The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. What no one will say, but I will, is that the ObamaGate /MuellerGate /SpyGate scandal is an ongoing plot to restore Barack Obama to the Presidency. Before heads explode let me explain.
Nickel went on to work for Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign before he launched another state Senate run in 2018, this time in North Carolina. He went on to serve two terms as a state legislator before announcing his 13th district congressional bid after Budd vacated his seat to run for U.S. Senate. North Carolina's redistricting process made the district considerably less red, prompting the Democratic Congressional Committee to add Nickel to its "competitive ‘Red to Blue' program."
The Second American Civil War, and Ways to Win It
The recent clandestine FBI raid on the home of President Donald Trump leaves little doubt that America indeed is in the midst of a second civil war. The war thus far is a non-shooting war with multiple "fronts" of attack waged and supported by both domestic and foreign enemies. If they are successful, they will have effectively nullified America's constitutional republic and negated most, if not all, of Americans' cherished constitutional rights and freedoms.
This civil war is being waged successfully against the American republic by multiple organizations and numerous powerful, very wealthy people ("progressives"), all striving to control the manner in which Americans think, speak, and act. Because Americans' unique constitutional freedoms and rights are under severe attack, there is an urgent and immediate need for all patriotic Americans to get actively engaged.
This article suggests three actions that patriotic citizens can take to become effectively engaged against the enemies of their republic. The power of a single citizen can be profound.
America is in dire need of leaders and supporters who care much more about the preservation of the nation's constitutional republic than about enriching themselves or doing only what their major donors desire. America needs many more courageous, patriotic leaders like Florida governor Ron DeSantis, who, along with other bold actions, recently fired a George Soros–funded leftist Florida prosecutor.
Governor DeSantis is actively fighting the use of "woke" environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards by financial institutions to determine loans and other financial support for Florida businesses and citizens. Many more chief executives need to demonstrate such courage and conviction.
Strong, DeSantis-type conservative leadership is urgently needed at all levels of government (county, city, state, and federal). Such leadership is also urgently needed at all levels of America's educational hierarchy, including K–12 and college and university environments.
Domestic and foreign enemies waging and supporting America's second civil war include:
1) The radical, far left–controlled Democrat party. Today's Democrat party is controlled by members of the radical far left, who are committed to an ideology (religion!) that says America is an evil country that was illicitly founded by rich, old white men only for their betterment and perpetuation. These radicals lack and are not the least bit interested in a balanced history of America's Founders and founding. Such an approach will go against their race-based Marxist agenda striving to divide the American population rather than unify the people.
Democrats' attacks on the American republic include, among other things, a) maintaining an extremely dangerous, deadly open southern border; b) supporting violent, lawless groups such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter; and c) deliberately eliminating America's energy independence, causing super-inflation and risking America's national security. Given the above, traditional longtime, patriotic Democrats are choosing to leave the party.
2) The Great Reset agenda of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Economic Forum (WEF). Members of the WHO and WEF (both substantially funded by Bill Gates and other wealthy "progressives") have concocted what they call the Great Reset agenda. This is nothing less than an effort to control people's lives by controlling their health and money. The radical far left–controlled Democrat party supports the Great Reset agenda because it is an attack on America's constitutional republic.
3) The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Russia, and other tyrannical governments. The CCP, Russia, North Korea, and other tyrannical governments are notorious for continual cyber-attacks against America's infrastructure. The involvement of the CCP in the development and release of the deadly COVID-19 virus is well accepted by numerous investigators and at least one brave Chinese whistle-blower.
The CCP exerts great influence at many of America's leading colleges and universities to promote, either directly or indirectly, CCP propaganda against long accepted American values, including family and Christian values. The deep disdain that the CCP feels for Americans was revealed in a speech given in 2003 by Chinese defense minister (General) Chi Haotian, where he stated, "It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century in which the Chinese Communist Party leads the world."
Actions that patriotic, freedom-loving Americans can take in this 21st-century civil war:
1) Use the tools provided by Act for America that allow citizens to easily contact their state and federal representatives about pending legislation that is being promoted by far-left Democrats. Various legislators have indicated that it takes hearing from only 40–50 of their constituents to make a difference in critical votes on pending legislation.
Interviews with legislators indicate that many consider a note or call from a single constituent to be representative of 1,000 people. Thus, a single citizen indeed is potent.
2) Form small groups of military veterans (and other citizen groups) to become active, vocal supporters of bona fide conservative political candidates. Provide this same support for strong conservative candidates for local school boards and other education positions. An example of a highly successful, activist veterans organization is American Veterans Vote in Virginia.
3) Parents and all citizens concerned about the education of America's youth need to insist on viewing the curricula that K–12 teachers are using to instruct students. Challenge any race-based materials, sexual orientation and transgender indoctrination, and anti-American books and other materials being used. Continue to appear at school board meetings to demand the end of any Critical Race Theory or derivative instruction being given to students. If necessary, contact the No Left Turn in Education organization for potential advice/legal assistance.
In conclusion, now is not the time to be complacent about life in America — there is too much at stake. Citizens who love America with its cherished constitutional freedoms and rights truly need to become active and help win America's second civil war!

What Would the Devil Have to Do Today to Destroy America?
In 1965, columnist and commentator Paul Harvey wrote an interesting piece titled, "If I were the Devil." This was basically a commentary on what Harvey would do if he were Satan and wanted to destroy America.
Nearly 60 years later, most of what Harvey predicted has come to pass. While America has not been completely destroyed, our nation is clearly in decline. In 2022, here's what I would do if I wanted to finish the job.
I'd Devalue the Currency
The United States is approximately 30 trillion dollars in debt. But I wouldn't stop there. I know the dollar isn't going to be the world's dominant reserve currency much longer, so I'd continue to sedate the drooling, self-pleasuring masses with cradle-to-grave entitlements and stimulus checks for as long as possible. In order to implement the Great Reset and usher in the new globalist system, it will be necessary to print the dollar into oblivion and replace it with a digital currency.
I'd Develop Hyper-Inflation
The obvious result of extensive money-printing and endless free government programs is inflation. Everything from food and fuel to housing and cars will quickly become unattainable for the average family. But this isn't enough. I'd continue devaluing the currency until hyperinflation set in. Along with more empty shelves, it won't be long until we start seeing food rationing, social unrest, and possibly even food riots in the hardest hit areas.
I'd Diminish Energy Independence
After food security, energy is what's necessary to keep a society running efficiently. To destroy America's energy independence, I'd cancel the Keystone XL pipeline, impose extreme environmental rules on gas emissions, and pause natural gas and oil leases on all federal land. I'd insist that everyone get his energy from windmills, solar panels, and electric cars that only the wealthy can afford. I'd make sure rolling brownouts and blackouts increasingly occur until America becomes a third-world nation.
I'd Defund the Police
I would attack, demoralize, and ultimately drain money and resources from police departments across the country. During this time, I would make sure the elites of society from politicians to celebrities were well protected with police escorts and armed bodyguards. I would then sit back and watch the carnage unfold. That's when I'd implement my real agenda: a nationalized police force similar to what's found in Communist China and Cuba.
I'd Disarm the Citizens
I'd make sure the citizens are at the mercy of the government and the nationalized police force by passing extensive legislation to limit Second Amendment rights. But I don't want to take away just assault rifles or semi-automatics. I want to take away everything. If I wanted to destroy the country, I would agree with the article published in the Nation on August 17, 2019, in which the writer stated:
That leads to only one logical conclusion. Repeal the Second Amendment and start over from presumption that you do not need a gun unless you are going off to war or going off to train for war.
I'd Demolish the Voting System
If I were trying to destroy America, I would insist it were racist and bigoted to require any type of identification to vote. Never mind that photo identification is required for everything from drinking a beer to driving a car. I would argue that voting ID discriminates against minorities and poor individuals. Of course, extensive identification is required to apply for Medicaid and almost any type of government assistance. But I wouldn't let pesky facts like that dissuade me. Without required identification, the voting process would eventually become chaotic and untrustworthy, and ultimately undermine our entire democratic process.
I'd Destroy the Education System
I would give teachers' unions unprecedented power. I would allow basic academics to be superseded by woke theology and social justice mandates. I would also eliminate school choice and make it as difficult as possible for parents to educate their children outside the government-run school system. This would produce a nation of surly Bolsheviks who are unable to do simple math, write a coherent paragraph, or read at grade level. But they will be able to protest and burn down entire swaths of once great cities.
I'd Destabilize the Mind
Finally, I would promote what was abnormal as normal and insist that unscientific delusions are fact. I would normalize and legalize drugs, even though we have a record number of individuals dying from drug overdoses. Once enough people are addicted to drugs and enough minds are destabilized, the masses will more easily believe what is illogical. I would then convince people of ludicrous ideas, such as math is racist and the patriarchy is responsible for every social ill. I'd tell three-year-old children they have the capacity to choose their own gender while twenty-five-year-old adults should enjoy an extended adolescence living in Grandma's basement smoking weed and indulging in endless sexual experimentation.
Why Would Anyone Want to Destroy America?
Why destroy this once great nation? In a word, globalism. Many of those in power, from politicians to organizations such as the United Nations and the World Economic Forum, are pushing us toward a globalist system. The globalists aren't even trying to hide their agenda any longer. Klaus Schwab writes about the Great Reset at the World Economic Forum, while Joe Biden talks about how we're going through an incredible transition in the push to radically change how we support our energy needs.
Unfortunately, by the time the globalist system is fully in place, many Americans will welcome it with open arms. They will gladly trade all their privacy and freedom for social justice and a monthly pittance in the form of guaranteed income from the government. Freedom of speech, religious liberty, property rights, and gun rights will be greatly diminished or gone.
If I were the devil, this is what I would do to destroy America and usher in the Great Globalist Reset. Of course, I don't have to do any of these things. Our current leaders are more than adequately getting the job done.

Chicago Public Schools website features appalling video justifying burning and looting
The Chicago Public Schools are doing a miserable job educating the children of that troubled city. As Matt Rosenberg of Wirepoints notes, the school system has every incentive to redirect anger over its failures onto society as a whole, specifically to white racism. It is via Wirepoints that I learned of the video embedded below and saw these basic statistics on the CPS's abject failures:
Rosenberg ably excerpts some of the most remarkable assertions of the video, but in order to fully grasp the level of hatred being expressed, it is worthwhile listening to the almost seven minutes of the rant, in which the speaker, author Kimberly Jones, credits participating on Operation Push (Jesse Jackson's old outfit) for her level of economic sophistication (such as it is).
She begins with a robust defense of rioting and looting as an entitlement for those presently at the lower end of the economic spectrum.
"Wealthy black people (are) making the commentary...we should not be rioting, we should not be looting, we should not be tearing up our own communities. And then there's been the argument...we should be hitting them in the pocket...where we don't spend any money — but I feel like we should do both, and I support both."
Of looters who struck in Chicago and other cities:
"their only hope and their only opportunity to get some of the things that we flaunt and flash in front of them all the time is to walk through a broken glass window and get it."
That's bad enough. But then comes the endorsement of guerilla action and arson as a form of entitled social protest. Jones later in the video adds:
"If the social contract is broken why the f--- do I give a s--- about burning the f------ Football Hall of Fame, and burning the f------Target...f--- your Target, f--- your Hall of Fame. As far as I'm concerned they can burn this b---- to the ground. And it still wouldn't be enough."

An Illegal Immigrant Tried To Kill His Ex While Out on Bail. This Soft-on-Crime Candidate Voted To Let It Happen Again.
North Carolina state lawmaker Wiley Nickel opposed bill to keep illegal immigrant criminals behind bars
In May 2019, an illegal immigrant in North Carolina tried to kill his ex-girlfriend just days after his release from prison. A month later, Democratic congressional hopeful Wiley Nickel opposed a bill that would have prevented the ordeal from happening again.
As a North Carolina state lawmaker, Nickel roughly three years ago voted against House Bill 370, which required sheriffs in the state to comply with Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers issued against illegal immigrants. Those detainers help ICE take custody of illegal immigrants when they're arrested on local charges and subsequently released on bail. Just one month before Nickel's vote, a self-described "progressive" sheriff's refusal to honor an ICE detainer prompted a violent rampage.
On May 15, 2019, police arrested 37-year-old Honduran national Luis Analberto Pineda-Anchecta—who was deported from the United States in 2006 but reentered the country illegally—after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend. One day later, ICE placed a detainer on him, which, if honored, would have kept the illegal immigrant criminal in custody. But progressive Mecklenburg County sheriff Garry McFadden ignored that detainer, and Pineda-Anchecta was free to roam the streets following his release on bond on May 17, 2019. Four days later, Pineda-Anchecta kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, tied a rope around her head to keep her quiet, told her he intended to kill her, and took her to a secluded, wooded area near a highway. The victim escaped, and Pineda-Anchecta was later sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Three years after the incident, Nickel is running to replace outgoing Republican congressman Ted Budd in North Carolina's 13th Congressional District. Nickel says he's running in part to "support law enforcement" and make sure "everyone feels welcome and safe in our communities." For the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association, however, Nickel's vote on House Bill 370 did just the opposite—the association supported the bill with "high priority," arguing that it provided "an appropriate and careful balance under the Constitution for the rights of the accused and for the public safety of our communities."
Nickel did not return a request for comment. His decision to vote against the sheriffs' association-backed bill could become a flash point in his race against Republican Bo Hines, who has called to "enforce our laws, deport all criminal aliens, and save Americans from dying."
Nickel first entered the political arena in 2006, when he ran for state Senate in his native California. Nickel lost to Republican incumbent Jeff Denham by approximately 20 points, despite funneling thousands of dollars of his own money into the race and running in a district that "was carved out specifically to elect a Democrat." Nickel's own family donated to Denham's campaign before Nickel entered the race.

But soon enough, the reality of Barack Obama’s unpopularity, the reality of the criminal abuse by his administration in trying to frame and otherwise take down President Trump, and the reality of a booming economy helping all Americans, would take the air out of her balloon. “Bring Back Barack” is not a winning campaign theme. And if a tweet or two happened to get under her skin, the result could be ugly.
The main objective of “political animals” like Obama and the Clintons is to get elected; it’s not to fix a broken America, nor to protect her. There are people who govern and there are people who campaign; Obama and the Clintons are the latter. Just look at the huge Republican electoral gains under Obama and the Clintons. It’s amazing that Democrats who still care about their party still support the very people who have brought it down.

Virginia Progressive Prosecutor Freed Felon Who Went On To Murder Two Men
A progressive Virginia prosecutor this year dropped charges against a felon with a history of gun charges. Months later, that felon killed two innocent men.
In July, Francis Rose shot two "innocent bystanders" in the head while robbing an apartment complex in Alexandria, Va., according to police. In February, he was freed from jail by the office of Arlington County commonwealth’s attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti (D.). Rose, who was already on probation for illegally carrying a weapon in Washington, D.C., was arrested in October 2020 for possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine and fentanyl with intent to distribute.
The double murder is the latest instance where soft-on-crime Virginia prosecutors enabled violent felons. Dehghani-Tafti’s ally Steve Descano (D.), Fairfax County’s top prosecutor, released three offenders with gun charges who each went on to murder. Both prosecutors’ campaigns received over $600,000 from the Democratic megadonor George Soros. Like Soros-backed prosecutors across the country, Dehghani-Tafti and Descano have abolished cash bail and pushed for decarceration.
Police announced the double homicide of Adrian de Jesus Rivera Guzman and his step-son, Juan Carlos Anaya Hernandez, on Tuesday. Rose’s victims were landscape workers who had escaped gang-led violence in their native El Salvador.
Arlington police arrested Rose during a traffic stop in 2020 after finding a loaded handgun, cocaine, and fentanyl on him. In February, a county judge ruled the search unconstitutional. The evidence was not legally admissible because the drugs and gun were "appended" to Rose rather than in the car, his defense attorney argued, according to the Washington Post. Dehghani-Tafti’s office dropped the charges following the judge’s ruling and criticized the arresting officers’ conduct.
But before the ruling, a prosecutor in Dehghani-Tafti’s office praised the officers’ conduct, according to the Arlington Coalition of Police. Her office held Rose in jail without bond for more than a year before his trial, the law enforcement group said, implying prosecutors believed the officers had acted lawfully.
Rose will appear in court on Oct. 28. He faces up to 40 years in prison for each count of second-degree murder. Juan Hernandez’s wife told the Post she hopes he will stay behind bars this time.

Double murder suspect charged with burglary

Two men were shot to death the morning of July 16 after a botched residential burglary at 7:28 a.m. in the Assembly Alexandria apartment complex in the 100 to 200 blocks of Century Drive, according to a police report.
The victims, Adrian Dejesus Rivera Guzman, 48, and Juan Carlos Anaya Hernandez, 24, were innocent bystanders to the burglary when they were both shot in the head by suspect Francis Deonte Rose, 27.
The suspect is in custody on burglary charges and police said other charges are expected.
According to ALXnow, Alexandria police radio traffic at the time suggested that the burglary suspect was the ex-boyfriend of an apartment resident and was known to carry a gun.
This is not the first time Rose has been in trouble with the law, as he has previously been arrested in D.C. and Arlington County.
In D.C., he was charged with carrying a pistol without a license, bench warrant, possession of unregistered ammunition and possession of an unregistered firearm. In Arlington a year later, he was charged with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute cocaine and fentanyl as well as possession of a gun and ammunition by someone convicted of a felony within the past 10 years, according to ALXnow. Rose was released from jail in Arlington after these charges were dropped following a judge’s decision to suppress evidence that the judge ruled had been illegally obtained, ALXnow reported.

North Carolina state lawmaker Wiley Nickel opposed bill to keep illegal immigrant criminals behind bars
In May 2019, an illegal immigrant in North Carolina tried to kill his ex-girlfriend just days after his release from prison. A month later, Democratic congressional hopeful Wiley Nickel opposed a bill that would have prevented the ordeal from happening again.
As a North Carolina state lawmaker, Nickel roughly three years ago voted against House Bill 370, which required sheriffs in the state to comply with Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers issued against illegal immigrants. Those detainers help ICE take custody of illegal immigrants when they're arrested on local charges and subsequently released on bail. Just one month before Nickel's vote, a self-described "progressive" sheriff's refusal to honor an ICE detainer prompted a violent rampage.
On May 15, 2019, police arrested 37-year-old Honduran national Luis Analberto Pineda-Anchecta—who was deported from the United States in 2006 but reentered the country illegally—after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend. One day later, ICE placed a detainer on him, which, if honored, would have kept the illegal immigrant criminal in custody. But progressive Mecklenburg County sheriff Garry McFadden ignored that detainer, and Pineda-Anchecta was free to roam the streets following his release on bond on May 17, 2019. Four days later, Pineda-Anchecta kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, tied a rope around her head to keep her quiet, told her he intended to kill her, and took her to a secluded, wooded area near a highway. The victim escaped, and Pineda-Anchecta was later sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Three years after the incident, Nickel is running to replace outgoing Republican congressman Ted Budd in North Carolina's 13th Congressional District. Nickel says he's running in part to "support law enforcement" and make sure "everyone feels welcome and safe in our communities." For the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association, however, Nickel's vote on House Bill 370 did just the opposite—the association supported the bill with "high priority," arguing that it provided "an appropriate and careful balance under the Constitution for the rights of the accused and for the public safety of our communities."
Nickel did not return a request for comment. His decision to vote against the sheriffs' association-backed bill could become a flash point in his race against Republican Bo Hines, who has called to "enforce our laws, deport all criminal aliens, and save Americans from dying."
Nickel first entered the political arena in 2006, when he ran for state Senate in his native California. Nickel lost to Republican incumbent Jeff Denham by approximately 20 points, despite funneling thousands of dollars of his own money into the race and running in a district that "was carved out specifically to elect a Democrat." Nickel's own family donated to Denham's campaign before Nickel entered the race.

A 36-year-old shopper was brutally sucker punched from behind at a mall in Brooklyn while no bystanders are seen immediately aiding the victim, including a security guard, in footage released by the New York Police Department (NYPD).
The assault happened at Kings Plaza Mall in the Mill Basin neighborhood of Brooklyn at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

As the footage begins, a 36-year-old man is seen standing by himself before being approached by another man from behind, who sucker punches him in an unprovoked manner.
The suspect is then seen walking away from the victim’s motionless body.
While multiple bystanders are visibly nearby the 36-year-old’s body, no one is seen aiding the victim for the rest of the footage — approximately 20 seconds.
During this time, a security guard can be seen walking by the victim’s motionless body but also does not attend to him as he walks away. He even appears to look at the victim while walking.
The 36-year-old was taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition, WABC reported.
The NYPD released additional footage of what appears to be the suspect exiting a black Honda Civic at a parking exit in the mall.
It is unknown why the attack occurred, as police continue to search for the suspect.

This attack comes after a victim was sucker punched by another man outside in a similarly unprovoked manner on August 12, Breitbart News reported. Bui Van Phu, 55, was later identified as the alleged suspect and was charged with attempted murder.
Felony Assaults in the Big Apple are up by 18.8 percent from this time last year, NYPD crime data shows. Overall, crime across the city is up by 35.6 percent.
