Two “African type” teenagers have been arrested after a pregnant woman was assaulted and robbed at gunpoint in her home in Paris for being “Jewish and therefore rich”.

Last month, two 16-year-olds were accused of having broken into the home of a 26-year-old Jewish woman in Paris to allegedly “commit extortion with a weapon”. The two suspects were arrested this week in the Val-d’Oise suburb area outside the French capital.

According to police sources speaking to the Le Figaro newspaper, the two suspects were both born in France, however, one is described as being “of the African type” while the other is characterised as being “of the North African type”. The pair were also described as previously being “unfavourably known to the police services.”

The paper reported that on November 23rd, two men came to the door of the pregnant woman disguised as delivery men wearing coronavirus-style masks. After she answered the door, they forced their way into her apartment, grabbing her by the throat and threatening her with a handgun.

While she immediately gave over some of her jewellery and money, the two masked men were not satisfied and strangled her until she lost consciousness. The two thieves are said to have walked away with 6,000 euros of jewellery, 400 euros and 150 dollars in cash.

The woman, who was four months pregnant at the time of the attack, was forced to spend several days in the hospital but has since been released.

According to Le Figaro, the two teenage suspects have confessed to the robbery but claimed that they acted upon another man, whom they have so far refused to name to the police. They claimed that they were told to target the woman “because she is Jewish and therefore rich”.

They were arrested after police discovered that they had used an Uber equivalent to travel to the home, meaning that their names were logged with the service.

The two sixteen-year-olds appeared before the Pontoise judicial court on December 7, however, it is currently unclear what punishment they face. Due to the French legal system’s protections for minors, their identities cannot be revealed to the public.

The attack comes amid a surge of antisemitism in France following the October 7th Hamas terror attacks on Israel, with thousands of antisemitic crimes being recorded since then, including Jewish areas of Paris being vandalised with Stars of David graffiti in incidents reminiscent of the Nazi era of the 1940s.

PARIS (AP) – A French juvenile court on Friday convicted six teenagers for their roles in the 2020 beheading of a teacher by an Islamic extremist, an attack that shocked the country and shone a light on the real-world dangers of online hate speech.

Samuel Paty, a history and geography teacher, was killed near his school after showing his class cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad during a debate on free expression. Attacker Abdoullakh Anzorov, a young Chechen who had become radicalized, was killed by police.

The court found five of the defendants, who were 14 and 15 at the time of the attack, guilty of involvement in staking out the teacher and identifying him for the attacker. The sixth defendant, 13 at the time, was found guilty of lying about the classroom debate in comments that aggravated online anger against the teacher.

After the ruling, the six defendants left the courtroom without speaking. Some had their heads down as they listened to the verdict. One appeared to wipe tears.

The teenagers – all students at Paty’s school – acknowledged wrongdoing, and testified that they didn’t know the teacher would be killed.

One was given a six-month prison term but allowed to serve under house arrest with an electronic bracelet. The others were given special suspended sentences of between two and three years requiring them to stay in school or jobs. The sentences included special educative follow-up measures that also involved their families.

Lawyers for Paty’s family decried the sentences as too lenient. Lawyers for the teenagers expressed relief.

Paty’s name was disclosed on social media after the class debate, during which he showed caricatures of Islam’s prophet published by the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo. The publication had triggered a deadly extremist massacre in the Charlie Hebdo newsroom in 2015.

The cartoon images deeply offended many Muslims in France and around the world, who see them as sacrilegious. But Paty’s killing reinforced the French state’s commitment to freedom of expression, and its firm attachment to secularism in public life – and especially in schools.

The five who identified Paty to the attacker were convicted of involvement in a group preparing aggravated violence.

The sixth defendant wrongly claimed Paty had asked Muslim students to leave the classroom before he showed the class the cartoons, and said the teacher punished her for accusing him of anti-Muslim sentiment. In fact, she was not in the classroom that day, and later told investigators she had lied. She was convicted of making false allegations.

The girl’s father shared the lies in an online video that called for mobilization against the teacher. Now incarcerated, her father and a radical Islamic activist who helped disseminate virulent messages against Paty are among eight adults who will face a separate trial for adults suspected of involvement in the killing, expected late next year.

The girl’s lawyer Mbeko Tebula said she “doesn’t forgive herself for this lie.”

“She didn’t imagine it would … turn into so much horror,” he said. “She was 13.”

“She will try to move forward,” he said. “She will try to rebuild herself as a woman. To live with this permanent guilt, which will not pass through her but will inhabit her.”

Lawyer Virginie Le Roy, representing Paty’s family, had tears in her eyes as she described her anger that the punishment was not tougher.

“Yes, I am emotional. I am emotional for this family, also for the memory of Samuel. A man decapitated in the street is not nothing. We are in France. This was in 2020,” she said. The sentences are “a bad signal to the family of Samuel, a bad signal to the students, and a bad signal to teachers.”

Teachers at the school and Paty’s relatives were in the courtroom along with some of the defendants’ parents. Family members of the teenagers comforted each other afterward, some looking depleted or resigned. They refused to speak to reporters.

The media are not allowed to disclose the defendants’ identities, according to French law regarding minors.

The proceedings come weeks after a teacher was fatally stabbed in northern France in October in a school attack by a former student suspected of Islamic radicalization. Another shock hit France last Saturday, when a man with a history of Islamic radicalism and mental illness fatally stabbed a 23-year-old German-Filipino tourist near the Eiffel Tower.

Both killings occurred in a context of global tensions over the Israel-Hamas war, which led French authorities to deploy 7,000 additional soldiers across the country to bolster security and vigilance.

Affirm Israel’s Right to Exist in Writing if You Want German Citizenship, Migrants Told by Saxony

BERLIN, GERMANY - NOVEMBER 18: Protesters attend a demonstration in support of Palestine amidst the ongoing war in Gaza, which the Israeli government says targets Hamas, the Palestinian Sunni Islamist political and military organization governing the Gaza Strip, on November 18, 2023 in Berlin, Germany. A German state has decreed that migrants seeking to become citizens must formally acknowledge the state of Israel’s right to exist as the country attempts to deal with rising antisemitism.

The application process for citizenship naturalisation in the state of Saxony-Anhalt will now require that foreigners commit in writing “that they recognise Israel’s right to exist and condemn any efforts directed against the existence of the State of Israel.” Those who refuse to do so will not have their applications rejected and a note of their refusal will be logged in their immigration file.

The move was announced this week by the state’s interior minister, Tamara Zieschang, who argued that the policy should be adopted nationwide, German broadcaster Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk reported.

In addition to a formal commitment to Israel’s right to exist, migrants seeking to become citizens in Saxony-Anhalt will also face a process to determine whether or not they hold antisemitic beliefs, which Zieschang argued would violate the German constitution’s requirement to a commitment to a “free, democratic basic order.”

Zieschang, of the centrist Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party urged for the federal government in Berlin to adopt similar measures, with legislation to do so currently being considered in the Bundestag. It is doubtful that the leftist-led ‘traffic light’ coalition government of Olaf Scholz would back the bill, however, particularly given the open borders preferences of the coalition partner Green Party.

The domestic and legal policy spokesman for Scholz’s Social Democratic Party (SPD) parliamentary group in Saxony-Anhalt said that while the measure was in line with current legal regulations, the government may seek to close potential legal gaps.

Helge Lindh, the SPD rapporteur on antisemitism in the Bundestag, said that he believes the actions of the Saxony-Anhalt state government were legal, but warned that the requirement may be insufficient, saying that “the problem of anti-Israel hatred and anti-Semitism cannot be eliminated with a signature alone.”

The efforts to clamp down on antisemitism come amid a drastic increase in anti-Jewish incidents throughout Germany in the wake of the conflict between Israel and Hamas, with a 320 per cent increase in such incidents being recorded in the first month after the October 7th attacks on Israel.

The outpouring of antisemitism in Germany has seen a Jewish synagogue firebombed with Molotov cocktails in Berlin, Stars of David painted on the homes of Jewish people, and Jewish community leaders warning their people to not speak Hebrew or wear religious symbols in public.

The surge in antisemitism may be a feature of Germany’s open borders agenda over the past decade, with analysis from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation think tank finding earlier this year that Muslims in Germany were four times as likely as the rest of the population with antisemitic beliefs.

According to the think tank, Muslims were three times as likely to agree with the notion that Jewish people are “sneaky” and four times as likely than the general public to believe that Israel should not exist as a state.

THE PRO-MUSLM OBAMA-SOROS REGIME AS PUPPETED BY SENILE JOE, HAS SURRENDERED BILLIONS TO MUSLIM DICTATORS AND THEIR TERRORIST MINIONS!

The Biden Administration has a history, following the Obama Administration lead, of accommodating and appeasing Iran. Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen continues to make a fool of herself claiming the sanctions against Iranian oil production are still in place, as if she were not aware the Biden Administration does not enforce them. Iran continues to export 1.2 to 1.4 million barrels per day (mb/d), allowing it to fund its proxy terror/paramilitary organizations.

America on the Edge of the Cliff

By Fletch Daniels

There is more than an average share of discontent brewing from sea to shining sea as ever more Americans get the sense that their country, which has been pivotal to ensuring global security, stands on the edge of a cliff.  Many comfort themselves by looking at other pivotal moments in our history where the country’s future was in doubt right before the ship was righted.  But, due to a confluence of factors, it is hard to imagine America bouncing back.

There are four problems that, if not reversed soon, will lead to collapse, and America will fall.

1. The most obvious problem is out-of-control government spending.  The interest on the national debt is pushing toward a cool trillion dollars, clocking in at $659 billion for fiscal 2022, gobbling up ever more American tax dollars.  While wise politicians should be sobered by that number, they instead are pushing the ship to ludicrous speed in search of Mad Max.  It is forcing ever higher deficit spending since it is mathematically impossible to bring in enough tax revenue to buy off voting blocs, meaning that it will skyrocket in the years ahead.  It’s a serious problem that demands serious politicians in both parties.  But you first need a serious electorate, something in short supply these days.  The “ask not what your country can do for you” ethos of yesterday has transformed into the “give us more free stuff and we’ll take some reparations on the side” grievance ethos of today.  America’s political leadership, voted in by an electorate addicted to handouts, will take the approach of Belshazzar, the Babylonian king who was partying even as the armies of doom were at the gates.  What’s the tipping point?  Few of our leaders seem to care.  I suppose that when collapse comes, we can at least take great comfort in the fact that we paid for the retirements of the charmingly corrupt Ukrainian cocktail class.

2. So how did we get to this state where solutions seem impossible?  That’s where the second trend comes in, which is the complete takeover of our institutions by real radicals, not the pretend kind that the Mitt Cheneys of this world see behind every rock.

The core of this problem was the complete fall of the American university, which has been in motion for decades.  All institutional rot flows from that.  The teachers who are radicalizing America’s kids, the Pravda press who control the narrative, the social media kingpins kicking up a pining among our youth for Bin Laden, the politicians, lawyers, bureaucrats, writers, publishers, and industry leaders all have one thing in common: they were indoctrinated and radicalized in American universities.

We’ve reached an interesting point in our history where Americans are far more likely to be intelligent, wise, and self-controlled if they never set foot in an American university.  Once the university system fell and started cranking out generations of people who see the world only through an oppressor versus oppressed lens, the other institutions toppled like dominoes.  Why study something useless like math when you can marinate in classes focused on whom you should resent and hate the most? When a nation faces tough times, it relies on its norms and institutions to pull it out of the nosedive.  But most of our institutions have reached a point from which they cannot be saved, and, sadly, we aren’t going to adapt Ripley’s advice from Aliens and nuke them from orbit since it is the only way to be sure. But we should starve them of resources at every opportunity.

3. A big part of why these institutions stand secure in their corruption and toxic missions is the lack of common values and decency within America today.  We can all see what is happening on the surface since it is largely happening out in the open at this point.  But the spiritual condition that underpins it is a deeper concern.  We are suffering from a societal lack of respect for life and from an inability to see a common humanity within our fellow citizens.  These Jewish and Christian spiritual values are what allowed us to see other people as neighbors instead of enemies.  The collapse of those values is what enables a gang of fifteen boys to take joy in beating someone to death.

The recent elections were somewhat instructive as to where we are as a nation — not because of who won, but due to how they did it.In the weeks leading up to the election, there was a never-ending parade of commercials in my home state of Virginia featuring Democrats extolling the wonderful glories of abortion.  They could have replaced the “D” with an “A” after their names because they ran as the abortion party. It was the only issue they ran on, the one value to rule them all.  And the electorate embraced many of them for it.  It is already a certainty that it will be the one issue that Democrats run on in 2024.When it comes to basic societal values, diversity is not our strength.

Our once common values, even if we sometimes failed to live up to them, were enshrined in our founding documents and formed the foundation of our society.  That foundation has now been shattered, and we are left with nothing that binds us together.Remove agreed upon norms of decency that are expected of everyone, and you end up with Lord of the Flies, or the latest “mostly peaceful” fiery protest du jour by the lovely lemmings who make up the core of the Democrat party, or what passes for San Francisco these days.

4. So what would an American collapse leave behind?  That should be more obvious now than perhaps it was before the brutal Hamas attacks of October 7.  Most of Europe is falling to Islam and is too far gone to reverse course.  Death-spiral birth rates among native Europeans combined with out-of-control migration from the Islamic world has led Europe to where it is today: a continent full of countries whose policies will increasingly reflect its population.  While the blatant antisemitism is on full display for all to see, it’s going to get a lot worse, to the point where anyone who is not willing to convert to Islam will find himself either under attack or marginalized as a second-class citizen.  The left prattles on about Islamophobia, even as it tries to ignore and gloss over very real antisemitism, but no such thing as Islamophobia can actually exist, since a phobia is an irrational fear.

The pro-terrorist mobs who blot out the scenery in London and other European cities (and take over the previously mentioned American universities) will seem quaint in another decade.  Even if migration were cut off tomorrow, it wouldn’t matter at this point based on disparity of birth rates.

Why does this matter to America?  For one, our politicians are every bit as foolish as the globalist Europeans we are emulating.  The only thing that has slowed down America from suffering the same fate is geography.  As horrific as our open borders are, they would be far worse if we bordered Islamic states.Even at that, Islamic migration is already influencing our electoral politics and policy positions, which was on display when the president tried to bully Israel into a foolish ceasefire, almost certainly out of concern over losing Michigan, as just one obvious example.More importantly, it is hard to imagine America flourishing in a world where most of its traditional allies have fallen to Islam.  Indeed, this will only exacerbate the descent into brutish darkness. How could Israel even survive in such a world?

While there are plenty of other trends to be concerned about, these four all but ensure that the American moment, short of a spiritual reawakening, will end far sooner than most expect and it is wise to start preparing for that outcome.  In the meantime, these are the areas where conservatives should focus their efforts, or at least be aware of these trends and how they are influencing other policy discussions.  We need to educate as many people as we can on the stakes involved, and now is a great moment for that, when so many of the systemic problems should be obvious to all.
