NANCY PELOSI AND THE BUILDING OF THE MEXICAN WELFARE STATE ON MIDDLE AMERICA'S BACKS
THE TROIKA OF CORRUPTION, FEINSTEIN, PELOSI AND KAMALA HARRIS' STATE OF CALIFORIA HAS THE LARGEST NUMBER OF ILLEGALS AND THE LARGEST NUMBER OF HOMELESS LEGALS. CAN YOU DO THE MATH ON THAT?
(CNSNews.com) - House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) released a statement today to mark the ninth anniversary of President Barack Obama’s executive action to allow illegal aliens who had arrived in the United States as minors—sometimes called “Dreamers”--to stay in the country.
“Today, our nation celebrates nine years of the landmark DACA program, which empowers hundreds of thousands of young immigrants to pursue their American Dream,” said Pelosi.
“This week, we also mark one year since the Supreme Court affirmed DACA and rejected the Trump Administration’s illegal, immoral assault on our Dreamers,” she said.
“As we celebrate these joyous anniversaries, we are reminded of the urgency we face in fully protecting these Americans, so they can continue to strengthen our nation with their talents, hard work and patriotism,” said Pelosi.
“We also salute President Biden for his immediate executive actions upon taking office to ensure that, in the meantime, DACA is stronger today than ever before,” she said.
“Dreamers make America more American, from studying at our universities to serving our nation overseas to fighting this pandemic on the frontlines,” Pelosi said.
“The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initiative has commanded interest and attention since its unveiling in 2012,” said CRS. “It has provided protection from deportation and work authorization to a subset of unauthorized childhood arrivals. Often called Dreamers, unauthorized childhood arrivals are foreign nationals in the United States without lawful immigration status who first entered the country as children.”
“DACA was established,” the CRS explained, “in the aftermath of unsuccessful legislative efforts to create a mechanism for certain Dreamers to obtain lawful permanent resident (LPR0 status. A DACA grant, however, does not confer LPR status (or any other legal immigration status on a beneficiary.”
The Constitution of the United States gives the power to set the laws for naturalizing aliens to the Congress not to the Executive. Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4 says: “Congress shall have the power…To establish an uniform Rule of Naturization.”
Washington, D.C. – Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement to mark the ninth anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initiative, established by President Obama on June 15, 2012:
“Today, our nation celebrates nine years of the landmark DACA program, which empowers hundreds of thousands of young immigrants to pursue their American Dream. This week, we also mark one year since the Supreme Court affirmed DACA and rejected the Trump Administration’s illegal, immoral assault on our Dreamers. As we celebrate these joyous anniversaries, we are reminded of the urgency we face in fully protecting these Americans, so they can continue to strengthen our nation with their talents, hard work and patriotism.
“The Democratic House has now proudly passed H.R. 6, the American Dream and Promise Act, twice. This landmark legislation will put Dreamers and TPS and DED recipients on a permanent pathway to citizenship. The Senate must now swiftly pass this legislation into law. We also salute President Biden for his immediate executive actions upon taking office to ensure that, in the meantime, DACA is stronger today than ever before.
“Dreamers make America more American, from studying at our universities to serving our nation overseas to fighting this pandemic on the frontlines. To mark this momentous anniversary and honor our nation’s heritage as a land of immigrants, House Democrats call on our Republican colleagues to join us in supporting the Dream and Promise Act so that this vital legislation will become the law of the land.”
Jim Jordan: Dems Can’t Talk About Border, Taxes, or Our Liberties, So They ‘Have to Talk About Things That Divide Us’
Democrats have nothing positive to talk about, so they push narratives designed to divide Americans, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) says.
In an interview with Newsmax TV, Rep. Jordan rattled of a list of topics he says Democrats are afraid to discuss publicly, including the border crisis, the worker shortage, their plan to raise taxes, their attack on the Second Amendment, and the expansion of the IRS.
Additionally, Jordan said, Democrats can’t talk about how “they’re going to hire a bunch of IRS agents at the IRS to come harass conservatives and leak tax returns like they did just a few weeks ago.”
“What else are they going to talk about?” Rep. Jordan asked. Answering his own question, Jordan said that all Democrats have left is January’s invasion of the U.S. Capitol and stoking racial discord:
“So, they have to talk about January 6 and they have to talk about things that divide us along racial grounds.
“It is so wrong, but that’s who the Democrats are today. They’re this radical, left-wing party, and they have nothing else positive to talk about, so they go here.”
exas Gov. Greg Abbott: Illegal Immigrants Are Going to Jail If They Come to Texas

(CNSNews.com) – Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Monday that he is enforcing the immigration laws in his state by arresting illegal immigrants for trespassing and vandalism in some cases.
If migrants disturb the fencing that the governor is building along the border, they will be arrested for vandalism,” Abbott said.
“So Texas is taking multiple strategies, and I need to give you the context for this, because of the way they the Biden administration is not just incompetent, they are completely ignoring what is going on in the Rio Grande Valley along the Texas border and we’ve seen so many people coming across the border who are harming Texans, and as governor, I cannot allow my fellow Texans to be harmed, to be endangered, to have a gun put to their head, and as a result, here’s what Texas is doing,” he told Fox News’s “Hannity.”
“It's a multistep strategy. First, we are increasing arrests. We are setting up situations where if you’re stepping into the state of Texas, you’re going to be stepping into an area for which there is a no trespassing zone, because I have declared a disaster,” the governor said.
“If you are arrested for trespassing, it is immediately a jail-based defense up to 180 days in jail or higher, and then we’re adding to that working with locals as well as local residents. We are beginning this week to add fencing along the border where if that fencing is disturbed, that is vandalism,” Abbott said.
“That is another crime for which we can arrest people coming across our border into the state of Texas, so we have state laws. Let me explain to you why that's necessary, Sean, because we have been making arrests. We’ve turned over more than 35,000 people that we apprehended illegally in the state of Texas to federal officials,” he said.
“We’re tired of the turnover game and the catch and release game. We want to arrest people and put them in jail for a long time, so they will know they’re no longer going to be getting the red carpet treatment. They’re going to be going to jail if they come into Texas, but we both know that a fence is only a temporary solution,” the governor said.
“The real solution that President Trump began to put in place that Texas is going to continue and that is later on this week, I will be announcing what the Texas plan is for building a border wall. We will continue that process of building the border wall in addition to these other strategies that we will use to make sure that anybody coming here will understand Texas is the wrong state to come into,” Abbott added.
The governor said that Texas will do what the Biden administration has refused to do, and that’s secure the border.
“We will be using every tool available to us under the law and we will ensure that we build the wall, arrest people, and make Texas safe and send a message to Washington, D.C. Stand up and do your job,” Abbott added.
70 Percent of Migrants in May Entered Texas-Based Border Sectors
Nearly 70 percent of the 172,011 migrants apprehended at the U.S. southern border crossed into the five Texas-based Border Patrol sectors. Governor Greg Abbott (R) recently announced sweeping new law enforcement and border security actions late last week at a summit in Del Rio.
Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend, and El Paso Sectors apprehended 118,036 of the 172,011 (68.6 percent) migrants in May, according to the May Southwest Land Border Encounters report released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection late Wednesday night. In year-to-date figures, agents apprehended 605,133 of the 897,213 (67 percent) since October 1, 2020.

Because of changes put in place by the Biden Administration, Abbott announced an aggressive plan where the State of Texas will erect border barriers and begin “mass arrests” of migrants who violate state laws.
In a one-on-one interview with Breitbart Texas shortly before the kickoff of the governor’s border security summit on June 10, Abbot said, “The Biden Administration’s policies are the most reckless, reprehensible, and dangerous of any president I’ve ever seen.”
“The influx across the border is out of control, and the Biden Administration has shown that is not going to step up and do its job,” the governor stated. “And, amidst reports of even more people coming in across the border, we know we have to step up and do more.”
The governor said authorities will use existing authorities under a State of Emergency declaration to crack down on those illegally crossing the border.
“If you come to Texas, you’re subject to being arrested,” Abbott stated. “You’re not going to have a pathway to roam the country. You’re going to have a pathway directly into a jail cell.”

Abbott said he will immediately expand the previously enacted Operation Lone Star where he said Texas law enforcement and National Guardsmen have already arrested more than 1,500 migrants and referred another 35,000 to Border Patrol agents.
“It’s clear that that’s not enough to deter the flow,” the governor said. “And so, the State will provide many more resources, but we need to understand that just providing more resources alone is not going to be enough. We need to provide new strategies, new tools to address these challenges.”
One of those strategies is the “immediate” placement of new border barriers to be put in place by the State of Texas. The State identified many locations where migrants can easily walk across unsecured sections of the border and enter the private property along the Rio Grande.
“Immediately, we will put up barriers there,” Abbott explained. “One reason to do that is that if they move or interfere with that barrier, they have committed several (state) crimes.”
“One is they’ve committed criminal mischief, as well as vandalism of state property or local government property,” Abbott continued. “And that barrier is information to them that if they cross that barrier, they have trespassed.”
“We want to be very aggressive in working with local officials and begin making mass arrests,” Abbott stated. “In working in collaboration with a large number of counties — that means we’re going to be arresting a lot more people.”
“In the end, only the federal government and Congress can fix this, but as it stands right now, the state of Texas is going to step up and we’re going to start making arrests — sending a message to anybody thinking about coming here, you’re not going to get a free pass to the U.S. They’re getting a straight pass to a jail cell.”
