In 2018 and 2020, Breitbart Senior Contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer published Secret Empires and Profiles in Corruption. Each book hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and exposed how Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force Two in 2013 to China before Hunter’s firm inked a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China less than two weeks after the trip. Schweizer’s work also uncovered the Biden family’s other vast and lucrative foreign deals and cronyism. Breitbart Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris’ investigative work at the New York Post on the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” also captured international headlines when she, along with Miranda Devine, revealed that Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter’s businesses, appearing to even have a 10 percent stake in a company the scion formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party. 'CREDIT CARD' JOE BIDEN'S DEAL ON AMERICA FOR HIS BANKSTERS
Changes to bankruptcy laws included a ‘safe harbor’ provision allowing security issuers priority claims, ahead of the holders. In the name of harmonization, established at the time of the dot-com bust, global access to client assets is assured. This was made possible through the legal arm of the Fed. Secured creditors may take client assets, circumventing local laws such as those allowing owners to recover assets taken by a creditor as collateral.
The Great Taking: You Really No Longer Own Your Securities, and You Could Also Lose Your Freedom
Under a veil of benevolence, the Great Reset engineered by the World Economic Forum (WEF), aims to shift wealth from individuals and small businesses to global organizations controlled by the elite. As part of this agenda, a revamping of the financial system has been underway for – believe it or not – over half a century, says David Rogers Webb in his recent book The Great Taking and its accompanying documentary.
Webb’s research and insights demonstrate that the WEF’s dubious catchphrase You’ll own nothing, and you’ll be happy already has risky implications for investments in securities, mutual funds, pension funds, and the like. Investors, he shows, are no longer ‘owners’ of securities; they are only ‘unsecured creditors.’ Besides, investments are vulnerable to the vagaries of the opaque derivatives market. If the system collapses – he says this is inevitable – investors will not only lose money, they will receive no compensation.
This is the ‘Great Taking’ of the title, the beginning of the end of property rights, deemed the bedrock of prosperity by our Founding Fathers and enshrined in the Constitution. We no longer really own shares; soon, we no may longer own anything.
Having been an investment manager for decades, Webb has a keen understanding of the markets and the intricacies of the financial system. He realized early on that Wall Street was out of sync with Main Street: money creation by the Federal Reserve, a privately owned institution controlled by large private banks, dwarfed real economic activity. The movement of financial markets is in fact steered by private banks and big investment firms.
During the dot-com bubble of the late 1990s, Webb noticed that the velocity of money – the rate of money exchange in an economy, calculated as GDP divided by the money supply – was falling, indicating an economic downturn. There was far more money than the production of goods and services warranted. He realized that important data was being corrupted to fit the script of economic strength and growing prosperity.
During the presidency (2001-2009) of George W. Bush, American manufacturing was gutted by outsourcing it to communist China. This augmented gross profit, but caused widespread job losses and weakened America’s industrial base. Even so, spending was maintained through massive money creation (quantitative easing) and debt expansion. Foreclosures skyrocketed, tax collections fell, municipalities were forced to cut services, and whole communities were destroyed. All this, Webb maintains, was done at the behest of, and for the enrichment of, the Fed, not for the benefit of the public.
The thrust of his work, however, is on how, from the late 1960s on, property rights to securities were usurped through a series of furtive modifications in how assets are managed and controlled. It began with the deceptive ‘dematerialization’ of securities to forestall a paperwork crisis. Electronic bookkeeping eliminated share certificates, which were tangible proofs of ownership.
In 1970, the Banking and Securities Industry Committee (BASIC) was established to standardize and automate the processing of securities certificates and set uniform rules for trading and settlements. This led to the creation of the Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) in 1973, a Fed subsidiary that would serve as a repository for all securities. Now known as the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), it is the world’s largest electronic depository of securities. Curiously, Webb points out, William Dentzer, a career CIA operative with no background in finance and banking, was made chairman and CEO of the DTC.
The next step was amending the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to redefine ownership of securities and change bankruptcy laws. Full-fledged ownership was changed to “security entitlements,” and the investor was transmogrified into an “unsecured creditor” with mere pro-rata securities claims. Legal ownership now vests in the entity that controls, but does not really own, the securities. Issuers can borrow pooled securities as collateral for trading and financing or confiscate them on insolvency. Securities are now fungible assets held in pooled form, to be taken as needed sans judicial review.
Securities have become collateral underpinnings of the derivatives complex – a trading exchange of financial contracts based on the value and performance of underlying assets or investment instruments. Derivative contracts – formerly bilateral instruments in which investors knew and could assess the quality of their counterparty – are now run through a central clearing counterparty (CCP). This opacity makes assessments impossible. Webb believes the CCP is purposely undercapitalized; the end-game strategy, should the CCP fail, is to merely pre-fund a start-up rather than resurrect the existing institution.
To top it all, a central securities depository regulation (CSDR) was codified, creating an electronic record of trade settlements and ‘ownership’ and ensuring cross-border mobility of collateral. It mandated transfer of the collateral from the local and national level to the international security depository level, all under the private control of central banks.
According to Webb, the subversive system artfully put into place by the architects of the Great Reset will culminate in a Great Deflation – a financial collapse that will be the pretext to impose central bank digital currency (CBDC), with every cent tracked and spending coerced through incentives and penalties. Already, he says, the Feds have created what he calls the ‘Everything Bubble’ by increasing federal fund rates from near zero to 5%. Debt expansion will result in an implosion of insolvencies; calls for more collateral will trigger their transfer from the derivatives complex into central clearing counterparties, which will fail; and people unable to repay debts will lose their assets. No forgiveness, no bailouts.
Cui bono? Secured creditors, who will take all properties and businesses financed with debt. And at a level above them, people who privately control central banks and money creation. They are allied with intelligence agencies and militaries, and control political parties, governments, and the media.
The conquest and enslavement of the masses – absolute control of everyone and everything on the planet – that the Great Reset envisages will begin. Widespread panic in the economy – mirroring, one might say, the one caused by the pandemic – will make people welcome CBDCs, the way vaccines were accepted in fear. Already, 11 countries have launched CBDCs, all G-7 and 18 G-20 economies are developing CBDCs, and 114 countries (95% of the global economy) are working on CBDCs. Webb notes with caution that the Atlantic Council – a think tank that is part of the Atlantic Treaty Association and focused on military strategy – tracks CBDCs.
As proof of the impending collapse, the author cites a series of regular trilateral exercises modeling the cross-border transfer of collaterals during a wind-down. These drills, conducted over the past seven years, have included the U.K., the U.S., and the E.U., and were coordinated by regulatory authorities, central banks, and finance ministers. Equally worrisome is Webb’s uncovering of extensive but unknown insolvencies, with a hidden hand injecting large sums of created money to prop financial markets and allow institutions to believe they have covered downside risk by buying in the derivatives market.
Webb hopes his work – freely available online – will make people aware of this frightening scenario and help forestall the bigger taking – that of our freedom. The prologue to the book ends with a quote from Charles Dickens’s Ebenezer Scrooge, a banker: “Are these the shadows of things that Will be, or are they the shadows of things that May be, only?” Let us hope it will only be a May be.

The paid agent behind the Oval Office desk
Via John Hinderaker of Power Line, Andy McCarthy at National Review has a stunning piece outlining the depths of Joe Biden's involvement as China's little agent, tying together details which will make you wanting to take a shower afterward.
He writes:
Thanks to the extensive excavation of Biden financial records by Senators Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R., Wis.), followed by the dogged reporting of the New York Post once Hunter’s abandoned laptop was exposed, the outlines of the story were publicly available before Election Day 2020. The Biden/China scheme may not have been sufficiently known, but it was eminently knowable — so much so that I presented it in detail in “A Collusion Tale: China and the Bidens,” which we published on October 31, 2020 — the weekend before the election.
The story has gotten more damning with the additional evidence unearthed by the Oversight Committee under the direction of Chairman James Comer (R., Ky.). But it hasn’t changed.
CEFC, the Shanghai-based energy conglomerate with which Joe Biden and his family joined forces, was China. To describe it as a “thinly veiled” arm of Xi Jinping’s monstrous regime would exaggerate the camouflage. It was run by Ye Jianming, whom the Bidens deemed a protégé of Xi — as the president’s brother, Jim Biden, conceded to federal investigators.
How could it be otherwise? As I recounted in October 2020, CEFC’s position as a privileged “private” company was established by the regime in 2006 (when Xi was the rising star of the CCP).
The fake Chinese front company disappeared from view along with its agents, as soon as its activities got brazen enough for lawmen to start examining them -- in an instant. But the Bidens had already gotten their money, and performed their services, and it was a lot of money -- big $10,000,000 amounts. The Chinese not only used the Bidens to find out little things like what the FBI had on their agents, they also used it to muscle other countries to jump onboard with their One Belt, One Road initiative and other projects, letting them know that they already had the Bidens in their pocket so there was no protection out there for them:
This, of course, is why the Biden connection was so valuable — why CEFC was willing to pay millions of dollars for it. Doors were opened by the association with Joe Biden, one of America’s most prominent, influential politicians. If CEFC could brandish cordial relations and a business partnership with the Biden family, then other targets of China’s OBOR blandishments would be more willing to transact.
China is famous for getting the hooks in in a string of third world nations, all of which have become remarkably uncooperative with the U.S., and not even interested in making alliances with it any more. We've lost influence as joining in the China-led BRICS bloc has become the hot new thing.
Does it sound like Joe Biden has undermined our international interests with his takings from the Chinese regime, all to buy those mansions and fancy cars? Somehow, the U.S. doesn't have the influence it used to have internationally, and it's not just because of President Obama's constant apology tours. It was having Joe on their string that pretty well negated the U.S. as a global player. It also doesn't help that with Joe around, we also lose wars and sport wokester troops on hormone treatments, wearing makeup and dresses.
I'd still like to know what Hunter Biden did with that diamond the Chinese agents presented him with, likely to avoid bank monitoring laws.
Acting as an agent of a foreign regime while in public office is treason by anyone's definition. It's also an impeachable offense, as is bribery, according to the Constitution's Article II, Section 4:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Where's the impeachment of this one, given the clarity of the charges?
Previous House Speaker Kevin McCarthy hemmed and hawed on it, believing perhaps that because past presidential impeachments have been on trivial matters and have always failed, this one wouldn't be any different.
But it is different, with millions of dollars changing hands and U.S. influence waning significantly. If this isn't dealt with in Congress, the stage will be set for any elected leader to do the same. Now that the facts are known, Andy McCarthy argues, that Joe cannot escape his China scandal paper trail at the very least. One hopes that he is right because the bribery and treason here couldn't be more real.

The True Cost of Trading with the Enemy
They say the generals are always fighting the last war, and sometimes there’s truth to that.
But in 2024, our ability to mount a wartime footing against our most likely enemy is most severely hampered, not by the readiness of our armed forces, but by our most likely enemy’s deep infiltration into not just our military, but the entirety of our civil life.
Consider our response when Russia annexed Crimea in 2014, and then, again, when they escalated with a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
We imposed economic sanctions on Russia and Belarus, banning many imports and exports. This was manageable because we have traditionally exported relatively little to them, and imported relatively little from them as well. While these sanctions have certainly been enough to be felt (such sanctions tend to hurt us more than the other party, unfortunately), they could be imposed relatively easily, only because there was relatively little commerce to interrupt.
If we were to maintain a neutral position on the war, we would not have needed to do this at all. It is a critical step, however, if there is a chance of joining the conflict. You cannot continue to trade with a country with which you are at war.
Imagine if we had been dependent on Germany and Japan for either finished goods or manufacturing components, on the day that Japan attacked Pearl Harbor? We obviously lost all commerce in both directions from that day until the end of the war; all pending orders were stopped; any of our dies or molds or manufacturing processes essentially became unavailable enemy property until the war’s end.
Luckily, our dependence on these countries was minimal in 1941; our manufacturing sector could become independent of any countries on the other side of the war’s dividing lines, and we could ramp up domestic production to a wartime footing relatively quickly.
Could we do so today?
As much as we may try to avoid thinking about it, we all know that the next country with which we are likely to go to war is the People’s Republic of China, a communist military dictatorship.
This isn’t an idle fear; China has been threatening our friends for years, recently ramping up not only the rhetoric but physical sea incursions as well. Long known for funding and encouraging North Korea’s saber-rattling against South Korea, Japan, and the United States, Red China is now making actual moves on the Philippines and other South China Sea neighbors, as well as Taiwan. As America’s leadership grows more impotent, China gets bolder and bolder, and understandably so. Beijing knows that 2024 is likely their best opportunity ever to invade and annex at least one neighbor. Such an invasion will surely create a larger war, and even if the U.S. doesn’t step in, there is no question but that all U.S.-China trade would necessarily come to an immediate halt.
We know from any random shopping trip that a majority of the finished goods that we buy in the store -- small appliances, electronics, clothing, shoes, toys, gifts -- are now made in China. Even most of the electrical products that we manufacture right here in the United States are made here of a wide array of components imported from China. We might manufacture a refrigerator or oven in the USA, using American steel and American glass, but if the printed circuit board, power cord, heating elements or cooling condenser had to be imported from China, our domestic production even of those American-made products will stop cold the day the war starts.
When the inevitable war with China comes, consider what our current interdependence with China will mean to the American way of life:
- Many of our companies depend on exporting to China for their profit margin. Such exports will of course end immediately. But that’s the least disruptive issue, compared to the rest:
- We buy countless finished goods from China. Goodbye to that, for the duration.
- American factories buy countless components everything from off-the-shelf standard products to customized parts. Don’t assume we can just buy them from another country. For millions of globally-sourced parts, China is the only current source. It’s not a matter of ramping up production; it’s a matter of relearning how to make things.
- Countless American businesses “own” factories in China, where not only Chinese people work, but American and other foreigners do as well, often living there with their families. Goodbye to those plants, and their output, and the U.S.-owned equipment, dies and molds, and personnel.
- Similarly, countless Chinese nationals are in the USA, working at American companies. Some are doubtless honorable immigrants; many are undoubtedly plants, foreign agents ready to be activated upon the breakout of hostilities. How do we know which to deport, which to detain, which to welcome as immigrants?
- How many of our colleges depend on the billions of dollars per year in Chinese tuition and joint research grants (which also serve as a cover for stealing our technology?). Once hostilities are joined, the drying-up of this funding will cripple many of our colleges, as will the presence of a veritable army of likely foreign agents.
- How much of our transportation, logistics, and retail economies are dependent on trade with China. Millions of jobs? Goodbye to much of that.
- Consider American-made cars dependent on China for the printed circuit boards that run their dashboards. Consider American pharmaceutical companies who have many of their drugs made in China. Consider the computer networks that power your business, your home internet, your phone service, often local utilities too, most of which depend on Chinese equipment, Chinese parts, Chinese remote control. To how much of that must we say goodbye?
This is just a starting point. There’s much more. America has moved from traditional AC plug-in technology (which could be made anywhere) to cordless technology (which depends on lithium ion batteries almost entirely sourced in China). Almost everything we do, everything we use, everything we depend on, is either partially or wholly dependent on trade with the most malevolent, militant, and expansion-minded country on earth.
Remember how destructive the “supply chain crisis” of 2021-2022 was? That was when we weren’t at war. That was when we just couldn’t get parts for a couple months longer than usual. Now imagine it being five years, or ten, or twenty.
President Trump tried to awaken us to this threat, and even implemented expensive punitive tariffs on Chinese goods, to shake some sense into the American business community. As soon as it started to have an effect, and some American manufacturers started home-shoring again, our nation’s enemies installed Joe Biden in the office of the presidency to put a halt to that corrective process.
China plays the long game. We don’t know for sure if this will be the year it all happens. But if China wants to do it at all, then it’s hard to imagine that there will ever be a better year for it than this one.
The sooner America wakes up, the better.

Did Hunter Biden Sleep with a Chinese Spy?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn83Uk9pX2k
Report: Alleged Spy Lover Eric Swalwell Arranged Press Conference for Hunter Biden
When Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, delivered remarks at a press conference Wednesday outside the Capitol, only one Democrat lawmaker was there in support — Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA).
In fact, according to reports, Swalwell arranged for Biden’s appearance.
Swalwell told Politico his decision to do so was personal as well as political.
“There is absolutely zero evidence Hunter or his father acted corruptly,” Swalwell said. “So I’m not going to sit quietly and let MAGA Republicans do Trump’s bidding in Congress.”
Swalwell himself has come under fire from Republicans for his association with an alleged Chinese spy named “Fang Fang.” Axios in December 2020 reported that the alleged spy, Christine Fang, also known as “Fang Fang,” targeted Swalwell, and had taken part in fundraising activity for his 2014 re-election campaign, and had helped place “at least one” intern in his office.
Axios reported that federal investigators who were conducting a counterintelligence probe alerted Swalwell around 2015 to her behavior.
Fang “left the country unexpectedly” amid the probe. Swalwell has refused to address whether his relationship with Fang was sexual.
The younger Biden claimed in his remarks he was there to answer questions from lawmakers, while defying a congressional subpoena for a closed-door deposition in front of the House Oversight Committee related to the panel’s investigation into whether his father benefitted from his shady business dealings, including with Chinese businessmen with connections to the Chinese Communist Party.
Biden reportedly did not give Republican lawmakers advance notice that he would be showing up. He did, however, tell his father ahead of time, according to Politico.
Still, Swalwell argued that Biden was being forthcoming by merely showing his face at the Capitol.
“Chairman Comer…asked for Hunter Biden to come testify. He said publicly or privately. Hunter said, ‘Well, let’s do it publicly,” Swalwell said, according to the Washington Examiner.
“Hunter’s here. And so, to Chairman Comer, I say: ‘What are you afraid of hearing from?’ It sounds like the only reason you would want to do this privately is if you don’t have the goods,” he said.
While Democrats did not show up for his press conference, they defended Biden from afar.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed there were no “witnesses” to any of Republicans’ allegations, despite the testimony of former Hunter Biden business partners Tony Bobulinski and Devon Archer and IRS whistleblowers who alleged Joe Biden was involved in his son’s business affairs.

Hunter Biden Chaos Could ‘Ruin Things’ for His Dad’s Reelection Bid: ‘Unwelcome Distraction’
The continual news generated by Hunter Biden and his legal conflicts damages President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign with undue controversy and distractions, Democrats openly complain.
Hunter Biden’s chaos amid his father’s reelection campaign is just one more communications problem with which the president’s campaign staff must contend. Joe Biden’s age, mental fitness, and sluggish economy seemingly sunk his approval ratings to historic lows:
- FiveThirtyEight: Biden is the least popular president in modern U.S. history.
- CNN Poll: 67 percent disapprove of Biden’s economy, top 2024 issue.
- Redfield & Wilton Strategies: A majority of Democrats are “concerned” about Biden’s ability to perform his job due to his age.
“I have a pit in my stomach about it,” a Democrat strategist who worked on Clinton’s 2016 campaign told the Messenger about the chaos surrounding Hunter Biden. “The email controversy was silly but it was made to be a distraction and it worked.”
“This Hunter story has the legs to ruin things for Biden,” the Democrat strategist added.
Democrat strategist Brad Bannon told the Messenger Joe Biden’s son is just one more challenge facing the president’s reelection campaign: “Hunter Biden isn’t the biggest political problem that his father faces but the situation is an unwelcome distraction for an embattled president burdened by concerns about the economy and age.”
“The controversy about Hunter Biden’s financial dealings might play the same role for Republicans that Hillary Clinton’s emails did in 2016,” Bannon noted.
House Oversight Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who is leading the Democrats’ opposition to the impeachment inquiry, refused to say whether Hunter Biden hurts Joe Biden’s campaign. “I don’t know whether or not it’s hurting him,” he said. “I hope that the American people are able to see past it.”
“They figure this is their best shot, to create a dark cloud over the Biden family and hope that that affects Joe,” he added.
Recent polling shows Americans are highly skeptical of Hunter and Joe Biden:
- ABC News/Ipsos: A plurality of Americans are not confident about how the Justice Department handled the investigation into Hunter Biden.
- Yahoo/YouGov: A majority of voters believe President Joe Biden committed a crime with Hunter Biden.
- TIPP: 63 percent say Joe Biden violated FARA by assisting Hunter Biden in Ukraine deal.

Head of Biden Crime Family Feels Guilty...but Doesn’t Plead Guilty
The MSM are reporting that Joe Biden is raging at his staff because of the unfairness of Hunter being investigated. It’s giving old Joe a guilty conscience. I didn’t even know that was possible. According to Axios:
The 81-year-old president has suggested to close associates that if he hadn't run in 2020, Hunter wouldn't be facing criminal prosecutions or be the target of daily stories by conservative media — all while trying to stay sober and rebuild his life.
Perhaps for the first time in his 53 years of collecting bribes for selling out the public that pays his salary, our president “in name only” got something right. Hunter certainly wouldn’t be in legal jeopardy if Joe hadn’t run for office again in 2020. But ultimately, Joe’s greed and lust for power may turn out to be his son’s undoing.
Joe Biden certainly has much to feel guilty for — but not for the reason he claims. He complains that his son is being politically persecuted as a grotesque act of revenge for himself being elected. Certainly, that’s the narrative (i.e., propaganda of Joe’s cohorts in the media). The counter-argument is quite different. Hunter is being legally pursued because Joe
- committed his son to a life of crime as the bagman for the Biden family crime syndicate,
- selling U.S. government favors for personal enrichment
- to some of the world’s most nefarious actors,
- then ran for the office of president to enhance his earning potential from those clients,
- leaving his son exposed, because organized crime investigations always start at the bottom, where Hunter resides.
Joe could have gone quietly into retirement after his time as Barack Obama’s vice president — concluding his 46-year crime spree. Had he done that, Congress and the conservative media would have lost interest, and Hunter would have faded into obscurity.
But the “Don” of the Biden family decided to push his luck. He wanted a few more years of grift and sleaze, before retiring to his beach home, his classic Corvette, and his publicly funded muscle protective detail. He expected us to grant him that opportunity without complaint. That turned out to have been an unreasonable expectation after he stole the last election and called his citizens “fascists.”
When Joe made it necessary for himself to be investigated, it was inevitable that his underlings would be placed at risk first — including his son, the collections guy.
Joe Biden has always known that he is personally safe from facing justice. That’s why he’s been so bold in his public displays. As the vice president, he took Hunter Biden on Air Force Two to meet with family clients in Russia, Ukraine, and China — on full display for the news cameras. He also boasted in a public speech about using the power of the U.S. government to shut down the investigation of his Ukrainian client. Joe has behaved just as Al Capone once did — bragging to the public as if he were untouchable. As the country’s chief executive, with the federal law enforcement apparatus in his pocket and his syndicate associates in Congress, he could confidently rest assured that he would never personally pay for his crimes. That bill would come due for someone else — as it almost always does in crime families.
But now the Capo of the Biden family has seen
- his bank records seized by Congressional investigators,
- his involvement exposed by a misplaced laptop, and
- whistleblowers testifying that operatives in his syndicate corrupted federal investigations.
Boss Biden is getting scared and doing what crime bosses do: blaming his underlings. Naturally that blaming is causing friction in the family. As a result, Joe’s relationship with Merrick Garland, his head “button man,” has become strained. It seems President “Ten Percent for the Big Guy” isn’t happy about Attorney General Garland appointing a special counsel to look into his son. As Axios reports,
[o]ne person close to the president unflatteringly compared Garland to former FBI Director James Comey, claiming they both have been obsessed with the appearance of having integrity rather than just trying to make the right decision — a reference to Comey's handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
The “right decision” in this instance being the continuation of the Biden family crime cover-up (i.e., taking one for the team). One can always tell when an organized crime operation starts becoming less organized. The finger-pointing gives it away.
All crime families eventually leave too much evidence lying about to be ignored. It’s the nature of criminal behavior. That inevitability is exacerbated when one of the family members has a demonstrated lack of self-control relative to drugs, women, and extravagant spending. It attracts the wrong kind of attention. In the end, someone must pay for the crime. It’s usually an underling, who is expected to remain loyal to the mob, serving the time and keeping quiet, to avoid retribution or in exchange for future rewards. However, it doesn’t always work that way. There is frequently no honor among dishonorable men.
Now that Merrick Garland sees the end of his tenure approaching, perhaps he’s reflecting on his career. He was once a respected judge, even considered for a position on the Supreme Court. But under Biden’s leadership, he has become an unprincipled thug, using the full apparatus of the federal legal system to target innocent citizens and political opponents. Will he pay the legal bill for Joe by using his Department of Justice to hide the evidence of Biden wrongdoing? Will he trade his place in the history books from that of a judge to that of the most corrupt attorney general in history, who facilitated the crimes of the most crooked administration in history? Will he make that sacrifice for a president who will soon have nothing to reward him with, nor anything to threaten him with? Or will Mr. “No One Is above the Law” attempt to rehabilitate his legacy by prosecuting one of his co-conspirators — leaving Hunter without a chair when the music stops?
If the bill comes due for Hunter, will he voluntarily pick up the tab for the syndicate? Will he have the spine to do the time — out of love for a father who cherished him just enough to include him in his crimes?
Life’s choices come with consequences. When Joe Biden chose to introduce his son to a life of crime, he started the chain of events that are now playing out. Whatever becomes of Hunter, it is because of Joe’s actions, not those of law enforcement or the conservative media.
Of course, if Joe Biden really feels the least bit guilty for the predicament his son is in, he can end his son’s suffering instantly. It would only require him to accept responsibility for the crime syndicate he created. With that simple act, his opponents would cease having any interest in Hunter whatsoever. But I suspect that his guilt isn’t troubling enough for such an act of selflessness. Better to let his beloved son suffer a few years of torment “while trying to stay sober and rebuild his life.”

Report: Joe Biden Feels ‘Guilty’ About Hunter Biden Indictments
President Joe Biden reportedly feels “guilty” for his son’s legal woes, telling aides that Hunter Biden would not be facing scrutiny for the millions of dollars he raked in from foreign business deals had he not run for president.
Hunter Biden is facing 17 years for nine tax charges and is at the center of the House impeachment inquiry into his father, in which investigators are probing how the Biden family made tens of millions of dollars in China, Ukraine, and other corrupt countries with no discernible service rendered. Special Counsel David Weiss is allegedly not done investigating the Biden scion and has yet to indicate if he looked into the nature of Biden’s work on behalf of foreign entities.
The report, published by Axios, claims the president experienced mood swings and expressed “anger” and “sadness,” believing his run for office brought attention to his family’s sketchy foreign business that otherwise would not have received attention.
“The 81-year-old president has suggested to close associates that if he hadn’t run in 2020, Hunter wouldn’t be facing criminal prosecutions or be the target of daily stories by conservative media,” Axios reported. The president appears, according to Axios, to still be denying, even in private, the obvious merits of the investigation.
Weiss charged Hunter Biden on Thursday, asserting he was “engaged in a four-year scheme” to not pay at least $1.4 million in taxes “he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019 and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns.”
Weiss referenced money that flowed from Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings in the indictment. Weiss did not charge Hunter Biden for Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations. Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley believes Weiss’s tax indictment should have included FARA charges.
“The steps taken by Hunter to evade taxes are impressive, but not nearly as impressive as the efforts of the Justice Department to evade any reference to his father. In that sense, the indictment itself is a marvel of evasion,” Turley posted on X.
House investigators opened a probe into the Biden family in November 2022. They revealed Joe Biden received money from James Biden and Hunter Biden. They also showed that nine additional Biden family members received payments from the family’s foreign business ventures, including two of the president’s grandchildren.

‘Adults in Charge’: Top Nine Degenerate Democrat Scandals Under Joe Biden
After Joe Biden was elected to the White House, Democrat pundits hailed the return of “adults in charge” in Washington.
However, since his election, there has been no shortage of scandals exposing Democrat degeneracy and perversion — including in the halls of power in D.C. and in the White House.
Here are the top most recent Democrat scandals under Joe Biden’s presidency:
1. Democrat Staffer Having Sex in the Senate
A graphic video emerged on December 15 of a Democrat staffer for Democrat Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) having anal sex with someone in a United States Senate hearing room in the U.S. Capitol, which is government property and American taxpayer funded. The video showed the staffer naked and on all fours on a table where senators conduct their business. He has since been fired.
2. Porn Web Cam Democrat Virginia Senate Candidate Susanna Gibson
In September, the Washington Post revealed that Susanna Gibson, a Democrat candidate for a Virginia Senate seat and a nurse practitioner, had performed sex acts with her husband for a live online audience on a website called Chaturbate and encouraged viewers to request sex acts and pay them with tips. Some of the videos archived online were as recent as September 30, 2022. Gibson lost her race by fewer than 1,000 votes.
In July, a baggy of cocaine was found inside the White House West Wing by a Secret Service agent. The Secret Service later claimed there was “insufficient DNA” present and that they could not identify the owner of the baggy. Fox News’s Jesse Watters later claimed documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request showed there were three vials of DNA from the investigation.
4. Trans Influencer Rose Montoya Flashes Breasts at White House Picnic
Just a month before Cocaine-Gate, a trans influencer at a Pride event at the White House flashed his fake breasts at a White House event that also hosted children. The trans influencer, Rose Montoya, pulled down his dress and grabbed his fake breasts, according to a video that was widely circulated on social media. The White House was forced to condemn the act and ban Montoya from visiting the White House again.
5. Navy Enlists Drag Queen Influencer to Recruit More Sailors
In May, the Navy revealed that it recruited a “drag queen influencer” as part of a pilot program to help recruit more people. The influencer, who is an active duty sailor named Joshua Kelley, goes by the name “Harpy Daniels” and had performed for other service members during deployments on ships.
6. Democrat Mayor Arrested on Child-Porn Related Charges
In March the former Democrat mayor of College Park, Maryland, was arrested on dozens of charges of possessing and distributing child porn. The former mayor — reportedly a mentee of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg — has been photographed with Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and other high-profile Democrats. He resigned prior to his arrest. He was sentenced to 30 years in jail last month.
7. Non-Binary Biden Senior Official and BDSM-Practitioner Caught Stealing Luggage
In December 2022, top Biden Department of Energy official and dog-play fetishist Sam Brinton was caught stealing luggage at a Las Vegas airport. In April, the now-former Biden official agreed in a plea deal to pay the victim nearly $3,670 and received a suspended jail sentence of 180 days and probation.
8. Army Colonel Exposed in Pup-Play
In December 2022, it was exposed that an Army colonel had taken photos of himself in uniform in a dog mask, including in what appeared to be an official Army photo. An account called @Nova_Campaigns exposed the colonel, who had since retired. The retired colonel had numerous photos of himself in a dog mask and uniform, posing with junior service members. The Army said it was investigating the photos, but the outcome of that investigation is not known.
9. Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo Faced Allegations of Sexual Misconduct
In 2021, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo faced allegations of sexual harassment, including that he groped former female staffers. Cuomo resigned over the allegations. Investigators said he “subjected women to unwanted kisses; groped their breasts or buttocks or otherwise touched them inappropriately; made insinuating remarks about their looks and their sex lives; and created a work environment ‘rife with fear and intimidation.'”
Democrat Scandals Predating Biden
There is also no shortage of Democrat sex scandals predating the Biden administration.
In December 2020, Axios revealed that an alleged Chinese Communist Party spy named Fang Fang had targeted Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) — getting so close that she was able to place interns in his office. Swalwell has never addressed allegations that his relationship with the alleged Chinese spy was sexual.
In March 2020, former Democrat Florida governor candidate Andrew Gillum was found inebriated in a Miami Beach hotel room with a man who had overdosed. Police found three bags of drugs suspected to be crystal meth. Photos of Gillum later emerged, showing Gillum lying in his own vomit on the floor. He later said he was bisexual.
In 2019, Rep. Katie Hill (D-CA) was revealed to have been engaging in a “throuple” with her then-husband and a former female staffer. Numerous photos of Hill emerged, including one of her nude and brushing her former staffer’s hair. Hill resigned amid the controversy.
Other famous Democrats embroiled in scandal include former Rep. Anthony Weiner, who was busted for sending women sexually suggestive photos of himself in underwear, and embattled Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), who has faced allegations of not paying prostitutes and patronizing underage prostitutes.
New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigned in 2008 after it was revealed that he had patronized a prostitution ring, and former President Bill Clinton was impeached after his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky was revealed in 1998 after Clinton was sued by Paula Jones, a former Arkansas state employee, in 1997.

Marlow on ‘Kudlow’: ‘Hunter Has Green Light to Commit All the Crimes’ Between Now and Election Day
Breitbart Editor-in-Chief and New York Times bestselling Breaking Biden author Alex Marlow said Monday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that Hunter Biden had “a green light to commit all the crimes between now and November” because his father will pardon him after the election.
Kudlow said, “I don’t think he did himself anything good with the press conference, it was in front of the Senate, not the House where he was supposed to show up to be deposed. As you did in your column on this, Hunter came out with new standard, new goalpost, not only the father didn’t know about the business, not only father was not engaged in the business, now father was not engaged in any financing measures of the business. We that to not be true. That will be a big problem. financing is the name of the game here.”
Marlow said, “Yeah, what the key moment of the whole press conference saying my family was not financially involved or my father was not financially involved in my businesses. It is code, it means Joe was involved. He just maybe didn’t get a direct check on certain things but we all know Hunter’s business model involves Joe. That explains the whole Burisma where Joe is firing the prosecutor while hunter is bagging a million bucks.”
He continued, “Joe is keeping Hunter’s business associates off his sanctioning list that is growing. Joe helping broker a deal with the bank of China, while Hunter is cutting a deal with a equity company that is controlled by the Bank of China. It all has to do with Joe. It is a matter of time before Hunter incriminates him.”
Marlow added, “Joe is just going to pardon Hunter for everything. This is something that is really fascinating, Hunter has a green light to commit all the crimes between now and November. Joe will pardon him after the election.”

GOP Rep. Smith: Hunter Biden Is ‘Creating a Very Severe Constitutional Crisis’
During this week’s broadcast of FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO), the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, reacted to President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden’s decision to sidestep a congressional deposition last week.
According to the Missouri Republican lawmaker, not only has Hunter Biden’s defiance illustrated a “two-tiered justice system,” it has also posed what he deemed to be a “severe constitutional crisis.”
“That’s amazing that Hunter Biden could go defy a congressional subpoena, set up shop right in front of the steps of the Capitol, do a press conference with the guy who’s helped pay all this stuff out, and then walk away,” host Maria Bartiromo said. “That’s — you’re not getting your deposition.”
“Maria, if you or I or any other American would do that, we would be prosecuted,” Smith replied. “It’s clearly a two-tiered justice system. It’s exactly what the IRS whistle-blower — whistle-blowers have highlighted, why they came forward. The fact that Hunter Biden was supposed to be in the halls of that building going through a congressional subpoena, through depositions, and he defied that by standing on the footsteps of the Capitol and doing a press conference, the fact that he is the president’s son, and he’s doing that, is creating a very severe constitutional crisis.”

Court Doc: Hunter Lived in California When Chinese Partners Wired Money to Joe Biden’s Delaware Address

Hunter Biden did not reside with President Joe Biden in Delaware when his Chinese business partners wired money to Joe Biden’s address in 2019, court documents show.
Joe Biden’s address received two wires from BHR Partners associates linked to the CCP in July and August totaling $260,000, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed Tuesday.
The time frame detailed in Hunter Biden’s collapsed plea deal in July with now-special counsel David Weiss says Hunter Biden’s residence was in California when the Chinese partners sent money to Joe Biden’s address. Hunter Biden “remained in California and spent much of the Summer 2019 painting and developing plans for his memoir,” the plea deal states on page 9. In Hunter Biden’s memoir, “Beautiful Things,” the president’s son also noted that he lived in California at the time his Chinese partners wired the money to Delaware.
According to Hunter Biden’s text messages and emails, he shared a bank account with Joe Biden and paid some of his father’s expenses. Hunter Biden also listed Joe Biden’s Delaware house as the billing address for his personal credit card and Apple account in 2018 and 2019. In addition, Hunter Biden’s driver’s license issued in 2018 lists Joe Biden’s residence.
“This was a documented loan (not a distribution or pay-out) that was wired from a private individual to his new bank account which listed the address on his driver’s license, his parents’ address, because it was his only permanent address at the time,” Abbe Lowell, Hunter Biden’s lawyer, told CNN. “We expect more occasions where the Republican chairs twist the truth to mislead people to promote their fantasy political agenda.”
The wired money from Beijing, China, to Joe Biden’s address contradicts the president’s false claim that Hunter Biden never made money from China. Joe Biden also falsely claimed he never spoke to his son about business. Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, told the Oversight Committee that Joe Biden spoke with a BHR Partners associate, Jonathan Li, on speakerphone to sell the “Biden brand.”
BHR Partners, the fund Hunter Biden co-founded via a joint venture with Archer and Li, maintains investments worth billions of dollars around the globe. Hunter Biden conveyed his stake to his current lawyer, Kevin Morris, Breitbart News exclusively reported in April. Archer conveyed his stake in BHR Partners to his wife in 2017.
“President Biden has lied to Americans again,” House Speaker Kevin McCarthy told reporters Tuesday evening. “We now have found today that when President Biden was running for the presidency, when he told the American people that, ‘My family has never received money from China,’ was wrong.”
White House spokesman Ian Sams pushed back on McCarthy’s comment by telling CNN that money wired to Joe Biden’s address is a part of a conspiracy theory, CNN reported:
Extreme House Republicans are pushing out half-baked innuendo and conspiracy theories that yet again show no evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden, just more discredited personal attacks on him and his family, in a sad effort to distract from their chaotic inability to govern that is leading us to the brink of a dangerous government shutdown.
Despite the White House’s repeated disinformation, Tuesday’s revelation emerged from the committee’s recent subpoena of financial records related to a specific bank account that received two wires from China linked to BHR Partners associates. “Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security. What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing?” Comer asked.

VP Biden’s Former Assistant: Classified Docs Left Unlocked in Penn Biden Center Closet

Classified documents were transported from then-Vice President Joe Biden’s safekeeping to the Penn Biden Center, where they were kept in an unlocked closet and remained accessible to center employees and potentially others, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed Tuesday after an interview with Biden’s former assistant, Kathy Chung.
Chung, who current Biden administration officials appear to blame for the mishandling of Biden’s classified documents, told Comer that Biden’s classified documents remained unsecured at the Penn Biden Center for years and remained accessible to her until May 2022.
“This story does not begin in November 2022, as represented by President Biden’s attorney,” Comer said in a statement. “[T]hen-White House Counsel Dana Remus tasked Kathy Chung with retrieving these boxes from the Penn Biden Center as early as May 2022.”
Public records reported by the New York Post suggest that Chinese Communist Party-linked individuals or entities donated at least $54 million between 2014 and 2019 to the Penn Biden Center.
According to a CNN source, the classified documents found at Biden’s “private office” at the center pertain to Iran, the U.K., and Ukraine, where the Biden family conducted business deals.
On Monday, Comer raised concerns about Biden’s classified document scandal in connection with the Biden family business schemes. “We don’t the know the true extent of what he [Joe Biden] has done,” Comer said. “All we know is he had classified documents scattered all over the place dating back to the time as U.S. senator.”
“There is one document in particular that I can tell you from my investigation of Biden family influence peddling that we are very concerned about with respect to the document that Hunter Biden sent to officials at Burisma in Ukraine,” Comer said. “It was a government document. We are concerned that it may have been one of the classified documents.”
Comer’s investigation comes as Chung was hired as Joe Biden’s assistant after a recommendation from Hunter Biden. Chung appears in numerous email threads on Hunter’s “laptop from hell,” including Hunter’s correspondence to Chung about being hired as Joe Biden’s assistant.
According to Legistorm, Chung worked for Joe Biden until January 19, 2017, right before Joe Biden left the vice presidency. However, she told Comer she was tasked by a former White House lawyer to access the documents as recently as May 2022, contradicting statements from Joe Biden’s lawyers about the timeline of events.
The White House has failed to fully explain why Joe Biden’s lawyers were looking through the Penn Biden Center papers on November 2 when the classified documents were discovered.
Notably, the classified document scandal was leaked to CBS News on January 9, weeks after the initial trove was found by Biden’s personal lawyers in November. The establishment media has reported at least three times that Biden and the DOJ agreed to hide the scandal from public view with likely no plans to disclose it.
Joe Biden is currently under investigation by Special Counsel Robert Hur in connection with classified documents found at his Wilmington home and in his office at the Penn Biden Center.
