THE PRICE WE PAY FOR LETTING PARASITE GAMER LAWYERS BECOME PRESIDENT - I have learned that Joe Biden is a sleazy, mendacious, and demented chief executive. He has weaponized the entire Justice Department and the IRS against his real and suspected political opponents, thrown open our southern border to drug cartels, and reduced our armed forces and international posture to shambles. Moreover, Joe has a gangster son with whom he has engaged in illegal business ventures; and it’s entirely possible that the cocaine recently found in the West Wing of the White House came from son Hunter, who is a drug addict as well as many other bad things.

Getting Biden Wrong

Okay, I get it! From listening to Republican TV and reading Republican publications, I have learned that Joe Biden is a sleazy, mendacious, and demented chief executive. Joe also keeps falling off platforms and saying ridiculous things, when he’s not weirdly sniffing the hair of little girls and hurling obscenities at his staff or reporters who dare to ask substantive questions.

If this information, which the MSM usually tries to hide from us, is intended to convince me that Joe is thoroughly unfit for his office, I no longer need convincing. Biden seems to be far and away the most incompetent, unprincipled, and verbally incoherent president of my lifetime, going back to the 1950s. It would be hard to think of any president who has disgraced his office to the same degree or who has unleashed more problems on this country. All the same, almost half the voters (and I know many such people) believe Biden or his handlers are doing a great job managing this country; and even those who think he may be growing cognitively incompetent love his policies and would like to see them continued.

Listening to Fox news and other “Republican news,” one may imagine that “the people” are about to revolt against our authoritarian leftist regime and can hardly wait to throw Biden and his party out on their ears. There also seems to be a firm belief among the same news analysts and announcers that by piling up more and more horror stories about Biden’s misdeeds or those of his subordinates, one assures his eventual defeat. Although I myself am profoundly disgusted with what this administration has gotten away with, thanks largely to its MSM handmaidens, I doubt there are many listeners out there who will be swayed by these shockers. It’s not that they’re untrue. It’s just unlikely there are many left who have not already taken sides. When we look at polls, Biden is running neck and neck with his Republican opponents. His supposed lack of popularity disappears when prospective voters are asked to choose between the incumbent and a challenger. That seems to be a more relevant factor than whether voters in an ideal world would want some hypothetical Democrat to run in Biden’s place. Democratic voters or supposed independents I’ve spoken to are so terrified by the MSM depiction of Republicans that they’re not paying any attention to Biden’s obvious shortcomings. They believe that permanent Democratic control of our government may be necessary to save us from a fascist dictatorship or from a second Spanish Inquisition that the Republicans are now preparing for the country.

What should be a priority for those who are working to defeat the present administration is a well-considered ground game.  Telling us more about Democratic outrages will not likely help the GOP. What may is avoiding a repeat of 2020. Getting the election to take place entirely on election day under bipartisan supervision would be ideal. If that’s no longer doable, then Republicans should make sure that all mail-in ballots are filled out and submitted according to strictly enforced rules. Drop boxes, where permitted, should only be used during a restricted time period.  Ballots that have been dumped late at night should not be counted; and any mass dumping of ballots of the kind that took place in Philadelphia and Atlanta in 2020 should bring immediate investigation. Republican officials, if forced to play by the other party’s rules, must make sure they collect mail-in ballots as energetically as their adversaries. Needless to say, Republicans should fight to make sure that voter identification is in force everywhere.

Republicans must work to avoid a repetition oof the election “rigging” that Molly Hemingway and Miranda Devine found in the last presidential race: e.g., meetings between electronic media heads and other corporate interests together with BLM representatives to discuss how they could use their combined influence to ensure a Democratic victory.  In no way must the FBI be allowed to interfere again on behalf of the one-party state that it serves. This time the FBI must be forced to desist from election interference.

Finally, the GOP must be ready to inundate all battleground states with an army of lawyers to counter the one that the Democrats will likely mobilize.  The next presidential race will probably end in multiple court cases that the Republicans should be prepared to fight.

One last piece of advice: If the Democrats charge the Republicans once again with trying to “suppress the vote,” then the Republican response should be an appropriate expletive.

IRS whistleblowers testify before House committee, and Dems crumble amid the chaos

Karine Jean-Pierre has a bad (and distinct) habit of devolving into fits of unpreparedness when cornered and under pressure; is her foible becoming a Democrat archetype? You might think so, if you watched a hearing yesterday on Capitol Hill which saw two IRS whistleblowers testify before the Committee on Oversight and Accountability—but given that (as far as I can tell) only two networks aired the proceedings live, you probably missed it.

An odd choice for an “honest press” some might say, since one of the whistleblowers revealed his identity for the first time, (which you’d think would be a newsworthy announcement), and the charges allege unprecedented conspiracies and corruption at the highest levels of the American government.

Fox News reported that both CNN and MSNBC declined to cover the hearing; ironically, CNN still retains the “most trusted name in news” slogan. The Washington Post, with its “democracy dies in darkness” trademark, trivialized its coverage with a headline about MTG, and this was too much for Eli Lake, who tweeted this:

Weeks back, two whistleblowers emerged to shine a light on what journalist Matt Vespa describes as “improper interference from the Biden administration regarding IRS investigations into Hunter Biden.” We’ve known the identity of Special Agent Gary Shapley, but “Mr. X” has been unknown…until now. He is Joseph Ziegler, a 13-year veteran of the IRS, and a gay Democrat. Read some of his most poignant words below, via Townhall:

I have witnessed the corrosion of ethical standards and the abuse of power that threaten our nation. It is within this context that I have chosen to shed light on these actions and expose those responsible. I recognize that while I was present at the start of this investigation and was closely involved with the investigation for roughly five years – that I’m just a part of the story.

My own agency retaliated against me and threatened me with criminal conduct in response to an internal email I sent to IRS leadership…. It is not my desire to become a martyr for this case — and I fear effectively ending my career.

Since October of 2022, the Delaware AUSAs and DOJ-Tax had effectively stopped communicating with me and my team has ultimately been removed from the investigative team.

I was raised and have always strived to do what is right. I have heard from some, that I am a trator [sic] to the democratic party and that I am causing more division in our society. I implore you, that if you were put in my position with the facts as I have stated them, that you would be doing the exact same thing – regardless of your political party affiliation. I hope that I am an example to other LGBTQ people out there, who are questioning doing the right thing at a potential cost to themselves and others. We should ALWAYS do the right thing, no matter how painful the process might be. I contemplated scenarios that would have been highly regrettable. But I did what was right and I am sitting in front of you here today.

(During his testimony, Ziegler rightly noted that his credibility does not come from his “sexual orientation” or his “political beliefs”—but it does illustrate that he’s far less likely to allow his personal opinions to influence his professional conduct.)

An honest Democrat is a rarity, but Ziegler isn’t the only one. Jonathan Turley, a self-identified Hillary Clinton voter, said this of the unfolding scenes:

Turley followed that up with this poignant observation:

...The Democrats are usually well prepared and orchestrated in these hearings. That is not the case today. The continual effort to change the subject and to avoid the specific allegations is obvious. It is about a[s] subtle as bringing in a seal bouncing a ball in hearing room.

If the entire situation weren’t so utterly despicable, Democrat Ro Khanna’s response to Mr. Shapley’s deposition was so absurd, it would actually be comical:

As Turley said, “This is getting a bit weird.” The best comeback you can muster is to denigrate a government investigator for being a “stickler for the law”? Don’t get me wrong, the entire IRS has no right to exist and ought to be abolished, and Mr. Shapley should have to find employment elsewhere, but if you’re going to hold the little people to the tax laws, then it’s only fair that everyone is held to the same standard. Something about equal treatment before the law, and blind justice comes to mind...

Turley also hilariously highlighted an embarrassing display by New York Democrat Dan Goldman. From New York Post:

Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) often goes where wiser members fear to tread.

On this occasion, Goldman may have delivered one of the most damaging moments for the Democrats.

He raised the shocking WhatsApp message that Hunter had allegedly sent to a Chinese official with foreign intelligence contacts.

Goldman pressed veteran IRS investigator Gary Shapley about his suggestion that Joe Biden discussed the foreign dealing with his son.

Shapley eagerly said he would be happy to explain, but Goldman cut him off and said he did not have time for such explanations.

At this point, most lawyers would have reversed engines out of troubled waters, but Goldman plowed full speed ahead.

The allegations made by both Mr. Shapley and Mr. Ziegler are of course, not all that shocking when you consider reality. Since when do expanding governments juxtaposed with morally-declining people equal more justice, freedom, and righteousness? Hint: Never.

Democrats, what’s it like to have a legitimate propaganda machine like the mainstream media to faithfully disseminate disinformation and mold public opinion through censorship of sordid realities? Let’s play a quick game called “Who said it: Joseph Goebbels or the Democrats?”

“It is the absolute right of the State to supervise the formation of public opinion.”

Answer? Goebbels.

How about this? “Think of the press as a great keyboard on which the government can play.” Answer: Goebbels, again.

When one would be hard-pressed to isolate a difference between establishment Democrats and arguably the most notorious and diabolical propagandist of the 20th century, that’s a sign that you might be the bad guy.

12 Damning Allegations for Joe Biden in FBI Informant Record

The FBI form documenting the agency’s conversations with an informant contains damning allegations for President Joe Biden.

The unclassified form — which Republican members of Congress fought to obtain from the FBI — was released Thursday evening by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA).

It memorializes several conversations with the informant (called a “confidential human source,” or CHS, throughout the document), who is discussing conversations that the informant has had with the Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Ukrainian oil and natural gas company Burisma.

Burisma had hired Hunter Biden as a member of the company’s board during the Obama-Biden administration, despite his father handling Ukraine as part of his portfolio as vice president. Burisma was at the time facing an investigation for corruption.

Biden would later publicly brag about successfully pressuring the Ukrainian government to fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma, Viktor Shokin, by threatening to withhold money from Ukraine.

The form contained allegations from the informant and those that the informant spoke with that Biden helped Burisma in exchange for millions of dollars.

The allegations include:

1. According to the informant, during a meeting he had in Ukraine with Burisma executives in late 2016 or 2016, a top Burisma official named Vadim Pojarskii said Burisma had hired Hunter Biden to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.”

2. Two months after the first Burisma meeting, the CHS and another associate had a meeting with Zlochevsky at an outside coffee shop. When the CHS told Zlochevsky that Shokin’s investigation would have an “substantial negative impact” on his company’s prospective IPO in the United States, Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of “Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.”

3. The meeting with Zlochevsky took place around the time Vice President Joe Biden “made a public statement about (former) Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin being corrupt, and that he should be fired/removed from office.”

4. Zlochevsky told the CHS, “it took 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden.”

5. He told the CHS that although Hunter Biden was “stupid” and that his dog was “smarter,” he needed to keep Hunter Biden on the board “so everything will be okay.”

6. Zlochevsky told the CHS that “both” Hunter Biden and Joe Biden told him to hire Hunter Biden.

7. When the CHS advised Zlochevsky to fire Hunter Biden and deal with Shokin’s investigation directly to keep the issue inside Ukraine and not turn it into an international matter, Zlochevsky responded something to the effect of, “Don’t worry, this thing will go away anyway.”

8. Zlochevsky told the CHS that “it’s too late to change his decision,” which the CHS understood to mean that “Zlochevsky had already paid the Bidens, presumably to ‘deal with Shokin.'”

9. Shortly after President Donald Trump was elected but had not taken office yet, the CHS had a conference call with Zlochevsky. Zlochevsky said he was not happy about Trump’s win, and said that he did not want to pay the Bidens but he was “pushed to pay” them. Zlochevsky also stated that Shokin had already been fired, and no investigation was currently going on, and that nobody would find out about his financial dealings with the Bidens.

10. Zlochevsky said he had many text messages and “recordings” that showed that he was coerced to make payments to the Bidens.

11. In a 2019 call between the CHS and Zlochevsky, Zlochevsky said regarding payments to the Bidens that he did not send any funds directly to the “Big Guy (which CHS understood was a reference to Joe Biden).” Zlochevsky said it would take investigators 10 years to find the records (i.e. illicit payments to Joe Biden).

12. On June 29, 2020, CHS said Zlochevsky had said he had a total of “17 recordings” involving the Bidens, two that included Joe Biden, and 15 that include Hunter Biden. The CHS also said that Zlochevsky stated he had “two documents (which CHS understood to be wire transfer statements, bank records, etc.), that evidence some payment(s) to the Bidens were made, presumably in exchange for Shokin’s firing.

FBI Task Force Knew Hunter Biden Laptop Was Real but Refused To Tell Social Media Companies

July 20, 2023

The FBI task force that interacted with social media companies before the 2020 election knew that Hunter Biden’s laptop was legitimate but withheld those details from social media companies that censored stories about the first son’s computer.

Laura Dehmlow, the head of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force, told the House Judiciary Committee this week that her unit, which tracks foreign disinformation, knew that Biden’s computer was real when the New York Post published stories about it on Oct. 14, 2020. She said she was "pretty certain" that two other officials on the task force were aware that FBI analysts had authenticated Biden’s laptop in late 2019.

But according to Republicans, task force officials refused to share that information during meetings with Facebook, which limited circulation of the Post story out of concerns that Biden’s emails were hacked. Republicans say FBI leaders directed Dehmlow and others to tell social media companies "no comment" when asked about the laptop. According to Dehmlow, an FBI employee told Twitter in an earlier meeting that Biden’s laptop was real but that an FBI attorney interjected to say "no further comment."

"The refusal of FBI officials—the very officials who knew the laptop was real—to verify the authenticity of the laptop allowed widespread censorship about an otherwise accurate news story," said House Judiciary chairman Jim Jordan (R., Ohio) in a letter to FBI director Christopher Wray.

While Facebook limited the sharing of the Post story, Twitter prevented users from sharing it at all. That prompted debate over whether Biden’s laptop was authentic or whether hackers had hacked the computer—or manipulated its emails—and leaked the contents as part of an "October surprise."

The Joe Biden campaign and its allies pushed that unsubstantiated theory days after the Post report. Former CIA deputy director Michael Morell recruited 50 former intelligence officials to sign a letter that said the laptop was likely a Russian disinformation campaign. Morell drafted the letter after a conversation with Biden campaign adviser Antony Blinken, who now serves as Secretary of State. Joe Biden cited that assessment during a debate with former president Donald Trump on Oct. 22, 2020.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who led a tax fraud investigation into Hunter Biden, testified in May that FBI analysts authenticated Biden’s laptop in December 2019. John Paul Mac Isaac, a computer repair shop owner, provided the laptop to the FBI in November 2019. Mac Isaac said Hunter Biden left the laptop for repairs in April 2019 but never retrieved it. Shapley testified that the FBI obtained electronic evidence that placed Biden near Isaac’s computer shop.

Republicans assert that the FBI "conditioned" social media companies to expect the release of hacked materials prior to the Post’s report. According to Republicans, the FBI task force discussed "Hack/Leak Concerns" during meetings with social media companies on Oct. 7, 2020.

Jordan criticized the FBI in his letter for going silent about the origins of the laptop, "allowing social media companies to conclude that the New York Post story was Russian disinformation."

Dehmlow conducted the social media company meetings with Elvis Chan, who conducted the FBI’s cyber investigations out of the San Francisco field office. The Washington Free Beacon reported that Dehmlow and Chan contributed to Democrats in the 2020 cycle.
