Why do Western academics present Islam as an enlightened force for progress?

Western academics routinely present Islam as an enlightened force for progress unfortunately stymied by Western bigotry and aggression. Where did this image come from and how did it become ensconced in universities? What truths and falsehoods does it contain? What implications does it have?

Mosque Linked to Palestinian Islamic Jihad Allowed to Defile MLK Parade

Martin Luther King, Jr. was unquestionably the greatest civil rights leader of our time. Last month, Tampa, Florida honored his legacy with a parade through the city. Part of this legacy was King’s unabashed support of the Jewish state. Ironically, one of the groups permitted to join the parade was the Islamic Community of Tampa (ICT), a mosque that has its roots in anti-Israel terror. ICT’s participation in this event is an extreme example of how US Islamists have been working hard to co-opt King’s legacy. The organizers must be taken to task for allowing such a desecration and not properly vetting those involved. It should never happen again.

On January 17th, the City of Tampa hosted its 2022 MLK Parade, after being on hiatus for a while as a result of Covid. Hundreds of onlookers were treated to dancers, floats and bands, and just like in most parades, local groups were able to participate. One of these groups, the United Muslim Delegation, had within it a number of well-known radical Muslim institutions, including the Hamas-linked CAIR, the South Asian terror-associated Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), and ICT, a.k.a. Masjid Al-Qassam, which was/is founded and directed by members of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).

Al-Qassam was created in 1985 by Sami al-Arian, then-North American leader of PIJ, and incorporated in 1992. The mosque was named after Izz ad-Din al-Qassam, the man who was the inspiration for the founding of PIJ. Today, al-Arian resides in Turkey, where he was deported in February 2015. The current Director of the mosque is al-Arian’s former PIJ colleague, Hatem Fariz. As a result of the 2005 federal trial against them and others, both Fariz and al-Arian were convicted of providing material support to PIJ.

According to the indictment, al-Arian and Fariz “conspired… to commit offenses against the United States… by making and receiving contributions of funds, goods, and services to or for the benefit of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”

On all the materials made for their “United Muslim” parade group, such as fliers, t-shirts and banners, ICT is listed and positioned on top and first. In fact, the parade goers from all of the delegation sponsors were told that, on the morning of the event, they were to meet at ICT for a caravan heading to the parade and park in the lot of ICT’s children’s school, the American Youth Academy (AYA). Furthermore, a number of the other key participants of the delegation have major ties to ICT, themselves.

One of the organizers for the United Muslim Delegation was Hassan Sultan, the President and founder of The Muslim Connection (TMC), which was one of the sponsors of the delegation. For nearly a decade, Sultan has given khutbahs (sermons) at ICT and has worked closely with ICT’s director, Hatem Fariz, and imam, Ahmad Sharaf. Sultan, as well, has been a contact for ICT, and his group, TMC, coordinates events with ITC. In September 2013, TMC advertised a ‘FAST-A-THON’ featuring future CAIR leader and convicted sex predator Ahmad Saleem, which is still up on TMC’s Facebook page.

One parade participant was Zaid Abdelrahim, a former educator at ICT and AYA, who in August 2016, was honored by the two with a ‘Most Inspirational Teacher’ award. In December 2017, he posted on Facebook the following offensive message: “If Hitler killed six million Jews who were European Jews, then give the Jews a piece of Germany NOT of Palestine.” In April 2019, he posted a video of anti-Semite Rick Wiles spewing the libel about Jews owning the media. Wiles asked, “Who planted into our minds, here in America, that we should hate and kill Muslims?... [A]fter 9/11… we were saturated with media propaganda. Who owns the media in this country?”

Another co-sponsor of the Muslim delegation for the parade was the Florida chapter of CAIR, an organization that has had many dealings with ICT and its leadership. At a 2017 CAIR-Florida media brunch, CAIR-Florida’s former Executive Director, Hassan Shibly, declared that CAIR depends on ICT for “programs, fundraising” and more. He stated, “Really, we couldn't do the work without the tremendous support we get from the mosque.”

The delegation leader of the parade was Jarvis Karim El-Amin, the Vice Chairman of Masjid an-Nasr, which will be sponsoring a talk this month by ‘Unindicted Co-Conspirator’ of the ’93 World Trade Center bombing, Siraj Wahhaj. El-Amin spends much time preoccupied with matters of race, like him telling people to only support “black-owned businesses” or posting jokes on social media on how the legal system “destroys colors.” In November 2021, he posted what appears to be an anti-Semitic cartoon on Facebook labeling Masons (and Jews) “criminals.” The illustration was published by James K. Warner, ex-National Secretary of the American Nazi Party (ANP).

The Palestinian terror-linked ICT and the rest of the delegation’s interest in MLK is, no doubt, a way for them to co-opt King’s legacy and attempt to rewrite history. King was a good friend to the Jewish community and to Israel. In March 1968, days prior to his death, he said, “[W]e must stand with all our might to protect [Israel’s] right to exist, its territorial integrity. I see Israel as one of the great outposts of democracy in the world, and a marvelous example of what can be done, how desert land can be transformed into an oasis of brotherhood and democracy. Peace for Israel means security and that security must be a reality.”

While King was alive, many Muslims who cared about black civil rights, gravitated more towards militants like Malcolm X and Stokely Carmichael (a.k.a. Kwame Ture). King was viewed as too restrained. Khalid Griggs, the Vice President of ICNA, also one of the Muslim parade delegation sponsors, stated about his early views of King, “[T]here was something about the philosophy that Dr. King was promoting and that was a non-violent civil disobedience that, at that particular moment, did not resonate with me… I was being influenced by others… For some reason, myself and others felt that Dr. King was lacking in courage… that Dr. King was a coward.”

In truth, the groups that make up the Muslim delegation would more likely wish to destroy or in the very least distort King’s legacy, trying to make it resemble something that is more towards their own fanatical beliefs, than to keep King’s real and unaltered memory alive. King’s views are antithetical to their violent bigotry, yet they cynically exploit his idealism in order to attain a facade of legitimacy. The organizers of the parade should realize that they – and MLK – are being used by extremist groups with a radical agenda and must, therefore, prohibit these groups from joining this parade or any other community event that will take place any time in the future.

The resettlement operation is being hugely aided by multinational corporations like Facebook, Microsoft, and Walmart, in addition to a non-governmental organization (NGO) created by former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is also working to funnel Afghans into American jobs.

Back on December 7, 2021 I wrote about my concerns about Alejandro Mayorkas, who is now the Director of the DHS. My article was, Biden's DHS: Department of Homeland Surrender; Alejandro Mayorkas, architect of DACA, picked by Biden to head DHS.

While Biden has vowed to flood the U.S. labor market with more foreign workers to compete against Americans for jobs, he has shied away from questions on whether he will eliminate tariffs on foreign imports that were imposed by Trump.

An economy built on extraction migration also radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture and allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.

Unsurprisingly, a wide variety of media-ignored polls do show deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

Analysis conducted last year reveal that 71 percent of tech workers in Silicon Valley are foreign-born, while the tech industry in the San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward area is made up of 50 percent foreign-born tech workers.

Biden’s Handlers Dumping 16,000 Afghan 'Translators' in Loudoun County, Most Don't Speak English

This will play out the way Leftist utopianism always does.

Sheriff Michael Chapman of Loudoun County, Va. got an unpleasant surprise recently from Old Joe Biden’s handlers. On Thursday, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) published a press release that reveals the truly astonishing extent of the administration’s high-handedness, dishonesty, carelessness, and recklessness in its resettlement of Afghan refugees in cities and towns all over the United States. Without any prior warning, Loudoun County officials were told that 2,000 Afghan refugees would be arriving in the county in just over two weeks and that 2,000 more would be arriving every month after that through September. In what will come as no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention for the last thirteen months, Chapman and other Loudoun County officials found the Biden team to be disingenuous, uncooperative, poorly prepared, and worse.

“On February 4, 2022,” says the Sheriff’s Office press release, “the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) received an unannounced visit by the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS) in which it learned that approximately 2000 Afghan refugees, per month, were slated to arrive at the Washington Dulles International Airport during a window beginning as early as February 19, 2022, and extending to September 2022.” This gave them just two weeks to prepare for the influx. “DHS/FPS regional personnel advised the refugees would be transported by bus to the National Conference Center (NCC) where they would stay until their ultimate relocation elsewhere in the United States. DHS/FPS estimated that no more than 1000 refugees per month would remain at the NCC at any given time until September 2022. The refugees, for the most part, would enter the US from Qatar.”

Let’s remember that in Oct. 2021, a Congressional delegation in Qatar led by Rep. Darell Issa (R-Calif.) was told that fully 12,000 of the Afghans who had come to Camp As Sayliyah and then went on to the U.S. had no identification at all. Issa stated: “They came with nothing. No Afghan I.D., no I.D. of any sorts. Those people were all forwarded on to the U.S., and that’s quite an admission. So many people had no I.D. whatsoever and yet find themselves in the United States today based on what they said.”

Are any of these people we know absolutely nothing about going to Loudoun County? There’s no way to tell, but once they get there, they’ll have it made: “DHS/FPS advised that the refugees will be provided cash and cell phones from non-government organizations and be required to remain on the NCC grounds.” Whether voting for Democrats was a requirement for keeping the dough rolling in was not mentioned; maybe it’s just understood.

Chapman found the information he had been given to be “vague,” and “raised concerns about DHS’ lack of communication, lack of planning, language barriers,” as well as about the fact that the  National Conference Center was not fenced and was near “a residential neighborhood and two public schools.” In response, DHS officials told him that the Federal Protective Service would send over 15 officers to provide security. However, the Sheriff’s Office press release pointed out that “the FPS has no law enforcement jurisdiction in Loudoun County and cannot enforce nor investigate any criminal activity on the campus.”

It got even worse. Chapman also asked: “What level of vetting has been conducted to ensure refugees entering Loudoun County had aided the United States and were not a threat to the US or our local community?” The Sheriff’s Office characterized the DHS response this way: “Refugees had been carefully vetted and many served as translators. However, when asked how if in fact they served as translators when only 30% of the refugees spoke English, DHS responded that many of the incoming refugees were family members of the translators.”

The shifting answer there gives the strong impression that the DHS is making all this up on the fly. That impression is reinforced by the fact that while they told Chapman that “refugees had been carefully vetted,” a Senate Republican report noted back in Oct. 2021, according to the Washington Examiner, that “senior officials across the departments of Homeland Security, Defense, State, and Justice described a disastrous screening and vetting process.” This process relied completely on databases of criminals and terrorists, which were incomplete in the best of times and even less useful in the chaotic situation of the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Biden administration officials accepted at face value what these Afghan evacuees told them about themselves without making any effort at all to check whether or not the evacuees’ claims were true. The report noted that “refugees are to be screened and vetted before being admitted to the U.S. through an extensive process that includes multiple interrogations. Rather than follow the protocol, the Biden administration instructed federal law enforcement and military officials handling the evacuations and processing to adhere to less stringent standards.”

Chapman also asked the DHS: “What communications had been done to prepare area residents who may be impacted by this?” The answer was as succinct as it was chilling: “None.” The DHS “stated that no coordination had occurred and that no notifications had been made to the community surrounding the NCC (as of February 15). Additionally, no coordination had been performed either with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Director of Public Safety.”

So many of its actions make abundantly clear that the Biden administration simply doesn’t care about the well-being of American citizens. What is happening in Loudoun County is happening all over the country, with no regard for the possibility that there could be criminals and terrorists among the Afghan refugees, despite the fact that some have already been arrested. This will play out the way Leftist utopianism always does: the elites will feel good about themselves while ordinary people will have to pay the price.

Defense Dept: Biden Brought Unvetted Afghans to U.S., Many Flagged with ‘Security Concerns’ Cannot Be Located

An explosive report conducted by the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Inspector General reveals that President Joe Biden’s administration brought dozens of Afghans to the United States without properly vetting them and many of whom deemed “significant security concerns” have since gone missing.

The report, released late last week, exposes massive holes in Biden’s unlimited resettlement of Afghans to American communities — the largest in U.S. history — such as a lack of vetting through the National Counter-Terrorism Center (NCTC) database.

Specifically, the report details how Biden’s “agencies did not use all available data when vetting Afghan evacuees” and therefore, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) discovered “Afghans with derogatory information … who were believed to be in the U.S.”

Now, those unvetted Afghans with possible terrorism ties have gone missing inside the nation’s interior, the DOD report states:

As of November 2, 2021, NGIC personnel had identified 50 Afghan personnel in the United States with information in DOD records that would indicate potentially significant security concerns. [Emphasis added]

DOD personnel could not locate some Afghan evacuees whom NGIC personnel identified as having derogatory information that would make them ineligible for the parolee program conducted at [U.S.] safe havens. Specifically, NGIC personnel stated that they could not locate some Afghan evacuees when attempting to report derogatory information to the DOD and U.S. Government agencies supporting [U.S.] safe havens. [Emphasis added]

For example, as of September 17, 2021, the NGIC had identified 31 Afghans in [the U.S.] who had derogatory information. Of those 31, only 3 could be located. [Emphasis added]

The report indicates that the unvetted Afghans flagged for security concerns who have gone missing inside the U.S. interior “could pose a security risk to the United States.” Biden’s State Department and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) also run the risk of providing those Afghans with visas, green cards, and naturalized American citizenship.

“The U.S. government could mistakenly grant ineligible Afghan evacuees with derogatory information from the DoD ABIS database SIV or parolee status,” the report states.

To date, Biden has resettled more than 74,400 Afghans in American communities across 46 states since mid-August 2021. The resettlement has continued despite Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s admission that “not all” Afghans were interviewed in person before getting sent off to American towns and cities.

The resettlement was first authorized by 49 House and Senate Republicans, who joined Democrats in September 2021 to fund the resettlement to the sum of $6.4 billion. Then, in December 2021, 20 House and Senate Republicans helped Democrats pass an additional $7 billion in funds to ramp up the endless Afghan migration.

Refugee contractors, the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that rely on American taxpayer money to resettle refugees across the U.S. annually, secured billions as a result of the funding measures.

Every five years, refugee resettlement costs taxpayers nearly $9 billion. Over the course of a lifetime, taxpayers pay about $133,000 per refugee, and within five years of resettlement, roughly 16 percent will need taxpayer-funded housing assistance.

Over the last 20 years, nearly a million refugees have been resettled in the nation — more than double that of residents living in Miami, Florida, and it would be the equivalent of annually adding the population of Pensacola, Florida.

Tom Cotton: Biden Bringing ‘Suspected Bomb-Makers and Terrorists’ to U.S.

President Joe Biden’s unlimited resettlement of Afghans has brought “dozens of suspected bomb-makers and terrorists” to the United States, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) says.

As Breitbart News reported, a Department of Defense Inspector General report reveals that Biden’s agencies failed to properly vet Afghans arriving in the U.S. As of November 2021, the report states 50 Afghans already in the U.S. have been flagged for “significant security concerns.”

Most of the unvetted Afghans flagged for possible terrorism ties, the report states, have since disappeared into the nation’s interior. In one instance, the report noted that only three of 31 Afghans flagged months ago for security concerns could be located.

“Joe Biden promised to vet the evacuees that came to America after his retreat from Afghanistan,” Cotton said in a statement:

But he didn’t, and now American lives are at risk. According to this report, dozens of suspected bomb-makers and terrorists arrived in our country — and now some have gone missing. This debacle is yet another reminder of the dangerous consequences of Joe Biden’s dishonorable withdrawal from Afghanistan. [Emphasis added]

To date, Biden has resettled more than 74,400 Afghans across American communities in 46 states since mid-August 2021 despite top national security officials admitting that minimal vetting procedures are used to facilitate the resettlement operation.

Already, a number of Afghans brought to the U.S. by Biden have been accused or convicted of crimes. Most recently, an Afghan man in Virginia was convicted of sexually molesting a three-year-old girl.

Weeks ago, an Afghan man in Wausau, Wisconsin, was charged with sexually assaulting a woman. Last year, a 19-year-old Afghan man was arrested in Montana in October 2021 after he allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman in a Missoula hotel.

Those charges came after two Afghan men at Fort McCoy in Monroe County, Wisconsin, are being prosecuted for separate charges of domestic abuse and child sex crimes.

In those two cases, one of the Afghans is accused of strangling and suffocating his wife, whom he has allegedly abused for years. The other Afghan is accused of molesting 12-year-old and 14-year-old boys and threatening them with violence if they reported the abuse.

DHS Chief Mayorkas Strips Border Protections from U.S. Graduates

President Joe Biden and his deputies at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have dropped nearly all border protections for U.S. graduates, allowing a mass rush of Indian graduates to grab jobs from Fortune 500 companies, experts and foreign workers say.

“They’ve opened up everything,” said Jay Palmer,  a civil rights, human trafficking, and immigration rights activist, who works with many of the foreign visa workers who are exploited by their U.S. employers. He continued:

The administration has basically taken down all the checks and balances, and they opened the entire immigration platform for any [foreign gradaute] that wants to come in. White-Collar American graduates are going to be filing bankruptcy on their student loans.

The flood of foreign workers — mostly Indians — across the 50-state union line is growing the nation’s already-huge foreign workforce.

That little-recognized workforce consists of roughly 1.5 million non-immigrant foreign workers in U.S. white-collar jobs. The foreign workers are willing to accept low wages in the hope of getting U.S. citizenship. The workforce is helping to push down Americans’ salaries and bid up their house prices while inflation shrinks the value of U.S. graduates’ salaries.

One contract worker, named Aabha, told Breitbart News that some Indian visa workers are:

taking four [contract] jobs each because everybody can take four jobs and outsource them to [foreign] people. …  So they do one job and the three other jobs, they outsource; they give it to somebody with a H-4 [work visa]. They give it to somebody with OPT [Optional Practical Training work permit].

They are going to an extent of giving some jobs to people [who are illegally working] on business visas, B1/B2s.

They are calling people from India for six months because in those six months, they can make enough money. Then this person goes back, and then somebody else comes on a visitor’s [B1/B2] visa. He stays for six months, he does the job [illegally], and he goes back. … Because, of course, we are getting paid like $7,000 per month, there is no harm in giving $2,000 to the [visiting] person who is actually doing the job, right?

DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas and pro-migration deputies are encouraging the inrush of illegal white-collar labor. In 2021, they welcomed approximately 1.5 million Latino migrants across the southern border, thereby helping to reinflate the post-2000 cheap-labor bubble.

Mayorkas and DHS have announced they are opening more pipelines for foreign workers to take white-collar jobs in the United States, rolling back security checks against fraud and also shutting down enforcement actions in the United States.

For example, DHS is expanding the already-huge “Optional Practical Training” work-permit program for foreign graduates of U.S. universities. It has also announced it will work with the Department of State to help employers hire more foreign college graduates via the massive J-1 visa program.

Mayorkas’s DHS has also stopped deporting foreign workers who overstay their work visas, and foreigners who use fraudulent documents to get the white-collar jobs U.S. graduates need. Mayorkas is also dropping penalties against roughly 1,000 Indian and Chinese white-collar workers who used a fake university in 2016 to fraudulently extend their “Optional Practical Training” work permits.

The rising pressure from foreign workers is also spotlighted by the rush of foreign workers who apply for work visas via the H-1B program.

The administration is making it very easy for employers to register entries for the 2022 lottery that will hand out 85,000 H-1B work visas. These visas are extremely valuable because they allow foreigners to work in the United States and an opportunity to apply for citizenship. But the federal government is charging just $10 for each lottery application.

“I’m guessing a half a million registrations [this year], just my guess,” Charles Kuck, an immigration lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia, said on February 15. He is suing the government to change the easy process in which employers can enter the lottery for just $10 per registration. The first lottery runs from March 1 to March 18.

“You don’t want to scare people, but I think you’re right,” Greg Siskind, another immigration lawyer in Memphis, Tennessee, responded.

“There’s a lot of companies out there that are going to scam the system,” Kuck said in return. “It’s going to be bad. It’s going to be really bad”:

The 2021 lottery for H-1B contract workers included so many fraudulent filings that many awards was duplicative. Mayorkas choose to rerun the lottery to make sure companies could import the maximum number of H-1B workers to the white-collar jobs U.S. graduates need.

In 2021, Mayorkas and his aides scrapped reforms President Donald Trump put in that awarded the H-1B visas to the highest bidders.

Kuck’s 500,000 prediction understates the number of Indians and Chinese who will enter the lottery, Palmer said. “That number is ridiculously small when you have basically opened up everything.”

The inflow of foreign workers is also rising because Biden’s Department of State has restarted the approval process for B1/B2 six-month tourist visas. Trump had shut them down during the coronavirus crash:

Federal officials have reduced the security checks and interviews at the embassies where the travel documents are approved, Aabha said.

Before Biden, she said, if the embassy visa official “did not find it satisfactory that this person is actually going on a certain visa for a certain purpose, they would just be sure to reject the visa. … The interview would last at least 30 to 35 minutes, as opposed to now lasting only from 5 to 10 minutes.”

She continued:

The embassy has become so easy, the people can just walk over them, and they will just issue the visa. It’s no big deal now. Sham marriages are no big deal. Tourist visas? People don’t even have to prove anything. They just go [answer] two questions for the sake of it. I follow [social media] groups …. where these people post their experiences from interviews, and every second interview experience [reported] that “this officer only asked me, ‘Where are you going?’ The officer only asked me, ‘Are you going on this visa?’ The people only asked me if you’re going to stay for long. ‘Okay, done. Here’s your visa.”

The pre-Biden embassy checks were adopted after officials gradually grasped the massive scale of fraud in India’s work culture.

A 2009 U.S. government cable released via Wikileaks said that:

H-1B fraud is one of the top two visa categories for fraud throughout Mission India. All posts regularly encounter inflated or fabricated educational and employment qualifications. The vast majority of these documents come from Hyderabad. In the 18 months prior to the start-up of consular operations in Hyderabad, FPU Chennai investigated 150 companies in Hyderabad, 77 percent of which turned out to be fraudulent or highly suspect (ref F). Most of those cases slated for site visits were to verify the experience letters for H-1B applicants who did not meet minimum educational qualifications.

Widespread fraud in the R-1 religious visa dropped once officials set up a process to verify claims:

During the last two years, most R-1 fraud was detected amongst Tibetan refugees, Sikh raagis, and Hindu priests. Mission R-1 fraud includes both fraudulent beneficiaries and fictitious inviting parties. Since DHS began requiring petitions for R-1 applicants in November, R-1 fraud referrals have almost completely dried up. Since DHS requires 100 percent on-site verification of petitioners, however, many potential R-1 applicants now apply for B1/B2 visas in an attempt to avoid closer scrutiny.

The cable continued:

B1/B2 visa fraud is the most commonplace. Regionally-based fraud rings throughout the country, but especially in Hyderabad, continue to produce fraudulent documents for visa application and travel purposes. Some visa “consultants” and travel agents specialize in fraudulent experience letters and fake document packages, which include passport copies of false relatives, bogus financial documents, and affidavits of support.

Mayorkas’s deputies at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency are also rolling back barriers to white-collar migration, even though the Department of Justice and DHS have documented extensive fraud in the visa worker programs.

“We’ve updated our policies so that spouses of E and L visa holders no longer have to apply for an employment authorization document in order to work while spouses of certain H-1B visa holders have a 180-day auto-extension of their work permits,” USCIS director Ur Jaddou said on February 2.

“We took action by updating our guidance to better support the people and organizations who need to request expedited processing,” Amanda Baran Jaddou’s deputy said. “This new guidance should be particularly helpful to [foreign] healthcare workers whose work is so critical to our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Jaddou’s USCIS is also rejecting fewer H-1B applications — just 4 percent in 2021 versus 24 percent in 2018.

Many companies that hire visa workers also violate domestic workplace and anti-discrimination laws, shifting workplace power from U.S. professionals to C-suite executives, sometimes with calamitous consequences.

Visa fraud by Chinese, Indians, and other nationalities is routine, rational, rarely publicized, and rarely punished — and is rarely acknowledged by U.S. legislators or media outlets.

The visa fraud is rational because U.S. visas allow Indians — especially Indians who are subordinated by India’s ancient caste system —  to earn far higher wages in the United States. The visas also may allow them to get the biggest prize: U.S. green cards and citizenship for themselves and all of their descendants.

Most of the green card workforce serves in a largely invisible labor pyramid of favored subcontractors and sub-subcontractors under each of the major Fortune 500 companies.

These workers are shifted from one contract to another, are often moved around the country, and usually have to pay kickbacks to the managers who hire them for short-term contracts. The Indians accept the maltreatment because those conditions are normal in India, because a bad job in America is much better than a decent job in India, and because they want green cards and citizenship.

The Fortune 500 companies prefer the labor pyramids to the older process of hiring and training American professionals for corporate careers. They also ignore the accompanying risks to privacy and security, largely because the Indian workers dare not complain, and federal investigators dare not look.

Now, the 2022 influx is even reducing wages for the Indian workers, Aabha said.

One of her Indian-born but naturalized American friends “is working in Wells Fargo as a full-stack developer,” she told Breitbart. “They told him to reduce his hourly rate or they’ll hire somebody else, and the somebody else, is, of course, Indian.”

Biden’s massive inflow of visa workers also includes farmworkers, H-2B laborers for landscapers and seasonal resorts, as well as J-1 “Summer Work Travel” workers. The SWT workers were excluded by Trump’s travel bans in 2020 and 2021, allowing hundreds of thousands of American youths to get good jobs. But Cleveland.com reported on February 15:

Cedar Point, which made national headlines last year when it increased employee pay to $20 per hour, is planning to reduce starting wages to $15 an hour this year.

In a news release Tuesday morning, the park said it hoped to hire 6,500 seasonal associates in 2022, with a starting pay of $15 per hour. Among the positions available: ride operators, food and beverage, hotel operations, custodial, guest services and more.

One factor that may be influencing Cedar Point’s decision: The park will likely see the return of an increasing number of international workers, through the State Department’s Summer Work Travel initiative, part of the J-1 Visa program. The program, shut down during the first year of the pandemic and not fully operational in 2021, is expected to scale up this year. In a normal year, the park hires more than 1,000 workers from overseas.

The DHS and the State Department operate many visa programs. This DHS chart shows a sample of the DHS programs:

The policy of extracting more foreign workers and consumers from poor countries is just part of the White House’s economic strategy.

The economic strategy was outlined on January 21 by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen in a speech to the “Virtual Davos Agenda,” which was organized by the globalist World Economic Forum. The “modern supply side approach” seeks to boost economic growth with additional workers, productivity gains, and tax reforms, she said:

Labor supply has been a concern in the United States even before the pandemic, in part due to an aging population and in part due to a labor force participation rate that has trended downward over the past 20 years. Now COVID and declining immigration have further reduced the workforce …

But for business leaders and investors, “it’s all about money,” Palmer told Breitbart News.

“Cheap labor makes billionaires, but average wages only make a comfortable living for millionaires, and they all want to be billionaires.”

Migration moves money, and since at least 1990, the federal government has tried to extract people from poor countries so they can serve U.S. investors as cheap workers, government-aided consumers, and high-density renters in the U.S. economy.

That economic strategy has no stopping point, and it is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities and their wages while it also raises their housing costs.

Extraction migration also curbs Americans’ productivity, shrinks their political clout, and widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ coastal states and the Republicans’ Heartland states.

The economic strategy also kills many migrantsseparates families, and damages the economies of the home countries.

An economy built on extraction migration also radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture and allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.

Unsurprisingly, a wide variety of media-ignored polls do show deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

The opposition is growinganti-establishmentmultiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisanrationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity that Americans owe to one another.

Exclusive: GOP, Democrat Congressmen to Lobby Biden for Cheaper Foreign Farmworkers on Behalf of Donors

Two congressmen, a Republican and a Democrat, are currently whipping up support for a lobbying effort that urges President Joe Biden’s top officials to make foreign farmworkers cheaper to hire for American farms, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.

Reps. Scott Franklin (R-FL) and Salud Carbajal (D-CA) have drafted a letter, obtained by Breitbart News, that asks Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Labor Secretary Marty Walsh to ditch plans that increase fees U.S. farms must pay to import foreign workers.

Currently, U.S. farms must pay a $190 fee per foreign H-2A visa worker that they import. A regulatory rule change, proposed in December 2021, would increase that fee to $310.

Franklin and Carbajal are asking House Republicans and Democrats, behind the scenes, to sign onto their letter that boasts of the H-2A visa program as “a crucial tool for U.S. employers to sponsor foreign laborers to work in the U.S. agricultural industry if employers verify there were no U.S. workers ‘who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work.'”

The congressmen’s letter is being backed by the Florida Citrus Mutual (FCM), the California Citrus Mutual (CCM), and the Florida Fruits and Vegetables Association (FFVA), among others.

FCM’s political action committee (PAC) has already donated $1,000 to Franklin this election cycle and gave $2,500 to his campaign in 2020. Similarly, FFVA’s PAC has donated $1,000 to Franklin this year and $1,000 to him in 2020.

Meanwhile, Carbajal raked in $5,000 worth of donations in 2020 from the California Farm Bureau, which is closely linked to CCM.

The H-2A program, which remains limitless, has been used to replace Americans.

Black Americans, who previously worked on farms along the Mississippi Delta, filed a lawsuit late last year alleging that they had been fired and replaced by imported farmworkers from South Africa via the H-2A visa program.

Likewise, a federal indictment last year detailed allegations that accused a transnational criminal network of operating a “modern-day slavery” scheme that used the H-2A visa program to traffic foreign nationals into U.S. farm jobs — raping, kidnapping, and threatening them in the process.

In 1997, a little more than 16,000 foreign H-2A visa workers were imported to take American agriculture jobs. By 2021, that number had exploded to more than 258,000.

About 93 percent of all H-2A visas go to Mexican nationals.

The H-2A visa program, much like the H-2B visa program for non-agricultural work, has been proven to undercut working class Americans who rely on manual labor jobs but who are forced to compete against a growing number of cheaper, foreign workers.
