How The Biden Administration’s Immigration Policies Will Impact America
Description: As Iran races towards nuclear break-out, we need to be concerned about the potential that the Mullahs could call their sleeper agents into action if any measures are taken to stop their nuclear aspirations. We also need to focus on how the Biden amnesty -- for what he claims are 11 million illegal aliens -- would likely enable more than 100 million immigrants to be lawfully admitted into the United States. This would crash our economy and critical infrastructure, causing irrevocable damage.
MICHAEL CUTLER is a retired Senior Special Agent of the former INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service). Mr. Cutler provided testimony to the 9/11 Commission, has testified before well over a dozen Congressional hearings in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate and at legislative hearings conducted across the United States. One of the highest profile hearings at which he has testified was conducted by the House Immigration Subcommittee on March 19, 2002 on the topic, “INS'S March 2002 Notification Of Approval Of Change Of Status For Pilot Training For Terrorist Hijackers Mohammed Atta And Marwan Al-Shehhi.” That hearing can be viewed in its entirety on the C-SPAN video.

According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform’s 2017 report, illegal immigrants, and their children, cost American taxpayers a net $116 billion annually -- roughly $7,000 per alien annually. While high, this number is not an outlier: a recent study by the Heritage Foundation found that low-skilled immigrants (including those here illegally) cost Americans trillions over the course of their lifetimes, and a study from the National Economics Editorial found that illegal immigration costs America over $140 billion annually. As it stands, illegal immigrants are a massive burden on American taxpayers.

Roughly 14.5 million illegal aliens live across the United States, costing American taxpayers about $134 billion every year, a new study reveals.
An annual study released by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) finds that the illegal alien population in the U.S. has grown by at least 200,000 since 2019 and has cost taxpayers an additional $2 billion since last year.
Though the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. has increased, the FAIR study states that growth among the illegal alien population has slowed over the last year because of the Chinese coronavirus crisis and because of former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy, which stopped the practice of border crossers being released into the interior of the country.
“As many as 60 percent of all new illegal aliens in any given year are those who have overstayed visas,” FAIR researchers write. “Thanks to a timely travel freeze implemented by the Trump administration to stop the spread of the virus, far fewer people entered the United States in recent months, so far fewer people had the opportunity to overstay their visas.”
The growth of the illegal alien population and its fiscal burden on taxpayers has been enormous over the last decade, though. In 2010, for instance, FAIR estimated the illegal alien population stood at just over 11 million, indicating a more than 31 percent increase in the population in just ten years.
(Federation for American Immigration Reform)
(Federation for American Immigration Reform)
The study found that most illegal aliens in the U.S. tend to live near the southern border or in states that offer expansive sanctuary protections that shield them from arrest and deportation by federal immigration officials.
“The ten states with the largest estimated illegal alien populations account for just under three-fourths (71%) of the national illegal alien total,” the study states.
Most significantly, the study details the federal government’s ineffectiveness to properly count the illegal alien population — including the annual total of those who illegally cross U.S. borders and visa overstays.
“In truth, we do not know exactly how many people cross the border unlawfully and evade immigration authorities,” the researchers note. “We can only estimate these figures based on how many individuals U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement believe slip through their detection.”
The study comes as President Joe Biden is easing interior immigration enforcement by only prioritizing the arrest and detainment of those convicted of felonies and seeks a halt to deportations for at least 100 days.
Biden has also proposed an amnesty for nearly the entire illegal alien population, a policy that would add millions of foreign nationals to the U.S. labor market at a time of mass unemployment where 18 million Americans remain jobless.
Every year, the U.S. gives green cards to about 1.2 million legal immigrants and another 1.4 million visas to foreign nationals. The nation’s mass legal immigration process is in addition to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who successfully crossed the border or overstay their visas annually.

BIDEN PARTNERS WITH MEXICO TO
ORCHESTRATE ANOTHER MASSIVE MEX
INVASION OF DEM VOTING ILLEGALS.
https://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2020/11/the-biden-amnesty-and-mexicos-planned.html
"Mexican president candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador called for mass immigration to the United States, declaring it a "human right". We will defend all the (Mexican) invaders in the American," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life, job, welfare, and free medical in the United States."
"Fox’s Tucker Carlson noted Thursday that Obrador has previously proposed granting AMNESTY TO MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS. “America is now Mexico’s social safety net, and that’s a very good deal for the Mexican ruling class,” Carlson added."
"Many Americans forget is that our country is located against a socialist failed state that is promising to descend even further into chaos – not California, the other one. And the Mexicans, having reached the bottom of the hole they have dug for themselves, just chose to keep digging by electing a new leftist presidente who wants to surrender to the cartels and who thinks that Mexicans have some sort of “human right” to sneak into the U.S. and demographically reconquer it." KURT SCHLICHTER
As in 2016, Democrats advance a corrupt ruling-class candidate. Like the dead man Gary Ernst, Democrats want people to vote for Joe Biden so they can swap him out for Kamala Harris, already a beneficiary of voter fraud and with the exception of Xavier Becerra possibly the worst attorney general in California history.
Mexican leader says Biden
offers $4B for Central
America
López Obrador, who spoke Friday with Biden by phone, said the two discussed immigration and the need to address the root causes of why people migrate.
Mexico has stopped recent attempts by caravans of Central American migrants to cross Mexico.
Biden’s call with López Obrador also came at a tense moment — days after the Mexican president accused the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration of fabricating drug trafficking charges against the country’s former defense secretary.
While Mexico continues to pledge to block mass movements of Central American migrants toward the U.S. border, there has been no shortage of potential flashpoints between the two countries.
Mexico demanded the return of former Defense Secretary Gen. Salvador Cienfuegos after he was arrested in Los Angeles in October, threatening to restrict U.S. agents in Mexico if he wasn’t returned. U.S. prosecutors agreed to drop charges and return Cienfuegos to Mexico.
But Mexico passed a law restricting foreign agents and removing their immunity anyway, and went on to publish the U.S. case file against Cienfuegos, whom Mexican prosecutors quickly cleared of any charges.
López Obrador said in a statement Friday that the conversation with Biden was “friendly and respectful.”
The White House said Biden mentioned “reversing the previous administration’s draconian immigration policies.”
WashPost: Mexico Ends Trump-Era Border Cooperation
Mexico has stopped accepting the return of most migrants caught at the U.S. border, prompting U.S. officials to release them into the United States, according to the Washington Post.
The newspaper reported Wednesday:
The Mexican government has stopped taking back Central American families “expelled” at the U.S. border under a Trump-era emergency health order related to the coronavirus, a shift that has prompted U.S. Customs and Border Protection to release more parents and children into the U.S. interior, according to five U.S. officials.
[…]
Mexico’s new policy has been applied unevenly. In Nogales, for example, families continued to be returned to Mexico — deposited on the streets rather than taken to family shelters. In a number of border cities, families continue to be returned to Mexico.
The newspaper posted a statement from the Customs and Border Protection Agency:
CBP has seen a steady increase in border encounters since April 2020, which, aggravated by COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing guidelines, has caused some facilities to reach maximum, safe holding capacity. Whenever feasible we are seeking alternatives to detention in cases where the law allows.
However, Mexico is accepting the return of single adults, the Post said.
Biden’s decision to restart the catch and release of migrants during the epidemic will likely encourage many more poor migrants to take the risky trek to jobs in the United States. The exodus will further damage their home countries’ economies and then flood into the U.S. job market, even as millions of blue-collar Americans seek jobs amid the coronavirus recovery.
Until recently, Mexico was cooperating with the agencies’ block on the arrival of migrants amid the Coronaviru epidemic. The rule, dubbed Title 42, allowed border agencies to block almost 200,000 migrants and end them back into Mexico, despite the migrants’ attempt to claim asylum.
Foreign Affairs magazine reported February 1:
Mexico’s president is spoiling for a fight, and Washington must not wait for risks to become inevitabilities that could imperil containment of the pandemic and recovery from the disruption it has wrought.
[…]
[President Andrés ] López Obrador does not fear Biden the way he feared Trump. And so a politically calculated discourse of national sovereignty and anti-Americanism is again more useful than costly. With it, López Obrador can rally his base in advance of the midterm elections in July 2021, when 15 governorships and control of Congress will be at stake. He can make Biden a foil and a distraction from Mexico’s deep economic recession and the ravages of COVID-19.
The U.S. border agencies do not appear to be detaining any of the mothers, teenagers, and children or prosecuting them for illegal migration. Instead, they are being released to join their illegal-alien spouses and fathers throughout the United States. This reunification will reduce pressure on illegal migrants to leave the United States. Many of the teenagers are expected to take jobs in the growing child-labor market.
The return of catch and release is driven by Biden’s campaign promises, which denounced the policy of filing criminal charges against migrants who brought children as they broke U.S. border laws. The criminal charges required the temporary operation of people from their children, who were kept in child shelters while the adults were held in jails. On February 2, Biden signed an Executive Order that creates the new “Family Unification” directive:
Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of my Administration to respect and value the integrity of families seeking to enter the United States. … My Administration will protect family unity and ensure that children entering the United States are not separated from their families, except in the most extreme circumstances where a separation is clearly necessary for the safety and well-being of the child or is required by law.
Pro-migration groups along the border welcome the renewed migration: Team Brownsville, a group that helps migrants move north, reported on its Facebook page.
There’s nothing that escapes people’s notice in the {Mexican migrant] camp in this time of connectivity, and they already know that CBP is releasing some families at our Brownsville bus station. We don’t know the specifics of why there is an increase in people leaving CBP custody to travel to their sponsors, but we have received about 50 people a day at our bus station for the past several days.
Some of the migrants are so poor they will need further aid when they arrive at their target cities and towns, the Brownsville group reported:
Volunteers will eventually be needed countrywide to receive these families, orient them, and help them adjust to their new homes. Too often, we’ve gotten desperate calls from families who have arrived at their sponsor’s home only to realize that there is no room, not enough money to feed everyone, and no resources to help.
The economic migration into Americans’ jobs is expected to grow rapidly as coyotes escort more fee-paying migrants through the emerging “family unification” policy loophole in U.S. border laws.
Roughly half of the 3.5 million migrants who arrived between 2014 and 2020 are still in the United States, according to a December report by the Department of Homeland Security.
For years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration — or the hiring of temporary contract workers into the jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.
The multiracial, cross-sex, non-racist, class-based, priority-driven, and solidarity-themed opposition to labor migration coexists with generally favorable personal feelings toward legal immigrants and immigration in theory.
The deep public opposition is built on the widespread recognition that migration moves money from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to real estate investors, and from the central states to the coastal states.
Joe Biden's EOs on migration show the Democrats want to import poor (IOW, gov't dependent) migrants & they care little about the resulting damage to the sending countries.

Mexican Ambassador: Let’s Restart Mass Migration into U.S.
The United States should reopen itself to migration,
amnesties, refugee inflows, asylum seekers, and
more temporary contract workers, Mexico’s
ambassador to the United States said Tuesday.
BLOG EDITOR: IS IT TIME FOR MEXICO TO DO MORE FOR THEIR PEOPLE THAN EXPORT THEM TO LOOT AMERICA AND THEN VOTE DEM FOR MORE?
The U.S. immigration system “has to be based on facts and realities,” Ambassador Martha Bárcena Coqui told a forum arranged by the National Immigration Forum (NIF). She continued: ‘The facts and realities is the need to protect the most vulnerable, the need to keep open the generosity towards refugees, the need to recognize the complementarity of labor markets and demographic profiles, the need for temporary workers in the United States.”
The United States should not view migration as a security threat, she said, adding, “If you conceptualize migration as a national security issue, if you [push for] securitization of migration, and what is even worse, if you criminalize migration, then your approach always be policing, contentious [and] reduction of migration. So what we need is really to conceptualize migration … as an economic and social and political phenomena.”
“With all due respect to Madam Ambassador, she should mind her own country’s business, not ours,” responded Mark Krikorian, the director of the Center for Immigration Studies.
“The Mexican ambassador is going to tell us what is in the best interest of Mexico,” responded Rosemary Jenks, policy director at NumbersUSA. “But that doesn’t mean we have to do it — we have to do what’s in the best interest of the United States. of American, of Americans and legal immigrants,” she told Breitbart News, adding:
You know we have the pandemic still raging, we have economic lockdowns still going on, we have unemployment way too high. We have underemployment way too high. We have American citizens hurting. We absolutely do not need to reopen mass immigration — and certainly don’t need to give amnesty and taxpayer benefits to people who came here illegally. If Mexico thinks its plan is to just open up its own southern borders in the hopes that America will open our southern borders, that’s just going to reignite the caravans. I hope that the Biden administration is planning for that because that’s not going to go well, and 2022 is not going to go well for Democrats.
More migrants are coming, the ambassador said, even though the coronavirus crash has blocked the northward flow for the moment:
The root causes of these migrations have [not] disappeared. On the contrary, we are seeing pent up, building pressure. People cannot move now because of the restrictions on movement because of the pandemic. But the root causes are still there, [for example], the drought in Central America … a hurricane in Nicaragua and Honduras that have totally flooded Honduras.
The United States should amnesty many illegal migrants from all over the world, she said, and also import more migrants by accepting asylum applications at U.S. embassies, so the world’s migrants will not have to travel through Mexico. “What we would like to see, of course, is that the U.S. embassies in Central America could process even more of these requests for asylum, instead of having people crossing through Mexico and asking for asylum at the border.”
The ambassador was invited to speak by the NIF, which is a business-funded activist group that promotes cheap labor migration into jobs needed by lower-skilled Americans and by legal immigrants, and also into jobs that can be automated.
Roughly three million migrants have flooded over
the southern border since the rules were loosened
by Congress in 2008 and by President Barack
Obama’s deputies in 2011. Trump stopped the flow
in 2020, but few of the migrants — or of roughly
300,000 younger “Unaccompanied Alien Children”
— have been sent home because they are being
protected by pro-migrant immigration lawyers, by
pro-diversity progressives, and cheap labor
employers in sanctuary cities.
The Mexican government must help poor migrants travel to the U.S. border, says Mexican immigrant and Univision anchor Jorge Ramos. https://t.co/kHHU9ckxPG

The large U.S. population of illegal immigrants
helps to push down wages for Americans, push
disadvantaged workers out of the labor force,
reduce corporate investment in technology and
training, and spike corporate sales and profits. The
large population also shifts the U.S. politics from a
focus on Americans’ jobs and wages, and then
towards a politics focused on business demands
and the 1950’s claim by elites that the United States
is a diverse “nation of immigrants,” not a
cooperative nation for all Americans.
The flood of cheap labor that is being promoted
by the ambassador would be a disaster for
Americans, Jenks said. “They would absolutely destroy the employment opportunities for lower-skilled Americans, particularly for minorities and legal immigrants. It would reduce wages among the people who can least afford reduced wages and put downward pressure on everyone else’s wages. The people who would benefit from it, of course, would be the elites who can hire nannies, maids, and housekeepers, and who go stay at resorts and so on, while the rest of us suffer.”
The ambassador’s statement, Krikorian told Breitbart News, “suggests that the [President Donald] Trump really was getting Mexico to change its behavior [after 2018] and that once Trump is gone, the Mexican approach these issues will revert to form, and they will again usher large numbers of third-country illegal aliens into our country.”
But if Mexico is concerned about the migrants coming up from the South, it can take its own defense measures, said Krikorian.
“As far as refugees and asylees go, Mexico is a signatory to the U.N. Convention on these issues. Mexico is about half the population, maybe a little less, of the United States. It doesn’t take a nearly proportionate number of asylum seekers or refugees [as the United States. So, “Physician, heal thyself,” would be my first response.”
Also, Krikorian added, the ambassador may be overstating the view of the Mexican government. “Whatever the ambassador said, it is an open question whether Mexico will truly open the floodgates again. The country has its own interest in limiting this transit migration because Mexican citizens are getting sick of the migrations. And many of these people end up staying anyway, applying for asylum in Mexico, or just hanging around illegally, and that undermines the job prospects of Mexicans in the same way that it can undermine Americans’ job prospects.”
“The United States is a sovereign nation that should and can have complete control over its borders,” said Jenks. “Regardless of what our neighbors may think, our government owes it to the American people to have an immigration system that benefits America. Period. Full stop.”
It was a very good dialogue on the current situation and a way forward. Thanks to @mcbelz @DMiliband and you @anoorani for the invitation. #LTW2020 https://t.co/rm6jNBryZj

Overall, open-ended migration is praised by business and progressives partly because migrants help transfer massive wealth from American wage-earners to stockholders.
Migration moves money from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to real estate investors, and from the central states to the coastal states.
Migration also allows investors and CEOs to skimp on labor-saving technology, sideline U.S. minorities, ignore disabled people, exploit stoop labor in the fields, shortchange labor in the cities, impose tight control and pay cuts on American professionals, corral technological innovation by minimizing the employment of American graduates, undermine labor rights, and redirect progressive journalists to cheerlead for Wall Street’s priorities and claims.

Liberal California Emigrants are Toxic
By R. Quinn Kennedy
When Arizona, a state that has historically leaned conservative, was won by Joe Biden and now-senator Mark Kelly this week, very few were taken by surprise. Extensive polling indicated Arizona was ripe for swinging liberal and in this instance, at least, the polling was correct.

The state of California is home to more illegal aliens than any other state in the country. Approximately one in five illegal aliens lives in California, Pew reported.
Immigration Studies (CIS) finds that about 72 percent of households headed by noncitizens and immigrants use one or more forms of taxpayer-funded welfare programs in California — the number one immigrant-receiving state in the U.S.
“The Democrats had abandoned their working-class base to chase what they pretended was a racial group when what they were actually chasing was the momentum of unlimited migration”. DANIEL GREENFIELD
