I spent much of the two months following the 2020 election arguing with Democrats who pretended that Joe Biden actually won. Their line was: “Prove it was fraudulent”. I couldn’t. “There was no fraud,” we were told by the media, every branch of government, academics, Democrats, and the TDS-afflicted GOP establishment types. That fiction continues to this day, and the truth is, they have a point. As of today, there is not a single court case that has established any significant coordinated effort to steal the election. Every single case brought by Donald Trump and his compatriots either failed in court or failed to be considered by courts because of “standing” or some other technicality.
Now, however, three years later, with everything from Molly Ball’s TIME magazine boast to Mollie Hemingway’s brilliant Rigged to the poorly made but tantalizing 2000 Mules to the Twitter files, it’s as clear as day to anyone with a functioning brain that the Democrats conspired with the rest of America’s elite leftist cabal to steal the election, and succeeded.
One might think that the clear theft of an election of the most powerful office in the world would be enough to cause a revolution in the streets, but that didn’t happen. Indeed, when a few thousand unarmed patriots, on January 6, 2021, sought to force the government to at least examine the questions about said election, many ended up in gulags with their lives destroyed.

Even years later, when it was clear to anyone with a pulse that elites manipulated every element of our voting system and stole the election, nothing happened. Not only did no one go to jail for that treachery, but Democrats were allowed to do the exact same thing two years later in Arizona, an ostensibly red state.
Arizona essentially watched in real-time as its election was manipulated and the governor’s office was stolen from Kari Lake. But here we are 11 months later, and Katie Hobbs is still sitting in the Governor’s office while Kari Lake is still fighting in the courts.
East of Arizona, Tucker Carlson interviewed Texas AG Ken Paxton, who was just acquitted of corruption charges. Paxton discussed the problems afflicting what’s supposed to be blood-red Texas. He talked about the Speaker of a GOP-dominated House being elected by Democrats and, even more treacherously, about the state’s highest criminal court—populated by Republicans—taking away his ability to investigate voter fraud, thereby leaving it to George Soros-backed local AGs to do, which is scheduled to happen the day after Hell freezes over.
All of which brings us to 2024. It’s true that there have been no court cases that have determined that the 2020 election was stolen, but just as every American knows that OJ was guilty, every American knows that the 2020 election was stolen, even if they refuse to admit it. The problem is that corruption is designed to be hard to see, and much of the government, both the investigative and judicial arms, are part of the swamp that wants to keep the fraud hidden. Proving it takes far longer than the period between the election and the inauguration.
Just like the Russian collusion hoax and the Hunter Biden laptop story, however, the media will come around to admitting that which we all know already, namely, that the 2020 presidential election was indeed stolen. But just like the two aforementioned stories, the truth will not emerge until long after its release would be helpful to the American people.
The question is, what are freedom-loving, Constitution-loving Americans supposed to do in a situation where the theft is happening right in front of them in real-time, and they’re told that what they’re seeing isn’t what’s actually going on? Between early voting, absentee voting, vote harvesting, and computer voting, America’s voting system is simply broken. Not only is it broken, but the courts, filled with activist, partisan judges, offer little or no outlet to address the problem. Indeed, even the Supreme Court offers no opportunity for fixing the problem, as can be seen by its allowing Pennsylvania’s courts to change the state’s voting laws in clear violation of the US Constitution and then by refusing Texas’s case based on the ludicrous grounds of “Standing.”
Today, we are faced with the fact that, regardless of what a Constitutional majority of Americans vote for, the outcome of the presidential and other elections is not up to them. America is not only no longer a Republic, but we’re also not even a democracy in the loose sense of the word. America is no longer a democratic nation at all. It is, instead, a nation managed and manipulated by a cabal of elites. Tragically, if things like what happened nationally in 2020 and in 2022 in Arizona continue, it’s hard to envision avoiding a civil war. It’s only a question of time. It doesn’t have to be that way, though.
Two-hundred-forty-seven years ago, 55 men, propelled by a tyrannical government in which they had no say but which demanded their fealty and taxed them at will, signed a document that would change the course of human history. Today, Americans find themselves with even less control than the Founding Fathers did, beholden to a tyrannical leviathan-like government run by an elitist cabal that manufactures the outcomes it desires.
Power almost never gives up power willingly, but the possibility still exists. If Americans, win or lose, can once again feel confident that their votes count and that success is based on the number of votes cast and not the number of ballots manufactured, we might be able to avert another conflagration.
How might that happen? Here are five simple changes that would fix this problem, but they’ll never see the light of day as Democrats have no incentive to fix the current system.
1. Make election day a national holiday.
2. Eliminate early voting.
3. Eliminate absentee ballots for anyone other than persons provably housebound (but still mentally competent) or outside of their registered state on election day.
4. Eliminate electronic voting.
5. Implement universal Voter ID.
Every state should be forced to comply, regardless of what the Constitution says. “Why that’s tyranny!!!” you say. Maybe, but the reality is the Constitution was already shredded by Democrats via the manufactured hysteria over COVID. We were told that the “emergency” was sufficient to disregard the Constitution.
I’d suggest that if what was basically a bad case of the flu can be considered an emergency sufficient to ignore the Constitution, then averting a bloody civil war is at least as much of an emergency. Unlike what we were told about the COVID threat, a civil war would actually result in the loss of millions of lives and would leave devastation in its wake like Americans have never seen.
Of course, using the same rationale, environmentalist fascists might eventually argue that “Climate Change” is an emergency, too. They could and would make the argument and then use it to eviscerate what’s left of the Constitution.
Admittedly, it’s a slippery slope, but that’s where Democrats have put us. As they learned when Harry Reid tried a “limited” overturning of the filibuster, once something is broken, there is no such thing as “limited.”
Democrats broke our Constitution to steal an election. If we don’t do something, we will eventually become a nation of serfs serving lords in Washington, New York, and Silicon Valley. If ignoring that broken Constitution is what’s necessary to give citizens back control over their government and avert a civil war, it might be worth considering. Our Republic is already gone. The question is, can we put it back together?

“I’m undocumented … I can’t vote …What can we do during this election to help make sure that we get you elected?” asked Astrid Silva, who was brought into the United States as a child by her illegal migrant parents.
“You can tell people who can vote what life is like for you now, and what life can be like,” Vice President nominee Harris told the Nevada-based political organizer who runs the pro-amnesty Dream Big Nevada group, adding that:
We are committed to shutting down private detention centers and ending policies that have been about separating children from their parents at the border.
Harris’s comments may be a coded message to would-be illegal migrants and their supportive legal-immigrant relatives.
For example, if implemented, Harris’s promise to start “shutting down private detention centers” could cripple border enforcement. If the enforcement agency does not have commercial prisons to hold detainees prior to their asylum hearings, the agency would be forced to release waves of job-seeking migrants into the U.S. labor market.
Similarly, Harris’s promise to end “policies … about separating children” echoes the media-magnified demand by pro-migration activists that officials release migrant mothers and children when they cross the border. That demand would let migrant families freely travel to relatives — including their illegal migrant husbands and fathers — who are working illegally in the United States.

Like Biden, Harris pushed the Cold War “Nation of Immigrants” claim, even though only about 10 percent of people in the United States are legal immigrants:
We want to have a president who understands we are a nation of immigrants. This is a country that was built and that has derived its strength from immigrants coming here over the generations.
Harris also tried to blur the legal and civic differences between illegal migrants, legal immigrants, and American citizens. For example, she told Silva:
Define who you are, and you tell the world who you are. Don’t let anybody ever put you in a box because they have a limited perspective on who can do what and who can be one.

We are all in this together. And so, chin up, shoulders back, right? We speak our truth and know that there will always be people applauding and supporting that even if you can’t see them at that one moment, know that there are so many of us who are supporting your leadership and the power of your voice. Harris also claimed President Donald Trump vilified immigrants: “We’ve seen under the current president the kind of vitriol, the kind of hate, the vilification of immigrants in such a horrible way.”
But a Washington Post poll showed in April that Latinos are the strongest advocates for a near-total halt to legal immigration during the coronavirus epidemic and economic crash.
Biden’s 2020 plan promises to “reassert America’s commitment to asylum-seekers and refugees,” wipe out Trump’s asylum reforms, bar any deportations for 100 days, and end migration enforcement against illegal aliens unless they commit a felony.

Biden also wants to let companies import more visa workers, let mayors import temporary workers, and allow an unlimited flow of foreign graduates through U.S. universities into white-collar jobs. Biden would “exempt from any cap [the] recent graduates of Ph.D. programs in STEM fields.”
Biden also wants to accelerate the inflow of chain migration migrants and dramatically accelerate the inflow of poor refugees to at least 125,000 per year.
“The influx of low wage workers from all across the world will drive down incomes, drive down wages, deplete the middle class, bankrupt Social Security, bankrupt Medicare, bankrupt Medicaid, bankrupt federal entitlements, overcrowd schools, and overcrowd every hospital in the middle of a pandemic,” White House aide Stephen Miller told reporters on October 28.
“It is an assault on reason, it is an assault on law enforcement, and it’s an assault on the very idea of having a country, having a Republic,” Miller added. “This is not about left or right or Center. This is about between having a country, or not even having a country.”

Gov. Jerry Brown’s nomination of Xavier Becerra to be California’s next Attorney General was the first of many steps to protect the pervasive lawlessness of the radical left. Becerra has already taken an aggressive and combative stance against President-elect Donald Trump, vowing to fight Trump’s efforts to enforce immigration laws, and even block attempts to deport criminal illegal aliens. Trump’s campaign centered on building a wall along the United States border with Mexico to keep out illegal immigrants, violent gangs, and terrorists posing as immigrants.

Becerra’s Radical Plans
Recently, the State Assembly Committee on the Office of the Attorney General asked nominee Becerra to detail his plans on the issues of immigration, civil rights, the environment, policing and consumer protection – apparently the only issues the California Legislature is interested in Becerra defending.
In a letter released Saturday, Becerra praised California’s policies helping illegal aliens get driver’s licenses, free college tuition, and free lawyers to represent them in deportation cases, calling it “national leadership.”
“All of these policies and programs are representative of California’s values as a welcoming state,” Becerra wrote to the Assembly committee.
Becerra also took a shot at Trump for proposing to create a registry of Muslim immigrants during the campaign.”Disturbing statements uttered during the recent Presidential campaign have given rise to legitimate fears that the new federal administration might seek to adopt policies that would discriminate against people based on factors such as their religious belief,” Becerra wrote. “Any such policies would be antithetical to the deepest constitutional values and traditions of this nation — a nation founded in part by men and women fleeing religious persecution.”
“I have no intention of allowing this policy through the doors of California,” he wrote.
Like a good progressive foot soldier, Becerra also vowed to fight for abortion, calling it “reproductive freedom.”
Becerra said he will support California’s recent legislation expanding voter registration and participation in elections. He might want to look into the 650,000 newly registered California voters, registered online only weeks before the election. According to the Los Angeles Times, “98% of all the growth in California’s voter ranks in 2016 happened in just the last 45 days of the registration season.”
As Attorney General, Becerra has vowed to continue enforcing policies to combat climate change and work to “transition Californians to a low-carbon way of life.” Becerra added that a part of environmental protections is safe drinking water and vowed to “pursue the goal of providing safe drinking water to all Californians.” Perhaps Becerra can begin by supporting the safe drinking water bills that Assemblyman Devon Mathis has tried to get passed over the last two years? In Mathis’ district, wells began going dry in East Porterville more than three years ago, with more continuing to dry up every day.
Assemblyman Devon Mathis, R-Porterville, authored the bills to provide $10 million to homeowners (not farmers) to dig deeper wells and clean contaminated ones.
Both bills passed through the Assembly and a state Senate committee without opposition, only to have Senate Appropriations Chairman Ricardo Lara, D-Los Angeles and Mecha activist, put both bills on suspense– one after the other, killing them and depriving 10,000+ low-income individuals access to running water. Sen. Lara was playing politics with this Republican bill, despite the 10,000 poor people who need the clean water.
Sanctuary Cities
California, through its 35 Sanctuary Cities, is clearly violating U.S. Federal Immigration law. Recently, Democrat members of the State Legislature proposed two bills: SB 6 by Sen. Ben Hueso, to create a state program to fund legal representation for illegal aliens facing deportation, and AB 3 by Assemblyman Rob Bonta to create taxpayer-funded training for defense attorneys and public defenders on immigration law for illegal aliens.
And now California is going to try to prevent the new Presidential administration from enforcing federal immigration law despite the fact that the Constitution clearly imposes a duty on the president and the executive branch, to enforce the law.
Hiring Eric Holder… for what?
Democrats in the California State Legislature apparently decided Becerra isn’t enough legal muscle, and recently hired former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder to fight a “clear and present danger” from President-elect Trump… the same former Attorney General Eric Holder who was once blasted for helping to trigger a “war” on police and called America “a nation of cowards” on the issue of race. However, he now says he sees his “younger” self in Black Lives Matter activists… this is who California hired to assist California’s top law enforcement officer?
Since Trump — who is not referring to himself as “The Office of President-Elect,” as his predecessor did — has not yet taken office, nor any official actions, it is hard to see specifically for what purpose Holder has been hired.
There certainly is poetic justice in hiring the failed Attorney General of the failed Obama Administration to defend the failed and deteriorating policies of the Jerry Brown administration and radical Democrats running the state.
Described as a “devious, power-hungry, racial zealot,” Eric Holder is also a dubious choice since he is the only U.S. Attorney General in history to be held in contempt of Congress, when he refused to turn over Operation Fast and Furious documents to Congress. One of the most reckless law enforcement operations ever conducted by the Justice Department, it involved selling guns to Mexican drug cartels, and resulted in the death of a U.S. border patrol agent, Brian Terry, as well as hundreds of Mexican citizens.
Under Holder’s watch at the DOJ Civil Rights Division, more than half of all the lawyers hired were chosen from four radical, anti-American organizations: the ACLU, National Council of La Raza, NAACP, Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights, John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky outlined in their 2014 book, “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department.”
Additionally, the Justice Department under Holder, and now Loretta Lynch, has one of the worst records before the U.S. Supreme Court, losing significantly more cases than either of the Bush or Clinton Departments of Justice. “In most administrations, the department wins about 70 percent of the cases before the Supreme Court; Mr. Holder’s department has a losing record and has lost at least nine cases 9-0–even with Obama appointees Elena Kagen and Sonia Sotomayor on the court,” wrote Jared Taylor of American Renaissance, in a review of “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department.”

“Judicial Watch’s records request is designed to expose how California state legislators are wasting tax dollars to take care of another corrupt politician – Eric Holder – under the guise of resisting the rule of law on immigration and other matters,” stated Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. “His record at the Clinton and Obama Justice Departments demonstrates a willingness to bend the law in order to protect his political patrons.”
The hiring of Eric Holder by the California Legislature confirms a lack of confidence in Xavier Becerra by Gov. Brown and Democrats in the Legislature–which must be quite humiliating for Becerra, especially after his promise to uphold California’s “progressive” policies on immigration, Obamacare, energy, and criminal justice. “If you want to take on a forward-leaning state that is prepared to defend its rights and interests, then come at us,” Becerra said, directing his comment to Trump. Choosing Holder also reiterates the anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-religion movement of Marxists in America, but particularly in California. The biggest obstacle standing between Marxism and Marxist domination of the world is America, and the U.S. Constitution. And standing between a Marxist takeover of America is California – only when California is destroyed can Marxists proceed.
