President Joe Biden’s border chief has appointed a like-minded advisory council dominated by CEOs and pro-migration executives in place of the diverse groups assembled by President Donald Trump’s deputies.

The advisors picked by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) chief Alejandro Mayorkas include the CEOs of General Motors, Oracle, Corp. Duke Energy, American Airlines, United Airlines, Bank of America, and Chobani, plus top investors from Andreesen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins, plus a top manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance.

“These are not subject matter experts on DHS ‘ critical law enforcement mission,” said Jon Feere, a former agency official under President Donald Trump and now an expert at the Center for Immigration Studies.

This council is intended to be the Secretary’s think-tank, to be made up of subject matter experts who can help advance the department’s mission. With the exception of a few people, it seems this new list is made up primarily of establishment business and cheap labor/open border advocates … And I don’t see any entities on this new list that seek to promote the interest of American workers, and nor do I see anyone on this list who has made a career of demanding a serious commitment to the enforcement of immigration laws.

BLOG EDITOR: THE MEXICAN FASCIST PARTY OF LA RAZA 'THE RACE', NOW CALLING ITSELF UNIDOSUS IS FUNDED BY THE DEMOCRAT PARTY WITH U.S. TAX DOLLARS

Mayorkas’ choices include the heads of ethnic identity groups, including for an Indian tribe, Unidos — formerly known as La Raza — and Asian-Americans and African-American cops. “We know [Unidos] is very much hostile to DHS’ mission of enforcing immigration laws,” said Feere.

He also picked advocates for more migration, including managers at an elite-backed group that helps get economic migrants anchored in U.S. society, the head of a D.C.-based group that helped the Indian government lobby for more H-1B workers, the head of the Brookings Institution, plus at least two members of The Chertoff Group, a secretive advocacy firm for well-paying special interests.

“That’s a very swampy list of people,” Feere said.

The panel is meeting for the first time on March 21.

The pro-migration panel exemplifies Mayorkas’ plans to accelerate the extraction of foreign workers and consumers for use in the U.S. economy, despite plentiful evidence of massive economic harm to American employees, renters, and home-buyers. For example, Mayorkas is completing a regulation that would allow his pro-migration deputies to bestow U.S. citizenship on economic migrants without oversight by judges or congressional caps.

In 2021, Mayorkas allowed roughly 1 million economic migrants across the southern border, despite the existence of laws that allow him to block and detain economic migrants and asylum seekers. That huge flow of foreign workers and rents has helped to minimize wages gains for Americans and to maximize real-estate gains for landlords.

Meanwhile, roughly 20 million American men have been pushed out of the U.S. labor market by the federal government’s policy of extraction migration. The Washington Post reported March 20 on an American family in Lincoln Park, Mich.:

Now Dave [Ramsey] looked up at the laminated menu of funeral home prices posted on the wall. “One-day visitation: $5300.” “Funeral service director: $1800.” “Limousine: $450.” His family couldn’t afford any of it, so Dave Sr.’s body had remained in a freezer at the funeral home for three weeks while Dave Jr. scrapped metal and raised money from friends. His 17-year-old daughter had worked extra shifts at A&W and his girlfriend had sold some of her electronics, until finally they’d come up with $1,400 for basic cremation.

“I’m sorry. It’s embarrassing,” Dave said, as he got ready to leave. “This is the bare minimum.”

“Believe me, the bare minimum is normal,” the [funeral home] employee said.

Mayorkas is a Cuban immigrant and a pro-migration zealot. In 2021, for example, Mayorkas told the Wall Street Journal that he would allow companies to employ illegal workers providing they paid wages approved by Mayorkas. “Businesses that merely employ [illegal] immigrants not authorized to work but offer them fair wages and safe working conditions wouldn’t be a priority for immigration enforcement, he added.”

In 2013, Mayorkas declared  that Americans’ homeland is “a nation that always has been and forever will remain a Nation of Immigrants.” In April 2021, he said migrant-owned companies “are the backbone of our communities — and of our country.” In May 2021, he staged the televised reunification of migrant families to distract media coverage from his border chaos. In June, Mayorkas promised that he would put the dignity of foreign migrants “foremost in our efforts.”

Mayorkas’ CEO-heavy advisory panel is very different from the panels picked by pro-American President Donald Trump’s deputies.

For example, in August 2020, Trump’s DHS chief, Chad Wolf, announced several new advisors, including  “Dr. Sharon Cooper is a developmental and forensic pediatrician who evaluates and treats children who have been victims of all forms of abuse …  Mr. John F. Clark, former director of the United States Marshals Service and longtime child advocate, is the president and CEO of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.”

In November 20022, Wolf added, “Catherine Lotrionte is a Senior Researcher at Georgetown University, a Senior Associate in the Technology Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a Senior Fellow at the McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security at Auburn University [and] Tom Jenkins was appointed Fire Chief for the City of Rogers, Arkansas on January 16, 2009.”

In November 2020, Trump’s panel produced a report about Chinese spying and technology theft. For example, it recommended more oversight over student visas and the EB-5 citizenship-sale program, noting that “as other avenues of immigration have closed, EB-5 is likely to be exploited more systematically by the Chinese government.”

Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has used a wide variety of excuses and explanations to justify its policy of extracting tens of millions of migrants and visa workers from poor countries to serve as workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.

The self-serving economic strategy of extraction migration has no stopping point. It is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their housing costs, and shoves tens of millions of Americans out of the labor force.

Extraction migration also curbs Americans’ productivity, shrinks their political clout, and widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ coastal states and the Republicans’ Heartland states.

An economy built on extraction migration also radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture. It allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.

The economic strategy also kills many migrants, undermines U.S. workplace standards, splits families, and extracts wealth from the poor home countries.

Not surprisingly, the wealth-shifting extraction migration policy is very unpopular, according to a wide variety of polls.

The polls show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

The opposition is growinganti-establishmentmultiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisanrationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity that Americans owe to one another.

Exclusive–Ashley Hinson: Biden Is Surging Illegal Immigration While Driving Down Deportations

President Joe Biden’s lax border policies and gutting of interior immigration enforcement are causing illegal immigration to surge while driving down deportations of illegal aliens, Rep. Ashley Hinson (R-IA) says.

During an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Daily, Hinson slammed Biden and his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for their unwillingness to stem illegal immigration before it spills into American communities.

LISTEN:

“Illegal immigration is surging up, deportations are down and that is a direct result of the policies from this administration,” Hinson said. “We know that there were over 164,000 illegal immigrant encounters at our southern border in February. That is, of course, the worst February on record in more than 20 years and again, we continue to see the reports of the dangerous sex criminals and gang members.”

“The administration has no idea who is coming into our country and its clear, they don’t care,” Hinson continued.

Specifically, Hinson cited Biden’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency as the lead culprit to the massive drop in arrests and deportations of illegal aliens in Fiscal Year 2021.

“While the administration continues to turn a blind eye to the crisis at the border, Americans want accountability … we know that deportations are down because they have directed ICE not to do their jobs in this case,” Hinson said.

“They set out very lax standards as far as deportations go. So we know that more than 50 percent of the ICE removals in Fiscal Year 2021 came in the five months before the guidance issued by the Biden administration,” she continued. “… we are seeing fewer deportations and more dangerous people in our country as a result.”

In addition, Hinson noted the Biden administration’s expansive Catch and Release operation whereby hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens every few months are flown into American communities, often in secret, by private contractors funded by American taxpayers.

“I introduced a piece of legislation called the ‘Stop the Betrayal Act‘ which would stop taxpayer dollars from funding those flights,” Hinson said. “We know it’s hundreds of millions of dollars that this administration has spent to do that … flying not only children but single men into our country who are here illegally.”

“They’re turning a blind eye to how illegal immigration impacts our communities and how it impacts families,” Hinson said.

Hinson told the story of an Angel Family whose daughter had been assaulted by an illegal alien in Iowa while babysitting.

“Their daughter was 16-years-old and had been babysitting. An illegal immigrant who was arrested several times before made his way up to Iowa … he feigned illness and she went to assist him and he tried to attack her,” Hinson said.

“She is so resilient to have fought him off. She fought him off three times,” she continued. “I looked that family in the eye and said I would do everything I possibly can because I understand the impact that this is going to have on this young woman for the rest of her life.”

In 2021, more than two million border crossers and illegal aliens arrived at the southern border. This year, experts predict more than 2.1 million will arrive.

At the same time, hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens are being released into the U.S. interior every few months. From January 2021 to August 2021, for example, more than half a million were released into the U.S. interior.

In January of this year, more than 62,500 border crossers and illegal aliens were released into the U.S. interior — a foreign population the size of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Study: More than 7-in-10 California Immigrant

Welfare

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2018/12/04/study-more-than-7-in-10-california-immigrant-households-are-on-welfare/

More than 7-in-10 households headed by immigrants in the state of California are on taxpayer-funded welfare, a new study reveals.

The latest Census Bureau data analyzed by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) finds that about 72 percent of households headed by noncitizens and immigrants use one or more forms of taxpayer-funded welfare programs in California — the number one immigrant-receiving state in the U.S.

Meanwhile, only about 35 percent of households headed by native-born Americans use welfare in California.

All four states with the largest foreign-born populations, including California, have extremely high use of welfare by immigrant households. In Texas, for example, nearly 70 percent of households headed by immigrants use taxpayer-funded welfare. Meanwhile, only about 35 percent of native-born households in Texas are on welfare.

California Lawmakers Introduce Legislation to Give Unemployment Benefits to Illegal Aliens

Following the example of New York, lawmakers in California have introduced legislation that would provide unemployment payments to people who are in the state illegally and have lost their jobs.

The bill comes after the coronavirus pandemic, which caused many Californians to lose their jobs when government officials shut down businesses and ordered people to stay at home to be “safe.”

The state’s budget is also flush with money the federal government doled out over the course of the pandemic.

The San Francisco Chronicle wrote up the news as part of a feature story on a family of illegal aliens who worked in Oakland, California. Most of the extended family lost their jobs because of government policies.

The article included some facts about the bill:

Now a proposed bill, AB-2847, the Excluded Workers Pilot Program, would create a one-year pilot to provide unemployment benefits for undocumented people. Its backers hope to make it permanent.

The state has about 2 million undocumented residents, including about 1.1. million workers, said Edward Flores, associate professor of sociology and co-director of the UC Merced Community and Labor Center, who studies that population.

If passed, the bill would take effect in 2023, at a cost of $690 million — $500 million for benefits and the rest for administration costs. The money would come from the general fund, which is now enjoying a surplus. Under the measure, undocumented workers who lose their jobs could receive $300 a week for up to 20 weeks. (Regular unemployment provides up to $450 a week for up to 26 weeks.)

“We’re trying to make sure that our safety-net programs are there to help all people in need by making everyone eligible,” Assembly member Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella), the bill’s sponsor, said. “We’re trying to prevent people going into debt, expending their entire life savings, becoming homeless and hungry.”

“We estimate that 1 in 16 wage earners in California is undocumented,” Garcia said. Those workers generally earn lower wages and have more financial insecurity than other employees.

Last year New York budgeted $2.1 billion to give retroactive payments to illegal aliens who were unemployed during the pandemic.

In Texas, for example, nearly 70 percent of households headed by immigrants use taxpayer-funded welfare. Meanwhile, only about 35 percent of native-born households in Texas are on welfare.

In New York and Florida, a majority of households headed by immigrants and noncitizens are on welfare. Overall, about 63 percent of immigrant households use welfare while only 35 percent of native-born households use welfare.

President Trump’s administration is looking to soon implement a policy that protects American taxpayers’ dollars from funding the mass importation of welfare-dependent foreign nationals by enforcing a “public charge” rule whereby legal immigrants would be less likely to secure a permanent residency in the U.S. if they have used any forms of welfare in the past, including using Obamacare, food stamps, and public housing.

The immigration controls would be a boon for American taxpayers in the form of an annual $57.4 billion tax cut — the amount taxpayers spend every year on paying for the welfare, crime, and schooling costs of the country’s mass importation of 1.5 million new, mostly low-skilled legal immigrants.

As Breitbart News reported, the majority of the more than 1.5 million foreign nationals entering the country every year use about 57 percent more food stamps than the average native-born American household. Overall, immigrant households consume 33 percent more cash welfare than American citizen households and 44 percent more in Medicaid dollars. This straining of public services by a booming 44 million foreign-born population translates to the average immigrant household costing American taxpayers $6,234 in federal welfare.

Study: Amnesty Will Cost ‘Hundreds of Billions’

NEIL MUNRO

President Joe Biden’s amnesty plan will spike Social Security spending by “hundreds of billions” over the next few decades, according to a forecast by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).

The February 22 report, titled “Amnesty Would Cost the Social Security and Medicare Trust Funds Hundreds of Billions of Dollars,” says:

The new taxes paid by the average amnesty recipient amount to only half of the $94,500 noted above. The net effect of amnesty is therefore $140,330 [in Social Security benefits] minus $47,250 [in paid taxes], which is about $93,000 per recipient. In any large-scale amnesty, in which millions of illegal immigrants gain legal status, it is easy to see how the net cost could reach into the hundreds of billions of dollars.

The predicted $93,000 per person cost would be a financial burden for taxpayers — but would be a giveaway to business groups because the Social Security payments will be converted into purchases of consumer products, healthcare services, medical drugs, apartments, and food.

At least 11 million people — perhaps 20 million — are living illegally in the United States. The number rises as people overstay their visas, evade deportation orders, or sneak over the border — but it also falls as some migrants get deported, leave, or find ways to get green cards via the rolling “Adjustment of Status” process.

But taxpayers’ expenses are also economic gains for business groups and investors. In January 2020, a coalition of business groups sued deputies for President Donald Trump after he reduced the inflow of poor migrants into the U.S. consumer market, saying:

Because [green-card applicants] will receive fewer public benefits under the Rule, they will cut back their consumption of goods and services, depressing demand throughout the economy …

The New American Economy Research Fund calculates that, on top of the $48 billion in income that is earned by individuals who will be affected by the Rule—and that will likely be removed from the U.S. economy—the Rule will cause an indirect economic loss of more than $33.9 billion … Indeed, the Fiscal Policy Institute has estimated that the decrease in SNAP and Medicaid enrollment under the Rule could, by itself, lead to economic ripple effects of anywhere between $14.5 and $33.8 billion, with between approximately 100,000 and 230,000 jobs lost … Health centers alone would be forced to drop as many as 6,100 full-time medical staff.

CIS promised a more detailed report:

This is just a rough estimate. We are currently working on a detailed model that will provide more precise costs for both Social Security and Medicare. Again, however, any reasonable calculation will produce a large cost, simply because amnesty will convert so many outside contributors into actual beneficiaries.

For years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and to the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

The multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedintra-Democratic, and solidarity-themed opposition to labor migration coexists with generally favorable personal feelings toward legal immigrants and toward immigration in theory — despite the media magnification of many skewed polls and articles that still push the 1950’s corporate “Nation of Immigrants” claim.

The deep public opposition is built on the widespread recognition that migration moves money from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to real estate investors, and from the central states to the coastal states.

However, Biden’s officials have been broadcasting their desire to change border policies to help extract more migrants from Central America for the U.S. economy. On February 19, for example, deputies of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas posted a tweet offering support to migrants illegally working in the United States and to migrants who may wish to live in the United States.

We'll get 1 million-plus Biden migrants this year, warns ex-Obama/DHS official now at Harvard.
The warning includes a weak criticism of the ethnic lobbies & open-borders progressives who are undermining an Ivy League giveaway in the amnesty bill.#H1B https://t.co/RqZBEGcxKO

Biden’s HHS Nominee Does Not Rule Out Taxpayer-Funded Healthcare for Illegal Aliens

JOHN BINDER

President Joe Biden’s nominee to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, dodged a question on whether he would push to provide American taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits to illegal aliens.

This week, during a hearing before the Senate Finance Committee, Becerra was asked by Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) about his previous support for decriminalizing illegal immigration and providing illegal aliens with taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits.

Becerra, though, dodged the question by saying he would follow the parameters of the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare, which he said allows “very rare” cases of illegal aliens to receive benefits.

The exchange went as follows:

DAINES: You’re on record for pushing for allowing illegal immigrants to receive taxpayer-funded healthcare and for decriminalizing illegal entry into the United States. This coupled with President Biden’s radical plan for granting citizenship to those who are here illegally would potentially lead to hundreds of thousands, if not potentially millions, more people flooding into our country. [Emphasis added]

As you know, in 2016, California passed a law requiring covered Californians to apply for … waivers to allow illegal immigrants to purchase health insurance in the marketplace. This waiver was withdrawn after President Trump’s election. [Emphasis added]

My question is this: Will you attempt to use the waiver authority contained in the Affordable Care Act to grant healthcare benefits to illegal immigrants? [Emphasis added]

BECERRA: Senator, I can tell you that where the law, as it stands now as I see it, it does not allow those who are unauthorized in this country to receive taxpayer-paid benefits except in very rare circumstances and it will be my job to make sure that we are following and enforcing the law. And I can commit to you that that is what we will do. [Emphasis added]

In a letter to Biden, 11 Senate Republicans and 64 House Republicans asked the president to withdraw Becerra’s nomination to be HHS Secretary, citing his support for taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits for illegal aliens, among other issues.

“Mr. Becerra seeks to decriminalize illegal immigration, which would extend expensive government benefits like Medicaid to anyone who illegally crosses our borders,” the letter states.

A Politico report this week suggested Becerra is eyeing plans to provide illegal aliens with taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits should he lead HHS.

“He’s one of those individuals that had exceedingly deep convictions about the need to cover the undocumented individuals in all of our communities,” former Rep. Charles Gonzalez (D-TX) told Politico of Becerra.

Should Becerra become HHS Secretary, he could let illegal aliens onto Obamacare exchanges while pressuring states to pursue similar policies to those in California. Likewise, Becerra could open Obamacare exchanges to particular subgroups of illegal aliens, like those enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

As Breitbart News reported, forcing taxpayers to provide healthcare to all illegal aliens would cost citizens anywhere between $23 billion to $66 billion every single year — potentially a $660 billion bill for taxpayers every decade, without adjusting for inflation and the increasing number of illegal aliens.

Cost is only the first issue facing taxpayers. Medical experts have admitted providing healthcare to illegal aliens would ensure a never-ending flood of illegal aliens arriving at the southern border with “serious health problems” and local hospitals would have to cover the costs.

Already, taxpayers are forced to subsidize about $18.5 billion of yearly medical costs for illegal aliens living in the U.S., according to estimates by Chris Conover, formerly of the Center for Health Policy and Inequalities Research at Duke University.

When U.S. voters were polled by CNN on the issue in July 2019, nearly 6-in-10 said they were opposed to such a policy, including 63 percent of swing voters and 61 percent of self-described “moderates.”
