Arizona’s Republican U.S. Senate nominee, Blake Masters, spent Wednesday on the U.S.-Mexico border in Yuma County, where he saw “a couple dozen” border crossers being detained by officials.
Masters took video of the migrants and blasted Vice President Kamala Harris for stating “[t]he border is secure” during her appearance on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday.
Masters said the migrants, who he was informed are from Cuba and Peru, “all have travel funds” and “crossed through that open area at the end of the wall.”
“They all just camped out at this cartel stash house a few hundred meters south of the border, and they just walk right over,” he explained. “If that looks secure to Kamala, I don’t know what to tell you.”
Earlier this month, Breitbart News Texas obtained a leaked Customs and Border Patrol document showing over 181,000 migrants illegally entered the United States through the U.S.-Mexico border. The document was obtained from an individual within the agency who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Masters shared an image of stacked shipping containers along a gap in the border. He said Gov. Doug Ducey (R) placed them there and commended him for taking action, noting that it has helped dismantle a “cartel staging site” called the “rape tree.”
“One official told me that closing this particular gap had the effect of shutting down a known cartel staging site, the ‘rape tree’, a grove 300m behind these containers, where the coyotes would tie up and molest women and children migrants one last time before they crossed over,” Masters wrote in a subsequent post.
Breitbart News Texas’s Brandon Darby and Bob Price reported on rape trees in Texas in 2016. They noted that on the final legs of the journey into the U.S., during a days-long hike past a border patrol checkpoint, “coyotes usually remove an article of clothing from the female they rape and they tie it tightly to a tree—a rape tree.”
Masters shared another video where he picked through a sea of debris and recovered “a voter registration card from India” and other forms of identification discarded by migrants.
“Illegal aliens trash their IDs and Mexican green cards to make themselves harder to deport,” Masters wrote in the tweet.
“These people have traveled through many countries and literally established residency in Mexico — but thanks to Mark Kelly and Joe Biden now they get to live in America,” he added.

Joe Biden: ‘Absolutely Bizarre’ to Suggest Limit on U.S. Capacity to Absorb Immigrants

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Former Vice President Joe Biden campaigned inside a Chinese restaurant on Tuesday evening, telling supporters it was “bizarre” to suggest a limit on immigration to the U.S.
Biden promised to expand immigration to the U.S. if elected president.
“Folks, look — the idea that there’s some limitation on the capacity of anyone who — on the immigrants in this country is absolutely bizarre! It’s absolutely bizarre.”
Biden, speaking to a packed crowd inside the Harbor Palace Seafood Restaurant on the eve of the next Democratic debate, addressed members of the Asian-American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, urging them to turn out the vote ahead of Saturday’s caucuses.
Last month, the AAPI Victory Fund super PAC endorsed Biden for president, citing his ability to defeat President Donald Trump and his experience working with immigrant communities from South Asia, East Asia and the Pacific generally.
Though the AAPI immigrant community is politically diverse, it has trended Democratic in recent years.
Last year, Breitbart News reported, another local AAPI organization in Las Vegas expressed opposition to President Trump’s proposed merit-based system for legal immigration.
On Tuesday, Biden promised, if elected, to allow family reunification visas.
“We should be able to increase, to three million people, the people who could come for family reunification. Period, period, period, period.”
He called the idea that the U.S. could not “reunite” more families “absolutely bizarre.”
Biden also reminded his audience that Latinos were not the only beneficiaries of President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which applied to those brought to the country illegally as children.
He said there were “thousands and thousands of AAPI ‘Dreamers'” who had benefited from DACA as well.
Afterwards, Biden greeted attendees, some of whom proceeded to the Chinatown Mall to cast early votes before the polling place there closed.
Biden hopes to finish in the top three in Nevada, and to win South Carolina on Feb. 29, to make the case that he is still a top contender for his party’s nomination. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) now leads national polls, as well as Nevada polls.

The White House on Thursday celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by hosting part of the daily press briefing in Spanish.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre began the briefing by inviting the White House director of Hispanic media Luisana Pérez Fernández to deliver a statement in Spanish.
“We are very, very lucky to have her in the White House, leading our efforts to reach the Hispanic community on TV, radio, social media, and so much more,” Jean-Pierre said.
Fernández spoke for about five minutes in Spanish before Jean-Pierre replaced her at the podium and repeated the statement in English to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month.

“When we honor the rich history and values the Hispanic community contributes to our nation during National Hispanic Heritage Month we reaffirm that diversity is one of our country’s greatest strengths,” both Fernandez and Jean-Pierre said.
They also pointedly accused President Donald Trump of contributing to “injustices” that Hispanics face in the United States.
“We also acknowledge the struggles and injustices that they face, particularly under the previous administration’s attack against the community,” they said.

As in 2016, Democrats advance a corrupt ruling-class candidate. Like the dead man Gary Ernst, Democrats want people to vote for Joe Biden so they can swap him out for Kamala Harris, already a beneficiary of voter fraud and with the exception of Xavier Becerra possibly the worst attorney general in California history.
Voter Fraud: The Bottom Line
As Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts notes in his introduction, the primary question addressed by Lucas’s book, The Myth of Voter Suppression. The Left's Assualt on Clean Elections
Two major recommendations of that commission were voter IDs and restrictions on mail-in voting, the latter being a process riddled with invitations to fraud, especially when corrupt voter rolls include dead persons, duplications, and folks who’ve moved elsewhere. Opportunities for fraud are multiplied when, as in California, ballot harvesting is permitted. Under this execrable practice (also known as vote trafficking) almost anyone can take custody of and deliver mail-in ballots to a mail box or voting receptacle -- a “chain of custody” nightmare that would have made Mayor Daley’s day in 1960.
By contrast, the top Democrat priority in 2021, HR-1 (mendaciously labeled a “voting rights” bill) would have eliminated most state voter ID laws, expanded ballot harvesting, mandated Election Day voter registration, and required no-excuse absentee voting in all states. Ironically, in 1977, first-term Delaware Senator Joe Biden opposed Election Day voter registration because it “could lead to a serious increase in voter fraud.” Fortunately, this “For the People” bill didn’t survive a Senate filibuster but, as Lucas explains, Democrats continue to press for legislation that would essentially federalize elections and thus make their legitimacy as questionable as the COVID-rationalized measures that plagued the 2020 election.
Lucas also notes that the whole idea of “voter suppression” is a myth designed to smear legal measures like voter IDs. No law actually mentions the term “voter suppression,” and the author cites numerous examples that debunk the Democratic narrative that ID laws diminish election participation. Indeed, most electoral evidence suggests ID laws actually increase participation and buttress voter confidence in election integrity. It is, of course, true that laws designed to increase election integrity do “suppress” fraud, which is doubtless a major reason Democrats oppose such laws that are common in Europe. Case in point: “Today, Democrats routinely call seeking an accurate accounting of eligible voters ‘suppression.’“ Such an accounting would obviously “suppress” the votes of 25,975 dead people who were discovered on Michigan’s voter rolls, stiffs who would obviously prefer to vote by mail.
A trip down memory lane reveals that political bosses have typically made arguments akin to those now proffered by the “voter suppression” crowd. Tammany Hall opposed cleaning up voting roles in New York City (where more votes were cast than there were available voters). That same corrupt Big Apple machine also “worked to get prisoners released to ensure they voted and even established a ‘naturalization mill’ to instantly turn immigrants coming off boats into voters.” Other strong-arm organizations campaigned against the secret ballot, which lessened their power to intimidate voters. Then there was 1864, when “Democrats tried to use mail-in voting to defeat Republican President Abraham Lincoln.” Today, the Brennan Center for Justice, along with the queen of the “voter suppression hysteria industrial complex,” Stacey Abrams, serve as the foremost Democratic voices for corrupt elections.
Lucas provides scores of examples of fraud that actually affected the outcome of elections, thus disproving the Democrat-Media mantra that fraud in American elections, and especially the 2020 election, is almost nonexistent. While Lucas doesn’t assert the 2020 POTUS election was stolen from President Trump, the examples he provides (including an eye-opening analysis by Professor John Lott of mail-in voting in adjacent, typically homogenous precincts) make it clear that that election was far from “the most secure” in American history. I should note that Lucas’ book is not and does not claim to be a thorough analysis of possible fraud in that election, but in my view the information he does provide indicates that its outcome could easily have been affected by the widespread use of mail-in ballots whose signatures weren’t carefully scrutinized and whose contents were frequently submitted for tabulation via vote harvesting.
Given this evidence plus a whole chapter listing organizations that provide an endless supply of money and energy for the Democrat HR-1 election fraud agenda, I question the brief assertion made in Lucas’s first chapter that neither voter fraud or voter suppression currently pose an existential threat to the republic. The $400,000,000 supposedly nonpartisan “Zuckerbucks” that went overwhelmingly to Democrat precincts is only one of many 2020 illegalities that makes this “existential” observation less than reassuring. Indeed, the conclusion I drew from reading Lucas’s scrupulously researched analysis of election laws and practices is that voter fraud (not voter suppression) is an existential threat to the republic right now.
The original Godfather movie is famous for the line, “Leave the gun; take the cannoli.” In this case I’d say, “Read the book but leave out the not-currently-an- existential-threat assessment.”

Newsom Opposes Vote-by-Mail for Farm Workers; ‘Privately Seething’ over Biden Support AP Photo/Evan Vucci 3:16
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) is again under fire from members of his own party, this time President Joe Biden, over his hesitancy to sign a bill that would encourage California farmworkers to unionize.
California Assembly Bill 2183 would make it easier for farmworkers to unionize and allow them to vote by mail in union elections. Biden is just the latest Democrat politician putting pressure on Newsom to sign the bill.
Biden said he “strongly” supports the farmworker bill in a brief statement issued just before Labor Day.
“In the state with the largest population of farmworkers, the least we owe them is an easier path to make a free and fair choice to organize a union,” Biden said .
“Government should work to remove – not erect – barriers to workers organizing,” the president added.
However, Newsom vetoed a similar bill last year, and farmworker activists fear AB 2183 will suffer the same fate after Newsom sent the bill back to the California legislature less than two weeks ago.
Newsom’s office is on record saying they “cannot support an untested mail-in election process that lacks critical provisions to protect the integrity of the election, and is predicated on an assumption that government cannot effectively enforce laws.”
The California legislature sent a revised version of the bill to Newsom’s desk for his signature, but it is uncertain whether he will veto it.
Newsom is “privately seething” over Biden’s endorsement of the bill, multiple people with knowledge of Newsom’s thinking told Politico .

Biden’s endorsement of AB 2183 came after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) publicly urged Newsom to sign the bill.
“CA farmworkers provide for our families — but far too many can’t provide for theirs because they are exploited and don’t have a voice on the job,” Pelosi tweeted . “We can mend this injustice by expanding workers’ rights. I urge the governor to sign #AB2183 for the farmworkers and For The Children.”
Vice President Kamala Harris added pressure on Newsom, saying it is “long past due” for California to enact this legislation.
Of California’s 800,000 farmworkers, less than one percent are unionized, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Further, more than 70 percent of California’s farmworkers are undocumented immigrants.
Although large unions like the United Farm Workers want Newsom to sign the legislation, farmers and business groups, including the California Chamber of Commerce, are opposed to the bill.
“It essentially amounts to a forced union submission, because even the mail-in voting provision allows the labor organization representative to fill out the ballot,” Western Growers vice president of state government affairs Matthew Allen told Politico . “It’s really quite simple what the bill is doing. It’s eliminating a farmworker’s right to the secret-ballot election.”

Harris said, “In less than two months, we are looking at a midterm election in which so much is on the line. Take, for example, the issue of choice. The United States Supreme Court in the Dobbs decision just took away a constitutional right that had been recognized from the women of America from the people of America.”
She continued, “Well, how does that relate to the midterms? Our president has said he will not let the filibuster get in the way. If the Senate though a majority voter, votes to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, he will sign it into law. You know what that means in the midterms? We need to hold on to the Senate and get two more then we can put into the law the protections of Roe v. Wade . Everything is on the line when you think about the millions of women and the people in America that care about them who understand the significance of women making the decisions about her own body.”
Anchor Chuck Todd asked, “If the Democrats get 52 Senate seats or more legislative filibuster gone? Or just on this issue?”
Harris said, “The president has been clear on this issue and on another very important issue which is voting rights.”

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Single Group of Nearly 600 Migrants Cross into Texas Border Town 2:22
EAGLE PASS, Texas — Over the course of an hour, a single group of nearly 600 migrants managed to cross the Rio Grande and surrender to Border Patrol agents. On Friday morning, the group of mostly single adult Venezuelan, Cuban, and Nicaraguan migrants were quickly sorted by nationality, gender, and family unit status. As buses arrived to transport the migrants to a nearby processing center, agents provided water and took basic biographical data from the migrants.
In what has become a daily routine, migrants stood in line waiting their turn to leave a rally point near a busy highway hoping to be released into the United States to pursue asylum claims. According to Border Patrol agents on the scene, the migrants are not amenable to swift return to Mexico under the CDC’s Emergency Title 42 COVID-19 authority due to their nationality. The group, according to the agents, will likely be released to the care of a non-government shelter where transportation to the interior of the United States will be coordinated.
This group of migrants adds to the more than 800 migrants crossing the Rio Grande in just three hours on Thursday. On Thursday morning, the largest of just two migrant groups making landfall was more than 500.
As Breitbart Texas looked on, the migrants smiled and waved signaling their enthusiasm at reaching the United States. Women and the few families with small children were escorted to the first transportation buses to arrive.
According to a source within CBP, the Border Patrol in Del Rio Sector was detaining more than 2,000 migrants in local stations and at a soft sided detention facility. The source says the pace of crossings is contributing to severe overcrowding . The source says areas reserved for recreation and outdoor activities are now being used to house the migrants as they await processing.

(CNSNew.com) - Chuck Todd, host of NBC's "Meet the Press," asked Vice President Kamala Harris in recorded interview on Friday: "Since we're here in Texas, I want to ask you about the border. Would you call the border secure?"
Harris said it was. She said:
"I think that there is no question that we have to do what the president and I asked Congress to do, the first request we made: pass a bill to create a pathway to citizenship. The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system, in particular, over the last four years before we came in, and it needs to be fixed," Harris replied.
Todd pushed back: "We're going to have two million people cross this border for the first time ever. You're confident this border's secure?" he asked Harris.
"We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration. But there are still a lot of problems that we are trying to fix given the deterioration that happened over the last four years," Harris said.
"We also have to put into place a law and a plan for a pathway for citizenship for the millions of people who are here and are prepared to do what is legally required to gain citizenship. We don't have that in place because people are playing politics in a state like this and in Congress.
"By the way, you want to talk about bipartisanship on an issue that at one time was a bipartisan issue both in terms of Republican senators and even presidents."
Todd then asked Harris why the current labor shortage -- so many unfilled jobs -- is not the "motivating force to get something done" on immigration reform:
"I do believe that, for all reasonable people, all reasonable people are motivated and desirous that we would get something done," Harris said:
"I think a big part of the problem, though, is that there's been political gamesmanship with this issue suggesting that it's a zero sum game. If you want to deal with the issue, there are practical solutions, which include creating a pathway to citizenship, fixing a broken immigration system, dealing with the root causes of why people are fleeing their home when most people don't want to leave home.
"And if they do, it's usually because they're fleeing some harm, or they simply can't take care of their basic needs if they stay. There are solutions. And sadly, this has become such a partisan issue, instead of something where we work on it together, agreeing that what we're doing is not working as a nation. It's not working."
Todd's recorded interview with Harris was played Sunday on "Meet the Press."
Shortly after taking office, President Biden directed Vice President Kamala Harris to lead the administration’s diplomatic efforts to address the root causes of migration from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. Little has happened since then.
Neither Harris nor President Biden have witnessed the daily flood of foreigners streaming illegally over the southwest border, although Harris did visit an immigration processing Center in El Paso, Texas in June 2021.
Far from discouraging illegal immigration, the Biden administration has rescinded Trump-era policies, including "remain in Mexico," that successfully reduced the number of illegal crossings.

The White House is asking Congress for another $5 billion to bus, fly, and house the southern flood of economic migrants into Americans’ workplaces and housing.
Any additional funding will accelerate the federal “cheap labor distribution [network] that too many politicians in Washington are willing to participate in,” said John Feere, a former homeland security official. He now works for the Center for Immigration Studies.
The inflow of workers, renters, and consumers “benefits groups on both sides of the border — governments, human smuggling operations, and businesses,” he told Breitbart News.
The request is part of a budget request — a “Short-term Continuing Resolution” — sent by the White House to Congress. The document asks Congress to spend billions of dollars on Democratic priorities, including $11.7 billion for Ukraine and more funds to run the federal government’s off-the-books migration network.
For example, the document asks for extra funding for the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, the Emergency Food and Shelter grant program , and the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA ) of 2008.
The statement asks for $1.8 billion to fund the TVPRA, which relays young migrants from their cartel-backed coyote guides at the border to federal agencies. The agencies then operate the North-side migration network and deliver the migrants for free to their illegal-migrant parents, “sponsors ,” and employers throughout the United States:
Language is needed to appropriate $1.8 billion to the Department of Health and Human Services for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Refugee and Entrant Assistance account for the Unaccompanied Children program, Transitional and Medical Services program, and Refugee Support Services program. Without this anomaly, ORR will not have sufficient resources to care for or place additional unaccompanied children in shelters during the period of the CR, or to provide cash, medical assistance, and support services to humanitarian entrants, particularly in response to the increased number of Cuban entrants
This request would provide $2.9 billion to the Disaster Relief Fund in the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency to address ongoing and anticipated disaster response costs.

Since Biden’s inauguration, his deputies have allowed at least 3 million migrants to cross the southern border in search of jobs and housing.
That huge economic shock — when combined with the inflow of legal immigrants and visa workers — has delivered roughly one migrant for every two Americans who turned 18 in 2021 and 2022. In turn, that huge foreign inflow helps to reduce Americans’ wages and workplace automation and to inflate their housing costs — while steering more wealth to coastal investors.

Much of the inflow has been funded by quietly transferring money from other federal programs to fund the buses and non-profit shelters that are used by officials to smuggle migrants northwards. The money is often given to nonprofits to run portions of the government’s migrant network. In May, Politico reported :
The redirected funds include $850 million that Congress originally allocated to rebuild the nation’s Strategic National Stockpile, the emergency medical reserve strained by the Covid-19 response. Another $850 million is being taken from a pot intended to help expand coronavirus testing, according to three people with knowledge of the matter.

“The mass influx of illegal immigrants is creating extra costs on state and local levels, and the Democrats are hearing a lot of complaints from Democrat city officials,” Feere said. “Democrats have likely calculated that providing increased taxpayer monies to these local politicians is one way to keep them quiet about this administration’s ongoing effort to encourage illegal immigration,” he added.
For example, the Hill played up the Democrat’s claims that economic problems caused by Biden’s migration are the fault of Republicans who oppose the migration:
A group of House Democrats on Friday called on Congress to provide $50 million in federal funding to house and feed migrants bused to northern cities from Texas and Arizona.

“Instead of helping forge immigration solutions that work for Texas and the country, Gov. Abbott’s stunts are costly, ineffective, distracting and dangerous. They’re meant to create headlines and whip up resentment from the MAGA base rather than create good policy or advance the best interests of Texans, let alone immigrants and asylum seekers,” said Mario Carrillo, campaigns director for America’s Voice, a progressive immigration advocacy group.
The Democrats prefer to blame the GOP governors of Texas and Arizona for the flood of migrants who have been invited and admitted by President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief:
Since mid-April, the governors of Texas and Arizona have exploited and harmed approximately 10,000 vulnerable people fleeing desperate and dangerous situations in their home countries for political gain by busing them to D.C., New York City and Chicago.
The narrative-promoting article was written by Rafael Bernal, a recent immigrant who has covered migration , and corporate priorities issues for several years.
“The problem for the GOP is that they haven’t pushed back on the funding of open-border NGOs,” said Feere.
GOP legislators tend to remain passive as Biden’s deputies welcome, transport, and integrate economic migrants into Americans’ society, he said.
They haven’t demanded an increase in funding for [border enforcement] for example … The GOP needs to be focusing its energy on increasing resources for federal law enforcement if they wish to see illegal immigration curtailed. But it feels way too often as if the GOP is simply letting the mass immigration crowd get whatever they want.
There’s no doubt that well-moneyed interests are pressuring both political parties to keep cheap labor flowing into the United States. Of course, a number of Republican politicians are buying into this argument — that there’s a lack of labor and that the only fix is a massive increase in foreign labor and amnesty.
In reality, there’s no lack of labor. And the politician should be telling these business owners that they need to start offering better wages and improve working conditions to attract lawful residents to these jobs. They could invest in automation, which we’re seeing in a number of industries. But that requires an upfront cost and there’s little incentive for businesses to invest in automation when the federal government continues to deliver a dependent labor force.
The budget request is likely to get some support from Republicans.
They include Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), retiring Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO), and threatened Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK). The spending plan is also backed by pro-migration House Republicans, including Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA), Fred Upton (R-MI), Rep. Peter Meijer (R-MI), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Jenniffer Aydin González Colón (R-PR), and John Curtis (R-UT).
Many polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration. But the polls also show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs needed by U.S. graduates.
This “Third Rail ” opposition to the government’s extraction migration policy is growing , anti-establishment , multiracial , cross-sex , non-racist , and class-based . The opposition is bipartisan , rational , persistent , and recognizes the solidarity that American citizens owe to one another.

1300 Pounds of Meth Seized at Texas Port of Entry — Most Ever for Town U.S. Customs and Border Protections, Del Rio 2:24
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Del Rio, Texas, seized more than 1,300 pounds of methamphetamine being smuggled across the port of entry from Mexico into Texas on Labor Day. The drugs represent the largest seizure of methamphetamine in the history of the Del Rio Port of Entry.
CBP officers working the Del Rio International Bridge on Labor Day observed a 2016 Kenworth tractor hauling a shipment of diesel tank reservoir containers approaching from Mexico for entry into the United States, according to information obtained from CBP officials. The officers referred the driver to a secondary inspection area where for inspection by a K-9 team and a non-intrusive system.
During the search, the officers found 320 packages suspected of containing drugs. The 1,337 pounds tested positive as being methamphetamine, officials stated.
Officials estimate the value of the drugs at $11.9 million.
“This is a massive seizure of methamphetamine, it is (the) largest in the history of the port and it reflects the steadfast commitment of our officers to the CBP border security mission and their effective application of technology, training, and experience,” Port Director Liliana Flores, Del Rio Port of Entry said in a written statement.

J.D. Vance, the Republican running against Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) for Ohio’s open United States Senate seat, said recently on the campaign trail the impact of drugs and migration is “hugely negative” for Ohioans.
Vance, during his Wednesday appearance on Fox News Channel’s Mornings With Maria Bartiromo, spoke about the impact of an open U.S.-Mexico border, which has resulted in nearly five million border crossers and illegal aliens arriving since President Joe Biden took office and now more than 100,000 Americans dying annually from drug overdoses, many linked to fentanyl.
“This is one of the things that really bothers me about Tim Ryan. He says he stands for the working man,” Vance said, explaining that it is also “hugely negative” for Ohioans.
Vance noted that the millions of illegal aliens crossing the southern border under Biden are flooding the U.S. labor market, driving down wages, and forcing working class Americans to compete against a growing number of foreign workers for American jobs.
Ohio, Vance said, also remains the “third leading state when it comes to opioid overdose deaths.”
“Let’s actually secure the border so that we don’t have 100,000 Americans dying of fentanyl overdoses,” Vance said:
Joe Biden and Tim Ryan have basically turned the U.S. southern border into the drug and sex trafficking capital of the world . We have got to shut this down. We can’t run away from the border issue because it’s making our country poor. [Emphasis added]
Indeed, while multinational corporates, Wall Street, and real estate investors are the biggest beneficiaries of mass immigration to the U.S., working and middle class Americans suffer the most as wages are dragged down , the job market gets more saturated, and investment shifts increasingly to the coasts outside of middle American states like Ohio.
Corporate special interest groups, lobbying for an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, have shown that such a plan drives tens of billions in investment to coastal states like New York and California while further gutting middle American states.

San Diego: Fentanyl Seizures Up 323%, Overdose Deaths Up 2,375% (Getty Images)
(CNS News) -- San Diego and Imperial County comprise the epicenter of fentanyl drug trafficking in the United States, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ), which reported that seizures of fentanyl in San Diego were up 323% in FY2019-FY2021 and that fentanyl overdose deaths increased 2,375% in San Diego County between 2016 and 2021.
“A decade ago, we didn’t even know about fentanyl, and now it’s a national crisis,” said U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California Randy Grossman . “The amount of fentanyl we are seizing at the border is staggering. The number of fentanyl seizures and fentanyl-related deaths in our district are unprecedented.”
More fentanyl is seized in San Diego and Imperial County than in any of the 300-plus ports of entry into the U.S., said Grossman's office in a press release.
In the firsts nine months of FY2022 (October 2021-June 2022) Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) captured 5,091 pounds of fentanyl. That "amounts to about 60 percent of the 8,425 pounds of fentanyl seized around the entire country," said the DOJ.

According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, "Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is 50 times more potent than heroin and 100 times more potent than morphine. Just two milligrams of fentanyl, which is equal to 10-15 grains of table salt, is considered a lethal dose. Without laboratory testing, there is no way to know how much fentanyl is concentrated in a pill or powder."
In San Diego, the CBP said fentanyl seizures went up 323% in the last three years, "from just 1,599 pounds in FY 2019 to 6,767 in FY 2021."
In addition, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office said that "fentanyl-related overdose deaths have increased 2,375 percent in San Diego County, from 33 in 2016 to at least 817 in 2021," according to the DOJ.
The DOJ also reported that Mexican drug cartels are heavily involved in fentanyl manufacturing and trafficking in the U.S., and that much of the precursor chemicals needed to make fentanyl come from Communist China.

“Fentanyl is an extremely dangerous narcotic that kills indiscriminately,” said HSI San Diego Special Agent in Charge Chad Plantz. “Fentanyl is not the type of drug you experiment with, and it is only a matter of time before drug users consume a fatal dose. This deadly drug does not discriminate nor do the transnational criminal organizations (TCO) who smuggle this dangerous drug."
These organizations "have no regard for the lives taken and the violence created by this illegal enterprise," said Plantz. "We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners and prioritize investigations targeting the drug cartels who are smuggling fentanyl into the United States and bring to justice any organization or individuals who seek to profit off the sale of this dangerous narcotic.”
Grossman's office explained that its is focused on prosecution of the criminals trafficking in fentanyl and prevention for the people tempted to partake in drug use.
“We continue to work with our law enforcement partners to pursue justice for the victims who die as a result of fentanyl trafficking and to prosecute the people responsible for this crisis," said Grossman, "from the Mexican drug cartel leadership, to the couriers, to the street dealers who distribute the fatal doses."
He added that in the Southern District of California over the last five years there has been a 1,600% increase in prosecutions of people engaged in fentanyl-related crimes.
Heroin is not produced in the United States. Every gram of heroin present in the United States provides unequivocal evidence of a failure of border security because every gram of heroin was smuggled into the United States. Indeed, this is precisely a point that Attorney General Jeff Sessions made during his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on October 18, 2017 when he again raised the need to secure the U.S./Mexican border to protect American lives.”

Despite Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) claim that Chicago is a “welcoming sanctuary city,” she is now sending illegals sent by Texas out to the suburbs.
The Windy City began moving towards declaring itself a “sanctuary city” for illegals at least as far back as 2015, and since her election to the mayor’s office in 2019, Lightfoot has reiterated that policy and said that Chicago is a “welcoming” place for illegals.
Regardless, she has blasted Texas Governor Greg Abbott as a “racist” and a “xenophobe” for loading buses with illegals and driving them to self-appointed sanctuary cities including New York City and Chicago.
“This is about a cheap political point. It’s not about sharing the load. To Greg Abbott and his enablers in Texas: with these continued political stunts, (he) has confirmed what many of us had already known: he’s a man without any morals, humanity, or shame,” Lightfoot said early this month.
But now, despite her repeated claims to love illegals, Lightfoot has been found shipping the Texas deliveries to the nearby suburb of Burr Ridge, according to WGN 9 News. And town leaders there are both shocked and angered by the move.
Indeed, Burr Ridge Mayor Gary Grasso said that Chicago did not coordinate with them before dropping off dozens of illegals at a Burr Ridge hotel.
“I am concerned neither the village administrator nor I were told about this,” Grasso said. “We want to know: Why Burr Ridge?”
Grasso added that, while Cook County is a so-called sanctuary county, his town never took a stance by joining the sanctuary movement. Indeed, during his recent campaign for congress, Grasso ran on a platform of reducing illegal immigration and defunding sanctuary cities.
The Burr Ridge mayor also noted that the city government only became aware that Chicago had dumped illegals there when residents called city hall to complain.
Grasso and members of the Burr Ridge town council were belatedly invited onto a conference call with state officials after the news broke.
For her part, Lightfoot blasted Texas Gov. Abbott for not “coordinating” with Chicago or Illinois officials with his busing plan.
“My frustration comes from the actions of the governor of Texas,” Lightfoot said on Sept. 4, after the first bus load of 50 illegals arrived. “There could be a level of coordination and cooperation, but he chooses to do none of those things and instead tries to send human beings — not cargo, not freight — human beings across the country to an uncertain destination.”
But if Mayor Grasso is correct, Lightfoot also neglected to “coordinate” with him before sending a busload of illegals to his town.
Neither Lightfoot nor Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker has commented on the story.
Meanwhile, Texas and other border states have been inundated with more than a million illegals released by the Biden administration since he took office. And that does not count the hundreds of thousands more who were not swept up by Border Patrol agents.
Texas has been particularly hard hit by the wave of illegals.
Border agents in Del Rio, Texas, recently apprehended almost 13,000 border crossers and illegal aliens in just one week, averaging almost 1,900 apprehensions a day in the region — which is about a third of Del Rio’s total population.

(CNSNews.com) - With more than 9,000 illegal border-crossers already transported to the nation's capital, District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser on Thursday declared a "public emergency," a move that will free up taxpayer money to deal with the influx.
The declaration allows Bowser to establish an Office of Migrant Services, part of the Department of Human Services, that will "provide support and services to non-governmental organizations."
"The District is allocating an initial $10 million to stand up the new office and support organizations working in the field, and we will seek reimbursement from the federal government," the news release said.
"With this plan, we are staying true to our DC values and building a system that will support a compassionate, consistent, and well-coordinated response,” Mayor Bowser said.
"This is a new challenge for DC, but I feel confident that if we lead with our values, and if we put the right systems in place -- which we are doing with the Office of Migrant Services, then we will lead a response that makes our community proud."
The Office of Migrant Services will coordinate the sanctuary city's response to the new arrivals by:
-- Meeting all buses and facilitating travel to other destinations;
-- Attending to the "basic needs" of people arriving in Washington, DC;
-- Setting up a system "distinct from the homeless services system, that is tailored to the needs of migrants and ensures the District’s response to this humanitarian crisis is consistent and well-coordinated.
More specifically, the Office of Migrant Services will provide support with "reception, respite, meals, temporary accommodations, urgent medical needs, transportation to final destinations, connection to resettlement services, translation services, and other needs as they are determined."
Bowser calls the migrant bus caravans, originating in Texas and Arizona, "a political stunt meant to get the attention of the White House."
Yes, that's what the caravans are all about, says Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who is also sending thousands of illegal border-crossers to New York and Chicago.
And if D.C. is declaring a public emergency to deal with some 9,400 migrants, imagine what Texas is going through with millions of them.
"Because of President Biden’s continued refusal to acknowledge the crisis caused by his open border policies, the State of Texas has had to take unprecedented action to keep our communities safe," said Governor Abbott in April when he announced that in addition to Washington, D.C., New York City would also be an "ideal destination for these migrants, who can receive the abundance of city services and housing that Mayor Eric Adams has boasted about within the sanctuary city."
Border Patrol Union Mocks D.C. Mayor Bowser’s ‘Public Emergency’: ‘Reality Bites Sometimes’

“Reality bites sometimes,” the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) told Democrat D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser after she declared a public emergency regarding the illegal immigrants being bused into her city by Texas and Arizona, which are being overwhelmed due to the Biden Administration’s open-border policy.
At a press event Thursday, Mayor Bowser announced a $10 million program to deal with the problem of illegal aliens coming into D.C., courtesy of the two beleaguered states.
But, the union representing the nation’s border patrol was not sympathetic.
In a tweet responding to Mayor Bowser’s “public emergency,” the NBPC put her problem into perspective by noting the magnitude of the challenges being inflicted on states like Arizona and Texas by millions of illegal aliens - which the Biden Administration is denying:
“A few 100 trickling into DC is a ‘public emergency’. Millions crashing the border in AZ and TX, destroying property, overwhelming law enf, keeping BP tied up with fraudulent asylum claims & the fentanyl coming in while cartels control the border is no big deal. Just ask the WH.”
“Welcome to a very small slice of the mess you and others like you have cheered on for years. Reality bites sometimes,” the border union followed up.
The union went on to condemn the Biden White House for lying to the American people in an attempt to deny the existence of a border problem and vilify border patrol agents for doing their jobs:
“Many of us are asked by friends and family if the border is really out of control. It is completely out of control. The lies from the Biden WH are a disservice to the American people. What are Biden's limits on illegal aliens? They have no limit. Legal immigrants pay the price.”

“Biden/Harris/Psaki falsely accusing BP agents of crimes is lying. They lied about it to demonize BP agents.
“Mayorkas calling the border "secure" is lying. Thousands escape daily.
“Press Sec saying nobody is walking across the border is lying.
“Nobody is that dumb. They just lie.”

President Joe Biden’s deputies have released a regulation to accelerate the inflow and naturalization of migrants who rely on taxpayer-funded welfare and government aid.
The welcome regulation supersedes the reform established by President Donald Trump, which denied residency and green cards to migrants classified as a “public charge” because they could not earn a living in the United States.
The regulation reflects the bipartisan establishment’s eagerness to favor foreigners over Americans, and also to import more workers, consumers, and renters regardless of the economic impact on Americans’ productivity, pocketbooks, and civic stability.
“This action ensures fair and humane treatment of legal immigrants and their U.S. citizen family members,” said Alejandro Mayorkas, the pro-migration zealot who runs the department of Homeland Security for Biden. “We will not penalize individuals for choosing to access the health benefits and other supplemental government services available to them,” he added.
The welcome to poor migrants is “consistent with America’s bedrock values,” said Mayorkas, who has repeatedly described his “alignment ” with migrants over Americans, regardless of the number of Americans killed by migrants and by migrant-smuggled drugs.

Under Trump’s 2020 rule, migrants were denied green cards if they needed to use welfare –“primarily dependent on the government for subsistence” — for more than 12 months during a 36-month period.
The Trump rule helped to reduce the closed-door conversion of illegal immigrants into green card holders via the so-called “Adjustment of Status” process. The rule also helped to curb the inflow of older migrants — such as the parents of new citizens — who depend on federal medical care.
But the Trump rule was quickly dropped in March 2021 when Biden’s deputies agreed to lose a “sue-and-settle” lawsuit filed by their pro-migration allies.
“The [new] rule… will help ensure that noncitizens can access health-related benefits and other supplemental government services to which they are entitled by law, without triggering harmful immigration consequences,” said a September 8 statement from the Department of Health and Human Services.
The statement continued:
DHS will not penalize individuals who choose to access the vast majority of health-related benefits and other supplemental government services available to them, including most Medicaid benefits … and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) … food and nutrition assistance such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); disaster assistance received under the Stafford Act; pandemic assistance; benefits received via a tax credit or deduction … [Also] cash-based benefits, such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and other similar programs, will not automatically exclude an individual from admission or green card eligibility, and will instead be considered in a “totality of the circumstances” analysis.
Each year, the federal government admits roughly 1 million legal immigrants to compete for the jobs and homes sought by 4 million Americans who turn 18 that year.
Since January 2021, Biden has admitted roughly 3 million additional migrants — many of whom are unskilled and cannot speak English — through the southern border.
That flow of extra consumers, renters, and workers have spiked inflation and housing prices, and it has also slowed wage growth.
But the economic loss for ordinary Americans is an economic boon for employers and investors, whose stock-market wealth climbs with the inflow of extra consumers and workers.

Washington, DC, council member Brianne Nadeau on Thursday blamed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) for the migrant crisis in the sanctuary city, contending that they “turned us into a border town.”
“So it’s been said, but it’s worth reiterating, that the governors of Texas and Arizona have created this crisis,” Nadeau said on Thursday as the governors have sent migrant buses to Mayor Muriel Bowser’s (D) D.C.
“And the federal government has not stepped up to assist the District of Columbia,” she continued, as President Biden’s Pentagon has rejected requests to activate the National Guard to assist the nation’s capital.
“So we, along with our regional partners, will do what we’ve always done. We’ll rise to the occasion. We’ve learned from border towns like El Paso and Brownsville. And in many ways, the governors of Texas and Arizona have turned us into a border town,” Nadeau lamented. “We don’t know how long this will take to resolve.
“We don’t know how long they will continue busing, and so the right thing to do here is to be prepared to ensure we can greet every bus, we can get people off on the right foot, we can get them where they want to go, and that will ultimately help them in their immigration process,” she added.
Her remarks come as Mayor Bowser declared a public emergency over migrants being bused in from Texas and Arizona. The declaration “establishes a Migrant Services Office within the Department of Human Services (DHS) and directs the Director of DHS to provide temporary services and supports to migrants arriving from the southern border states.”
All of this comes despite the fact that Bowser stands as a longtime supporter of sanctuary city policies:
