America Faces No Greater Threat Than Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. Their Assault to Our Borders Is As Great As Their Assault to Free Speech and Free Elections

THE BIDEN DOCTRINE: ILLEGALS AND 'CHEAP' LABOR COME FIRST - AMERICA WILL STILL GET TO PAY THE TRUE COST OF ALL THIS 'CHEAP' LABOR
By failures of border security, a lack of the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States and huge numbers of visas for high tech workers, the lives and livelihoods of Americans and their children, are being stolen by America’s corrupt political elite who are doing the bidding of those who provide them with huge “Campaign Contributions” (Orwellian euphemism for bribes) pursue legislation that is diametrically opposed to the best interests of America and America MICHAEL CUTLER
This preemptive move by Mayorkas lets seasonal employers off the hook from recruiting Americans by offering better wages and working conditions,” Robert Law with the Center for Immigration Studies wrote. “Instead, the federal government will subsidize bad business models or simply further enrich employers by giving them access to more cheap foreign workers than otherwise would be allowed.”
THIS IS WHAT THE DEMOCRAT PARTY FOR OPEN BORDERS AND CHEAPER LABOR HAS DONE TO AMERICA
El Paso Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 1,200 migrants in a single day over the past weekend. The apprehended migrants included citizens of four nations — including Turkey.
El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez tweeted images from four large-group migrant apprehensions in a single day along the U.S.-Mexico Border. The illegal border crossings led to the apprehension of more than 1,200 migrants.
Agents identified the migrants as citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Turkey, Chief Chavez reported.
“We do what we can with what we got!” She said in the tweet. “So much [love] & appreciation for my troops!”
On the same day as the tweet above, the chief sent another tweet showing the rescue of a migrant woman. Border, Search, Trauma, and Rescue (BORSTAR) agents responded to an incident involving a seriously injured migrant woman. The agents immediately began emergency medical services.
“With us, it will ALWAYS be about border security; but often agents step up & provide humanitarian response,” Chavez tweeted. “Well done BORSTAR.”
During the first six months of Fiscal Year 2022, which began on October 1, 2021, El Paso Sector agents apprehended a total of 113,281 migrants along the Mexican border with Texas and New Mexico. This represents a nearly 58 percent increase over the same period in FY21. More than 75 percent of these migrants were classified as single adults.
President Joe Biden is subsidizing businesses with 35,000 more foreign H-2B visa workers to hire for non-agricultural jobs in the United States, even as nearly 12 million Americans remain jobless.
On Monday, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced that the administration would begin allowing businesses to hire up to 35,000 additional foreign H-2B visa workers for nonagricultural jobs in construction, hospitality, and landscaping.
“This preemptive move by Mayorkas lets seasonal employers off the hook from recruiting Americans by offering better wages and working conditions,” Robert Law with the Center for Immigration Studies wrote. “Instead, the federal government will subsidize bad business models or simply further enrich employers by giving them access to more cheap foreign workers than otherwise would be allowed.”
The administration announced months ago that they would help subsidize business by inflating the U.S. labor market even more with additional foreign H-2B visa workers to hire.
Specifically, about 23,500 of the H-2B visas will go to foreign workers who have previously come to the U.S. on the visa program, while 11,500 of the visas will go to Haitians, Guatemalans, Hondurans, and El Salvadorans.
The move comes as 5.9 million Americans are unemployed and another 5.9 million are out of the labor market entirely, but all want full-time jobs. An additional four million Americans are underemployed, holding part-time jobs but wanting full-time employment.
Every year, businesses are allowed to import 66,000 H-2B foreign visa workers to take blue-collar, non-agricultural American jobs. Former President Donald Trump routinely brought in additional H-2B foreign visa workers for business to hire, and Biden is doing the same.
In December 2021 and January 2022, Mayorkas announced that he would allow businesses to import 40,000 more H-2B foreign visa workers.
The H-2B visa program has been widely used by businesses to drag down the wages of American workers in landscaping, conservation work, the meatpacking industry, the construction industry, and fishing jobs, a 2019 study by the Center for Immigration Studies finds.
When comparing the wages of H-2B foreign workers to the national wage average for each blue-collar industry, about 21 out of 25 of the industries offered lower wages to foreign workers than Americans.
Annually, the U.S. gives green cards to about 1.2 million legal immigrants, while another 1.4 million foreign workers are admitted every year to take American jobs. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are added to the labor market every year, many on work permits given to them by the federal government.

Exclusive–Wilcox: Biden’s AG Sides with Mentally Ill Illegal Alien Criminals over Americans’ Safety
Since it assumed power in January 2021, the Biden Administration has clearly prioritized the rights of illegal aliens over those of American citizens. Attorney General Merrick Garland recently doubled down on that policy, and is now putting the safety of citizens at risk by allowing mentally ill criminal aliens to remain in the country.
In Matter of B-Z-R, Garland ruled that when considering asylum claims, immigration judges can now take into account the mental health of asylum seekers who have been convicted of “particularly serious crimes” when determining whether or not they pose a danger. The result is that mentally ill criminal aliens will now have an advantage when it comes to deciding whether to allow them to stay in the country.
This case involved a Mexican national with a criminal record who was convicted of burglary in New Jersey. He claimed he would be persecuted in his home country because of his sexual preference and because of unspecified mental disorders. Apparently nothing in this case is a red flag to Garland, who is fine with such individuals being admitted to our country.
In its brief on the matter, lawyers from the Immigration Reform Law Institute argued that crimes are defined by their statutory elements, and to the extent an alien’s mental illness played a role in whether he met the statutory elements of a crime, that role was already considered by the criminal court that convicted him, and should not be revisited in immigration court.
As is the case with virtually every action of this administration, our current leaders seem to care far more about getting foreign nationals into the country permanently by any means necessary than they do about protecting the citizens who they have sworn to protect. This is an abomination the American people should not accept.
The death of Kate Steinle in 2015 as a result of the actions of a five-times deported native of Mexico brought national attention to the problem of illegal alien crime. Since then, the media seems to have done its best to keep such incidents out of the public consciousness.
There has not been a lack of incidents. A simple online search will produce multitudinous examples of people being robbed, assaulted, raped or killed by those here illegally. How many of those alleged perpetrators will now claim mental illnesses as strategy to keep from being deported?
If the claim of mental illness is indeed legitimate, the treatment it will require is one more expense the American people will have to bear to accommodate foreign nationals who came here illegally and committed crimes once here.
This problem has been exacerbated by the sickening behavior of too many mayors, sheriffs, county commissioners and governors who have implemented sanctuary laws in their jurisdictions. Sanctuary laws claim to help a specific group, illegal aliens, but actually hurt all groups.
By promoting that they will not cooperate with federal immigration authorities, sanctuary communities attract a subgroup of aliens who have committed or intend to commit violent crimes. In addition to victimizing American citizens, this group also preys upon the otherwise law-abiding noncitizens they tend to live among. So who exactly do these misguided laws protect other than a criminal element that fits the prototype of who deportation laws were meant to remove?
It is widely known that immigration lawyers will coach their illegal alien clients to say the “magic words” that will allow them to enter the United States. Specifically, they are told to tell immigration agents that they are fearful to return to their home country for fear of persecution. As a result of Garland’s decision, criminal aliens facing deportation will be instructed to feign mental illness as a way to delay or prevent removal.
