Can Democrats get off their bad path to the midterms?
There's a flip-side to the news media's biased support for the political left. Yep — politicians depend on popularity for their survival, and, since they have long relied on the lapdog media to prop them up, they've gotten into a lot of bad habits.
A recent example: when the National Association of School Boards kvetched to Attorney General Merrick Garland about the drastic increase in angry parents attending their meetings, he announced that he was going to sic the FBI on what he considered excessively concerned moms and dads.
It's really hard to imagine a worse P.R. bungle. The lapdogs are pretty much leaving this story alone. But...so what? The concerned parents of America are now even more steamed. Perhaps there's also a fatal conceit among the media drones — they may still think they have a monopoly on information. Now, that's pretty conceited.
Needless to say, there are other examples — but there are also polls, and as a former economic adviser to our previous president, Lawrence Kudlow, repeatedly said about financial dynamics: "The trend is your friend." Biden and many of the other Democrats are in free fall. Since they are my political antagonists, I welcome the news. But what about the damage being done to my country? The economic damage can be fixed...but when, and at what actual cost? Then there's the damage being done to a developing generation by the collapse of an already failing public school system. It's uncertain how deep this damage is and what can be done about it.
At this point, I'm compelled to warn against hubris on the right. The lapdog media have not been neutered; they've just stumbled into a competitive environment. Nonetheless, as of this writing, ten congressional Democrats have announced their retirement — just about enough to send Nancy to the glue factory.
Looming as a bellwether is the gubernatorial contest in the (alleged) birthplace of American democracy, Virginia. We've got less than three weeks to find out what's going to happen. Had California's Gavin Newsom been recalled, or even just survived by a whisker, the message would have been sent a little earlier.
It's pretty obvious that the COVID pandemic helped destabilize our political structure by provoking many in the ruling establishment to reveal both their dictatorial nature and their incompetence. The general public has seen through the camouflage. Regardless of all that, we are still condemned to suffer through all of this, not knowing how, when, or even if it's going to end. Kind of brings to mind Al Gore's memorable words from his run for vice president in 1992: "Everything that should be up is down — and everything that should be down is up."
Another tried and true tactic used to protect our rulers is changing the subject. It's a target-rich environment, but the current options are all pretty nasty: inflation, the southern border, China, Afghanistan, Biden's feeble-mindedness, Harris's complete lack of ability, Hunter's laptop, supply chain–induced shortages, etc. By comparison, the COVID pandemic is a godsend. Fear, mixed with a plethora of questionable statistics, has proven useful when it comes to instilling voter discipline — but only up to a point. Excess can often lead to burnout. There's also a particular poly-sci factoid: during good times, voter turnout is often rather poor. After all, why bother? The opposite can be the case in times of stress. Guess where we are now.

Dementia: Joe Biden Today, My Father Yesterday
When Joe Biden comes onto the TV screen, I switch to another channel. Not because he’s a stark reminder of the fraud that put him into the Oval Office but since he reminds me of my father—may he rest in peace—who passed away in 1992 following several dreadful years with dementia/Alzheimer’s. Americans who have watched a loved one mentally disappear due to this memory eating disease see similar traits with Joe Biden:
Brain freezes - Staring out with a disoriented look - Forgetting names of people he should know - Needing note cards to remember basic answers - Displaced anger - Lost in unfamiliar surroundings - Forgetting who he is, where he is, and why he is there.
That’s Joe Biden today and my father yesterday.

One of the first things family and friends learn when dealing with a loved one who has cognitive dysfunction issues is that familiar surroundings are very important. This could explain why the Bidens frequently spend long weekends at their main Delaware residence or beach house rather than remain in the enormous 132-room White House.
Or Biden is exhausted after his grueling 10-hour workweek.
People with dementia issues also need to easily move from one location to another. This could be why the fake president needs a fake Oval Office just steps from the real one.
Dementia/Alzheimer’s can happen to anyone—and it does. Here are just some of the facts gleaned from the Alzheimer’s Association:
- More than six million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s.
- That number is projected to increase to 13 million by 2050.
- One in three seniors dies with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. It kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.
Bewildered
Sitting with my mom as the doctor gave dad a cognitive mental agility test, I held back tears when the man who religiously read daily newspapers, watched the evening news, wrote expressive letters to the editor of praise and protest, and designed heavy machinery could not tell the doctor that the picture he was looking at was that of an elephant, telephone, car, or desk. The words had been erased from his memory, never to return. He couldn’t recite one to five backward and was bewildered trying to pick out the banana in the fruit bowl.
The world witnessed Biden’s bewilderment during the G-7 meeting in Cornwall, England. Just like dad confusing California (where he had lived for nearly a decade) with New York (where he moved from) Biden continually confused Libya with Syria.
During a private G-7 reception Biden mistakenly wandered away and into a cafeteria where commoners happily greeted him. He looked lost and befuddled as First Caretaker Jill Biden took him by the hand and led him back to the meeting—just as my mother would do in the supermarket when dad wandered away.
Dad often forgot people’s names just as Joe frequently does including his own cabinet members. Here are three cringe-worthy examples:
- Forgetting his Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s name, Biden called the Pentagon chief “the guy who runs that outfit over there.”
- During a joint press conference with Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Biden called him “that fellow Down Under.”
- Visiting Texas following its freeze, Biden incoherently said, “Representatives, uh, Shirley Jackson Lee, Al Green, Sylvia Garcia, Lizzie Panneli, uh, excuse me. Pannell, and uh, what am I doing here?”
That’s a great question, Mr. Biden! What are you doing here?
The answer: Joe Biden is the grandfatherly face of Marxism, propped up by those who realized that an elderly old man and his adoring “doctor” wife had a better chance of deceiving the American public than a short man with a funny mustache.
America’s Enemies are Watching
During the early stages, whenever dad went from coherent to incoherent, we kept a poker face to avoid embarrassing him. That was fine as he was among family and friends. It’s not fine when the supposed leader of the free world speaks incoherently as America’s enemies listen. One example of many was a CNN town hall with host Don Lemon. This is verbatim what Biden said in response to a question about the COVID virus – and remember this man has his finger on the nuclear button:
And the question is whether or not we should be in a position where you, ah, um, are—why can’t the, the, the experts say, ‘We know that this virus is in fact,’ ah, um, ah, it’s, it’s going to be—or excuse me, we, we, we know why all the drugs approved do not temporarily prove, but permanently approved.
That’s why it was no surprise following the G-7 Summit that Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Biden seemed fine to him. If you were Putin, would you prefer working with a weak pushover like Joe Biden or a confident “America First” Donald Trump?
In June, former White House doctor Ronny Jackson, who served both Democrat and Republican presidents and is now a Texas congressman, led a group of 14 Republicans who sent Biden a letter urging him to take a cognitive test and make the results public. Donald Trump took those tests and always passed them.
It’s now October and those congressmen should resend the letter. Recent polls show an ever-increasing number of Americans doubt Biden has the mental fitness to be in the Oval Office.
My mom put notes around the house to remind Dad of basic things such as toilet, toothbrush, light switch, etc. (Who knows? Maybe Jill has notes around the White House, too.)
Do you see the way Jill holds Joe’s hand? It reminds me of how my mom held Dad’s hand. Not so much the loving embrace of a long-time married couple, but as one spouse helping the impaired other spouse. This could explain why so many people think Jill Biden is medical a doctor. For when they see Jill standing by Joe’s side it looks very much like a doctor and patient.

Has there ever been a President as cold-hearted as Joe Biden?
No. There never has. No previous president in US history has been as willing to sacrifice America, American lives, and American power and standing in the world solely for political purposes. Are his traitorous actions purely political? Perhaps his motives are personal as well.

In just seven months Biden has created seven disasters. Every sentient American surely knows by now about Biden’s plagiarism, his pathological lying about everything from his law school record to his fabricated exploits around the world. Everyone surely knows by now of Hunter Biden’s depravity, all of which China has proof of (as did the FBI in December of 2019).
Just as the truth about the covid vaccines is strictly suppressed, so was the depth and breadth of the Biden family’s corruption. The media, print and electronic, deranged by their irrational hatred of Donald Trump, covered up the truth about the Biden family’s unscrupulousness.
We have the media and their big tech partners in crime to blame for the calamitous failures of this illegitimately installed president. We will suffer the reverberations of his open borders, energy regression, inflation, and the horrors unfolding in Afghanistan for decades to come.
Does Biden care how his diktats and policies have hurt millions of Americans? Not one bit; he revels in the damage he is doing. He finally has the power he has lusted after for decades, but his sabotage will embolden jihadists around the world for the foreseeable future. Biden has single-handedly ushered into power and armed a vast terrorist state.
How could a man view the carnage he is responsible for in Kabul and publicly blame President Trump? How on earth could he compare the loss of his own son from brain cancer to the loss of those thirteen young people he condemned to death?
Now Biden is warning of another terrorist attack on our troops who are sitting ducks at that regional airport in Kabul because of him! This level of callousness cannot be explained by his cognitive decline. Those of us who have lived with aging parents with dementia know that their core qualities become startlingly more pronounced. Joe Biden has always been a racist and a bully. He has always been in the business of politics strictly for the money. He owes China, Pakistan, Ukraine, and who knows what other corrupt nations for his unearned wealth and, as president, he is now paying them back. He just handed Afghanistan to China and Pakistan. For money, he is betraying our country and troops. For money, he has kickstarted WW3.
Lara Logan said on Jeanine Pirro’s program Saturday night:
“These people [the Biden administration] have a special place in history. They will go down as the most evil people that have ever led this country and have ever led American people to their deaths because when you betray one ally you betray all of your allies and if you empower one of your enemies you empower them all. There is not an American alive today who isn’t less safe because of what this administration has done.”
She is exactly right. None of this would be happening if Trump were still President. The southern border would still be closed. We would still be energy independent, Afghanistan would be more stable than at any time in the last twenty years with a scheduled, conditioned withdrawal that would have evacuated the Americans and our troops safely.
Those thirteen young people would still be alive. Their blood is on the hands of all of those Trump-deranged people who did everything in their power, legal and illegal, to defeat Trump. Their blood is on the hands of every Biden voter. They should have known better. They should never have fallen for the left’s propaganda so cleverly devised to induce mass psychosis. Biden and his entire cabinet must resign or be impeached for they have perpetrated the most egregious crime against this country in US history.

Biden throws a tantrum
Our hapless president’s speech on Tuesday was not a speech at all. It was a full-blown childish tantrum. While he was ostensibly celebrating his massive “airlift” of thousands of mostly-Afghan refugees, from the beginning it was clear he is extremely angry. He almost shouted his claim that his catastrophic misadventure in Afghanistan has been a smashing success. This is a huge lie and everyone knows it, even those trying to spin this debacle as a win.
In fact, Biden’s surrender has probably set a genocide in motion just as our betrayal of the South Vietnamese gave birth to the killing fields. Women and girls are sure to be brutalized.
Biden had promised for days that no American would be left behind but of course hundreds, perhaps even thousands, have been left behind. Some even made it to the airport and were then denied flights home by US forces on the ground there. Thousands of those who escaped were rescued not by Biden’s forces but by retired vets and private organizations who set out to do what the government would not.
Biden is, and has always been, a pathological liar of the worst kind, the kind who lies to boost his own ego no matter how easy it is to prove his dishonesty. His seething, wretched defense of this massive failure will haunt this nation for decades to come. He has single-handedly created a fully-armed terrorist state, a state surrounded by enemies of the US – China, Iran and Pakistan. Those countries now have access to the $90b worth of American weapons, military vehicles and aircraft, not to mention Bagram Air Base.
Our NATO allies will no longer trust us. Biden will be forever known as the most destructive, the weakest and most gullible president in US history. A better man would resign but Biden is not even a decent man. As his mad rant on Tuesday proved, he will never take responsibility for his fatal errors in judgment.
Biden blamed President Trump, whose actual plan had stabilized the country and would have worked if implemented, and he blamed the Afghan army whom he betrayed by withdrawing their air support and their financial support. Of course, they fled. Biden betrayed them as cruelly as any leader in history has abandoned his troops and allies. He can claim his decision to withdraw as he did was successful from now to kingdom come, but it was the most egregious foreign policy error in American history.
The deaths of those thirteen young soldiers who died last Thursday is entirely his responsibility and yet he could not even bring himself to salute at their dignified transfer as their coffins passed by; he just kept checking his watch as if he had somewhere more important to be. The man is without heart and soul. The few parents who spoke with him were shocked that he only talked about his deceased son Beau. That’s his go-to default reply to anyone else’s loss; he makes it all about him.
As the months of his administration slip by, it becomes clearer and clearer that he is something of a sociopath. Nick Arama agrees. He is congenitally unable to care. As for Americans still stranded in Afghanistan, he blamed them – for not getting to the airport, for being “dual citizens” as if that makes them less worthy of rescue.
Of course, it is not just Biden that is to blame. Those military clowns, the ones who just weeks ago were telling us that Covid was the gravest threat we face (Austin) or that ‘white rage” is worth investigating (Milley) are to blame as well. Whoever was giving the orders on the ground in Kabul should also be fired.
Who thought it was a good idea to have those young soldiers do crowd control in a sea of panicked Afghans? Who decided those busloads of Americans had to be turned back in favor of unvetted refugees? Whose decision was it to let the highly trained military dogs who were brought safely to the airport be left behind, turned loose to face certain death on the streets of that benighted city?
Every leader who participated in this ill-timed, fateful attempt at withdrawal should resign or be fired. As many observers have noted, a high schooler could have managed it all better. But then maybe it was all by design, engineered by Biden’s paymaster, China. Biden has been bought and paid by a long list of influence purchasers for nearly all his years in Congress. “Selling out is usually more a matter of buying in. Sell out, and you’re really buying into someone else’s system of values, rules and rewards.” (Bill Watterson). Biden sold us out long ago.
Nancy Pelosi, a horrid woman equally as without heart and soul, on Tuesday refused to have the names of the thirteen soldiers killed in Kabul read out on the floor of the House. That should permanently indict her for being the wicked witch she is. She is more devious, more calculating than the irresponsible Biden but every bit as beyond redemption as he is. She will do anything to try to convince the American people, for whom she has only contempt, that whatever she and her party do is righteous no matter how loathsome and totalitarian.
Like the schoolyard thug he is, Biden will defend to the death the treacherous plan he put into motion so he could make a grand speech on the twentieth anniversary of 9/11. He ignored the advice of some advisers, wanted Ghani to lie about the Taliban’s success in July (transcript here), all to mount a bit of theater with him in the starring role. No matter what he says, things did not go as he envisioned so like a spoiled child, he threw a tantrum from the podium at the White House. Shame on him a thousand times.
Emails Reveal Hunter Biden’s Relationship With Shadowy Chinese Tycoon
Biden acknowledged the businessman's interest 'has everything to do with my last name'
Hunter Biden said his business relationship with a mysterious Chinese tycoon later arrested on money laundering charges had "everything to do with my last name," previously unreported emails show.
Biden and his associates met in April 2010 with businessman Che Fung to lay the groundwork for a partnership to invest in companies in China and the United States, according to emails from Biden's abandoned laptop. Other emails show the Biden consortium discussing a deal with Che's company, Ever Union Capital, to invest up to $150 million in partnership with China's sovereign wealth fund. In a Sept. 23, 2011, email to his partner Devon Archer, Biden admitted Che wanted to work with him because of his father, then-vice president Joe Biden.
The emails provide another example of the younger Biden using his family name to further his foreign business interests, undercutting Joe Biden's claims to the contrary. Hunter Biden landed a high-paying position on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings in 2014, just as his father was taking over the Obama administration's Ukraine portfolio. Some of Biden's associates recognized the importance of his family ties to their business deals. One Biden partner touted the "political and strategic value of the Biden family" during 2017 negotiations with a Chinese energy conglomerate.
Che's fate raises the likelihood that Chinese authorities knew of Biden's business dealings. Che, who is reported to be the son-in-law of a former chief of China's central bank, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2015, on charges that he laundered $15 billion. According to one report, Che provided investigators with details of his business activity. It is unclear if he discussed his links to Biden, though the Chinese government would likely have been interested in details of his interactions with the son of an American vice president.
Republicans have asserted that Biden's foreign business dealings created blackmail opportunities against the Biden family. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R., Wis.) said in a report last year that Biden's partnerships presented "serious counterintelligence and extortion concerns."
The Biden emails portray an air of mystery surrounding Che, who has been described in press reports as "shadowy and discreet." Biden and his business partners referred to Che cryptically as "Super Chairman" and "Mr. Che." His full name is mentioned in just one email from April 2010 that sets up an introductory lunch meeting in Washington, D.C., between the mogul and the Biden consortium.
While the emails show Biden and his partners discussing details of the investment fund, they do not indicate what came of the negotiations with Che. But the businessmen involved in the discussions would later partner on one of Biden's most controversial business deals. One email from the laptop describes Che as a "close business partner" of Chinese investment banker Jonathan Li.
Biden has come under scrutiny for introducing his father to Li during an official U.S. government trip to Beijing in 2013. Emails show that Li, Biden, and two other businessmen, James Bulger and Michael Lin, discussed the investment fund with Che. According to one email, Che planned to commit $100 million to the partnership while granting an investment stake to China Investment Corporation, the Chinese government's sovereign wealth fund, and other "high power" Chinese firms.
Biden, Archer, Li, Lin, and Bulger in 2013 formed the private equity firm Bohai Harvest Rosemont Partners, known as BHR Partners. Biden has come under fire for failing to divest a 10-percent ownership stake in the partnership, even though he pledged to do so in 2019. The White House has refused to answer questions about the investment.
Emails show Biden and Archer saw the deal with Che as a huge financial opportunity and a way to gain influence with investment companies, such as Blackstone and the Carlyle Group, that sought business in China.
"I dont believe in lottery tickets anymore, but I do believe in the super chairman," Biden wrote to Archer in a September 23, 2011, email. "Things are moving rapidly and the percentage he is offering me is much larger than I at first thought," he added.
"This can be a serious opportunity," Archer wrote. "Not only … from an economics standpoint but from the leverage in access it provides with the big boys here in the west who all need China."
Archer was indicted in 2016 on charges that he and a group of business associates defrauded a Native American tribe in a $60 million bond scheme. Biden himself is under federal investigation by the U.S. attorney's office in Delaware over his tax affairs and foreign business dealings.
Che is not the only Biden-linked Chinese tycoon to run afoul of Chinese authorities. Biden formed a close relationship with Ye Jianming, the president of the CEFC China Energy. CEFC paid Biden at least $6 million in 2016 and 2017, according to the report released by Grassley and Johnson. Of that sum, CEFC paid Biden $1 million to represent CEFC executive Patrick Ho, who was charged with violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by offering bribes to two African officials during the United Nations General Assembly in 2012. Chinese authorities in 2018 arrested Ye on fraud charges.
None of Biden's partners responded to requests for comment about Che. Biden's lawyer also did not respond to a request for comment.
Senate Report: Hunter Biden’s Law Firm
Took Nearly $6M from Chinese Oligarch
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son’s law firm received nearly six million from a Chinese oligarch who sought power and influence in Washington, D.C.
A bombshell report by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and Senate Finance Committee details numerous cases in which Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and family members have deep ties to the Chinese communist government, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
One such case notes Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco, seemingly accepting nearly six million in consulting fees and legal representation from Chinese oligarch Ye Jianming.
The report details:
On Aug. 8, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West III. These funds may have originated from a loan issued from the account of a company called Northern International Capital Holdings, a Hong Kong-based investment company identified at one time as a “substantial shareholder” in CEFC International Limited along with Ye. It is unclear whether Hunter Biden was half-owner of Hudson West III at that time. However, starting on Aug. 8, the same day the $5 million was received, and continuing through Sept. 25, 2018, Hudson West III sent frequent payments to Owasco, Hunter Biden’s firm. These payments, which were described as consulting fees, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year. [Emphasis added]
A million of the nearly six million transferred to Hunter Biden’s law firm was then refunded, claiming that the payment was related to his firm’s representation of Jianming associate Patrick Ho — convicted of international bribery and money laundering in 2019.
Ho’s legal representation in the case, though, did not include Hunter Biden’s law firm. Attorneys with the firms Krieger Kim & Lewin LLP and Dechert LLP represented Ho in the case, court records show.
The report states:
On March 22, 2018, a $1 million payment was sent from Hudson West III to Owasco with a memo line for “Dr Patrick Ho Chi Ping Representation.” In his alternative explanation, Hunter Biden indicated that the misdirected $1 million was related to his representation of Ye’s associate, Patrick Ho. These transactions illustrate the financial connections between Gongwen Dong’s Hudson West III, Ye Jianming’s CEFC, and Hunter Biden’s Owasco. [Emphasis added]
Biden stated that:
Boies Schiller Flexner is co-counsel for Dr. Patrick Ho’s case. Hudson West III LLC has no involvement with Patrick Ho Chi Ping[’]s case and won[’]t expect further transaction related to Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping trail [sic] for Hudson West III LLC. Owasco LLC and co- Counsel Boies Schiller Flexner will represent Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping [at] trial. [Emphasis added]
The report also reveals that at the same time Hunter Biden’s law firm was taking payments from Jianming, he was transferring money to the Lion Hall Group, a consulting firm run by Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden.
“Between Aug. 14, 2017 and Aug. 3, 2018, Owasco sent 20 wires totaling $1,398,999 to the Lion Hall Group, a consulting firm that lists James Biden and his wife, Sara Biden, on the bank account. This transaction was identified for potential criminal financial activity,” the report states:
These transfers began less than one week after CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to Hudson West III and Hudson West III sent its first payment of $400,000 to Owasco. Most of the payments from Owasco to the Lion Hall Group had vague notes in the memo lines, 15 of which simply indicated that they were for further credit to James Biden; however, the memo line for one of the payments read “HW3,” which indicates some of the transferred money could be from Hudson West III. When the bank contacted Sara Biden regarding the overall wire activity, she stated that the Lion Hall Group and Owasco provide international and business consulting and that the Lion Hall Group was assisting Owasco with an international client through a contract that had since terminated. Sara Biden told the bank that she would not provide any supporting documentation, and she also refused to provide additional information to more clearly explain the activity. Consequently, the bank submitted the account for closure. The Committees created the following chart with respect to this transaction. [Emphasis added]

A huge miasma of corruption encircling Hunter and Joe Biden
Do you remember how Joe Biden gracefully demonstrated a true presidential demeanor by blasting an Iowan voter who asked him about Hunter Biden's role on the board of the corrupt Ukrainian company?
According to Joe, a man was a "damn liar," "fat," and "too old to vote for me." Guess what. The man was right, and the question was legitimate, even though Joe Biden doesn't condescend to answer any of those. People, however, still ask, and it looks as though the questions are mounting with a neck-breaking speed that even a healthy and clear-witted politician would have a hard time handling.
On Sept. 23, Senators Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, released a report titled "Hunter Biden, Burisma and Corruption: the Impact on U.S. Foreign Policy and Related Concerns" that revealed millions of dollars in questionable financial transactions between Hunter Biden and his associates and foreign individuals, including the wife of the former mayor of Moscow and individuals with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
The investigation was launched in August 2019 as the result of the so-called "Henniges transaction," when Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) raised concerns over the process by which the Obama administration's Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) approved the acquisition of a U.S. automotive technology company, Henniges, with reported military applications. Henniges was reportedly jointly acquired by Chinese government entities and an investment firm linked to family members of then–vice president Joe Biden and other Obama administration officials. Mr. Grassley wrote: "[O]ne of the companies involved in the Henniges transaction was a billion dollar private investment fund called Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). BHR was formed in November of 2013 by a merger between the Chinese-government linked firm, Bohai Capital, and a company named Rosemont Seneca Partners. Rosemont Seneca was reportedly formed in 2009 by Hunter Biden, the son of then–Vice President Joe Biden, Chris Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry, and others."
As the investigation dug dipper, new and unexpected sums of cash, foreign entities, and transactions appeared in the Biden case. The Biden family and their associates got involved in shady relations with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh, and Chinese nationals, which raises criminal concerns and extradition threats, as put in the report.
Here are some key findings:
First and foremost: The Obama administration was aware of, but did nothing about, the conflict of interest that was created when Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, was appointed to the board of Burisma, a corrupt Ukrainian fossil fuel company. In early 2015, the former acting deputy chief of mission at the U.S. embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, George Kent, raised concerns to officials in Vice President Joe Biden's office about the perception of a conflict of interest with respect to Hunter Biden's role on Burisma's board. His concerns went unanswered. Later that year, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden himself, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter's position on Burisma's board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine. In addition to that, a former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, admitted that she had been briefed about the fact that Hunter Biden was on Burisma's board, but ignored it in 2016.
Hunter Biden and his business partner Devon Archer joined Burisma after the British officials seized $23 million from the London bank accounts of Burisma's owner — it was a known fact that Burisma is not a suitable company for the vice president's son to join — especially when the father is called a "public face of the administration's handling of Ukraine," where anti-corruption efforts were the number-one priority. Nonetheless, over the course of the several years, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer were paid millions of dollars from a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch for their participation on the board.
Furthermore, in addition to the over $4 million paid by Burisma for Hunter Biden's and Archer's board memberships, Hunter Biden, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds. The report names Archer as receiving $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan, purportedly for a car, on the same day that Vice President Joe Biden appeared and addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv regarding Russia's actions in Crimea. Hunter Biden also received a $3.5-million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow. Hunter additionally opened a bank account with China's Gongwen Dong to fund a $100,000 global spending spree with James Biden and Sara Biden. Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the communist government and the People's Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow. And last but not the least, it was found that Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an "Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring." This is the same Hunter Biden who had well-known compulsive relationships with prostitutes and strippers back home. Even though Jill Biden claims that she "knows her son's character," so he couldn't do "anything wrong," paying women for sex and being associated with prostitution rings is something that resonates with Hunter's character just perfectly. Sentiments aside, it is simply hard to argue with stone-cold evidence of money wires.
You certainly may try to imagine one of Trump's children being in Hunter's place. The hell of professional protestors would have stormed the White House by now demanding "justice," because "no one is above the law." The media reaction to the 87 pages of the detailed report of the Biden's sketchy schemes? Don't roll your eyes too hard, you don't want to injure yourself. Trump and Russia are to blame.
The New York Times and The Washington Post scorned the report as an "inconclusive" partisan smear echoing of Russian propaganda. "Republican Inquiry Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing by Biden," was the Times' headline. "GOP's Hunter Biden report doesn't back up Trump's actual conspiracy theory — or anything close to it," said the Washington Post. "GOP senators' anti-Biden report repackages old claims" was another typical headline dismissing the report, this from Politico.
A story of a then-Vice President's son receiving millions of dollars from foreign entities associated closely with their governments and whose interests did not necessarily coincide with America's best interests gets frowned upon with such unseen hypocrisy and blind bias, that one may wonder that if democracy truly dies in darkness, then maybe it is an ultimate leftist plan for this country, after all.
Mainstream media may deliberately shut their eyes on the facts of the unfolding case of the Biden family getting rich in exchange for American interests. They may even distort the gross and, as it seems, criminal wrongdoings, as in some wild junkie's dream, and present it as a legit business venture. They may put as much lipstick on a pig as they wish. But an demented, enormously corrupt man who reeks of treason cannot be a president of the United States.

Hunter Biden Offered $10 Million Annually by Chinese Energy Firm for ‘Introductions Alone,’ Email Shows

Hunter Biden entered into a consulting contract with China’s largest private energy company that initially earned him $10 million a year “for introductions alone,” according to leaked emails.
In an email chain from Aug. 2, 2017, Biden discussed a deal with the former chairman of CEFC China Energy, Ye Jianming, saying Ye agreed to change the terms of Biden’s three-year consulting contract with CEFC, which initially promised Biden $10 million per-year “for introductions alone,” to make it “much more lasting and more lucrative,” the New York Post reported, although the authenticity of the Biden emails has not been independently confirmed.
The new deal included a 50 percent equity stake in a holding company created by Ye rather than the $10 million in annual cash that had been previously negotiated.
“The chairman changed that deal after we me[t] in MIAMI TO A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT to create a holding company 50% percent [sic] owned by ME and 50% owned by him,” Biden wrote in one email.
In the same email chain, Biden discussed deals with the CEFC that he said were “interesting to me and my family.”
Another email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017 had the subject line “Expectations” and identified Biden as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC.”
CEFC reportedly went bankrupt this year. Ye, who was connected to Chinese military and intelligence, has been missing since 2018, when he was arrested by Chinese authorities.
The leaked emails and other data were found on a MacBook Pro laptop that was dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop in April of last year, according to the owner of the shop.
The FBI has seized the laptop. The shop owner made a copy of the data, which former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani provided to the Post.
Biden is also under scrutiny for his lucrative position on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma. In leaked emails from 2014, Biden appears to try to leverage his influence with his father, then-vice president Joe Biden, who was heavily involved in U.S. policy on Ukraine, referring to the elder Biden as “my guy.”
“The announcement of my guys [sic] upcoming travels should be characterized as part of our advice and thinking- but what he will say and do is out of our hands,” Hunter Biden wrote in an email dated April 13, 2014.
In one 2015 email, obtained by The Media Action Network, one of Burisma’s top executives, board advisor Vadym Pozharskyi, wrote to Hunter Biden and Biden’s business partner Devon Archer that their “ultimate purpose” was to recruit U.S. policy makers to help “close down” any “cases” or “pursuits” against the company.
Biden resigned from Burisma’s board last year.
Senate Report: Hunter Biden’s Law Firm Took Nearly $6M from Chinese Oligarch
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son’s law firm received nearly six million from a Chinese oligarch who sought power and influence in Washington, D.C.
A bombshell report by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and Senate Finance Committee details numerous cases in which Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and family members have deep ties to the Chinese communist government, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
One such case notes Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco, seemingly accepting nearly six million in consulting fees and legal representation from Chinese oligarch Ye Jianming.
The report details:
On Aug. 8, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West III. These funds may have originated from a loan issued from the account of a company called Northern International Capital Holdings, a Hong Kong-based investment company identified at one time as a “substantial shareholder” in CEFC International Limited along with Ye. It is unclear whether Hunter Biden was half-owner of Hudson West III at that time. However, starting on Aug. 8, the same day the $5 million was received, and continuing through Sept. 25, 2018, Hudson West III sent frequent payments to Owasco, Hunter Biden’s firm. These payments, which were described as consulting fees, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year. [Emphasis added]
A million of the nearly six million transferred to Hunter Biden’s law firm was then refunded, claiming that the payment was related to his firm’s representation of Jianming associate Patrick Ho — convicted of international bribery and money laundering in 2019.
Ho’s legal representation in the case, though, did not include Hunter Biden’s law firm. Attorneys with the firms Krieger Kim & Lewin LLP and Dechert LLP represented Ho in the case, court records show.
The report states:
On March 22, 2018, a $1 million payment was sent from Hudson West III to Owasco with a memo line for “Dr Patrick Ho Chi Ping Representation.” In his alternative explanation, Hunter Biden indicated that the misdirected $1 million was related to his representation of Ye’s associate, Patrick Ho. These transactions illustrate the financial connections between Gongwen Dong’s Hudson West III, Ye Jianming’s CEFC, and Hunter Biden’s Owasco. [Emphasis added]
Biden stated that:
Boies Schiller Flexner is co-counsel for Dr. Patrick Ho’s case. Hudson West III LLC has no involvement with Patrick Ho Chi Ping[’]s case and won[’]t expect further transaction related to Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping trail [sic] for Hudson West III LLC. Owasco LLC and co- Counsel Boies Schiller Flexner will represent Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping [at] trial. [Emphasis added]
The report also reveals that at the same time Hunter Biden’s law firm was taking payments from Jianming, he was transferring money to the Lion Hall Group, a consulting firm run by Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden.
“Between Aug. 14, 2017 and Aug. 3, 2018, Owasco sent 20 wires totaling $1,398,999 to the Lion Hall Group, a consulting firm that lists James Biden and his wife, Sara Biden, on the bank account. This transaction was identified for potential criminal financial activity,” the report states:
These transfers began less than one week after CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to Hudson West III and Hudson West III sent its first payment of $400,000 to Owasco. Most of the payments from Owasco to the Lion Hall Group had vague notes in the memo lines, 15 of which simply indicated that they were for further credit to James Biden; however, the memo line for one of the payments read “HW3,” which indicates some of the transferred money could be from Hudson West III. When the bank contacted Sara Biden regarding the overall wire activity, she stated that the Lion Hall Group and Owasco provide international and business consulting and that the Lion Hall Group was assisting Owasco with an international client through a contract that had since terminated. Sara Biden told the bank that she would not provide any supporting documentation, and she also refused to provide additional information to more clearly explain the activity. Consequently, the bank submitted the account for closure. The Committees created the following chart with respect to this transaction. [Emphasis added]

45 Questions the Media Should Ask Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) will appear in their first joint media interview on Sunday after accepting their party’s nominations this week.
However, unlike President Trump, Biden and Harris have thus far declined to take questions from the media in an open joint press conference where no questions or topics are off-limits.
In the event that such a press availability arises, here are 45 questions the media should ask them. This list is by no means exhaustive.
QUESTIONS FOR JOE BIDEN:
1. Why did members of your family keep getting lucrative business opportunities overseas while you were vice president?
2. How did your brother, Frank, secure $45,000,000 in taxpayer loans from the Obama administration for his Caribbean projects?
3. How did a newly-minted firm employing your other brother, James, receive a $1.5 billion contract to build homes in Iraq despite having no experience in construction or international development?
4. Why did your son Hunter accompany you on your official trip to Beijing in December 2013? What did he do on that trip? Who did he meet with? What should the American public make of the fact that just 10 days after this trip, your son’s boutique private equity firm secured a $1 billion investment deal from the state-owned bank of China (later expanded to $1.5 billion) despite having no prior experience in China, and with this deal, the Chinese government granted your son’s firm a first-of-its-kind arrangement to operate in the the recently formed Shanghai Free-Trade Zone—a perk not granted to any of the large established financial institutions?
5. Should the American public be concerned that your son’s private equity firm partnered with a Chinese government-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate to facilitate the purchase of an American company that produced strategically sensitive dual-use military technology that the Chinese government wanted?
6. Does your “Build Back Better” proposal contain any provisions to ensure that American taxpayer-funded technology is not bought off by Chinese state-backed enterprises working with private equity firms like your son’s?
7. Back in 2000, you voted in favor of giving permanent Normal Trade Relations (NTR) to China. At the time, you said that this would not lead to “the collapse of the American manufacturing economy” because China is “about the size of the Netherlands” and could not possibly become “our major economic competitor.” Furthermore, you predicted that free trade with China would establish “a path toward ever greater political and economic freedom” for the people of China. Do you still stand by these statements today after 3.4 million American jobs have been lost to China and millions of China’s citizens have been imprisoned, surveilled, disappeared, and used as slave labor by an increasingly authoritarian regime enriched by 20 years of record trade imbalances from flagrant trade violations?
8. The People’s Republic of China has a bold plan called “Made in China 2025” to dominate the key technologies of the future in order to overtake the United States militarily and economically. Do you still contend that China is “not competition for us”?
9. Why did you promote the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) to financial special interest groups when research was clear that the deal would make it easier for corporations to move U.S. jobs overseas?
10. Do you believe Xi Jinping kept his promise to Barack Obama to end cyber-espionage against the United States? If not, what are you prepared to do about it?
11. Do you accept that the coronavirus originated in China? Do you think China was honest with the world in its handling of the coronavirus? Are you satisfied with China’s explanations for how it spread? Do you believe their claims about the number of cases and fatalities in China?
12. Do you think China should be held responsible in any way for its handling of the coronavirus? If not, why not? What, if any, repercussions should there be for China in its handling of the coronavirus?
13. Did you suggest investigating Michael Flynn under the Logan Act, as Peter Strzok’s notes suggest?
14. You said in your DNC acceptance speech that America is ready to “do the hard work of rooting out our systemic racism.” What did you do in your 36 years as a U.S. senator and 8 years as vice president to root out systemic racism? Why didn’t it work?
15. You have called for “revolutionary institutional changes.” What does that mean in practice?
16. You have vowed to rescind the Trump tax cuts. Can you think of a single example of a country that recovered from a recession by raising taxes?
QUESTIONS FOR KAMALA HARRIS:
17. Why did you refuse to prosecute even one sexual abuse case involving the Catholic Church in San Francisco when you were attorney general, despite the pleas of victims’ groups?
18. Also, why did your attorney general’s office refuse to release the documents obtained from the San Francisco archdiocese with all the information about priests accused of sexual abuse? Victims’ rights groups have criticized your office for deliberately burying these documents and thereby covering up the crimes and leaving the public unprotected. Why did you do this? The San Francisco district attorney’s office claimed in 2019 that they no longer have these documents in their possession. What happened to them? How can you claim to be a defender of children when you declined to prosecute the abusers of children?
19. Why did your office decline to investigate the health supplement fraud cases involving companies your husband’s law firm represented? Did you, as California’s attorney general, ever purposefully decline investigating or prosecuting clients of your husband’s law firm?
20. You said you believed the women accusing Joe Biden of inappropriate touching. Do you believe Tara Reade? If not, why not? If so, how do you justify supporting him now?
21. You once attacked a judicial nominee on the basis of his membership in the Catholic fraternal organization the Knights of Columbus, which is the largest fraternal organization in the world and includes among its past and present members many prominent Americans like President John F. Kennedy, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Gov. John Bel Edwards (D-LA), and Vince Lombardi. Do you believe that being a member of the Knights of Columbus disqualifies a person from holding public office? Would you refuse to hire someone on the basis of their membership in the Knights of Columbus or any other Catholic organization? In your questioning of this Catholic judicial nominee, you singled out the issue of the Catholic teaching on the sanctity of life. Would you disqualify a job applicant on the basis of their Catholic beliefs, including their beliefs about abortion? Do you believe that being pro-life disqualifies someone from employment?
22. Why did you single out journalist David Daleiden for prosecution for undercover journalism that others do without penalty?
23. Your chief-of-staff, Karine Jean-Pierre, wrote an op-ed last year attacking the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and Americans who associate with it, stating “You cannot call yourself a progressive while continuing to associate yourself with an organization like AIPAC that has often been the antithesis of what it means to be progressive.” Do you believe that pro-Israel activism is incompatible with progressive values?
24. The Biden campaign has adopted a version of the Green New Deal that calls for 100 percent renewable electricity generation by 2035. California has adopted similar “green” goals, but now it can’t keep the lights on due to the state’s reliance on wind and solar energy. California’s Democratic Gov. Gavin Newson admitted this week that the Golden State needs a “backup” plan for energy because the current blackouts caused by lack of wind and overcast skies have shown the danger of relying solely on “green” energy. Why would the nation fare any better than sunny breezy California in keeping the lights on if we adopt 100 percent renewable energy?
25. You said in the past that we “need to hold China accountable” for trade violations, but you are against the use of tariffs. How do you intend to hold China accountable? You also said that “we need to export American products, not American jobs.” How do you intend to make sure we don’t export more American jobs to China? How would your policy differ significantly from the same policies that led to the loss of 3.4 million jobs to China?
QUESTIONS FOR BIDEN OR HARRIS:
26. You both supported the George Floyd protests, which you claimed were peaceful. Have you spoken to any victims of the riots — people who lost loved ones or businesses?
27. Do you believe that the looting of the Magnificent Mile in Chicago was a “form of reparations,” as one Chicago Black Lives Matter organizer claimed? Is looting an appropriate form of protest as a means of reparations?
28. Seattle Black Lives Matter protesters stormed a neighborhood last week, demanding that residents “get the f*** out” and “give black people back their homes” as reparations. Do you support that style of protest?
29. If elected, would you object if protesters decided to tear down the statue of Andrew Jackson in Lafayette Square across from the White House? What about statues to Thomas Jefferson and George Washington? Would you be willing to sign a written pledge to protect our national monuments and statues?
30. What is the maximum number of illegal immigrants you would allow into the country before securing the border to stop more from entering?
31. The Obama administration deported an estimated 3 million illegal aliens. Was that a bad thing?
32. With 30 million Americans unemployed due to the coronavirus, would you support a halt on work visas for foreign workers competing with Americans for jobs?
33. Do you still support a ban on fracking? If so, what do you say to the estimated 7.5 million American jobs that will be lost due to such a ban, which includes an estimated 550,000 jobs lost in Pennsylvania, 500,000 jobs lost in Ohio, 363,000 jobs lost in North Carolina, 353,000 jobs lost in Colorado, and 233,000 jobs lost in Michigan?
34. Wall Street has praised the choice of Kamala Harris as VP. Why do you think financial special interests support her so much?
35. Will you be following the advice of your Wall Street and Silicon Valley donors in negotiating with China? If not, whose advice would you seek out in negotiating with China?
36. Do you support China’s actions in Hong Kong?
37. Do you support China’s actions in Xinjiang province where an estimated 3 million predominantly Uyghur Muslims are imprisoned in what the Pentagon has described as “concentration camps”? Are you concerned about the fact that Hunter Biden’s China-backed private equity firm invested heavily in the surveillance technology used to spy on the Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang province?
38. Do you disagree with how the Trump administration is handling Huawei? Do you think Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou should be extradited to the United States for trial?
39. Do you believe China’s Belt and Road Initiative is a form of colonialism or is it a good program that Third World nations should sign up for?
40. What are you prepared to do if China invades Taiwan or uses military force to assert its claims in the South China Sea?
