SOCIOPATH LAWYER JOE BIDEN PUSHES TO GET HIS INVADING ILLEGALS REGISTERED TO VOTEING BEFORE MIDDLE AMERICA CATCHES ON AS TO THE TRUE COST OF HIS 'CHEAP' DEM VOTING ILLEGALS

President Joe Biden put controversial former national security adviser Susan Rice in charge of directing hundreds of federal agencies and departments to expand access to mail-in voting.

Biden signed an executive order in March that put Rice, now the assistant to the president for domestic policy, in charge of soliciting strategies from federal agencies to produce "relevant information" on expanded voting registration procedures. Federal agencies must submit to Rice "a strategic plan outlining the ways identified under this review that the agency can promote voter registration and voter participation" within 200 days under the terms of the order.

"Agencies shall consider ways to expand citizens' opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process," the order states. "The head of each agency shall evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation."

It requires agencies to distribute registration and vote-by-mail ballot application forms, as well as to assist any applicants in completing the forms. It also pushes agencies to allow "approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations and State officials to provide voter registration services on agency premises."

Biden arrived in the White House thanks in large part to the record number of mail-in ballots in the 2020 election. Former president Donald Trump led in many major swing states at the close of Election Day, only to see his lead evaporate as mail-in ballots were counted that heavily favored Biden.

Critics of Biden's order warned that it represents a massive federal government overreach into election policies put in place by state lawmakers. Chase Martin, legal affairs director for the Foundation for Government Accountability, said the order is "an overly broad federal mandate."

"The order is about inflicting the federal government's will on the states," Martin said. "There's a ton of room for this process to be abused."

The Biden administration did not respond to a request for comment on the order.

Rice has come under fire for her tenure as national security adviser under the Obama administration. Republicans have criticized her handling of the Benghazi crisis and the Bowe Bergdahl hostage exchange as well as her alleged attempts to reveal the identities of Trump campaign and administration officials. Rice denied that she leaked any names or identities and said she only obtained information to add context to intelligence reports she received.

The order comes in the midst of political fighting over the future of voting rights and election security. Biden criticized a new election law in Georgia, which created regulations on in-person and mail-in voting, as racist. He accused Georgia Republicans of re-creating "Jim Crow in the 21st century." A Washington Post fact check of Biden's criticisms found that Biden misrepresented the Georgia law's impacts on early voting. The Post awarded Biden four Pinocchios after voting experts said the final bill expanded opportunities for early voting. That has not stopped several groups from filing lawsuits against the Georgia law, alleging that Republican lawmakers put the law in place after Democrats won the state in the presidential election as well as two runoff elections in January.

The Brennan Center for Justice found that as of mid-February 2021, 43 states are considering bills that seek to limit mail-in voting or impose voter ID requirements on in-person voting. Republican lawmakers have defended these laws as protecting the integrity of the voting process while Democratic lawmakers argue that the laws are intended to suppress turnout, specifically in minority communities, by making voting more difficult.

Congressional Democrats are pushing a sweeping legislative effort that would drastically overhaul voter registration processes and place more authority in the hands of the federal government. The bill would also alter laws concerning political speech, which lawyers for the ACLU warned could have negative impacts on activist groups. Martin said the executive order represents a hedge from Biden in case the election reform bill does not get through the Senate.

"It's one of Biden's telegraphed moves to enforce a governance by decree," he said.

The Supreme Court has ruled that voting laws are best left to states, rather than the federal executive branch. Justices repeatedly rejected the Trump administration's challenges to state election rules in the run-up to the 2020 election. Martin said that the federal government's stepping in to influence state law could threaten the ability of states to adjust to changing circumstances.

"The Supreme Court has constantly punted to the states and allowed states to create their own election systems as long as they respect the Constitution. As long as there isn't a specific federal law on the issue, states are free to create their own processes, strengthen their own voter integrity systems, develop measures to get out the votes, the administration process," Martin said.

Former CBP Chief: Over 45K Border Crossers Freed into U.S. by Joe Biden

Former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Chief Mark Morgan says President Joe Biden’s administration has released more than 45,000 border crossers and migrants into the United States interior — a foreign population that exceeds the resident population of Burlington, Vermont.

As Breitbart News has extensively reported, the Biden administration has restarted the Catch and Release program, whereby border crossers are apprehended and then promptly released into the U.S. interior.

After their release, border crossers — as well as illegal aliens with deportation orders — can only be deported if they are convicted of an aggravated felony, are a terrorist, or are a known gang member thanks to Biden’s “sanctuary country” orders.

Morgan, during a press conference with House Republicans at the southern border, said internal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data shows that the Biden administration has released a total of more than 45,000 border crossers into the U.S. interior.

“Right now, if you’re an unaccompanied minor in Mexico, you’re being released into the interior of the United States,” Morgan said. “If you’re a family from the western hemisphere, right now, you are being released into the interior of the United States.”

“If you were once enrolled in the ‘Remain in Mexico’ program, you are now being brought to our border and released into the interior of the United States,” Morgan continued. “… The border is wide open and it’s not monitored.”

Morgan also said internal DHS data predicts that an estimated 1.4 million border crossers will be apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border this year — a foreign population larger than the resident population of Dallas, Texas.

In addition, Morgan said about 1,000 border crossers are successfully illegally entering the U.S. every day, undetected by federal immigration officials. In a month, Morgan said, this equates to 30,000 illegal aliens successfully thwarting federal immigration officials.

Former Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Thomas Homan said the restart of Catch and Release, along with Biden’s subsequent sanctuary country orders preventing most deportations, is “by design.”

“This isn’t incompetence, this isn’t they don’t know that they’re doing … they know how to stop it … they’re doing the complete opposite,” Homan said.

Morgan said he and other Trump administration officials warned Biden’s transition team that ending the Remain in Mexico program, canceling U.S. asylum agreements with Central America, and ending the Centers for Disease Control’s Title 42 order would drive a surge of illegal immigration to the U.S.

Despite the warnings, Biden ended Remain in Mexico and canceled the asylum agreements. Sources have repeatedly told Breitbart News that top administration officials have been lobbying to reduce or end the Title 42 order as well.

“We specifically told them, if you ended [Remain in Mexico], if you ended Title 42, if you ended the asylum cooperative agreements with the Northern Triangle countries, you will cause, you will drive an unmitigated crisis that will make 2019 pale in comparison,” Morgan said.

“We told them that again and again,” Morgan continued. “We told them that the surge numbers would skyrocket.”

Exclusive — Sen. Steve Daines: Mexican Cartel Threatened Republican Senators from Across Rio Grande

Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) told Breitbart News on Monday that he and other Republican senators were “taunted” by Mexican cartel members during a visit to the U.S.-Mexico border in the Rio Grande Valley Sector in Texas. He joined SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow, author of Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption, to discuss his observations.

“We went right there at midnight [on Friday] to the Rio Grande River, and we were really taunted by Mexican cartel members,” Daines shared. “They didn’t know it was Republican senators who were staying there — literally on the water’s edge in the brush — but they knew it was probably Border Patrol. They could hear the English voices.

Daines continued, “We had Border Patrol who could translate what the cartel members were saying. It was vile. It was threatening. It was obscene, because they know they can have their way. They’re not afraid. They know they can make thousands of dollars per person that’s crossing right now. That’s what’s going on, right now.”

Marlow asked what the cartel members were saying.

“I can’t repeat it on the air,” Daines replied. “Our Border Patrol guys were saying that they were telling us to stick certain — it related to anatomy and other things. Let me just say that. It was absolutely vile, and it was horrible, and, ‘You can’t stop us,’ and so forth. They had these great big flashlights they shot back at us. This is what’s at stake. It’s lawlessness. They don’t care.”

LISTEN:

Daines remarked, “This is a human tragedy. These are children. As we went down the Rio Grande the next day  in the patrol boat with the big fully automatic weapons to protect our men and women who protect us on the border, we literally came across a body and retrieved [that came aground] just recently in the last 24 hours.”

“It was just like a day in the life here,” he stated. “Republican senators seeing it firsthand, seeing literally a dead body in the Rio Grande, somebody who had drowned.”

The Montana senator described transnational criminal cartels as financial beneficiaries of the Biden administration’s policies towards the southern border and immigration through human trafficking and drug smuggling.

“The cartels — these multi-billion dollar Mexican cartels — are raking in money by bringing these illegals across as well as the flood of the methamphetamines, the heroin, as well as the fentanyl. This is a 100 percent result of Joe Biden,” he said. “The winners here are the cartels.”

Marlow highlighted how Democrat policies towards the U.S.-Mexico border and immigration facilitate human smuggling operations conducted by criminal cartels south of the border.

He said, “The cartels typically have to buy off or intimidate [governments and citizens] with brutal murders. In America, we’re just enabling them because they help Democrats. It’s unbelievable. The cartels must be laughing hysterically at Americans because typically they have to actually work to try to get advantages for themselves. We just have Democrats come into power and now, all of a sudden, the cartels benefit immeasurably and they’re going to make millions — if not billions — of dollars off of us.”

Daines said the Border Patrol advised the President Joe Biden’s transition team to preserve some of the Trump administration’s border and immigration policies, specifically the Remain in Mexico policy. Apprehensions of foreign migrants crossing the southern border are now at a “20-year high,” he added.

“[The] Remain in Mexico policy [and] the safe third country agreement policies that Trump had put in place [had] virtually brought illegal crossings to a 40-year low in 2020, and now we’re looking at a 20-year high in 2021 as a result of a Biden’s policy.”

Migrant holding facilities are over filled beyond capacity, Daines warned.

“We went to the Donna facility there on the border,” he remarked. “[It is] like a massive tent city they created for this flood of illegals. By the way, when the illegals come across now, they put signs up and arrows on the ground that direct illegals where to go. They’re not running away from the Border Patrol. They want to be apprehended because of Joe Biden’s policies.”

He went on, “Biden’s policy allows them to be caught and then released. … So they’re not running away. They’re just basically throwing their arms up. They’ve got makeshift processing areas underneath bridges, right now. We saw these women, children, families that are in these makeshift processing facilities underneath bridges at night. They give them these little silver blankets to try to stay warm.”

“The Donna tense facility was designed to hold 1,000 people,” he added. “With COVID [coronavirus] restrictions, that’s 250. So 250 is the maximum capacity in this tent facility. When we went through there Friday morning, there were 4,200 illegals kept in there.”

It's not the desert's fault, and it's certainly not Uncle Sam's fault, as activists claim. No, it's the fact that Mexicans are encouraged to emigrate. Criminal cartels don't fear abandoning their human cargo in the desert, as long as Mexico does nothing and blames Uncle Sam.

"The newly elected president, Andrés López-Obrador, was gleeful during the election when he told his compadres they should all move to America, illegally.  His encouragement along with his pro-poverty policies will set the stage for another tsunami of illegal immigration."

"While other witnesses at Mr. Guzmán’s trial in Federal District Court in Brooklyn have testified about huge payoffs from traffickers to the Mexican police and public officials, the testimony about Mr. Peña Nieto was the most egregious allegation yet. If true, it suggests that corruption by drug cartels had reached into the highest level of Mexico’s political establishment."

The allegations against Pena Nieto are not new. In 2016, Breitbart News reported on an investigation by Mexican journalists which revealed how Juarez Cartel operators funneled money into the 2012 presidential campaign. The investigation was carried out by Mexican award-winning Journalist Carmen Aristegui and her team….The subsequent scandal became known as “Monexgate” for the cash cards that were given out during Peña Nieto’s campaign. The allegations against Pena Nieto went largely unreported by U.S. news outlets.

What we are seeing here is plain old garden variety Mexican meddling in our internal affairs, this time rooted in some icky festering wounded national pride, some bid from Mexico to assert itself over U.S. laws in the wake of Trump's muscle on Mexico over the illegal migrant surge, using the U.S. courts with their continuous anti-Trump rulings to make itself the sovereign here. Mexico has already sent their illegals and now they want to take over gubernatorially through the courts, which puts this act on a continuum.

THE NEXT MEXICAN INVASION IS AT

HAND:

"Mexican president candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador called for mass immigration to the United States, declaring it a "human right". We will defend all the (Mexican) invaders in the American," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life, job, welfare, and free medical in the United States."

"Fox’s Tucker Carlson noted Thursday that Obrador has previously proposed granting AMNESTY TO MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS. “America is now Mexico’s social safety net, and that’s a very good deal for the Mexican ruling class,” Carlson added."

"Many Americans forget is that our country is located against a socialist failed state that is promising to descend even further into chaos – not California, the other one. And the Mexicans, having reached the bottom of the hole they have dug for themselves, just chose to keep digging by electing a new leftist presidente who wants to surrender to the cartels and who thinks that Mexicans have some sort of “human right” to sneak into the U.S. and demographically reconquer it." Mexico: Where Is Your Shame?

At a demonstration Wednesday in Mexico City against Arizona's law.

ASSOCIATED PRESS

Immigration: Mexico's government gloated

triumphantly after a federal judge's injunction

blocked Arizona's immigration law. But it's no

victory for Mexico. In fact, Mexico's leaders

ought to be mortified.

As radical immigration activists crowed with glee and the Obama administration claimed victory, Mexico's government joined the applause.

Calling Judge Susan Bolton's injunction Wednesday "a step in the right direction," Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa declared: "The government of Mexico would like to express its recognition for the determination demonstrated by the federal government of the United States and the actions of the civil organizations that organized lawsuits against the SB 1070 law."

In reality, it ought to be ashamed. Supposedly framed as an issue of federal power pre-empting state power, it's hardly Mexico's business. But Mexico made a big show of saying its interest was in protecting its nationals from the dreadful racism of Arizona that its own citizens, curiously enough, keep fleeing to.

Espinosa said her government was busy collecting data on civil rights violations and her department had issued an all-out travel warning to Mexican nationals about Arizona.

That's where Mexico's hypocrisy is just too much.

First, Mexico encourages illegal immigration to the U.S. Oh, it says it doesn't, but it prints comic book guides for would-be illegal immigrants and provides ID cards for illegals once they get here. In Arizona alone, Mexico keeps five consulates busy.

That's not out of love for its own citizens, but

because Mexicans send cash back to Mexico that

helps finance the government.

Instead of selling its wasteful state-owned oil company or getting rid of red tape to create jobs in Mexico, Mexico spends the hard currency from remittances. It fails to look at why its citizens leave.

According to the Heritage Foundation-Wall

Street Journal 2010 Index of Economic

Freedom, Mexico's big problem is — no shock

— government corruption, where it ranks below

the world average.

That's where Mexico's cartels come in.

Mexico's encouragement of illegal immigration

undercuts its valiant war against its smuggling

cartels. The cartels' prowess and firepower have

made them the only ones who can smuggle

effectively across the border. U.S. law enforcers

say they now control human-smuggling on our

southern border.

Feed them immigrants and they grow more cash-rich — and right now, immigrant smuggling is about a third of the cartels' income.

Mass graves and car bombings are signs of criminal organizations getting bigger, and more powerful. Juarez, which has lost 5,000 people this year, bleeds because cartels fight over not just who gets the drug routes, but who gets the illegal-immigrant smuggling routes, too.

Aside from the cartel mayhem in Mexico, the

bodies are piling up in the Arizona desert and U.S.

Border Patrol rescues of abandoned illegals left to

die have risen.

Hearing Mexico's government now cheer the Arizona ruling, which will only encourage more illegal immigration, gives the country's regime a pretty inhuman face.

If Mexico had any decency, it would do all it could to discourage illegal immigration and keep a respectful silence about Arizona.

It needs U.S. support for its war on cartels. Instead of insulting American citizens, Mexico should confront directly the reasons why its people are so desperate to leave, and do all in its power to destroy the cartels that are slowly killing the nation. That includes defunding the murderous gangs by halting illegal immigration.

Mexico’s President Says Biden Responsible for Migrant Surge at Border

ILDEFONSO ORTIZ and BRANDON DARBY

Expectations created by President Joe Biden about better treatment for migrants led to the current border surge, said Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO).

During his daily news conference, AMLO spoke about the ongoing border crisis and said the increase in migrants entering Mexico and heading to the U.S. is partly due to the expectations created by President Biden.

AMLO: “Expectations were created that with the Government of President Biden there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so” pic.twitter.com/TNrZQamuWK

— José Díaz-Briseño (@diazbriseno) March 23, 2021

“Expectations were created that with the Government of President Biden there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so,” AMLO said.

The statements come one day after Mexico’s military confirmed the deployment of 8,700 soldiers to curb the growing number of migrants traveling through the country.

Mexico’s president says he will share with President Joe Biden his willingness to find a way to legalize the flow of migrants from Central America and Mexico as a way to meet American labor needs.

“I have a teleconference with Biden on Monday and we are going to talk about that topic,” President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) said this weekend during one of his news conferences. “Let’s fix the migratory flow, legalizing it, to give guarantees to the workers so they don’t risk their lives, and that their human rights are protected.”

During the conference, AMLO said the U.S. would need about 600,000 to 800,000 laborers per year for economic growth. The Mexican politician brought up the Bracero program when the U.S. provided migrant farmworkers with permits during World War II.

The topic of the migrant workflow had not been previously discussed publicly by the Foreign Relations Ministry or the Interior Secretariat ahead of the virtual meeting between Lopez Obrador and Biden.

The issue comes as Mexican authorities see a dramatic rise in human smuggling activities as thousands of Central American migrants continue to make their way north. Mexican officials predicted a dramatic rise in migratory flows at the start of 2021 due to work shortages from the pandemic and recent natural disasters that shook Central America. Officials in Mexico did not publicly discuss the political effect that a Biden Administration would have on the matter.

Mexican authorities have found several large groups of migrants at hotels or being moved in tractor-trailers in recent weeks. Officials are also seeing a spike in ransom kidnappings where cartel-connected human smugglers hold migrants to further extort their families.

OWN ILLEGALS???

THEY DEPORT THEM ON THE SPOT!!!

https://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2018/11/as-mexico-invades-and-loots-america.html

Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:

1.) in the country legally;

2.)  have the means to sustain themselves economically;

3.) not destined to be burdens on society;

4.)  of economic and social benefit to society;

5.)  of good character and have no criminal records; and

6.)  contributors to the general well-being of the nation.

The law also ensures that:

7.)  immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;

8.)  foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;

9.)  foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;

10.)  foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;

11.)  foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;

There are many reasons why, for the first time, the government of Mexico would agree to work cooperatively with the United States over an extremely serious immigration-related issue. Mexico cynically wades into El Paso shooting debacle, brimming with hypocrisy

By Monica Showalter

As if the El Paso mass murder couldn't be a more noxious showcase for political bad behavior, in wades the Mexican government, launching lawsuits against the U.S. for supposedly failing to protect its citizens, which is something they've never bothered about before. According to NBC News:

Mexico on Sunday threatened to take legal action against the United States for failing to protect its citizens after this weekend's mass shooting in the border city of El Paso.

Of the 20 people gunned down at a Walmart at the Cielo Vista Mall, at least seven were Mexican citizens, and Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard promised Mexico City will act.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry called the attack in El Paso a "terrorist act against innocent Mexicans."

Apparently, they've seen how their individual illegals can exploit loopholes in U.S. law to their advantage, and now that bastion of peace and tranquility to our south would like a serving of the same. Instead of warning Mexican potential illegals to stay out of the U.S. the way a normal country would do, they want to muscle the U.S. legal system to their benefit, creating a sort of right to protection in the U.S. which is something Mexicans certainly don't have back home.

And more to the point, the Mexican state would like to blame the U.S. for the action of the lone freak who shot up the Wal-Mart in El Paso, same as the average Democratic politician. The fact that the freak is going to the executioner's table is irrelevant, because what they're really after is putting the U.S. and President Trump in particular on trial.

According to a summary of their doings from Axios:

Mexico threatened legal action Sunday against the U.S. for failing to protect its citizens after a shooting in the border city of El Paso, Texas, killed 20 people, including 6 Mexican nationals, the New York Times reports.

Details: Mexico's Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said the Mexican government was looking into extraditing the suspect to Mexico on a terrorism charge over Saturday's shooting, per CNN. Mexico also plans legal action against the seller who provided the weapon used in the attack, according to the NYT.

What they're saying: Ebrard said in a Twitter video, translated by NBC News, that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador wants to "ensure that Mexico’s indignation translates" into "expeditious and forceful" legal action for the country to take a role and demand that conditions are established that protect Mexicans in the U.S.

The big picture: Many Mexicans are aware of an anti-immigrant screed apparently posted online by the suspect just before the shooting and they see the attack as an expression of tensions between the U.S. and Mexico over immigration, guns and violence, often fueled by President Trump's policies and rhetoric, the Times notes.

On those grounds, any American who's attacked, assaulted, drinks poisoned liquor, or is killed in Mexico, should have grounds to do the same. Failure to protect, don't you know. Such irony. Turns out more Americans (75 of them) have been killed in Mexico than all the remaining countries of the worldcombined. Here's what Forbes reported last year:

In 2016, according to my analysis of the data, more Americans were reported killed by homicide in Mexico than the combined total of Americans killed by homicide in every other country abroad.

More than 31 million Americans visited Mexico in 2016, the National Travel & Tourism Office says, and State Department data shows there were reports of 75 American homicide victims there. In comparison, 49 million Americans traveled to all other foreign countries, and 69 were reported killed by homicide.

That's quite some hypocrisy they've got, given the number of American dead bodies they've got on their record. Think they'll go along with reciprocity? Not the Mexican government we know. The double standard stands.

But that's hardly their only hypocrisy. Here's another logic joke from them:

They encourage their nationals to emigrate illegally (remember the Mexican government comic books? Apparently, they're still distributing them) to get rid of potential discontents, and now they complain when the place, loaded as it is with unvetted migrants they don't want around, is somehow not safe? Any city loaded with illegals is a den of crime -- just look at the crime in Chicago, Baltimore or any sanctuary city. Apparently, those killings are O.K. by the Mexicans so long as they are done by other Mexicans or maybe Central Americans. But this Dallas-area white interloper doing the killing is something different, something sue-worthy? They've tolerated crime for years on both sides of the border, not doing a thing so long as the distilled remittances keep coming. Now at this late date, with this lone freak, they are suddenly upset.

Now for a third hypocrisy: They say they want to extradite the maggot? What the heck would that be for? Like El Chapo Guzman, he'd be in a fine position to continue his Internet postings in a Mexican prison because all kinds of contraband is tolerated in Mexican prisons, particularly cell phones, and anything can be bribed for. For that matter, he'd be in a great position to escape, much as Guzman did from Mexican prisons, more than once. The creep, under Mexican law, would also be spared the death penalty, something he's not going to be spared if he stays in Texas. It looks like this extradition move is some sort of revolting bid to save him and allow him to flourish. You can bet he'd be a happy camper if somehow he got extradited to Mexico. Sorry amigos: The maggot is going to pay.

This garbage should be smacked down for the hypocrisy it is and as fast as possible. We don't need their government ruling over here and we sure as heck shouldn't be paying them.
