Pennsylvania Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman hypocritically wanted indefinite pandemic lockdowns.

In an interview with John King on CNN on April 17, 2020, John Fetterman proposed that Pennsylvania should not lift pandemic restrictions, despite breaking the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s rules and going on vacation months later.

“It wants to spread and what we’ve done in Pennsylvania through the governor’s aggressive stay-at-home orders has really stopped that, and I believe we’re plateaued. But we are weeks away from any kind of major announcement opening — if at all,” Fetterman said in a video unearthed by the Republican National Committee (emphasis added).

Many Pennsylvania businesses were locked down until 2021. “Broad reopenings or reopening that are not structured around ongoing social distancing, universal masking, or other public health guidance would likely result in a spike of cases and new stay-at-home and closure orders,” Gov. Tom Wolf (D) stated in November 2020. “We are planning for the days and weeks ahead when we will not only safely return Pennsylvanians to work but return to a different and more resilient Pennsylvania.”

On July 16, 2020, Fetterman suggested on CNN that schools would likely not reopen anytime soon and if they did, children should be masked in order to attend school. “If you are a parent that wants to safely reopen schools, then it all comes back to what you’re willing to do — and that’s masking, masking, masking,” Fetterman claimed.

In April 2020, Gov. Wolf closed schools for the remainder of the academic year. Schools had been closed indefinitely from March 16, prior to the announcement. At the beginning of the school year, Burbio reported a majority of schools were using virtual or hybrid learning (not in-person learning) in Pennsylvania.

The state’s mask mandate was not removed until January 2021. It was reinstated in all Pennsylvania K-12 schools in June 2021 due to Wolf’s orders after statewide teachers’ unions demanded masks in school buildings:

Like so many other Democrats, the pandemic rules did not apply to Fetterman, who enjoyed a taxpayer-funded trip to New Jersey in June 2020. At the time, the Pennsylvania Department of Health was recommending that Pennsylvanians remain locked down.

“My top job right now is the same as yours — to stay calm and to stay at home, minimizing social interactions and trips to indoor public places — and that’s what Gisele Barreto Fetterman and I will be doing. Karl, Grace, and August are working to adjust to this new norm,” Fetterman wrote on Facebook on March 16.

But Fetterman took a $3,500 trip to New Jersey, instead. “Pennsylvania state police spent $3,500 for overtime, food, and lodging during Fetterman’s trip to Ocean City, N.J., from June 24-27, 2020,” the Washington Free Beacon reported

Polling shows Republican Senate candidate Mehmet Oz has pulled within the margin of error against Fetterman, despite being outspent by $5 million, according to third quarter fundraising totals.

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A GREATER DISASTER TO AMERICA THAN

JOE BIDEN!

Joe Biden Welcomes Foreign Population at Southern Border Greater than 15 States

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) welcomed a foreign population at the United States-Mexico border in fiscal year 2022 that exceeds the populations of 15 states.

As Breitbart News reported, Biden’s DHS has overseen the largest inflow of illegal immigration in a single fiscal year with more than 2.2 million border crossers and illegal aliens having arrived at the southern border from October 1, 2021, to September 20, 2022.

“We have simply never seen these numbers before in our history, and the Biden open-borders policies are the reason,” former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Chief Mark Morgan, a visiting fellow at the Heritage Foundation, said in a statement.

“As bad as it has gotten, things will only get worse, and I fear what major catastrophe could come next,” Morgan continued.

The record-breaking level of illegal immigration indicates that in fiscal year 2022, Biden’s DHS welcomed a foreign population to the U.S. that exceeds the resident populations of Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Montana, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Hawaii, West Virginia, Idaho, Nebraska, and New Mexico.

“The time for excuses is over—the next Congress needs to take actual steps to hold this administration accountable for the chaos and carnage they have unleashed on our southwest border,” former Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Thomas Homan, also a visiting fellow at the Heritage Foundation, said:

This is a shameful episode in our history, and the ones who are suffering are not the elites in their gated and secured Beltway communities. It’s the Border Patrol agents being overwhelmed on a daily basis. It’s the families who have been ripped apart losing a loved one to fentanyl or other drugs. And it’s the migrants themselves, who are worthless to the cartels once they’ve been paid. The next Congress better do something about it. [Emphasis added]

As quickly as border crossers and illegal aliens have been arriving at the southern border, Biden’s DHS has been just as quickly releasing most of them into American communities.

From February 2021 to August 2022, for example, the Biden administration released about 1.35 million border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior — a foreign population roughly three times the size of Miami, Florida.

A set of promises made by House Republican leadership vows to continue building border wall along the southern border while ending the administration’s massive Catch and Release network and mandating E-Verify nationwide to eliminate the job magnet for future border crossers.

President Joe Biden’s advisers have granted temporary legal status to roughly 30,000 Ethiopians now living in the United States.

The award of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) was announced Friday as Ethiopia’s government continues a disastrous war against a non-Ethiopian ethnic group in the Tigray region of the country.

“The United States recognizes the ongoing armed conflict and the extraordinary and temporary conditions engulfing Ethiopia, and DHS is committed to providing temporary protection [for 18 months] to those in need,” said a statement from Alejandro Mayorkas, the pro-migration secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. The statement added:

Ethiopian nationals currently residing in the U.S. who cannot safely return due to conflict-related violence and a humanitarian crisis involving severe food shortages, flooding, drought, and displacement, will be able to remain and work in the United States until conditions in their home country improve.

The protection will help 30,000 Ethiopians, according to a September 30 letter sent to Mayorkas by a variety of pro-migration groups, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The letter said:

The current crisis in Ethiopia … has been marked by violence against civilians in conflict, ethnic cleansing, destruction of public infrastructure, including health care facilities and schools, arbitrary arrests, torture, sexual and [sex]-based violence as a weapon of war, and weaponization of food, medicine, and fuel …

Throughout 2021 and 2022, at least six million people across the Amhara, Tigray, and Afar regions have been cut off from access to adequate food, health care, fuel, banking services, communications with the outside world, and other basic needs.

The TPS program has been abused by several presidents to quietly import and keep many foreign workers, renters, and consumers in the United States.

This TPS program policy is just one element of the federal Extraction Migration economic strategy. That strategy aids investors by cutting Americans’ wages and by boosting housing prices. It also pushes up inflation for a wide variety of goods, such as used autos and food.

The TPS program already keeps roughly 500,000 foreigners in the United States, including some who arrived as illegals in the 1980s and 1990s. The migrants were first given TPS when their home nations were hit by disastrous volcano eruptions, floods, famines, or wars.

The 500,000 number does not include the TPS grantees who have already won green cards, nor does it include their U.S.-born children.

President Donald Trump did not extend some of the TPS grants that had been repeatedly extended by prior presidents. The extensions were often granted long after the original disasters had been overcome. But Trump was stopped by lawsuits and Biden’s election.

Since January 2021, Biden has welcomed roughly four million illegal migrants, visa workers, and legal immigrants. He has also imported many additional people from Venezuela, Ukraine, and Afghanistan, and has approved multiple additional TPS designations for Venezuelans, Haitians, and Cameroonians, for example.

The large population helps to push down wages and boost housing costs for Americans — and also to push Americans out of the labor market.

Extraction Migration

It is easier for government officials to grow the economy by immigration than by growing exports, productivity, or the birth rate.

So Washington, DC, deliberately extracts millions of migrants from poor countries and uses them as extra workers, consumers, and renters.

This extraction migration policy both grows and skews the national economy.

It prevents tight labor markets and so it shifts vast wealth from ordinary people to investorsbillionaires, and Wall Street. It makes it difficult for ordinary Americans to  advance in their careers, get married, raise families, buy homes, or gain wealth.

Extraction migration slows innovation and shrinks Americans’ productivity. This happens because migration allows employers to boost stock prices by using stoop labor and disposable workers instead of the skilled American professionals and productivity-boosting technology that earlier allowed Americans and their communities to earn more money.

This migration policy also reduces exports because it minimizes shareholder pressure on C-suite executives to take a career risk by trying to grow exports to poor countries.

Migration undermines employees’ workplace rights, and it widens the regional economic gaps between the Democrats’ cheap-labor coastal states and the Republicans’ heartland and southern states.

An economy fueled by extraction migration also drains Americans’ political clout over elites and it alienates young people. It radicalizes Americans’ democratic civic culture because it gives a moral excuse for wealthy elites and progressives to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society, such as drug addicts.

This diversify-and-rule investor strategy is enthusiastically pushed by progressives. They wish to transform the U.S. from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into an economic empire of jealous identity groups overseen by progressive hall-monitors. “We’re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,” Rep. Rohit Khanna (D-CA) told the New York Times in March 2022. “It will be an extraordinary achievement … We will ultimately triumph,” he boasted.

But the progressives’ colonialism-like economic strategy kills many migrants. It exploits the poverty of migrants and splits foreign families as it extracts human resources from poor home countries to serve wealthy U.S. investors.

Progressives hide this extraction migration economic policy behind a wide variety of noble-sounding explanations and theatrical border security programs. Progressives claim the U.S. is a “Nation of Immigrants,” that economic migrants are political victims, that migration helps migrants more than Americans, and that the state must renew itself by replacing populations.

Similarly, establishment Republicans, media businesses, and major GOP donors hide the skew towards investors by ignoring the pocketbook impact and by touting border chaos, welfare spending, migrant crime, and drug smuggling.

Many polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration. But the polls also show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and to the inflow of temporary contract workers into the jobs needed by the families of blue-collar and white-collar Americans.

This “Third Rail” opposition is growinganti-establishmentmultiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisan,   rationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity that American citizens owe to one another.

President Joe Biden’s deputies welcomed 1.66 million economic migrants across the U.S. southern border in 2022, according to data revealed late Friday by the Department of Homeland Security.

Even though the migrants entered illegally, Biden’s deputies are using a variety of legal pretexts — under Title 8 of U.S. law — to release the migrants so they can work to pay off their smuggling debts to banks and loan sharks.

The huge inflow aids investors and employers by cutting Americans’ wages and by boosting housing prices.

The 1.66 million economic migrants welcomed in 2022 are just part of the massive 2022 inflow.

An additional 500,000 unreported migrants sneaked across the border, according to official counts leaked to Breitbart News and other outlets.

The 500,000 additional illegal migrants pushed the total cross-border inflow to roughly 2.5 million in Biden’s second fiscal year, which started on October 1, 2021, and ended on September 30.

Overall, Biden’s illegal border flood delivered seven migrants for every 10 Americans born in 2022.

In addition, Biden and his deputies delivered six migrants for every 10 Americans who turned 18 in 2022.

“We have witnessed the devastating harm wrought by a rogue administration that is asserting near-dictatorial powers in a relentless effort to keep our borders open,” said a statement from R.J. Hauman, the government relations director at the Federation for American Immigration Reform. He continued:

In that time, the Biden administration has blamed the unprecedented surge of illegal immigration on all sorts of external factors – except their own purposeful sabotage of our nation’s immigration laws. The endless flow of illegal immigrants and the incursion of lethal narcotics pouring across our border will not end until this administration demonstrates a willingness to secure the border and enforce the law. Sadly, these record-breaking numbers are unlikely to resonate with them, because what’s happening is all by design.

[Border] Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas clearly hid these border numbers on behalf of President Biden and the Democratic Party for political purposes, which is why he released them late on a Friday night. How can anyone vote for a party that puts politics first and America last?

The mass inflow of migrants has helped to push up rents for Americans, including Julia Mallman, a single, childless, 42-year-old kindergarten teacher in Fairfax, Virginia. Her monthly rent jumped by 25 percent as Joe Biden’s migrants rented spaces in her apartment complex, she told the Washington Post on October 20:

“So many emotions when I saw that,” Mallman said. “I was furious. And disappointed. And demoralized.”

She got a post-pandemic gut punch that is hitting renters across the nation this year. After landlords largely suspended rent hikes and federal assistance came during shutdowns, renters are now paying a steep price for that brief clemency. Nationwide, rents are up 11.3 percent this year, according to the real-estate-research firm CoStar Group. In some parts, like in Mallman’s working-class complex, the penalty … is weighing in at 25 percent.

“Who can afford this?” she asked, showing me the contract she decided to sign after all, on the day it was due. “The prices are pretty much the same everywhere I look.”

The Biden administration in 2022 has allowed into the country roughly six times as many people as in 2020 under President Donald Trump.

Biden’s official estimate of the 2022 inflow included 190,000 Venezuelans and 220,000 Cubans, versus 14,000 for both nations in 2020.

This picture taken on October 9, 2022 shows migrants being processed by US Border Patrol after they illegally crossed the US southern border with Mexico in Eagle Pass, Texas. - In the 2022 fiscal year US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) has had over 2 million encounters with migrants at the US-Mexico border, setting a new record in CBP history. The DHS’s 1.66 million count excludes migrants who were registered at the border but were sent back to Mexico or flown home. The number of rejected migrants was not released, but it is far less than 1 million, since many migrants are counted multiple times as they repeatedly try to sneak across the border.

But Biden and his deputies also welcomed many other migrants, including disaster migrants, legal immigrants, visa workers, “student” workers, and people who illegally work while pretending to be tourists. For example, Biden’s deputies legalized almost 150,000 migrants fleeing disasters in Ukraine, Afghanistan, Cameroon, and other countries during fiscal 2022.

Those legal inflows add at least 1.1 million migrants.

If the legal inflow is added to the border illegals, then Biden’s deputies imported 3.6 million migrants in 2022 — or 1 foreigner for every American born in 2022.

The 2022 inflow is double the 885,000 illegals invited across the border in 2021.
