Joe Biden Mocked After Barack Obama Ignores Him at White House Reception: ‘No One Wants to Talk to Joe’
President Joe Biden was mocked on Tuesday after former President Barack Obama ignored him at a White House reception.
Upon Obama completing his speech about healthcare in which he mentioned himself 33 times, attendees encircled the jovial Obama at the reception. The former president had not visited the White House in five years.
Biden, in contrast, appeared to wander around looking for someone or for something to do. The video shows Biden staring from afar at the crowd surrounding Obama. Biden then turns away with a sour look on his face and doddered off alone.
Later during the meet and greet, Biden again tries to get Obama’s attention. With concern on his face, Biden reaches over Vice President Kamala Harris and grabs Obama’s shoulder from behind, appearing to try to turn Obama towards himself.
The video shows Biden saying something to Obama that was ignored. Instead, Obama continued speaking with the guests while Biden looked on with a frown, seemingly confused about being unnoticed as president of the United States.
The Republican National Committee’s research team tweeted the video and the caption “Literally no one wants to talk to Joe Biden.”
The video went viral on Twitter with people mocking the president. Tim Young tweeted that “if you want to know who’s really in charge, watch this video,” referencing Obama’s popularity and Biden standing alone.
Michael Knowles tweeted, “Brutal” at Biden being ignored by attendees.
Lindsay Wigo joked that the snub was similar to when “friends say they’ll ‘be right back’ at the bar” but never return.
Joe Concha said the situation was like something out of a movie.
Greg Price jested that the attendees liked Obama more and were content to allow the unpopular Biden to wander around.
Tommy Pigott tweeted that not only was “Biden completely ignored AGAIN, Biden tries to turn Obama around and Obama completely shrugs him off.”
Paris Dennard emphasized Biden was ignored a second time after the event.
Steve Guest suggested that Biden was wondering why nobody was paying attention to him.

President Joe Biden was joined by former President Barack Obama and key Democrats Tuesday who, after a signing event, demonstrated their favored executive as readily as schoolchildren around the popular kid, dismissing Biden to look the doddering old fool, discarded like yesterday’s news.
Obama had been invited to the White House as part of a collaboration with Biden’s administration to shore up key elements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), better known as ObamaCare. Joined by prominent figures like Vice President Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Obama required no effort to undermine the already compromised perception of Biden.
“Thank you, Vice President Biden,” Obama stated as he began his speech in the lead-up to the signing. He behaved as though he were going to move on before stopping and telling those in attendance, “that was a joke,” offering Biden a handshake and half-hug before properly addressing him.
That moment when Obama asserted command of the room was continually reinforced by Biden who appeared to be more of a spectator to the happening than the leader of the free world.
All of this was made worse by the fawning by Democrats over Obama as Biden was left as “the president of the United States in his own house, shunned. Nobody would talk to him,” as Fox News host Tucker Carlson put it.
“So Biden wandered off, looking vacant as a crowd formed around a former president, Barack Obama, who was obviously deeply grateful for the attention. And then it got worse,” Carlson explained, as Biden later tried to insinuate himself into the group.
Biden’s efforts were to no avail as, “Everyone involved in that conversation, including Kamala Harris, who supposedly works for Biden, ignored Biden completely. Biden desperately tried to get Obama’s attention. He puts his hand on Obama’s shoulder. He even calls him ‘Barack’ like they’re friends, but Obama blows him off. He acts like Biden is not even there. Ask yourself if you have ever in your life, seen anything sadder than that?” the Fox News host continued.
“It’s awful,” Carlson concluded.
To clarify just how awful, later Obama tweeted out a showing of support for Biden in what seemed like a cover for the deeply embarrassing light that the current president was displayed in. “Always great catching up with @POTUS,” Obama wrote. “Thanks for all you’re doing to help even more Americans get access to quality, affordable health care.”
There were online reactions to posted videos of the scene pointing out that the full clips had not been shown and things were not as bad as they seemed. But even in the few moments seen in multiple images, it was a sad picture of the president.
And the damage was already done. As Carlson later pointed out, “No one at the DNC actually cares about Joe Biden or ever has, or for that matter, cares about George Floyd or Greta Thunberg or David Hogg or anyone else they tell you is an irreplaceable hero.”
“All people are expendable…And of course, on some level, Joe Biden knows this,” the Fox News host stated before later adding, “He’s spent his life in the Democratic Party. He’s never worked outside of the Democratic Party, so he understands how this ends. Inevitably, after 50 years, it is his turn to be eliminated.”
“Joe Biden,” as Carlson plainly put it, “is now the most unpopular person in virtually any room he enters.”

A significant change in the tone of the press coverage of the incumbent U.S. president apparently indicates that the political and media establishment has decided that it’s time for Joe Biden to go.
“The Democratic Party and its media wing have decided to jettison Joe Biden,” Fox News host Tucker Carlson claimed in his opening monologue Tuesday evening, attributing this scenario to what he described as the liberal hive mind.
Otherwise pro-Biden news outlets, for example, are suddenly no longer accepting the premise that America’s economic woes are the result of the so-called Putin price hike instead of Bidenflation, Carlson suggested.
In the editorial that contains a lot to unpack, and is embedded here in two parts, Carlson insisted that the Democrats installed Biden as their standard-bearer by default only because they were afraid that Bernie Sanders, if he got the nomination, would upend their relationship with the big-money donors on Wall Street.
Carlson played some soundbites of triumphant corporate media pundits later repetitively proclaiming, in what seemed to be a coordinated talking point, that with the Biden inauguration, the “adults” were back in charge of the White House.
“These people. Never an original thought among them. ‘He’s an adult. It’s glorious.’ Well, half true. Biden is certainly an adult. He’ll be 80 this fall, but no one in Washington thinks the Biden presidency is glorious anymore. They think it’s a disaster. Polls show that voters strongly agree. Joe Biden is now the most unpopular person in virtually any room he enters,” Carlson asserted.
The Fox News host then showed footage of a forlorn Biden seeming to be completely ignored (“shunned in his own house”) during a White House meet and greet while attendees gathered around Barack Obama like he was a rock star.
“Obama no longer has to pretend…He can tell the world in the clearest possible terms that he has no respect for Joe Biden because, at this point, nobody has respect for Joe Biden. Even Biden’s most faithful supporters in the press corps have turned on him,” Carlson said.
Carlson went to mention, as alluded to above, with additional sound bites, how “liberal toadies” in the media have acknowledged that America doesn’t accept the Biden administration spin that Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin is responsible for an array of domestic problems, including soaring gas prices.
“Wait a second. Correction: Breaking news. It looks like inflation is real. It’s not transitory. It’s actually making us poorer. Crime and disorder in the cities are real, too. And guess what? It looks like a totally pointless war with Russia is not as popular as we thought it was. You’re not a traitor for not wanting it. All of a sudden, they’re admitting all of this. For months, Biden’s been telling us that every bad thing you notice around you is, of course, Vladimir Putin’s fault, and the media have backed him up, but suddenly they aren’t backing him up anymore,” Carlson explained.
Even AOC is bailing on Joe Biden, Carlson noted.
“So Sandy’s out; that means everyone is out,” he said, referring to progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
“What you’re watching here, as always, is the hive mind at work. Democrats have the same reactions because they have the same instincts, ‘Biden is weak, we must get rid of him.’
“Individuals are irrelevant to the [Democrat] party. The group is all that matters. No one at the DNC actually cares about Joe Biden or ever has, or for that matter, cares about George Floyd or Greta Thunberg or David Hogg or anyone else they tell you is an irreplaceable hero. All people are expendable. What matters is the party, and the party matters because in numbers, there is power,” he added.
“Biden can’t lead, therefore, at some point soon, he won’t be allowed to lead,” Carlson predicted.
With VP Kamala Harris as unpopular, or even more so, than Biden, Carlson ended his oration with some mystery.
“So they’ve decided to replace Joe Biden, period, but how will they do it, and who will they replace him with? That’s what we don’t know,” he said.
To punctuate the commentary, Newsweek editor Batya Ungar-Sargon joined the discussion to opine that Biden was supposed to “paper over” the class divide or gap between liberal elitists and middle-class/working-class America. “What’s happened is he’s come to embody it. And they’re distancing themselves from him to hide from their own failures,” she said.
Carlson began his soliloquy by recalling “just three years ago that Joe Biden was considered too decrepit, too corrupt, too out-of-touch ever to be president. And that wasn’t just the view from the right, by the way. They mostly stayed out of it. That’s what faithful Democrats were saying. “

Barack Obama is returning to the White House on Tuesday to celebrate the passage of his signature 2010 health care bill, apparently the first visit of its kind by a former president in recent memory.
Obama will join President Joe Biden—along with Vice President Kamala Harris and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra—in hailing the achievements of the Affordable Care Act, a White House official said Sunday. It will be the first time Obama has visited since his exit in 2016. Obama did not visit former president Donald Trump in the White House, and neither George W. Bush nor Bill Clinton paid visits to their successors.
Obama's visit comes as Biden pivots to address pocketbook issues such as inflation, gas prices, and job vacancies—all of which are at record highs. His administration has recently promised "to further strengthen the ACA and save families hundreds of dollars a month on their health care." Obama and Biden sat down less than a year ago in June for a virtual meeting to praise the legislation's success.
"If I had a dime for everyone who said to me, over the last two years campaigning and as president, tell the president, meaning you, thank you. It saved my life," Biden said.
The Affordable Care Act faced repeated legal challenges in the last decade, ending with the Supreme Court upholding it in full. The law insures about 12 million Americans in its Medicaid expansion program but kicked more than 6 million Americans off their individual health care plans after it took effect in 2013.
Since his departure from the Oval Office, Obama has made a series of lucrative media business deals. In March 2017, the former president and his wife signed a joint $65 million book deal to write memoirs. In 2018, they signed a deal with Netflix reportedly worth more than $50 million.
Michelle Obama's Becoming went on to become a New York Times bestseller in 2018. The Obamas' production company, Higher Ground, later released an accompanying documentary. Barack Obama published A Promised Land, the first volume of his two-part memoir, days after the 2020 presidential election. In it, he made scant reference to the role Biden played in passing Obamacare. The couple also never contributed to Biden's campaign.
Obama has previously expressed a lack of confidence in his former vice president. Before the 2020 campaign, he reportedly warned one Democrat, "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to fuck things up."
The Obamas in 2019 purchased a mansion on Martha's Vineyard for $11.8 million. Since leaving office, the former president has appeared as a guest on David Letterman's Netflix series and on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
"One of the simple joys of our time in public service was getting to meet so many fascinating people from all walks of life," Obama has said of his time in the White House.

Proof has emerged from the White House that Biden’s presidency is over
Barack Obama was at the White House yesterday, making it clear, as did others at the reception held in Obama’s honor, that Biden’s presidency is over. Watching Obama suck the oxygen out of the room made me wonder if Obama is planning a comeback, something he can easily do.
The ostensible reason for Obama’s return to the White House was to celebrate Obamacare’s twelfth anniversary (if you can celebrate our modern, cowardly, corporate-run “medical care,” along with overpriced insurance that does little for people with serious health issues). The reception in Obama’s honor, though, hinted that the event’s real purpose was to signal to Democrat apparatchiks that Biden is now shark chum.
The chumming process began when Obama referred to Biden as the “Vice President,” adding, after a long pause, “that was a joke.”
Well, I guess it was a joke, in the same way a mean husband is joking when he says to his wife, “That dress makes you look like a cute circus elephant,” and then tries to avoid her wrath by insisting, “That was a joke. I meant you look cute.” No, it wasn’t a joke. Biden, showing the deference of the Beta male to the Alpha male (or the abused wife to her abuser), later introduced himself as Obama’s Vice President and “Jill Biden’s husband.”
Self-deprecating humor when you’re allegedly the president of what is (was?) the world’s most powerful nation isn’t charming; it’s unnerving. Worse was still to come. Normally, everyone in the room should be clamoring to be near the American president. After all, political power is the strongest magnetic force in the world. But in Biden’s case, he was the creep at the party, the one everyone assiduously ignores and avoids:
Not only was Obama the magnetic force in the room, but he also made it clear to all that they should shun Biden:
Watching Biden paw at Obama’s shoulder, only to have Obama aggressively ignore him is uncomfortable viewing. Even if Obama has no respect for the man (and who would, given Biden’s stupidity, incompetence, and corruption?), Obama, of all people, should show respect for the office.
But for Obama, the point of the presidency was never about the office itself; it was always about the fact that Obama bestowed glory on the office. No wonder, then, that his speech, as always, was peppered with his favorite pronouns. No “he/him” for Obama; it’s always “I/me.”
Meanwhile, an animated Kamala Harris also assiduously ignored her boss. For her, Obama was the only man in the room.
There are three takeaways:
1. Barack Obama, whether in his walled D.C. Kalorama home or in his coastal properties in Martha’s Vineyard or Hawaii, is probably the one running the White House show.
2. Obama has signaled that Biden’s presidency is over, making Biden toxic. That’s the message Tucker Carlson drew, something he illustrated with clips showing Democrat media talking heads finally addressing Biden’s economic failures:
3. Kamala Harris still thinks she has a shot at the presidency when (not if) Biden is removed. She was auditioning hard for the job, trying to show Obama that she’ll do better than Biden at preserving and expanding the hard-left Obama legacy. However, Obama, who is an extremely smart politician, despite his ignorance and broken, Marxist moral compass, knows that Kamala is as bad as, or even worse than, Biden.
And that fact left me with an admittedly wild theory about how Obama may intend to fix things: Obama’s aiming to get back into the Oval Office.
My premise is that Obama fully understands that, if Biden is ousted immediately under the 25th Amendment, there are only idiots and incompetents to take his place. If it’s not Kamala Harris, then it’s Nancy Pelosi and, if not her, then Patrick Leahy, Antony Blinken, Janet Yellen, Lloyd Austin, Merrick Garland.... Obama knows none of these nonentities will secure the transformation he promised America. Instead, there are three steps to return Obama to the presidency:
1. Have the Democrat establishment remove Kamala Harris from office, whether through threats or bribes.
2. Have the Democrats declare that, because world instability (Ukraine, Putin, China) puts us at unprecedented risk, only a politically seasoned person can be Vice President, with Obama graciously accepting that role.
3. Oust Biden using the 25th Amendment. And voila! President Obama (again). He can even have Stacey Abrams as his veep.
The 22nd Amendment does not bar Obama from regaining the presidency this way. It only stops him from being “elected to the office.” The three steps above avoid an election.
Obama will then have two-and-a-half years to lock down America’s “fundamental transformation” into a fully socialized, third-world country, and Biden has given him a head start when it comes to destroying institutions. Heck, if Obama does the job right, he can be the new Putin or Erdogan: America’s President for Life.
And yes, I agree this sounds crazy, but events since 2020 show that we really are nothing more than a fancy banana republic.

The media lies about Obamacare ... and everything else
Now that Joe Biden's touting Obamacare and bringing President Obama along for the ride at the White House, the media still acts like Obamacare is great even though Obama and others continuously lied to get it passed and then lied about the results.
It's par for the course because they are such a dishonest crew.
The media also is a great supporter of Obama and Biden as they lied to get the deals done with Iran which continues to support terrorists and continues to pledge death to America
The media acts like it is treasonous to oppose election results and that no one did it before Trump. Yet they always support Democrats who challenged results in 2000, 2004, and 2016 in Congress. The media and other Democrats called Trump an illegitimate president for four years. They impeached him twice for pure garbage.
The media and others spread the lie that a white cop shot Michael Brown when his hands were up, and he was backing away. How many cops have been injured and killed because of this intentional lie? How much anti-cop rhetoric came about because of this lie? How much has crime gone up throughout the country because of lies implying that white cops indiscriminately kill blacks?

Barack Obama mentioned himself 33 times during his White House homecoming speech with President Biden on Tuesday.
Obama used the words “I,” “I’m,” “me,” and “my” 33 times, according to a TVEyes transcription software search of MSNBC. More specifically, Obama used the word “I” 20 times while he spoke next to Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
Obama reportedly has not visited the White House in five years. Obama was president from 2008 to 2016. During his tenure, American become more polarized, though he campaigned on unity.
After the event was over, a crowd surrounded Obama while Biden appeared to wander around looking for someone or for something to do. The Republican National Committee’s research team tweeted the video and the caption “Literally no one wants to talk to Joe Biden.”
The content of Obama’s speech was focused on the controversial passage of the Affordable Care Act, dubbed “Obamacare.”

“Members of Congress took courageous votes, including some who knew that their vote would likely cost them their seat,” Obama bragged. “And the night we passed the ACA — I’ve said it before — it was a high point of my time here, because it reminded me and reminded us of what is possible.”
Obama also offered cheer to the current Democrat White House, which has been marred by defeats: Since Biden assumed office, he has failed to pass the “Build Back Better” agenda, student loan forgiveness, the destruction of election integrity, and Supreme Court packing.
“Everybody feels frustrated sometimes about what takes place in this town. Progress feels way too slow,” Obama said in an apparent attempt to calm angst. “But what the [ACA] shows is that, if you are driven by the core idea that together we can improve … if you stay with it and are willing to work through the obstacles and the criticism and continually improve where you fall short — you can make America better.”
