THE BIDEN - MAYORKAS ORCHESTRATED INVASION OF AMERICA - Plan for it to become much worse as the Nafta Democrat Party builds its party base of voting illegals

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), on Thursday, slammed Biden’s plan to open Obamacare and Medicaid rolls to illegal aliens, calling it “an insult to American citizenship.”

“Rewarding illegal immigration will bring more illegal immigration,” Cotton said.

Mayorkas Expands Migrant Pipeline Through Panama Jungle

President Joe Biden’s border chief is expanding his migrant transfer camps in Panama, even as he says he will clamp down on the global migrants who are using those camps to help reach the United States.

“I don’t see any indication whatsoever this [migrant traffic in Panama] is stopping,” journalist Michael Yon told Breitbart News shortly after he visited the migrant camps in Panama that are being expanded by homeland secretary Alejandro Mayorkas:

They’re clearly expanding — today, just hours ago, I was in a camp just 300 meters from where I’m sitting, and they’ve got new buildings there and nobody’s slept on the bunks yet. These buildings house about 60 bunk beds each — that’s about 120 [sleepers] per building …

Some of these bunk beds are brand new. They still have the plastic on them. I was in the building today looking at them. And they’re still increasing [capacity]. They’re clearing land right over here, right behind the hotel I’m staying at … to put more buildings. We were in both camps today. They’re both at least twice as big as they were last year.

In 2022, Mayorkas provided taxpayer-funded aid, security, and buses to bring 250,000 migrants north after they crossed the Panama jungle on the border with South America. The migrants cross the deadly Darien Gap jungle trails after traveling from Colombia on boats protected by U.S.-funded Panamanian security forces.

“Right now, they are [moving north] about 1,200 [migrants per day] … or about 30 buses,” Yon added.

Data from the Panama government says almost 90,000 migrants crossed through the Darien Gap in the first 90 days of the year.

The daily traffic could deliver 430,000 migrants in 2023 into the homes and jobs that would otherwise go to ordinary Americans and their children.

Ben Bergquam, a journalist with Real America’s Voice (RAV-TV) News, reported on April 9 about Mayorkas’ migrant escalator:

Breitbart News asked Yon about the April 11 announcement threatening to stop the northward flow of Veneualans, Haitians, Ecuadoreans, Africans, and many other people trying to reach the U.S. border.

The news was delivered on April 11 in a Trilateral Joint Statement issued by Panama, its southern neighbor Columbia, and President Joe Biden’s zealously pro-migration border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas:

The three governments will seek to achieve the following ambitious goals:

End the illicit movement of people and goods through the DariƩn by both land and maritime corridors, which leads to death and exploitation of vulnerable people for significant profit.

Open new lawful and flexible pathways for tens of thousands of migrants and refugees as an alternative to irregular migration.

Mayorkas “is just lying — that’s all they do is lie,” Yon added. “They’re increasing the flow,” he added.

In many speeches, the Cuban-born Mayorkas says he is building a mass migration system to deliver workers to wealthy employers and investors and “equity” to poor foreigners. The nation’s border laws that protect ordinary Americans’ wages and wealth are subordinate to elite opinion about “the values of our country,” Mayorkas claims.

The secret taxpayer-funded transfer of illegal migrants into Americans’ homes and jobs is being run by Mayorkas and by Biden’s progressives. It is backed by Democratic politicians and is hidden by their establishment media allies. Rationally, migrants cheer for Biden over former President Donald Trump:

Mayorkas’ migration is a government-orchestrated invasion, said Yon.

That view — and the term “invasi0n”– is a mainstream American view. An August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR), revealed that 54 percent of Americans accept the “Invasion” view. That majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats

The Ipsos poll may understate the public’s view of Biden’s migration as an “invasion” because many respondents claimed ignorance or hid their views. For example, 36 percent of independents and 25 percent of Democrats said they “Don’t know” when asked about the invasion term.

But the Mayorkas flood of Venezuelans, Haitians, Ecuadorians, and others is overwhelming Mayorkas’ efforts to hide the chaotic mass migration at the border — and creating political risks for Biden’s 2024 campaign.

“There’s too many coming through [the Darien Gap] and they’re just piling up the [U.S.-Mexican] border,” said Todd Bensman, an investigator with the Center for Immigration Studies.

Mayorkas and his allies “want to get as many foreign nationals into the country as possible in the time that they have, but it’s going to cost them politically … so they don’t want [the migrants] to be seen,” Bensman told Breitbart News while he was a visit to Juarez, Mexico.

Mayorkas’ failure to hide the migration may be a 2024 problem for Biden and his campaign aides — but only if the GOP’s leaders make a populist, pocketbook wages-and-jobs pitch to swing voters, including the many U.S. college grads who have been replaced by Indian visa workers.

But donors oppose that pocketbook pitch. So far, GOP leaders only denounce migration to motivate base voters.

If the GOP really wants to stop the migration, Bensman said, they would fund the quick repatriation of migrants caught in Panama, Costa, Rica, or Mexico. “It would shut the whole thing down,” he said.

Instead, GOP politicians call for the border cartels to be declared terrorists.

GOP politicians are also silent about the many migrants who are killed on Mayorkas’ pathway. But GOP donors want more migrant consumers, renters, and workers, so GOP legislators do not try to shame the Democrats for the many deaths.

“There were two images of his treacherous journey north that he couldn’t get out of his head,” Albinson Linares from Telemundo.com wrote in January 2023 about a Venezuelan migrant named Johan Torres:

The first was how a [migrant] person who resisted a robbery in Mexico was killed with a machete; the other happened in the jungle, when he saw a man leave behind his young daughter, waist-deep in mud.

“He left her there, lying in the mud and crying. And I couldn’t do anything because I was dying of exhaustion. But I can’t forget that,” he said with tears in his eyes.

Bergquam recorded several migrants just after they were robbed and sexually assaulted on Mayorkas’ pathway to Texas:

Migrants who survive the trek to Mayorkas’ camp urge other people not to take the “hell” trip:

“This is just getting warmed up here,” Yon told Breitbart News, adding, “This right now is still a trickle compared to what’s going to happen.”

Meanwhile, he added, Republicans are doing little to stop the inflow. “I don’t see them doing anything substantial .. Nobody is really standing their ground on migration in a huge way.”

Extraction Migration

The federal government has long operated an unpopular economic policy of Extraction Migration. This colonialism-like policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries, reduces beneficial trade, and uses the imported workers, renters, and consumers to grow Wall Street and the economy.

The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.

The lethal policy also sucks jobs and wealth from heartland states by subsidizing coastal investors with a flood of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers.

The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because it allows elites to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.

Migration — and especially, labor migration — is unpopular among swing voters.

Defining Away Illegal Immigration

Excerpt: But the unlawful use of parole is just the tool. The policy served by that tool is one of de facto unlimited immigration. This administration believes that statutory limits on immigration are illegitimate, and it will undermine those limits if there are more people who want to come here than can be legally admitted. Breaking News: Biden Administration to Apply Immigration Law (Kind of)
By Andrew R. Arthur
The good news is Biden’s DHS has rediscovered expedited removal, the tool Congress created decades ago to secure the border. The bad news is that the department is making that process as “cumbersome” as the very flawed scheme it replaced in 1996. If aliens can pay smugglers thousands of dollars to bring them here, they can pay lawyers to be ready to represent them when they arrive, without forcing taxpayers to wait and foot the bill.

New USCIS Guidance Highlights the Problem with Categorical Parole

While CIS strongly supports adjusting U.S. immigration policy to a merit-based immigration system, CIS explained that the creation of a categorical parole program directly conflicts with statute and Congress’ intent to limit DHS’s use of parole to infrequent and exceptional circumstances.
The Impact of Immigration on Social Security and Medicare: A Conceptual Primer

Migrant Surge Returns to West Texas Border Sector — 10K Apprehensions Last Week

Large migrant group crossings return to the El Paso Sector. (U.S. Border Patrol/El Paso Sector)
U.S. Border Patrol/El Paso Sector

El Paso Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 10,000 migrants who crossed the border between ports of entry during the past week. The spike follows a short downturn in migrant crossings as border officials prepare for the end of Title 42.

El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Anthony “Scott” Good tweeted a weekly recap revealing his agents apprehended an average of 1,470 migrants per day during the past week. This shows that agents apprehended approximately 10,290 during the one-week period.

The report marks a resurgence of large migrant group crossings following a short downturn following December’s peak of 55,770 migrant apprehensions in December. That number fell to 30,035 in January when President Joe Biden announced new migrant protocols that allowed certain nationalities of migrants to be returned to their home country under Title 42.

In February, that number began to rise again with the apprehension of 32,233 migrants, according to official U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports. An unofficial Border Patrol report reviewed by Breitbart Texas earlier this month revealed that migrant apprehensions jumped again to approximately 38,000. CBP officials have not yet released the official March reports.

If the average reported this week by Chief Good holds through the month, the El Paso Sector could see upward of 44,000 migrant apprehensions for April.

The Title 42 coronavirus protection protocol established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2020 is scheduled to come to a close on May 11, Breitbart News reported.

In March 2022, Breitbart Texas’ Randy Clark first reported a Department of Homeland Security report estimating the end of Title 42 could bring as many as 18,000 migrants per day to cross the southwest border.

Every year in America, some 500 whites are murdered by black assailants, more than twice as many as blacks killed by whites.  The media need to report all of these cases fairly and without bias so as to counter the false reporting and misplaced emphasis in the national press.  All victims, of whatever race, deserve justice because all human life is precious.  The reporting of violence should not be based on race — it should be proportionate to the crime, without regard to the race of the perpetrator or the victim.  Jeffrey Folks

Lawyer for Nurse Charged After Father Caught Her Slamming His Newborn Face First Into NICU Crib Says She Shouldn’t be In Trouble Because the Baby Was ‘Not Injured’

A registered neonatal nurse in New York State has been fired and now is facing charges after being recorded slamming a newborn baby face-down in a hospital-issued bassinet.

The father of the child witnessed the assault as it happened and shared the video with the Long Island hospital officials immediately.

The Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond Tierney released a statement confirming the nurse, Amanda Burke, had not only been terminated from the Good Samaritan Hospital but is also now charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor, for her outlandish conduct on Feb. 6, 2023.

Tierney called the allegations against the 29-year-old Holbrook medical professional “truly disturbing” and noted that members of the Suffolk County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit carefully investigated the incident for two months before taking appropriate action to arrest the woman.

On Wednesday, April 12, Burke surrendered herself to the Suffolk County Police Department.

At the time of the incident, Burke was serving in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and was assigned to care for the 2-day-old child at the center of the case. The child was kept in the NICU for observation because his doctors were administering antibiotics to him.

The child’s father Fidel Sinclair was watching over his young son Nikko through a window and witnessed Burke approach the newborn, who was lying face-up and apparently crying in a bassinet. The former nurse then picked the baby up, flipped him over, and “violently slammed him” front-facing down in the bassinet.

“I don’t know, it just broke me. I didn’t know what to do,” Sinclair told local station NBC 4.

The father quickly went to share the cellphone video with his baby’s mother, Consuelo Saravia. The mother, still recovering from giving birth, confronted the nurse.

After exchanging words with Burke, the parents contacted officials at the hospital and shared what she did, and within an hour she was ordered to exit the premises and was informed she was no longer employed by the West Islip hospital.

Luckily, Nikko is doing well and is currently at home with his parents and thriving. The family says they wanted to make sure other children were not harmed at her hands.

Burke has secured attorney Robert C. Gottlieb to represent her as she faces these charges.

“This case should never have resulted in criminal charges,” the lawyer said in a statement. “Amanda is an outstanding, exemplary, compassionate nurse who did not and would never do anything to endanger any infant or patient under her care.”

“The baby involved was not injured or ever placed in any danger of injury,” Gottlieb continued. “The District Attorney’s statements are off base and not justified by all the facts that will come out in court.”

The lawyer also stated the DA “grossly distorted the facts.”

CBS News 2 reported despite being terminated, as of Thursday, April 13, Burke’s license as a registered nurse remains active.

Burke is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

Crime Killed a Quarter of a Million Black People.

And the racist pro-crime Left wants more.

Over the last decade, BLM, and assorted leftist and libertarian groups dismantled our criminal justice system. Police forces were defunded, pro-crime prosecutors refused to lock up criminals, federal and state prison systems released tens of thousands of them, and a wave of legislative decriminalization legalized everything from shoplifting, to drug dealing and mugging.

The pro-crime policymaking that eliminated public safety and cost over 3,000 lives in 2020 alone was done under the guise of fighting racism. Statistics which showed that black people were more likely to be arrested, imprisoned or shot during criminal encounters with police were used to spread conspiracy theories falsely accusing the criminal justice system of systemic racism.

What all of these racist conspiracy theories popularized by politicians, the media, and the entertainment industry ignored was that black people were also far more likely to be crime victims. Even as the BLM riots got underway, black people in surveys were strongly opposed to police defunding. The opposition was so vehement that Democrats not only abandoned the issue, but claimed that they had always been opposed to it and ran against their own position.

Despite years of false claims portraying black people as victims of a biased criminal justice system whose police forces are descended from “slave catchers” who repress minorities at the behest of white suburbanites, surveys of black people continue to tell a very different story.

A Pew survey found that while only 33% of white Democrats wanted to reduce crime, 63% of Hispanics and 66% of black people thought that fighting crime should be a priority.

And that’s nothing new.

Leftists and libertarians lied that the War on Drugs was racist when it was actually pushed by black groups, including the NAACP, which demanded the death penalty for drug dealers.

That same Pew survey showed that while only 38% of white Dems answered that reducing the availability of illegal drugs should be a priority, 57% of Hispanics and 60% of black people believed that it should be.

Now a Kaiser Family Foundation survey shows that black people are far more likely to suffer from crime than white people. The survey, meant to generate support for unconstitutional gun ban measures, instead unintentionally demonstrated that crime hurts black people more.

The KFF survey noted that “three in ten black adults (31%) have personally witnessed someone being shot”, “one-third of black adults (34%) have a family member who was killed by a gun” and (32%) say that they worry all the time about themselves or a family member being shot.

One in six of black adults say they don’t feel “safe at all” from gun violence in their neighborhood, compared to 2% of white adults. 1 in 4 also bought a gun to protect themselves.

Gun violence is just another way of saying crime.

Black people are disproportionately affected by crime. Pro-crime policies led to the deaths of an additional 2,244 black people in 2020. According to a Johns Hopkins report, “in 2020, one out of every 1,000 young black males (15–34) was shot and killed” and, “more than half of all black teens (15–19) who died in 2020—a staggering 52%—were killed by gun violence.”

CDC numbers showed that homicide is a leading cause of death among black men under the age of 20, and from the ages of 20 to 44. White men are killed by guns at the rate of 3.15 per 100,000 while black men die at the rate of 48.16 per 100,000. Pro-crime policies increase crime and kill thousands of black people. That’s what a real disproportionate impact looks like.

Every time pro-crime politicians free criminals, pro-crime prosecutors refuse to prosecute violent offenders, and legislatures eliminate bail, the impact is felt most strongly in the black community.

Law enforcement isn’t racist, but getting rid of it is. When a community depends more on a particular service, losing it has a clear disproportionate impact. Keeping the peace, arresting offenders and dispensing justice is one of the few primal duties of government. The breach in the social contract when the government fails to provide peacekeeping services is devastating.

Most crimes are committed by repeat offenders. The only way to interrupt the cycle of violence is to lock them up. Successful tough on crime policies in the 90s made cities safe once again and led to an economic boom in inner cities. Manhattan’s Harlem went from a danger zone to hosting Bill Clinton’s office, but in 2022, crime increased 44%. The Clinton offices have mostly moved down to the Wall Street area, but where they remain in Central Harlem, crime is up 32%. Next door in West Harlem, it’s up 133%. That means Bill is less likely to tour the Apollo Theater, but it also means that the mostly black residents are the ones feeling the worst of it.

Pro-crime activists have spent years regaling us with the suffering of convicts while caring very little about the shattered lives they have left in their wake. Foundations, protest groups, activist organizations and even PACs have spent hundreds of millions lobbying for criminals, fighting for their release and remaking our system to favor perpetrators, not victims. Their political success has come with a very high cost. And much of that burden has fallen on black people.

It is hard to think of any single policy in the last generation that has done more harm to black people or claimed more lives than the pro-crime agenda. Pro-crime activists have falsely claimed that police shootings of black men are a form of genocide. They’re not. Crime is.

One study counted 286,075 firearm deaths among black people from 1990 to 2021. That’s over a quarter of a million deaths. Some of them are due to suicide, but suicides are much lower among black people than white people, and the majority of black gun deaths were homicides.

And seeing a quarter of a million deaths, the pro-crime Left wants even more bodies.

Those quarter of a million deaths have been largely self-inflicted, but, much as with the welfare state, they were aided and abetted by white liberal policymakers who had come to believe that what the black community really needed was for the government to enable its criminals.

Racist liberal condescension continues to destroy black communities, families and lives.

2020 demonstrated that tough on crime policies can save thousands of black lives and, over time, perhaps even hundreds of thousands of black lives. Pro-crime policies are a racist disaster which reduced black people to criminals and then set out to free criminals to help black people.

That’s why 1 out of  every 1,000 young black men are dead.

Pro-crime policies are racist. They enable a crime epidemic that has killed more black people than the total number of battlefield casualties for all races in the Civil War. More black people died in the year of Black Lives Matter than our entire death toll in the Iraq War.

Can it get worse than this? In 1991, 12,226 black people were murdered. For the first time, more black people were killed than white people. The numbers are trending that way once again. While the Left claims that highways and dress codes are systemically racist, their pro-crime policies are a racist program that promises liberation but offers only mass death.

The Black Lives Matter movement has only focused on how law enforcement treats blacks. The movement has taken no responsibility for the victims of black criminals, and this is despite the fact that the vast majority of victims at the hands of black criminals are black. Yet the BLM movement never uses the billions of dollars donated by corporations to care for the victims of black criminals. Not a word, not an apology, not a regret, not a dollar.

Victims of black crime matter, too

By Daniel Davies

Two black teenagers brutally attacked an Asian mother of three, causing severe physical damage. Once the news finally picked up on her story, generous Americans donated more than $300,000 to a fund for her medical care. However, most victims of black crime are blacks, and few benefit from a GoFundMe. Worse, none benefit from the tens of millions of dollars that Black Lives Matter collected. That needs to change.

Nhung Truong, 44, mother of three, has had a tough go in the United States. Seven years ago, she lost her husband to liver cancer. She accepted the responsibility of raising her three children and caring for her mother, too, as the sole wage earner. On February 13th, 2023, she stopped at a Bank of America ATM in Houston, Texas, withdrawing $4,300 she intended to use to pay for a trip to visit Vietnam with her family. Then she drove to a shopping mall 24 miles away.

Unknown to her, a young black man and woman had been watching her at the ATM. They followed her for 24 miles to China Town, where the young man, Joseph Harrell, 17, brutally attacked her. He body slammed the small Asian woman so violently that she is now partially paralyzed with spinal cord damage, unable to move her left leg. Harrell made his getaway in a car driven by Zy’Nika Ayesha Woods, 19. They have just recently been arrested. After a month in the hospital, Nhung was released to home care. She will be under care for two years. A GoFundMe campaign has already raised $300,000 for her care.

Image: The attack on Nhung Truong. YouTube screen grab.

The attack only gained attention after Andy Ngo, working with other Asians, brought the crime to public attention about a week ago. The local media had not given the crime attention until the New York Post ran an article.

I prayed about this situation at my peaceful and beautiful prayer place in rural Texas. I could not shake my sadness about Nhung Truong’s brutal assault and horrific injuries, and the desperate financial situation her family finds themselves in. Nor could I forget the desperate plight in which many black Americans find themselves trapped, their voices unheard, their sufferings unnoted, their murders ignored. In Chicago, 71 black victims have been shot and killed since January 1, 2023. Since these 71 people were victims of black criminals, BLM has not a tear to shed or dollar to give them.

I asked God why do you permit this to happen? And I realized that God is in anguish over the situation his children find themselves in. He could change the situation in a second, yet that is not the way He works. Since the Fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, He has depended upon us to do our part to solve the problems that we face in the world. For him to stand back and permit these atrocities by evil persons is the most exasperating challenge he faces. Yet only that way can we, His beloved children, fulfill our responsibility and fully become the Children of God.

So what can we do to deal with the terrible situations that Nhung Trung and many others like her face? The billions donated to Black Lives Matter need to be shifted from defending criminals (or buying houses) to black philanthropic organizations run by churches, which are closest to members of black communities. This is not a partisan issue but a grand humanitarian endeavor. The vast majority of funds would go to black families who have suffered from black-on-black crime. People could model these initiatives on George H. W. Bush’s idea of a thousand points of light, which inspired an organization dedicated to volunteerism.

Who could head up such a grand endeavor? A few suggestions include Dr. Bernice A. King, Martin Luther King’s daughter; Henry Louis Gates, Jr., a Harvard professor; Dr. Ben Carson, a brain surgeon; or Hak Ja Han (Moon), the wife of the founder of the Washington Times.

It’s time to remember that, among the lives that matter in America are those who find themselves victimized by the people who Black Lives Matter funds. We have a moral obligation to help them.

Rapper Shoots Family and Releases a Music Video on the Same Day

Every once in a while, a story may have you thinking, what the hell is wrong with people? This is one of those.

On March 28, Virginia rapper EGYPXN, born Tiye Adam Washington II, broke into his own mother’s home. He not only shot his mother, Tyesha Hall, but he also shot his 21-year-old sister and his 12-year-old brother.

As if those crimes weren’t bad enough, the Virginia artist also dropped a music video for his song, “Be Free” shortly after committing those horrendous acts. Thankfully, none of the family members he shot were killed, but they are all still recovering from the life-threatening injuries.

This particular crime has similarities to that of Texas rapper Tay-K, who was on the run from the police while he was shooting the music video for “The Race.” But, unlike Tay-K, the music video for EGYPXN was pre-scheduled to release on YouTube days before he actually committed those crimes against his family.

According to ABC 8 News, local police shortly started a citywide search for the 26-year-old rapper as his injured family members were transported to a hospital.

The next day, on March 29, he posted multiple times on Instagram, but the one post that stood out read, “This world is of full of nothing but suffering and pain. The Burden I’ve carried on my heart has finally reached its peak. I will not be held captive or a prisoner.

He continued, “I rather return to source. REMEMBER, please be careful and considerate of how you treat ppl.. Ya never know what someone is going through or when their breaking point is.”

In the caption for the same post, he wrote, “My last request from humanity is that you seriously evaluate the care you have for each other. If this species is to ever evolve you must stop eating animals, stop warring with each other and take care of mother earth. Overthrow this sadistic government and rebuild. On a fresh foundation. It’s time for me to rest now.. #farwell.”

After being on the run for two days, EGYPXN was fatally shot in North Carolina on March 30 after confronting the police in a standoff, according to ABC 8 news.

Although the alleged suspect is dead, police are still investigating the incident.
