Biden’s 2022 Illegal Migration Delivers 7 Migrants for Every 10 U.S. Births
Signs of the Red Wave Approaching
Yes, folks, the red wave is real and coming to your town soon.
I have discussed the types of bias that can occur in political polling in several previous articles, one of which you can read here. Unfortunately, that bias is still out there. More on that later.
I have also discussed the hidden conservative vote, now officially recognized by pollsters and referred to as partisan non-response bias. This means Democrats want to talk to the pollsters, and Republicans don't.
In 2020, polls overestimated Joe Biden's support by roughly 4% nationwide and by an average of 4.3 points at the state level. The only factor the American Association for Public Research could point to for the polling miss was partisan non-response bias.
What is partisan non-response bias?
Imagine you are a conservative working at a woke corporation or a leftist college. Or imagine you are a union member or are friends with a group of liberals. If you admit you are a conservative, you could lose your job, ruin your career, or be shunned or ostracized.
It does not stop there. Conservatives are banned on social media despite our First Amendment rights. The FBI is raiding the homes of prominent conservatives, including former president Trump. And President Biden considers MAGA Republicans to be a threat to democracy. Under these circumstances, would you admit you favor conservatives in a poll? Would you even answer a poll?
Since the level of partisan non-response bias can be assessed only after an election is over, how do we make an estimate now? After all, you don't know what you don't know.
The simplest thing to do is use the 2020 Biden nationwide polling miss of 4%. It might be higher in red states like Ohio, which has more registered Republicans, and lower in blue states like Colorado. This is a reasonable assumption until it is clear that pollsters have learned how to account for it. Right now, I consider 4% low.
There are structural forms of bias in the polls themselves. Sometimes it is easy to spot.
For example, a poll of likely voters is usually more accurate than a poll of registered voters. In 2014, pollster Nate Silver, whom I have quoted before, claimed that midterm polls of registered voters are biased toward Democrats by over 2.5%.
Another place I like to look is the Gallup Party Affiliation Poll. Gallup has been surveying political party affiliation monthly since 2004. Suppose we average the ten months from December 2021 to September 2022 and add the independent leaners. In that case, 45.8% of voters are or lean Republican, and 47.5% are or lean Democrat. This gives Democrats a 1.7% edge.
But keep in mind that partisan non-response bias affects this poll just like the others. If we account for non-response bias, Republicans should have an advantage. However, for the sake of argument, let's assume they are tied. Let's also assume that roughly 1,000 people were polled, though I cannot confirm that.
The sampling error in a poll of 1,000 people is +/- 3%. This means that the reported numbers for Democrats and Republicans could be off by 3% one way or the other. If we add 3% to the Democrat number and subtract 3% from the Republican number, Democrats have a 6% advantage. If we reverse the process, Republicans have a 6% advantage.
Why do we care? This means any national political poll cannot have more than a 6-point split on party affiliation with either a Democrat or Republican advantage and be considered within the margin of error. In other words, a poll outside the margin of error could be biased.
The most recent Politico/Morning Consult survey of less accurate registered voters has Republicans with a slight advantage at 37-36.5, without counting leaners. Surprisingly, independents are 16 points below the Gallup estimate. Democrat women, at 21%, are the largest segment, while independent women are the smallest, at 12%.
The Economist/YouGov poll of likely voters gave the Democrats a 9-point advantage.
The CNN poll of 800 registered voters is hard to figure because there are no numerical splits, just percentages. For example, 47% of their respondents voted for Biden vs. 44% for Trump. Then they claim that the poll contains 24% liberals vs. 34% conservatives.
Now let’s look at the Generic Congressional Vote polls. Historically, for Democrats and Republicans to have a 50-50 chance of winning the House of Representatives, Democrats would need to have somewhere between a 3.6- and a 5-point lead in the Generic poll average. Let’s call it 4 points to make calculating easier. That means that if Democrats and Republicans are tied in the Generic Ballot, Republicans are actually up by 4 points.
The current RCP Generic average gives Republicans a 3.1% edge. However, if we remove the Economist/YouGov poll from the Generic Ballot average because it has a Democrat bias, the Republican average rises to almost 3.5 points. If we add this to the 4 points Republicans already have, they should have a reasonably solid 7- to 8-point voter advantage.
Now let's take a quick look at a few other factors. First, the midterm turnout bias for the party out of power should favor Republicans by 5%. While this is a valid statistic of a historical trend, it's not something you can count on to estimate Republican strength.
Voter enthusiasm is sometimes hard to gauge because it is often tied to current events. After the Roe decision, Democrat enthusiasm went up. After the Mar-a-Lago raid, Republican enthusiasm went up. According to Rasmussen, Republicans have an 8-point advantage. According to the Morning Consult Election Tracker, Democrats have a 5-point advantage. As the Joker said, "Hubba, hubba, hubba, money, money, money, who do you trust?"
The last item I want to discuss is the top concerns of voters. According to the Harvard/Harris poll, inflation, crime, and immigration were the top three issues. Abortion was fourth.
According to Statista.com, inflation and the economy were the top issues. Abortion was in eleventh place. And according to a CBS News poll, inflation, the economy, and crime were the top three issues. Abortion was sixth.
My point is, this election is about eggs, butter, gasoline, crime, and fear of the future, not abortion. With partisan non-response bias at 4%, the generic ballot favoring Republicans by 7–8%, and a favorable advantage in enthusiasm filling our sails, a 12-point red wave is not out of the question.
I'll leave you with this.
Just after the 2020 presidential election, pollster Richard Barris claimed that other polling organizations were responsible for the poor poll results due to their own political bias, saying, "This industry is dominated by left-wingers. And a big, big problem is they're trying to profile the voting behavior of people they don't understand and may even despise."
Next, the governors. Then the Senate.

The Democrats’ Bizarro World
In the early 1960s, DC Comics introduced a storyline so fanciful that it piqued my interest: it started with Bizarro Superman, then was fleshed out with his Bizarro World, where every part of life was exactly the opposite of life on earth. On Bizarro Superman’s world, called Htrae (“earth” spelled backwards), society is ruled by the Bizarro Code, which stated “Us do opposite of all Earthly things! Us hate beauty! Us love ugliness! Is big crime to make anything perfect on Bizarro World!” It was a counterfeit world, a bastardization and corruption of every concept, every action, everything on earth.
There were other superheroes on Htrae, too, but instead of high-tech weaponry, Bizarro Batman sported a “futility belt” full of cigarette butts, chewed gum, and other such priceless Bizarro treasures. The Yellow Lantern had a ring that gave him no power; he was vulnerable to anything colored green and was the most easily frightened being in the universe. Bizarro Aquaman could not swim! There is even a Bizarro Marilyn Monroe, the ugliest of them all.
Sound familiar?
Is that not what the Democrat Party has created right here in America, transforming a once prosperous, strong, united, and safe nation into a debt-laden, militarily weak, socially divided, and increasingly dangerous society? Here are some of the Bizarro policies and beliefs inflicted on us by the neo-socialist, globalist, anti-American Democrat Party over the past few decades —
Although leftists and atheists may deny it, the writings of the Founders make clear that the Classical Liberalism upon which this nation was founded stemmed from Judeo-Christian principles. The self-discipline, respect for law and order, and Protestant work ethic that helped build the U.S. created the most prosperous and militarily mighty nation in history.
But the leftist Democrats can’t have that, for Christian principles block their irresponsible and increasingly perverse demands, so God had to go, leading to the continual erosion of Judeo-Christian principles, plunging our nation into the current chaos. In 1990, the Pew Research Center found that 90% of young Americans (30 to 34) raised as Christian identified themselves as Christian; today that number has declined to less than 65%. (Among young Americans not raised as Christian, the number who identify as Christian has declined from 44% in 1990 to 21% today.)
The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution proclaim freedom and rights for the individual, and they implement majority rule, with minority rights protected. However, Democrats favor a “society of the Squeaky Wheel,” where minority groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, etc., that squawk the loudest and disrupt society the most set the standards by which government make policy. So instead of the majority of law-abiding, hard-working citizens who hold to traditional values determining the social mores and standards of our society, the leftist media continually trumpet the “demands” of a mishmash of identity groups: homosexuals, feminists, transgenders, etc., whose “standards” are often diametrically opposed to that of the majority. The current sexualization of kindergarten and elementary school children is but the latest example of their rejection of the Judeo-Christian standards upon which this nation was founded.
“If you don’t punish the guilty you are, in effect, punishing the innocent,” by unleashing bold thugs and criminals (no longer afraid of punishment) on the rest of society. Yet for the past several decades the Democrat Party has been consistently more interested in the “rights” of criminals than in protecting the innocent victims of their crimes.
The increasing lawlessness we see all across this nation is a direct result of Democrat DAs refusing to do their jobs, which is to enforce the law. If they don’t agree with the law, then why did they seek those offices? To deliberately dismantle our society, because that has been the result.
Another foundation of our democratic republic is free and fair elections. While money has long been problematic for our electoral process, Americans used to at least be able to count on the candidate receiving the most votes being elected. No more, thanks to the deliberate efforts of the Democrat Party to gain and hold onto power, whatever it takes. Long known for their urban political machinery and “voting irregularities” stretching back to the Boss Tweed era in the late 1800s, the media pretends to be shocked at the mere suggestion that their Democrat Party pals would ever stoop to such a thing.
The right to vote is a privilege bordering on the sacred, and as long as there are provisions for people unable to go to the polls on election day (the sick, military personnel serving overseas, etc.), then it should be a point of honor for Americans to get themselves to the polls to vote. But instead of extremely limited mail-in ballots, distributed only by individual name to eligible voters who request them, in 2020 the Democrats mailed out millions -- that’s right, millions -- of blank ballots in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, et al.
Although it’s clear that such processes will inevitably be abused, the Bizarro Left wants to institutionalize mail-in voting, claiming that restrictions on mail-in ballots violates the rights of (you guessed it) minority groups and “suppresses” their vote. What rot. Unless you’re incapacitated (affirmed by medical personnel), or overseas or across the country serving in the military, if you want to vote you go to the polls on election day. Period.
But the Bizarro Left isn’t satisfied with turning our political system upside down; they have to demolish or deform every traditional standard in order to make the deviant behaviors of their splinter groups seem more normal. For example, the past few years we’ve been berated for “fat-shaming” overweight people (especially women), and now we’re seeing fat women on the covers of magazines and on TV commercials for underwear.
Sorry, as attractive as some overweight women are, fat has traditionally been seen as indicative of lack of self-discipline and unhealthiness, and not regarded as beautiful by most people. But the Democrat Party is desperate to placate its myriad splinter groups, so “fat is beautiful!”
Another of those leftist groups the Bizarro Left seeks to keep in its electoral pocket is homosexuals. If you’ll recall, in the 1990s the homosexual lobby pleaded to “just leave us alone and let us live our lives as we see fit,” certainly a reasonable request. But in the 2000s the homosexual lobby became more militant, and their message became “We’re here, we’re queer… deal with it!” The “normalization” of homosexuality (4.5% of population, per Gallup, 2018) has now reached the stage where it’s publicly flaunted, and anyone who dares criticize it (or even fails to celebrate it) is immediately set upon and even cancelled (remember Dr. Joyce Brothers?).
More recently, transgenders (0.6% of U.S. population per Center for Disease Control, 2020) have become the new favored group of the Bizarro Left, resulting in men competing against women in college sports, and most shamefully, in young children being exposed to that lifestyle in our public schools. When your party offers little to the majority of citizens, it must cater to every identity group imaginable in order to gain and maintain power.
So according to the Bizarro Democrat Party, the perverse is wonderful, the ugly is beautiful, traditional good is oppressive, common sense is racist… and who knows what is next on the Bizarro Democrats’ agenda to totally destroy the foundations and traditions of this nation and all of Western civilization? And for what?
If the past twenty months are any indication, following this Bizarro path inevitably leads to societal division, economic ruin, and chaos. If the Democrats aren’t overwhelmingly rejected in next month’s mid-term elections, God help us.

Democrats are just plain dangerous for kids
It's bad enough that Democrats would love to kill your unborn child at taxpayer expense and, if unsuccessful at that, simply amputate its penis and testicles or breasts at a later date and call it "gender-affirming care."
But for kid-hating Dems, that's not nearly enough, no. Now they want to inject your children — at more risk of mortality and morbidity from riding a school bus or owning a dog than COVID-19 — with the failed and potentially dangerous COVID-19 vaccines.
I call the junk that's been injected into millions of trusting Americans' arms, including mine, a complete failure because a vaccine — by definition — prevents the acquisition and spread of a given disease. The "Fauci ouchie" does neither.
Dems and their rabid media lapdogs contend that the vaccines they're touting lessen the severity of COVID-19 disease. That's anecdotal at best, self-serving BS at worst, and even if true, the failed vaccines should then be reclassified as "therapeutics," substances that lessen the severity of a given disease and are totally elective, never mandatory.
As for "potentially dangerous," the COVID vaccines were rushed into service and never properly tested. If anyone is keeping score of adverse events and deaths caused by these vaccines that don't vaccinate, it's a better kept secret than Barack Obama's college grades.
The Democrat propagandists running the NIH, NIAID, and CDC would prefer you simply ignore numerous reports of young males afflicted with potentially deadly myocarditis after COVID-19 vaccination, as well as women whose menstrual cycles have been affected after receiving the failed vaccine. Nothing to see here, folks, the government fat cats purr while patting their wallets, move along!
So now, despite the fact that children are at less risk from COVID-19 than from walking down the stairs to breakfast, the CDC is nevertheless recommending that we inject them with an inadequately tested vaccine that doesn't vaccinate and may damage their hearts or reproductive systems, at what frequency we don't know.
Any normal, remotely rational person reading that (which leaves out Crusty Joe) should ask himself: why would Big Pharma, the Democrat powers that be, and their vile media henchmen do such a dangerous and unnecessary thing to the most innocent and defenseless among us?
For love.
Love of money (see net worth, A. Fauci and 2021 profits, Pfizer and Moderna).
Love of power (see lockdowns, Democrat-run and sketchy voting schemes, pandemic-related).
Love of self. Remember, Democrats are the party that promotes and reveres the killing of unborn babies deemed inconvenient to their parents. God forbid a child gets an innocuous case of the Wuhan Flu and then passes it on to you. Talk about inconvenient! Besides, what's a little potential toxin unnecessarily injected into kids in a world where it's perfectly OK to rip them limb by limb from their mother's wombs? By comparison, a trifle.
Of course, the Democrats who tell us that things "depend on what the meaning of 'is' is" will protest that the white coat supremacists at the CDC are merely making a "recommendation." A suggestion, if you will.
Sure, a suggestion that will quickly become a mandate in many states in order for kids to attend school. Mandates that will surely damage the hearts and reproductive systems of innocent children, even as liberal educators poison their minds with Critical Race Theory, America-bashing, and the absurd notion of 12,872 genders (at last count).
When I try to wrap my mind around the heinous and unconscionable treatment of U.S. children, both born and unborn, currently in vogue, I find I keep returning to the same question.
Why do Democrats hate children so?

Biden’s 2022 Illegal Migration Delivers 7 Migrants for Every 10 U.S. Births
President Joe Biden’s deputies welcomed 1.66 million economic migrants across the U.S. southern border in 2022, according to data revealed late Friday by the Department of Homeland Security.
Even though the migrants entered illegally, Biden’s deputies are using a variety of legal pretexts — under Title 8 of U.S. law — to release the migrants so they can work to pay off their smuggling debts to banks and loan sharks.
The huge inflow aids investors and employers by cutting Americans’ wages and by boosting housing prices.
The 1.66 million economic migrants welcomed in 2022 are just part of the massive 2022 inflow.
An additional 500,000 unreported migrants sneaked across the border, according to official counts leaked to Breitbart News and other outlets.
The 500,000 additional illegal migrants pushed the total cross-border inflow to roughly 2.5 million in Biden’s second fiscal year, which started on October 1, 2021, and ended on September 30.
Overall, Biden’s illegal border flood delivered seven migrants for every 10 Americans born in 2022.
In addition, Biden and his deputies delivered six migrants for every 10 Americans who turned 18 in 2022.
“We have witnessed the devastating harm wrought by a rogue administration that is asserting near-dictatorial powers in a relentless effort to keep our borders open,” said a statement from R.J. Hauman, the government relations director at the Federation for American Immigration Reform. He continued:
In that time, the Biden administration has blamed the unprecedented surge of illegal immigration on all sorts of external factors – except their own purposeful sabotage of our nation’s immigration laws. The endless flow of illegal immigrants and the incursion of lethal narcotics pouring across our border will not end until this administration demonstrates a willingness to secure the border and enforce the law. Sadly, these record-breaking numbers are unlikely to resonate with them, because what’s happening is all by design.
[Border] Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas clearly hid these border numbers on behalf of President Biden and the Democratic Party for political purposes, which is why he released them late on a Friday night. How can anyone vote for a party that puts politics first and America last?
The mass inflow of migrants has helped to push up rents for Americans, including Julia Mallman, a single, childless, 42-year-old kindergarten teacher in Fairfax, Virginia. Her monthly rent jumped by 25 percent as Joe Biden’s migrants rented spaces in her apartment complex, she told the Washington Post on October 20:
“So many emotions when I saw that,” Mallman said. “I was furious. And disappointed. And demoralized.”
She got a post-pandemic gut punch that is hitting renters across the nation this year. After landlords largely suspended rent hikes and federal assistance came during shutdowns, renters are now paying a steep price for that brief clemency. Nationwide, rents are up 11.3 percent this year, according to the real-estate-research firm CoStar Group. In some parts, like in Mallman’s working-class complex, the penalty … is weighing in at 25 percent.
“Who can afford this?” she asked, showing me the contract she decided to sign after all, on the day it was due. “The prices are pretty much the same everywhere I look.”
The Biden administration in 2022 has allowed into the country roughly six times as many people as in 2020 under President Donald Trump.
Biden’s official estimate of the 2022 inflow included 190,000 Venezuelans and 220,000 Cubans, versus 14,000 for both nations in 2020.
The DHS’s 1.66 million count excludes migrants who were registered at the border but were sent back to Mexico or flown home. The number of rejected migrants was not released, but it is far less than 1 million, since many migrants are counted multiple times as they repeatedly try to sneak across the border.
But Biden and his deputies also welcomed many other migrants, including disaster migrants, legal immigrants, visa workers, “student” workers, and people who illegally work while pretending to be tourists. For example, Biden’s deputies legalized almost 150,000 migrants fleeing disasters in Ukraine, Afghanistan, Cameroon, and other countries during fiscal 2022.
Those legal inflows add at least 1.1 million migrants.
If the legal inflow is added to the border illegals, then Biden’s deputies imported 3.6 million migrants in 2022 — or 1 foreigner for every American born in 2022.
The 2022 inflow is double the 885,000 illegals invited across the border in 2021.
Extraction Migration
It is easier for government officials to grow the economy by immigration than by growing exports, productivity, or the birth rate.
So Washington, D.C., deliberately extracts millions of migrants from poor countries and uses them as extra workers, consumers, and renters.
This extraction migration policy both grows and skews the national economy.
It prevents tight labor markets and so it shifts vast wealth from ordinary people to investors, billionaires, and Wall Street. It makes it difficult for ordinary Americans to advance in their careers, get married, raise families, buy homes, or gain wealth.
Extraction migration slows innovation and shrinks Americans’ productivity. This happens because migration allows employers to boost stock prices by using stoop labor and disposable workers instead of the skilled American professionals and productivity-boosting technology that earlier allowed Americans and their communities to earn more money.
This migration policy also reduces exports because it minimizes shareholder pressure on C-suite executives to take a career risk by trying to grow exports to poor countries.
Migration undermines employees’ workplace rights, and it widens the regional economic gaps between the Democrats’ cheap-labor coastal states and the Republicans’ heartland and southern states.
An economy fueled by extraction migration also drains Americans’ political clout over elites and it alienates young people. It radicalizes Americans’ democratic civic culture because it gives a moral excuse for wealthy elites and progressives to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society, such as drug addicts.
This diversify-and-rule investor strategy is enthusiastically pushed by progressives. They wish to transform the U.S. from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into an economic empire of jealous identity groups overseen by progressive hall monitors. “We’re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,” Rep. Rohit Khanna (D-CA) told the New York Times in March 2022. “It will be an extraordinary achievement … We will ultimately triumph,” he boasted.
But the progressives’ colonialism-like economic strategy kills many migrants. It exploits the poverty of migrants and splits foreign families as it extracts human resources from poor home countries to serve wealthy U.S. investors.
Progressives hide this extraction migration economic policy behind a wide variety of noble-sounding explanations and theatrical border security programs. Progressives claim the U.S. is a “Nation of Immigrants,” that economic migrants are political victims, that migration helps migrants more than Americans, and that the state must renew itself by replacing populations.
Similarly, establishment Republicans, media businesses, and major GOP donors hide the skew towards investors by ignoring the pocketbook impact and by touting border chaos, welfare spending, migrant crime, and drug smuggling.
Many polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration. But the polls also show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into the jobs needed by the families of blue-collar and white-collar Americans.
This “Third Rail” opposition is growing, anti-establishment, multiracial, cross-sex, non-racist, class-based, bipartisan, rational, persistent, and recognizes the solidarity that American citizens owe to one another.
I HAVE A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS, STOCKS, HOUSING, DIESEL PRICES, SUPPLY CHAIN RISK, CHAOS, CRISIS
Job Creators Network Times Square Billboard Blasts Ice Cream Licking Joe Biden: ‘HERE’S THE SCOOP: Bidenflation Is a Recipe for Disaster’
The Job Creators Network has lambasted President Joe Biden with another massive Times Square billboard, this time thousands of onlookers can see the low polling president licking ice cream next to figures showing the family grocery budget-busting hike in prices for eggs, milk, and sugar.
“HERE’S THE SCOOP: Bidenflation is a recipe for disaster,” the billboard says. “C’mon Joe, the numbers don’t lie.”
With just three weeks ahead of the midterm elections, the billboard highlights the two top issues weighing on voters’ minds: inflation and the economy.
Last week, a Politico/Morning Consult poll found a whopping ninety-three percent of registered voters said soaring inflation and the lackluster economy are major concerns.
“The Biden administration is delusional when it comes to the economy. For him to claim the US economy is ‘strong as hell’ is a slap in the face to every family struggling to keep food on the table while inflation eats up an increasing amount of their income,” said Alfredo Ortiz, JCN President and CEO.
“I’m sure the small business owner who scooped that ice-cream cone could have given him an earful about their struggles with supply chains and inflation. Bidenflation is giving this economy a painful ice cream headache.”
WaPo’s Marcus: ‘Very Hard’ for Dems to Have ‘Coherent’ Message on Economy, No One Buys Dems Bragging about Jobs or Wages
On Friday’s “PBS NewsHour,” Washington Post Associate Editor and columnist Ruth Marcus stated that the high level of inflation makes it “very hard for Democrats to have a coherent narrative” and no one buys Democrats saying they acknowledge inflation is a problem while also bragging about job creation and saying that “your wages are close to keeping pace with inflation.”
Marcus stated, “Well, on the economic point, which is really important, it’s very hard for Democrats to have a coherent narrative on the economy when they’re facing the inflation that they’re facing and the threat of a recession. And you can see it in the way they talk about it, we understand that prices are high, we’re not — so — but you can’t then say, well, but I’ve created 10 million jobs, and, really, your wages are close to keeping pace with inflation. Nobody’s going to buy that. But it’s also true that that leaves them without being able to run on the economy, whether it’s fair or not, because largely inflation is outside the president’s control and his party’s control, though he may have some pieces to blame on some of the spending that he did.”

Exclusive: Surging Republican Blake Masters: ‘Momentum’ over Biden Agenda ‘Puppet’ Mark Kelly Undeniable
Arizona’s republican nominee for U.S. Senate, Blake Masters, appeared on Breitbart News Saturday and told host Matthew Boyle that the momentum behind his campaign against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) is “undeniable” as election day rapidly approaches.
Masters, endorsed by former President Donald J. Trump, is surging in the polls against Kelly in one of the most competitive races in this year’s midterm elections.
“The momentum here on the ground is undeniable, and I’m not surprised to see that reflected in the polls,” said Masters. “You know, we’ve got the winning message. Mark Kelly’s got nothing but lies to run on; he’s got to lie about me with vicious attack ads that are fake, and he’s got to lie about his own record. All of a sudden, he’s pretending to be a center-right Republican; well, no, that’s Campaign Kelly. D.C. Mark Kelly votes in lockstep for Joe Biden’s failed agenda.”
“We in Arizona bear the brunt of the border crisis; we bear the brunt of the inflation crisis — I know inflation is bad everywhere, but it’s the worst in the country in Maricopa County in the greater Phoenix metro,” he added. “So I’m getting out there every day and hammering Mark Kelly — not attacking his character, maybe he’s a nice guy — but his voting record. His voting record is far left, to the left of Bernie Sanders.”
“He is directly responsible for a wide open border and our crushing inflation, and so when we let voters know that, they want to make a change; they want to send Joe Biden packing,” he said. “They’re tired of this failed administration, and when we get out there, and we tell people, ‘Hey, I’m the change, I’ll actually work for you, work for Arizona families,’ well then they’re going to vote Republican in droves. We’re starting to see everybody come online and come awake right now, and we’re just going to — I think we’ve caught Mark Kelly — soon we’re gonna pass him and never look back.”
LISTEN:
While the Democrat presents himself as a moderate, FiveThirtyEight noted that he has voted in line with the Biden administration 94 percent of the time. Masters dubbed Kelly “a puppet for Joe Biden’s failed agenda,” who Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) “owns” and contrasted his opponent with Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), who has bucked Democrats on key Biden agenda legislation.
“Look, I think Sinema is too left wing, I’d rather have two conservative Republicans in Arizona, but if you have to have a Democrat, you want it to be Sinema because she’s shown some independence, and I respect that,” Masters explained. “She knows how to tell Schumer to go pound sand: on Build Back Better; she protected the filibuster. Mark Kelly, you never have to wonder which way he’s going to vote because he’ll do whatever Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer tell him to.”
“Literally, he’s voted in lockstep for Biden’s trillion-plus spending agenda that caused this inflation,” Masters added. “He’s voted for Biden’s insane America last energy policies; they’ve surrendered our energy independence. They took gas from $2 to $6. And he’s voted in lockstep for Biden’s open borders policies, which are hurting families, killing kids with this fentanyl in Arizona. So Mark Kelly is a rubber stamp vote for the most left wing, dysfunctional agenda that we’ve seen in recent American history.”
Boyle highlighted a debate between the candidates earlier this month, where Masters torched Kelly for voting against hiring 18,000 more border patrol agents but for 87,000 more IRS agents in the inflation Reduction Act boondoggle. Contrary to its name, the spending bonanza does not actually reduce inflation. Masters said he enjoyed putting Kelly “on the ropes.”
“You know, I don’t know if that was his best or if he just was lazy and didn’t prepare. Either way, I thought he was in poor form, but you know, again, he had to lie,” said Masters. “He’s got to get up there and defend some indefensible, left-wing voting record. All I had to do was tell the truth. And so they asked him about inflation, and he says, ‘blah, blah, blah, well, the greedy corporations are price gouging,’ made no sense at all. So then I went through, and I said, ‘No, here’s how they caused inflation, it’s so dishonest. They surrendered our energy independence, and they printed trillions of dollars that caused inflation; then they gave us the Inflation Reduction Act, which is a $700 billion tax and spending bill. It’s not going to reduce inflation. … On the contrary, it’s a downpayment on the Green New Deal.'”
“But then you’re right, Matt, the cherry on top for the Democrats in the Inflation Reduction Act was 87,000 IRS agents, but to vote for those 87,000 new IRS agents, Mark Kelly first had to reject an amendment that doubled the size of our border patrol,” Masters continued. “He said no to hiring 18,000 new border patrol agents, who we badly need … but yes to 87,000 new IRS agents.
