THE LA RAZA SUPREMACY FASCIST HISPANIC CAUCUS ORDERS TRUMP TO STOP TALKING ABOUT 'Chain Migration'..... Another million Mexicans expected to jump America's open borders

Pro-Open Borders Hispanic Caucus to Trump Administration: Stop Talking About ‘Chain Migration’

The pro-open borders Hispanic Caucus has “implored” President Trump’s administration to stop mentioning the process known as “chain migration,” whereby newly naturalized citizens are allowed under the current legal immigration system to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S.

report by POLITICO revealed that members of the House Hispanic Caucus — which regularly advocates for more immigration to the U.S. despite its negative impact on America’s working and middle class — asked Trump’s Chief of Staff John Kelly to stop talking about chain migration, which has imported more than 9.3 million foreign nationals to the country since 2005.
POLITICO reported:
In the Hispanic Caucus meeting, Democrats said they implored Kelly and his aides to stop using the phrase “chain migration,” a term that minority lawmakers say is an offensive way to describe family reunification policies. [Emphasis added]
Democrats and the Republican establishment have become increasingly upset that the Trump administration has successfully educated the American public on the impact of chain migration and the millions of foreign nationals that the process has brought to the U.S.
For example, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) also asked the Trump administration to stop talking about chain migration, claiming the term, itself, is offensive to black Americans, despite being a term that Durbin, himself, used in the White House last week.
Durbin said in an interview:
That was the nature of this conversation. When it came to the issue of, quote, “chain migration,” I said to the president, do you realize how painful that term is to so many people? African-Americans believe they migrated to America in chains and when you talk about chain migration, it hurts them personally. [Emphasis added]

Democrats and the Republican establishment have been exceptionally unwilling to cut a deal with Trump on immigration, specifically on provisions that would end the wildly unpopular process of chain migration, as well as the Diversity Visa Lottery program.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data reveals that more than nine million foreign nationals have come to the U.S. as chain migrants between 2005 and 2016. In that same time period, a total of 13.06 million foreign nationals have entered the U.S. through the legal immigration system, as every seven out of ten new arrivals come to the country for nothing other than family reunification.

This makes chain migration the largest driver of immigration to the U.S. — making up more than 70 percent. As Breitbart News reported, five years of chain migration to the U.S. adds more people to the country than one year of American births.

In December 2017, the Trump administration popularized the term “chain migration” as a way to describe the massive inflow of foreign relatives to the U.S. in a campaign that revealed immigration data that had never been released before.
For instance, the number of chain migrants who have resettled in the U.S. in the last decade is greater than the total combined population of Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Cleveland, the White House noted in a series of graphs.

Since August 2017, Trump has demanded the Republican-controlled Congress end chain migration, thus cutting legal immigration levels to raise the wages of American workers and give workforce relief to working and middle-class communities – especially black Americans, who remain disproportionately more unemployed than other groups.
Before the Trump administration, the processes of mass legal and illegal immigration to the U.S. over the last few decades were hardly known to the American public, as the Bush and Obama administrations did not seek to reduce legal immigration to benefit U.S. workers.

Family Unit Border Crossings Up 625 Percent from April 2017 Low

The number of families apprehended by Border Patrol agents grew by 625 percent from a low point in April 2017. The figure fell sharply during the first four months of the Trump Administration but has risen steadily thereafter.

In April 2017, Border Patrol agents apprehended 1,119 Family Unit Aliens (FMUA), Breitbart Texas reported. The number of FMUA apprehensions rose nearly every month since the his low point to 8,121 in December, according to the Southwest Border Migration report released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on Tuesday. This number represents an increase from April of more than 7,000 FMUAs (625 percent). CBP defines FMUA as the “number of individuals (either a child under 18 years old, parent or legal guardian) apprehended with a family member by the U.S. Border Patrol.”
CBP officials released the shocking numbers on the same day President Donald Trump met with Congressional leaders to discuss amnesty for illegal alien minors brought to the U.S. by their families under the same circumstances as the FMUAs currently entering the country. The meeting addressed Congressional plans to replace President Barrack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Shortly after the meeting, a judge in the Ninth Circuit ordered the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to largely reinstate DACA.
U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded the DACA program in September, Breitbart News reported. He said there would be an “orderly and lawful wind-down.” His announcement followed a threat from Texas and nine other states to add the DACA program to an already successful lawsuit that effectively ended President Obama’s Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA) program.
“For these same reasons that DAPA and Expanded DACA’s unilateral Executive Branch conferral of eligibility for lawful presence and work authorization was unlawful, the original June 15, 2012 DACA memorandum is also unlawful,” the letter from the states explained. “
Following the DACA rescission by Sessions, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the states would drop their threatened lawsuit, Breitbart Texas reported.
DACA is seen by many as a magnet that draws FMUAs and Unaccompanied Alien Children to risk their lives to come to the U.S. illegally. These groups pay large sums of money to cartel-connected human smugglers to bring them to the U.S. in hopes they will be included in a DACA replacement amnesty program.
FMUAs and UACs represented nearly 40 percent of all illegal aliens apprehended by Border Patrol agents during Fiscal Year 2017. Agents apprehended a total of 117,057 FMUAs and UACs during the FY2017 which ended in September. Between the beginning of the new fiscal year on October 1 and December 30, agents apprehended 31,209 additional families and unaccompanied minors.
The UACs are reported to be coming from Guatemala (5,697), Mexico (2,433), Honduras (1,740), and El Salvador (993). Guatemala also leads the list of countries sending FMUAs to the U.S. with 10,650 during the first three months of FY2018. This is followed by Honduras (5,545), El Salvador (3,136), and Mexico (481).

Kris Kobach: Border Surge of Potentially 1M Illegal Aliens ‘Guaranteed’ Following DACA Amnesty

A surge of illegal immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border that could reach up to one million border-crossings is “guaranteed” following a possible amnesty for nearly 800,000 illegal aliens, says Kansas Secretary of State and gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach.

In an interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Sunday, hosted by Breitbart News Political Editor Matt Boyle and Deputy Political Editor Amanda House, Kobach warned President Trump against negotiating a deal wherein illegal aliens shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program are given amnesty, saying such a plan would trigger a massive border surge.
KOBACH: And there will be a surge, it is guarenteed. If there is a DACA amnesty, there will be a massive surge of hundreds of thousands, if not more than a million, new illegal aliens.
HOUSE: Right, we saw that in the ’80’s and the ’90’s, as well, following the 1986 amnesty.
KOBACH: That’s exactly right. And as some Breitbart readers may know, if they’ve seen my piece this week, I put some statistics in there. Yeah, that ’86 amnesty, it ended up being for 2.7 million people which was a larger number than was expected by Congress and by President Reagan’s administration when it happened. And the reason its a larger number is its estimated that about 700,000 people came in or applied for the amnesty who were not eligible for it. And so… what happens when you grant amnesty is immediately people flood across the border because they want to falsely claim that they were already here and get the new amnesty or they want to at least get here and wait for the next amnesty.
An amnesty for DACA illegal aliens has the potential to trigger a border surge that could triple the current level of border-crossings, which under President Trump, have ticked back up to Obama-era levels due to border wall construction being stalled in the prototype stage for months.
As the Migration Policy Institute has chronicled, previous border surges from amnesty programs have brought hundreds of thousands across the U.S.-Mexico border:
While the flow of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) has been climbing steadily since 2012, a dramatic surge has taken place in the last six months, with the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas as the principal place of entry. The Border Patrol there has converted entire stations to house unaccompanied minors and families.
According to the Border Patrol, apprehensions of unaccompanied children increased from 16,067 in fiscal year (FY) 2011 to 24,481 in FY 2012 and 38,833 in FY 2013. During the first eight months of FY 2014, 47,017 such children were apprehended by the Border Patrol. If the influx continues apace—and it shows no signs of slowing—the administration predicts that by the end of the fiscal year on September 30, totals could reach 90,000.
Ninety-eight percent of unaccompanied minors currently arriving at the border are from Honduras (28 percent), Mexico (25 percent), Guatemala (24 percent), and El Salvador (21 percent). This breakdown represents a significant shift: prior to 2012, more than 75 percent of UACs were from Mexico.
In recent days, Trump has said that negotiations for a DACA amnesty — that would include cutting legal immigration levels to benefit America’s workers and immediately constructing the border wall — are “probably dead” due to Democrats’ unwillingness to cut legal immigration and bar employers from hiring illegal aliens over U.S. citizens.

US to set up 30,000-strong “border force” in Syria

By Peter Symonds
16 January 2018
In a provocative step that immediately fuelled tensions with Turkey and Russia, the US announced last weekend the establishment of a 30,000-strong Border Security Force (BSF) in enclaves of Syria under the control of the American proxies fighting to topple the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad. The BSF will be dominated by fighters from Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG), alongside elements from various Islamist militias.
Having proclaimed the defeat of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), Washington has no intention of leaving Syria. It is determined to carve out a swathe of territory from which to prosecute its goal of ousting Assad. The latest move will not only intensify the civil war in Syria but bring the US into direct conflict with Russia and Iran, which back the Assad regime, and Turkey, which regards the YPG as a direct military threat.
Colonel Thomas Veale, a spokesman for the US-led coalition against ISIS, announced that the 15,000 troops of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) would form the core of the new army. “Currently, there are approximately 230 individuals training in the BSF’s inaugural class, with the goal of a final force size of approximately 30,000,” he said.
Testifying to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee last Thursday, David Satterfield, acting US assistant secretary of state for near eastern affairs, revealed that the Trump administration’s aims, beyond the continued suppression of ISIS, involve the consolidation of the SDF in the north and northeast of Syria, and the countering of Iranian influence.
The war against ISIS was only ever a pretext for advancing US plans for regime change in Damascus as the means for combatting Iranian and Russian influence in Syria. Far from destroying ISIS, the US, which maintains 2,000 troops in Syria, and its local proxies ensured the safety of thousands of armed ISIS fighters. According to Russia, these ISIS fighters are being trained and integrated into anti-Assad forces.
Under pressure to explain why US forces are being kept in Syria, Satterfield blurted out: “We are deeply concerned with the activities of Iran, with the ability of Iran to enhance those activities through a greater ability to move matériel into Syria. And I would rather leave the discussion at that point.” In other words, the Trump administration is preparing for a war in Syria to oust Tehran’s ally Assad that could easily spill over into a wider conflict with Iran, and potentially Russia.
At the same time, the US is facing possible Turkish military action that could destroy plans for a pro-American zone in Syria. Turkey, a NATO ally, is deeply concerned about linkages between the YPG and the separatist Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which it brands a terrorist group and has long sought to suppress. Three months ago, Turkish troops crossed the border into Syria near the YPG-controlled Idlib enclave in northern Syria.
Ibrahim Kalin, a spokesman for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, accused the US over the weekend of “taking worrying steps to legitimise this organisation [YPG] and make it lasting in the region.” He warned: “It is absolutely not possible for this to be accepted.” Turkey would “continue its fight against any terrorist organisation regardless of its name and shape within and outside its borders.”
Erdogan condemned US support for the YPG, declaring on the weekend: “The US sent 4,900 trucks of weapons in Syria. We know this. This is not what allies do.” At a rally yesterday he reiterated his determination to “vanquish” the Kurdish militia. “We have finished our preparations,” he said. “The operation can start any time.” Erdogan accused the US of “creating a terror army on our border,” adding: “What we have to do is nip this terror army in the bud.”
The Syrian government denounced the planned pro-US border force as a “blatant assault” on the country’s sovereignty. The state-run news agency, SANA, cited a foreign ministry spokesperson as insisting that the army was determined to thwart the US “conspiracy, end the presence of the US, its agents and tools in Syria, establish full control over the entire Syria territory and preserve the country’s sovereignty.”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov yesterday accused the US of seeking to split up Syria, saying it “does not want to keep Syria as a state in its current borders.” Washington was helping “the Syrian Democratic Forces to set up some border security zones.”
Lavrov stated: “What it would mean is that vast swathes of territory along the border of Turkey and Iraq would be isolated. It’s to the east of the Euphrates River. There are difficult relations between Kurds and Arabs there. There is a fear they are pursuing a policy to cut Syria into several pieces.”
Vladimir Shmanov, chairman of the Russian State Duma’s defence committee, warned that Russia would respond to the planned Syrian border force. “[It] stands in direct confrontation [with Russia’s interests] and we and our colleagues will certainly undertake certain measures on stabilisation of the situation in Syria,” he said.
The US announcement that it will train and equip a 30,000-strong military force is a desperate attempt to shore up its position in Syria. Diplomatically, it is Moscow, not Washington, that appears to be dictating the terms of negotiations over Syria, with plans for a conference in Sochi later this month to discuss the country’s future.
Militarily, the US-backed anti-Assad militias have suffered one defeat after another, not only because of Russian and Iranian support for the Syrian army, but because of widespread popular hostility, particularly to the reactionary Al Qaeda-linked elements supported by Washington.
The last remaining major Syrian opposition enclave of Idlib has been the focus of a major government offensive since the beginning of year. Into this volatile mix, the US has declared that it intends to stake out a claim by funding, training and arming a large new proxy army, only compounding the danger of a wider war.

Criminal illegals, tax cheats, sanctuary cities OK'd in Gang of Six immigration deal

by Paul bEdard |  From left, President Donald Trump, accompanied by Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen, Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Vice President Mike Pence, Senate Majority Whip Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas., and Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., speaks during a meeting on immigration in the Roosevelt Room at the White House, Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, in Washington. (AP Photo/Andrew Harnik)

A plan to reform immigration and grant amnesty to nearly 700,000 young adults that is being shopped by six senators would waive some criminal convictions, let 300 “sanctuary cities” off the hook and starve Immigration and Customs Enforcement of funds to track down and deport criminal illegals, according to a new analysis of the proposal.
“This proposal is not a serious effort to find common ground with either the majority of congressional Republicans or the president,” according to immigration expert Jessica M. Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies.
“It pays only lip service to what is required to achieve the immigration policy improvements that Americans seek, and that they elected Donald Trump to accomplish,” she added in a new analysis released Friday.
She obtained the details of the plan and found several areas that clash with the basic wishes of the White House and promises made by Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.
“Judging by details obtained by the Center, the aim is actually maximum amnesty, minimum border security and no cuts to legal immigration, and not a good faith effort to reach a deal with either the House of Representatives or the president,” wrote Vaughan.
You can see her full analysis here, but below are some of her key points:
  • Dreamer amnesty would allow waivers for certain criminal convictions that exist under current law, if deemed to be "in the public interest."
  • Applicants for the program would have to pay up on any federal tax liability, if they had a DACA work permit, but not if they worked illegally prior to legalization.
  • The proposal claims to restrict chain migration, by eliminating the category for adult sons and daughters of green card holders, which admits about 26,000 people a year. However, it transfers those numbers to another chain migration category for spouses of green card holders and their children. So there is no net decrease in chain migration at all under this proposal.
  • There is no funding for ICE or interior enforcement, no expansion of E-Verify, nor any provisions to address the broken asylum system, sanctuary cities, the continued influx of illegal families and minors from Central America, visa overstays, an entry-exit system, the backlogged immigration court, illegal employment, or any of the other needs compiled at the president's request prepared by career immigration agency officials.

It's time to sort the good from the bad in the 800,000-person DACA bloc

A study shows that DACA-aged illegals are more likely to commit additional crimes and be jailed than citizens.  With all the news about the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program being subject to a deal, this latest bit of news points to a need to start separating good from bad DACA recipients in any amnesty deal for them.
According to the Washington Examiner:
A new report about crimes committed by illegals finds that younger undocumented immigrants [sic; should be "illegal aliens" –ed.] who were eligible for former President Obama's DACA amnesty program commit far more crimes than other immigrants or U.S. citizens.
In unearthing rare data that details the crimes and sentences of illegals in Arizona, the Crime Prevention Research Center reported that immigrants age 15-35, the general population of the 700,000 in Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, "commit crime at twice the rate of young U.S. citizens."
The crimes cited in the study are authentic thug-type crimes, such as murder, rape, robbery, and kidnapping, not the white-collar variety such as Social Security identification theft, which is an even greater subset of violators.
Two caveats should be noted from the report: the study covers only Arizona state, and its conclusions are a nationwide projection from those results.  Also, the study itself covers only DACA-aged youths, not actual verified DACA recipients.
That said, the research was done by the respected John Lott, whose work is known for its rigor.  Meanwhile, any youth of the right age who hasn't applied for DACA would be a fool not to, given its 99% approval rate on applications.  There is reason to think there is merit in Lott's claims.
This points to a problem we see again and again in DACA recipients: for every valedictorian proudly featured in the press among the program's 800,000-strong number, we have far higher numbers of illiterates, underachievers, unassimilated non-English-speakersdropouts, and repeat criminals.
The negotiations in the Congress on a DACA deal with President Trump continuously use the 800,000-strong recipient base as an undifferentiated bloc.  Yet we know there was no differentiation in the approval process, and the valedictorians went into the same bin as the underachievers and the underclass-assimilators.  Most Americans would be fine with allowing the valedictorians and the 900 servicemembers among the 800,000-person bloc as part of a deal, as these people would probably make successful Americans.  Where they draw the line is with gang members, habitual criminals, underachievers, and terrorist sympathizers.
Why anyone would refrain from splitting up the DACA bloc into categories that go well beyond an applicant's age is a mystery to me.  Breaking up the bloc will make a deal for the more deserving of the applicants that much easier if a deal ever comes to pass.

DACA: THE IMMIGRATION TROJAN HORSE

How the original DREAM act was designed to cover 90% of the illegal alien population in the US.

January 12, 2018

Today DACA (Deferred Action-Childhood Arrivals) is a major issue for the Trump administration, with politicians from both parties attempting to persuade President Trump to provide lawful status for the illegal aliens who had been granted temporary lawful status in an ill-conceived and, indeed, illegal program that had been implemented by President Obama, a politically adept manipulator of language and a master of deception.

On December 18th I participated in an interview on Fox News to discuss DACA and the fact that according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) legalizing the estimated population of “Dreamers” would cost an estimated $26 billion.

On January 9th President Trump conducted a bi-partisan White House meeting to consider a compromise that would provide lawful immigration status for the approximately 800,000 illegal aliens who enrolled in DACA. As the San Francisco Chronicle reported, Trump seeks a "bill of love" from Congress for "Dreamers"

The “deal” would require funding a border wall, ending “chain migration” and perhaps, making E-Verify mandatory.  Of course without an adequate number of ICE agents, mandatory E-Verify would be of limited value since unscrupulous employers could simply hire illegal aliens “off the books” and without agents to conduct field investigations these criminally deceptive employment practices would not be discovered.

President Trump’s previous call for hiring an additional 10,000 ICE agents was not mentioned by the participants in the meeting.  This is extremely worrisome.

A lack of effective interior enforcement of our immigration laws, has for decades, undermined the integrity of the immigration system. In fact the 9/11 Commission cited the lack of interior enforcement as a key vulnerability that terrorists, and not only the 9/11 hijackers, had exploited to embed themselves in the U.S. in preparation to carrying out deadly attacks.

DACA was a travesty foisted on America and Americans by the Obama administration, from its inception, was a scam based on lies and false suppositions. Legalizing these 800,000 illegal aliens would, in point of fact, legitimize Obama’s illegal action.

Obama claimed that he was invoking “prosecutorial discretion” when he stood in the White House Rose Garden on June 15, 2012 and announced that “since Congress failed to act” (to pass Comprehensive Immigration Reform) he was going to act by creating DACA. But in reality Congress did act: it voted down legislation known as Comprehension Immigration Reform and, in so doing, took an action that is consistent with the role of Congress as established by the U.S. Constitution that created the system of “checks and balances.”

For Mr. Obama, however, the problem was that Congress did not act the way he wanted it to act.

Two days after that speech in 2012, I wrote an Op-Ed, “Obama Invokes Prosecutorial Discretion to Circumvent Constitution and Congress,” in which I noted that what Obama had referred to as “Prosecutorial Discretion” should, in reality, be referred to as “Prosecutorial Deception.”

Legitimate use of prosecutorial discretion can provide a pragmatic solution to real-world limitations of law enforcement resources in a manner comparable to a triage.  For example, law enforcement officers frequently ignore relatively minor violations of law so that those limited resources can be available to address more serious violations of law.  Consider, for example, the police officer operating speed radar who ignores cars that exceed the speed limit by a small margin, but are being otherwise driven in a safe manner.  This enables the police officer to focus on vehicles that are being driven dangerously.

Under DACA, however, illegal aliens were not ignored to conserve limited resources.  In fact, limited resources were not conserved but were squandered to provide temporary lawful status to a huge number of illegal aliens without legal authority or justification.

Moreover, DACA constituted the de facto creation of law without the legislative process, but by unconstitutional executive fiat.

Let’s now consider the notion of “deferred action,” the foundation upon which DACA was purportedly created.  There are legitimate provisions in the immigration system to provide aliens with “deferred action” when it is a matter of compassion, for humanitarian purposes.  The key word is “deferred.”  What is deferred is the ultimate required departure of non-immigrant aliens.

For example, if a family from another country lawfully came to the United States as non-immigrants for a temporary visit with friends or relatives in the United States and one of the members of the family was injured in an accident or became ill, those aliens could apply for deferred action so that they would not have to leave the United States until the family crisis was resolved.

As an INS agent I dealt with such cases.  Generally the doctor who was treating the injured or ill family member would provide documentation to immigration authorities to verify the medical situation, with periodic updates.

As an INS special agent I was responsible for conducting investigations to make certain that applications were not fraudulent.

Generally these aliens would not be granted employment authorization except under the most extraordinary of circumstances if they needed to remain in the United States for a protracted period of time. However, DACA essentially “dropped a net” over 800,000 illegal aliens, not out of humanitarian concerns because of an unforeseen emergency but as a means of achieving a political objective.

Obama claimed that his action was to help young people who were brought to the United States by their parents and, consequently, were the victims of their parents’ actions over which they had no control.

Obama was counting on the fact that Americans are among the most compassionate people in the world, especially where children are concerned.  Media reports furthered this narrative and, to this day, many ill-informed Americans believe that all aliens who participated in DACA were teenagers. But in fact, the age cutoff was actually 31.  These aliens simply needed to claim that they had been brought to the United States prior to their 16th birthdays.  Those aliens today might now be as old as 36 years of age.  DACA should have been called DACCA (Deferred Action- Claimed Childhood Arrivals).

There were virtually no interviews or field investigations to verify any information or claims contained in the applications.

(The DREAM Act would have allowed aliens as old as 35 years of age to apply to participate in the amnesty that would have been created had the legislation passed.)

It is vital to note that even the term DREAM Act and the derivative term “Dreamers” is hypocritical.  Ever since the administration of Jimmy Carter, the term “Alien” has been eradicated from the immigration debate, not out of supposed “political correctness” but as a means of Orwellian thought control and Newspeak.

However, the “DREAM Act” is an acronym for Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act.  It is maddening that when the imagery of the “American Dream” can be exploited, the term “alien” becomes palatable -- but only when used in conjunction with this bit of Orwellian deception.

If the purpose of the DREAM Act was to help young illegal aliens, why did the politicians and “Gang of Eight” not simply limit it to aliens who had not yet attained the age of 21 and who could provide immigration authorities with their current school transcripts and report cards to verify their status as students in good standing?

What was never discussed in the mainstream media is that the whole point to the DREAM Act, pushed by some members of Congress and particularly the “Gang of Eight,” was to construct a legislated immigration “Trojan Horse.”

The DREAM Act established 35 years of age as the cutoff age for this amnesty because it would have covered an estimated 90% of the illegal alien population in the United States.  Furthermore, without the ability to conduct interviews, let alone field investigations, aliens could easily lie about their identities, their dates of birth and even their dates of entry into the United States.

There would be no way for adjuration officers to refute the claims of the aliens who participated in the program.

The DREAM Act was a carefully disguised version of failed legislation known as Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

In 2007, after I testified about Comprehensive Immigration Reform before several hearings in the House and Senate, I wrote an Op-Ed for the Washington Times, Immigration bill a ‘No Go' in which I suggested that the legislative disaster be renamed the “Terrorist Assistance and Facilitation Act” because under that legislation, millions of illegal aliens who had entered the United States surreptitiously and without inspection, would have been provided with lawful status and official identity documents.

This would have violated the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony.

I was gratified when then-Senator Jeff Sessions quoted my Op-Ed from the floor of the U.S. Senate during the contentious floor debate on Comprehensive Immigration Reform on three separate days, in which he shared my concerns and my proposed new name for that legislation.

The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) created a massive amnesty program that ultimately led to the greatest influx of illegal aliens in the history of our nation.  It has been said that insanity is doing the same things the same way and expecting a different outcome.

As a highly successful real estate magnate, President Trump must especially understand that just as it is unwise to erect a building on a swamp, legislation must be constructed on morally and legally solid ground.

Politicians supporting widespread amnesty for illegal aliens, said Coulter, were motivated by either “corruption or stupidity” in their pursuit to “destroy our country.

DREAMers!’

“Let’s start by deporting the DREAMers,” quipped Ann Coulter in a Monday-aired interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Dailywith Breitbart News’s Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow.

The status quo of demographic change wrought by immigration — both lawful and unlawful — must change in order to “save the country,” said Coulter.
Describing DREAMers — those targeted by the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy and subsequently proposed bills seeking to codify it as federal law — as “the most annoying people in the universe,” Coulter jestingly recommended prioritizing the most obnoxious cohort of illegal immigrants for deportation:
It has to be said that many of the legal and illegal low-wage workers, they’re incredibly hard workers, they’re really nice people, and it occurred to me … that I actually like all of the illegal immigrants except the DREAMers. They’re the ones I want deported first because they’re the activists. They’re the obnoxious ones. They’re the ones who go to congressional offices and stamp their feet and say, “How dare you not rush to grant us amnesty?” Whereas the other illegals don’t have the time to be protesting; they’re busy working, being polite, being so friendly and nice and saying, “Merry Christmas.”
No. Let’s start by deporting the DREAMers. That’s point one.
Without border security to halt the flow of foreigners illegally immigrating to America and deportations of swathes of foreigners illegally in the homeland, it is “lights out for America,” added Coulter.
“Unless [DREAMers] are not deported, they’re all becoming citizens,” warned Coulter.
“Widespread, unchecked, unfettered immigration,” said Marlow, is an existential threat to the continuity of American values.
Previous efforts to amnesty illegal immigrants — such as the Gang of Eight bill supported by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) — amounted to “kill America” endeavors, said Coulter. Such amnesty proposals are regularly marketed by their proponents under the guise of “comprehensive immigration reform.”
Any legislated amnesty will necessarily extend beyond limiting parameters promised by its supporters, said Coulter, pointing to the broadening of previous amnesties beyond originally stated limits via judicial rulings.
Birthright citizenship must also end, agreed both Coulter and Marlow. Automatic extension of citizenship to “anchor babies,” said Coulter, is “crazy” and “insane.” Existing policy is exploited by a “birth tourism,” in which pregnant foreigners time visits to the U.S. to coincide with their expected due dates.
Demographic change is an existential issue trumping all other challenges, said both Coulter and Marlow.
“All of it is moot if we don’t and end the DACA amnesty talk and if we don’t get the wall up,” said Marlow. “If that doesn’t happen, by the time we get to the polls next November, literally, the country will be on a precipice.”
The absence of a southern border wall will render recent political achievements — such as lessening burdensome federal regulations and taxes, the appointment of quality jurists to the judiciary, killing ISIS terrorists, and deciding to move the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, and undermining popular trust in left-wing news media outlets — naught, said Marlow:
All these wonderful achievements by this president, it’s not going to make a dime’s worth of difference, because not only are we setting our society on a path where we’re just legalizing undocumented Democrats, but we’re not gonna win any elections because we don’t keep our biggest promises. I really do think this is a do-or-die thing, and we’re a year in, and so far, it’s die.
“All of these victories are going to be Pyrrhic victories if we live in a country where no Republican can be elected president ever again,” concurred Coulter, framing to political and partisan shifts associated with the status quo of demographic change.
Politicians supporting widespread amnesty for illegal aliens, said Coulter, were motivated by either “corruption or stupidity” in their pursuit to “destroy our country.”
Demographic change is broadly hidden from the public by both politicians and the news media, said Coulter, while less pertinent issues are given undue focus. Proponents of preserving and/or accelerating the rate of demographic change via both legal and illegal immigration, she said, know they cannot win popular support for their positions on the battlefield of ideas:
By and large, the Third World immigration advocates, they know their best bet is — don’t let anybody talk about it, don’t let anybody think about it, we don’t want people opening the newspaper and saying, “Hmm, where’s the article on immigration?” We just don’t want it even entering their minds — that’s their approach.
“Every time you allow Americans to vote [on issues relating to immigration], every time it’s on the ballot … they vote for less immigration [and] fewer benefits for immigrants,” said Coulter, highlighting popular opposition to the status quo of both legal and illegal immigration.
Coulter rejected left-wing narratives of ethnic “diversity” as a social asset, drawing on comments made by the late Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew: “The more multi-ethnic a society becomes, people stop voting on their social interests, their economic interests; they vote on their ethnic group and I think that’s what the Democrats are counting on.”

Idaho Is Fastest-Growing State in U.S.

Idaho has the fastest-growing population in the United States, according to newly released data from the U.S. Census Bureau.

Over the last year, the Census Bureau concludes, Idaho’s population increased by 2.2 percent, with now 1.7 million residents living in the state that has one of the most racially homogeneous makeups.

Chief of the Population Estimates Branch Luke Rogers said in a statement that domestic migration of Americans is the reason behind Idaho’s population growth between July 2016 and July 2017.
“Domestic migration drove change in the two fastest-growing states, Idaho and Nevada, while an excess of births over deaths played a major part in the growth of the third fastest-growing state, Utah,” Rogers said.
The U.S. Census Bureau found that net international migration to the U.S. has continued growing the country’s population –with 1.1 million foreign nationals being admitted over the last year – with the overall U.S. population growing by 2.3 million individuals.
Every year, 1.5 million foreign nationals arrive in the U.S. The foreign-born population, most recently, has reached historic levels, with now more than 44 million immigrants residing in the country, as Breitbart News reported.

BLOG: THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY MEXICANS POUR OVER OUR BORDERS, HOWEVER ESTIMATES ARE THAT FOR EACH APPREHENDED, 8 ARE NEVER CAUGHT.
Mexico has the largest group of legal and illegal foreign nationals in the U.S., with 1.1 million immigrants from the country arriving in the U.S. between 2010 and 2016. Mexican nationals make up roughly one in eight new arrivals to the U.S.
The largest increases from 2015 to 2016 to immigration to the U.S. have come from the Middle East, the Carribean, Central America, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
The booming foreign-born population is largely due to family-based chain migration, which was established by the 1965 immigration legislation allowing new arrivals to the U.S. to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives with them.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — There is now a record level of immigrants living in the United States – standing at roughly 44 million people nationwide – who entered the U.S. both  illegally and legally from a foreign country.

Research conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies’ Steven Camarota reveals the massive scope of the U.S. immigrant population, which has contributed to keeping American wages stagnant while driving up costs of social services.
Camarota’s research reveals that in 2016, there were between 43 and 45 million immigrants in the U.S.,  nearly quadruple the immigrant population in 2000.
Mexico, as noted by Camarota, has the largest group of legal and illegal foreign nationals in the U.S., with 1.1 million immigrants from the country arriving in the U.S. between 2010 and 2016. Mexican nationals make up roughly one in eight new arrivals to the U.S.
Legal and illegal immigrants now make up close to 14 percent of the entire U.S. population, or roughly one out of every eight American residents. Camarota says this is the largest percentage in 106 years.
The largest increases from 2015 to 2016 to immigration to the U.S. have come from the Middle East, the Carribean, Central America, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
The booming foreign-born population is largely due to family-based chain migration, which was established by the 1965 immigration legislation allowing new arrivals to the U.S. to bring their foreign family members, spouses, children, and extended family to the U.S.
For instance, as Breitbart News has reported, on average, for every new legal immigrant from Mexico, the immigrant brings six relatives to the U.S. years later when they obtain U.S. citizenship.
President Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, most recently, have called for an end to chain migration, slamming it for its negative impact on American workers and the country’s working-class, who are often forced to compete with new arrivals for blue-collar jobs.
“A merit-based system, by definition, would be safer than a lottery or even extended family-based immigration,” Sessions said during a speech in New York City, New York.  “We want the best and the brightest in America.  The President’s plan is essential to protecting our national security, while also banning drunk drivers, fraudsters, gang members, and child abusers.”
Harvard University economist George Borjas, an immigration expert, recently said the current family-based chain migration system is “really hard to justify as a rational immigration policy.”

CBO Says Senate DREAM Act Would Cost

Taxpayers Billions

Friday afternoon bomb
By Andrew R. Arthur
CIS Immigration Blog, December 18, 2017

With respect to direct spending, CBO finds that S. 1615 would increase earned income and child tax credits by $5.5 billion between 2018 and 2027. It finds that the bill would increase spending for Medicaid by $5.0 billion during that period, and would increase direct spending for SNAP benefits by $2.3 billion in that timeframe. Direct spending for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits would increase by $900 million during that 10-year period under the bill. Finally, the bill would increase Social Security spending (which is off-budget) by $600 million, and Medicare spending by $300 million between 2018 and 2027. Federal direct spending for assistance for higher education would also increase, by $500 million in that timeframe under the bill, CBO estimates. Most significantly, however, "CBO and JCT estimate that enacting S. 1615 would increase outlays for subsidies for health insurance purchased through the marketplaces by $11.8 billion over the 2018-2027 period."

In reaching the $0.9 billion revenue increase figure, CBO assumes that more employees would work "on the books", and therefore report their income, increasing revenue, "mostly in the form of Social Security taxes, which are categorized as off-budget." It finds, however, that "increased reporting of employment income would result in increases in tax deductions by businesses. ... As a result, corporations would report lower taxable profits and pay less in income taxes." In addition: "Noncorporate businesses, such as partnerships and sole proprietorships, also would report lower taxable income, which would decrease individual income taxes paid by the partners and owners." CBO: Young Illegal Immigrants Have Expensive Dreams

By Jason Richwine

CIS Immigration Blog, December 18, 2017

For most Americans, a Friday afternoon in mid-December is a time when work is winding down and holiday plans begin to take center stage. It also seems to be a time, coincidentally or not, for the government to publish reports that run counter to prevailing media narratives. Keeping with tradition, the CBO reported on Friday that the DREAM Act, which would provide amnesty to up to three million illegal immigrants who arrived before the age of 18, would generate a net cost of $26 billion over the next 10 years. Because advocates claim that virtually any loosening of immigration restrictions will benefit taxpayers — even refugees, despite their low earnings and high welfare consumption, are said to be fiscal boons — and because the media have been eager to run with that narrative, the CBO's estimate may come as a surprise.

In truth, however, it's hard to see how the analysis could have come out the other way. Young illegal immigrants — some of whom already have work permits, due to the Obama Administration's DACA program — currently pay most taxes, but cannot receive most federal benefits. Legalization is therefore bound to be costly. Furthermore, as a generally lower-skill population, DREAM Act beneficiaries will use more government services than average. The CBO estimates that the DREAM Act would generate about $1 billion of extra tax revenue from ending "off-the-books" labor, but that gain is swamped by $27 billion in new spending on benefits. The most expensive benefit enjoyed by Dream Act recipients would be Obamacare subsidies ($12 billion), followed by the earned income and child tax credits ($5.5 billion), Medicaid ($5 billion), and food stamps ($2 billion).

‘Dream Act’ Is Taxpayers’ Nightmare

By Bob Dane

ImmigrationReform.com, December 19, 2017
. . .
S. 1615 would expand America’s welfare state by making up to 2 million deportable aliens eligible for a host of federal benefits — health insurance subsidies, child tax credits, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (a.k.a. food stamps) and higher education assistance, among others.

CBO estimates the bill, introduced by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., would increase the federal budget deficit by $26 billion over the next decade.

The DREAM Act doubles down on a U.S. immigration system that’s out of control, literally. President Donald Trump summed up the problem over the weekend.

“Our current immigration system helps special interests, but hurts American workers, taxpayers and national security,” Trump said in his weekly radio address.

FAIR calls the DREAM Act a prime example of dysfunction on Capitol Hill.

Amnesty for the 'Best and Brightest' Will Still Cost Taxpayers

By Ira Mehlman

TheHill.com, December 20, 2017
. . .
What the CBO found was not encouraging for proponents of the DREAM Act and downright disastrous to their broader goal of obtaining amnesty for an estimated 12-15 million people living illegally in the United States. Beneficiaries of the DREAM Act are described glowingly by their advocates and many in the media as the best and brightest who, if their full potential could be tapped, would enrich the nation and its treasury.

Not really.

According the CBO’s analysis, granting amnesty to the “best and the brightest” of the illegal alien population would represent an additional expense to the taxpayers who are already bearing a $135 billion annual burden as a result of large-scale illegal immigration. Rather than enriching our country, the CBO concluded that enactment of the DREAM Act would add nearly $27 billion to the deficit over the first decade, based on an assumption that just two million people would gain amnesty under the legislation.

Chain Migration and DACA: An Explainer

By Theresa Cardinal Brown

Bipartisan Policy Center, December 15, 2017

How many individuals could DREAMers sponsor for green cards under DREAMer Legislation?

The Migration Policy Institute (MPI) estimates that DREAMers could sponsor an average of 0.65 to 1.03 family members under the parameters set by the Recognizing America’s Children (RAC) Act, the 2017 DREAM Act, the Hope Act, the SUCCEED Act, and the Border Security and Deferred Action Recipient Relief Act. While other organizations have made claims that these individuals would sponsor as many as six family members, these analyses assume that DREAMers are similar to other green card holders, but DREAMers are less likely to have non-U.S. family members than other immigrants.

First, MPI notes that DREAMers arrived in the United States as children, making it less likely that they would have children living outside the United States to be sponsored; their children would more likely be born in the United States, making them U.S. citizens. Because DREAMers grew up in the United States, it is also more likely that those who are married met their spouses in the United States, and that their spouses are U.S. citizens, green card holders, or fellow DREAMers. The undocumented parents of DREAMers may also have other U.S.-born citizen children who could sponsor them once they turn 21, meaning that the parent, if they were eligible, might be sponsored by someone other than the DREAMer. The most likely family members for DREAMers to sponsor would be siblings who reside out of the country–a category that has extremely large backlogs and decades-long wait times, especially for Mexico, where the most DREAMers are from. In short, demographic profiles of this population would likely lead them to sponsor fewer family members over time.

Will DREAMers Crowd U.S.-Born Millennials Out of Jobs?

By Jeanne Batalova and Michael Fix

Migration Policy Institute, December 2017

The sectoral distribution of employed DACA recipients differs in significant ways from the millennial workforce in general, and White, Black, Asian, and U.S.-born Hispanic workers, in particular. These differentiated employment patterns likely reduce direct competition.

For example, DACA recipients were more likely than millennials overall to work in hospitality (23 percent versus 16 percent) and construction (11 percent versus 6 percent). Shares of Blacks, Asians, U.S.-born Hispanics, and Whites were all lower than the share of DACA workers in these industries (see Figure 2).

DACA participants were less likely than all other millennials, regardless of their race/ethnicity, to work in education, health, and social services. At the same time, Black and U.S.-born Hispanic millennials were more likely to work in retail trade than DACA recipients (19 percent versus 14 percent). In this case, we focus on DACA recipients rather than on DREAM-eligible young adults because the former already have work permits. DACA recipients represent the core of the DREAM-eligible millennial population, and their industries of employment provide a reasonable prediction of future sectoral distribution of other DREAMers.

No DREAM, No Deal

How many Democrats will do what’s right and refuse to pass a budget unless Congress authorizes a clean Dream Act?

By Steve Phillips

Not all Democrats are so resolute, however, and their ambivalence calls into question their conscience and their courage. There are few issues as morally clear-cut as the situation of the Dreamers. These are children, living, in most cases, in the only country they’ve known as home. Even if one accepts this country’s immigration laws as legitimate (something hard to do in a country where the racial superiority of whites was the defining component of immigration policy from 1790 until 1965), these young people are blameless. But the Trump administration has struck fear and uncertainty into the lives of millions of people with its promise to send armed government agents to round up children and ship them out of this country. “Unconscionable” is too soft a word to describe a situation that quite literally evokes prior periods in US history when government-backed slave catchers pursued a different era’s dark-skinned residents.

Watch: DACA Illegal Aliens Turn on Democrat Tim Kaine After Failing to Shut Down Govt over Amnesty

Open borders activists are turning on Democrats for not voting to shut down the federal government to give amnesty to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Following the passage of a year-end spending bill that did not include the increasingly unpopular amnesty for DACA illegal aliens, protesters made up of open borders advocates and illegal aliens flooded the office of Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), chanting “Shame on Kaine!” after the Senator did not vote to shut down the federal government.

For months, the open borders lobby has demanded House and Senate Democrats shut down the federal government in order to give the nearly 800,000 DACA illegal aliens an end-of-the-year amnesty before March 2018 when the program will officially end.
After being defeated this month, the Republican establishment has already made clear that they will seek to push an amnesty for DACA illegal aliens in January 2018.

If the fraud is not detected and swift enforcement actions are not taken, chain migration only multiplies the consequences of this abuse. Unfortunately, there are many instances of fraud across our immigration system. The American people deserve a better system that works for them, and the Department of Justice will continue its efforts to deliver one to them.” ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS

Are all DREAMers Students and Soldiers?

Advocates for legalizing the children of illegal aliens try to make the case that most DREAMers are worthy of amnesty. Many are students or members of the military who deserve a chance to succeed in America.
This may be true. But the demographic reality is far different than the media would have us believe. And that reality points to assimilation problems with DREAMers that is rarely discussed.
Watching television reports concerning Dreamers, one would think that the DACA program applied only to college-educated immigrants who were just a few years old when their parents brought them into the country illegally. We are led to believe that most are so fully Americanized that they would now have trouble speaking their native language and are all but ignorant of their birth countries’ cultural norms. Thus, we are supposed to believe, returning them to their native lands would be a cruel hardship.
In fact, many DACA beneficiaries came here as teenagers. All were eligible for the program as long as they entered the U.S. before their 16th birthday. By that time, there is no doubt that they spoke the language of their native countries fluently and knew their culture intimately.
DACA had no requirement of English fluency, as evidenced by the application form that had a space to list the translator used to complete the form. The Center for Immigration Studies estimates that “perhaps 24 percent of the DACA-eligible population fall into the functionally illiterate category and another 46 percent have only ‘basic’ English ability.”
Unfortunately, many Dreamers are poorly educated. Only 49 percent of DACA beneficiaries have a high school education, even though a majority are now adults. And while military service could also qualify an illegal alien for DACA, out of the current 690,000 DACA beneficiaries, only 900 are serving in the military.
The Obama administration did not check the background of each DACA beneficiary, despite a requirement that they have no felony convictions and pose no threat to national security. Only a few randomly selected DACA applicants were ever actually vetted.
This may explain why, by August this year, more than 2,100 DACA beneficiaries had had their eligibility pulled because of criminal convictions and gang affiliation. Even if a random background investigation produced substantial evidence that an illegal alien might have committed multiple crimes, the alien would still be eligible for DACA if he wasn’t convicted.
Thus, it seems that a significant percentage of DACA beneficiaries have serious limitations in their education, work experience and English fluency. What’s the likelihood that they’ll be able to function in American society without being substantial burdens to U.S. taxpayers?
A minimum requirement for illegal immigrants to be made legal should be an ability to support oneself. That so many cannot master the English language should give Congress pause when considering allowing millions of nearly illiterate, non-English speaking DREAMers to remain in the US with their illegal parents. Not every DREAMer can work at a company where most employees speak Spanish. The English requirement should be non-negotiable or we will end up with another permanent underclass, wholly dependent on the government to live.
This is a situation that calls for examining each case on an individual basis rather than granting mass amnesty to a class of illegal immigrant. Criminals, illiterates, and Spanish-only speaking DREAMers need to be excluded from any consideration for being granted legal status. Otherwise, we literally open the door to more illegal immigration.

Mexican Border Press Silent on Murdered Journalist After Receiving Cartel Threats

NUEVO LAREDO, Tamaulipas — Media outlets are being kept from covering the murder of a respected journalist killed over the weekend. The order to prohibit reporting and protests about the matter came from the criminal organization controlling this city.

Over the weekend unidentified assassins killed 77-year-old Carlos Dominguez Rodriguez, a respected journalist in Nuevo Laredo. Just days before his murder, the journalist wrote a column about the violence that had overtaken Mexico. Tamaulipas officials revealed the victim was killed with bladed weapons.
A witness who was traveling behind the slain journalist revealed that when the victim’s car reached Venezuela Street, two vehicles boxed him in. The unidentified assassins forced the reporter’s relatives out the vehicle and then attacked Dominguez Rodriguez.
Mexico’s Human Rights Commission issued a request to the Tamaulipas government for protection for the slain reporter’s family.
Despite a series of interviews by Breitbart Texas with various sources, the core motive remains unclear. Some journalists described Dominguez Rodriguez as well-respected and claimed that no one knew about him receiving any threats.
One day after the murder, print outlets and online news sites in Nuevo Laredo remained mum. Information obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed that the silence was due to a threat that cartel members made through a man known as the “link” or “enlace” who acts as a contact for local news outlets.
The order by the cartel to “not make noise” about the case quickly ended the plans to hold a protest and circulate a petition to state and federal officials. Journalists in other cities, by contrast, have managed speak out in protest without suppression and threats of violence.
News outlets in Nuevo Laredo are silenced by the Cartel Del Noreste, a faction of Los Zetas which is led by the relatives of Miguel Angel “Z40” Treviño Morales.
As Breitbart Texas reported, Dominguez Rodriguez’s murder is the second of its kind in 2018 and follows a deadly 2017 where more than a dozen journalists were killed. The escalating number of murdered journalists led to the International Press Institute labeling Mexico as the deadliest place for reporters
Editor’s Note: Breitbart Texas traveled to the Mexican States of Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Nuevo León to recruit citizen journalists willing to risk their lives and expose the cartels silencing their communities.  The writers would face certain death at the hands of the various cartels that operate in those areas including the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas if a pseudonym were not used. Breitbart Texas’ Cartel Chronicles are published in both English and in their original Spanish. This article was written by “Francisco Morales” from Tamaulipas.

In recent days, Trump has said that negotiations for a DACA amnesty — that would include cutting legal immigration levels to benefit America’s workers and immediately constructing the border wall — are “probably dead” due to Democrats’ unwillingness to cut legal immigration and bar employers from hiring illegal aliens over U.S. citizens.

Leaked Memo: DACA

Amnesty Is ‘Critical

Component of Democratic

Party’s Future Electoral

Success’

A leaked memo from the left-wing organization, the Center for American Progress Action Fund, admits that passing an amnesty for the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is “a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success.”

According to the memo sent to Democrats, which is co-authored by former Hillary Clinton official Jennifer Palmieri, the Democratic Party is relying on a DACA amnesty deal — that President Trump seems more open to now than ever before — in order to ensure future wins in Congressional and presidential elections.
The memo states:
Democrats are urged in the memo to not support any 2018 spending bills this month that does not include a DACA amnesty where illegal aliens are given a pathway to U.S. citizenship, saying later that it will “jeopardize” elections for Democrats.
Democrats should refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them. Political allegiances are made in moments like these.
If Democrats don’t try to doeverything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoralchances in 2018 and beyond. In short, the next few weeks will tell us a lot about theDemocratic Party and its long-term electoral prospects.
The leaked memo comes as the Trump administration has endorsed a DACA amnesty plan that trades legalizing the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens in exchange for mandatory E-Verify, which bars employers from hiring illegal aliens, ending chain migration, where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. with them, ending the Diversity Visa Lottery program, which randomly imports 50,000 foreign nationals a year, and authorizing the construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The Pew Research Center found in 2012 that a plurality of Hispanic illegal aliens are Democrats, while only 4 percent said they identified with the Republican Party.

THE IMAGINARY HISPANIC: WHAT THE ILLEGAL WAR IS ABOUT

And why a border wall is a threat to the survival of the Democrats.

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical left and Islamic terrorism.
There are two statistics that explain the Democrat obsession with illegal immigration and open borders.
97% of immigrants in the appropriate grouping identify themselves as Hispanic, but by the fourth generation that number falls to half. Only 7% of immigrants describe themselves as Americans, but 56% in the third generation call themselves Americans. Even the use of Spanish is slowly declining.
If a minority stops existing after a few generations, did it ever actually exist?
The Democrats had abandoned their working class base to chase what they pretended was a racial group when what they were actually chasing was the momentum of unlimited migration.
In the economics of identity politics, Hispanics, unlike African-Americans, are not an enduring group. And that is a serious challenge for Democrats and their leftist allies who treat politics as a game of demographic Risk played with minorities across the states and cities of the United States.
Democrats have pinned their hopes for a national majority on a European origin group whose minority status is cultural and linguistic. And even without the old melting pot, foreign languages and cultural affinities decline across generations as immigrants become Americans. What Democrats really want aren’t a lot of Hispanics, but an endless firehose of first generation immigrants.
Democrat political affiliation falls with each succeeding generation and Republican affiliation rises. A family that speaks English is less likely to vote Democrat or view themselves as an oppressed minority. Even in California, support for subsidized lawyers for illegal aliens falls from a decisive majority among immigrants to a near tie by the second generation. It’s why Trump improved on Romney’s numbers with Hispanic voters despite defying every politically correct recommendation of the post ‘12 RNC autopsy.
Hispanic immigration becomes less politically helpful with each generation. The Dem majorities grow thinner and less reliable. Hispanic immigration, unlike Islamic migration, produces diminishing political returns for its sponsors. The only solution to the retention problem lies with open borders.
The Democrats don’t value the DACA illegal aliens who benefited from Obama’s equally illegal amnesty because, as they claim, they’re really Americans. They only care about them to the extent that they aren’t. And even they’re useful only as a wedge issue for open borders and unlimited migration.
As long as the census counts heads instead of citizens, migration creates Dem districts. And in machine politics, illegal aliens and non-citizens can even vote in those districts. But it’s momentum, not minorities, that the Dems are really after. A constant flow of immigrants transforms America. But when the flow stops, then the immigrants are the ones who become transformed by America.
The decline of legal immigration makes illegal immigration into an even more urgent cause for the left. The troubled economy of the Obama years paradoxically dissuaded legal immigrants leading the Dems to lean more heavily on illegal migrants. Those statistics eventually led Obama to openly endorse illegal immigration, to implement an illegal unilateral amnesty and to push hard for a total alien amnesty.
The problem was political, but so was its solution. The Dems had to normalize illegal immigration (right down to banning the use of the term and replacing it with the euphemism ‘undocumented immigrant’) not just for the immediate political benefits of putting tens of millions of potential voters on the table, but the long term benefit of maintaining the momentum of unlimited migration through open borders.
It’s why the Democrats will never agree to secure the border. They might have cut such a deal decades ago (though they would have sabotaged it, as indeed they did after the last amnesty), but these days it’s a political third rail. Legalizing illegal aliens is a sideline to maintaining an open border. If they have to choose between the two, the Democrats will always choose the political lifeline of open borders.
Illegal aliens will produce diminishing returns. It’s the open border that feeds the Dem pipeline. The Dems will take amnesty if they can get it, but they’ll never trade it for an end to their political pipeline.
That’s why California has become a sanctuary state. It’s why so many Dem cities are going sanctuary. It’s why Dem officials are actively targeting businesses and local law enforcement that cooperate with immigration authorities. It’s because illegal aliens have displaced Hispanics as the core minority.
Hispanics, in their totality, are less politically reliable than illegal aliens. The future of the Dems does not lie with an imaginary minority that dissipates after a few generations, but with the open border. Illegal aliens embody the borderless state of the country. The symbol is politically compelling for the post-national left, but the reality is even more compelling for Democrat electoral demographics.
The new conquerors of California understand just how shaky their grip on power really is. 44.6% of California residents speak a language other than English at home. Almost a fifth don’t speak English very well. California has no close competitors among other states in this category. But these same numbers have been declining nationwide even as they continue to cluster in California and other entry states.
The Democrats have secured their overwhelming grip on power. Migration and immigration ended democracy in California. It’s transformed formerly contested elections into single party affairs where Republicans need not even bother showing up. But the Jerry Brown junta won’t last forever. A fresh supply of immigrants and migrants is needed to keep the post-democratic California in Dem hands.
That’s why California’s political elites have gone the furthest in embracing open borders. It’s why the new sanctuary state is backed by the threat of state power against those following the law of the land. They aren’t protecting illegal aliens, in the usual lefty arrangement they are protecting their own power. The power struggle over illegal immigration isn’t just about cheap votes today, but tomorrow.
The Democrats need to maintain higher percentages of immigrants relative to the immigrants of previous generations. It’s a demographic Ponzi scheme that like all such schemes can only end in disaster. But the Democrats have embraced it out of greed and have no choice now but to keep the scam going even if it bankrupts cities and states, and eventually tears the entire country apart.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
When the Democrats bet everything on illegal migration, they alienated millions of voters who went on to help elect President Trump. The alienated working class vote forced them to double down even harder on illegal aliens. Losing traditional constituencies to identity politics has always radicalized Dems. And 2016 was no different. Instead of political accommodation, the Dems embraced #resistance.
But their new majority depends on open borders. A wall doesn’t just cut off the pathway of illegal aliens into this country; it cuts off the pathway of the Democrats to their new majority. And then their political Ponzi scheme falls apart, as such schemes usually do, when the momentum feeding it fails.
That’s why a border wall is a threat to the political survival of the Democrats. And it’s why they will do everything they can to stop it.

Adios, Sanctuary La Raza Welfare State of California
A fifth-generation Californian laments his state’s ongoing economic collapse.
By Steve Baldwin
American Spectator, October 19, 2017
What’s clear is that the producers are leaving the state and the takers are coming in. Many of the takers are illegal aliens, now estimated to number over 2.6 million.
The Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates that California spends $22 billion on government services for illegal aliens, including welfare, education, Medicaid, and criminal justice system costs. Liberals claim they more than make that up with taxes paid, but that’s simply not true. It’s not even close. FAIR estimates illegal aliens in California contribute only $1.21 billion in tax revenue, which means they cost California $20.6 billion, or at least $1,800 per household.
Nonetheless, open border advocates, such as Facebook Chairman Mark Zuckerberg, claim illegal aliens are a net benefit to California with little evidence to support such an assertion. As the Center for Immigration Studies has documented, the vast majority of illegals are poor, uneducated, and with few skills. How does accepting millions of illegal aliens and then granting them access to dozens of welfare programs benefit California’s economy? If illegal aliens were contributing to the economy in any meaningful way, California, with its 2.6 million illegal aliens, would be booming.

Furthermore, the complexion of illegal aliens has changed with far more on welfare and committing crimes than those who entered the country in the 1980s.
Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens. Granted, those statistics are old, but if you talk to any California law enforcement officer, they will tell you it’s much worse today. The problem is that the Brown administration will not release any statewide data on illegal alien crimes. That would be insensitive. And now that California has declared itself a “sanctuary state,” there is little doubt this sends a message south of the border that will further escalate illegal immigration into the state.
"If the racist "Sensenbrenner Legislation" passes the US Senate, there is no doubt that a massive civil disobedience movement will emerge. Eventually labor union power can merge with the immigrant civil rights and "Immigrant Sanctuary" movements to enable us to either form a new political party or to do heavy duty reforming of the existing Democratic Party. The next and final steps would follow and that is to elect our own governors of all the states within Aztlan."
Indeed, California goes out of its way to attract illegal aliens. The state has even created government programs that cater exclusively to illegal aliens. For example, the State Department of Motor Vehicles has offices that only process driver licenses for illegal aliens. With over a million illegal aliens now driving in California, the state felt compelled to help them avoid the long lines the rest of us must endure at the DMV.
And just recently, the state-funded University of California system announced it will spend $27 million on financial aid for illegal aliens. They’ve even taken out radio spots on stations all along the border, just to make sure other potential illegal border crossers hear about this program. I can’t afford college education for all my four sons, but my taxes will pay for illegals to get a college education.

Something is seriously wrong at ICE

At first glance, it would seem that things at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency are going swimmingly.  ICE just raided ninety-eight 7-11 stores around the country and arrested a bunch of illegal aliens.  ICE's arrests for the 2017 fiscal year are nearly 37% higher than the year before.
So what is there to complain about?

BLOG: THERE ARE MORE THAN 40 MILLION MEX FLAG WAVERS IN OUR COUNTRY!
The actual number of yearly removals ICE is making in the interior of the country, not counting the border, is still a tiny figure: about 81,000 illegal aliens in the most recent fiscal year.  Given that there are more than ten million illegal aliens in the country, removing even a fraction of them will take a long time.
The problem is that ICE doesn't have the manpower to deport millions of aliens.  Donald Trump wants to expand their manpower, but so far Congress has not cooperated.
This is not ICE's fault.
What is ICE's fault, however, is how it uses the existing manpower it has.  The raid on the ninety-eight 7-11 stores must have involved hundreds of ICE agents, but it netted only 21 illegal aliens.  It's great that businesses like 7-11 are given notice that employing illegals is no longer acceptable, but raids like this show that ICE is using its limited manpower terribly inefficiently.
Part of the problem is the leadership.  ICE is led by an Obama-era holdover named Thomas Homan.  Incredibly, nearly a year after taking office, President Trump still had not appointed his own nominee to run the most important agency related to his most important campaign issue.  He finally relented in November...deciding to nominate Homan, the acting director, to take the job on an official basis.
Debbie Schlussel has done some interesting reporting on Homan:
Homan has been running ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), which oversees deportation of illegal aliens, for several years during the Obama [a]dministration. And he's run it into the ground. Maybe that's why the Obama White House honored the guy with an award.
Earlier this year, I told you about ICE's new, quiet policy of "reverse escorting," in which ICE flies deportation agents from places like Michigan to the Southern border to pick up and fly illegal alien youths back ... to places like Grand Rapids and Detroit and give them sanctuary with pro-illegal alien non-profits, while the aliens await immigration amnesty and/or while the non-profits train them on what to say and help them fraudulently obtain asylum.  My article was cited by U.S. [c]ongressman Kerry Bentivolio (R-[Mich.]) in a U.S. House hearing on border security, and Homan was asked about it.
Homan predictably lied and claimed that what I wrote wasn't true.  In fact, it's all true...in spades.  Your money is being spent to escort illegal aliens into the American interior where they are sheltered until they can stay here permanently.
Schlussel also accuses Homan of quite a large number of sexual improprieties, which are unproved allegations but disturbing if true.
Given Homan's involvement in the Obama era, when ICE was turned into babysitters for illegal aliens, it is inexplicable that Trump has nominated him to continue in the job.
What Homan is doing now is a few high-profile "trophy" raids to get press attention but actually yield few results, such as the 21 arrests from the ninety-eight 7-11 raids.

BLOG: LOS ANGELES IS MEXICO'S SECOND LARGEST CITY. THE COUNTY HANDS LA RAZA MORE THAN $1 BILLION FOR ANCHOR BABY BREEDING.
This isn't rocket science.  Most illegals live in big urban areas like New York, Los Angeles, and Miami (you can find a map here).  The neighborhoods they live in are equally obvious because most people don't speak English in them.
All ICE would have to do is go to these neighborhoods and check for IDs outside shopping centers, supermarkets, drug stores, and other places with high traffic.  Just camping out outside of the Department of Motor Vehicles in San Jose would yield more arrests in an hour than the raid of ninety-eight 7-11s did in a day.  ICE should camp outside select DMV offices, welfare offices, and other government offices where illegals go for benefits.
They should also check IDs at public schools.  The Supreme Court created out of thin air the "right" of illegals to a taxpayer-funded education, but it did not create a right for them to go to school without being apprehended along the way for being in the country illegally.  It would be easy to target schools in the neighborhoods of illegals and have ICE checkpoints there.  ICE has a policy of not making arrests at schools, but that is just what it is – a self-imposed policy.
Such strategies would result in many more arrests in a shorter period of time.  Also, by making their presence known in public facilities, ICE would encourage many more illegals to self-deport.
Under the leadership of an Obama holdover, this is unlikely to happen.  Instead, expect more self-congratulatory press releases where 21 illegal immigrants are arrested in a day.

Study Shows E-Verify's Effectiveness
By Preston Huennekens
CIS Immigration Blog, December 8, 2017

Their study indicates that E-Verify is one of the most important enforcement tools available to states that wish to reduce their illegal alien populations. Research shows that most illegal migration is for economic reasons, and that the adoption of E-Verify and other worksite enforcement measures effectively blocks illegal aliens from procuring employment, thereby preventing many from settling down in the United States. Faced with mandatory E-Verify, the study shows that many aliens either returned to their home countries or traveled to other states that did not have employment verification regulations.

DHS SHOULD DROP BY MEXICO'S SECOND LARGEST

CITY OF LOS ANGELES WHERE THERE ARE NO

LEGALS EMPLOYED!

DHS Checks 100 7-Eleven Stores for Immigration Fraud

Federal immigration officers visited roughly 100 7-Eleven stores on Wednesday morning to start payroll audits, further pressuring CEOs around the nation to stop hiring illegals.

The payroll audits give the franchise owners a few days to show that their employees are not illegal immigrants. So far, 21 suspected illegals have been picked up in the visits.
According to SFGate.com:
Derek Benner, a top official at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told The Associated Press that Wednesday’s operation was “the first of many” and “a harbinger of what’s to come” for employers. He said there would be more employment audits and investigations, though there is no numerical goal.
“This is what we’re gearing up for this year and what you’re going to see more and more of is these large-scale compliance inspections, just for starters. From there, we will look at whether these cases warrant an administrative posture or criminal investigation,” said Benner, acting head of ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations, which oversees cases against employers.
“It’s not going to be limited to large companies or any particular industry, big medium and small,” he said. “It’s going to be inclusive of everything that we see out there.”
A statement from ICE director Thomas Homan said:
Today’s actions send a strong message to U.S. businesses that hire and employ an illegal workforce: ICE will enforce the law, and if you are found to be breaking the law, you will be held accountable … Businesses that hire illegal workers are a pull factor for illegal immigration and we are working hard to remove this magnet. ICE will continue its efforts to protect jobs for American workers by eliminating unfair competitive advantages for companies that exploit illegal immigration.
7-Eleven is a franchise company owned by Seven & i Holding Co. based in Tokyo.
The visits were made to 7-Eleven stores in Washington, D.C. and the following states: California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington.
In 2013, officials visited nine 7-Eleven stories in New York and Virginia, yielding eight guilty verdicts and 2.6 million in back wages. Officials discovered evidence that the franchise owners had used at least 25 stolen identities to help hide at least 115 low-wage illegal immigrants.
Some workers may be temporary workers imported into the countries via fraud in various visa programs, such as the L-1 and J-1 programs.
The workplace I-9 audits can help raise wages for Americans who are hired instead of illegals. For example, a Swiss-based firm was forced to lay off 800 illegals at a bakery in Chicago, costing the firm almost half of its profits when it was forced to pay higher wages to the newly hired Americans.
Roughly 8 million illegals are working in jobs, according to various estimates. An additional 4 million illegals are not working.
According to DHS:
Under this federal law, employers are required to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all individuals they hire, and to document that information using the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9. A notice of inspection alerts business owners that ICE is going to audit their hiring records to determine whether or not they are in compliance with the law. Employers are required to produce their company’s I-9s within three business days, after which ICE will conduct an inspection for compliance. If employers are not in compliance with the law, an I-9 inspection of their business will likely result in civil fines and could lay the groundwork for criminal prosecution, if they are knowingly violating the law.
In FY17, ICE conducted 1,360 I-9 audits and made 139 criminal arrests and 172 administrative arrests. Businesses were ordered to pay $97.6 million in judicial forfeiture, fines and restitution and $7.8 million in civil fines, including one company whose financial penalties represented the largest payment ever levied in an immigration case.
The raids were welcomed by pro-American immigration reform advocates.

Four million Americans turn 18 each year and begin looking for good jobs in the free market.
But the federal government inflates the supply of new labor by annually accepting 1 million new legal immigrants, by providing work-permits to roughly 3 million resident foreigners, and by doing little to block the employment of roughly 8 million illegal immigrants.
The Washington-imposed economic policy of economic growth via mass-immigration floods the market with foreign laborspikes profits and Wall Street values by cutting salaries for manual and skilled labor offered by blue-collar and white-collar employees. It also drives up real estate priceswidens wealth-gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, hurts kids’ schools and college education, pushes Americans away from high-tech careers, and sidelines at least 5 million marginalized Americans and their families, including many who are now struggling with opioid addictions.
The cheap-labor policy has also reduced investment and job creation in many interior states because the coastal cities have a surplus of imported labor. For example, almost 27 percent of zip codes in Missouri had fewer jobs or businesses in 2015 than in 2000, according to a new report by the Economic Innovation GroupIn Kansas, almost 29 percent of zip codes had fewer jobs and businesses in 2015 compared to 2000, which was a two-decade period of massive cheap-labor immigration.
Because of the successful cheap-labor strategy, wages for men have remained flat since 1973, and a large percentage of the nation’s annual income has shifted to investors and away from employees.

Tijuana Cartel Violence Sets

New Murder Record for 2017

http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2018/01/09/tijuana-cartel-violence-sets-new-murder-record-2017/

As cartel violence rages in the Mexican border city of Tijuana, the final murder toll peaked at 1,734 for 2017–smashing the previous year’s record of 910. The final number represents a 90% increase, making 2017 the bloodiest year to date.

The murder rate continues to climb as rival drug cartels battle over control of key trafficking routes and street-level distribution, according to local media reports. The escalation can be attributed to the hostilities between the Sinaloa Cartel and their one-time ally, Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG).
Breitbart Texas recently reported that according to State Attorney General Perla del Socorro Ibarra Leyva, no more than 12 percent of the first 1,500 homicide investigations of 2017 led to indictments.
Another contributing factor cited by Marco Antonio Sotomayor Amezca, Chief of Police for Tijuana, is the New Criminal Justice System (NSJP) which was implemented nationally in June 2016. Chief Sotomayor said the NSJP has been an obstacle for authorities since most people arrested, even for those possessing weapons or drugs, are released within 48 hours. Many of these individuals are criminally involved or contributing to cartel violence.
In late November, it was reported that due to the escalation of violence, the local morgue faced a crisis. During a press conference with Governor Francisco Vega de Lamadrid, he explained the Servicio Médico Forense (SEMEFO) lacked space due to the constant flow of murder victims. Local media outlets reported that SEMEFO could not absorb the daily influx while outdated equipment caused bodies to decompose. The Governor reported that new equipment was being purchased and plans were being made to expand operations. Lamadrid noted that one contributing factor was unclaimed bodies, requiring burials in common graves.
The new year continues the wave of violence, with at least 11 murdered in the first two days of 2018, including five executed in a tire shop on January 2, according to media reports.

EXCLUSIVE: Authorities Find

Cartel Human Incineration

Camp in Mexican Border

State

http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2018/01/08/exclusive-authorities-find-cartel-human-incineration-camp-mexican-border-state/

CIUDAD MANTE, Tamaulipas — Authorities in this Mexican state bordering Texas have found a cartel killing field where it is believed that gunmen murdered and incinerated their victims. The killing field was recently discovered in the city of Mante in the southwestern part of the state. Breitbart Texas sources believe the cartel responsible is Los Zetas. The cartel is broken into two warring factions: Old School Zetas (Vieja Escuela) and Cartel of the North (CDN or Cartel Del Noreste). Our sources believe it is more likely that Old School Zetas is the faction of Los Zetas responsible, due to the group’s recent movements in the area.
While Tamaulipas state authorities have remained officially silent on the case, confidential law enforcement sources confirmed the discovery to Breitbart Texas. The killing field was discovered after an anonymous caller warned authorities about the existence of a place where human bodies were being incinerated.
Law enforcement officials moved to the area and confirmed the discovery, prompting a large deployment by military forces and investigators with the Tamaulipas Attorney General’s Office. At the killing field, authorities found two 55-gallon drums as well as another container full of what authorities believe to be human ashes. Authorities also discovered various containers of diesel.
Information obtained by Breitbart Texas points to the cartel killing field being near a primitive road that leads to the tourist center known as El Nacimiento, a local attraction in Ciudad Mante.
Intelligence sources confirmed to Breitbart Texas that the killing field is just a short distance from the area where in 2017 a team of Los Zetas cartel gunmen hijacked a bus that was traveling from the city of San Luis Potosi. As Breitbart Texas reported at the time, from the bus, the gunmen took six passengers who were identified as men between 17 and 25-years old; their fate remains unknown.
The area of the cartel killing field is also close to the ranch where Tamaulipas state authorities killed 7 cartel gunmen from Los Zetas Vieja Escuela during a gun battle last month. The city of Mante, as well as others nearby, have been outed as regions with an abundance of clandestine cemeteries where cartels kidnap and execute their victims.
The complaints about the existence of cartel killing fields in the region date back to 2010, however to date, authorities have only confirmed three killing fields. One of the fields is in the town of Xicotencatl, another in the town of Gomez Farias and the most recent one in Ciudad Mante.
Currently, in Ciudad Mante, there are reports of close to 50 missing persons since the start of a spike in violence in the region. The executions and kidnappings in the area are tied to a fight for territorial control between the Zetas Vieja Escuela and their rivals Cartel Del Noreste (CDN).

Ann Coulter: ‘I’m 100 Percent for Deporting’ DACA Illegal Aliens First, ‘Then We’ll Get to MS-13’ Gang Members

8

New York Times best-selling author and populist conservative columnist Ann Coulter says the number one priority for President Trump’s administration should be deporting the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens who have been shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

In a talk radio interview with Larry O’Connor, Coulter reiterated her call for DACA illegal aliens to be deported first, this time saying they should be prioritized for deportation above illegal aliens who are members of the violent El Salvadorian MS-13 gang.
Coulter said:
The one thing Trump should remember, especially now that he’s under attack I mean more than I think ever before, is he has the power to overcome all of this. I mean, he could sell Ivanka merchandise from the White House, he could refuse to be in the White House, he could govern from Mar-a-Lago, if he would just build the wall and deport illegals, starting with the DREAMers.
I’m 100 percent for deporting DREAMers first. The order should be DREAMers, then felons, and then you know just random illegals as they come to our attention. We can be discretionary on that. But DREAMers, number one. [Emphasis added]
At least the felons, they’re not indignant. They’re not going on TV saying ‘How dare you delay in giving me amnesty, we demand you forgive our law-breaking.’ Oh, the DREAMers are the worst of all. So I put them in line for deportation before the felons. Then we’ll get to the MS-13 members. You’re regular illegal alien, the ones not going on TV every night and demanding amnesty, they’re actually really sweet and hard workers. I’ve always said that about … illegal aliens. They’re so friendly and they really do work hard. So nobody really minds them, it’s the DREAMers who have to go first. [Emphasis added]
Coulter made the remarks as the White House is attempting to cut a deal with the Republican establishment to cut legal immigration levels in half, end the Diversity Visa Lottery, and receive full funding for the proposed U.S.-Mexico border wall in exchange for granting an amnesty for DACA illegal aliens that could eventually lead to an amnesty for all 12 to 30 million illegal aliens residing in the U.S.
While cutting legal immigration levels would raise wages for American workers and reduce burdens on America’s working and middle class, a DACA amnesty is likely to cause a surge along the southern border, as well as being a drain on U.S. taxpayers.
For example, as Breitbart News reported, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that at least 1 in 7 DACA illegal aliens would end up on Medicaid if given legal status and about 1 in 5 would end up on food stamps.

Trump has put Schumer in a no-win situation on DACA

How do Democrats explain to themselves the way they keep getting outsmarted by a man they claim is a moron?  President Trump has Democrats exactly where he wants them on the issue of DACA. Even PBS gets it:
With a new deadline fast approaching, Democrats in Congress are struggling to adopt a unified strategy to protect hundreds of thousands of young immigrants from deportation.
Their inaction has enraged liberal activists across the country, who have shifted their anger in recent days from Republicans who control Congress to Democrats seeking to balance their commitment to a progressive priority with their desire to avoid an explosive government shutdown heading into the 2018 midterm elections.
The “young immigrants” in question re the so-called “Dreamers,” that group of illegal immigrants purportedly brought to this country by their parents, one quarter of whom are functionally illiterate and half of whom have not bothered to learn English.  The Democrats correctly see them as future voters, and hope that chain migration triples or quadruples the 800,000 into millions of new Democrats if they are allowed to gain permanent residence and citizenship.
MS 13 members in an American prison (source)
The problem is that the general public is far from convinced that legalizing a group of border violators likely to become tax consumers, not tax payers, is the most pressing problem facing the nation, worthy of shutting down the government if Democrats don’t get their way. President Trump already called their bluff when they threatened the continuing resolution over DACA last month and the Dems caved and averted a Christmas season government shutdown. Their problem is that a substantial part of their base is angry over that concession to public opinion:
Liberal groups largely blame Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York for not uniting Democrats behind a hardline strategy, as he did during recent debates on taxes and health care.
“This is on Schumer. His most important job is to keep his caucus together,” said Angel Padilla, policy director for the Trump resistance group called Indivisible.
More than a dozen Hispanic House members — all Democrats — forced a meeting late last month with Schumer on this issue.
Rep. Darren Soto, D-Fla., said Schumer assured Hispanic lawmakers that Democrats “will lay it all on the line” to protect Dreamers.
Yet it remains unclear whether Schumer will push his party to risk a government shutdown.
President Trump engineered this dilemma for Schumer by rescinding Obama’s executive order creating the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program, but giving Congress until March 2018 to come up with an alternative approach. That trap is now closing in on Schumer. He has 10 Democrat senators up for re-election in November in states that voted for Trump. Will Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota, John Tester of Montana, and Claire McCaskill of Missouri be willing to tell their voters that they think amnesty for a group that includes MS 13 members is so important that the government ought to be shut down? Or, if President Trump and the GOP offer some form of amnesty that does not include chain migration (thereby rewarding the parents that illegally brought their children here) but does include border wall funding, are they willing to vote against it?
The Senate Democrats have been able to enforce a remarkable degree of party solidarity, far more discipline than the GOP. That is a huge bargaining asset for Schumer, already empowered by his party’s pickup in Alabama. But DACA looks like it could be a wedge issue destroying that disciplinary power.
This is a no-win situation. Harvard graduate Schumer should be asking himself how he got himself into this situation. But of course, he won’t. Either he alienates his base, or he risks adding to the GOP Senate majority by shutting down the government and having Trump fighting back in ways yhat never would have occurred to Presidents Bush or any establishment Republicans.

GOP Sen Cotton: DACA Deal Must Include Border Wall Funding, Ending Chain Migration and Diversity Lottery

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” Sen Tom Cotton (R-AR) said any deal on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy would have to include funding the border wall, ending chain migration, and ending the diversity lottery.
Partial transcript as follows:
STEPHANOPOULOS: You worked with the president this week on immigration. You heard Senator sanders talk about the Democrats’ demands on DACA and the border wall. They are not going along with the border wall. The president says that’s a bottom line demand of his. Is there a way to solve the problem?
COTTON: I hope so. the president has said all along that while President Obama acted unlawfully giving legal status without a ruling from Congress that he wants to solve this problem with a comprehensive piece of legislation. We have been working on this for four months. In addition to funding the border wall and border security, we have to take steps against unskilled and low skilled immigration coming into the country. Like ending chain migration, ending the diversity lottery. One of the unheralded accomplishments of the first year of the Trump administration that gets overlooked with the growing stock market, for instance, is that wages for people who work with their hands and their feet, the kind of jobs where you have to take a shower after you get off work not before you go to work have increased at the fastest pace yet. There’s a reason for that. It’s not just the growing economy. It’s that this administration is getting unskilled and low skilled immigration under control. We need to continue on those efforts while finding a compromise on those people brought here as young children and young adults through no fault of their own. I hope the Democrats will come off their unreasonable negotiating position and be willing to compromise.
STEPHANOPOULOS: But you saw that response this week. it wasn’t just Senator Sanders on the program right now. Senator Dick Durbin, his reaction to the $18 billion for the border wall. he’s saying it’s a nonstarter, not close to a compromise at this point, are we?
COTTON: Well, as you rightly said, those are Democratic demands. Not as they’re often portrayed as Republicans only make demands, Democrats negotiate. And Senator Durbin’s DREAM Act would cost $26 billion according to the Congressional Budget Office. Senator Durbin should reconsider who is making unreasonable, costly demands. The southern border creates such a huge magnet for illegal immigration and crime and drugs.
STEPHANOPOULOS: Are we going to have a government shutdown at the end of January?
COTTON: I don’t expect to have one. I don’t want to have one. But if the Democrats want to shut down the government because they can’t get amnesty for illegal immigrants, they’ll have to defend that to the American people. They didn’t do that last month. I suspect they didn’t do it because they know that amnesty for illegal immigrants without any real reform is unpopular.

AMERICAN POVERTY and the LA RAZA MEXICAN WELFARE STATE on AMERICA’S BACKS.

"It's also a state full of illegal aliens.  One in seven Illinoisans are immigrants, with 450,000 official illegals.  One point two million jobs are taken by aliens in Illinois.  This is one of the most heavily invaded states in the Union.  Naturally, the Prairie Barrio became a sanctuary state when the Republican governor, Bruce Rauner, signed a bill decreeing it thus."

Land of Lincoln: The third-world casa on the prairie

In a recent blog post here at American Thinker, Thomas Lifson chronicles the tale of Harvey, Illinois, a failing community where government officials havestolen everything not nailed down.  Now, having exhausted all sources of revenue, the municipality is facing insolvency.
Well, why wouldn't the people in charge of Harvey take liberties with the public treasury?  The state legislature just broke the Illinois bank in a recent spending bill, setting the example for these minor potentates.
Apparently, the state legislature imbibed a bit too much eggnog over the holidays, passing over 200 new laws to drive away businesses, steal the residents' money, and yoke as many yokels as possible.
Here are some of the lowlights:
- A law forcing hairstylists, dry cleaners, and other businesses to post standard pricing for males or females.  A man's haircut can no longer be cheaper than a woman's styling, nor can her dresses be more costly to clean.
- H.B. 1785 lets someone change the sex listed on his birth certificate without even having his genitalia mutilated to look like the opposite sex's.
- A new law forces car-dealers to remove stickers from cars before they are driven away – even before a test drive.
- One law opens the door for 16- and 17-year-olds to sign up to be organ- and tissue-donors when they apply for a driver's license or identification card.
- Obama's birthday is now an official state holiday.
- Phone services will have to foot the bill for women who are abused and need to change their phone numbers and whatnot.
- Judges will now be forced to waste time in divorce cases deciding custody of pets.
- A new law protects elephants from abuse in circuses, and any African or Asian elephants from circuses operating in Illinois.
- A guarantee that customers can post on Yelp.
- S.B. 1586 allows DNR to establish rules for the public to scatter ashes in a state park.
- S.B. 1884 provides that research facilities shall make reasonable efforts for adoption of dogs or cats previously used in research.
- S.B. 1761 provides that knowledge of sexual orientation is not a mitigating factor in criminal cases.
- H.B. 2369 forces public schools to provide breastfeeding accommodations for schoolgirls with babies.
Here is a complete list.
Now, here we have graft and corruption on an unprecedented scale in cities like Harvey and Chicago, and the state government does nothing. We have violence on a par with the Middle East and Honduras in Chicago, and the legislature worries about elephants and teenage breastfeeding.  Illinois is broke and may well be the first state that actually goes into bankruptcy, but the legislature is worried about Obama's birthday and restaurant reviews on Yelp and hairstyling prices.
Four out of the last seven governors of Illinois went to prison.  So did the Reverend Jesse Jackson's son, a U.S. congressman from Chicago.
Even the liberal Chicago Tribune calls Illinois one of the most corrupt states in the union.
It's also a state full of illegal aliens.  One in seven Illinoisans are immigrants, with 450,000 official illegals.  One point two million jobs are taken by aliens in Illinois.  This is one of the most heavily invaded states in the Union.  Naturally, the Prairie Barrio became a sanctuary state when the Republican governor, Bruce Rauner, signed a bill decreeing it thus.
With such utter disrespect for the law on the part of the highest officials in the land, why wouldn't some local big wheel develop sticky fingers?  Illinois more closely resembles a Central American banana republic than a state in the U.S.
The infuriating thing about it is that when the chickens come home to roost, the people who looted the state will demand that the U.S. taxpayer bail them out and will refuse to relinquish power.  House speaker for life James Madigan will no doubt remain to loot the bailout money, and the rest of us are going to be forced to subsidize their leftist hypocrisy and lavish lifestyles.  And don't think for a minute that we won't; even if the president refuses, the courts will likely demand it, and the GOP in Congress will fear opposing it.
The only workable answer is to do a serious investigation into the entire Illinois government and start sending people – lots of people – to jail now.
I fear that Illinois is doomed.

Asylum Seekers Overwhelm San Diego Border from Eritrea, Cameroon and Mexico

Migrants from countries like Eritrea, Cameroon, and Mexico have flooded the U.S. southern border in San Diego to such an extent in recent days that U.S. border officials have been unable to process them without long lines forming on the Tijuana side of the border.

Nearly 100 migrants lined up in a plaza on the Mexico side of the border that leads to the San Ysidro pedestrian border crossing in San Diego last week because of the backlog, according to the San Diego Union Tribune. Mexican officials told those who tried to sleep in the plaza that they had to leave. Eritrean migrants cited in the article claimed that last Monday 25 migrants were temporarily jailed for waiting in the plaza.
One of the Eritrean migrants told the Tribune that he felt racism, “big discrimination,” and no respect in Mexico.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials are working to process the foreign nationals that arrive at the border and are working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to one who spoke with the Tribune. It takes time to process each individual and move them from holding cells to detention.
As the report details, migrants who claim fear of returning to their country are transferred to other immigration officials for consideration of potential asylum cases. An excess of these cases can back up the space available to process more individuals.
In just the month of October 2017 CBP Border Patrol San Diego border sector reportedapprehension of individuals from Bangladesh (12), Brazil (1), Camaroon (3), Chad (1), China (16), El Salvador (76), Eritrea (7), Gambia (4), Guatemala (178), Honduras (54), India (101), Iran (1), Mexico (1,877), Nepal (31), Nicaragua (1), Pakistan (13), Peru (1), Somalia (1), and “Unknown” (1) — a total of 2,379 individuals. These numbers are similar to volumes seen in this sector for October since 2012.
Many migrants gave up at San Isidro, according to the Tribune, and moved on to try other ports of entry in Mexicali or Texas.

Shocking data on immigrant crime

According to data compiled by the Center for Immigration Studies, one of the most horrific categories of crime, kidnapping, is vastly disproportionately committed by immigrants, legal and illegal. Daniel Greenfield of Front Page Magazine reports:
According to the Center for Immigration Studies, 42.4 percent of federal kidnapping convictions are of non-citizens. Non-citizens also account for 31.5 percent of federal drug convictions. Even though they’re only 8.4% of the population. Obviously there aren’t enough Americans to commit these crimes.
President Trump was excoriated by self-righteous progressives for pointing out this disproportion, when he said of criminal alien gangs, “They kidnap, they extort, they rape and they rob.”
Much of the kidnapping spree is related to activities of MS-13, an ultra-violent gang from El Salvador, whose members were prevented from being deported by the TPS (Temporary Protected Status) program that President Trump just ended, to further cries of alarm and racism from the progs. They want us to look elsewhere. The New York Times:
With his protected status, Carlos Jiron, another Salvadoran, started a small contracting business and won bids for big jobs, including to paint federal buildings in the Washington area.
“We have built a life here,” said Mr. Jiron, 41, who lives with his wife and two American-born children in a four-bedroom house they bought in Springfield, Va.
He will have to decide whether to take his children to El Salvador, where he says they would not maximize their potential and would face safety threats; leave them with guardians in the United States; or remain in the country at the risk of arrest and deportation as one of the millions of undocumented immigrants.
No mention in the New York Times story just quoted of:
Over in New York, five MS-13 members and associates were caught trying to kidnap and randomly murder a16-year-old.  Prestige in the El Salvador gang comes from murder. Bodies of MS-13 initiation murders keep popping up in public parks near prominent locales. In Texas, two MS-13 gang members kidnapped three teenage girls, raped them and killed a 15-year-old girl in a “Satanic ritual”.
Maybe it’s a good thing that there are some crimes that Americans won’t commit. And we should keep it that way. Ending Temporary Protected Status for El Salvador keeps Americans safer. (snip)
Video of the murder was sent to MS-13 leaders to win a higher status for the killers. Last year, the media had portrayed her as a victim.
This is just collateral damage on the way to importing a voting majority for the Democrats. And besides, it adds another minority victim with which to characterize America as violent and unjust. A twofer, if you will. If MS-13 were kidnapping people off the streets of the Upper West Side, the New York Times might care more about the issue.

EXCLUSIVE — Accused Mexican Cartel Assassin Caught Sneaking Across Texas Border

An alleged Mexican cartel assassin was caught after illegally entering Texas on a remote stretch of border in the Del Rio Sector. The alleged assassin, Jose Antonio Hernandez Rangel, is known as “Scarface” and he has been identified by Mexican authorities as working with a faction of Los Zetas known as CDN, or Cartel of the North. CDN is the Los Zetas faction in control of and headquartered in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, immediately across the border from Laredo, Texas.

Scarface is currently being held in the Val Verde Detention Center and is set to be deported back to Mexico on February 15, 2018, according to multiple law enforcement sources in both Mexico and in the U.S. All law enforcement sources who spoke with Breitbart Texas did so on the condition of anonymity. The U.S. sources fear loss of their jobs if their identities are revealed and the Mexican sources fear loss of their lives or the lives of their families. We have seen all needed documentation to verify the sources’ claims, but agreed to not publish them.
The 27-year-old suspected cartel assassin crossed the U.S.-Mexico Border near Jiménez, Coahuila, which is between Eagle Pass and Del Rio, Texas, on the U.S. side.
Scarface surfaced in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, in early October with a team of other alleged assassins. State authorities targeted the group and rounded up Scarface and at least eight of his alleged gunmen in a series of arrests, raids, and one gun battle. Despite the operation, a Mexican state judge released him and his gunmen almost immediately claiming there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute them.
Just days after his release, Scarface was implicated by an eyewitness in a double homicide that occurred on October 22, 2017. Breitbart Texas agreed to withhold the name and other details of the eyewitness from the public, but we can report that the witness is a U.S. citizen and is now safely in the U.S.
In that double homicide, two men with known ties to organized crime were murdered. Scarface was identified as being there along with three other alleged assassins. Mexican authorities arrested two of the four alleged sicarios.
The same Mexican judge who released the team only days before, released the suspected Los Zetas cartel assassins almost immediately. That judge, Maritza Gonzalez-Flores, is suspected by multiple colleagues of working with CDN, as she often releases cartel members associated with CDN, but not their rivals, according to multiple law enforcement sources. Judge Gonzalez-Flores lives in Eagle Pass, Texas, on some unknown type of VISA or resident card. Breitbart Texas has covered the alleged cartel judge extensively.

Almost immediately after Judge Gonzalez-Flores (seen in image above) released Scarface’s alleged gunmen and he learned that authorities were onto him, Scarface entered the U.S. on a known Los Zetas cartel smuggling route that Breitbart Texas has been monitoring.
Scarface’s illegal border crossing occurred in late 2017. At this point, U.S. authorities are unable to hold the alleged cartel hitman for anything other than illegally crossing the border.

Illegal Immigrant Heroin Ring from Mexico Busted in Denver

A Mexico-linked heroin trafficking ring operating in the Denver metro area was busted after a 61-count grand jury indictment accused six men of racketeering activities from April to December 2017. Five defendants were living in the U.S. illegally.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, four of the men had been deported multiple times and detainers were issued for four of the six defendants. One of the six’s immigration status was still unknown, and one is not yet in custody according to the Denver Post
The six were indicted as a result of a long-term investigation conducted by the West Metro Drug Task Force, which made undercover purchases or seized 3,305 grams of heroin. Search warrants at four stash houses reportedly turned up an additional 3,215 grams of heroin and $6,700.
The investigation revealed that the defendants were allegedly importing heroin from outside of Colorado and using multiple stash houses in the Denver metro area to store drugs.
According to investigators, buyers would call a point of contact who would act as a dispatcher and arrange where drugs would be delivered. A runner would meet the buyer, and return the cash to a defendant identified as Fermin Flores-Rosales, 41, who then allegedly wired the buy money to banks in Mexico.
According to ICE, Flores-Rosales, his co-defendants Cristobal Flores-Rosales, 47; Yoel Soto-Campos, 21; and Joel Torrez-Espinoza, 25; were illegally in the United States. Torrez-Espinoza was previously convicted in 2012 in Utah of felony possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
A fifth defendant, Mario Acosta-Ruiz aka Alfonso Rosales-Alverez, was in the U.S. illegally from Mexico as well.
A sixth defendant, 24-year-old Juan Borques Meza, was also indicted. ICE did not share information on his immigration status. Torrez-Espinoza was identified as the defendant not yet in custody.
All six defendants were charged with criminal conspiracy and racketeering for violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act (COCCA) and for the alleged distribution of drugs.
District Attorney Peter Weir said, “This indictment and the dismantling of this heroin ring goes a long way towards stopping the flow of heroin into our community.”

“Mexican drug cartels are the “other” terrorist threat to America. Militant Islamists have the goal of destroying the United States. Mexican drug cartels are now accomplishing that mission – from within, every day, in virtually every community across this country.” JUDICIALWATCH

“Mexican authorities have arrested the former mayor of a rural community in the border state of Coahuila in connection with the kidnapping, murder and incineration of hundreds of victims through a network of ovens at the hands of the Los Zetas cartel. The arrest comes after Breitbart Texas exposed not only the horrors of the mass extermination, but also the cover-up and complicity of the Mexican government.”

“Heroin is not produced in the United States. Every gram of heroin present in the United States provides unequivocal evidence of a failure of border security because every gram of heroin was smuggled into the United States. Indeed, this is precisely a point that Attorney General Jeff Sessions made during his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on October 18, 2017 when he again raised the need to secure the U.S./Mexican border to protect American lives.” Michael Cutler …..FrontPageMag.com

THE MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS OPERATING IN AMERICA’S OPEN BORDERS

Overall, in the 2017 Fiscal Year, officials revealed that a record-breaking 455,000 pounds plus of drugs had already been seized. In 2016, that number amounted to 443,000 pounds. The 2017 haul is worth an estimated $6.1 billion – BREITBART – JEFF SESSION’S DRUG BUST ON SAN DIEGO

THE ILLEGALS’ AND THEIR CRIME TIDAL WAVE!

Why the U.S. Considers Parts of Mexico as Dangerous as Syria, Somalia

The U.S. Department of State (DoS) rolled out a level-based warning system and issued “do not travel” advisories to five Mexican states–all for cartel violence.

A level down, DoS advised travelers “reconsider” (level 3) Central America’s Northern Triangle states, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.
The State Department point system quantified freedom to travel safely across the board.
Four out of five “do not travel” states, homes to 12 million people, rim the Eastern Pacific Ocean on Mexico’s west coast. Across the Colima-Michoacán-Guerrero tri-state area, the U.S. government prohibited employees from travel:
  1. “to the entire state of Guerrero, including Acapulco”; “armed groups operate independently of the government in many areas”
  2. “in Michoacán state, with the exception of Morelia and Lazaro Cardenas cities and the area north of federal toll road 15D”; “by land, except on federal toll road 15D”
  3. “to Tecoman or within 12 miles of the Colima-Michoacán border and on Route 110 between La Tecomaca and the Jalisco border”
Ports in the region are historically strategic. The Spanish Empire’s “Acapulco Galleon” trade fleet first connected them to Manila, Philippines (level 2, “exercise caution”). More recently, Mexico’s President Calderon launched a near-continuous drug war in Michoacán in 2006. The region’s Lazaro Cardenas port is well militarized and one of the busiest on the Pacific Ocean, The Washington Post noted. In 2007, the Lazaro Cardenas and nearby Manzanillo ports produced record-setting drug seizures from inbound Hong Kong-flagged vessels, finding a total of 42 tons of hard narcotics and precursors.
The Lazaro Cardenas case illustrated the ports’ position at the confluence of legal and illegal business. Accused of criminal conspiracy in the July case, well-connected Chinese-Mexican pharmaceutical entrepreneur Zhenli Ye Gon left $206 million cash at his Mexico City mansion and fled to the United States. He was arrested days later at a restaurant outside Washington, D.C., the Houston Chronicle reported at the time. While in custody, Ye Gon proved central to a $43 million Department of Justice-Las Vegas Sands money laundering deal. Ye Gon was never designated a U.S. Treasury kingpin for sanctions, however. DOJ dropped his case in 2009 and extradited him back to Mexico to face a supermax federal prison term in 2016 after a seven-year fight, according to the BBC. Given the significance of Mexico’s Pacific ports at crossroads for legal and illegal drug trafficking, “do not travel” is a high-stakes state advisory to issue. The map below from gCaptainillustrates the modern trade concept of using Mexico’s Pacific ports to land Asian products for U.S. distribution via the Laredo port of entry in Texas. The semi-automated port facility opened in April 2017 with double-digit throughput gains, according to Container Management. The Lazaro Cardenas port city is so pivotal, it was specifically exempted from State’s Level 4 “do not travel” advisory for Michoacán.

Further north, Sinaloa (Level 4, “do not travel”) on the Gulf of California was the same subsistence farming region of lawless mountain canyons where Chinese railroad builders introduced poppy cultivation at the turn of the 20th Century, according to The Washington Post. In 2017, the U.S. government extradited two notorious Sinaloa men. Foremost among them: “the world’s most powerful drug trafficker”, El Chapo Guzman; designated by President Bush in 2001; brought to Brooklyn in 2017. Second, the DOJ apprehended a 2014 U.S. Treasury kingpin, Sajid Emilio Quintero Navidad, cousin to Rafael Caro Quintero, who is a free man and one of President Clinton’s original June 2000 sanction targets. Treasury designated two new operations still in business: a Sinaloa family-based opium and heroin outfit known as Ruelas Torres, allied with Meza Flores; and a money laundering network of 21 Mexican nationals and 42 business entities known as the Flores Organization that worked for kingpins across the West Coast, like the CJNG and Los Cuinis.
Violent competition fills power vacuums. The Congressional Research Service in October 2017 found Sinaloa power “[broke] into factions, with inter- and intra-organizational tensions spawning increased violence”. SEDENA, Mexico’s version of the Department of Defense, concurred in 2017. Despite targeted Gulf of California carnage, particularly in Baja California South, DoS advised travelers to “exercise caution” (Level 2) there.
Due east from Baja California, DoS also advised “do not travel” (Level 4) to Tamaulipas on Texas’ Gulf Coast border. Federal employees are subject to a curfew. Tamaulipas is home to the Laredo borderplex where Kansas City Rail links Mexico’s Pacific ports to the American Midwest. Violence escalated in the aftermath of Mexico President Pena Nieto’s April 2017 hunt for Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas lieutenants. The months-long campaign featured 900 Mexican soldiers, helicopter-mounted miniguns, and dozens of dead cartel shooters.
In 2018, the State Department wrote that “gang activity, including gun battles, is widespread.” The U.S. DEA administrator from 2008 to 2015 explained to Congress that bloodshed was the cost of doing business:
[T]he violence we are seeing in Mexico is unprecedented, but it is not surprising. It is a symptom of the pressures DEA and the Mexican government are inflicting on the Mexican drug cartels.
By the standard of violence signalling success, 2016 and 2017 were the best years since 2010 and 2011.
Good data and exact accounting remains elusive in Honduras (Level 3, “reconsider”). Last May, two Inspectors General (both State and DOJ) dismantled lies to Congress about lethal counternarcotics events, including innocent death, in Honduras. By August 2017, former Honduran cabinet official, Yankel Rosenthal Coello, from the sanctioned Rosenthalbanking family, pleaded guilty to federal commerce and money crimes. Last month, Honduras held a questionable presidential election that featured clandestine recordings of officials planning fraud, according to the Economist, and a software outage the night of voting. After a month of ballot counting, the incumbent president, and frequent partner to John Kelly at U.S. Southern Command (now White House Chief of Staff), emerged the winner. Days later, Honduras and Guatemala voted with the U.S. at the United Nations to support the American Embassy in Jerusalem. Concurrently, 88,000 Hondurans in the U.S. waited to learn the fate of their Temporary Protected Status (TPS) which began January 5, 1999 and is scheduled to end July 5, 2018.
The new travel advisories occurred the same week that Homeland Security decided the termination of TPS for 210,000 Salvadorans residing predominantly in Southern California, Nevada, Texas and the greater D.C. metro area. Those 210,000 are a little more than three percent of El Salvador’s entire population. In State’s advisory to “reconsider” travel to El Salvador (Level 3), it noted “violent crime…is common. Gang activity… is widespread.”

THE BANKSTER FUNDED DEMOCRAT PARTY: THEY DESTROYED THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS, AMERICA’S BORDERS AND ENDLESSLY ASSAULTED THE AMERICAN WORKER IN THEIR EFFORTS TO FINISH OFF THE GOP… And they got filthy rich doing it!

“The Democrats had abandoned their working class base to chase what they pretended was a racial group when what they were actually chasing was the momentum of unlimited migration”.  DANIEL GREENFIELD / FRONT PAGE MAGAZINE
