(CNSNews.com) - Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), who sits on the House Oversight Committee, said Wednesday that they had one hearing on the border last year, but it was the northern border with Canada, not the southern border.

Mace said that Americans are suffering because of Democrat policies.

“I mean, what has the left done for the American people over the last year? Because it's not just Nancy Pelosi's district that's suffering. It's every city across the country has seen a massive spike in crime. We've seen that on the streets of every major city in the U.S. over the last two years,” the congresswoman said.

“We've seen inflation skyrocket, and everyone's worried about the border of Ukraine, but no one seems worried about the border of the southern region of our country where we had almost 2 million apprehensions this year of illegal immigrants, and I will tell you, I sit on oversight as well, and we had one hearing on the border last year and guess what? It was about the northern border, not the southern border,” she said.

“So I would tell you the leftist policies that Nancy Pelosi has been leading have been a disaster for her district but for every hard working American in this country,” Mace said.

The congresswoman said Republicans need to win back the House and reverse the Democrat policies that have had “disastrous consequences.”

“Well, last week even, and the State Department had to correct President Biden, what he said at his press conference, said everyone was on pins and needles for the –you know he showed the entire world including Putin his hand on Ukraine, and the hand was empty at that point, and they’ve had to walk many of the statements back, which is really scary when we're talking about the world stage and real threats from Russia and from China when we have our own crises here at home,” she said.

“The number one thing that we need to do is Republicans need to win back the House this year to revert and reverse some of these horrific policies that we’ve seen that have disastrous consequences at the grocery store, at the gas pump, on our jobs and wages,” the congresswoman said.

“The second thing that Republicans need to do, it's not enough to bash the left or to bash Nancy Pelosi or President Biden's bad policies. We actually have to come up with solutions for inflation and maybe talk about curbing the spending, because Republicans and Democrats for decades have contributed to out-of-control spending,” Mace said.

“We’ve contributed to higher taxes in this country and so what are we going to do that's better that will create better and healthier families, better workforce, better jobs, better wages, and reduce and reverse some of the inflation that we're all seeing and also address the border. These are things that Republicans need to have solutions for going forward in the midterms, not only to get elected but actually to do something when we do have that power, when we are in the majority next year,” she said.

Mace said that Biden “would have higher approval ratings if he admitted some of the mistakes and blunders of his administration in the first year.”

“Last week, he said inflation was not existent. It was just a media craze or media frenzy showing empty shelves. I can tell you when I went to the grocery store a few days ago, I couldn't get about 25% of the items my kids and I wanted for the house to eat over the weekend, so I see it every day. Hard working families see it,” the congresswoman said.

“He also blames supply chain issues for inflation. That's part of it, but the spending that we're talking about, what we've done over the last years and during COVID and the Build Back Better, any future spending, the taxes that were in the infrastructure bill, 42 new taxes, all of this is contributing to our inflation woes, and wages cannot, simply cannot keep up,” she said.

“So he wants to blame everyone but himself, and I appreciate when there's alleged things that are happening in industries that shouldn't be - price gouging, et cetera - but what is he going to do to fix it. This is his problem, not theirs,” Mace said.

The congresswoman said that she wants to put together a tax cut proposal like a “a fair rate of consumption tax, flat tax or a fair tax.”

“When you look at – and I explained this to my kids – and when they look at their allowance, which is $10 a week, and if I were to take half of it right off the back for the federal government and then you’re going to pay mom a tax every time you need something or want to buy something, they're like oh, my gosh, we're only left with a few dollars, and I'm like, ‘Of course. This is how the government works,’ but they're not there yet,” Mace said.

“One of the big things I would like to see happen, I'm a big fan of the Penny Plan, and I think this would, balancing the budget would go a long way. It could be bipartisan but the penny plan would take a penny off for every future dollar of federal spending. You balance the budget in five, six or seven years and then after that you can increase spending by 10% and change annually,” she said.

“That's something that I believe that Democrats and Republicans could work together and would go a long way to helping fix some of our economic woes,” the congresswoman added.

Could Border Malfeasance Lead to Impeachment? Not 'Out of the Realm of Possibility,' Sen. Cotton Says

(CNSNews.com) - Instead of forcing would-be asylum-seekers to remain in Mexico, as the courts have ordered, the Biden administration has been videotaped shipping dozens of adult male illegal border-crossers to the interior of this country.

"That is in direct, direct violation of the court's order," Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) told Fox News's Laura Ingraham Tuesday night. "I hope the court holds them accountable. I hope they hold Secretary, DHS Mayorkas, accountable for this."

Ingraham asked Cotton: "If they keep doing what they do, which is not enforce the law, America is essentially changed in profound ways going forward, maybe forever. So do you discount the possibility that the House could actually bring up a serious -- perhaps impeachment inquiry just on this issue of the border alone? Is that out of the realm of possibility?"

"No, Laura, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility, because of all of the abuses of the Biden administration, I think what the Department of Homeland Security has done to undermine American sovereignty, to open our borders, to undercut wages and jobs for American workers is probably the most egregious," Cotton said.

"And they're open about it. Secretary Mayorkas has said it in speeches, that being illegally present in the country is no longer even a priority for deportation. They admit these things publicly."

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas plans to visit the (wide open) border in Yuma, Arizona, on Wednesday. His visit follows news that U.S. Customs and Border Protection "encountered" 178,840 illegal border crossers in December, the highest number ever for that month.

As CNSNews.com reported, the total number of encounters on the U.S.-Mexico border in just the first three months of FY 2022 (518,360) already exceeds the total annual figure for nine of the previous 12 fiscal years. The exceptions are 2018 (521,090), 2019 (977,509) and 2021 (1,734,686).

Mayorkas' planned visit also follows the above-mentioned Fox News report from Brownsville, Texas, showing dozens of illegal aliens being flown to locations around the country.

"Your tax dollars are supporting single grown men crossing this border and being shipped wherever they want to go," Cotton said Tuesday night. "That is a far cry from what that federal courts have ordered the Biden administration to do, which is to re-implement President Trump's remain in Mexico policy.

"I was shocked by the Biden administration's response to it. They said that they sometimes help with the orderly processing to get these migrants to their final destination. Well, Laura, when someone crosses our border illegally, their final destination should always be turning them around and sending them back to their home country. It shouldn't be putting them on a bus or an airplane at taxpayer expense to go wherever they want in the United States."

At the White House press briefing on Tuesday, Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy asked Jen Psaki, "Why is it that large numbers of single adult men are being released into the United States just hours after being apprehended at the southern border?"

"Well, I'm not sure the specifics of what you're referring to, Peter," Psaki replied:

What I can tell you in terms of what our policy is and how we're approaching the border is that we continue to be under Title 42. Migrants who cannot be expelled under Title 42, are placed into immigration proceedings. And one of those avenues could be placement in an alternative to detention program in the interior of the United States.

Sometimes that means moving migrants to other parts of the United States to move to different detention facilities where they wait for next steps in the immigration process such as a court hearing and are required to check in with a local ICE office.

So that is something -- certainly something that is happening out there in the country and is consistent with our policy.

Biden’s Year One in Immigration

By Mark Krikorian

National Review
Excerpt: The disaster at the border exceeds anything we’ve ever seen, with close to 1.7 million arrests at the southern border in fiscal 2021. But part of that fiscal year was under Trump; as of today, during the Biden’s first 365 days, arrests at the southern border will total a whopping 2 million.

Cammack: Single Adult Male Migrants Cross the Border with No ID, Given a Notarized Paper That Says ‘I Am Who I Say I Am’

(CNSNews.com) – Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Fla.) said Wednesday that the groups of single adult male migrants being transported to other parts of the country are “not the family units” that the Biden administration “has played in front of cameras, saying these are people fleeing desperate situations.”

Instead, many don’t undergo background checks or even have identification. They just get “a notarized piece of paper” saying “I am who I say I am,” and they’re able to board a plane and go anywhere in the United States, the congresswoman told Fox Business’s “Mornings with Maria Bartiromo.”

“This is not the family units that is the administration has played in front of cameras, saying these are people fleeing desperate situations. No, there are a lot of young single-adult males that have crossed, and I personally have seen them at the border myself. The background checks are certainly not sufficient,” she said.

“Many of these people are coming with zero ID, and they get a notarized piece of paper at the border that says I am who I say I am, and they are able to board a plane with no ID that, of course, all Americans citizens have to use to get on a plane or go basically anywhere in the United States. However, this group of people is exempt, and this, again, just points back to this administration's total disregard for the law,” Cammack said.

“There's zero consequences, and the most disturbing thing that I've seen thus far is the fact that we have less than 300 people that have been logged into the system for the Remain in Mexico policy, which, of course, the courts ruled the administration had to enforce and uphold months ago. We are in an invasion at this point here on our southwest border, and the administration is doing nothing to curb this,” she added.

Host Maria Bartiromo asked Cammack how the Biden administration can say they are restarting the Remain in Mexico program when there are only 267 migrants who have applied but 2 million migrants were apprehended crossing the border last year.

“That's the thing, Maria. They can't. This is absolutely a total failure, and it is a crisis that was generated by the Biden administration. Yesterday, Biden is getting ice cream. Meanwhile, on a daily basis in just one of the nine sectors, we’re seeing upwards of just 2,000 people coming across and being apprehended, and as you just hit on, that doesn't include the gotaways or the known terrorists, the known individuals that are on the terrorist watch list,” Cammack said.

“This is why we continually say every single town in America is a border town, because they are getting on buses and planes and trains and coming to a town near you, and it is at your expense as an American taxpayer, because they've already expended the $100 million out of FEMA's pocket that has gone to pay for all of these flights and all of this travel. It is absolutely shameful, and it has got to end, because it's putting every single American at risk,” she said.

On House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) announcing that she’s seeking re-election, Cammack said, “All indicators have pointed the fact that Nancy Pelosi was going to retire, but let's just lay this little nugget out there. She has been in Congress longer than I have been alive. She has been in office for 34 years, and in that 34 years, we can point to the fact that things have not gotten better since she has been in office.

“And I think she feared more than anything that she was going to be a lame duck speaker, and if there's anything that we know about Nancy Pelosi it’s that she revels in control, because that is what her agenda, that is what Biden's agenda is all about - dependency and control, and she has been losing grip on her caucus. We know that she has seen the writing on the wall with the mass number of retirements. This is gonna be a red wave that nobody has seen, and she is holding on for dear life at this point,” she said.

Biden Withholds December Border Crossing Numbers

The Biden administration has yet to release December border crossing numbers that Customs and Border Protection has circulated internally for at least 10 days, raising concerns on Capitol Hill that the White House is concealing damaging information about the severity of the border crisis.

On Jan. 14, CBP submitted the December data in a court filing. Those data revealed 178,840 migrant apprehensions in December, an increase from 173,620 in November. A spokeswoman for CBP told the Washington Free Beacon the December numbers are "scheduled to be released soon," although she did not answer why they were delayed.

Congressional Republicans have criticized the Biden administration's lack of transparency during one of the largest illegal immigration surges in recent history. They have alleged the delay is nothing more than an effort to conceal the severity of the crisis on the southern border.

"We don't have the December numbers, and it's certainly something [CBP] knows. They're just not releasing them," Rep. Chip Roy (R., Texas) told the Free Beacon. "We know it's going to be an absolutely staggering and embarrassing number, and they don't let the American people know it. If we get power back in 2023, we should have oversight hearings on Day One."

The failure to release data to the public follows a pattern set by the current White House, breaking with Democratic and Republican predecessors. Border crossing numbers are typically released in the first two weeks of the subsequent month, although November's were released on Dec. 17, 2021.

Aside from rising migrant encounters in December—a reversal of historical trends in winter months when there is typically less migration—the court documents reveal 55,626 migrants were released into the interior of the United States that month. More than 78,000 migrants apprehended by U.S. authorities were deported through Title 42, a federal provision that allows the quick removal of migrants during a public health crisis.

"Americans just want to know. If there's bad news, we as the American population can handle it, but we want to know what's going to be done about it," Rep. August Pfluger (R., Texas) told the Free Beacon. "There's just not a lot of transparent behavior when it comes to the Department of Homeland Security from the Biden administration."

President Joe Biden has overseen the largest influx of migrants at the southern border in recorded history. During the 2021 fiscal year, Border Patrol arrested more than 1.6 million migrants.

Despite those figures, Biden has failed to disclose a variety of reports that provide a fuller picture of how many illegal immigrants remain in the United States. The Free Beacon reported earlier this month the Department for Homeland Security has yet to release its annual report on the number of deportations conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in 2021.

Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas revealed on Jan. 12, following outcry from Republican lawmakers, that his agency was unable to locate roughly half of all the migrants released into the United States from between March 21, 2021, and Aug. 31, 2021.

Fewer Than 300 Asylum Seekers Enrolled in ‘Remain in Mexico’ After Biden Gutted Policy

The Department of Homeland Security has revealed fewer than 300 asylum seekers were returned to Mexico under the Migrant Protection Protocols program in December, vindicating concerns from immigration hawks that President Joe Biden would gut the program despite a court order.

In total, 267 migrants were enrolled in the program last month, according to a DHS document first obtained by Fox News. None from Mexico or the Northern Triangle—the areas with the highest migrant activity—were enrolled in the program.

Commonly known as the "Remain in Mexico" policy, MPP was first implemented under former president Donald Trump in 2019 as a response to rising migration on the southern border. Biden repealed MPP during his first month in office, although court orders forced his administration to reimplement the policy in November. Under Trump, about 68,000 migrants were placed in Mexico under the program. According to a study from the left-leaning Migration Policy Institute, Remain in Mexico correlated with a drop in migration through Mexico.

"MPP is still dead, and the court-ordered relaunch is all for show. We know it and so do migrants and smugglers," said R.J. Hauman, director of government relations and communications at the Federation for American Immigration Reform. "Border numbers are still through the roof. … The Biden administration isn’t acting in good faith—they're mocking the courts."

Proponents of Remain in Mexico point to the sharp drop in southern border apprehensions following the expansion of the program under Trump, arguing it forced the Mexican government to assist in stopping migration. As the Washington Free Beacon reported in October, however, those who called for the reimplementation of the policy were overly optimistic it would curb illegal immigration given the opportunities Biden had to undermine the program.

The DHS document reported by Fox News outlines exemptions asylum seekers can claim to avoid enrollment in the program. Migrants not enrolled are typically given court dates and released into the interior of the United States, a practice critics call "catch and release."

According to the document, asylum seekers can be unenrolled from MPP should government officials identify "particular vulnerabilities" such as claiming they are gay or transgender. All asylum seekers who claim they have a fear of being returned to Mexico may be provided a legal representative or consultant.

The Biden administration has said it would comply with the court order to restart MPP "in good faith"—language that provided broad wiggle room to change the program from what it looked liked under the previous administration. In January, the administration expanded MPP to apply to the Rio Grande Valley sector, which has seen some of the largest number of border crossings in the last year.

The largest influx of migrants at the southern border in recorded history followed Biden's repeal of MPP, with Border Patrol arresting 1.6 million in the 2021 fiscal year. A recent court filing from Customs and Border Protection revealed 55,626 migrants were released into the United States in December.

It's Not Just Illegal Aliens Our Southern Border Guards Against

Will Biden finally secure the border amid threats from China, Russia, Islamic terror, and drugs?

Back when he assumed office, President Biden essentially implemented an open borders policy.  It's been a disaster on top of his other disasters, with millions of illegal invaders flooding into the country from around the world in the middle of a pandemic.  Day by day, additional threats are emerging that illustrate that he needs to change course before it's too late.

In the words of former acting ICE director Tom Homan, Biden's border policies are "killing people."

Under President Trump last year, there was a total of 254 migrants (that) who died crossing that border — the first year under President Biden, that is more than doubled to 557. That's a 119% increase[.] ... Add to that over 100,000 overdose deaths, most of it from fentanyl that the DEA says, "come across the border." Add to that 59 CBP officers who die from COVID because Joe Biden is ignoring Title 42.

The world is getting more dangerous by the day, with bad actors from around the world gearing up to take full advantage of Biden's weakness, if not downright dementia.  The open southern border would be the perfect avenue to wreak havoc with law enforcement tasked with babysitting over border security.  Even worse, the coyotes running the smuggling operations along the border can simply distract the Border Patrol at one point to bring in far more dangerous people or contraband at another.

From the start, Biden's open border policy didn't make any sense in the context of the COVID pandemic, the existential crisis of our time according to the media and the Democrat party.  The same people who insisted that everyone wear a mask and get the latest booster and prove it with a vaccine passport didn't seem to care that millions of untested and unvaccinated people from around the world were flooding into the country.  The Biden administration even made sure to secretly disperse potential carriers of COVID to the conservative parts of the country, in some cases, using arrest warrants as ID for that extra bit of ironic outrage.

The Texas synagogue attack also reminded everyone of the threat of terrorism despite the FBI's best efforts in covering it up.  The Border Patrol has arrested terrorists at the border, despite attempts at deleting these notices.  An open southern border is an inviting prospect to any terrorists wanting to enter the country.  We were lucky in catching some of them; what about all the others?

What is going to happen in confrontations with China and Russia for worldwide dominance?  The wide-open southern border would be the first target for any ground incursion by our enemies.  We have no idea what might happen if they decide that we are too weak with Biden or Harris ostensibly at the helm.  Any marginally intelligent leader of a nation-state would see the value in securing a border in this situation.  In the case of Harris or Biden, they can't even rise to that level of competence.

Moreover, we have the ongoing threat of the fentanyl surge at the border.  Florida attorney general, Ashley Moody, recently wrote a letter to the administration:

It's no secret that President Biden's immigration policies are an unmitigated disaster, but it now appears that Biden's abdication of his duty at our southwest border is allowing criminals to smuggle even larger amounts of fentanyl and other dangerous drugs into our country — fueling the nation's deadly opioid crisis. ...

According to data available from Biden's first year in office, enough fentanyl has been seized to kill the entire U.S. population six times over — it is terrifying to imagine how much of this extremely deadly drug is being trafficked into our country undetected.

So why are they doing this?  Why have they opened the country to a devastating flood of disease, invaders, terrorists, and drugs?  Why are they trying to destroy the country from within?  The answer is simple: power.  They know they are going to lose in November, and if there were any justice, that would be the end of their party.  They know they won't be able to exploit the COVID crisis, so they need to pull another rabbit out of the hat.

If they can't get U.S. citizens to vote for them, they will just bring in a new set.  They have already telegraphed their intentions.  The New York Times made the case for everyone having a vote because, why not?  Democrats have already floated the idea of non-citizens voting in local elections.  Gavin Newsom wants to offer free health care to everyone; this will only incentivize the illegal invasion.  Kamala Harris wants to grant amnesty and the right to vote to millions.

The Democrats' other plan is to make it easy for anyone to vote in our elections.  Their Orwellian "Freedom to Vote act" would destroy the right to vote by rendering it irrelevant.  It's a multi-vectored attack on free and fair elections.  Mail-in voting, ballot-harvesting, and eliminating voter ID will make it child's play for the Democrats to cheat — a simple matter of having their cadres of illegal invaders vote for the promised free stuff paid with other people's money.

That is why they are willing to sacrifice your safety and your liberty.  They don't care that its absolute insanity to have an open border in these circumstances.  It's more important for them to maintain their power than perform their constitutional duties in protecting the states from invasion.

This is because despite all its declarations, the Democratic Party is not a party of workers. It, as Biden’s transition team attests, is a party of Wall Street, big banks, Amazon, and the military-industrial complex.

Amazon, this year alone, petitioned for nearly 3,000 employment-based green cards for their foreign visa workers and foreign nationals seeking to take high-paying white collar jobs. Microsoft and Google, likewise, petitioned for more than 3,300 employment-based green cards.

Psaki Questioned on ‘Large Numbers of Single Adult’ Male Migrants Released into the U.S.

(CNSNews.com) – White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that migrants who cannot be expelled under Title 42 are released into the U.S. and placed into immigration proceedings as an alternative to detention programs.

This comes as Fox News reported seeing large numbers of illegal immigrant men being dropped off at a parking garage in Brownsville, Texas, where black tarps were set up with a makeshift sign saying, “Border Patrol drop-off.”

Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy asked Psaki about it, saying, “Why is it that large numbers of single adult men are being released into the United States just hours after being apprehended at the southern border?”

“I’m not sure the specifics of what you’re referring to Peter. What I can tell you in terms of what our policy is and how we’re approaching the border is that we continue to be under Title 42. Migrants who cannot be expelled under Title 42 are placed into immigration proceedings, and one of those avenues could be placement in an alternative to detention program in the interior of the United States,” Psaki said.

“Sometimes that means moving migrants to other parts of the United States to move to different detention facilities where they wait for next steps in the immigration process such as a court hearing and are required to check in with a local ICE office, so that is something that is happening out there in the country and is consistent with our policy,” she said.

“You mentioned they’re supposed to check in at a local ICE office, but we know just between March and August, which is a very small sample size, DHS says one of 47,000 of these migrants that were given notices to report did not show up. So why let them into the U.S. unsupervised in the first place?” Doocy asked.

“Well, again. We have a stringent protocols and processes that we implement here. That includes expelling individuals who come in under title 42, given we are still in a global pandemic and includes those who do not show up will be subject to the repercussions of that so that is the policy we're implementing from our Homeland Security Department,” Psaki said.

79,678: December Border Encounters With Illegal Migrants Not From Mexico/Northern Triangle Up Tenfold

(CNSNews.com) – The number of “encounters” with migrants trying to enter the U.S. illegally at the southwest border, and coming from countries other than Mexico and the Northern Triangle, hit a new record high in December – 79,678 – more than ten times higher than the same month in each of the previous four years.

In December of 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017, the number of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encounters on the southwest border with migrants from all countries except Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador was 7,891, 7,504, 6,050, and 3,046, respectively.

In fact, just three months into fiscal year 2022, CBP apprehensions of migrants who are not from one of those four countries (188,193) is already approaching half of the number recorded for that cohort for the whole of FY 2021 (378,386) – and has well exceeded the figures for the whole of FY 2020 (53,615) and FY 2019 (116,760).

The headline figure in the data released by the CBP on Monday shows that total migrant encounters along the southwest border during December – irrespective of countries of origin – stood at 178,840, an increase of 141.6 percent from the same month in 2020, and up 340.8 percent from December 2019.

The total number of encounters on the U.S.-Mexico border involving all nationalities in just the first three months of FY 2022 (518,360) already exceeds the total annual figure for nine of the previous 12 fiscal years. The exceptions are 2018 (521,090), 2019 (977,509) and 2021 (1,734,686).

(Graph: CNSNews.com/Data: Customs and Border Protection/DHS)
(Graph: CNSNews.com/Data: Customs and Border Protection/DHS)

Mexico, predictably, accounted for the largest number of encounters along the southwest border last month – 51,285, compared to 39,370 in December 2020.

For the three northern triangle countries of Central America, the figures were: Guatemala 20,966 (up from 12,454 in Dec. 2020), Honduras 18,062 (up from 10,358 a year earlier), and El Salvador 8,849 (up from 3,921 in Dec. 2020).

But the sharply climbing figures for the “other than” countries are in themselves significant, given the Biden administration focus on addressing what it calls the “root causes” of illegal migration specifically in the northern triangle countries – corruption, violence, and “the worsening impacts of climate change.”

Countries accounting for large numbers of apprehensions during December 2021 included Venezuela, with 24,819 encounters (compared to just 206 in December 2020), Nicaragua with 15,298 (640 in Dec. 2020), Cuba with 7,983 (2,067 in Dec. 2020), Brazil with 7,924 (291 in Dec. 2020), and Haiti with 7,075 (237 in Dec. 2020).

(Graph: CNSNews.com/Data: Customs and Border Protection/DHS)
(Graph: CNSNews.com/Data: Customs and Border Protection/DHS)

Among the countries whose citizens were responsible for smaller numbers of migrant encounters in December 2021 – but still notable increases from the same month one year earlier – were Colombia with 4,094 (73 in Dec. 2020), Russia with 2,104 (53 in Dec. 2020), India with 1,142 (31 in Dec. 2020), Turkey with 566 (1 in Dec. 2020), Ukraine with 358 (6 in Dec. 2020) and China with 73 (15 in Dec. 2020).

(Graph: CNSNews.com/Data: Customs and Border Protection/DHS)
(Graph: CNSNews.com/Data: Customs and Border Protection/DHS)

Of the total 178,840 encounters in December, 44 percent of the individuals stopped were processed for expulsion under Title 42, the public health authority to expel migrants without a court hearing due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19, the CBP reported.

The other 56 percent were processed under Title 8, which “refers to the physical control or temporary detainment of a person who is not lawfully in the U.S. which may or may not result in an arrest.”

The CBP provides “encounter” figures rather than numbers of actual individuals apprehended along the border, because it says in many cases people who are stopped and sent back, try again.

Of the 178,840 encounters recorded in December and reported on Monday, 23 percent involved migrants who had been encountered at least once before over the previous 12-month period.

BIDENOMICS: The issue is not the survival of what the leader of the most powerful imperialist country calls “democracy.” Joe Biden really means capitalism, the profit system, which has produced a level of economic inequality that is entirely incompatible with any genuine democracy. Instead, it is generating fascist movements all over the world, which aim to bolish all democratic rights and subject the working class  to the naked dictatorship of the rich.  PATRICK MARTIN

Will Mass African Migration Make Hispanics Immigration Patriots?

Earlier: Is The Black-Brown Coalition Unraveling?

Immigration is one issue on which Hispanics do not speak in one voice. Contrary to Karl Rove, many don’t really care for mass immigration and are even quite hostile to it. And if you put Hispanics under the microscope, you’ll find that hostility increases even more when it comes to the mass immigration of blacks.

Which raises an interesting point about the complexity of race relations in America. The current fixation is, of course, black vs. white, Jim Crow, the “legacy of slavery,” and “institutional racism.” But it’s worth taking a look at black vs. Hispanic, what Hispanics think of blacks, particularly immigrants, how blacks interact with other non-whites, and mass black immigration.

Those matters will be the most interesting to monitor as the country becomes less white in the following decades. In this new demographic ecosystem, blacks will be compelled to interact more with non-white immigrants and their descendants.

That does not portend a peaceful future. Black-on-Hispanic violence is epidemic. So is Black-Hispanic gang war.

They’re just another facet of the multicultural dumpster fire engulfing America and that will eventually require the attention of the Historic American Nation.

Polled in the fall, 52 percent of Texas Hispanics approved of the Biden Regime’s decision to deport Haitian refugees who entered the U.S. illegally [51% of Texas Voters Say Abbott Doesn’t Deserve To Be Re-Elected, Quinnipiac University Poll Finds, September 28, 2021, Pol.Qu.edu]. And 63 percent of voters surveyed in Tejano-heavy South Texas favored deporting Haitian migrants as well.

Maybe they know that September’s surge of Haitian migrants offered a glimpse of what Africanized migration will look like in the not-too-distant future. A startling datum on that subject: 2.1 million African immigrants were living in the U.S. in 2015 [African immigration population in U.S. steadily climbs, by Monica Anderson, Pew Research, February 14, 2017]. In 1970, just 80,000 Africans were here. So in about 50 years, the population increased 2,525 percent. What was the point of this?

African immigration will likely balloon. Africa faces major population pressures in the decades to come. Sub-Saharan Africa’s population was about 1.02 billion in 2017. By 2050, it will be 2.17 billion and will continue surging to four billion, according to the United Nations.

Due to Africa’s perpetual violence, political instability and wracking poverty, Africans will look for a new home. Guilt-ridden whites will help them find one…here. A treasonous white Ruling Class in the West, keen on The Great Replacement, and corrupt NGOs ready to assist in that demographic murder, are more than ready to import torrential waves of melanated migrants via “refugee” programs, or simply let them cross the border illegally and give them Amnesty.

My view, as a Hispanic immigrant: Hispanics are less likely to think that “diversity” will be their “greatest strength” than Leftist journalists assume. In fact, they might well see opportunity in an alliance with anti-immigration whites of the Historic American Nation.

Consider this: the Ruling Class’s decision to embrace mass migration and pro-black policies starting in the 1960s have brought together white Catholics and Protestants—two groups that have not been on good terms for a good part of American history. That coalition is now part of the ascendant right-wing populist coalition that elected Donald Trump in 2016 and appears to be continuing to thrive [For Trump, Conservative Catholics Are The New Evangelicals, by Tom Gjelten, NPR, October 26, 2020].

Thus, given the black-white dynamic in this country, and future immigration from Africa and the Caribbean, a similar convergence of interests between whites and Hispanics, and then an alliance, could be in its embryonic stages.

Despite what the Spanish-speaking media in the U.S. says, Hispanics aren’t universally onboard with Leftist Mainstream Media’s and Corporate America’s cheap-labor agenda, either. Cesar Chavez still commands major respect among Hispanics for his career of advocating for immigration restriction.

Many Hispanics have lived in North America for centuries. They might not relate much to Americans of northern European extraction, but they sure won’t be keen about African marauders feasting on their property. Nor will they sit idly by as Mexican cartels encroach on their territory.

The main danger with the Hispanic surge to the right on immigration, and toward the GOP, is that Republican leaders will take away the wrong message. Instead of recognizing some Hispanics’ nuanced views on immigration and their aversion to blacks, your average GOP Strategerist will babble that Hispanics are “natural conservatives,” a frequent Conservatism, Inc. Talking Point, and continue pushing for more legal immigration, because “those are the kinds of law-abiding immigrants we want!”

Actually, we don’t want or need any kind of immigrant. But in any event, the Dissident Right can’t let the GOP take control of the Hispanic narrative. It is vital to understand that black dysfunctionblack-on-Hispanic crime, mass black immigration and Woke attempts to erase Hispanic culture with terms such as “Latinx” have stronger political pull for Hispanics than any of Con, Inc.’s bromides.

Public order is clearly breaking down in America; its political problems are ones of identity and not so much of public policy. The debates between Con, Inc. and libertarians can only be conducted in an homogenous society. We do not live in a homogenous society. These debates are suicidal while the Historic American Nation is being replaced before our eyes.

I hold no illusions about Hispanics being the saviors of the Historic American Nation. However, a significant minority of Hispanics who are not down with the Black Run America and mass migration, key planks for our emerging communist Democratic Party, offer at least a tactical ally.

Politics ain’t beanbag, as Mr. Dooley said. It requires crafty and sometimes ruthless methods. If that means exploiting the warring factions within the Democratic Party to ward off the anti-white Left and stop mass African migration, then so be it.

Future generations are counting on us. We must not let them down, and so must do what we have to do.

Amazon, Facebook Spend Millions Lobbying Congress for More Legal Immigration, Amnesty for Illegal Aliens

Two of the nation’s largest tech conglomerates, Amazon and Facebook, spent millions last year lobbying members of Congress to back legislation expanding legal immigration levels and amnesty for illegal aliens, records show.

In all of last year, Amazon spent $20.3 million on lobbying lawmakers — including on bills that would have benefited the multinational corporation’s reliance on cheap foreign labor. Facebook, similarly, spent $20.1 million on lobbying lawmakers.

Specifically, lobbying reports show, both Amazon and Facebook lobbied members of Congress to pass a huge green card giveaway scheme that would reward tech corporations for years of outsourcing American jobs to imported foreign visa workers while also allowing Indian and Chinese nationals to monopolize the employment-based green card system for at least a decade.

Amazon and Facebook also lobbied Congress to increase the process known as “chain migration” whereby newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the United States. Already, 7-in-10 legal immigrants arrive via chain migration among the roughly 1.2 million legal immigrants that are rewarded green cards every year.

Most significantly, Washington, D.C. lobbyists for Amazon and Facebook were vital in the push for President Joe Biden’s failed “Build Back Better Act” which would have provided amnesty to most of the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens as well as limitless immigration for corporations.

Tech lobbyists have enjoyed a close financial relationship with elected Republicans and Democrats in recent decades.

For instance, a review of Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show that Amazon’s top lobbyist has recently donated to the Buckeye Victory Fund — which has transferred thousands in donations to the National Republican Congressional Committee — along with Reps. Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA), Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), Liz Cheney (R-WY), and Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX).

Other lobbyists for Amazon have recently donated to Reps. Patty Murray (D-WA), Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), and Angie Craig (D-MN), among others.

Meanwhile, lobbyists for Facebook have recently thrown cash at Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-KY), the National Republican Study Committee (NRSC) which is chaired by Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND), Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Sen. John Thune (R-SD), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA), and Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

Pinkerton: Biden by the Numbers – the Data of Failure

WASHINGTON, DC - JANUARY 19: U.S. President Joe Biden talks to reporters during a news conference in the East Room of the White House on January 19, 2022 in Washington, DC. With his approval rating hovering around 42-percent, Biden is approaching the end of his first year in the Oval …

By almost any reckoning this past year, President Joe Biden and the Democrats have been a failure. Here are some data points that tell the tale about Biden and his party.

5 — Donald Trump’s percentage-point advantage over Biden in a hypothetical 2024 re-match (Trump 49, Biden 44), according to a poll released by McLaughlin & Associates on January 19. Also, according to the same poll, five is the gap in the generic ballot for Congress this November (Republicans 48, Democrats 43).

7 — Inflation rate in December 2021, according to Trading Economics, which adds that it’s a “high since June of 1982.”  The inflation rate in January 2021 was a 1.4 percent.

7 — Net percentage of Americans who want Anthony Fauci to resign his leadership position on Covid-19 policy (remain 46, resign 53), according to Trafalgar Group on January 20.

9 — Deficit in approval/disapproval of Biden’s handing of the coronavirus pandemic (approve 45, disapprove 54), according to AP-NORC, January 20.

12 — Number of major U.S. cities that hit all-time highs for homicides in 2021, according to ABC News. Cities include Austin, TX; Columbus, OH; and Portland, OR.

14 — Difference between the percentage of Republicans who express high enthusiasm (nine or ten on a ten-point scale) for voting in the 2022 midterm elections and the percentage of Democrats who are similarly enthused (GOP 61 percent, Dems 47 percent), according to NBC News on January 23.

18 — Job approval of Congress. Comment from Gallup Poll official Megan Brennan, “The latest five-percentage-point decline in congressional approval is largely attributed to a 10-point decline among Democrats whose frustration appears to be mounting with their party’s senators and representatives who hold majorities in both houses of Congress.” Gallup, January 21.

19 — Percentage of likely voters who strongly approve of Biden’s job performance, according to Rasmussen Reports on January 24.

32 — Percentage of Americans who cite immigration as the most important issue, up from 18 percent a year ago, according to AP-NORC on January 10.

32 — Percentage of Michiganders who have a positive view of Biden as president, according to ABC12 News (Flint, MI) on January 24.  In the same poll, just 41 percent support Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) for a second term, while 49 percent want someone else.

33 — Percentage of Americans who approve of Biden’s job performance, according to Quinnipiac University on January 12.

42 — Biden’s approval rating, according to the running polling average of FiveThirtyEight.

49 — Percentage of likely voters who strongly disapprove of Biden’s job performance, according to Rasmussen Reports on January 24.

52 — Percentage of New Mexicans who wish to see someone other than Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) win this year; 39 percent wish to re-elect her, according to  Cygnal on January 21.

54 — Percentage of registered voters who disapprove of the job Kamala Harris is doing as vice president, according to Fox News on January 19.

56 — Percentage of Americans who say that Republicans would do a better job on immigration, the economy, crime, border security, and national security (same number for all five issues); according to Fox News on January 23.

60 — Percentage of Americans who would probably or definitely vote for someone other than Joe Biden in 2024, according to Fox News on January 23.

72 — Percentage of Americans who think the nation is headed in the wrong direction, according to NBC News on January 23.

79 — Biden’s age. From Politico’s West Wing Playbook on January 24, concerning the White House’s fear that Biden will contract Covid: “Some current and former White House officials foresee a potential political and policy disaster if the president were to contract the virus . . . Covid protocol critics and vaccine skeptics would have a field day with Biden catching Covid and use it to further undermine trust in the administration’s efforts to combat the pandemic. The 79-year-old president would likely take at least a few days to recover—in addition to placing himself in quarantine—which could exacerbate concerns about his age and health.” According to Politico, this fear of illness for Biden “could very well scuttle his ambitions to crisscross the country more this year.”

1836 — The last year that a sitting Democratic vice president was elected to the presidency. That was Martin Van Buren.  So if Kamala Harris were to attempt to succeed Biden in 2024, she would need to break a pattern that has been in place for 188 years. We might recall that in 2000, for example, Democratic Vice President Al Gore sought to succeed President Bill Clinton and lost.

1856 — The last year that a Democrat eligible to run for re-election chose to retire and was replaced by another Democrat elected to the White House. In that year, Franklin Pierce handed off to James Buchanan. So if a Democrat other than Harris were to be the party’s nominee in 2024, he or she would need to break a winless “streak” that has held for 168 years.

1968 — The last year that a Democratic president chose not to run again. That was Lyndon B. Johnson, who had become unpopular over the Vietnam War, rising crime, and campus unrest. The Democrats lost the White House that year.

2016 — The last year that an incumbent Democratic vice president was passed over for the presidential nomination. Five years ago, Vice President Biden was pushed aside for Hillary Clinton. And we know what happened that November.

91,000 — Approximate number of additional American deaths from Covid-19 during the Biden presidency, compared to the Trump presidency. (400,000 for Trump, 491,000 for Biden.) As Biden said to Trump doing their debate on October 23, 2020, when the death toll was around 235,000, “Anyone who is responsible for that many deaths should not remain as President of the United States of America.”

Yes, it’s a bleak picture for Biden and the Democrats in 2022, and it looks to be bleak, too, in the future. And yet the numbers don’t lie.

THERE  IS NO GREATER THREAT TO AMERICA THAN JOE BIDEN AND HIS BANKSTERS AND BILLIONAIRES!

There it is.  That's the issue.  To begin, you have the corrupt family Biden.  They've been scamming us and our system well for almost fifty years.  The man is supposedly worth over 250 million dollars.  How is this possible on his salary?  It's not.  So where did his wealth come from?  Not from being a brilliant businessman. DAVID PRENTICE

Chamber of Commerce Cheers Biden’s Expansion of American Job Outsourcing for Amazon, BlackRock, Facebook

The United States Chamber of Commerce is cheering on President Joe Biden’s expansion of a visa pipeline set to deliver more foreign competition against American professionals while cutting costs for the nation’s largest multinational corporations.

As Breitbart News’s Neil Munro reports, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the expansion of the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program whereby corporations like Amazon, Facebook, and BlackRock hire foreign students over American STEM graduates at a 15 percent discount by avoiding tens of billions in FICA taxes.

Specifically, Biden expanded the OPT program to include 22 fields of study from which corporations can hire foreign students at American universities for coveted white-collar, entry-level jobs.

Those new fields of study include bioenergy, climate science, earth systems science, economics and computer science, mathematical economics, general data analytics, and research methodology.

The Chamber of Commerce, representing corporate special interests, cheered the move as “one of a series of key actions needed to address the workforce shortage crisis” even as American college students have urged the federal government to end the program.

“We welcome the Biden administration’s announcement on international STEM talent,” the Chamber’s Jon Baselice said in a statement:

Much more needs to be done to update and modernize our nation’s immigration system, and those types of changes require congressional action. The Chamber will continue to push Congress and the White House to work together and address these pressing issues, as the workforce challenges impacting many businesses today won’t be abating anytime soon. [Emphasis added]

The Chamber’s vision, as recently detailed by CEO Suzanne Clark, includes flooding the U.S. labor market with twice as much foreign competition against America’s working and middle class.

During a policy speech this month, Clark called on Congress to double legal immigration levels — which would bring anywhere from two to four million foreign nationals to the U.S. annually — and provide amnesty to most of the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens.

Such a policy would bring a foreign-born population nearly six times the size of Boston, Massachusetts, to the U.S. every year. The goal, Clark said, is to provide corporations and big businesses with as much readily available foreign labor as possible without having to compete for American workers with higher wages and better benefits.

The expansion of foreign competition against white-collar American workers is likely to hugely benefit the top employers of OPT visa workers. In 2020, Amazon ranked as the top outsourcer to foreign students for American jobs, followed by Apple, BlackRock, Facebook, Microsoft, Accenture, Oracle, Bank of America, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, Citigroup, eBay, Google, Goldman Sachs, Hewlett-Packard, Infosys, JP Morgan, McKinsey & Company, Tata Consultancy Services, Wayfair, and Yahoo, among others.

Annually, more than half a million American STEM graduates enter the white-collar workforce looking for entry-level jobs. Those prospects are crushed by foreign visa worker competition that allows corporations to import foreign nationals on cheaper salaries before securing them green cards to permanently remain in the U.S.

Joe Biden Invites More Foreign Workers to Take Americans’ White-Collar Careers

President Joe Biden’s deputies are inviting even more foreign college graduates to take U.S. white-collar jobs, just as they have opened the southern border to roughly one million blue-collar migrants in 2021.

“It is a punch to the gut” for American graduates, Rob Law, the director of regulatory affairs and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies, told this Breitbart News reporter. He continued, “The government has decided that it is in the interest of their donors to get their own unlimited supply of foreign workers outside of the normal [immigration] channels. So, congratulations. If you got a STEM degree [science, technology, engineering, math], you aren’t likely to get a job in STEM, and you’re probably not getting any job that will allow you to pay off your student loans.”

The four-sided jobs giveaway will also allow many more foreign graduates into a wider variety of non-technology careers, including many jobs sought by women graduates, Kevin Lynn, founder of U.S. Tech Workers, noted. The careers being opened up to migrants include forestry, data visualization, environmental studies, and organizational psychology, he said.

“It’s an extreme overreach by agencies over the Congress, which writes the laws on immigration,” Lynn added.

The January 21 announcement was leaked to business-oriented media outlets — the Wall Street Journal and Forbes — and it seeks to implement many of the provisions in the administration’s January 2021 immigration expansion bill. The bill was blocked by public opposition, and its core provisions were then copied into the Build Back Better bill, which is also blocked.

The announcement is being applauded by business advocates for migration, including the American Immigration Council. Many investors and business groups — especially Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us investors’ group — have been lobbying similar rules that would give them more foreign contract workers.

Mark Zuckerberg, chairman and CEO of Facebook (AP Photo/Esteban Felix, File)

Current rules allow companies to keep a population of more than 1.5 million mid-skilled, non-immigrant, foreign white-collar workers in jobs sought by the large population of skilled U.S. graduates. That huge population is more than enough to prevent a tight labor market in white-collar professionals, so tilting the playing field towards the Fortune 500’s executives and shareholders.

Many of these non-immigrant, temporary workers occupy subcontracted, lower-wage, short-term gig jobs for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies that once were the first steps for U.S. graduates towards a middle-class life.

These imported mid-skill workers are held in thrall to U.S. C-suite executives by their hope of getting hugely valuable green cards for themselves and all their descendants. While they work in the hope of getting green cards, these workers have no practical legal or workplace rights and often must work under imported Indian managers who maintain Indian-style work culture — including subservience, plus sexual, caste, and racial discrimination.

The process of sponsoring foreign workers for green cards is “highly susceptible to fraud,” says a 2020 report by the Department of Labor’s Inspector General. The process “relentlessly has employers not complying with the qualifying criteria,” the report said, echoing decades of systemic fraud described by cops, federal agenciesembassy officials, and advocates for Americans. This abused workforce is managed via routine bribes and kickbacks to hiring managers.

The visa-worker system is complex, loopholed, crowded, slow, and fractured, Law said. But the uncertainties encourage foreign visa workers to keep coming for U.S. gig jobs in the hope of eventually getting the huge prize of green cards, he said. “The endgame is if you stick around long enough, eventually you’ll find an immigration attorney that will hook you up with some sort of status that will ensure that you’re here forever,” Law said.

Executives use this vast and powerless green card workforce to weaken the workplace power of the U.S. progressional class. In recent years, business scandals have shown that U.S. professionals lose arguments with the C-suite executives for decent salaries, product qualityinnovative research, data privacy, information security, or for corporate compliance with federal law, including lawsuits — partly because the executives believe the green card workforce generates short-term stock-market gains for executives and their investors.

Biden’s deputies are justifying the new giveaways by saying they are good for economic growth — but they say nothing about the programs’ costs, including the damage to Americans’ wage and workplace authority. For example, Ur Jaddou, the director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency tweeted:

Biden’s deputies claim Congress gave them the power to award work permits to foreigners: “The Secretary … has broad authority to determine which individuals are authorized for employment in the United States. See INA Sec. 274A(h)(3), 8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3).” That legal claim is weak, but the Supreme Court dodged the issue in 2020, critics say.

The new policy expands the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program, the J-1 visa, the O-1 visa and opens a path for additional foreign graduates to ask for green cards from their homelands.

The uncapped OPT program allowing universities to trade work permits last one year or almost three years to roughly 400,000 foreign graduates each year in exchange for out-of-state tuition fees. Federal officials tell judges that the OPT work permits are just training opportunities — but they are the primary route for foreign graduates to get into the U.S. labor market and eventually win a green card.

“OPT is billed as a ‘practical training’ program [but] all it does is offer financial incentives to bypass the American workforce,” a statement from the Federation for American Immigration Reform said. “It contains no requirements to pay the prevailing wage, or any requirements to protect domestic workers … American workers — especially recent college graduates — deserve a fair chance at the jobs and wages they deserve.”

President Donald Trump constricted the OPT program, which is worth perhaps $30 billion a year, to the universities.

But Biden’s deputies are expanding the program by allowing foreign graduates to get three-year work permits for 22 additional careers. The extra careers include non-STEM careers such as “general forestry,” as well as careers sought by women graduates, such as data visualization, environmental studies, and organizational psychology.

Secondly, the administration is also expanding the Department of State’s J-1 visa program, which many nonprofits and universities now use to recruit low-wage laboratory personnel, researchers, and teachers instead of hiring Americans. The uncapped J-1 program will now be opened to businesses, allowing them to import more foreign graduates. This work program is uncapped and is justified as a non-work “cultural exchange” opportunity.

Third, Biden’s people are also lowering the standards for the O-1 “genius visa” program, which has been reserved for particularly accomplished people.

Fourth, the announcement also lowers the standards needed to win an agency exception — dubbed the “National Interest Waiver” (NIW) — from the normally high-bar facing people who ask for green cards from overseas.

The current NIW rules say that candidates need to have “exceptional ability,” but the language announced January 21 suggests  that candidates merely have “a bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressive work experience in the field … [or] a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered in the sciences, arts, or business.”

By lowering the standards, agency leaders can pressure the adjudicators to rubber-stamp more requests from foreign graduates, Rob law, who served as a top official in the USCIS under Trump, said. “When a denial is issued or [the adjuidicator] requests more evidence, you’re going to have an immigration attorney complain and tweet about it. And then Mayorkar and Jaddou are going to bully and belittle these adjudicators, and at that point, it’s not really worth the hassle for adjudicators to deny actually this waiver. … The law and eligibility requirements do not matter anymore. There is only one correct answer, and it’s, ‘Get to yes.'”

The Biden administration’s set of four new rules does not directly change the well-known H-1B visa program, which provides work permits to roughly 115,000 extra foreign workers each year.

The federal government does not track the number of H-1B workers. Many of the workers stay in the United States for many years before they get green cards, so the resident population has been pegged at nearly one million. But the program is open to fraud, so the many additional people — including people who illegally overstay their visas — may be working under faked or duplicate H-1B permits.

The population of illegal white-collar workers is also boosted by the unsupervised and uncapped B-1/B-2 program. The program allows foreign graduates to legally visit for six months of training — but they are not supposed to work. However, many of the temporary visitors do work, partly because U.S. pay rates are far above rates in their home countries.

The January 21 announcement was made one year after Biden’s deputies released their immigration-expansion bill. The bill has been stalled by public opposition in Congress, but some of the core provisions are included by the January 21 regulatory changes.

“A handful of Republicans get it and are willing to vocalize what’s going on here,” Law said. But, he added, “too many elected Republicans are still beholden to the donor class and care more about the campaign dollars than their constituents.”

“Democrats don’t look at the immigration issue from the perspective of America or any individual American,” according to Law. “They only look at it from the perspective of the alien. … There’s no view about the American national interest, the impact on wages, on housing, or anything else in American society,” he said.

Many U.S. journalists on the immigration beat ignore the controversial economics of migration and prefer to focus on the family drama of migrants at the border or trying to avoid deportation. Among journalists, “there is a complete lack of intellectual curiosity and [nearly] everybody is playing off of the same talking points that are produced by the same higher-ups,” Law said. “That’s the narrative that they run with, in lockstep.”

Migration moves money, and since at least 1990, the federal government has tried to extract people from poor countries so they can serve U.S. investors as cheap workers, government-aided consumers, and high-density renters in the U.S. economy.

That economic strategy has no stopping point, and it is harmful to ordinary Americans: it cuts their career opportunities and their wages while it also raises their housing costs.

The strategy also curbs Americans’ productivity, shrinks their political clout, and widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ coastal states and the Republicans’ Heartland states.

The economic policy radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture and allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.

Unsurprisingly, a wide variety of little-publicized polls do show deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

The opposition is growinganti-establishmentmultiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisanrationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity that Americans owe to each other.

Democrats, Big Tech Billionaires Unite to Keep DACA Illegal Aliens in U.S. Jobs

In a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Senate Democrats including Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Alex Padilla (D-CA), and Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), along with a number of House Democrats, urged the Biden administration to move forward with the regulation and expand the program to include more illegal aliens.

Amazon, this year alone, petitioned for nearly 3,000 employment-based green cards for their foreign visa workers and foreign nationals seeking to take high-paying white collar jobs. Microsoft and Google, likewise, petitioned for more than 3,300 employment-based green cards.

 THE BULD CHINA GREATER BOYS

Joe Biden, in his days in the Senate, was very partial to China, as he voted against revoking China’s most-favored nation status and in 2007 opposed the idea of applying any tariffs on China despite their obvious unfair trade practices.  However, it was as Vice President that he became wholly enamored with the country and its leadership. STEVE McCANN

The book is a devastating chronicle of political corruption. From Ukraine to Mexico to China, Hunter Biden's private correspondence shows how he and his family leveraged his father's position to win high-paying, low-work gigs with shady foreign actors—and how Joe's official actions at times directly benefited his family's financial backers.  ALANA GOODMAN

I’d be inclined to disagree with Don except for one thing: Biden has proven to be a very adept criminal mastermind. For decades, he has funneled millions of dollars to his children and siblings and, especially, to his debauched, deviant son, Hunter.

JOE BIDEN HAS BEEN CORRUPT FOR 50 YEARS AND NOT ONE INVESTIGATION. DOESN'T THAT SHOW YOU HOW UTTERLY CORRUPT THE RULING CLASS IS?

Schweizer: ‘It’s Going to Be Business as Usual’ for Hunter’s Dealings

Joe Biden, the corrupt, unaccomplished 47-year career politician, with a reputation of having been a proud segregationist, an unabashed plagiarist and liar, a resolute tale-teller, and a serial flip-flopper, is pretending to head up a radical social-democratic ticket for President of the United States that includes as his running mate the ambitious, disagreeable junior senator from California: Kamala Harris.
