This list was amazingly easy to compile and nowhere near dispositive. I can come up with many, many more items to add to this list of shame. But this list should be persuasive enough to give anyone pause and provide a clear indication of the threat the modern left poses to the American way of life and our future as a free, secure, and prosperous society.
The unprincipled progressive politicians, the Marxist academics, the race-baiters, the anti-Trumpers, and the despicable media propagandists who constitute the modern left are selfishly pursuing a radical agenda intent on destroying America and its founding principles. This anti-American leftist agenda must be stopped and thoroughly discredited before real and irrevocable harm is done.
Left unchecked, the modern radical left is an existential threat to our safety, our prosperity, and our freedom. That means that the Wicked Witch of the West, Kamala Harris, and Swampy Joe, running as a "proud Democrat," must be defeated on November 3. Anything less and America as we know it is finished.
Pro-Life Advocates: Becerra Confirmation to HHS Is an Attack on ‘Religious Liberty and Sanctity of Life’
(CNS News) -- After the Senate voted (50-49) on Thursday to confirm Xavier Becerra as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), pro-life leaders denounced the vote, stating that the confirmation is a “blow to all Americans who value religious liberty and the sanctity of life.”
Sen. Susan Collins (R-Me.) was the only Republican senator to vote in favor of Becerra.
In a statement, Kristen Day, executive director of Democrats For Life of America, said, “We need someone to lead HHS who values life at all stages. The nomination of an unqualified state AG [attorney general] serves the purpose of appeasing the abortion cultural warriors in the Democratic Party.”
“However, It runs counter to the Biden Administration’s stated goal of healing divisions in the United States,” she said.
Dr. Grazie Pozo Christie, policy advisor for the Catholic Association, said in a statement, “Xavier Becerra’s confirmation to Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services is a blow to all Americans who value religious liberty and the sanctity of life. Becerra has spent his career advancing radical, pro-abortion policies and persecuting those who disagree with him.”
“As a physician, I take very seriously conscience protections, and I am alarmed by Becerra’s treatment of the Little Sisters of the Poor whom he attacked for their beliefs about the sanctity of all human life,” said Dr. Christie. “If President Biden was serious about unity, he would have chosen a Secretary of HHS more in line with the majority of Americans who want to see greater restrictions on abortion.”
When Becerra was a member of Congress (1993-2017), he voted against the Partial-Birth Abortion Act. As the Susan B. Anthony List reported, “In a partial-birth abortion the child is delivered into the birth canal up to its shoulders and then killed through vacuuming out its brain and crushing its skull. Despite Becerra’s vote in opposition, the bill passed in 2003 and went on to be upheld by the Supreme Court in Gonzales v. Carhart in 2007.”
In 2015, Rep. Becerra (D-Calif.) voted against the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protect Act, which would have required medical staff to do all they could, including calling an ambulance, to save a baby that survives an abortion.
“The confirmation of Xavier Becerra as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services is alarming given the fact that he has spent his career expanding pro-abortion policies and persecuting pro-life groups and individuals,” said Jeanne Mancini, president of the March for Life.
“He has utilized his power as attorney general of California to punish groups like the Little Sisters of the Poor for their faith, as well as the journalists who exposed Planned Parenthood's trafficking in baby body parts,” said Mancini. “If his record is any indication, Becerra will weaponize the more than trillion-dollar budget of the Department of Health and Human Services to attack or disadvantage those with whom he disagrees, and advance unpopular pro-abortion policies.”
“Pro-life Americans will be keeping a close eye on Becerra’s agenda and will continue to speak out in defense of women and the unborn,” added Mancini.
“The Biden-Harris administration has dropped all semblance of the ‘unity’ they once promised,” said Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “To carry out the administration’s extreme abortion goals, Senate Democrats have pushed through Xavier Becerra to lead the federal agency at the center of determining abortion policy. The agenda he promises to champion is deeply out of step with public opinion.”
“Becerra is infamous in the pro-life movement, well known for his record of attacking pro-life policies protecting unborn life, as well as assaulting the conscience rights of pro-life Americans,” said Dannenfelser. “President Biden could not have picked a more eager and enthusiastic partner to destroy pro-life policy and expand abortion on demand.”
Brain Burch, president of Catholic Vote, said in a statement, "Xavier Becerra's confirmation as Secretary of Health and Human Services poses a clear and present danger for Catholics and all people of faith. Given his record of aggressive hostility to free speech, health care freedom, and the traditional values of marriage, family, and the sanctity of life, Americans must be prepared for what is coming.”
“Becerra is a culture warrior and extreme left-wing ideologue who has repeatedly trampled on our most fundamental constitutional rights,” said Burch. “We can only assume Becerra's clear contempt for religious freedom will continue in his new role. It is only a matter of time before he targets the Little Sisters of the Poor again, strips doctors and religious institutions of conscience rights, and mandates other harmful policies that assault core freedoms cherished by people of faith.”
“Every Senator who voted in favor of this confirmation is now responsible for the radical policies likely to come out of HHS during Becerra's tenure -- and voters must hold them accountable,” concluded Burch.

Close to 400,000 anchor babies were born in the United States in 2019 as an executive order to end birthright citizenship gets kicked down the road for another year by President Donald Trump’s administration.
Analysis conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies revealed in 2018 that about 300,000 U.S.-born children of illegal aliens are born every year. These children, often referred to as “anchor babies,” immediately obtain American citizenship and anchor their illegal or foreign parents in the country.
In addition, about 72,000 anchor babies are born to foreign tourists, foreign visa workers, and foreign students every year — all of whom obtain immediate American citizenship simply for being born within the parameters of the country.
Altogether, about 372,000 anchor babies are estimated to have been born last year despite a commitment by Trump to sign an executive order ending the nation’s “anchor baby policy” that incentivizes pregnant migrant women to cross the U.S.-Mexico border in the hopes of securing American citizenship for their children.
This indicates that there were more anchor babies born in 2019 than births in each of the 50 states except California and Texas. California residents deliver about 455,000 babies a year, while Texans deliver about 379,000 babies a year, just slightly more than the total annual number of anchor babies born.
For example, there were more than 34 times as many anchor babies born nationwide than American children born in the state of Delaware and nearly five times as many anchor babies born nationwide than the American children born in Arizona.
To date, the U.S. Supreme Court has never explicitly ruled that the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens must be granted automatic American citizenship, and a number of legal scholars dispute the idea.
Many leading conservative scholars argue the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment does not provide mandatory birthright citizenship to the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens or noncitizens, as these children are not subject to U.S. jurisdiction as that language was understood when the 14th Amendment was ratified.
For more than a year, Trump has signaled that he has reviewed signing an executive order to end birthright citizenship, otherwise known as the “anchor baby policy.”

Rev. Graham: Biden Called Putin a 'Killer,' But 'Abortion is Murder' and Biden Supports It
After President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a "killer," Rev. Franklin Graham, son of the late Pastor Billy Graham, noted that President Biden and his administration support abortion, the "killing of the innocent," and that since Jan. 1 "more than 185,000 babies have been murdered through abortion in this country."
"We will be held accountable by God," said Rev. Graham.
During a Mar. 17 interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos, Biden was asked if he thinks Putin is a killer. Biden replied, "I do."
Rev. Graham commented in a Mar. 19 post on Facebook, "President Biden said that Russian President Putin is a 'killer.' President Biden’s words have offended the Russian people and have set our relations with this country back considerably. The Russian Foreign Ministry has recalled their ambassador to the United States."
"President Biden should consider that, in God’s eyes, abortion is murder," said Graham. "It is the killing of the innocent, not the guilty."
"President Biden supports abortion, and his administration supports abortion—even government/taxpayer funding of abortion," said the reverend. "This year more than 185,000 babies have been murdered through abortion in this country."
"I pray that President Biden’s eyes and heart would be opened to this tragedy and that our country would change its course on abortion," said Graham. "We will be held accountable by God."
President Biden an his administration support abortion across the board. As his campaign website states,
- Stop state laws violating Roe v. Wade. Biden will work to codify Roe v. Wade, and his Justice Department will do everything in its power to stop the rash of state laws that so blatantly violate Roe v. Wade.
- Restore federal funding for Planned Parenthood.... As President, Biden will reissue guidance specifying that states cannot refuse Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood and other providers and reverse the Trump Administration’s rule preventing these organizations from obtaining Title X funds.
- Just as the Obama-Biden Administration did, rescind the Mexico City Policy (also referred to as the global gag rule) that President Trump reinstated and expanded. This rule currently bars the U.S. federal government from supporting important global health efforts — including for malaria and HIV/AIDS — in developing countries simply because the organizations providing that aid also offer information on abortion services.
The Biden administration also supports "repealing the Hyde Amendment because health care is a right that should not be dependent on one’s zip code or income. And, the public option will cover contraception and a woman’s constitutional right under Roe v. Wade."
