MURDER IN AMERICA - JOE BIDEN'S OPEN BORDERS - The deadly cost of illegal aliens in America - Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a pair of previously deported child sex offenders after they illegally re-entered Texas. One of the migrants had been deported 10 times over the past two years.

My tribe is the American people, not the illegal aliens.  Looked at from that viewpoint, there's something very wrong when members of my tribe are forced, as part of their jobs, to die in the service of people who have no business being here in the first place.'

The deadly cost of illegal aliens in America

There was very sad news today: a Texas National Guardsman drowned in the Rio Grande River yesterday attempting to rescue someone who was illegally heading into this country.  That tragedy should force us to conduct a risk-reward analysis both for America and for the illegal aliens pouring into the country.

Bill Melugin, who's pretty much the only representative of a major media company keeping an eye on the southern border, first broke the news:

That guardsman gave his life for a criminal.  Additionally, through his death, he effectively told the millions of other people from all over the world heading for America's southern border, with the intent to commit an illegal act, that their lives matter more than American lives do.  That's quite the incentive for them.

Aside from being potential Democrat voters, illegal aliens offer little to America.  We're constantly told they do the jobs Americans won't do, but that's just ex post facto rationalization.  Either Americans will do the jobs if illegal aliens won't or Congress will be pushed to change quotas for those who can enter legally.  So that's not a benefit.

The illegal aliens whose biggest criminal activity is breaking and entering into America create slums, drive down wages, destroy schools, suck up welfare, and bring new and ugly diseases into America.  They are expensive and destructive.  Meanwhile, the professional criminal element floods America with deadly drugs, engages in sex-trafficking, rapes women and children, and kills people through drunk driving and out-and-out murder.

And all of them destroy the property and livelihoods of those people unlucky enough to live along the border while Biden is destroying that border.  There is no benefit to Americans from illegal immigration.  (Planned, legal immigration is a different story.)

For the illegal aliens, the calculation is entirely different.  Once they make it into America, they get care packages, welfare, phones, free transportation, free education for their children, and health benefits, as well as being hooked into job networks for illegal aliens.  Yes, the journey is tiring and dangerous, but the payoff is good, and now they've seen that their lives are more important than American lives.  Clearly, the incentives outweigh the dangers.

This is an unsustainable situation, and Democrats know it.  In true Cloward-Piven fashion, they want to break the system so they can institute the Marxist paradise they long for.

The way to stop this situation is to change the incentives.  A law-abiding executive in the White House would help, as would a Congress that funds walls and ends financial incentives for illegal aliens.  And, although this sounds cruel, it's time to take a long hard look at the rescue efforts in which our Border Patrol people and National Guardsman engage.

My tribe is the American people, not the illegal aliens.  Looked at from that viewpoint, there's something very wrong when members of my tribe are forced, as part of their jobs, to die in the service of people who have no business being here in the first place.

Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a pair of previously deported child sex offenders after they illegally re-entered Texas. One of the migrants had been deported 10 times over the past two years.

Del Rio Station Border Patrol agents arrested 42-year-old Humberto Alvarez-Peralta on April 13 after he illegally crossed the border from Mexico into Texas. A biometric background investigation revealed the Mexican national received a conviction in a Liberty, Texas, court in 1997 for sexual assault of a child, according to Del Rio Sector Border Patrol officials.

Officials report the immigration history for Alvarez-Peralta includes 10 deportations during the past two years. The most recent occurred just last month.

The following day, Comstock Station agents arrested a Mexican national, 63-year-old Hipolito Hernandez-Acosta after he illegally entered the U.S. A records check discovered a conviction in Georgia in 1995 for statutory rape, officials stated.

Court and immigration records for Hernandez-Acosta reveal a lengthy criminal history and a record of three deportations — the last in March 2022.

Breitbart Texas regularly reports on the arrest of migrants with criminal histories for sexual crimes against children in cities across the nation.

Del Rio Sector agents reported the arrest of five other sexual predators in a single week. Those included the arrest of a Mexican national who attempted to hide in a group of 15 migrants who illegally crossed the border on April 5. The man identified by CBP officials as Honorio Santa Maria-Vasquez has a 2009 conviction from a court in Indiana for sexual misconduct with a minor.

“Since the beginning of Fiscal Year 2022, Oct. 1, through February 28, Del Rio Sector has arrested 19 convicted sex offenders,” Del Rio Sector officials stated. “As convicted felons with prior removals, both subjects face a charge of 8 USC § 1326 – Re-entry After Deportation, which carries a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.”

Border Town USA: Migrants Busted in Michigan with Mexican Cartel’s 20K Fentanyl Pills

JOE BIDEN'S SABOTAGE OF HOMELAND SECURITY - Illegal immigration is also the ways and means by which illegal drugs enter the United States. Last year, 100,000 Americans, most of them young, died of overdoses, with two-thirds of these Americans succumbing to fentanyl that is produced in China and comes through Mexico. PATRICK BUCHANAN

Ken Paxton, the attorney general of Texas, said his state is "desperate for help" to combat illegal immigration but the federal government "refuses to give it" help. He added that President Joe Biden and his administration, by ignoring the law and effectively encouraging illegal immigration, are "basically in business with the [drug] cartels," who are smuggling thousands of illegals into the United States.

Texas Dem Voted To Cut Law Enforcement Jobs Amid Concerns of Cartel Violence

'It is a major reduction of safety in the area,' local mayor said of Dan Sanchez's decision

As local officials warned of "spillover" cartel violence from Mexico, a Texas Democrat cut law enforcement positions in the same border county he is now running to represent in Congress.

As a Cameron County commissioner in 2011, Democrat Dan Sanchez voted to remove two constable positions from his local community. Constables are licensed law enforcement officers in Texas who have "authority to use all lawful means" to "preserve the peace" within their county. In some rural areas, such as those in Sanchez's county, constables are the primary source of law enforcement services.

Sanchez's move sparked intense backlash from other local officials, who accused the Democrat of "taking away community policing" amid increasing concerns of cartel violence. Cameron is Texas's southernmost county—as a result, Mexican cartel members have historically lived in the area, often bringing narcotics and weapons with them. Then-local mayor Steve Brewer argued that Sanchez's vote would impede law enforcement's ability to mitigate the subsequent "spillover violence" seen in some Texas border towns. "It is a major reduction of safety in the area," Brewer said.

Roughly a decade later, Sanchez is running for Congress in Texas's 34th Congressional District, which former congressman Filemon Vela (D.) vacated in March. The Democrat's campaign comes as illegal immigration skyrockets under President Joe Biden. Senior Department of Homeland Security officials expect migrant apprehensions to surpass 2.3 million this year, a substantial increase over the 1.6 million seen in 2021, which was a record.

The trend has helped drive Hispanic voters away from Biden and could sink Democrats' chances to retain Vela's district in a June special election. According to an April Quinnipiac poll, just 26 percent of Hispanic voters approve of the president's job performance. Fifty-one percent of Hispanics in Texas, meanwhile, want a stronger border security presence, while only 13 percent want border security measures to decrease, a February WPA Intelligence poll shows.

Sanchez voted to take away constable positions just two months after he and other commissioners approved a property tax increase. Sanchez told the Valley Morning Star in September 2011 that the move was necessary because the county's budget was "as lean as it could be without eliminating positions." Still, Sanchez went on to eliminate the two constable spots shortly thereafter—Brewer said the decision was "really, really tough to sell" given the recent tax increase.

Sanchez told the Washington Free Beacon he is "a strong supporter of law enforcement and our U.S. Border Patrol." He did not answer questions on his decision to take away law enforcement positions in his county.

Sanchez, who launched his candidacy earlier this month, is considered the "most formidable Democrat running in the special election." Democrats have struggled to attract candidates for the race, given that Rep. Vicente Gonzalez already won the party's nomination to fill the seat in November but declined to run in the special. The special election's winner will only serve the remainder of Vela's term, which expires in January.

In the November general election, Gonzalez will square off against Republican nominee Mayra Flores, who is also running in the June special. Born in Mexico, Flores works as a respiratory care practitioner and is a strong critic of Biden's border policies, which she says "abandon the rule of law and jeopardize our national security."

The Democrats and their allies in Big Tech (THINK MARK ZUCKERBERG OF FACEBOOK) and the media regularly work to make this happen by subverting election integrity laws like requiring an ID, pushing for unregulated and unmonitored mail-in voting, providing support for one-sided ballot harvesting initiatives, repealing or fighting laws intended to allow states to revise voter rolls, and pouring enormous sums of money into Democrat districts to pay for election officials and ballot drop boxes.

EAGLE PASS, Texas — The two migrants rescued by a missing Texas National Guard Soldier on Friday were involved in “illicit transnational narcotics trafficking,” according to a statement from Texas Military Department officials. The soldier disappeared after attempting to rescue the two migrants who struggled while illegally crossing the Rio Grande from Mexico.

The Texas Military Departement released some preliminary information from the Texas Rangers’ investigation into the disappearance of the Texas National Guard soldier. The information reveals the two migrants “were involved in illicit transnational narcotics trafficking.”

Breitbart Texas reached out to the Texas Department of Public Safety for additional information regarding these two migrants and the circumstances surrounding this allegation.

The Texas Military Department continues the search for the missing soldier assigned to Operation Lone Star. Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and Border Patrol continue to support TMD with the Texas Rangers as the lead for the investigation that began yesterday when the service member went missing,” TMD officials said in a written statement on Saturday. “The service member selflessly attempted to help two migrants who appeared to be drowning as they illegally crossed the river from Mexico to the United States.”

“Initial reports from the Texas Rangers have determined that the two migrants were involved in illicit transnational narcotics trafficking. They remain in the custody of US Customs and Border Patrol,” the statement continues.

Officials say the family members of the missing soldier were notified of his disappearance on Friday evening. The soldier’s name and other identifying information are being withheld at this time.

“The search for the missing TMD soldier will continue until we have exhausted all available resources, officials concluded. “The Texas Military Department is thankful to all interagency partners for their continued support in this operation to locate our missing soldier. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the family of the soldier.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott pledged the support of his office to the efforts to locate the missing soldier.

“The Texas Governor’s office continues to work with the Texas National Guard and other law enforcement agencies as they search for the missing soldier,” Abbott wrote on Friday.

This is a developing story and will be updated as new information becomes available.
