Every year in America, some 500 whites are murdered by black assailants, more than twice as many as blacks killed by whites. The media need to report all of these cases fairly and without bias so as to counter the false reporting and misplaced emphasis in the national press. All victims, of whatever race, deserve justice because all human life is precious. Nolte: 327 Shoplifters Arrested 6,000 Times in Democrat-Run New York City
A mere 327 people have been arrested for shoplifting an astounding 6,000 times and account for more than a third of shoplifting arrests in New York City.
And herein lays the heart of the crime problem in our Democrat-run cities…

Because Democrats—most of them (like fascist Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg) backed by George Soros—have all but decriminalized shoplifting, this is what you get:
By the end of 2022, the theft of items valued at less than $1,000 had increased 53 percent since 2019 at major commercial locations, according to a new analysis of police data by researchers at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Over the past five years, shoplifting complaints nearly doubled, peaking at nearly 64,000 last year, police data shows. Only about 34 percent resulted in arrests last year, compared with 60 percent in 2017.
And as you can see, “arrests” mean nothing.
Take the numbers as reported, and what you have is 327 people arrested an average of 18 times for shoplifting.
Additionally, these 327 accounted for “nearly a third of all shoplifting arrests” last year. Well, those 327 might account for a third of “arrests,” but I can guarantee you those 327 account for a much bigger percentage of shoplifting crimes. “Arrests” merely represent the times the 327 were caught. Imagine how many times they shoplifted without being caught. Imagine how secure they feel shoplifting knowing that even if they are caught, there is no penalty other than the inconvenience of walking through the revolving door.
Want to decrease shoplifting in your city dramatically? Put these 327 in prison. I will go out on a limb and guess that if these 327 account for nearly a third of arrests, they probably account for more than 60 percent of overall shoplifting incidents.
By arresting these 327, you cut your city’s shoplifting problem in about half.
You know how they are. Prosecute them.
Why would New York not do that?
Because George Soros does not want them to, that is why.
The left’s endgame is obvious:
Step 1) Chase decent people out of their cities as a means to consolidate their power into something absolute.
Step 2) Enrich themselves from the public trough.
Step 3) Rationalize their ongoing obscenity as breaking eggs to arrive at utopia. The saying about the road to hell being paved with good intentions is all about this kind of monstrous “greater good” thinking.
Obviously, as we have read over and over, the immediate result of this is retailers being forced to flee, which further blights these already struggling neighborhoods.
But my sympathy is gone…
Blue city voters keep voting for this madness. They obviously want to live like prisoners in their own homes. They obviously love failing schools. They obviously love street gangs, streets filled with needles and poop, boarded-up stores, mass shootings, car theft, vandalism, and anarchy.

NYC Bodega Owner Recounts Being Jailed for Stabbing Man in Self-Defense
New York City bodega owner Jose Alba told the House Judiciary Committee about his harrowing experience being jailed for fighting off an attacker in self-defense and that the incident left him fearful of facing gang retaliation.
Breitbart News reported that 35-year-old Austin Simon came into a New York City bodega on July 1, 2022, and allegedly went behind the counter after his girlfriend could not make a purchase because her benefits card was declined.
The New York Times observed that a confrontation ensued in which Simon allegedly pushed Alba, who responded by fatally stabbing the aggressor.

Manhattan prosecutor Alvin Bragg arrested and charged Alba with second-degree murder, but the emergence of surveillance video “[raised] the specter that Mr. Alba was acting in self-defense.”
On July 9, 2022, Breitbart News noted that Alba was freed on bail and on July 19 of that year, explained that charges against Alba were dropped.
Alba spoke to the House Judiciary Committee Monday, recounting how he was jailed in Rikers Island for defending his own life.
RNC Research published video of Alba’s testimony, where he described “[taking] pride in the hard work” he put into the bodega, where he “owned [his] own money to support [himself] and [his] family.”
He then described being attacked after telling a woman “her payment was declined.” Allegedly, the woman’s boyfriend, the above-mentioned Austin Simon, attacked Alba, and the woman allegedly attacked him also.
Alba stabbed Simon in self-defense but was arrested, and the bail was too high for Alba to afford.
He said, “When I came before the judge the prosecutor said I was being charged murder in the second degree. They asked for bail, even though so many people are being let go these days. And I couldn’t afford it.”
Alba noted that he arrived at jail injured from the bodega attack “but did not get the medical treatment [he] should have received.”

The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing in New York City on Monday, April 17, on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s “pro-crime, anti-victim policies.”

Father of Victim Calls Out Jerry Nadler to His Face for Not Condemning Antisemitic Hate Crimes
The father of a victim of an antisemitic hate crime, Barry Borgen, called out Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) to his face during a House Judiciary Committee hearing in New York City.
“When my son got beaten up by these six individuals, we heard from many politicians,” the father said, listing off then-candidate for mayor Eric Adams (D) and Gov. Kathy Hochul (D).

However, he then stated, “I must take notice of Mr. Nadler,” as he sat across from him at the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the overwhelming number of repeat criminal offenders wreaking havoc on New York City.

“You’re a Jewish New Yorker. I called your office numerous times; I called Mr. [Chuck] Schumer’s office, another Jewish New Yorker, numerous times. No one called us back,” Borgen said, ripping into Nadler at the hearing. “Neither one of you came out with a statement on my son’s incident.
“You’re a Jewish New Yorker. You have Jewish roots here. Behavior like this enables [Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg] to just do whatever he wants to do,” he explained.

“If you guys were to come out with a statement from Washington saying… ‘we condemn [antisemitism], we condemn this act,’ maybe Mr. Bragg would have taken this case a little bit more seriously,” the victim’s father added.
Borgen explained that he and his friends are “so disheartened” with Schumer that they would never vote for him again, and if they lived in Manhattan, New York, they would not vote for Nadler either.
The Republicans on the committee arranged for six witnesses to speak about the violent crime happening in Manhattan under Bragg during the field hearing on Monday. The witnesses include victims of crimes, family members of victims of crime (such as Borgen), and a Democrat New York City Council member.
Breitbart News reported that Nadler, the committee’s ranking member who also represents part of Manhattan, dismissed the field hearing as a “political stunt” before it began. During his opening statement, he claimed that the chairman, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), is “weaponizing” the Judiciary Committee to defend Trump and pointed to the high crime rates in Ohio.

I intend to report more on this later, but suffice to say for now that BLM meets the ADL and IHRA definitions of anti-Semitic (denial of the right of Israel to exist), promotes looting and rioting, endorses convicted Jew-murdering bomber Rasmea Odeh and convicted cop killer "Mama Assata" Shakur, endorses suspected cop killer and hijacker Charles Hill, and glorifies Fidel Castro whom BLM says should "rest in power." The Zachor Legal Institute has meanwhile alleged that BLM has ties with "domestic terror affiliates" of foreign terrorist organizations. The bottom line is that the Democrat Left is infested throughout with Jew-haters, race hustlers, looters, rioters, people who disrupt legislatures and speeches, men who use their fists on women with whom they disagree, and an organization (BLM) that praises terrorists, cop killers, and a dictator who murdered thousands of Cubans.
