America Faces No Greater Threat Than Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. Their Assault to Our Borders Is As Great As Their Assault to Free Speech and Free Elections

THE DEMOCART PARTY AND BLACK VIOLENCE ACROSS AMERICA
There were recently horrible mass shootings in Sacramento, California, and Dallas, Texas. Immediately, there were hysterical cries about “gun controls” and the need to put further limits on Second Amendment rights.
There have been too many senseless shootings at the hands of people using firearms. The use of weapons, however, is not the problem. The problem very often is the use of firearms by those not in legal possession of those firearms. The shooters responsible for taking so many innocent lives are virtually never NRA members or legal gun owners. The overwhelming majority of killers are manifestly criminals with a prior history of serious crime.
Shouting about eliminating the Second Amendment rights of otherwise law-abiding gun owners because of deaths caused by criminal shooters is like demanding all swimming pools be closed down because some people have drowned. The way to reduce or end senseless firearms-involved violence is to go after the criminals, gangs, and networks of criminality and disarm them. Since law-abiding gun owners rarely have anything to do with mass shooting crimes, leave legal gun owners alone!
Since our Second Amendment protects the rights of innocent people to deter and stop violent crime, the ideas of limiting or eliminating those rights have to survive careful scrutiny. But even before we start that conversation, we must ask: Is this administration truly committed to reducing crime (and criminal shootings) in America? If Biden (and those ideologically aligned with him) is sincere, then he would stop playing cynical games, put his foot down, and immediately shut down at least one major source of weapons fueling the criminal world.
While many weapons are acquired through acts of theft and robbery, one of the largest sources of illegal weapons comes in via our borders. America’s unsecured borders are not only experiencing record human/sex and drug trafficking; staggering numbers of firearms are also easily flowing through. Think about it: If the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens are further restricted, but the southern borders remain mostly unsecured, then the “black market” for firearms goes off the scale. The quickest and easiest way for street criminals to get access to guns is just to buy them off the street, i.e., in the underground or “black” market. If firearms are actually more accessible unlawfully than lawfully (due to our irrational border policies), then the Biden policies make firearms more available to criminals. When this happens, innocents die disproportionally. Those innocents are primarily in urban Black communities. Insane policies that restrict legal gun ownership while allowing illegal criminal access confirm Biden’s gross dereliction and utter disregard for “Black life!”
The irony of the grotesque policies and talking points of the current administration is that they actually arm and empower criminal elements throughout the country while restricting and undermining law-abiding citizens who want legal ownership of firearms. With “open borders,” the trajectory for more crimes, mass shootings, and more innocents killed in our communities only worsens!
The need to secure ourselves (and property) is a God-given natural right (fundamental to laws of nature). This right must not be infringed upon or encumbered. That understood, the Second Amendment is non-negotiable, just like the right to self-defense against aggression. At the same time, putting an end to gross criminality is always warranted and appreciated. A huge first step is to secure our borders fully. But, let’s not be fooled. Anything short of Biden's firm commitment to secure our borders entirely is insincere, delusional, and pure deception!
If Biden and his administration will fully secure the borders to protect our communities, then we will applaud him and may begin to take him seriously. He needs to do all possible to limit the slaughter of innocents in our communities. We can limit the loss, suffering, and heartbreak so many Americans have had to endure by harshly dealing with both the illegal underground importation of weapons and all criminals found with firearms. If, however, Biden continues to invite an influx of migrants from all over the world while leaving our porous borders fully “open” and vulnerable to all criminal elements (including those with terroristic motivations), he must be wholly rejected and his promises ignored. Again, there can be no end to gun violence and mass shooting while actively encouraging and empowering a black market serving the criminal elements via open borders!
Every Black Life Matters (EBLM) is committed to helping ensure liberty and freedom for all people. Fundamental to our mission is protecting the life of innocents. Gun violence is a serious issue that demands a severe response. Therefore, we rebuke the cynicism and unserious manner Biden and his aligned ideologues have attempted to restrict lawful firearms ownership for defense while empowering criminals. Their upside-down insane policies hurt all life, but especially and disproportionally Black life!
EBLM will continue to be a vanguard on this vital issue. Please stand with us as we stand with you against any further restrictions on our Second Amendment!

A gunman suspected of killing two homeless men and wounding others in two East Coast cities in March would have been in prison at the time of the shootings if not for the work of one progressive Virginia prosecutor.
The office of Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney Steve Descano (D.) in December 2020 charged the shooter, Gerald Brevard III, with three felonies related to his attempt to abduct a hotel housekeeper and later break into a nearby apartment. The felonies—abduction with attempt to defile, burglary, and possession of burglarious tools—together would carry a minimum of 26 years in prison and up to a life sentence.
But six months later in June 2021, Brevard was a free man. Descano's office reduced the first two felonies to misdemeanors, and dropped the third entirely, the case file shows, allowing him to leave prison after just five months. Less than a year later in March, Brevard opened fire on the first victim of his shooting spree. In the course of the nine-day spree, he is alleged to have killed two homeless men and wounded three others in Washington, D.C., and New York City.
The reduced charges Descano's office placed on Brevard were not the first in his criminal history—his rap sheet stretches back to at least 2010 and includes malicious destruction of property, drug possession, armed robbery, assault with a firearm, and assaulting a police officer. A policy memo that Descano distributed the day before Brevard's 2020 arrest urged assistant commonwealth's attorneys to seek misdemeanor charges over felonies whenever appropriate. And according to sources who spoke with the Washington Free Beacon, including former members of the commonwealth's attorney's office, such criminal justice reform policies promulgated by Descano allowed Brevard to evade justice.
Descano was among a coterie of left-wing prosecutors—along with Loudoun County's Buta Biberaj and Arlington County's Parisa Dehghani-Tafti—swept into office in 2019 by six-figure donations from George Soros. The Democratic megadonor's Justice and Public Safety PAC donated more than half-a-million dollars to Descano's campaign, helping him oust a 35-year veteran prosecutor in the Democratic primary before capturing office in deep-blue Fairfax County.
Police interviews with Brevard's abduction victim reveal he approached the housekeeper from behind when she was alone in a hallway, shoved her head into a wall, then covered her mouth and tried to drag her into an adjacent room. The victim was able to cry for help and escape after a short scuffle, suffering only minor injuries. She informed police she would be able to identify Brevard if she saw him again. Three weeks later, Brevard broke into a nearby apartment and was arrested.
Police records show Brevard also disposed of a fully loaded pistol magazine in the back of a squad car as he was transported to jail on the night of his arrest—a felony Descano's office never charged him for.
Descano's office did not respond to a request for comment.
Virginia's top prosecutor Jason Miyares (R.) told the Free Beacon Descano's light sentencing for violent criminals enabled Brevard's violent rampage.
"This is an example of his criminal-first, victim-last mindset," Miyares told the Free Beacon, adding that Descano has conducted himself more like a defense attorney than a prosecutor. "You want to be a defense attorney—great, resign. You're not prosecuting. You're acting as an advocate for violent criminals."
Descano has said Brevard's abduction and burglary charges were hamstrung by lack of evidence. But conversations with former members of the Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney's office reveal a pattern of failing to prosecute violent criminals. During his tenure, Descano has abolished cash bail, told his attorneys to avoid mandatory minimum jail sentencing, and declined to prosecute many misdemeanors. He has reportedly told his staff that they "will never get in trouble for prosecuting light."
Former attorneys from the office told the Free Beacon such policies are "completely beyond the pale" of ordinary prosecutorial discretion.
"It is a total abandonment of his responsibility to seek justice and protect the public in his role as commonwealth's attorney," one said.
Reports show the Brevard case is not an outlier. In the first homicide case of this year, a Fairfax County man in January killed an 18-year-old and shot another man in the eye while waiting at a bus stop. Descano had pleaded the shooter out on misdemeanors in 2020 after he carried a concealed weapon with its serial number scratched off to a high school basketball game. The gunman had originally been charged with a felony.
Descano has cited last year's 10 percent decrease in crime in Fairfax County as proof of the effectiveness of his policies. Critics have pointed out, however, that homicide is up nearly 50 percent since his election. The supposed downward trend is, they say, the result of a lower conviction rate rather than a true reduction in crime.
Concerns over crime in Fairfax County have prompted some local groups to try to remove Descano from office. In April 2021, Stand Up Virginia announced a recall effort, and four months later Virginians for Safe Communities followed suit. Both describe their groups as motivated by the dangers progressive prosecutors pose to public safety. Sean Kennedy, the president of Virginians for Safe Communities, said the homeless killings Brevard was recently charged for show how "reckless" Descano's approach to criminal justice reform has been.
"If Descano had done his job by protecting the public and following the law instead of protecting criminals and imposing his radical ideology there is not a scintilla of doubt that those two innocent men would be alive today," Kennedy told the Free Beacon. "Their lives mattered more than Descano's reckless agenda."
The prosecutorial approach has also alienated law enforcement. Since the beginning of the year, 29 police officers have left their jobs in Fairfax County. Only two were fired, and resignations outpaced retirements three to one.
Staff described a contentious work environment in the office, with Descano prone to angry outbursts when his judgment is questioned. More than half of the attorneys have departed since he took office, including four of his five deputy commonwealth's attorneys, leaving behind mostly unpracticed prosecutors to handle a flood of cases. Those who spoke with the Free Beacon did so anonymously for fear of career reprisals. All mentioned Descano's political ambitions.
"There wasn't a focus on the actual investigations," another former attorney said. "Rather it was what will look good or bad for a TV camera or Washington Post article."
During one particularly heated meeting over sex crime cases, Descano reportedly yelled at a prosecutor who was planning to charge a murderer with a 20-year sentence, "Fuck that. You're going to charge, at most, 15 years."
"Don't listen to victims," Descano added. "They're overly dramatic."
On March 18, the Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney's office dropped felony charges for a mother accused of shaking her two-month-old baby and causing head trauma. The assistant commonwealth's attorney tasked with the case had resigned from the office in February. Descano blamed the resignation for his office's failure to prosecute.
How Spotify Is Pushing To Abolish Police and Prisons
Spotify's Abolition X podcast pushes far-left policies, labels America 'white supremacist' state
A Spotify original podcast featuring Black Lives Matter cofounder and "trained Marxist" Patrisse Cullors calls for abolishing police and prisons, labels America a "white supremacist" state, and contends that the severely mentally ill are actually "shamans" and "spiritual guides."
Spotify launchedAbolition X, which "focuses on alternatives to police, jails, and punishment," in February. And while the podcast is chock-full of anti-police and anti-prison rhetoric, it "isn't just about getting rid of police and prisons," Spotify said in a press release. Indeed, hosts Vic Mensa, Indigo Mateo, and Richie Reseda—and their guests—often wade into other topics.
One episode, for example, says gender is merely "an expression." "Gender is, like, swag, you know?" says Reseda, a convicted felon who pleaded guilty to two armed robberies in 2011. "For real, gender is literally a way of expressing one's self. Like, that's really all it is." Another episode on mental health featuring Cullors encourages listeners to microdose mushrooms, calls former president Ronald Reagan "Satan," and even labels bipolar and schizophrenic people as "shamans" whom we "throw … away" because "they don't serve capitalism."
"I'm also a firm believer, especially with people who have severe mental illness, that many of those folks are, like, shamans, and are spiritual guides," Cullors says. "And in this context of capitalism we throw them away. We don't know what to do with them—they don't serve capitalism."
Spotify's release of Abolition X came as the company navigated public scrutiny surrounding its exclusive deal to host The Joe Rogan Experience. After Rogan posted an episode featuring virologist Robert Malone that questioned Democratic policies on COVID-19, musicians asked Spotify to remove their music from the platform, prompting the company to delete thousands of podcast episodes for spreading virus "misinformation."
When it comes to Abolition X, however, Spotify seems to have no problem endorsing far-left policies that are extremely unpopular with both the American people as a whole and black Americans specifically. Just 28 percent of black Americans support the movement to defund police, a 2021 USA Today poll found. Three out of four Americans, meanwhile, say the movement to defund police "is a reason that violent crime is increasing in the United States."
Spotify's Abolition X isn't just out of touch with the American public—the policies it promotes could lead to disastrous consequences. According to a 2021 Manhattan Institute report, liberal "crime reduction" programs in Chicago did little to reduce gun and gang homicides. In Pittsburgh, violence actually went up after a similar program was introduced. High police presences in neighborhoods, on the other hand, are proven to reduce crime.
Spotify did not return a request for comment.
Conversations on gender and mental health aside, Abolition X‘s bread and butter consists of discussions centered on dismantling America's police and prisons. In Cullors's Feb. 15 episode, the hosts open the show by explicitly calling to "replace police and prisons" with "mental health care." Reseda later argues that "people who break the law" do not have a "moral problem" that requires criminal justice. Instead, the host says, people commit crimes solely due to "a health problem they're having" that requires treatment. Mensa goes on to contend that those mental health issues exist as a byproduct of America's status as an "uber-capitalist, white supremacist, violent-ass state."
Cullors's musings on the podcast include similar denunciations of capitalism. At one point, the BLM cofounder argues that in a "capitalist world," the "self doesn't exist for black women," because they "are at service to everybody." Less than a year before she joined the podcast, Cullors purchased four high-end U.S. homes for $3.2 million. Mere weeks after the episode's release, meanwhile, New York magazine revealed that, under Cullors's leadership, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation purchased a $6 million Southern California mansion in cash using funds donated to the group. Cullors later resigned from her role as executive director of the foundation in order to focus on a multiyear television deal with Warner Bros.
Florida Teacher Molested 14-Year-Old, Masturbated While Video Chatting with Students, Authorities Say
A Florida high school history teacher has been arrested for having sexual correspondence with two female students, aged 18 and 14, and allegedly molesting the 14-year-old at the school, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Warning: This Story Contains Disturbing Details.
On Thursday, the PCSO arrested 39-year-old Derek Stribling of Lakeland hours after receiving word of his sexually explicit messages, WTSP reported. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd noted that Stribling is a history teacher, dean of students, basketball coach, and life-management coach at Crossroads Christian School in Lakeland, according to a press conference shared by WTVT.
The 18-year-old girl, identified by Judd as “Victim Number One,” was one of Stribling’s students at the school and informed investigators that on Valentine’s Day, the 39-year-old teacher requested her phone number, authorities said. “He reportedly told her he could check up on her following an argument she had with her dad, investigators said,” according to WTSP.
“Stribling told the victim that she had a ‘D’ in his class, and she could get extra credit to help her grades,” the sheriff’s office told the outlet via email. “He initiated a sexual conversation via text and on the FaceTime app.”
Investigators said Stribling pleasured himself while showing the student his private regions. He also attempted to get the 18-year-old to meet him for oral sex in a hotel parking lot, but the student refused to go, the PCSO said. Judd said she declined because he was married.
Judd noted that the investigation showed her grade ended up being an ‘A.’
“Isn’t that amazing?” Judd asked reporters. “So he used his position as her teacher and her low grade as the nexus, and they talked the nasty.”
The 18-year-old communicated with a 16-year-old, identified as “Victim Number Two,” who told Victim Number One that Stribling “did the same stuff with her” when she was 14 years old, Judd said.
“The nasty video clips, the inappropriate behavior, the sexual content, and on one occasion, and I’m not gonna stutter here, the suspect kissed and fondled the 14-year-old at the school in the equipment closet about two years ago,” Judd explained at the press conference.
Investigators say the educator, who was Victim Number Two’s basketball coach, asked her to meet him in the closet.
“The victim said that Stribling began kissing her while rubbing her breast and buttocks over her clothing,” the sheriff’s office told WTSP. “She also reported that he began communicating with her via the Snapchat app and text messaging, and he called her twice via video chat in which he showed himself masturbating.”
She refused to meet Stribling when he allegedly attempted to meet the child so he could molest her, the child said, according to the PCSO.
He is charged with lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim older than 12 years old but younger than 16 years old by a person over 18 years of age, lewd and lascivious conduct, two counts of a sex offense on a student by an authority figure, and transmitting harmful material to a minor, online inmate records show. He has made bail for $90,000, according to the records.
“We really, really, really fear there are other victims out there like this 16-year-old that were afraid, that didn’t report it, that think ‘well maybe I did some haha fun fun talk’ – no, that’s not alright,” Judd said. “He’s in a position of authority over her and them. We truly believe, based on his pattern and conduct, there very well may be other victims and we want to know about that.”
President Rich Wead of Children’s Educational Services, which runs the Crossroads Christian School, told WTSP that Stribling, who started his employment at the school in August 2019, was fired Friday morning. He noted that all employees complete background checks and undergo vetting, adding that the school takes the allegations seriously. He declined to comment further to protect the students, their families, and the investigation’s integrity, WTSP said.

Police: NYC Man Stabbed in Head During ‘Unprovoked Attack’
A man in his 30s was stabbed in the head during an “unprovoked attack” Sunday in Lower Manhattan, according to police, as crime in New York City grows.
“The attack happened around 2:45 a.m. in front of 425 Broome Street when the victim was approached from behind by a person who plunged a sharp object into his head, cops said,” the New York Post reported.
Meanwhile, overall index crime in the city spiked 36.5 percent in March compared to the same month last year as the state’s bail laws began affecting the 2022 gubernatorial race:
In 2019, New York’s disgraced former Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) signed legislation into law allowing “suspects accused of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, child sex crimes, and making threats of terrorism to walk free from jail without ever having to post bail,” Breitbart News reported.
“Coinciding with the state law is New York City’s Supervised Release Program, which allows thousands of criminal suspects to be released following their arrests without having to post bail or be monitored by social workers,” Breitbart News continued.
Last week, some New York City teenagers were on the run after allegedly assaulting a man on the subway by slashing his forehead.
The suspects were believed to be between 16 and 17 years old.
“Transit crime in the Big Apple has seen an alarming rise in 2022 under the leadership of Mayor Eric Adams (D). From January 1 through April 3, transit crimes climbed 62.5 percent compared to the same period in 2021,” Breitbart News reported.
Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), a gubernatorial candidate in New York, recently criticized the state’s bail reform laws.
“Instead of handcuffing our criminals we’re handcuffing justice, we’re handcuffing our judges, we’re handcuffing police, we’re cuffing law abiding New Yorkers in order to secure our streets we have to put community way over criminals,” Zeldin commented.
Per the Post report, the victim was transported to the hospital and listed in serious but stable condition.
18 Shot Friday Into Sunday Morning in Lori Lighfoot’s Chicago
Eighteen people were shot, three of them fatally, Friday into Sunday morning in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.
ABC 7 / Chicago Sun-Timesreports the first fatal shooting occurred around 8 p.m. during a fight Friday night. The deadly exchange was “in the 1500 block of East 61st Street” and a 29-year-old man was shot in the head and killed.
The weekend’s second fatal shooting was occurred around 2:20 a.m. Saturday “in the driveway of a home in the 9500 block of South Sangamon Street.” A 17-year-old was standing in the driveway and was shot in the chest. He was transported to a hospital where he died.
A 40-year-old man was shot and killed during a drive-by shooting Sunday morning “in the 300 block of South Kilbourn Avenue.” The shooting occurred just before 3:30 p.m.
Nineteen people were shot last weekend in Chicago and one of those shooting victims succumbed to their wounds.
The Sun-Timesreports 143 people were killed in Chicago January 1, 2022, through April 10, 2022.

THE LAST THING AMERICA NEEDS IS ONE MORE VIOLENT BLACK MAN WITH A GUN.
Police in DeKalb County, Georgia, were called in 2019 when the rapper allegedly tossed a bottle that later tested positive for traces of the illegal drug codeine. He was also found with an illegal gun in his car when he was arrested.
Rapper 21 Savage’s Immigration Status Still Undetermined Until Criminal Case is Cleared
UK-born rapper 21 Savage’s legal team say his immigration fight is on hold as he faces gun and drug charges.
U.S. immigration officials state the now 29-year-old rapper’s legal immigration visa expired in 2006 when he was a teenager and his mother — who brought him to the U.S. from Britain — never renewed it. Therefore, the U.S. government has targeted him for return to the UK.
The loudly anti-Trump rapper has been fighting against the deportation order for three years. But now that case has been paused as he faces more pressing matters stemming from his arrest in 2019 on drug and gun charges.
Police in DeKalb County, Georgia, were called in 2019 when the rapper allegedly tossed a bottle that later tested positive for traces of the illegal drug codeine. He was also found with an illegal gun in his car when he was arrested.
The rapper was arrested only days after trashing President Donald Trump’s immigration policies. However, the Dekalb D.A. did not officially charge Savage until 2021.

21’s immigration attorney Charles Kuck told TMZ the fight against deportation has been set aside while the singer faces the other, more serious charges.
Regardless, attorney Kuck claims the gun and drug charges and the immigration case are just an example of the “harassment” his client faces from the government.
“Last night’s manufactured charges are yet another example of how our justice system, from ICE down to the local level, unjustly targets young Black men who seek to exercise their rights,” Kuck said when Savage turned himself in to the police last September. “There is no legitimate basis for these charges nor for ICE’s continued antics, and we will fight until Mr. Joseph is justly vindicated.”
Kuck noted that the rapper is still working at festivals and can travel inside the U.S. as his cases wind their way through the courts. But if he were to leave the U.S.A. he would not be able to return because of his lapsed visa.
Savage has also been heard insisting that all illegals should be given automatic citizenship.
A suspect allegedly groped a woman riding a Manhattan train but backed off when another person stepped in, authorities told the New York Post.
“The 26-year-old victim was standing on the southbound Q train platform at the 34th Street-Herald Square station around 5 p.m. Sunday when a stranger approached her and tried to strike up a conversation, but she ignored him, cops said,” the outlet reported Thursday.
On the train, the man took a seat next to the woman and then allegedly fondled her breasts, inner thighs, and calves.
“The victim told the perv not to touch her, and another passenger came to her assistance,” the Post report said, adding the suspect then moved but remained on the train until it reached Prospect Park station.
In a social media post, the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers shared a photo of the suspect wearing a black coat with fur trim, saying there is a reward of up to $3500 and urging citizens with additional information to contact them:
The incident happened as overall index crime in New York City rose 36.5 percent in March compared to March of last year as the state’s bail laws affect the 2022 gubernatorial race, according to Breitbart News.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, a man was slashed with a box cutter inside a Manhattan subway station when the victim, who was reportedly in his 40s, was arguing with another individual at the scene.
Per the recent incident, authorities are still searching for the suspect who was last seen wearing the parka, jeans, and a pair of red tennis shoes.
