JOE BIDEN - FOLKS, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE ECONOMY, JOBLESS FIGURES, THE HOMELESS OR HOUSING CRISIS - WE'RE GOING TO LIE OUR WAY THROUGH THIS AND FLOOD AMERICA WITH ILLITERATE, WELFARE SUCKING DEMOCRAT VOTING ILLEGALS

 JOE BIDEN = FUCKING LIAR!

As the Washington Free Beacon has demonstrated, Biden's tenacious drive to inflict pain on his political enemies is what his supporters love most about him. They find community by rejoicing in the suffering of those they hate and fear.

ALERT: Even Horses Are Suffering in Biden Economy

Hardworking Americans of all species are struggling to make ends meet in Joe Biden's economy. Just weeks after the Labor Department reported disappointing job growth during the month of August, the Biden administration ordered Border Patrol agents in Del Rio, Texas, to stop riding horses.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki last week announced the policy change in response to a misinformation campaign orchestrated by American journalists. The hysteria began after several photos emerged of border patrol agents on horseback attempting to secure the U.S. border near Del Rio, where thousands of mostly Haitian migrants have attempted to cross from Mexico.

Several mainstream media outlets advanced the false narrative that the horse-mounted agents were using "whips" to attack the migrants. Psaki was then asked by reporters to respond to the "photos of border agents on horseback using what appear to be whips on Haitian migrants" and agreed that the images were "obviously horrific."

The media's typically diligent fact-checkers were oddly reluctant to weigh in on the matter, but the photographer who took the photos attempted to set the record straight in an interview with a local NBC affiliate. "I've never seen them whip anyone," said the photographer, Paul Ratje, on Sept. 23. "He was swinging it, but it can be misconstrued when you're looking at the picture."

Ratje's comments were not sufficient to dissuade journalists and other Democrats from promoting the false narrative. Biden, for example, vowed to punish the falsely accused border agents. "To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped—it's outrageous," Biden said as he made a whipping motion with his hand. "I promise you, those people will pay."

The news blog Axios on Sunday was forced to correct a story that falsely described the border patrol agents as having "whipped at" migrants while attempting to corral them on horseback. Meanwhile, many journalists continue to express concern about the prevalence of "fake news" on social media websites such as Facebook.

It is not known how long the Border Patrol horses will be out of work, or if the government will provide unemployment assistance. In any event, the Biden economy continues to wreak havoc on American workers, and humans aren't the only ones suffering.

THE LAWYER CLASS IS AMERICA'S GREATEST THREAT!

A lawless society inspired and governed by blatant criminal behavior at the top is the signature of a Third World country. It’s not a healthy situation, particularly when the so-called major media are ignoring or, even worse, covering up for a lawless administration. It’s a direct legacy of the fundamental transformation of America enunciated by one Barack Hussein Obama.

President Joe Biden on Thursday announced an unprecedented and legally dubious federal mandate that will disproportionately harm low-income families, including many in the BIPOC community.

Although the president said last year that forcing Americans to get a COVID-19 vaccine was "not the role of the federal government," the Biden administration now plans to require businesses with more than 100 employees to have their workers vaccinated or tested weekly.

The hardworking American households whose lives are most likely to be disrupted by the federal mandate are, according to science, those that earn less than $25,000 per year. Recently published Census Bureau data show that nearly one in four Americans who have not received the COVID-19 vaccine are in the lowest income bracket.

Science also indicates that BIPOC communities will be most affected by Biden's mandate. Whereas 52 percent of the white population is currently vaccinated, just 43 percent of the black population, and 48 percent of the Hispanic population have received the vaccine.

While most Democrats, who would like to believe that the only people who haven't been vaccinated are Trump-supporting rednecks, praised Biden's mandate as "terrific public policy," left-wing pundits who actually care about the lives of poor people were more critical.

"The unvaccinated in America are overwhelmingly low-income people, which means any punitive measures against those refusing vaccinations—loss of jobs, bar on entrance to public spaces or travel—will disproportionately fall on those who are most economically vulnerable," wrote left-wing journalist Glenn Greenwald.

Others questioned why Biden did not propose a federal policy that would encourage people to get vaccinated with some kind of financial incentive, rather than punish them for remaining unvaccinated.

As the Washington Free Beacon has demonstrated, Biden's tenacious drive to inflict pain on his political enemies is what his supporters love most about him. They find community by rejoicing in the suffering of those they hate and fear.

Does Biden Believe That Laws Should Only Be Observed Selectively?

I suspect there is not a driver anywhere who hasn’t routinely exceeded the posted speed limit. I often find myself zipping along at 65 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. After all, who hasn’t? Who doesn’t?

In fact, it’s not uncommon for a patrol car to whiz past me doing 70, clearly unconcerned about how fast I am driving. I would probably have to be going at least 75 to gain the trooper’s attention.

Unelected bureaucrats set speeds in what they perceive to be the interests of public safety. No one expects those speed limits to be strictly enforced.

This is called selective law enforcement. It’s a growing American cultural norm. There are a number of these, some more obvious and serious than others, such as smoking marijuana or illegally crossing our southern border. At local levels, many Democrats who run cities have expanded these norms to the point where they no longer concern themselves with any sort of drug use, much less shoplifting, trespassing, urinating or defecating in public, minor violence such as muggings, and leftwing riots. There’ve been precious few reports about prosecuting hundreds of BLM and Antifa members who participated in the 2020 riots that cost billions in damages.

This alarming lawless approach to governing by Democrats is adversely affecting multiple corners of our society.

Creaky Joe Biden’s taste for lawlessness surfaced immediately in his administration. Sean Higgens reported, “One of Joe Biden’s first acts as President of the United States, the removal of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) general counsel Peter Robb, was probably unconstitutional. It was certainly highly unethical. Biden fired Robb despite the NLRB being an independent federal agency.”

In clear cases of illegal racial discrimination, Biden administration officials have been implementing programs only open to Black, Hispanic, or female Americans. The Small Business Administration (SBA) has been accepting applications for grants from the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund, designed to help those adversely affected by Covid. White males have been excluded from applying. In a similar move, Biden’s Department of Agriculture began forgiving loans to farmers affected by the Covid crisis. You won’t be surprised to learn White farmers and ranchers were excluded.

In dealing with Covid, Biden’s various mask and vaccination mandates have been a direct challenge to the very Constitution he is sworn to uphold. The New York Post reported,

The national vaccine mandate that the president is poised to issue is unlawful. White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain made the obvious explicit by retweeting a progressive commentator’s observation that the ploy of imposing the vaccine requirement as a workplace-safety rule under OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Administration) is the ‘ultimate work-around.’ Translation: The president knows that an executive order mandating COVID vaccination would be shot down instantly, so he’s trying to camouflage it in a maze of Labor Department regulations.

On another front, Biden’s CDC decided in early August to extend for two months a federal eviction moratorium on renters who are behind in payments to their landlords, although the Supreme Court had already indicated the CDC lacked legal authority to do so. The Washington Examiner reported that,

When asked about the legal obstacles this policy would inevitably run into, President Joe Biden admitted that what his administration is doing is illegal, but he said he doesn’t care....

[snip]

...Biden knows that the CDC is acting illegally but wants the agency to continue to act illegally until the courts can get around to stopping it. Litigation takes time, which means the moratorium could be in effect for weeks, maybe even months, before it is struck down. And even when it is declared unconstitutional, there is no way to go back and force renters to pay the money they owed when the moratorium was in place, even if the moratorium itself was illegal.

This is such a flagrant violation of the law and the constitutional bounds of Biden’s presidency that it’s a wonder no one outside of conservative circles seems to care.

Biden’s lawlessness is particularly acute and painful on our Southern border. Immediately after becoming president, old Joe halted Trump’s border wall construction and, more or less openly, invited illegals to swarm in. As part of this, he halted congressionally approved spending on the wall. Some legal experts believe this broke the law.

Andrea Widburg noted in an earlier American Thinker article,

People may no longer realize that America has robust immigration laws. You can find them at 8 USC §1151 et seq. These laws govern all aspects of admitting non-citizens and non-legal residents into the United States.

The laws are predicated on the idea that America has a border and that it has the right to control that border. Congress addressed not being a public charge, working illegally in the country, bringing in dangerous communicable disease, being mentally ill, and being a dangerous criminal or a drug-runner, and required visas, sponsors, and entering through appropriate checkpoints rather than sneaking in. Stuff like that.

One of the first things Joe Biden did upon entering the Oval Office was sign executive orders that either make it harder for government employees to enforce these laws or require them not to enforce them at all. Thus, he stopped work on a wall that had as its sole purpose preventing illegal aliens from bypassing legal border checkpoints. That is, he made it easier for illegal aliens to sneak in.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who sued the Biden administration, said,

President Biden’s outright refusal to enforce the law is exacerbating an unprecedented border crisis. By failing to take custody of criminal aliens and giving no explanation for this reckless policy change, the Biden administration is demonstrating a blatant disregard for Texans’ and Americans’ safety.

This is a highly troubling aspect of a disintegrating presidency that appears to run on the premise that if you don’t like the law, evade it or ignore it. But what else could one expect from a man whose sleazy, drug-fueled, wannabe porn star son has apparently been peddling access to his father to the Chinese and other foreign interests? Fox News reported an email thread found on son Hunter’s laptop where Hunter appeared to outline a payout for the President in a deal with a Chinese energy firm. One email includes a discussion of “remuneration packages” for six people, including a 10% cut for Mr. Big, a likely reference to old Joe. Your gut tells you there’s more. A lot more.

A definition of a criminal is someone who breaks the law. We’re not just talking here about cultural norms such as exceeding the speed limit or turning a blind eye to pot-smoking; we’re talking outright serious criminal behavior that should demand long stays in the federal prison system.

I have this fantasy about Peter Doocy asking Jen Psaki or, even better, old Joe himself if he believes laws should only be followed selectively. I would love to hear the answer.

Biden Tries to Revive DACA Amnesty

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will issue a draft regulation to revive all or part of former President Barack Obama’s ‘DACA’ work-permit program for roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants.

“DHS is complying with the July 16, 2021 order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, which prohibits DHS from granting initial DACA requests,” an agency statement said Monday morning. “The Biden-Harris Administration has appealed the Texas court ruling.”

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy was created by Obama in the run-up to the 2012 election.

It protects younger illegal aliens who were brought to the United States as children by their parents. It gives the migrants exemptions from deportation, and provides them with Social Security cards and work permits to help them compete for Americans’ blue-collar jobs.

The program allows employers to hire more illegal migrants.

The program also gives the Democrats a victim group of TV-ready migrants — now dubbed “Dreamers” — to help Democrats and businesses to shame Americans who want to protect their national labor market from migrants. For example, Mayorkas declared Monday that “the Biden-Harris Administration continues to take action to protect Dreamers and recognize their contributions to this country.”

However, the proposed regulation will likely be reviewed by judges as a potential violation of Americans’ right to have their immigration laws be set by their elected members Congress, not by political appointees in DHS.

The draft regulation says the DHS might not provide work permits to the illegals.

Breitbart News reported on the judge’s decision in July:

“Even Defendants-Intervenors’ own experts could not escape the reality that DACA [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] congests the workforce,” wrote Judge Andrew Hanen of the United States District Court in Houston.

The pro-DACA team admitted that “[W]ork authorizations and deferral from deportation provided by DACA allow recipients to better compete with legally present workers,” Hanen wrote on page 19 of the July 16, 77-page decision.

The decision bars the award of additional work permits to DACA migrants but does not yet revoke the work permits held by roughly 650,000 illegals.

“DHS violated the [Administrative Procedure Act] with the creation DACA and its continued operation … the DACA Memorandum and the DACA program that it created are hereby vacated and remanded to DHS for further consideration, as requested,” Judge Hanen wrote. “DHS … is hereby enjoined from approving any new DACA applications and granting the attendant status.”

Many polls show that labor migration is deeply unpopular because it damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, and raises their rents. Migration also curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, widens regional wealth gaps, and wrecks their democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture.

For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

Joe Biden's Susan Rice: Alejandro Mayorkas

It's one thing for doddering Joe Biden to utter something inchoate about the border crisis he himself created, but quite another when a sane person comes out to explain and justify the same senile fact-free gibberings as something normal.

Which brings us to Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas, who was sent out by the White House to do the Sunday talks, in what's obviously the same role that Susan Rice played in the Benghazi days of 2012. He's the designated liar.

Here he is, on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, via YouTube:

Here he is on CNN, with Jake Tapper, via YouTube:

While he's unflappable, he isn't quite as good a liar as Rice was, given that he laid out a lot of damning facts, calmly and coolly, apparently in the vain hope that his demeanor would entice the press to simply glide on by with those facts as something normal.

To wit, we learned that contrary to what the Biden administration told us earlier about "mass deportations," more than 10,000 illegal border crossers, many at that squalid encampment in Del Rio, Texas, have not all been deported back to Haiti (as the administration claimed earlier). They've been released into the U.S., some with court dates, some with requests to get court dates, all of whom are free to move about the country

"Approximately, I think it's about ten thousand or so, twelve thousand," Mayorkas told "Fox News Sunday."

"It could be even higher," Mayorkas said. "The number that are returned could be even higher. What we do is we follow the law as Congress has passed it."

He justifies it as simply following the law, effectively converting the Border Patrol into an escort service for tens of thousands of illegal border crossers, with the occasional one picked out for deportation photos to presumably keep the Sunday talks and discontented independent voters driving Biden's poll numbers down happy.

The numbers that Mayorkas said were returned came to about 3,000 thus far, but he made sure to say that number could be higher. Question: If 12,000 have already been released into the interior of the U.S., where is he going to get the 'higher' number of migrants to send back, supposedly on Title 42 COVID concerns?

The released migrants of course have no COVID concerns to worry about. We learn that none of other 12,000, or 14,000 or however many it may be, have been tested for COVID - (or measles, leprosy, leishmaniasis, mumps, tuberculosis, malaria or the whole host tropical diseases they may be bringing in with them) - as Mayorkas sent them on their way into the U.S. interior on other grounds. Masks for your two year-old, proof of vaxx from you as you try to buy groceries or ride a plane, but no testing at all for unvetted foreign nationals entering the country illegally in search the best benefit packages.

Mayorkas kept justifying it as following the law, on the grounds that all 12,000 of them, most of them previously classed as refugees from 2010 and settled in reasonably decent countries such as Chile and Brazil, are in dire need of asylum and each should be free to make his or her case.

Wallace pointed out that some 30,000 more were in the pipeline for this kind of 'asylum' processing, and the good result the first batch of asylum-seekers got, entering the U.S. illegally and being allowed to stay, certainly would serve to notify the others. According to Gallup, some 158 million people worldwide are interested in moving to the United States, so the pipeline may be very long, but that instant relief, instant papers, and instant escort service on the spot from the Border Patrol now, ultimately led by Mayorkas, certainly should make illegal entry more attractive than legal entry, particularly for people with few skills, low education, zero knowledge of the English language, or a criminal record or two.

The Border Patrol, see, is an escort service, he pretty well said. Asked about the "patently false" as Jake Tapper put it, narrative about Border Patrol agents on horses using "whips" (which ignorant reporters confused with split reins used in rough roadless terrain to keep horses from strangling on brush) to supposedly beat migrants illegally entering the country, Mayorkas was particularly bad. The Border Patrol agents, he suggested to Wallace, were "individual persons" acting in their own capacity rather than standard agents acting according to their training. He made gushy comments praising the Border Patrol as a whole, but these guys, he effectively explained, were bad apples, kind of like Derek Chauvin.

He got worse when he was asked by both Tapper and Wallace about how these agents now under professional investigation could expect to be judged fairly given that Joe Biden had already declared, Queen of Hearts-style, that "those people will pay." He refused to answer Tapper's question as to who ordered the agents to the river crossing where illegals were pouring into the U.S., and then said the only purpose for the mounted patrols was to "gather information and sometimes help people." Apparently, they were supposed to help the foreign nationals illegally entering our country in, instead of protect the border.

Mayorkas demonstrated that he was one cool, slippery character, someone who packages the wide open border as normal now and something to get used to, He repeatedly downplayed the extent of the crisis even as both Wallace and Tapper tried to bring the surge in numbers up. He admitted that more than tens of thousands were let in, not sent back, and then insisted that the Border Patrol was now a migrant escort service.

Then in his contentment, he declared the immigration system "broken" as if he were not the guy who broke it.

What kind of a smooth liar and charlatan is this? He's obviously the designated liar, the spin master, the normalizer of the crazy. What a valuable guy he is for Joe Biden. And what a disaster for the country.

“The Democrats had abandoned their working-class base to chase what they pretended was a racial group when what they were actually chasing was the momentum of unlimited migration”.      DANIEL GREENFIELD

Leftists force mass Third World immigration by deceiving us into feeling guilty

Milton Friedman, the economist, was such a libertarian that he supported open borders. However, there was a caveat to this support: “It’s just obvious you can't have free immigration and a welfare state.” It’s obvious, of course, because having both spells imminent national bankruptcy. But that’s exactly what leftists are selling to America and they’re using false historic narratives to create in native-born Americans a sense of guilt so profound that they’re willingly opening the borders to those who will irrevocably drain the nation’s wealth.

In a recent article, Guilt: The Source of Sorrow in America’s ClassroomsI said that, as long as the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution grants full due process and equal protection rights to anyone who touches the soil of a state, America cannot keep creating massive welfare rights at unthinkable costs without bankrupting the nation.

I used the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 1990, amended in 2004, as an example of rights that must be granted to illegal alien children, even if they’re not claiming refugee or asylum status, if they are physically within the jurisdiction of a state and are deemed children “with a disability.” States have a legal duty to identify such children and make sure that they receive an Individualized Education Plan, including the often expensive “related” services.

To the average American, this makes no sense. How is it that efforts to assist Americans in their personal development (children and/or adults), that American taxpayers fund, are mandated to extend to anyone who simply rams his or her way into the country illegally?

The answer lies, in part, in the serious mental disconnect now popularized in our society between what we see with our own eyes (reality); what we have experienced in our lives (the empirical); what common sense tells us (a type of truth); and what is said that we are seeing, experiencing, and knowing. We are being told that all of this is rightful—an expression of our values. It is no such thing.

There is a body of American thinkers and leaders who view the actual as merely a construct of language. For these persons, 12,000 people under a bridge in Texas sheltered from the sun by sticks and rags do not really exist. The Secretary of Homeland Security stands right there, at the site, in front of a microphone, and says, “The border is closed.” “Do not come to America; you will be deported.” The White House Press Secretary says, at a White House briefing, that “these people have no intention of staying, so do not need COVID-19 tests or vaccinations.”

Many commentators are calling these statements “lies” as they are patently false—but these are not lies to those making the statements. Some human beings are actually capable of constructing a reality by simply saying that the reality exists. At one time, the community assessment would be that a person or persons with this condition might be delusional or laughable. Imagine if the White House Press corps simply started laughing at the notion that 1.5 million people who have illegally entered the United States are “just visiting.”

Many in the Executive Branch of the federal government have been gripped by this out-of-mind condition that translates what they want to see into what they do see. We’ve heard variations of all these statements: “The withdrawal from Afghanistan was very well done—a huge success.” “The Taliban are our Afghan partnersThey have assured us of an inclusive government.” We will leave no American behind.” “Our predecessor made us do it.”

The answer lies, also, in the 14th Amendment’s wording, which cannot be changed except through the constitutional amendment process in Article V. All persons born in the United States are citizens of the United States and the state where they reside. This 1868 Amendment meant to attach citizenship to both free blacks and former slaves. It was meant to overturn the 1857 Dred Scott v. Sanford decision that denied citizenship to black Americans.

Just to make that point, rights were extended to “persons” in each state, not just citizens. (“[N]or shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property ... nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.”) This language was a deliberate creation of Senator Lyman Trumball of Illinois and ratified by 3/4 of the states still in the Union. The import of the Amendment’s language today is that the enormous welfare state we have created at the federal level, with trillions more proposed, automatically grants non-citizens (“persons”) these same rights. The nation cannot avoid bankruptcy.

In addition to the powerful in government deliberately constructing their own reality, we have an immigration law on the books (the 1965 Hart-Celler Act) that deliberately allows mass immigration by people raised in cultures that make it hard to assimilate to our Rule of Law, even while it bans immigration for those who comfortably assimilate. The effect of Hart-Celler is that the white majority has been reduced to 60% of the population and will be at 48% by 2055.

It’s not about skin color, though. It’s about common values. Instead of a “melting pot” culture based on careful assimilation, we are deliberately creating a “tribal pot” of diverse and warring identity groups. And to get the majority to go along with such a scheme, those constructing their own reality just invent history out of whole cloth—and teach it to the non-thinking—that creates guilt trips in the majority. This begins in preschool so that, by the end of the day, the self-loathing is so elevated that the white majority is thankful they have been replaced.

On a practical level, because it is so hard to amend the 14th Amendment, Congress must replace Hart-Celler with a statute that includes a breathing period of several years to assess the damage Hart-Celler has created in our society. Just stop immigration for a period of time. If Hart-Celler is allowed to go on, then Congress must end large federal welfare legislation, because our immigration system has collapsed and those pouring into the country will be entitled to the largesse of the taxpayers of America. That largesse will run out.

Guilt is the source of sorrow. It is the fiend with whips and slings that follows behind us. The true reality for Americans and all Western Civilization is that we are founded on a truth, not an idea or ideas that can swing wildly over time. That truth is that God exists, God is essential, and that His rules for a rightful society are not open to construction by the delusional. To begin to fix this collapse of our society we need to turn to Him now.
