Exposing the Media’s Protection Racket for Biden
An Australian commentator ventures where American journalists don’t dare to go.
Barely a month into Joe Biden's virtual presidency, a political commentator on a major cable network said the ostensible winner of November's election is too mentally incapacitated to serve.
What network transmitted those comments? Fox News? Newsmax? One America News? Perhaps even CNN or MSNBC?
No. It was Sky News Australia, a conservative outlet.
And who made those comments? Cory Bernardi, a former Australian Senator from that nation's conservative Liberal Party.
On Feb. 19, during his 5-minute commentary, Bernardi not only criticized Biden. He castigated the Democratic Party and traditional mass communications outlets in the United States for refusing to confront the issue.
"Never before has the leader of the free world been so cognitively compromised," Bernardi said. "It’s clear to me at the least that U.S. President Joe Biden is struggling with dementia, and is clearly not up to the task he’s been sworn in to do."
This was apparent to many during the election campaign. But such was the hatred of Donald Trump by the partisan and poisonous mainstream media, they chose not to highlight anything that may have derailed a Biden victory. Even now, after he's been sworn in, many of them are still refusing to speak the truth about Biden's lack of capacity.
Bernardi cited various examples. In one, he contrasted the initiative shown by Kamala Harris, the ostensible vice president, in contacting foreign leaders to Biden's interest in playing video games and taking naps throughout the previous weekend.
"Apparently, he had no official duties," Bernardi said before turning to the "ambitious deputy," Bernardi's term for Harris, and her contacting foreign leaders. "That's a novelty for a vice president," he said.
Most examples came from what Bernardi called CNN's "sanitized" Feb. 16 town hall moderated by "the Bidenista," Anderson Cooper, who refused to challenge any of Biden's statements.
When Cooper asked Biden about China's oppression of the Uighurs, the virtual president "dismissed it as just Chinese cultural norms," Bernardi said. When Biden claimed the United States had no Covid-19 vaccine before his inauguration, Bernardi said Cooper failed to mention that Biden received the vaccine in December.
When Cooper asked Biden what it felt like to live in the White House, Biden immediately responded, "I get up in the morning and look at Jill and say: Where the Hell are we?"
"That was probably the most honest thing he said during the entire event," Bernardi said. "He actually needs to ask his carer -- I'm sorry, his wife -- where he is when he wakes up in the morning.
"I'm not here to highlight the mental impairment of Joe Biden. It's too easy and it's not his fault. But he did run for office knowing that the decline in his capacity was accelerating. So did the media, and so did the Democratic Party, yet they all chose to cover it up."
American outlets continue doing so. An outtake from People Magazine's interview with the Bidens shows the virtual president appearing disoriented and confused. Bitchute, a British video website, posted the clip.
On Feb. 22, a tired-looking Biden paused in the middle of a speech, then garbled his words when he resumed. On Feb. 26 in Houston, Biden not only had difficulty remembering the names of local and state politicians. The virtual president also forgot his audience could hear him when he said to himself, "What am I doing here? I'm going to lose track, here."
A day earlier in Washington, D.C., as Biden finished a ceremony commemorating 50 million vaccinations since his inauguration, he walked from the podium haltingly. Meanwhile, a press aide shooed reporters out of the room shouting, "Bye-bye. Thank you. Hey, let's go! Come on! Move!"
In the process, Harris reminded Biden to retrieve his mask.
Also on Feb. 22, 31 members of the House of Representatives -- all Democrats -- attached their names to a letter asking Biden to relinquish his exclusive power to launch nuclear weapons.
"Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks," the letter stated. "Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president's judgement."
That last statement is a veiled reference to Trump. When he was sparring on Twitter with Kim Jong-un, North Korea's dictator, Trump responded to Kim's nuclear boasts by tweeting that his own nuclear button was "much bigger,” "more powerful" and “works.”
"While any president would presumably consult with advisors before ordering a nuclear attack, there is no requirement to do so," the letter continued. "The military is obligated to carry out the order if they assess it is legal under the laws of war. Under the current posture of U.S. nuclear forces, that attack would happen in minutes."
The Democrats sent a similar letter Jan. 8 to Christopher Miller, the acting secretary of defense, making the same request.
But if Trump is no longer president -- and if Biden has all his faculties -- such a request would be unnecessary, right?
Politico broke the story but never addressed Biden's mental decline. Neither did any other outlet referencing the story.
"Now, these excuses for journalists are continuing to cover up for Biden's presidency," Bernardi said. "In reporting on the dumpster fire that was the Biden town hall, many media outlets simply omitted the gaffes, the lies and the clear Chinese propaganda lines. It's like they're running a Biden protection racket while, simultaneously, protecting themselves from admitting their unconscionable conduct during the election campaign was instrumental in having this man elected as President.
"It's all rather pathetic. But even usually smart people are blinded by the nonsense put out by the mainstream media. They believe every perceived sin of Donald Trump while they seem intent on canonizing St. Joe."
That seeming intention hides a question every American, let alone journalists, must ask.

25th Amendment? Disturbing details raise questions about Biden's fitness to serve
A new book on the 2020 election raises serious questions about President Joe Biden's temperament, citing the "cranky" septuagenarian's "willingness to unleash" his fiery temper, especially at the expense of young staffers who dared to speak their minds.
"Biden's temper, and his willingness to unleash it in small group settings, was one reason the people closest to him often avoided pushing him too hard to change his ways or take a particular course of action," write journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes in Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency.
Biden's so-called Irish temper, a term the president himself often uses despite its racially charged nature, tended to erupt at younger aides. Greg Schultz and Kate Bedingfield, both in their thirties, were "most likely to get their ears boxed for pushing back on Biden's ideas," the authors write. When he wasn't screaming at them, Biden "had a tendency to talk down" to the "delicate" youngsters.
The authors recount a meeting in early 2019 when a "visibly irritated" Biden "hollered at" and "unloaded on Schultz," who had (rather ironically) advised the candidate to "adjust his tone with younger voters." These new details about Biden's inability to take constructive criticism without lashing out raise serious questions about his fitness to serve as commander in chief and could prompt a discussion about invoking the 25th Amendment.
"Ultimately, Biden made his own decisions, and got cranky when they were made for him," the authors write. "Nobody wants to suffer one of his epic tongue-lashings." The candidate "didn't like to be questioned," which meant that even his most senior aides "conspicuously avoided confrontation" because no one wanted to be on the receiving end of Biden's rage.
Biden's volatile temper almost got the best of him, the authors report, during a July 2019 primary debate, when his future running mate, Kamala Harris, attacked him for befriending racist senators and promoting racist legislation. Biden was "pissed" and "steaming inside" following Harris's broadside, which would prove to be the high-water mark of her presidential campaign. During a commercial break, a seething Biden turned to his podium neighbor Pete Buttigieg and stammered, "This is just a bunch of bullshit!"
Lucky also contains new details about Biden's tumultuous relationship with former president Barack Obama, who was "enamored with" failed candidate Beto O'Rourke in the early stages of the 2020 primary but skeptical of Biden's ability to win. The New York Times previously reported that Obama had warned fellow Democrats not to "underestimate Joe's ability to fuck things up."
Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified. Of course all those around him knew as well that he was in the throes of dementia; it was impossible to miss the signs.

The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man.

They too ignored the obvious and because they always believe the American people are, as a collective, an order of fries short of a Happy Meal, they thought we wouldn’t notice. Not only was his progressive neurological dimming clear, so was the fact that at no time throughout the campaign could he draw a crowd. We all saw that he could not give even a short talk without a giant teleprompter. The man was toast then. Now he is burnt toast. He no longer ever credibly read that jumbo teleprompter.
Each attempt to speak since Inauguration Day has been an embarrassing disaster. And there is the not-Dr. Jill to step in to complete his sentences when she should be making the announcement that we all know is coming. She must be waiting for the Democrats to implement that 25th Amendment they had hoped to use to get rid of President Trump. She should be very, very ashamed of herself for allowing poor Joe to suffer the indignities of encroaching dementia in public.
Given the tragic crisis on the border once again, it’s a safe bet that many Democrats are secretly missing the best President since Reagan. Trump had the border under control. That was one reason the unemployment for all minorities got to its lowest levels ever! But Joe stopped the border wall construction on day two, after ending tens of thousands of great jobs on the Keystone Pipeline on day one.
After just eight weeks in office, Biden has been a one-man wrecking ball to American jobs, energy independence and border security. Under Trump, the Border Patrol and ICE were allowed to do their jobs which, like all law enforcement, was and is to protect this nation and its legal citizens. And we are to believe that Americans chose Biden to undo the tremendous successes of the Trump administration? No chance. Every poll, even those rigged by leftists, shows that Americans do not support the violence perpetrated by Antifa and BLM. They do not support defunding the police in any state or city. Sure, those anti-White racists do support those groups and policies, but they are a minority. Ask any Black mother trying to keep her sons alive beyond the age of fifteen in Chicago or Baltimore.
As for the we-love-covid crowd, those who have embraced the absurd fear of a bio-weaponized flu that 98% of those who get it recover, those self-appointed mask police who keep moving the goal lines since the “curve” was flattened a year ago, they too deserve contempt. Once the flu is gone, they are bound to try and re-impose all the restrictions on our essential freedoms they so loved and for the equally absurd and phony issue of climate change. Ask the Texans how all that global warming is working out for them.
And then there is the border. Whoever is calling the shots for all the Biden executive orders are having a grand old time at our expense. They are destroying the America we once knew faster than anyone could have thought possible. Obama gave them a good start but they are surely capitalizing on their joy of uninhibited freedom with the White House, and their bare majorities in the House and Senate in order to lurch these United States into Venezuela-style totalitarianism. Like the ruling elites of that South American nation, they are certain all their destructive mandates inflicted on “the people” will never alter their or their children’s lives. And they probably won’t.
Almost all of those among the Democrat elites with power are multi-millionaires if not billionaires already. They have no fear of their lives being impacted by their oligarchical rule over the rest of us. They do not even fear the covid that is streaming over the border into the US by the thousands, too many to be tested. Californians Pelosi, Newsom, and Feinstein have all been photographed indoors in public without masks.
And what of the ridiculous transformation of our Capitol? DC now resembles the Green Zone the Americans built in Iraq to keep out terrorists. Nancy Pelosi feels no qualms about abusing all those patriotic National Guard troops who are being fed virtually inedible food and are being asked to stand around and freeze as props for her farcical fear of “right-wing extremists” like QAnon, a shadowy online “group” of two or three people that no conservative ever took seriously. So invested in that inane conspiracy theory she and her fellow fearmongers have made even bigger fools of themselves. They are, as some clever person coined them, members of the “Blue-anon” conspiracy, a term already banned from Google. Ha! It’s everywhere else.
But in the end, no person is more reprehensible than Jill Biden. From the moment Joe decided to throw his hat in the ring, she should have put a stop to it. She of all people knows that the bulk of her family’s wealth is ill-gotten, via massive corruption and selling out to China, Ukraine and MNBA. She knows exactly how depraved Hunter Biden is; she knows all about his many perversions, how many girls and women he has used and abused, some of them within her family. While much of it has come to light, soon it will all become common knowledge. Still, she thought Joe should be pushed into the campaign, certain that our wholly corrupt media would cover for both Joe and Hunter -- and indeed they did and continue to do. But that won’t last.
At this moment in time, Jill should be a bit nervous at how quickly so many Democrats are turning against the execrable Andrew Cuomo, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street, for good reasons. All those who spent a year singing his praises were utter fools because who and what Cuomo is has been obvious for simply ages just as who and what Joe Biden is has been evident for over forty years. He was never an honest, intelligent nor a good man, never. And now, thanks to Jill’s Meghan Markle-like wanna-be-ism, America is being ruined, executive order by executive order, and a horde of Democrats in Congress who have no spine nor a shred of real love of the country that gave them the privileges they now enjoy are too scared of Pelosi and Schumer to object.
If there are traits that characterize powerful Democrats, it is gross ingratitude coupled with arrogance; there is no more serious character flaw than ingratitude. Coupled with a lust for power over others, it is ruinous. Those who are responsible for making Biden the 2020 candidate and for rigging the election in the numerous ways they did should have stopped and thought a bit about the consequences of their plans. They should have said no.

Brain Freeze: Biden Struggles to Name His Secretary of Defense During Speech
President Joe Biden struggled to name of his Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin, during an event marking International Women’s Day at the White House on Monday.
Biden spoke at a White House event highlighting his nomination of two women General Officers for positions as four-star Combatant Commanders — Air Force Gen. Jacqueline Van Ovost and Army Lt. Gen. Laura Richardson.
“So I want to thank you both, and I want to thank the sec… the former general, I keep calling him general but my… my, uh… the guy who runs that outfit over there,” Biden said as he wrapped up his speech.
Austin served as a general in the Army and was nominated by Biden to be the first black Secretary of Defense.
Biden concluded, “I want to make sure we thank the secretary for all he’s done to try to implement what we just talked about.”
Austin, who was present for the event, spoke about Biden’s and Vice President Kamala Harris’s celebration of the historic nominations.
“Both of you lead by example, and the example that you set in all things is one of inclusiveness,” Austin said, praising Biden and Harris. “You know that diversity of our nation makes us stronger, and that diversity in our military ranks makes us better at defending the American people.”
Brain Freeze: Joe Biden Struggles While Touting His $1.9 Trillion Spending Plan
President Joe Biden suffered another brain freeze Saturday, trailing off and appearing to re-read a line from his remarks on a spending bill.
The candidate who received the most votes ever for president was touting the “American Rescue Plan,” the $1.9 trillion coronavirus spending bill passed by the Senate over the weekend.

“The vast majority of economists — left, right, and center — from Wall Street to the, to the, private e—, private, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, economic, uh, uh, polling, uh, initiatives,” Biden stammered.
“The economists, as I said, left, right, and center,” he continued, rereading his speech.
Last week, Biden appeared to have an unscripted moment when he asked for questions after speaking to members of the House Democrat caucus.

“I’m happy to take questions if that’s what I’m supposed to do, Nance, whatever you want me to do,” a seemingly uncertain Biden said to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The president appeared to look off-camera for direction before his image was replaced with a graphic of the White House. His final comment was deleted from the video of the event posted to the White House YouTube page.
Breitbart News reported Biden has not held a solo press conference in the 45+ days he has been president, breaking a 100-year record.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki claimed Biden would hold one “before the end of the month.”

Schweizer: ‘It’s Going to Be Business as Usual’ for Hunter’s Dealings

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer said he reads President Biden’s statements about his son Hunter’s deals as a declaration that “it’s going to be business as usual in the Biden administration as far as these deals are concerned.”
Schweizer said, “Joe Biden has said there are going to be no sketchy overseas deals during his second term. Here’s the problem: He does not believe that the early deals that Hunter was involved in, the China deal, Burisma, he’s never described those as sketchy. So, I read that as saying, it’s going to be business as usual in the Biden administration as far as these deals are concerned.”

The Biden scandals didn’t disappear when Joe Biden entered the Oval Office, as I wrote in this op-ed for The Washington Times:
A president takes office amidst charges of family corruption and shady business dealings with a country connected to interfering in the very election that put him in the White House. Sound familiar?
The false narrative that Democrats concocted to hobble the Trump administration four years ago is now the real deal with Joe Biden and his family. And unlike President Trump, who faced unprecedented institutional resistance and Deep State resistance, President Biden can likely count on the Justice Department and the media to allow him to escape meaningful scrutiny.
Judicial Watch recently started a petition at Change.org asking the Department of Justice immediately to appoint a special counsel to investigate Biden family dealings in China, Ukraine and other countries. There is substantial evidence, from documents and witness statements, that the Biden family, including President Joe Biden, may have been involved in criminal activity with foreign entities tied to Ukraine and China. In just a few days the petition has garnered nearly 200,000 signatures.
Judicial Watch uncovered documents that show even as far back as the Obama administration Russia-linked media in Ukraine were “trolling” Joe Biden over “his son’s business.” Mr. Biden’s son Hunter has acknowledged that he is the target of an FBI criminal investigation. Any investigation should involve alleged money laundering, influence peddling and tax violations among other shady activities.
A special counsel is required because the Justice Department and its FBI are conflicted in investigating any matters that could implicate the president and/or his immediate family in criminal activity. As Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas said recently, “if there were ever circumstances that create a conflict of interest and call for a special counsel, that’s here.” Justice Department regulations that were abused to appoint a special counsel to harass then-President Trump actually do fairly apply to the Biden situation. A special counsel is required by Justice regulations when:
(a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney’s Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and
(b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.
The matter is urgent. Americans just learned that communist China was actively involved in the 2020 presidential election. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, in a letter transmitted to Congress, concluded that “based on all available sources of intelligence, with definitions consistently applied, and reached independent of political considerations or undue pressure — that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections.”
Chinese efforts to interfere in the 2020 election might have been better known before election days but for Deep State resistance. Intelligence Community Ombudsman Barry Zulauf found that CIA analysts were reluctant to reveal China’s malign actions because they were opposed to the Trump administration, and were “saying in effect, I don’t want our intelligence used to support those policies.” In fact, “strong efforts” were made last summer to suppress analysts who wanted to expose the full range of Chinese efforts to swing the election to Mr. Biden.
We are already seeing China indirectly benefitting from Biden policies. Cancelling the Keystone XL pipeline will divert Canadian oil west to the petroleum-hungry People’s Republic. Re-entering the Paris Climate Agreement gives political cover to China’s excessively polluting dirty coal industry, in which Hunter Biden is heavily invested. Mr. Biden’s State Department on Day One removed a page on its web site that contained a comprehensive assessment of the threats China poses to the U.S. and its allies, and an emboldened Beijing slapped outrageous sanctions on outgoing Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and 27 other former Trump officials. Does China have corrupt leverage over President Biden?
