Since Biden’s inauguration, the University of Pennsylvania has disclosed at least $14 million in donations from China or Hong Kong, the Free Beacon reported last week. The names of these donors have yet to be disclosed by the Department of Education, breaking the precedent of prior administrations which published foreign donor names in a public database.
Nine Times Joe Biden Denied Family Business Involvement Despite Mounting Evidence
President Joe Biden has denied his involvement in the Biden family business nine times over four years.
While at least 23 instances of evidence directly contradict his claims, including but not limited to photos, texts, an audio recording, and IRS and former business partner whistleblower testimonies, Joe Biden remains steadfast in insisting that many established facts do not mean he was somehow involved in the family’s overseas business.
The list of denials begins in 2019 when he ran for president. There is a three-year gap between his initial denials and recent repudiations, representing the establishment media’s failure to ask the president about the evidence that has been trickling into the public domain for years.
After the most recent findings in May and June by the Republican-led Congress, the media took a more active role in reporting the family’s affairs. Yet its reporting pales in comparison to how the media covers alleged Republican wrongdoing. According to Media Research Center, fewer than 50 percent of CNN and MSNBC viewers know about key issues regarding the Biden family’s business.
Below are the nine instances Joe Biden denied involvement:
One: May 13, 2019
“We never once discussed it when he was there [Ukraine],” Biden told the Associated Press. “There’s not a single bit of evidence that’s been shown in any reporting that’s been done that he ever talked about it with me or asked any government official for a favor.”
“All the reports indicated that not a single, solitary thing was inappropriate about what my son did. He never talked to me. He never talked to anybody in the administration,” Biden added.
Two: August 28, 2019
“Never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything to do with their businesses. Period, ” Joe Biden said.
Three: September 19, 2019
“I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. Here’s what I know — I know Trump deserves to be investigated,” he said. “You should be looking at Trump. Trump’s doing this because he knows I’ll beat him like a drum.”
Four: October 4, 2019
“Yes, I stand by that statement,” Joe Biden replied when a reporter asked him in Los Angeles about his previous denials.
Five: October 22, 2020
“I have not taken a penny from any foreign source, ever, in my life,” Biden said, referring to Hunter Biden’s role on the board of the Ukrainian energy company during a presidential debate. “Nothing was unethical.”
“My son has no made money from China. The only guy who has made money from China was this guy,” he said about Donald Trump.
Six: June 8, 2023
Joe Biden mockingly called the House GOP revelation that he accepted a $5 million bribe from a Ukrainian energy company “malarkey.”
Seven: June 14, 2023
Joe Biden dismissed a question about the alleged audio tapes by breaking his stride, turning, grinning, and slowly shaking his head while walking away.
Eight: June 26, 2023
After hosting an event in the East Room at the White House about the nation’s economic challenges, Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich asked President Joe Biden, “Did you lie about never speaking to Hunter about his business deals?”
“No,” Joe Biden replied.
Nine: June 28, 2023
While speaking outside the White House, reporters swarmed the president with questions about his involvement with the family business in response to whistleblower testimony to Congress that his name was thrown around in his son’s deals.
“How involved were you in your son’s Chinese shake-down text message? Were you sitting there? Were you involved?” a reporter asked.
“No, I wasn’t.”
“Were you?” a second reporter asked.
“No!” Biden shouted back.

VP Biden’s Former Assistant: Classified Docs Left Unlocked in Penn Biden Center Closet

Classified documents were transported from then-Vice President Joe Biden’s safekeeping to the Penn Biden Center, where they were kept in an unlocked closet and remained accessible to center employees and potentially others, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed Tuesday after an interview with Biden’s former assistant, Kathy Chung.
Chung, who current Biden administration officials appear to blame for the mishandling of Biden’s classified documents, told Comer that Biden’s classified documents remained unsecured at the Penn Biden Center for years and remained accessible to her until May 2022.
“This story does not begin in November 2022, as represented by President Biden’s attorney,” Comer said in a statement. “[T]hen-White House Counsel Dana Remus tasked Kathy Chung with retrieving these boxes from the Penn Biden Center as early as May 2022.”
Public records reported by the New York Post suggest that Chinese Communist Party-linked individuals or entities donated at least $54 million between 2014 and 2019 to the Penn Biden Center.
According to a CNN source, the classified documents found at Biden’s “private office” at the center pertain to Iran, the U.K., and Ukraine, where the Biden family conducted business deals.
On Monday, Comer raised concerns about Biden’s classified document scandal in connection with the Biden family business schemes. “We don’t the know the true extent of what he [Joe Biden] has done,” Comer said. “All we know is he had classified documents scattered all over the place dating back to the time as U.S. senator.”
“There is one document in particular that I can tell you from my investigation of Biden family influence peddling that we are very concerned about with respect to the document that Hunter Biden sent to officials at Burisma in Ukraine,” Comer said. “It was a government document. We are concerned that it may have been one of the classified documents.”
Comer’s investigation comes as Chung was hired as Joe Biden’s assistant after a recommendation from Hunter Biden. Chung appears in numerous email threads on Hunter’s “laptop from hell,” including Hunter’s correspondence to Chung about being hired as Joe Biden’s assistant.
According to Legistorm, Chung worked for Joe Biden until January 19, 2017, right before Joe Biden left the vice presidency. However, she told Comer she was tasked by a former White House lawyer to access the documents as recently as May 2022, contradicting statements from Joe Biden’s lawyers about the timeline of events.
The White House has failed to fully explain why Joe Biden’s lawyers were looking through the Penn Biden Center papers on November 2 when the classified documents were discovered.
Notably, the classified document scandal was leaked to CBS News on January 9, weeks after the initial trove was found by Biden’s personal lawyers in November. The establishment media has reported at least three times that Biden and the DOJ agreed to hide the scandal from public view with likely no plans to disclose it.
Joe Biden is currently under investigation by Special Counsel Robert Hur in connection with classified documents found at his Wilmington home and in his office at the Penn Biden Center.

Biden Will Fund Research in China, Not Israel
Communist virus research is fine, not Jewish doctors helping autistic children.
In May 2023, the Biden administration restarted a National Institutes of Health grant to an organization that had been conducting bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology believed by many to be the source of the recent pandemic.
The Trump administration had originally halted the funding over concerns that it had contributed to experiments that were considered to represent ‘gain of function’ and had the potential to be weaponized by the Chinese military. To add insult to injury, taxpayers may have also paid twice for the grants. But the Biden administration has restarted the bat virus grant with the EcoHealth Alliance despite concerns raised by prominent researchers and journalists.
The United States has spent tens of millions of dollars funding research in China so that even beyond the military and espionage elements, we are backing our own biggest rivals.
In June 2023, the Biden administration reversed another Trump research mandate, this time cutting off scientific cooperation with Israeli institutions of higher learning on territory that it deems should be turned over to the PLO, Islamic Jihad, Hamas and other ‘Palestinian’ groups.
The primary victim of this policy will be Ariel University and researchers there.
The Biden boycott was only revealed when researchers at Ariel University were turned down. The State Department then declared that in a complete reversal of Trump administration policy, “participation in joint projects with Israel in the fields of science and technology in areas that came under its control after June 5, 1967” was “not consistent with American policy.” That would potentially include not only Ariel University, but also parts of Jerusalem.
While the names of the researchers involved have not been made public, Ariel University has many talented people working on a wide variety of problems like Dr. Michal Hochhauser who is working to help autistic children integrate better into society and Konstantin Borodianskiy, PhD who is investigating how to coat titanium implants, like those used in hip replacement surgery, with natural materials so that they bond more securely with bones in surgical patients.
The U.S-Israel Binational Science Foundation (BSF) encompasses BARD research on agriculture and BIRD research on industrial R&D including homeland security applications to counter terrorists. The Biden administration’s boycott of Ariel University and other researchers and facilities located in those parts of Israel claimed by terrorists cuts them out of the program.
While the Trump administration was unwilling to finance bat virus research in China, but was willing to work with Ariel University on medical, agricultural and national security research, the Biden administration will fund research in China, but not Israeli work on helping autistic kids..
During a better time, Ambassador David Friedman had joined Prime Minister Netanyahu at Ariel University to announce that the “geographic restrictions”, as they had persisted during the Obama administration and past administrations, “no longer comport with our foreign policy” of viewing Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, known to some as the West Bank as “inconsistent with international law.”
Deleting a single sentence, Ambassador Friedman revealed, was anything but simple and required “an inter-agency process with numerous branches of Government.”
“We are righting an old wrong and strengthening yet again the unbreakable bond between our two countries,” he declared. Now Biden has brought back the wrong and broken the bond.
The United States obviously isn’t obligated to conduct any kind of cooperative research with foreign countries, and yet choosing China over Israel is highly revealing of the real agenda.
The Biden administration has refused to ban funding for research in the People’s Republic of China, but has chosen to ban it, no matter how benevolent, in parts of the Jewish State. Democrat administrations are willing to fund dangerous viral research in China, but not explore ways to teach autistic children to cope with the challenges of their environment in Israel.
Gain of function research that creates deadly viruses in one of the world’s most ruthless nations was fine, but bonding hip implants to bones in one of our closest allies is beyond the pale.
Even the Department of Defense has funded research in Hong Kong which is under the control of Communist China. The CDC and NIH have funded research at Chinese universities in Beijing, Shanghai, and Najiing with no interest in the legitimacy of the Communist regime’s control over these territories or the legitimacy of the regime. But when it comes to Israel, Democrat administrations scruple over who has the right to the land that the university is on.
The Communist regime’s right to rule China is not contestable, but Israel’s right to its country is.
Unlike Communist China, Israel is run by a democratically elected government. Ariel University is located in the city of Ariel and has a student body of over 10,000. The city of Ariel, also known as the capital of Samaria, is built near the ruins of an ancient 3,000 year old Israelite city. No Arab Islamic colony had ever existed on the site. The graves of Joshua, the leader of the original Jewish return to Israel, and of Caleb, the other righteous biblical scout, lie near Ariel.
And yet the Biden administration considers the Communist Chinese regime to be more legitimate than the scientific researchers living and working in Ariel.
“The State Department is telling the entire U.S. government not to cooperate with Jews in Judea and Samaria. And of course it was sent to Congress in secret, and only revealed because reporters found out. “The Biden administration defends funding scientific research in Wuhan with the Chinese Communist Party, but they’re discriminating against and banning cooperation with Jews based on where they live,” Senator Ted Cruz said.
“The ZOA condemns the Biden administration’s reinstatement of a discriminatory, antisemitic boycott of research, development, science and technology cooperation and joint projects with Israel, in lawful Jewish areas that invading Arab nations seized from the Jewish people in 1948-1949, which Israel recaptured and liberated in the defensive 1967 war,” Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) National President Morton A. Klein stated.
The Biden administration has made it clear that it is more open to scientific cooperation with the ruthless regime of Communist China than the Jews of Ariel.

Joe Biden Says He Met Alone 68 Times with Xi Jinping
President Joe Biden said he “met alone” with Chinese President Xi Jinping when he was vice president because it was inappropriate for former President Barack Obama to meet with him.
While speaking in Chicago about his failing economy and plan to revive it, Biden told the crowd a story about his lengthy experience with Xi, the head of the Chinese Communist Party, which has tentacles throughout Biden family business deals.
“I was on the Tibetan plateau with Xi Jinping. I traveled 17,000 miles with him. I spoke with him and it started when I was vice president and he was the vice president. We knew he was going to be the successor,” Biden said.
“It was inappropriate for Barack to spend time with him but I spent a lot of time with him,” he said. “I met alone with him, just he and I, along with a simultaneous interpreter, 68 times, 68 hours, 68 times — more than 68 hours — by the way, I turned in all my notes.”

Joe Biden took 411 trips while he was vice president. One of the 411 trips was to Beijing, China, in 2013 under the “trappings” of a family vacation.
Hunter flew to China with his father aboard Air Force Two. During the excursion, Hunter introduced Joe Biden to his Chinese business partner and Chinese private equity executive Jonathan Li, who is the CEO of the same company linked to Chinese energy interests.
Ten days after the visit to China, Hunter secured a ten percent interest in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund co-founded with Li. The fund’s capitalization was $1 billion.
The Bank of China, a state-owned bank, controls BHR Partners. BHR Partners’ website boasts 15 billion RMB in various portfolio companies, translating to more than two billion USD.
Hunter Biden held a ten percent interest in BHR with the entity Skaneateles LLC. Hunter Biden controlled Skaneateles, according to Chinese public records from Baidu, as the sole governor until its dissolution in September 2021, a Washington, DC, registration indicated. Documents obtained by Breitbart News, first revealed by nonprofit Marco Polo, show the control of Skaneateles LLC is held by Kevin Morris, Hunter Biden’s top attorney, who also paid Hunter Biden’s IRS debts.
In 2017, Jonathan Li, the CEO of investment fund BHR, reached out to Hunter Biden and his business partners Devon Archer and Jim Bulger for advice about a college application for his son. Bulger was a part of the CEFC Energy deal with “10 held by H for the big guy,” according to a 2017 email from Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The CEFC chairman was Ye Jianming, who paid Hunter a $1 million retainer fee for legal services in 2017. Hunter also received a large diamond from Ye in February 2017 worth an estimated $80,000. Ye “had direct abiding and deep ties to Chinese intelligence when they were arranging these ideals for the Bidens,” according to Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer.
“The Bidens are the best I know at doing exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership,” Hunter Biden told a CEFC associate in 2017.
It appears many Biden family members accepted money from a deal with CEFC. The House Oversight Committee revealed in March that CEFC controlled State Energy HK Limited, a company linked to the $1.3 million collective payments to the Biden family members.
Through the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs), the committee also discovered a Biden associate, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.

The Biden-Harris Administration Is Letting Chinese Nicotine Traffickers Infiltrate the U.S.

President Joe Biden has always had a blind spot for the Chinese threat. “China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man,” he once said. “I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks.”
Well, those “not bad folks” are currently flooding the U.S. with illegal disposable flavored vapes marketed directly to children as the Biden-Harris Food and Drug Administration (FDA) looks the other way.
According to a bombshell report from The Associated Press, “the number of different electronic cigarette devices sold in the U.S. has nearly tripled to over 9,000 since 2020, driven almost entirely by a wave of unauthorized disposable vapes from China.”
This explosive growth in illegal Chinese nicotine trafficking is a testimony to the fecklessness and incompetence of the FDA, an agency that in 2018 labelled youth vaping an “epidemic,” and by 2020 banned almost all flavored e-cigarettes.
These policy changes allowed Chinese companies to corner the global market on disposable flavored vapes containing synthetic nicotine. More alarming, as former Secretary of Health and Human Services Dr. Tom Price has written, “reports suggest these Chinese manufacturers are also boosting these disposable vapes with illegal levels of nicotine to increase addiction levels among our children.”
According to the most recent National Youth Tobacco Survey, roughly 2.5 million American youth use e-cigarettes, and 85 percent of them use “banned” flavored products. It is estimated that 90 percent of these vaping products originate in China. According to a report, Chinese nicotine traffickers use social media platforms like TikTok to “sway teens to take up vaping.” #ElfBar, a hashtag promoting the popular Chinese-made disposable vape company that sells flavors like Rainbow Cotton Candy, has over 2.1 billion views on TikTok alone.
The significant majority of these bad actors operate completely unimpeded by the Biden-Harris FDA. The harshest penalties received to date have been sternly worded warning letters from the agency. Little wonder that a recent investigation showed that banned Chinese vapes are available for sale right next door to the FDA’s headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. This gross lack of enforcement raises serious doubts about the FDA’s commitment to protecting public health and its transparency in addressing this issue.
The Reagan-Udall Foundation, an independent non-profit, issued a scathing report condemning the FDA’s failure to stem the tidal wave of illicit products, writing that, “the Agency has not been transparent regarding the reasons it has failed to clear the market of illegal products, or even whether its policy preference is to do so, contributing to stakeholder frustration and, in some situations, additional litigation.”
The Biden-Harris administration doesn’t appear to be too concerned with China’s vape invasion of the U.S., but you can help STOP it.
