Democrat legislators in Massachusetts are looking to give foreign nationals on green cards the right to vote in municipal elections.

A series of bills filed by Democrat legislators in the Massachusetts House and Senate would open municipal voting rights to foreign nationals living in the state on green cards.

In practice, the policy would mean foreign nationals could cast deciding votes in Massachusetts towns and cities for mayor, school committee, city council, town council, board of selectmen, select board elections, school committee referendums, local ballot referendums, or other municipal races.

The bills, all of which must go before House and Senate committees on election laws, are being sponsored by Democrat legislators like James Eldridge, Samantha MontaƱo, and Mike Connolly.

“Immigrants are essential to our communities … many are on the path to citizenship but lack the ability to apply, but they need to have a say in how public services are funded and governed,” an official with the group MassVOTE told legislators during a hearing on the bills last month.

Elsewhere in New England, particularly Connecticut and Rhode Island, Democrat legislators have tried desperately to get legislation across the finish line this year that would not only give legal immigrants the right to vote but also illegal aliens.

The man accused of filming himself raping unconscious boys whom he allegedly drugged is an illegal alien living in the United States, the Franklin, Tennessee, Police Department confirms.

As Breitbart News reported, 63-year-old soccer coach Camilo Hurtado Campos was arrested and charged in Franklin County this week for allegedly drugging and sexually abusing multiple young boys from nine to 17-years-old. Campos allegedly filmed the assaults on his cellphone.

On Wednesday, police confirmed that Campos is an illegal alien who has lived in the area for about 20 years.

Campos was arrested after he left his phone at a local pizza parlor in Franklin County on June 22. Employees went through the phone to gather information about the owner. The employees said they found videos and photos of child sexual abuse and thus called the police.

“During an immediate and tireless investigation, detectives found hundreds of disturbing videos and pictures on that phone,” police said in a statement. “In many of them, Campos recorded himself raping unconscious boys between approximately 9 and 17 years old.”

While three of the 10 victims seen in the recorded sexual abuse were initially identified by police, another five have come forward to accuse Campos of drugging and raping them.

According to police, Campos’s child sexual abuse likely dates back many years, as he allegedly frequently searched for boys to join his soccer team at local schools and playgrounds.

Campos is being held in Franklin County and his next court date is July 25.

EXCLUSIVE: Border Agents Required to Move Migrants Through Texas Barriers Along Rio Grande

Recent videos and photographs circulated on social media and by news outlets show Border Patrol agents opening Texas Border fence gates to take custody of migrants making landfall into the United States. One video revealed a Border Patrol agent physically cutting concertina wire installed by the state to accept the surrender of a group of migrants. A CBP source says the actions are required by law and recently enhanced by policy enacted after the 2021 Haitian Border Crisis in Del Rio.

According to a source within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a policy measure implemented after members of the Border Patrol Mounted Horse Unit were falsely accused of whipping Haitian Migrants in Del Rio further limited the Border Patrol’s ability to arrest migrants in certain dangerous environments. The memo limited the agent’s ability to conduct arrests in waterways or on border fences. Breitbart Texas received and reviewed a copy of the 2021 memo authored by Tony L. Barker, acting chief of the Law Enforcement Directorate for the Border Patrol.

The policy memorandum forbids Border Patrol agents from forcing migrants to return to Mexico once on United States soil. The memorandum reads, “BPA’s will not force or guide individuals back into waterways or unsafe environments.”

The directive further highlights the legal requirement for migrants to be granted due process through existing immigration law, emphasizing, “BPA’s will not forcibly remove anyone from the United States at the border. Migrants must be inspected and processed for appropriate dispositions. Repatriations will follow appropriate processing of the relevant dispositions.”

The source says the agents are not allowed to act on their personal convictions when performing their duties and must abide by law and policy or face discipline — including termination or prosecution for deprivation of civil rights. “Migrants are entitled to due process regardless of anyone’s feelings, the 14th amendment clearly grants persons due process under our laws,” the memo states.

The consequences the agents face if they do not follow the policy, could not be better understood than by examining the incident involving the mounted patrol agents during the 2021 Haitian migrant crisis in Del Rio. Despite a lengthy internal investigation finding they did not whip the migrants, administrative punishment was nonetheless applied to the group for denying the migrants the ability to move onto U.S. soil. One supervisory Border Patrol agent that was not present as the incident unfolded was nonetheless disciplined by the agency for “failure to supervise,” according to the source.

The source says agents must arrest the migrants and are responsible for their safety once they realize they have entered the United States — regardless of any barriers they stand behind. As reported by Breitbart Texas, one agent cut concertina wire put in place by the State of Texas to accomplish this task.

The source says the agent had no choice. “We have good relations with our state partners and our ideas of a secure border generally align with each other. However, we cannot fail to take the migrants into custody without facing job loss or prosecution for a civil rights violation.”

The CBP official says Texas authorities probably understand the legal peril as well. “They have not taken any forcible means to return migrants to Mexico and instead are using the barriers to discourage entries,” the source stated. “They more than likely realize they could also face prosecution at the hands of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division if they started taking migrants to ports of entry and forcibly removing them — their hands are tied too.”

The source says the penalties for violating a person’s civil rights are severe. “If one of our agents forces migrants to cross the river back into Mexico and the migrant loses their life, the consequences are disastrous. If we leave them behind a state-erected barrier knowing they are on U.S. soil and they die of heat exhaustion, the same applies,” the source emphasized.

According to the Department of Justice, Title 18 Section 242 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

Acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prison guards, and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. The crime doesn’t need to be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin of the victim.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or even the death penalty — depending upon the circumstances of the crime — and the resulting injury, if any.

The GOP chairman of the House’s homeland security panel has a five-point strategy for successfully impeaching Alejandro Mayorkas, President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief.

“You have to you have to do it in a methodical way that educates the American people along the way,” chairman Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) said at a July 12 meeting at the Heritage Foundation in Washington D.C.:

What we’re going to talk a little bit about today [are] the five phases of holding Mayorkas accountable … The documents that you see coming out of next week, for release on Monday, are the findings of Phase One, the dereliction of duty phase …

The second phase is the [government] facilitation of cartel crime. And how an open border is absolutely advancing the criminal activity inside the United States. And you can just simply Google San Francisco cartel crime, and you can see how the cartels have essentially taken over the criminal activity in San Francisco. It’s fascinating, all because of an open border, all at the hands of Alejandro Mayorkas.

Phase Three will be the human costs. And this is where we will bring in the moms who’ve lost children, the dads who lost a spouse struck by a fleeing illegal. We will [show]  the border patrol agent who committed suicide — 17 suicides in the last year in Customs and Border Patrol … There’s a massive human cost to this.

Phase Four will be the actual financial costs. As you think about the social services that get expended, you think about the law enforcement costs, but a lot of times people don’t think about the uncompensated care in a hospital. If you have 7 million people coming into the United States, they’re going to go to the emergency department without health insurance. Well, what do they do in the emergency department? You create a bill that never gets paid? Well, they cost shift … so all of your health insurance prices go up. That’s a cost of an open border.

The last [phase] is, we’ve had some people — they’re informants at this point …. they’re not whistleblowers yet. …. But there’s potentially some sort of fraud going on in the department.

Notably, Green did not promise to show the pocketbook damage caused to ordinary, swing-voting Americans by Mayorkas’ encouragement of economic migration into Americans’ society, workplaces, and housing.

The pocketbook damage includes reduced wages, higher housing costs, and rising inflation.

Green also declined to mention the vast number of migrants who have been killed by Mayorkas’ invite.

Green continued:

In our investigation, we’re going to show in those five phases that Mr. Mayorkas lied to the United States Congress, has broken at least 10 laws, has refused to obey court orders, and probably the worst thing — and the thing that sits the most heavily with me — is that he has disregarded the United States Congress, which is a threat to the very foundation of our government.

The House can impeach Mayorkas, but the Senate has the power to reject or confirm the impeachment.

“We have to get this thing through the Senate,” Green said, adding:

We have to encourage the Senate to do the right thing and pass this bill and we also have to hold this department accountable, this administration accountable …

If you look at what happened with the D.C. crime bill, the Democrats said no, we’re not going to support that. We, of course felt like DC’s willingness to release violent criminals was a bad idea. The federal government and the Congress has oversight over D.C. so we said “Nope, you’re not going to do that. We have a bill.”

The Dems said we’re gonna vote no, the Democrats in the House all voted no. Well, the furor of the American people rose as they became aware of what was going on, and the Senators who said will never vote for that voted for it, leaving the House members who voted no hanging high and dry. And the President who said he was gonna veto it, signed it into law saying “I will not side with the carjackers.”

All we got to do is educate the American people, have this furor rise, and maybe, just maybe, they’ll do the right thing, and hold Mr. Mayorkas and Mr. Biden accountable for this open border.

Mayorkas and Migration

In 1990, Congress set immigration caps at roughly 1 million per year and also barred employers from hiring illegal migrants. The inflow was roughly one migrant for every four American births. Since January 2021, Biden and Mayorkas have imported roughly 6 million people via various legal, illegal, and quasi-legal doors at the border. That inflow is roughly three migrants for every four American births.

Mayorkas is a pro-migration zealot. who has said his border management is “all about achieving equity, which is really the core founding principle of our country.” Mayorkas’ demands imply equity between U.S. citizens and foreign citizens, and he has opened many loopholes for millions of economic migrants to cross into the United States.

On May 2023, he explained his motives in a graduation speech to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy:

My drive has been defined by a very clear purpose. My mother’s and father’s life journeys were defined by displacement. My mother was twice a refugee, first from war-torn Europe and, 19 years later, with my father, my sister, and me from the communist takeover of Cuba. My mother lost most of her family to the Nazi concentration camps, and she never really regained her sense of security. In Cuba, my father lost the business he had started, as well as the chance to be by his mother’s side when she passed. My parents were both extraordinary people – principled and kind beyond measure. They instilled in me the values by which they lived unflinchingly … They are the primary engine of my drive, and the primary reason why I work so hard, my purpose.

But that humanitarian pitch is tied to a promise of cheap labor for business investors. On December 13, for example, Mayorkas told ElPasoMatters.org:

Our immigration system as a whole is broken. It hasn’t been updated or reformed in more than 40 years. We look to our partner to the north that has a much more nimble immigration system that can be retooled to the needs at the moment. For example, Canada is in need of 1 million workers and they have agreed that in 2023, they will admit 1.4 million … immigrants to fill that labor need that Canadians themselves cannot. We are stuck in antiquated laws that do not meet our current needs. And they haven’t been working for many, many years.

Amid the massive inflow of roughly 2 million global economic migrants, Mayorkas insists the border is “secure,” and rejects any criticism of his deadly, elite-backed wealth-shifting policies. “We cannot have the rights and the needs of individuals who are seeing humanitarian relief in the United States be exploited for political purposes,” he told ABC News on January 1.

In February 2023, Mayorkas said Congress’ laws are less important than his pro-migration priorities.

“Our goal is to achieve operational control of the border … [with] policies that really advance the security of the border, and do not come at the cost of the values of our country,” he said.
