US Intel Agency Wants To Ban Terms 'Radical Islamists' and 'Jihadist' Because They're Hurtful to Muslim Americans
Office of the Director of National Intelligence also instructs employees to avoid 'blacklisted,' 'cakewalk,' and 'sanity check'
The United States' top intelligence agency wants to ban its spies from using "biased language," including the terms "radical Islamists" and "jihadist," saying these words "are hurtful to Muslim-Americans and detrimentally impact our efforts as they bolster extremist rhetoric," according to a language guide published internally.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), which is responsible for handling the country's spy apparatus, seeks to ban a range of common terms because it says they offend Muslims and foment racism against employees. In addition to terms describing Islamic terrorists, ODNI instructs employees to avoid phrases such as "blacklisted," "cakewalk," "brown bag," "grandfathered," and "sanity check."
"Blacklisted," for instance, "implies black is bad and white is good," while "cakewalk" is said to refer "to a dance performed by slaves for slave owners on plantation grounds." "Brown bag," a term most often used to describe a paper bag that holds one's lunch, actually "refers to the 'brown bag' test practices in the 20th century within the African American community," according to ODNI, which outlined these terms in an internal magazine produced by the agency's Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
The document, which was first reported by the Daily Wire, is the latest example of how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives inside the American government are reshaping how employees speak to one another and perform their national security jobs. Critics describe these programs as part of a "woke" cultural shift promoted by far-left activists and their allies in the Biden administration. Republicans in Congress are looking to strip millions in federal funding for DEI programs across the military and other agencies, arguing they fundamentally harm the country’s national security operations across the globe.
ODNI did not respond to a request for comment.
Rep. Jim Banks (R., Ind.), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, which oversees the intelligence community, said woke initiatives like the ones laid out in the magazine are "a gift to our adversaries."
"U.S. intelligence officials are being trained to use terms that don’t 'disparage' China or Islamic terrorists," Banks said. "Wokeness is a gift to our adversaries."
The quarterly magazine, called The Dive, also includes an anonymous article by a male intelligence officer who discusses the benefits of being a crossdresser. "I am an intelligence officer, and I am a man who likes to wear women's clothes sometimes," the anonymous employee wrote. "I think my experiences as someone who crossdresses have sharpened the skills I use as an intelligence officer, particularly critical thinking and perspective-taking."
The ODNI magazine was published earlier this year and focuses on "the importance of words."
"What we say can make or break rapport, elevate or tarnish a reputation, and even support or refute a narrative," wrote the magazine's editor in chief, a DEI employee whose name is redacted. "As employees of the [intelligence community], our work and our words are forever etched in history and speak volumes to the important work we carry out in service of the greater good. It is paramount that we are cognizant about the terminology we use in every aspect of our duties."
The magazine is a product of discussion among "all nine diversity advisory committees" housed in the U.S. intelligence community. The officials are "working tirelessly to identify their constituents' challenges, concerning terminology, and themes to incorporate in their respective language guidance reports."
Discussions about Islamic terrorists and their ideology remain a central concern for the intelligence community, which is prioritizing "disentangling Islam from words and phrases used to discuss terrorism and extremist violence."
Officials say they "noticed how some trainings and official presentations conflated Islamic beliefs with terrorism, which is offensive and alienates our Muslim-American colleagues." Additionally, they "noticed how the [U.S. government], particularly the [intelligence community], used certain phrases to identify international terrorism threats that are hurtful to Muslim-Americans and detrimentally impact our efforts as they bolster extremist rhetoric."
These observations led to several common phrases being listed as "problematic" and banned from use. Intelligence community employees should not say "Salafi-Jihadist," "Jihadist," "Islamic-Extremist," "Sunni/Shia-Extremism," or "Radical Islamists," according to the document. "These terms incorrectly suggest that Islamic beliefs somehow condone the actions and rhetoric espoused by these foreign terrorist organizations."
Intelligence community officials spoke with a range of academic and community activists when sculpting this policy.
"The majority of people we spoke with mentioned how they 'cringe' when hearing [government] officials use these offensive terms and noted it creates an incorrect perception that the American identity conflicts with Islamic beliefs, even though Muslim-Americans have been a part of the fabric of this society as far back as the war for independence," the magazine says.
"Together," the publication states, "we can make micro-changes in our culture and in our personal and professional environments."
The document outlines other terms that are not racially charged but are nonetheless labeled problematic.
"Grandfathered," for instance, refers to a "statutory and constitutional clause enacted by seven states from 1895 to 1910 that denied suffrage to African Americans, preventing them from the right to vote prior to 1866," according to a list of hurtful words included in the documents.
"Sanity check" is also listed as a term that could offend colleagues because it "implies that individuals with mental illness are inferior, wrong, or incorrect."
In the article on crossdressing, headlined "My Gender Identity and Expression Make Me a Better Intelligence Officer," the employee writes that "I'm more aware of, and hopefully supporting, my women colleagues."
"I now have a better appreciation for how it can be uncomfortable to wear women's clothes sometimes," he writes. "I know firsthand how wearing heels can make your feet hurt and make it take longer to walk somewhere. Although I like wearing a bra, I know it isn't comfortable for everyone, and is less comfortable after a few hours. On top of the biases that women often face at work, it must be hard to be uncomfortable, too."
Crossdressing, the employee says, makes him "better at understanding clandestine assets and their motivations. I understand the motivation to keep secrets about who you are and what you are doing, which sounds similar to some of the experience of an asset."
The magazine also includes a word search game that includes terms like "accessibility," "inclusion," "equality," and "ally."
Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) said the intelligence community's avoidance of phrases like "Islamic terrorism" interferes with efforts to crackdown on Palestinian terror groups, like Palestinian Islamic Jihad, which participated in the Oct. 7 attack on Israel.
"October 7 was carried out by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Apparently, that is an inconvenient fact to the language, commissars, who I presume want to edit out the word Islamic from the name of the terrorist group, Palestinian Islamic Jihad," Cruz said in a recent episode on his podcast. "If the intelligence community has no idea, refuses to acknowledge what is actually happening, it means they will be utterly ineffective in fighting against it and keeping Americans and our allies safe."
Dem Rep. Jahana Hayes Stands by Letter She Wrote Praising Hamas-Friendly Group CAIR
Islamic advocacy group's leader said he was 'happy to see' Hamas kill Jews on Oct. 7
Connecticut congresswoman Jahana Hayes (D.) is defending a letter she wrote praising the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Islamic advocacy group whose leader said he was "happy to see" Hamas kill Jews on Oct. 7. The group does valuable work "to educate the community about anti-Muslim hate," Hayes said.
On Sunday, Hayes touted an endorsement she received from the Jewish Democratic Council of America, saying, "My work on behalf of my Jewish constituents speaks for itself." When a strategist for her Republican opponent responded by noting Hayes's praise for CAIR, the congresswoman called the criticism a "lie" and stood by a letter she wrote to the group in 2019. In her letter, Hayes said she "deeply appreciate[s] the support of this distinguished organization."
"My letter to CT CAIR was in recognition of their work to educate the community about anti-Muslim hate," Hayes wrote in a Sunday social media post. "It is literally my job to meet with my constituents…even my Muslim constituents. Not letting you lie about me this time around."
Hayes's defense of CAIR puts her at odds with her party's leader, President Joe Biden. In November, CAIR executive director Nihad Awad said he was "happy to see" Gazans "break the siege" on Oct. 7. The Biden White House disavowed CAIR in response, with a spokesman saying Biden "condemn[s] these shocking, antisemitic statements in the strongest terms."
Neither Hayes nor CAIR responded to requests for comment.
Hayes's letter to CAIR came ahead of the group's 2019 gala in Washington, D.C. More than 100 members of Congress—all but 2 of whom were Democrats—penned messages of solidarity for the organization. CAIR used the letters to tout its support among congressional leaders.
"The Council on American-Islamic Relations has led the way in broadening the public understanding of Islam and strengthening relationships with the American Muslim community," Hayes wrote at the time. "For the past quarter of a century, CAIR's tireless defense of civil liberties has helped ensure that all Americans enjoy equal protection under the law regardless of their faith."
In addition to her letter, Hayes met with CAIR in early December, days before Awad's comments on Oct. 7 surfaced. Hayes also defended the meeting, with her spokeswoman telling Jewish Insider that Hayes "has held several meetings with all constituents who have deep concerns about the ongoing war."
"She has a responsibility to listen to all of her constituents, even if they disagree on serious issues," said the spokeswoman, Sidney Johnson.
Hayes is not the only Democratic House member to face criticism for praising CAIR, which blamed Israel for provoking Hamas's attack through its "apartheid policies."
Last month, Pennsylvania congresswoman Summer Lee (D.) agreed to speak at the annual fundraising banquet for CAIR's Philadelphia chapter, with the group praising Lee as a "leading advocate" for an Israeli ceasefire. When Lee's pro-Israel primary opponent, Bhavini Patel, called on the congresswoman to cancel the scheduled appearance, Lee did so. She nonetheless stood by CAIR, accusing her critics of trying to "demonize" the "country's largest Muslim civil liberties organization."
Hayes joined Congress in 2019 after defeating Republican challenger Manny Santos by 11 points. Hayes narrowly held on to her seat in 2022, defeating Republican George Logan by less than 1 point. Logan is again challenging Hayes in November.

‘Squad’ Member Jamaal Bowman Walks Back Claim Hamas Rapes ‘Propaganda’
Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), a member of the left-wing “Squad” in the Democratic caucus, walked back claims he made in November on Tuesday that reports of rapes committed by Hamas terrorists were Israeli “propaganda.”
In a now-viral video that resurfaced from TikTok, Bowman told a rally held on November 17 in Westchester, New York, that the claims of rape, among other claims, were mere “propaganda” justifying the “siege” of Gaza.
Daniel Lippman of Politico reports that Bowman has walked those remarks back, citing a United Nations report:
In a statement after his brief interview with POLITICO, Bowman contradicted his previous remarks. He and his team did not deny that he made them. The “propaganda” comment was one of several comments he’s had to walk back on in recent months, including raising conspiracy theories about the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
“As I said at this rally, what Hamas did on October 7th is a war crime and they must release all the hostages,” he said. “The UN confirmed that Hamas committed rape and sexual violence, a reprehensible fact that I condemn entirely. I also voted yes on Resolution 966, which officially condemns the rape and sexual violence committed by Hamas. So let me be clear, and ensure my words are not twisted: I always stand against sexual violence in all forms and stand for peace for all.”

At Columbia, an Israeli-Designated Terror Group Teaches 'Palestinian Resistance 101'—And Lauds Plane Hijackings
'The fact is that October 7 changed the world … we saw the potential of a future for Palestine liberated from Zionism,' Samidoun's Charlotte Kates says
On Sunday, a group of keffiyeh-clad individuals huddled around a computer to discuss the "Palestinian resistance." Charlotte Kates, a member of the Israeli-designated terror group Samidoun, praised Hamas's Oct. 7 terror attack for showing "the potential of a future for Palestine liberated from Zionism." Khaled Barakat, a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine activist, lauded airplane hijackings as "one of the most important tactics that the Palestinian resistance have engaged in."
While those speakers and other attendees were explicit in their support for terrorism against Jews, the event did not take place in Gaza, Doha, or Tehran. It took place in New York City, where an anti-Semitic Columbia University student group—Columbia University Apartheid Divest—invited the speakers to deliver a lecture on "the fight for liberation," titled "Palestinian Resistance 101."
The event, which the Washington Free Beacon attended virtually, reflects the extreme anti-Semitic activism seen on college campuses in the wake of Hamas's attack. In some cases, faculty members have advanced that activism.
A Columbia faculty group, Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine, promoted the event in an Instagram post, which featured an image of a Palestinian boy throwing stones at an Israeli tank during the second intifada. The group launched in January, pledging to stand with anti-Semitic student protesters and "take back our University." Its members include classics professor Joseph Howley, history professor Manan Ahmed, and history professor Marwa Elshakry.
In addition to Kates and Barakat, the Sunday event featured Within Our Lifetime founder Nerdeen Kiswani, who has called for Israel to be "wiped off the map." The three speakers routinely praised Hamas and Hezbollah, advocated for armed resistance against Israel, and encouraged attendees to "be of service … to the resistance movements that are on the front lines fighting Zionism."
The event was initially scheduled to take place at Columbia's Barnard College, the university's all-female undergraduate school. A flyer promoting the event listed the Barnard Center for Research on Women as a host. At the start of the event, however, student organizers said they were forced to "change rooms" at the last moment after a Ph.D. student lodged a complaint to the university. The change was "part of a long line of Columbia's long line of repression," the organizers said.
The event was moved to Columbia's "Q House," an "LGBTQ+ special interest community at Columbia University," according to an internal email obtained by the Free Beacon. "This location change is due to Columbia University continuing to repress Palestinian students and the allies of the Palestinian struggle for liberation on campus," read the email, which was addressed to "comrades."
A Columbia spokeswoman said the university is "aware of an unsanctioned, unapproved event that took place last night" at a "residence." Kates and Barakat addressed attendees via Zoom, while Kiswani attended in person.
"Columbia canceled the event, denying requests to use university space, as did Barnard," the spokeswoman told the Free Beacon. "Despite this, the event organizers held the event in a residence with an online option."
"We are investigating this matter and will not tolerate violations of university policy," the spokeswoman said.
Neither Barnard nor Columbia University Apartheid Divest responded to requests for comment.
The Sunday event featured a who's who of anti-Semitic activists. Kates serves as "international coordinator" of Samidoun, a group that advocates for "Palestinian prisoners," many of whom are convicted terrorists. In addition to its Israeli terror designation, Samidoun is banned in Germany over its support for Hamas terrorism.
Barakat, Kates's husband, has conducted interviews on behalf of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), and Palestinian news sites describe him as a leader of the terror group. Israeli intelligence agencies say they have internal documents that cement his status as a PFLP terror leader.
Kiswani, meanwhile, has led pro-Hamas rallies in New York City through Within Our Lifetime, which she founded in 2015. Instagram removed the group's account last month after Kiswani used it to endorse Hamas's attack and advocate for "whatever means necessary it takes" to topple Israel.
During the event, Kates praised Iran as "a nation on the side of the Palestinian people, intervening and building a movement of resistance to free this entire region … from U.S. imperialism." She also advocated for a campaign to end America's list of designated terror organizations "entirely," saying the list stops Palestinian activists from staying "in contact" with foreign actors.
"It is important to popularize campaigns to … scrap the U.S. terror list entirely, or at the very least to get Palestinian, Lebanese, Yemeni, Filipino, and other revolutionary organizations off the terror list," Kates said. "Because that's a weapon that's being used against the Palestinian people, against the Arab people, and against the solidarity movement as a whole, and in order to kind of fundamentally deform the politics of the movement."
For his part, Barakat glowingly discussed the PFLP's wave of terrorism during the 1960s and 1970s. He specifically praised the terror group for hijacking airplanes, which he said "introduced the Palestinian questions to the world." Barakat falsely claimed the hijackings were done peacefully—in fact, PFLP hijackers killed at least two pilots and one Israeli passenger.
"If we take, for example, certain tactics that the Palestinian movement have practiced—take, for example, hijacking airplanes," Barakat said, "it was one of the most important tactics that the Palestinian resistance have engaged in."
"If it wasn't for these tactics, we would [have] never heard of … Palestinian women who led these kinds of heroic operations that introduced the Palestinian questions to the world," he continued. "If you take, for example, the speeches that were given to the people in the airplanes by Palestinian fighters … they're all about what our struggle is about."
Kiswani called on fellow activists to openly advocate for violence against Jews. In the wake of Oct. 7, she said, anti-Israel "organizations" asked her not to discuss Oct. 7 or "resistance" during her speeches. Now, according to Kiswani, those organizations "mention resistance—now they'll talk about it three months later or five months later because they saw we did it, we got away with it, we got support for it."
"Don't acquiesce to the idea [of], well, 'Oh, they're considered a terrorist organization, so we shouldn't talk about resistance,'" Kiswani said of Hamas. "We're kind of like the test subjects or the guinea pigs. We're going to put ourselves out on the line, and you know, if people are okay with it, then they'll jump on it later."
"We have the right to return home, and we will get that right by any means necessary," she said.

MSNBC’s Watts: ISIS-K Is Boosting Capability, U.S. Targets in Area Likely ‘at Risk’
On Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Ana Cabrera Reports,” MSNBC National Security Analyst Clint Watts said that ISIS-K is “definitely increasing in terms of their capability.” And will continue to target American targets in the region and American targets in the region are “probably at risk.”
Watts said, “[T]hey’ve been expanding regionally with attacks, not just in Russia, but in Iran, they’ve had two attacks, mass casualties as well. So, they’re definitely increasing in terms of their capability.”
He added, “[W]ith Iran, there was a warning that went out to Iran just a few months ago, then you see ISIS attacks there. Here, a very specific warning. It even said concert halls as part of that warning, and this is what you see. So, I think the one thing we can take away from this, the U.S. and its allies in the region definitely have intelligence on ISIS.”
Guest host Katy Tur then asked, “Are we worried about an attack here from this terror group?”
Watts answered, “I think we should worry more regionally, U.S. targets regionally. So, imagine if you’re in South Asia, Central Asia, or potentially into like the Eurasian, Central East Asia region, you’re probably at risk. And I think what you’ll see is they continue to target regionally, that’s Russia and that’s Iran and that’s the United States and Europeans as well.”

Hamas Digs In on Hostages After Biden Betrays Israel at UN
Hamas is reportedly refusing to accept Israel’s terms for a hostage deal and digging in on its demands after the Biden administration refused to veto a United Nations Security Council resolution on Monday calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
The resolution did not require that Israeli hostages be released as a condition of a ceasefire — a requirement that the U.S. had made in previous proposals. Instead, the resolution simply mentioned the release of the remaining hostages.
Hamas saw that as a victory — as did nations like South Africa, which is currently pursuing a case against Israel at the International Court of Justice at The Hague, claiming that Israel is committing “genocide” in its war against Hamas.
Hamas praised the Security Council, and said that it was prepared to discuss the exchange of Israeli hostages (which it described as “prisoners”) for Palestinian terror convicts — but only after a ceasefire.
The Times of Israel reported: “Hamas says it has informed mediators that the terror group will stick to its original position on reaching a comprehensive ceasefire, which includes the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza, a return of displaced Palestinians and a “real” exchange of prisoners.”
Egypt and Qatar, which are mediators in hostage talks, also praised the UN resolution, while Israel condemned it.
In effect, the resolution requires Israel to accept defeat in its main goal, which is to end Hamas as a military threat. The resolution therefore makes a hostage deal less likely than before — unless Israel is prepared to let Hamas win.
White House national security spokesman John Kirby claimed in a briefing Monday that the new resolution, from which the U.S. merely abstained, “does link hostages and a ceasefire.” But it does not make one depend on the other.
A draft U.S. resolution, which was vetoed by Russia and China last Friday, made a ceasefire dependent on the release of the Israeli hostages — indeed, that was one of the reasons cited by opponents of the U.S. draft for voting against it.
The White House claimed Monday that its position had not changed. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu disagreed, canceling a meeting between his senior aides and President Joe Biden’s aides to discuss their differences.
Kirby said that the Biden administration was “perplexed” by Netanyahu’s decision, and claimed Netanyahu was overreacting to the resolution by “choosing to create a perception of daylight here when they don’t need to do that.”
The Biden administration’s decision to abstain from the resolution recalls a similar decision by the Obama White House in its last weeks in 2016, when the U.S. abstained from U.N. Security Council Resolution 2334, which declared the Israeli presence across the 1949 armistice lines — including in the Old City of Jerusalem — illegal. The backlash against that decision led President Donald Trump to move the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

In March of 2023, I wrote an article detailing eight inescapable and disturbing ways the Democrat Party emulates the Nazi Party of 1927-34 in their underlying ideology and, more importantly, tactics. Subsequently, Mr. D. Parker further detailed eight additional indisputable similarities. All but two of these sixteen commonalities (irrational obsession with race, and state/private ownership of all means of production) also apply to the proponents of Communism.
Nonetheless, there had been no basis to emulate the crudity of the American Left and label them Nazis as there was one bridge they had yet to cross: unabashed and overt antisemitism and acquiescence to repeating the Holocaust while mindlessly setting the table for an inevitable global conflict. That bridge now has been crossed and the time has come to call out these reprobates for what they are: Disciples of National Socialism or Nazis.
A date that will live in infamy in the annals of Judaism’s three-and-a-half millennia, October 7, 2023, has also exposed the Democrat party and the American left’s hitherto unknown depths of antisemitism and de facto support for the underlying beliefs of Hamas, whose declared sole reason for existence is the elimination of Israel and the slaughter of all Jews.
Despite the invasion of Israel by Hamas and the gruesome videos of the unspeakable and horrendous butchery on that fateful day, repeated marches and demonstrations have been organized by the left throughout the United States in support of not only Hamas but other terrorist groups in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine, whose stated objectives are also the elimination of Israel and the slaughter of all Jews.

Additionally, political blackmail has been successfully initiated within the Democrat party to make certain that behind the scenes the Biden Administration does not waiver in taking all steps necessary to prevent Israel from permanently destroying Hamas.
Throughout the succeeding five-months, the Biden Administration and the Democrats in Congress have increasingly hamstrung the Israeli government in their pursuit of the total annihilation of Hamas. They have threatened to cut off military supplies, touted Hamas’s absurd and unproven causality statistics, and declared the goal is no longer defeating but degrading Hamas.
Further, Biden and the Democrats are trying to force Israel to surrender land and security in a disastrous so-called two-state “solution.” They are also unabashedly calling for the ouster of the duly-elected Netanyahu government.
As they have done since the beginning of the Biden presidency, and despite October 7, 2023, the Democrats are continuing to relieve sanctions and release funds to Iran. Over $100 Billion has been effectively released, thereby underwriting Iran’s military support for not only Hamas but for more than a dozen militias and terror groups across the Middle East who serve as proxies for Iran and its ultimate goal of obliterating Israel and creating an antisemitic and anti-Western caliphate.
By the overt constraining of Israel’s ability to unconditionally defeat Hamas, the plotting to overthrow the Israeli government, the blatant attempts to impose a two-state solution, and abetting Iran in its megalomaniacal ambitions, the American Left and the Democrat Party are in a tacit alliance and is effectively collaborating with Iran, Hamas, and the other Iranian-sponsored terrorist groups in their determination to recreate the Holocaust.
If Israel cannot eliminate Hamas and accepts a two-state solution, the stage will be set for an inevitable all-consuming war in the Middle East which will inexorably draw in the United States. A nuclear-armed Iran and its terror proxies are motivated by uncompromising hate and implacable religious fervor, two volatile ingredients that invariably foment conflict. If Israel, Iran, and perhaps Saudi Arabia face annihilation, the probability of a global nuclear conflict goes up exponentially.
Antisemitism has so captured the American left and the Democrat party that they are mindlessly willing to sow the seeds of another Holocaust as well as the next world war while feverishly transforming the United States into a one-party National Socialist “paradise.”
Subsequent to the publication of my article in March of 2023, I was asked in an interview what was my motive behind writing the piece. I replied that as a displaced war orphan and post-war casualty of the Second World War, it is my moral obligation to the memory of the 47 million who perished and the 65 million displaced in Europe during the war, to foreworn my fellow American citizens that they are facing a far more implacable and insidious threat than they realize.
While the current iteration of the American Left and the Democrat Party does not have a military uniform fetish or goose step up Pennsylvania Avenue, they are little different than the Nazi Party of 1927-1934 in their pursuit of one-party control of Germany. There is no tactic out-of-bounds, no limit to the lives to be sacrificed, no constraint on lawlessness, no acknowledgment of the rule of law, no deference to a written Constitution, and no respect for the dignity of mankind -- just a raw unbridled determination to seize power in perpetuity.
In the foolish belief that it could not happen here, the vast majority of Americans live in blissful obliviousness. The Republican Party wallows in the same mindset and following in the footsteps of the opposition parties in Germany circa 1929-33; they engage in never-ending internal schoolyard squabbles, a near-religious belief in compromise regardless of long-term consequences, and deferentiality to the leadership of the Democrat party. Far too many have not figured out that they are not dealing with the Democrat party of forty-years ago but the Nazi Party of ninety-four-years ago.
The reality is that the overthrow of this nation is happening apace. The process of defeating these tyrannizers will not begin until the tables are turned, and they are exposed and called out for who they are: Nazis.

Joe Biden’s winners
Joe Biden has been a terrible president — the worst in American history — but that does not mean that his term hasn’t had its share of winners.
While the vast majority of Americans have suffered under Joe Biden, some segments of American society have benefitted.
Illegal Aliens
The top of Biden’s winner list has to be illegal aliens. As the saying goes, what you promote, you get more of. Joe Biden and his surrogates have actively promoted the arrival of more than 7–8 million new illegal aliens since his inauguration, when he overrode Donald Trump–era policies and instituted new executive orders, opening the floodgates. Illegal aliens are being housed, fed, given stored value cards, free medical treatment, and “the promise” of amnesty. A peripheral beneficiary of our open border is the Mexican cartels, who are making bank, trafficking drugs, adults, and children.
NGOs and other Leftist Activist Groups
On the heels of illegal aliens are non-governmental organizations and other leftist activist groups, who are grifting the government to the tune of billions of dollars per year. Woke Catholic charities, woke Protestant charities, woke attorneys, woke hotel chains and housing authorities all benefit from the continuation of the border surge. Leftist homeless groups benefit from the continuation of, not the elimination of, homelessness. If they “solved” the homeless crisis, they would be out of work.
Sanctuary Cities/States
Not the “people” in said sanctuary cities and states, but leftist Democrats, who benefit from the increased number of congressional seats afforded them, by the increased counts in the Census, soon to be the right to vote.
Iran, Hamas, Gazans
To date, Joe Biden (Obama) has released billions of dollars to the mullahs in Iran, which has been used by Hamas, Hezb’allah, and other Iranian proxies in their attacks on the State of Israel and America. Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer have summarily attacked Bibi Netanyahu, not Iran’s mullahs or Hamas leadership, for the conflict in Gaza. Radical activist groups and ill-informed college students are pushing the Biden Administration further and further into the arms of people and groups that hate Israel, Jews, and the “Great Satan” America.

At the outset of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Russia and China were on the brink of economic collapse. Three years in, things are looking up for both of our most dangerous adversaries. Exploding The Myth That Islam Is An Abrahamic Religion
The Gods of Political Correctness dictate that all religions are of equal worth; that there are “…three great Abrahamic religions,” and “The Arabs are Semites too, so they can’t be anti-Semites.” All three of these sacred cow clichés need to be slaughtered on the altar of truth.
While Christianity and Islam are both offshoots of the Jews and took from them the concept of having one’s own holy writ, their self-definitions as new faith communities were radically different. The Koine Greek language narratives that Christians append to their version of the Hebrew Bible purport to be a continuation of Jewish history. The Catholic Church even defines itself in Latin as Verus Israel, the True Israel.
But Muslims do not claim this. On the contrary, the Koran plagiarized many of the stories in the Hebrew Bible but always with changes, and when a Muslim is asked to explain the different versions of the same stories, he will say the Jews stole them from Islam.
When asked to explain how this theft happened since the former text came into the world in the year 1313 BCE at Mt. Sinai and the latter over 2,000 years later, in the late 7th and early 8th centuries, the Muslims say that Musa (the Arabic mispronunciation of the Hebrew name Mosheh) brought the Koran down from Mt. Sinai—not the Torah as the Jews believe. And then, down below, the evil Jews snatched it away from Musa and re-wrote it and called it their Torah. When Muhammad came along, he restored the original text, today’s Koran.

In Islam’s universe, the Jews’ Torah is a stolen, plagiarized version of Muslim scripture—which resonates with the contemporary charge that the Jews also allegedly stole Filistin (i.e., Palestine) from the indigenous, putatively primeval Palestinian people.
As for the cliché that Islam is an Abrahamic religion, this is a head-on collision with the Biblical text. The greatest authority on what is Abrahamic was Abraham himself, who accepted that he had to expel his first-born son Ishmael from his family, community, and country because he was not at all “Abrahamic,” like his father.
To Jews, Abraham was the kindest man in the world, which is probably why God chose him. For the religious revolution that Abraham ignited (ethical monotheism) was not only the concept of one God but a kind God—versus the capricious, cruel, and often immoral gods in pagan pantheons.
Islam is not Abrahamic because Ishmael was, as the Bible prophesies, a “wild ass of a man,” a normal physical male but with the spirit of an undomesticated jackass. And indeed, the behavior of Muslims throughout history and certainly in our time reveals them not to be the progeny of a kind man, for they are masters of cruelty, being head-choppers, mutilators, and skyjackers, with a particular appetite for raping and the satanic torture of women.
Their Allah smiles on mass murder and no less the glorious sacrifice of oneself, viz. suicide. Islamists are totalitarians who license themselves to murder anyone who ridicules their idea of a prophet, with the very idea of a prophet also pilfered by them from the Jews.
As for the cliche that Arabs are Semites, no, they are Hamites. Yes, Muhammad was an Arab descended from Ishmael, one of Abraham’s eight biological sons, but Judaism also makes clear that Ishmael was not his father’s spiritual heir. Ishmael is expelled (Genesis 21:9) from his father’s Promised Land for his antediluvian propensity for violence. His expulsion at age sixteen came about when he jealously mocked his little half-brother Isaac at the latter’s weaning party. Then, Isaac’s onlooking wise and perceptive mother, the Matriarch Sarah, who had watched Ishmael grow up, realized he was capable of murdering her son after her aged husband’s passing. For that, he had to go.
Abraham and Sarah were also descendants of Shem, son of Noah (whence the word “Semite”), but Ishmael was not. While many nations hold that a son inherits his nationality from his father, the Jews do not. For them, it passes through the mother. Thus, because Ishmael’s mother, Hagar, was an Egyptian, and Egypt was one of the four sons of Noah’s other son Ham (Genesis 9), his mother was Hamitic.
The Bible also records (21:21) that she found for her son a wife, an Egyptian like herself, which only compounds the evidence that Ishmael’s progeny are Hamites, not Semites.
And who was Ham? Noah’s “problem child,” arguably the first sex criminal in history for disrespecting his father’s nakedness. Indeed, to this day, sexually speaking, an abyss separates Judeo-Christian society from Islam, and that is most apparent in the Judeo-Christian insistence on monogamy versus Islam’s polygamy. It is part of the Western respect for women versus Islam’s abuse of them. (Feminists in the West can complain all they want about men, but compared to the life of women in Islam, they are living in paradise.)

America has defiantly rejected polygamy as antithetical to core constitutional values. We know this because of the history of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the Mormons. Founded in upstate New York in the 1830s, the new community resurrected polygamy, and, for this, the Mormons were driven from town to town, often violently.
In the 1840s, Mormons fled to the far west and established themselves at a great salt lake even before Congress created the Utah Territory in 1850. Their community grew and, after reaching the legal requirement in population necessary for statehood, they petitioned Congress for that status. Congress refused because of the Mormon’s sexual behavior.
Over the next Biblical generation of forty years, the Mormons repeatedly asked for statehood and were repeatedly denied until, in 1890, they outlawed polygamy, and Utah finally joined the Union in 1896.
To this day, polygamy remains illegal in all fifty states, and as such, every mosque in the country that promotes polygamy is arguably an illegal operation and should be shut down. Concerned citizens might advise the proper authorities about the presence in their jurisdiction of such an institution fostering the practice. Sheriffs and marshals armed with court orders could be dispatched to padlock them as they do a “crack house” or house of ill repute.
In Colonial India, the British Raj put a stop to suttee, the practice of surviving widows being burnt to death alongside their dead husbands, and the Brits did so in the conviction that, no, not all religions are of equal worth as the Gods of Political Correctness dictate.
General Douglas MacArthur, likewise, when he became governor of post-war Japan, reformed the Shinto religion by stripping the emperor of his divine status.
American culture enshrines Patrick Henry’s “Give me liberty or give me death,” the Statue of Liberty in New York, and the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia engraved with the Bible’s Hebrew phrase marking the Jubilee Year, “Proclaim liberty throughout the Land.” The first American rebels against the King called themselves The Sons of Liberty.
By contrast, Islam is no friend of liberty. It means “submission,” and when a Muslim prays, he assumes the position of a slave, face to the floor. There are fifty-six officially Muslim states, virtually all of them dictatorships, and not one is a liberal democracy that any red-blooded American man or woman would want to live in.
Islam does not belong in America and should be outlawed. At least until it reforms itself.

France Raises Terror Alert to Highest Level After Suspected ISIS Attack in Moscow
The government of France raised its terror threat warning to its highest level on Sunday evening in the wake of the suspected ISIS attack on a Moscow concert hall that left at least 137 dead.
French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal said that the government would be raising its Vigipirate terror alert system to level three, the highest level in which the country is urged to exercise “maximum vigilance and protection in case of an imminent threat or in the aftermath of an attack.”
“Given the claim of responsibility for the attack by the Islamic State and the threats weighing on our country, we have decided to raise the Vigipirate posture to its highest level: emergency attack,” Attal wrote on social media following a meeting of the Defense and National Security Council at the Elysée Palace convened by President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday.
In a statement provided to Le Figaro, the prime minister’s office at the Hôtel Matignon added: “The claim for the Moscow attack comes from the Islamic State in Khorasan. However, this organization threatens France and has been involved in several recent foiled attack plans in several European countries, including Germany and France.
“The Prime Minister asked the Secretary General of Defense and National Security, under his authority, to convene a meeting first thing tomorrow (Monday) bringing together all the security services impacted by the increase in the Vigipirate level.”
The raising of the terror threat level comes just a little over two months after it was downgraded to level two. The government previously raised the threat level to its highest level after a teacher was stabbed to death in the city of Aras in October by Chechnyan migrant Mohamed Mogouchkov after Hamas called for a global “day of jihad” in response to the then-expected military response from Israel after the October 7th terror attacks.
On Sunday, Russia charged four men, Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Muhammadsobir Fayzov, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, and Shamsidin Fariduni with committing acts of terrorism following the attack on the Crocus City Hall in the Krasnogorsk suburb of Moscow. To date, seven other people have been arrested for allegedly helping the four men carry out the terror attack.
ISIS claimed responsibility for orchestrating the attack, in which the shooters mowed down civilians at a rock concert and set fire to the venue, killing at least 137 and injuring more than 100. The radical Islamist terror group claimed that it was carried out at the behest of the splinter cell Islamic State in Khorasan, or IS-K group.
The Kremlin has so far not validated the claims from the Islamist group and Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested that the suspected terrorists may have been assisted by Ukraine, given that they were arrested near the Ukrainian border in the Bryansk region of Russia.
Ukraine has denied all involvement and said that it was “absurd” to suggest that the men could have crossed into Ukraine from that area as it is heavily fortified with Russian soldiers. The United States has also claimed that ISIS was to blame for the attack and that its intelligence indicated that there was no involvement from Ukraine.
The nature of the attack in Moscow has drawn comparisons to the ISIS attack on the Bataclan Theatre in Paris in 2015, in which 90 people were killed by Islamist gunmen who stormed a rock concert by the Eagles of Death Metal.
France has been ramping up security measures in recent months as Paris prepares to host the Summer Olympic Games, which will be held in the city from July 26th to August 11th.

Global Female Genital Mutilation Cases Soar to 230+ Million
Cases of female genital mutilation (FGM) top 230 million worldwide and show no sign of slowing down, UNICEF said in a report released Friday, citing a dramatic increase of 15 percent since 2016 with most cases being reported in Africa.
FGM can include partial or total removal of the clitoris as well as the labia minora, and suturing of the vaginal opening to narrow it, in the incorrect belief the cut can control women’s sexuality and make them more likely to be obedient to religious and social restrictions.
The practice has been known to cause fatal bleeding or infections, and can also have long-term consequences such as fertility problems, childbirth complications, stillbirth and painful sexual intercourse, AFP reports.
“It is indeed bad news. This is a huge number, a number that is bigger than ever before,” said Claudia Coppa, lead author of the report released to coincide with International Women’s Day.
The AFP report sets out Africa is home to the most number of FGM cases with more than 144 million, ahead of Asia (80 million) and the Middle East (six million), according to the survey of 31 countries where the practice is common.

“We’re also seeing a worrying trend that more girls are subjected to the practice at younger ages, many before their fifth birthday,” UNICEF chief Catherine Russell said in a statement.
“That further reduces the window to intervene. We need to strengthen the efforts of ending this harmful practice.”
The report also showed that four in every 10 survivors live in conflict-torn countries with high population growth rates, claiming political instability disrupts efforts prevent the practice and provide support to victims.
“Ethiopia, Nigeria and Sudan account for the largest numbers of girls and women who have undergone female genital mutilation in conflict-affected countries,” the report said.
FGM is usually carried out on young girls between infancy and the age of 15, most commonly before puberty starts.
In 2012 the U.N. passed a resolution to ban it but for the most part the globalist organization has been ignored.

An Iranian woman received 74 lashes for refusing to wear the hijab, defying the strict dress code even as she was taken to be whipped.
Roya Heshmati, 33, was charged with “encouraging permissiveness” after appearing unveiled on several occasions in the capital, Tehran.
“Her penalty of 74 strokes of the lash was carried out in accordance with the law and with sharia,” and “for violating public morals,” the judiciary’s Mizan Online website said late on Saturday.
Ms Heshmati was also reportedly ordered to pay a fine of 12 million rials (£225).
“The convicted … encouraged permissiveness [by appearing] disgracefully in busy public places in Tehran,” Mizan reported.
All women in Iran have been required by law to cover their neck and head since shortly after the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Whippings for breaching the dress code are uncommon, although officials have increasingly cracked down on those defying the rules after the practice surged during anti-government protests that began in late 2022.
The mass demonstrations were triggered by the September 2022 death in custody of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian Kurd arrested for an alleged breach of the Islamic republic’s strict dress code for women.
During the protests, female demonstrators cast off their headscarves or even burned them.
Other women also increasingly began to flout the dress code, leading to the crackdown.
Ms Heshmati was identified as being of Kurdish origins by Hengaw, a Kurdish-focused rights group.

“As the lashes struck my body, I whispered, ‘In the name of woman, in the name of life, dawn will come,’” BBC Persian quoted her as saying, adding she had refused to cover her hair even as she was transported to be flogged.
She was arrested in April “for publishing a photo on social media without wearing a headscarf”, her lawyer Maziar Tatai told the reformist Shargh daily.
Ms Heshmati was also charged with “not wearing the Muslim veil in public”, he added.
Officials have installed surveillance cameras in public places to monitor violations of the hijab law and have shut businesses that breached the rules.
Iran’s parliament has also discussed a bill that would toughen penalties for those breaching the dress code.
Anti-Semitism and the Quran
Many Americans have been led to believe the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a conflict over land when it is a religious conflict rooted in quranic doctrine; a doctrine consumed with Jew hatred throughout its numerous passages.
The formation of Islam began with Mohammad in 610 A.D. in the city of Mecca where he attempted to convince the local pagan population he was sent by God to be his messenger. During his time in Mecca his messages were relatively peaceful as demonstrated in the following verses:
"You cannot guide those you would like to but God guides those He wills. He has the best knowledge of the guided." (Quran/28:56); "God does not forbid you from being good to those who have not fought you in the religion or driven you from your homes, or from being just towards them. God loves those who are just." (Surat al-Mumtahana,8);
Nevertheless, his messages were received with resentment by a population of idol worshippers. He and a few of his followers were driven out of town and forced to flee to Medina where he gained a following with the aid of the three residing Jewish tribes (the Qurayzah) who falsely assumed their financial aid given to him would protect them from the fate meted out to others.
Mohammed’s attempts to mollify the Medina Jews resulted in a series of conciliatory passages that contradict the vast majority of Quranic references to Jews: “O children of Israel! call to mind My favor which I bestowed on you and that I made you excel the nations.” (Muslims try to explain away these through the Doctrine of Abrogation, which nullifies certain passages in the “perfect” Quran, something not required by either the Old or New Testaments.)
In fact, while in Medina, Mohammad and his followers were reported to have pillaged villages while raping and capturing the women to be used as sex slaves, and although the three Jewish tribes feared him, they continued to cling to their Judaism. As a result, in 627, a mere five years after Muhammad arrived in Medina, he oversaw the beheading of approximately 900 Jewish men in the marketplace on trumped-up charges of conspiring with the enemy. The captured Jewish women became sex slaves, and their children were taken into slavery.
Thus, it is worth noting, the refusal of Jews some 1400 years ago to accept Mohammad as a prophet has enshrined Islam with contempt and Jew hatred for all 
of eternity. The Quran stipulates that Jews were rebellious disbelievers to the teachings of Allah and that they sinned against him. It can be found in the following passage:
"Those among the children of Israel who disbelieved were cursed. That was because they disobeyed Allah and the Messengers and were transgressing beyond bounds." Quran 5:78-82
Throughout the Quran Jews are depicted as inveterately evil and bent on destroying the wellbeing of all Muslims.
"They are the strongest of all people in enmity toward the Muslims" (5:82) "They fabricate things and falsely ascribe them to Allah" (2:79; 3:75, 3:181) "They disobey Allah and never observe his commands" (5:13) "Hiding the truth and misleading people" (3:78); "Staging rebellion against the prophets and rejecting their guidance" (2:55); "Giving preference to their own interests over the teachings of Muhammad" (2:87).
The most hostile passage can be found in the sayings of Mohammad referred to as the "Hadith." In Bukhari Volume 4 Book 52, Number 176 Allah's Apostle said "You Muslims will fight the Jews till some of them hide behind stones. The stones will betray them saying 'Oh Abdullah (slave of Allah)! There is a Jew hiding behind me; so, kill him." This passage often cited by Jihadists in their quest to annihilate the Jews.
Christians too are negated for worshipping a false messiah, Jesus, "Quran (8:39) -- "And fight with them until there is no more fitnah (disorder, unbelief) and religion is all for Allah." But Jews are to be loathed and slaughtered. They are referred to as apes and pigs, disbelievers, cowards, liars, and they are set up as a target who can run and hide but cannot avoid the sword of the Islamic warrior.
While abhorrent to most Westerners, when viewed through the lens of Quranic doctrine, Hamas’ massacre of Jewish civilians is totally justified in the name of Allah. When confronted with the barbaric passages, Muslims in the West will often point to the peaceful passage in the Quran ("There is no compulsion in religion" (2:256) arrived at during Mohammad's peaceful state in Medina.
Dr. Moorthy Muthuswamy, a nuclear physicist from India and author of Defeating Political Islam: The New Cold War stated: "The Islamic Doctrine consists of the Quran (14%) which stipulates that "there is no god but Allah and Mohammad is his messenger," Sira, Mohammad's biography (26%) and the Hadith, traditions, (60%) The two different Qurans, the Mecca Quran and the Medina Quran have been combined into one. About sixty one percent of the contents of the Quran are found to speak ill of the unbelievers or call for the violent conquest; at best only 2.6% of the verses of the Quran are noted to show goodwill toward humanity. About 75% of Mohammad's biography (Sira) consists of jihad waged on unbelievers."
When challenged by non-Muslims with the number of violent passages against Jews and Christians in the Quran, Muslims falsely claim the violent passages are only applicable in time of battle. However, Quranic doctrine calls for a perpetual war with unbelievers until the entire globe is under the dominion of Allah. Quran (9:29) -- "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." "People of the Book" refers to Christians and Jews. According to this verse, they are to be violently subjugated, with the sole justification being their religious status. Verse 9:33 tells Muslims that Allah has instructed them to make Islam "superior over all other religions."
The enormous amount of hate directed at Jews in the Quran and their depiction as sub-humans who deserve death is a threat to not only the Jewish state of Israel, but to Jews worldwide. Thousands are marching in the streets of New York, London, and Paris as shields for Hamas. As Muslims now march in American and Australian streets shouting "gas the Jews," American Jews no longer feel safe in a country they helped build.

Michigan Imam: We Muslims Will Yet ‘Slaughter’ the Jews ‘Like Sheep’
Muslims will yet “slaughter” the Jews “like sheep” when the opportunity arises, according to a Michigan Islamic cleric who appealed to Allah, seeking to become “soldiers” for Islam in any form desired, including death.
In a sermon at the Islamic Center of Warren, Michigan, in January, Imam Abdou Zindani warned of the fate of Jews everywhere, pointing to a Palestinian businessman who told a Jewish New Yorker what Muslims have in store for the Jews.
“Don’t worry, don’t worry, Jewish man,” he said. “One day will come, and we will slaughter you like a sheep and the stone and the tree will work… undercover for us, [saying:] ‘Hey Muslim, come, there is somebody hiding here, get up and kill him.’”
The Sheikh was apparently referencing a grisly passage in the Islamic text, known as the Hadith, that reads as follows: “Judgement Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews. The Jews will hide behind the stones and the trees, and the stones and the trees will say, oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew hiding behind me — come and kill him.” The same excerpt is cited in the Hamas terror group’s charter.
He later made an emotional appeal to Allah, begging that Muslims be made his “soldiers.”
“Every way you want us to be — with the tank, with the eye, with the money, with the hand, make us soldiers for Islam,” he said. “Make us die the way you want us to die.”
The clip, which was originally streamed live on the mosque’s YouTube channel, has gone viral in recent days, with many expressing outrage over the radical rhetoric being espoused on American soil.
“They are here. Islamists are in the US. They are preaching Islamic supremacy, terrorism and the destruction of our culture,” warned one X user. “Is the FBI on the job? Do you care about uncontrolled, illegal immigration? How long will people wait?”
“It’s getting late,” he added.
“Sort of says something that Democrats are tripping over themselves to capture these votes, doesn’t it?” asked another user.
“This is the constituency that Biden is trying to placate with his Gaza policy,” one user remarked.
“When they come for you, remind them that you were one of the ‘good Jews’ who protested for Palestine. Maybe they’ll kill you more quickly,” another quipped.
“Dear American Jews, This is exactly what the radical Islamists said to us Jews of Iran in 1979 when Khoemeni came to power — and they did begin executing prominent Jews in Iran. Why do you think we all left Iran?” wrote another user, adding, “WAKE UP and stop this genocidal evil before it’s too late!”
The Michigan-based Zindani, who spoke at the 2023 interfaith Thanksgiving service by Detroit’s InterFaith Leadership Council, is a preacher at the Islamic Center of Warren, Michigan — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with all contributions tax deductible.
The matter comes as Arab American voters in various states have expressed intent to “punish” President Joe Biden in elections due to his stance on Israel and the Gaza conflict.
In Michigan, where the president’s loss would likely doom his reelection campaign, more than 100,000 Democrats chose “uncommitted” over Biden in the primary, indicating significant dissatisfaction within his own party.

Muslims Make up Nearly Fifth of All Prisoners in Britain, Govt Figures Show
Muslims make up nearly a fifth of all prisoners in England and Wales as of September of last year, with 15,594 inmates belonging to the Islamic faith, government data has revealed.
While Muslims only make up around 6.5 per cent of the British population overall, they account for around 18 per cent of the prison population according to data from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), The Telegraph reports.
In comparison, Christians made up the largest religious group in prisons at 45 per cent, however, according to the 2021 Census, Christians represented 46 per cent of the population of England and Wales, meaning that as a group, people who profess to be Christian are incarcerated broadly proportionately.
Meanwhile, those who were not affiliated with any religious group comprised 31 per cent of the prison population, compared to 37 per cent of the population as a whole.
The Ministry of Justice figures also revealed that white people made up a disproportionate number of Muslim inmates, with 19.9 per cent of Islamic prisoners, or 3,096, being recorded as white. This is compared to white people making up just 7.8 per cent of the Muslim community in the UK.
This comes in contrast to 35 per cent (5,489) of Muslim prisoners being recorded as being “Asian or Asian British” and 27 per cent (4,212) were recorded as “Black or Black British”, while the remainder were either unrecorded or were of mixed background.
The strikingly high percentage of white Muslims within the prison population has been attributed by some as a result of conversions out of fear, with Muslims representing a powerful force within many British prisons.
Former Prison Governor Ian Acheson, who conducted a review of Islamist extremism in prisons for the MoJ, said: “There’s strong evidence that people convert as a pragmatic response to who controls power and space in our prisons.
“This seems to be the case in high-security prisons, in particular, where safety is at a premium and there are also large numbers of violent young men entering custody searching for meaning and belonging. So Islam in this case has gang characteristics”.
Acheson said that while authentic conversions could not be ruled out, he said it was important for frontline prison staff to not act out of fear of being accused of racism or direct intimidation tactics by prison gangs.
Another review into Islam in prisons, by government advisor Colin Bloom found last year that “failure to identify as a Muslim meant that at best the new prisoner would be denied ‘protection’ from the dominant Muslim gang on that wing, or at worst the new prisoner would be subjected to violence and intimidation from that same gang”.
A Ministry of Justice spokesman denied that the disproportionate white Muslim population was a result of forced conversions, saying: “Attributing these figures to the influence of Muslim gangs would be misleading and based on wholly anecdotal evidence. Forced religious conversions are not tolerated in prisons.”
