JILL BIDEN - OUR ILLEGALS COME FIRST! - MIDDLE AMERICA NEEDS TO GIVE UP THEIR JOBS, HOUSES AND CULTURE TO WELCOME UNIDOus!

HAVER YOU EVER HEARD OUT OF THE BIG MOUTHS OF THESE BRIBES SUCKING POLS ONE WORD  ABOUT  THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS???   -   IT'S ALWAYS AMNESTY, AMNESTY, AMNESTY.... KEEP  THAT 'CHEAP' LABOR  COMING AND WATCH US PASS ALONG THE TRUE COST TO MIDDLE AMERICA!!!

Jill Biden prioritizes uniting illegal alien families

USA Today reports that First Lady Jill Biden's first initiative is to "reunite children taken from their parents at the border under former President Donald Trump's roundly condemned family separation policy."

There are plenty of tangents to go off on with respect to the role of the first lady, such as "Who elected her?," but what a first lady does is nonetheless part of our American culture.  Mainly, the actions of the first lady appear symbolic to broader aspirations of the spouse's administration, with some exceptions.  So the first lady's symbolic gestures are somewhat important.

While it is an admirable goal to keep families together, the symbolic gesture of making this priority #1 is to be looked at.  In explaining the first lady's priorities, Joe Biden has called the Trump family separation policy a "moral failing" and has vowed to form a task force to help reunite the more than 600 parents and children who remain separated.  Further, Joe Biden claims that Trump has "waged an unrelenting assault on our values and our history as a nation of immigrants."

What Biden's simplistic worldview of "Orange Man Bad" fails to account for is that we are a nation of laws as well as a nation of immigrants.  When faced with the tough choice of how to handle families and minors attempting to enter the country without authorization, the Trump administration was bound by many hard realities and laws.  Under the 1997 (Clinton-era) Flores Settlement, children cannot be detained for over 20 days.  The options were to release an entire family unit into the interior of the United States or to place the children in a shelter (separate from the "parents").  For brevity concerns, not analyzed in this article is what role the U.S. should have in discouraging the notoriously dangerous journey for migrants seeking access to the United States.

Is releasing families into the United States while they await trial a realistic possibility in line with enforcing our immigration laws?  According to the Center for Immigration Studies, 43% of all aliens free pending trial failed to appear for court in 2017.  Further, 46% of all unaccompanied children disappeared from U.S. immigration courts between 2013 and 2017, and 49% of unaccompanied children failed to appear in U.S. immigration courts in 2017.  Given that close to half of the immigrants fail to appear, it would seem to the casual observer that this half of the immigrants are likely living within the United States illegally.  If the nation had an on-your-honor system of paying taxes, and half of the taxes were not being collected, how quickly do you think the government would set up an agency to snag that other half of the money?  Government agents would likely come up with elaborate tracking systems and assign every soul a number at birth and throw you in jail or fine you into poverty if you did not comply with the tax laws.  Thankfully, Americans all voluntarily pay all of their taxes, and no such agency is needed.

While hyperventilating about 545 children separated from family members, NPR breathlessly reported that "the parents of 545 children still can't be found."  This led to the Department of Homeland Security issuing a statement: "after contact has been made with the parents to reunite them with their children, many parents have refused."  The statement goes on to say, "[O]ut of the parents of 485 children whom Plaintiff's' counsel has been able to contact, they have yet to identify a single family that wants their child reunited with them in their country of origin."  This translates to parents willingly being separated from their children in the hope that the children will get a spot in America, presumably against all current laws regulating immigration.

Being that Jill Biden's goal is to reunify these children with the parents, it is presumable that she intends to reunite these families in the interior of the United States, as none of the parents desires to be reunited with his children in his country of origin.  While these children are indeed humans, and minors, and in need of everyone's love and compassion, that does not negate that as a nation, we should have uniform laws about who is allowed to be within our country.  In fact, we have a Congress who has sole authority under the Constitution to establish a uniform rule of naturalization.

The Biden administration has a Democrat-controlled House and Senate.  As such, what is stopping the Democrats from enacting a uniform rule of naturalization that allows them to achieve what they desire?  Instead, we have an administration that would rather inject itself into the immigration process by having the first lady illegally reunite non–U.S. citizens with other non–U.S. citizens inside the United States as her first policy initiative.

Instead of trying to achieve unity and do what is right by encouraging his party to pass immigration reform, the Biden administration is hell-bent on acting through executive directions, sowing discord, and blaming all immigration woes on directly on President Trump and the conservatives who supported him.  While the task force is looking at only 600 reunifications, it is symbolically important to see that the first lady's first priority was to put Americans second with an end-run around the constitutional authority granted to her husband.

Biden has also proposed an amnesty for nearly the entire illegal alien population, a policy that would add millions of foreign nationals to the U.S. labor market at a time of mass unemployment where 18 million Americans remain jobless.

Report: ICE Agents Ordered to Stop Using Term ‘Illegal Alien’

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have reportedly been told to stop using the term “illegal alien” in documents, in favor of “undocumented,” according to a report by the Washington Times.

The Times reports:

With President Biden in control, ICE has moved to police its agents’ words, telling them the terms “alien” and “illegal alien” may no longer be used in any documents. [Emphasis added]

Instead, agents have been ordered to use “undocumented” — as in “undocumented noncitizen” or “undocumented individual.” [Emphasis added]

David Shaw, acting assistant director of domestic operations at Homeland Security Investigations, said in a memo that the changes were “an effort to align with current guidance and to ensure consistency in reporting.” His order applies to all official documents, memos and even emails. [Emphasis added]

ICE, according to the Times, did not comment.

The orders are to be “implemented immediately in all products and correspondence,” Shaw apparently wrote in the memo to ICE agents, and they come as President Joe Biden has sought to halt the use of the term “alien” in federal immigration laws.

“Lastly, the bill further recognizes America as a nation of immigrants by changing the word ‘alien’ to ‘noncitizen’ in our immigration laws,” a draft of Biden’s immigration legislation reads.

For years, the open borders lobby and migration activists have sought to eliminate the terms “alien” and “illegal alien” from federal immigration law and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents.

ICE did not respond to a request for comment in time for this publication.

Joe Biden to Import More Workers and Consumers for Wall Street

President Joe Biden, as soon as Monday, will restart the unpopular but business-backed inflow of Central American consumers and replacement labor that President Donald Trump had shut down, according to Reuters.

The extra workers and consumers will help CEOs and investors, even as millions of Americans have been pushed into the unemployment line and poverty by the coronavirus crash and by prior migration.

Biden is expected to end the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) agreement with Mexico, to tear up asylum deals with El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala, and even open a new route for migrants to fly from U.S. embassies into homes through the United States, according to the article. Trump’s MPP program deterred unsafe migration by denying U.S. jobs to migrants before their asylum claims were approved by courts.

Biden will also sign an order directing officials to prepare for a future inflow of 125,000 refugees imported from Africa, Asia, and other regions, according to Reuters. Trump cut the refugee inflow down to 15,000, which pressured companies to raise wages for Americans and to invest in wealth-producing, labor-saving machinery.

The executive orders will also begin the process of killing Trump’s “Public Charge” regulation which denies entry to legal migrants who are too poor to support themselves without aid from Americans. Poor migrants are valuable to Wall Street, which scoops up the profits from additional government-funded aid and welfare, such as food stamps and Medicare.

Biden has already killed several of Trump’s protections for many American graduates and employees.

The barrage of presidential orders may also reopen the flow of white-collar contract-workers into the job needed by U.S. college graduates, according to Reuters, whose reporters listened to a recording of a January 23 speech by Esther Olavarria, deputy director of the Domestic Policy Council:

Olavarria said on Saturday that Biden would rescind several Trump proclamations. She appeared to reference one that barred certain visa applicants who could not prove they had health coverage and two others that banned the issuance of many work and immigrant visas, which Trump said would protect American jobs during the coronavirus pandemic.

Olavarria’s comments suggest that Biden may next allow U.S. companies and universities to restart the import of H-1B, J-1, and L-1 contract workers for jobs needed by American graduates.

In 2020, Trump temporarily blocked the inflow of the contract workers in a partial effort to win 2020 votes from college graduates. However, Trump was far more successful in his campaign to block the movement of blue-collar labor from Central America.

The median income for families rose five percent from 2016 to 2019, according to a September 2020 government report titled, “Income and Poverty in the United States: 2019.” The median people in the bottom quarter of personal wealth gained 11 percent in income, while people in the top quarter gained six percent, the reserve reported.

But U.S. college graduates did poorly from 2016 to 2019 as companies imported more workers via the H-1B and OPT programs for foreign contract-workers. The median or midpoint income of college graduates fell two percent, according to the report, even as the family median income level of high school graduates rose six percent.

Biden is likely to obscure his giveaway to Wall Street by also announcing a plan to reconnect roughly 600 children and youths who were separated from their parents when the parents were charged in court with illegal entry.

The “separated kids” theme plays well with progressives, including progressive reporters who cover immigration issues. Reporters rarely mention the reality that many of the kids are separated because the foreign parents decided their children and teenagers would be better off living with relatives in the United States than returning home to Central America.

First lady Jill Biden will aid with the “separated kids” distraction.

“As the first lady remarked on a ‘Charla’ with young Latinos earlier this week, her chief of staff, Ambassador Julissa Reynoso, will monitor the federal reunification effort given her background as a lawyer,” Biden spokesman Michael LaRosa told CNN.

“It’s heartbreaking. It’s really heartbreaking,” Biden gushed about migrants’ camp, according to Border Report:

Across the river is the flag of the United States. The flag of the United States offers people hope. They’re bringing their families and their loved ones here for hope of a better future and a better life for themselves.

However, millions of Americans are facing unemployment, poverty, and humiliation while the president’s wife displays her progressive support for foreign economic migrants. For example, KQED.org reported January 27:

Jean Kendrick stood in the rain outside the duplex she had shared with her disabled son as movers wheeled boxes filled with their belongings onto a truck headed for storage.

“It was like a nightmare,” Kendrick said. “I wouldn’t wish this feeling on anyone.”

It was the second week of December. Kendrick, 70, and her 42-year-old son, Stanley Jackson III, were being evicted from their home in Richmond, even as a deadly surge in coronavirus cases was sweeping through the Bay Area and the country. “In the middle of a pandemic, on a rainy Sunday morning, we wind up having to move,” Kendrick said.

Kendrick and her son are among at least 527 individuals and families in the Bay Area who were evicted between the start of the statewide coronavirus lockdown, on March 19, and the end of December. That’s according to data from sheriffs’ offices in the Bay Area’s nine counties, collected by KQED and CalMatters through public records requests.

Biden’s officials, however, are putting migrants ahead of Americans. CBS News reported:

The upcoming order, Olavarria said, “would rescind the Trump proclamations that precluded the admission of immigrants and non-immigrants either deemed to be a financial burden on our health care system or deemed to present a risk to U.S. labor markets.”

“These were policies that ignored the decades, and centuries actually, of contributions that immigrants have made to our economy, to our society, to our culture,” Olavarria said during the United States Conference of Mayors’ 89th winter meeting. “So we would rescind those policies and return to a country that welcomes immigrants and acknowledges their contributions.”

For years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration — or the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

The multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedsolidarity-themed, and priority-driven opposition to labor migration coexists with favorable feelings toward legal immigrants and toward immigration in theory.

The opposition is rational: Migration allows investors and CEOs to skimp on labor-saving technology, sideline U.S. minorities, ignore disabled peopleexploit stoop labor in the fields, shortchange labor in the cities, and impose tight control pay cuts on American professionals.

MOST ESTIMATES ARE THAT ONLY 1 IN 8 INVADING UNREGISTERED DEMS ARE EVER CAUGHT. THE REST MAKE IT TO OUR JOBS, WELFARE LINES AND VOTING BOOTHS WITH ONLY A MEXICAN FLAG IN THEIR POCKETS.

“In truth, we do not know exactly how many people cross the border unlawfully and evade immigration authorities,” the researchers note. “We can only estimate these figures based on how many individuals U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement believe slip through their detection.”

President Joe Biden is considering ending most Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention of criminal illegal aliens, according to a report.

On Tuesday, billed as a “racial equity” agenda, Biden announced that he would instruct the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to end its contracts with privately-managed prisons that hold more than 14,000 convicts — nearly all of which are foreign nationals.

In addition, the open borders lobby is urging Biden to end ICE’s contracts with privately-managed detention facilities which hold the overwhelming majority of criminal illegal aliens for the agency. Sources close to the Biden administration said the idea is being floated around the White House.

Politico reports:

President Joe Biden is considering an executive order to phase out government contracts with private immigrant detention facilities, multiple sources with knowledge of the process say. But he has no immediate plans to issue such an order and the White House would only say that it “will take additional action in the future relating to the detention of undocumented immigrants.”
[Emphasis added]

Two advocates told POLITICO that, as of Tuesday, they did not believe an order would ultimately materialize. The White House plans to roll out other immigration-related executive actions later this week. In a briefing on Tuesday, Susan Rice, the director of Biden’s domestic policy council, said that the order pertaining to private prisons is “silent on what may or may not transpire with ICE facilities.” [Emphasis added]

Currently, more than 14,000 detainees are in ICE custody.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is pushing the Biden administration to sign such an executive order, writing in a post that “we must include ending for-profit immigrant detention & examine the use of for-profit services that squeeze families of the incarcerated in public prisons, too.”

According to the most recent totals provided to Breitbart News, more than 80 percent of illegal aliens in ICE detention are held in privately-managed facilities. Their abolishment would mean less detention space for ICE and in return would force fewer arrests and a drop-off in deportations.

Already, Biden has signed executive orders to relax interior immigration enforcement and halt deportations of all illegal aliens, unless they are convicted of aggravated felonies. The deportation order has been stopped by a federal judge after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit.

Biden’s order, which came in the form of a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) memo, mandates that ICE agents only arrest illegal aliens who have been convicted of aggravated felonies, are known or suspected terrorists, or those apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border after November 1, 2020.

Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) Director of Policy Jessica Vaughan notes that the Biden order means that ICE can only arrest, detain, and deport “at most” about 15 percent of the nation’s illegal alien population.

“This is the part that is enticing more migrants to the border,” Vaughan wrote in a post.

15 Migrants Arrested in Human Smuggling Attempt on California Coast

CBP Air and Marine Operations agents assisted other law enforcement agencies in apprehending 15 migrants after a boat landing on the coast of California.

A multi-agency effort ended with the arrest of 15 migrants being smuggled in a small boat off the coast of California, according to information obtained from U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials.

A U.S. Coast Guard maritime patrol aircraft spotted a panga-style vessel that made landfall near Goleta, California. The group began to scatter once they reached the beach.

Border Patrol agents and ICE Homeland Security Investigations agents — including members of the Los Angeles Border Enforcement Security Taskforce — arrived on the scene and began a search for the fleeing migrants.

The search concluded with the successful arrest of 15 migrants. An immigration interview identified the migrants as ten adult males, one juvenile male, and four adult females. Officials reported two of the men were Venezuelan nationals. The others were all identified as Mexican nationals. All 15 had no documents for legally being present in the United States, officials stated.

The multi-agency operation included CBP Air and Marine Operations and Office of Field Operations agents and officers in addition to the agencies mentioned above. Local police officers assisted in the operation by providing perimeter security.

Border Patrol agents transported all 15 migrants to the station for processing and removal under Title 42 Coronavirus protection protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

This protocol, which leads to about 90 percent of migrants being removed within about two hours remains in place during the Biden administration — so far — CBP officials told Breitbart Texas.

Roughly 14.5 million illegal aliens live across the United States, costing American taxpayers about $134 billion every year, a new study reveals.

An annual study released by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) finds that the illegal alien population in the U.S. has grown by at least 200,000 since 2019 and has cost taxpayers an additional $2 billion since last year.

Though the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. has increased, the FAIR study states that growth among the illegal alien population has slowed over the last year because of the Chinese coronavirus crisis and because of former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy, which stopped the practice of border crossers being released into the interior of the country.

“As many as 60 percent of all new illegal aliens in any given year are those who have overstayed visas,” FAIR researchers write. “Thanks to a timely travel freeze implemented by the Trump administration to stop the spread of the virus, far fewer people entered the United States in recent months, so far fewer people had the opportunity to overstay their visas.”

The growth of the illegal alien population and its fiscal burden on taxpayers has been enormous over the last decade, though. In 2010, for instance, FAIR estimated the illegal alien population stood at just over 11 million, indicating a more than 31 percent increase in the population in just ten years.

(Federation for American Immigration Reform)

(Federation for American Immigration Reform)

The study found that most illegal aliens in the U.S. tend to live near the southern border or in states that offer expansive sanctuary protections that shield them from arrest and deportation by federal immigration officials.

“The ten states with the largest estimated illegal alien populations account for just under three-fourths (71%) of the national illegal alien total,” the study states.

Most significantly, the study details the federal government’s ineffectiveness to properly count the illegal alien population — including the annual total of those who illegally cross U.S. borders and visa overstays.

“In truth, we do not know exactly how many people cross the border unlawfully and evade immigration authorities,” the researchers note. “We can only estimate these figures based on how many individuals U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement believe slip through their detection.”

The study comes as President Joe Biden is easing interior immigration enforcement by only prioritizing the arrest and detainment of those convicted of felonies and seeks a halt to deportations for at least 100 days.

Biden has also proposed an amnesty for nearly the entire illegal alien population, a policy that would add millions of foreign nationals to the U.S. labor market at a time of mass unemployment where 18 million Americans remain jobless.

Every year, the U.S. gives green cards to about 1.2 million legal immigrants and another 1.4 million visas to foreign nationals. The nation’s mass legal immigration process is in addition to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who successfully crossed the border or overstay their visas annually.

U.S.-Mexico Top 10 Cartel ‘Most Wanted’ List Gets Update

Authorities on both sides of the border updated a regional list of the top 10 wanted cartel figures responsible for most of the violence and smuggling activities in recent months. The list includes Gulf Cartel and Cartel Del Noreste-Los Zetas members.

The list is a joint effort by authorities on both sides of the border that has helped lead to the captures of several cartel operators.

Known as the Se Busca campaign, the list is a joint effort between the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Tamaulipas State Police.

The updated list features the current regional leader for the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas, Juan Gerardo “El Huevo” Trevino, who authorities say is responsible for multiple shootouts and atrocities as part of his turf war.

The list features other figures, including the leader of the Reynosa faction of the Gulf Cartel Cesar “El Primito” Morfin. Under El Primito’s leadership, the Gulf Cartel continues to control all the drug and human smuggling activities from Reynosa to Miguel Aleman and most of the Rio Grande Valley. In recent months, the drug boss has, however, seen his power and influence start to fade due to constant fighting with the Matamoros faction of the Gulf Cartel and the CDN-Los Zetas.

The list features two commanders for the Gulf Cartel in Reynosa that were reported on exclusively by Breitbart Texas in 2019 for leading human smuggling operations. Known as “La Mimi” and “La Mierda,” Hector Sanchez Rivera and brother Ernesto are responsible for most of the violence in Reynosa.

Missing from the list is the leader of the Matamoros faction of the Gulf Cartel, Evaristo “El Vaquero” Cruz, responsible for numerous shootouts and disappearances. He also made recent headlines for being able to deliver toys, gifts, food, and supplies to needy families during holidays. It remains unclear why El Vaquero was removed from Se Busca. The Tamaulipas government still offers a cash reward for his capture.

The complete list includes:

1) Juan Gerardo Treviño-Chavez aka “El Huevo”

2) Humberto Alejandro URIBE-Mendoza aka “Soruyo”

3) Ernesto SANCHEZ-Rivera aka “M22” or “Cuate”

4) Pablo Misael RAMOS-Lara aka “El Pantera” or “El Mezqui”

5) Hector SANCHEZ-Rivera aka “La Mimi, El Cuate, M1”

6) Cesar MORFIN-Morfin aka “El Primito”

7) Alvaro Noe Morfin Morfin aka “R-8”

8) Jose Martin Cardenas-Garcia aka “Chiwilly”

9) Agustin Ordorica-Lopez

10) Carlos Roel COLLAZO-Rodriguez aka “Chuy 7” or “Chuy Sierra” or “Collazo”
