MID-AMERICA MEXIFORNIA - COLORADO TO EXPAND LA RAZA WELFARE STATE - State Giving Illegal Aliens Health Care Makes Citizens ‘Second Tier’

HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE THEY WILL BE FLYING THE MEXICAN FLAG ACROSS AMERICA?

MEXIFORNIA: The Globalist Democrat Party’s Vision of America

Migrant enclaves already are at the top of the U.S. lists for bad places to live - 10 of the 50 worst places in America to live according to this list are in California, and all of them are famous for their illegal populations. MONICA SHOWALTER

California—not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia—has the highest poverty rate in the United States. According to the Census Bureau’s Supplemental Poverty Measure—which accounts for the cost of housing, food, utilities, and clothing, and which includes noncash government assistance as a form of income—nearly one out of four Californians is poor. Kerry Jackson

California’s de facto status as a one-party state lies at the heart of its poverty problem. With a permanent majority in the state senate and the assembly, a prolonged dominance in the executive branch, and a weak opposition, California Democrats have long been free to indulge blue-state ideology while paying little or no political price. The state’s poverty problem is unlikely to improve while policymakers remain unwilling to unleash the engines of economic prosperity that drove California to its golden years. Kerry Jackson

As Breitbart News reported, if chain migration is not ended — as President Donald Trump has demanded — the U.S. electorate will forever be changed, with between seven to eight million new foreign-born individuals being eligible to vote because of chain migration, and overall, an additional 15 million new foreign-born voters.

Missouri Senator Claire McCaskillhas identified California Senator Kamala Harris as the party leader on issues of immigration and race. Harris wants a moratorium on construction of new immigration-detention facilities in favor of the old “catch and release” policy for illegal aliens, and has urged a shutdown of the government rather than compromise on mass amnesty.

No Justice for Taxpaying Americans

But the real double standard kicks in when the undocumented Democrat gets to the courtroom. A taxpaying American can only dream of the kid-gloves treatment these Third World fiends get.

Illegal aliens continue overwhelming the state, draining California’s already depleted public services while endangering our lives, the rule of law, and public safety for all citizens. Arthur Schaper

The Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates that California spends $22 billion (DATED - NOW NEARLY $50 BILION) on government services for illegal aliens, including welfare, education, Medicaid, and criminal justice system costs.  STEVEN BALDWIN

Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens.

Exclusive – Colorado Conservatives: State Giving Illegal Aliens Health Care Makes Citizens ‘Second Tier’

Three Colorado conservatives balked at the state’s waiver request to provide health care for illegal aliens, Breitbart News has learned exclusively.

Reps. Ken Buck (R-CO), Lauren Boebert (R-CO), and Doug Lamborn (R-CO), representing the Colorado House Republican delegation, wrote to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, voicing “serious concerns” with Colorado’s Section 1332 State Innovation Waiver Amendment Request. The request, if approved, would allow Colorado to use federal pass-through funding under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to offer healthcare coverage to illegal aliens.

The Colorado government wants to use the ACA waiver mechanism to remove, perhaps ironically, the ACA prohibition on providing coverage to illegal aliens.

They also noted the Trump administration used these waivers to improve Americans’ health care, not offer coverage to illegal aliens.

The lawmakers wrote to Becerra:

We strenuously object to this waiver and request that HHS deny Colorado’s Waiver Amendment Request. While the Trump Administration used Section 1332 waivers to great effect while he was president, removing regressive ACA-imposed restrictions on state innovation and lowering health care premiums for millions of Americans, the government of Colorado is manipulating this process to violate Federal law and relegate Coloradans to second tier status with respect to health care accessibility.

This waiver request would allow the state to implement the state’s new government-controlled health insurance system, otherwise known as a state government option, or the “Colorado Option.”

Colorado’s Health Care Future noted that an independent actuarial consulting firm found that the Colorado Option could result in fewer affordable health coverage choices, and plans that are “not actuarially sound.”

The three Colorado conservatives noted the ACA, or Obamacare, explicitly denied prioritizing illegal aliens over Americans.

“The Federal health insurance exchange website is clear on this issue, it reads: ‘Undocumented immigrants aren’t eligible to buy Marketplace health coverage, or for premium tax credits and other savings on Marketplace plans,'” the lawmakers wrote.

This trend of trying to obtain healthcare coverage for illegal aliens is not limited to Colorado; Washington state also submitted a waiver in May that would allow them to offer healthcare coverage to illegal aliens.

As a congressman, then-Rep. Becerra (D-CA) tried to push then-President Barack Obama to include benefits for illegal aliens, which Obama then decided not to include in the ACA.

As Obama made a late-stage push for the passage of Obamacare in 2009 during his State of the Union address, he claimed that illegal immigrants would not be eligible for coverage.

This led Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) to scream “you lie!” during the State of the Union.

In mid-February of 2021, HHS nominee Becerra said the law does not allow for illegal aliens to receive taxpayer benefits, including healthcare coverage.

“Where the law as it stands now as I see it, it does not allow those who are unauthorized in this country to receive taxpayer-paid benefits except in very rare circumstances,” Becerra said.

He added, “And it will be my job to make sure that we are following and enforcing the law.”

In comparison to the Biden administration, which could provide health care to illegal aliens, President Donald Trump offered waivers that led to the first recorded drop in Obamacare premiums.

A Heritage Foundation study in August 2019 found that the Trump administration’s use of waivers for states to obtain regulatory relief from Obamacare mandates and regulations reduced Obamacare premiums.

Breitbart News reported at the time:

Before Trump took office, Obamacare individual market premiums more than doubled, from $2,784 in 2013 to $5,712 in 2017, which represents an increase of 105 percent. In October 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that premiums had dropped by 1.5 percent, the first drop in Obamacare’s history. In 2019, Obamacare benchmark plans fell by 0.83 percent.

Heritage Foundation senior fellow Doug Badger found that the large drive of health insurance was driven by the Trump administration’s approval of 1332 waivers, allowing states to offer Americans greater relief from the high premiums of Obamacare.

The lawmakers also contended that the proposal would only exacerbate illegal immigration. They explained:

Colorado’s Waiver Amendment Request encourages illegal immigration, incentivizing millions to violate the law and pour across our borders. It is also fiscally irresponsible and financially untenable. In a country of approximately 330 million people, it is indefensible for the federal government to subsidize lawbreakers against their will.

“HHS has a statutory obligation to prevent taxpayer resources from being used to finance health care for illegal aliens, and federal officials must be vigilant in confronting any such attempt to do so,” the lawmakers concluded in their letter.

Exclusive–Roger Marshall: ‘War Zone’ at U.S.-Mexico Border ‘Worse’ than What I Saw at Poland-Ukraine Border

Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS), one of only 11 Senate Republicans who voted against a $40 billion aid package for Ukraine, says the “war zone” at the United States-Mexico border is “much worse” than what he witnessed at the Poland-Ukraine border.

While visiting the U.S.-Mexico border over the last few days, Marshall exclusively told SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Daily in an interview that the “human tragedy” he has seen from human smuggling to drug trafficking is “the most threatening situation” facing Americans, not the war in Ukraine.

LISTEN:

“We’ve already done more than all the rest of the world has done,” Marshall said of his vote against spending another $40 billion in American tax dollars on the war in Ukraine.

“We have 107,000 American troops on the front NATO line … meanwhile, the biggest, the most threatening situation right now from a national security standpoint … is the southern border,” he continued.

“We need to spend $25 billion right now to fix this border. I’m calling on Joe Biden to come down and see for himself what’s really going on,” Marshall said. “It’s a human tragedy. This place turns into a war zone every night.”

In Fiscal Year 2022, which began October 1, 2021, about 5,300 pounds of fentanyl have been seized at the border. Last year alone, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) seized 9.6 million counterfeit pills laced with fentanyl. This is more than the number of counterfeit pills seized in 2019 and 2020 combined.

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) official Anne Milgram said last month that there was enough fentanyl trafficked into American communities last year, via the border, “to kill every American” citizen.

“The war is the fentanyl. That’s the real war here,” Marshall said. “Along with just the gang members and the terrorists coming across the border.”

Meanwhile, illegal immigration has hit record-breaking levels under President Joe Biden. Since taking office, the Biden administration has released more than 954,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior — a foreign population larger than five U.S. states and twice the size of Miami, Florida.

Marshall said that compared to the scenes at the Poland-Ukraine border, which he saw first-hand weeks ago, the crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border is “much worse.”

“So I just was at the Poland-Ukraine border three weeks ago, and the sea of humanity I’m seeing here [at the U.S.-Mexico border] is much, much worse than what I saw,” Marshall said.

“Just the volume of people, the crisis going on. I’m a physician, I’ve done humanitarian work all across the world,” he continued. “I shouldn’t be emotionally disturbed by what I’m seeing, and what I’ve seen these past four days [at the U.S.-Mexico border] just literally makes me want to vomit. It’s so horrifying.”

Marshall also said that foreign nationals have continued to pile up on the Mexican side in preparation to “rush the border” as they believe Biden is ending the Title 42 public health authority that has stemmed waves of illegal immigration over the last two years.

In April, Trump-appointed Judge Robert R. Summerhays announced he would block the Biden administration from ending Title 42. Late last week, Summerhays issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s efforts to end Title 42 — blocking the policy from being eliminated.

“This has been like the Gold Rush — people waiting on the other side for May 23,” Marshall said. “They don’t know that the courts settled anything, they got the fast signal from Joe Biden for everyone to come across the border. You’re going to get free food, free healthcare, amnesty, come on everybody.”

“For weeks, they’ve been told to come on May 23 and they’re going to rush the border here and overwhelm the Border Patrol officers … they’re going to rush the border this week to tie up the Border Patrol officers, and then meanwhile, two miles down the river, the drugs are coming across,” Marshall said.

While Democrats and Republicans alike, along with Biden, focus their attention on sending American taxpayer money to Ukraine, federal dollars have been diverted from the southern border even as giant holes remain in the border wall.

“There was money that was appropriated that Joe Biden diverted … there are huge holes in the wall that weren’t finished, contractors have been sent home,” Marshall said. “We were paying them $40,000 a day to not build the wall.”

“Joe Biden wants this crisis. He wants to reshape America in his image, he thinks that these are future voters for him,” he said. “He wants this crisis. They’re willing to take a political hit now to get more future Democrats across the border.”
