agonizing pace is the direct result of the race-whipped pro-crime policies of New York City Mayor Bill DiBlasio, which I predict may yet succeed in denying Majors justice. And it’s the tip of the iceberg: Soon it will not be possible to disguise that we’re headed back to the high-crime era of 1980s.
In Majors’ case, the New York City Police Department also did its part. Tellingly, as with the Knoxville Horror, depolicing had let Davis’ gang of muggers run amok in the area until they murdered her.

But, of course, the NYPD has not arrested the accomplices who harbored him while he healed and charged them as accessories.
The police know that Bill de Blasio will not have their back. His New York is city of re-emerging super-predators—the term popularized during the 1990s by criminologist John J. DiIulio Jr. to describe the ever younger boys, mostly black, who were psychopathic crime machines. The Left demonized and misrepresented the concept, DiIulio got scared, and the problem was turned upside down. Now, black super-predators are “victims” [Return of the Super-Predators, by Brian Johnson, Jackson Free Press, August 30, 2006].
Not that de Blasio created this world. The architects are the black sperm donors who knocked up their girlfriends but disappeared when it came time to raise their children, and mothers who deliberately raised racist, violent felons [Who’ll Stop the Rain?, Nicholas Stix, Uncensored, June 15, 2008].
Of course, we have seen generations of dueling myths about it. According to the Left’s favorite myth, black criminals of all ages are innocent “victims of racism.” And Republicans claim credit for miraculous reductions in crime—which, in my opinion as a New Yorker, were themselves substantially mythical.
Thus during the mid-to-late 1990s, the Daily News and Newsday exposed one fake stat scandal after another, including the NYPD’s cooking the crime stats, but typically acted as if the different scandals were unrelated. Beginning in 1996, in a series of exposés, I showed the patterns [1996, 2002a, 2002b, 2004, 2007, 2011, 2012, 2012b, 2012c, 2012d, 2014a, 2014b]. Here’s another example:
The murder rate, muddled by the NYPD’s strange habit of ‘reclassifying’ dozens of murders whose precipitating violent incident took place years before, is roughly flat. But the city’s insistence that overall crime remains at record lows sounds increasingly more plaintive than boastful, as if this is the best we can do.

Gelinas knows much more than she says, given her classic article on crime in New Orleans [Who’s Killing New Orleans?, City Journal, August 2005]. But in any event as NYPD officials were appointed police chiefs or got consultant gigs around the country, ordinary cops degenerated into professional liars, and manufactured fakestats, and with them the rule of crime spread.
That’s how murders committed by blacks became “accidental deaths” or “suicides,” and first-degree and aggravated attempted rapes became “trespassing,” as these three stories show:

(In contrast, however, by-the-book, justifiable homicides in which cops defend themselves are now “murders.” Of course, this discourages honest policing even more).
Observers such as Heather Mac Donald had only two possible explanations for the (supposed) crime reduction: stop-question-frisk and “broken windows” policing, which attacks low-level, “quality-of-life” misdemeanors (panhandling, fare evasion, public urination and public drinking).
But I don’t buy it.
De Blasio all but ended stop-question-frisk, which had taken thousands of guns off of New York’s streets. And “broken windows policing” was sabotaged from the get-go. Judges routinely threw out quality-of-life charges, while prosecutors often threw them out before they ever reached court. [Letter From New York City | Crime Stories, Chronicles, August 1996]
Under de Blasio, the city’s criminals enjoy criminal amnesties that were expressly cooked up for blacks and Hispanics under “disparate impact” sophistry. Another one is reportedly coming soon [A criminal justice reform would give thousands a clean slate — if only they would apply, by David Brand, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, November 25, 2019]. Amnesties were already institutionalized no later than the 1980s, by the way. A misdemeanant would get an ACD (adjudication in contemplation of dismissal), help clean a city park for a couple of days, go six months without being re-arrested, and the arrest would be expunged.
De Blasio also conceived a free crime program for drug criminals over 40 [Narcotics cops ordered to stop arresting suspects over 40, by Daniel Prendergast, Shawn Cohen and Jamie Schram, New York Post, May 20, 2015]. And he all but eliminated most school discipline. With his blessing, black and brown thugs can now curse teachers, engage in violence, and block all education.
Similarly, New York State has just created a felons’ paradise for black and brown thugs through “criminal justice reform,” whereby bail has been virtually ended so that thugs can commit more crimes more quickly [New York bail reform under fire amid wave of anti-Semitic attacks, by Ronn Blitzer, Fox News, January 2, 2020]. According to de Blasio, the wave of anti-Semitic attacks by blacks is the fault of “white nationalists” and President Trump [Latest anti-Semitic attacks make it clear: Hatred of Jews doesn't just come from white supremacists, by Beth Bailey, Washington Examiner, December 30, 2019].
Black New York Attorney General Letitia James’ contribution was to demand that the NYPD cease arresting black farebeaters, who practically have a monopoly on the crime.
Even when the city or a precinct admits, as my area’s did in November, 2018, that two of the seven “index crimes,” felony assault and burglary, have increased, they insist “that a decrease in crime contained a surge of unpleasant incidents this month” [Assaults Continue Despite Crime Decrease, by Ray Vann, The Wave, November 30, 2018].
Citywide, the NYPD told a similar story three months later. Homicides jumped 37 percent and rapes 19 percent early last year. Yet “despite the increase in murders,” the Daily News reported, “the city’s overall crime rate was down 11% in February and down 9% for the year” [Homicides in NYC up 37% so far this year, driven by stunning 50% spike in February, by Rocco Parascandola and Graham Rayman, March 4, 2019].
While it is mathematically possible for crime overall to go down as two felony index crime rates are exploding, it is highly unlikely.
(The index crimes are murder, rape, robbery, assault, burglary, grand larceny and grand theft auto. The FBI also counts arson).
How did the other five categories decrease so much that crime went down overall? In the real world, a crime explosion hits all sectors. The same felons who rape and murder also rob and burglarize, often at the same time.
Graham Rayman of the lefty Village Voice, now a crime writer at the Daily News, wrote a series and a book about Schoolcraft and the fakestats. But nothing has changed.
Rayman’s offering in the Voice opened with a money quote from a supervisor:
“You know, I’ve been doing this over eight years. I’ve seen a lot. The lengths people will go to try not to take a report, or not take a report for a seven major [crime]. So nothing surprises me anymore.”
It might not have surprised the supervisor or even NYPD’s brass, but it likely surprised taxpayers who expect the cops “to protect and serve.”
While we’ve all heard about the low-crime renaissance of the city beginning in the mid-1990s under Rudy Giuliani, I’m here to tell you it never happened. New York, despite what de Blasio and his predecessor Mike Bloomberg say, is not the safest big city in America.
Tessa Majors would tell you, too, but she can’t.
The super-predators who now rule the streets for their friendly monarch, Bill de Blasio, saw to that.
And no amount of fake stats will be able to hide what’s coming next.
Black Chicago Judge Lies About Bail Reform Plan He Ordered...Defendants Released Committed HUNDREDS Of Violent Crimes

What happens when a black judge in Chicago, who happens to be the chief judge of Cook County, lies about the consequences of reducing or eliminating monetary bail for many defendants (which he lamented in 2017 disproportionately impacts black and brown criminals)?
Nothing.
Because we live in a nation where black people have no agency, and structural racism/implicit whiteness/white privilege is the true evil.

Cook County Chief Judge Timothy Evans for months has defended the bail reform he ordered by citing an analysis produced by the office he runs.
His report, released in May, noted that Chicago saw no increase in violent crime after judges began implementing those reforms by reducing or eliminating monetary bail for many pretrial defendants. Far more of these defendants were released from custody, yet only “a very small fraction” were charged afterward with a new violent offense, the report states.
But a Tribune investigation has found flaws in both the data underlying Evans’ report and the techniques he used to analyze it — issues that minimize the number of defendants charged with murder and other violent crimes after being released from custody under bail reform.
One central conclusion of Evans’ analysis was that only 147 felony defendants released from custody in the 15 months after bail reform went on to be charged with new violent crimes, or 0.6% of the total. He has called this a “rare” occurrence.
But Evans’ definition of violent crime, while acceptable to criminologists under some circumstances, was limited to six offenses and excluded numerous others, including domestic battery, assault, assault with a deadly weapon, battery, armed violence and reckless homicide.
Hundreds of these charges were filed against people released after bail reform took effect, according to data Evans provided after the Tribune filed a public records petition to the Illinois Supreme Court. If those charges were included in the analysis, the total would be at least four times higher, the Tribune found.
The report’s underlying data also was flawed in multiple ways that led to an undercount of murders and other violent crimes allegedly committed by people out on bail.
In one example, the Tribune identified 21 defendants who allegedly committed murder after being released from custody in the 15 months after bail reform. Evans’ report said there were three.
Among the reasons for that disparity:
- Evans’ analysis included only those defendants whose initial charge was a felony; it excluded those charged with a misdemeanor, which is far more common. Five of the murder defendants found by the Tribune had bonded out of jail on misdemeanor charges. Four of them had past felony convictions from attempted murder to armed robbery, and three had served prison time.
- The analysis counted only the first new charge against defendants after they were released from custody. The Tribune identified two people who were released, charged with another crime, released again and then charged with murder, all within the time period being examined. Those later murder charges were not entered into the database used for the report.
- Evans excluded three murder defendants whose first charge occurred before bail reform — even though they were released on bond after the reforms took effect in September 2017.
- Mistakes in data entry and incomplete court records marred the data set used in the analysis.
In one case, a reputed gang member released on a no-cash bond after a felony gun charge allegedly shot and killed a city Streets and Sanitation worker who was driving home to his three children, in what prosecutors called a case of mistaken identity.
That defendant was not included in Evans’ analysis because a pretrial risk assessment was not entered into the data set, the Tribune found. At least 2,334 felony defendants did not receive an assessment — to gauge the likelihood they will commit a crime or fail to reappear if released — and were not part of Evans’ analysis, his office acknowledged.
“You always think that if they didn’t release him my son would still be alive, and my grandchildren would still have their father,” said Michelle Jones-Vincent, the mother of the victim, Terrell Jones. “That’s always going through your head. I always wonder if the outcome would have been different if he would have remained incarcerated and not released on bail.”
Twenty-one defendants released who then went on to commit murder, when the black judge’s report claimed three. Seven times the actual number…
We live in a society where law and order is a concept long retired; in its place is a bastardized form of justice, entirely racialized to benefit non-white (primarily black) criminals, at the expense of the declining white majority and the civilization their ancestors long ago built, but is being dismantled brick by demographic brick.

New York City has a population 14 times that of Baltimore (8.6 million to 619,000).
Over the past three years, 70 percent black Baltimore has had more murders than New York City.
In 2017. In 2018. And in 2019.
Not per capita, not per 100,000, but in actual numbers.
Think about that for a moment.
Baltimore has a population of 619,000 people, of who 70 percent are black.
New York City has a population of 8.6 million people.
And Baltimore is far, far more dangerous.
For New York City in 2019:

Do you understand just how violent the black population of Baltimore is, and why stop and frisk is such a vital tool for police in their war against crime?
In 2019, Baltimore had a homicide rate of 57 per 100,000, making it one of the most dangerous cities on the planet. Question: What’s the homicide rate for blacks in the city, considering whites make up 25% of the population yet committed virtually none of the murders in 2019?

She was a white female, her murderers were black men. They shot her in the back and laughed about it later in court.
It was big news for the centuries old southern city, because crime in this haunted municipality tends to be intra-racial.
This writer happened to be not far from where the inter-racial murder took place, and foolishly wondered if it would be national news.
Obviously, it would not.
Flash-forward to 2019, and the majority black city of Savannah is home to one of the most violent populations in America. Any guess as to who/whom is responsible? One hint: President Donald Trump is constantly bragging about how low their unemployment rate is…

Savannah police Chief Roy Minter stressed the importance of community involvement while discussing the city’s 2019 crime trends at the monthly meeting of the Savannah Branch of the NAACP on Sunday.
The police chief, entering his second year in the post, told those in attendance about the things he set out to address within the department in 2019, including raising the salaries of newly hired officers, making a more equitable pay structure for senior staff members and upgrading the technology used by officers in the field.
Minter mentioned the shooting briefly in his presentation, saying it was one of “the challenges that we face on a daily basis.”
He stressed the need for community involvement, asking those in attendance to come forward with crime tips.
“Someone once asked me, they said, ‘You know what, chief? When crime goes up in the community, people are quick to blame the police chief; they’re quick to blame the sheriff.’ But they said, ‘You know what? Who holds the community accountable?’” Minter said.
Minter said that this year, he hopes to have residents become a more integral part of policing the city, pointing to a citizen-based initiative used in Texas by Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson.
One of the strategies in Dallas’ initiative was to “hire and train credible messengers from within high violence neighborhoods as violence interrupters to keep resolvable conflicts from escalating into gun violence,” Minter said.
Other facets of the Dallas task force that Minter hopes to incorporate in 2020 include adding lighting in dimly lit areas of the city and putting more cameras in high crime areas.
Shootings remained prevalent in 2019, especially shootings involving young black men. The chief said the Central Precinct and East Side Precinct saw the most nonviolent shootings.
Minter said that last year, 92% of the victims of nonfatal shootings in Savannah were black, and 52% of victims were between the ages of 16 and 24. Of those shooting victims, 83% were black men.
Minter said the department’s Violent Crimes Task Force alone made 523 felony arrests, 280 misdemeanor arrests and confiscated “almost 270 weapons” and over $200,000 in currency.
“It’s time for us and Savannah to have a very loud and a very proud anti-violence message,” Minter said. “We need an anti-violence message that is not just preached, but it needs to be screamed from the pulpits in our community. It needs to be screamed from the schools. It needs to be screamed in the streets and it needs to be screamed in the homes. People need to know how serious our community is about violence in the community.”
The black police chief of Savannah basically told the NAACP of this city to tell blacks to stop committing all of the crime, and then blaming cops for it happening.
Jennifer Ross would be 33 today had she not been shot in the back by three black males on Christmas Eve back in 2005. No one remembers her name or the circumstances surrounding her death (three black men murdered her), but we must constantly pretend the source of black criminality in Savannah is anyone else’s fault save the individual black people collectively committing it.

Three suspects age 19 and younger have now been charged in the death of Charles County high schooler Bradley Brown, county officials announced.
Keshawn Belasco, 16, and Mikayle Qawwee, 19, of Waldorf, were charged with first-degree murder, gun charges and armed robbery, the county sheriff’s office said in an update Friday afternoon. Though Belasco is a juvenile, he was charged as an adult.
Belasco, Qawwee and 17-year-old suspect Darryl Freeman, who was arrested earlier this week, intended to rob Brown, charging documents say.
Officials said they texted each other two days prior, with one asking, “Where are the sweet licks?” in an apparent reference to committing a robbery.
Freeman appeared in court Friday morning wearing a striped jumpsuit. A judge denied bail.
Brown was killed Tuesday in the driveway of his home. The North Point High School senior was the son of a Prince George’s County detective and the brother of two county officers.
According to police, Brown had been selling THC vape cartridges and Freeman allegedly sold marijuana. Police said in court documents in Freeman’s case that Brown and Freeman communicated on Snapchat about the possible sale of THC vape cartridges. Both of the honors students and school athletes had a gun when they met at Brown’s home, the documents say. The gun found next to Brown was his father’s service weapon and hadn’t been fired.
Bradley Brown was a white teenager. The three individuals charged in murdering him were black males. These black males had planned to rob Bradley before the transaction. All of this happened in the most affluent black county in all of the United States.
His name is Bradley Brown. Tell your children and grandchildren his story (and his fate), as a reason you must stay away from drugs.
Her Name Is Madison Harris: White Teenager Murdered by Five Blacks in Biloxi, Mississippi
PK NOTE: Their Lives Matter Too. It’s a book you must pick up. Names you’ve never encountered, stories you’ve never read about, all for one, unmentionable reason: black on white murder.
Rest in peace, Madison. Your life mattered too.
It’s highly probable were her family to read this, they’d be more outraged at us noticing patterns and documenting who/whom murdered Madison Harris than with her death itself.
She was a white teenager, living in the post-racial society of Biloxi, Mississippi, where integration had occurred and members of the white working-class were beginning to emulate in dress and speech (increasingly in appearance) the culture of blacks.
Five blacks have now been arrested and charged in her murder during a robbery attempt. They were all teenagers.

Five teenagers are now charged with capital murder in the death of a 16-year-old Biloxi girl.
The five juveniles were arrested Monday shortly after the shooting and accused in the death of Madison Harris.
The teenagers are identified as follows: Yakeshia L. Blackmon, 17; Willow O. Blackmon, 15; Jasmine Joy-Sade Kelley, 15; Jarvis Jermaine Cook, 17; and Jaquez Devonte Porter, 17.
Police say the five Biloxi teens attempted to use a gun to rob Harris at a home in the 2000 block of Rustwood Drive, which is located just off Popps Ferry Road. An altercation took place and Harris was shot, said authorities.
The five juveniles fled in multiple directions, leading police to canvas the neighborhood looking for them. Witness statements and evidence found at the scene of the murder led investigators to locate all five suspects shortly after the shooting and piece together what happened to Harris.
A $1 million bond was set for all of the suspects except Jarvis Cook, who was already out on bond for an aggravated assault he is accused of committing last year in Gulfport. Cook is being held without bond.
Nonetheless, Her Name is Madison Harris. Were the races reversed, your death would be a national story, with the media trying to find ways to connect this modern-day lynching to Emmett Till. As is it, few outside of Biloxi and those reading this piece will ever stumble across how you died and who/whom took your life.
There is no double standard in America, only The Standard, dictating white people have no collective interests or concerns, and that violent interracial crime can only be reported if a white person (thereby all white people in the USA are guilty) is the suspect.

The statistics are right there, if you just know where to look. Florida is a 53 percent white state. Its population is 16 percent black.
The 2018 Florida Uniform Crime Report provides an interesting look at violent crime in the 53 percent white state:
- There were 712 known homicide offenders in 2018, with 388 of those offenders being black.
- This means 54 percent of known homicide offenders in the 16 percent black state of Florida in 2018 were black.
Though blacks are just 19 percent of the population, they represented 54 percent of the arrests for homicide in the state of Florida in 2018.

It should also be noted the publication here of the 2018 Florida Uniform Crime Report racial demographics for homicide represents the first time this data has been published by any news site or webzine. Not one newspaper or local ABC/CBS/NBC/FOX affiliate published this data in the state of Florida.
Racial disparities exist in the criminal justice system throughout the United States of America because blacks disproportionately commit the bulk of violent crime, necessitating not just imprisonment, but the forfeiture of their franchise.
