Kamala Harris is now officially a joke
There is no way to recover national political standing once a politician becomes a popular butt of humor, a punchline in a degrading joke. Ask Dan Quayle, who has disappeared from the scene so completely that nobody has even gotten him on the record about the vice presidency of Kamala Harris. My guess is that he is enjoying bitter laughter.
Last Thursday’s interview with Craig Melvin of Democrat-friendly NBC sealed her fate. The Zen koan-like statement, "It is time for us to do what we have been doing. And that time is every day," closes the case, a brilliantly meaningless platitude that seems to demand meditation, as if there must be some enlightenment lurking in the vast mental emptiness.
But of course, there isn’t. More and more people are reluctantly coming to the conclusion that the woman who is a heartbeat away from the presidency, whose incumbent is elderly and afflicted by dementia, is a dummy. I resisted that conclusion in part because, after all, she was elected California’s attorney general and senator and she is the daughter of two professors, but mostly out of fear for our nation. But as her ex-staffers multiply in number, reports are proliferating of those who know her up close privately saying that, yeah, she is that stupid.
The sole plausible explanation for her rise is disgraceful. When she was younger and prettier, she had a sexual relationship with a powerful married man decades older than she, and thanks to his influence in a corrupt one-party state whose media would never question a Democrat politician on the rise, she had high political office handed to her, ratified by voters dutifully accepting party dictates.
This, too, is utterly mockable, and now that the dam is breaking, will be mentioned more often as she becomes an embarrassment to the party.
In the wake of the Melvin interview, the Washington Free Beacon has put together a video resembling the old Saturday Night Live segments of “deep thoughts” with genuine Kamala quotes of notable vacuity:

Harris is 'mulling' a higher media presence, the Washington Post reported. The former senator, who did not complete her single term after Biden selected her, is also planning an active campaign schedule.
I confess that I have engaged in speculation over the fantasy that the Democrats will find a way to dump first Kamala, and then Biden as a way of escaping responsibility for foisting these two disastrously stupid and inept politicians on us -- with the active connivance of the media who assured us it was totally normal for a presidential candidate to hide in his basement and draw double-digit crowds on the few occasions he ventured out for campaign events.
But Mark Wauck throws the cold water of reality on those hazy speculations, using his pet nicknames for our leadership duo:
Zhou isn’t about to go anywhere, and even if he were inclined to, Dr. Jill wouldn’t let him. Nor is Kama Sutra going anywhere. Further, if Kama Sutra could be pushed out, that would leave a 50-50 Senate—and zero incentive for the GOP to confirm another Veep. If McConnell stiffed Obama on the Garland SCOTUS nomination, he could stiff anyone he wants on a new Veep.
My only response is, I confess, a bit far-fetched, though considering the circumstance, perhaps not unthinkable. If, somehow, Kamala were forced out of office (via a scandal?) and no successor confirmed, that would leave Nancy Pelosi in the line of succession if Joe Biden were unable to continue in office. At least until the next Congress is seated.
Would that scare McConnell and the Republicans into accepting, say, Hillary Clinton as VP?
Of course, the scare could work two ways. If there were a stalemate over confirming a replacement VP that lasted through early 2023, the Republicans’ choice of speaker could be Donald Trump, since there is no requirement that the Speaker even be a member of the House of Representatives.
I think the scenario of forcing out either Biden or Harris is unlikely. We are truly screwed with them at the top of the executive branch. I only hope that disaster does not strike before they and the Democrats are held responsible at the polls for this worst presidential administration in history.

Funny how similar Paul Pelosi, Jr.'s and Hunter Biden's biographies are
Hunter Biden and Paul Pelosi are about the same age. Both of them have almost zero qualifications for any productive business endeavor, but they have endlessly used their parents' powerful position to greatly enrich themselves with high-paying positions at corrupt institutions. Many of these board seats and honorific titles can't exactly be called 'jobs.'
Yet most of the media have zero interest. Here is what ZeroHedge reports:

For starters, Paul Pelosi landed a $180,000 per year job as Senior Vice President at data company InfoUSA - while he was also a full-time loan officer at Countrywide Home Loans in San Mateo and had zero experience in database marketing. According to investigators, between 2001 and 2004, before Pelosi Jr. joined the company, InfoUSA knowingly sold fraudsters the data of millions of Americans - which was then used to scam elderly people out of their life savings.
According to a 2007 New York Times report on the investigation, InfoUSA sold a list of 500,000 gamblers over age 55 called 'Oldies but Goodies', which described its members as 'gullible'.
InfoUSA also sold lists of people with cancer or Alzheimer's called 'Suffering Seniors', the Times reported. The data company denied their lists had such titles.
Iowa investigators found emails showing InfoUSA staff knew the firms they were selling to were being investigated for fraudulently targeting old people, but continued to sell the data regardless, the state's AG said. -Daily Mail

He starts a company in 1972 that reaches peak revenue of $400 million, spends a night in the Lincoln bedroom, puts Bill Clinton on its payroll, sails Bill on his 80-foot yacht with an all-female crew, and flies Hillary Clinton to campaign events on his corporate jet.
And he’s as happy as a clam — despite getting sued by shareholders, being pushed out as CEO, incurring over $12 million in debts to settle shareholder lawsuits, and using insurance to pay $13 million to settle a lawsuit alleging that he sold his company — netting him $150 million for his 40% stake — at too low a price.
The man is Vinod Gupta, former CEO of InfoUSA, a company that built a database that marketers use to sell everything from consumer products to politicians.
Gupta got himself into a larger-than-life heap of trouble.
Funny how that sounds like Hunter Biden, with all his international cronies and shady business deals, some apparently on behalf of the Biden crime family.
Nancy Pelosi has great knowledge of why the Capitol was not secured on Jan. 6, 2021 and refuses to turn over documents. Reps. Adam Schiff, Adam Kinzinger, and Liz Cheney also seem to have no interest in Pelosi while they seemingly target anyone who happens to know Trump.
The media also doesn't give a damn about Pelosi because they are simply campaigning for Democrats and seeking to destroy Trump and the Republicans. They know Biden and the Democrat policies are extremely unpopular so they continue to claim that a protest where one unarmed protester was shot by a cop was an armed insurrection.
The truth and corruption hasn't mattered to the media for a long time. Only power for Democrats.

A CBS News poll has just devastating results for Biden and his team
With Biden hiding in his basement in 2020, the press got him elected because they created a mythical candidate unrelated to Joe Biden. The mythic Biden was wise, kind, even grandfatherly. He loved all people and dreamed of a time when America was a safe, normal place. Then the real Joe Biden took the oath of office and, despite the media’s relentless shilling for him, plummeted in approval.
CBS News, a Biden-friendly “news” outlet, joined with YouGov to poll Americans regarding the Biden presidency. The news was grim (for Biden and his administration) and there was no way to spin it to make it better.
In American in 2022, the first metric was about feelings: “Biden presidency has made you feel...” The big numbers were for frustrated (50%), disappointed (49%), and nervous (40%), with only 25% each for “calm” and “satisfied.” (People apparently had more than one choice.)
When the poll got to the nitty-gritty, it was clear that the Biden administration is leaving Americans feeling abandoned. On the economy, 58% of people polled felt the administration was not focusing on it enough, with only 35% thinking the administration had hit the sweet spot. It was even worse for inflation, with 65% believing Biden and his team were ignoring it and only 28% thinking he got it right.
Those numbers looked good compared to asking about success, as opposed to “focus.” On the economy, 62% disapproved of Biden’s handling. Again, it worse on inflation, with 70% disapproving of Biden’s handling.
You remember Biden’s bitterness about the failure of his Build Back Communist...er, Build Back Better bill. But, if he wanted to make Americans happy, he should have killed the bill. A robust 76% of people polled said that passing Build Back Communist would not raise Biden in their estimation. The best that he can do for them, 63% said, is to get a handle on inflation.
And then there’s COVID, which was to be Biden’s signature accomplishment. Having castigated Trump throughout 2020 over his handling of COVID, Biden kept on the same team (Fauci), kept on the same vaccines, and kept up the Democrats’ policy of downplaying affordable, effective treatments. This ended with more people dying on Biden’s watch than on Trump’s. No wonder 64% of respondents feel that the U.S. under Biden is dealing badly with COVID. Between March 2021 and now, Biden’s approval on COVID sank from 67% to 49%.
(As I go through these numbers, keep in mind that, if the press were as hostile to Biden as it had been to Trump and if the Deep State and the opposing party launched utterly baseless charges of foreign conspiracies against him, his numbers would be in the single digits, if that high. All these pathetic numbers come about despite non-stop press and Deep State support.)

When it comes to why Biden is failing the COVID tests, Americans were clear: The top complaints are that the administration’s information is a confusing mess (69%) and that vaccine mandates are a bad idea (61%). People also feel the U.S. was blindsided by Omicronand, again, that Biden failed to fulfill his promise to bring cases down.
The people polled also understand that Biden is responsible for damaging the economy. Thus, 52% believe his policies made it worse, with only 25% thinking he improved it (and 23% saying “whatever”). And of that 52% who think he’s harmed the economy, 53% blame him for the problems. 80% of people who think the economy is bad blame inflation for that perception and it’s hard to believe they’re not pointing the finger at the man who killed our energy independence and broke the supply chain (with 65% blaming the supply chain for the economy).
On COVID, a full 40% think Biden made it worse, which is striking considering that it was his signature issue. Only 35% believe he’s improved the situation. (That’s going to be all the Democrats who adore vaccine mandates, masks, and punitive lockdowns.)
According to the CBS News/YouGov poll, Biden’s popularity is at 44%, which is higher than the 33% Quinnipiac gave him. What’s important, though, isn’t the number, it’s the trend: And the trend is that Biden is slipping forever downward. The only person who had a lower job approval at the end of his first year was Trump (37%) but again, Biden’s been the recipient of a slobbering, worshipful media since Day One, while Trump was attacked unfairly and incessantly since he came down that elevator.
Reality eventually wins, every time. No matter how much you insist on fantasies, the truth invariably oozes out. And when people look at the economy, COVID, foreign policy, our southern border, and Biden’s meanness and incoherence, his numbers make him a man headed for the bottom, with nothing to stop him.
